when you consider the High Court’s comments in the case below, perhaps we can understand why the case brought against Nikki Sinclaire was so utterly amateur and corrupt, it does seem as if there is endemic and institutionalised corruption in The West Midlands Policeforce and all too likely when you consider the murtder of Charles de Menenez and the rise of Cressida Dick who was in charge of that murder, and the clearly corrupt case against Jasna Badzak, and the dishonesty of Gerard Batten when he used the police to try to bqankrupt me with his lies – it seems it isn’t just The West Midlands Police!
Even earlier than these cases you would be astonished at not only howmuch evidence we had to supply to OLAF and The Bedfordshire Police before they finally condescended to charge the Ukip MEP Tom Wise and Lindsey Jenkins with embezzelling tax payers’ money from the EU purse.
Tom Wise had even paid his solicitor, from the stolen money in his account, to fund trying to use the law to silence me and if possible bankrupt me to prevent me continuing to expose the truth. Nigel Farage never was prosecuted for the stolen money he received from Tom Wise and also as Tom Wise finally admitted his part in the crime the charges against Lindsey Jenkins were not proceded with.
Despite having worked with Daniel Foggo and exposed the crime in the National Press the police took a very long time to act and it was only because I would not drop the matter that Bedford Police finally brought charges that led to Tom Wise being sentenced to 2 years in prison!
It does look all too much as if Ukip, the CPS and the police collude in corruption!
Let us not forget that in giving evidence against
Nikki Sinclaire, who organised, obtained and presented the peoples’ petition which obtained the IN/OUT EU Referendum to restore the fundamental human right of selfdetermination to the British peoples,
Ukip’s lakey John Ison admitted he not only fabricated evidence, but also stole from Sinclaire and was colluding with Nigel Farage in setting her up!
Perhaps even at this late date the West Midlands Police and the CPS, whose deputy director sat in on much of the case and seemed to have colluded in the efforts to stitch Sinclaire up, could show some integrity and explain why they failed to appologise to Sinclaire, when she won her case and they resoundingly lost on all counts, and also why they failed to prosecute John Ison and those with whom he colluded – minded that the Judge in the case cautioned John Ison as he was incriminating himself in open Court!
Consider not just how corrupt West Midlands Police have been shown to be in the case below but also what a foul mouthed bunch of low lifes they have shown themselves to be. Also this would seem to be endemic over many years for was it not the same force who fabricated evidence some years ago against ‘The Birmingham Six’ a case they never solved!
Consider also the lies and fabrications by the police, to try to dishonestly cover up corruption and incompetence, in the Hillsborough case. So we can go on: Consider the murder of the newspaper seller brutally attacked and killed on camera by a Metropolitan Police lout.
Consider these cases before you trust the police again, as it seems all too common!

A West Midlands police counter-terrorism unit has been accused in court of perjury, falsifying notebooks and hiding text messages related to the trial of a group of terror suspects who called themselves the “Three Musketeers”.
Simon Hussey, a senior officer in West Midlands police’s special projects team, began giving evidence at the Old Bailey trial of four men from the Midlands accused of plotting terror attacks in late April but his cross-examination was interrupted, and the personal and work phones of several officers involved in the case were seized by the police shortly afterwards.
Defence barrister Stephen Kamlish QC said the texts and call records exposed the unit as “criminals who fabricate evidence, who ensure that documents go to courts that aren’t true accounts” and that Hussey and his team had repeatedly discussed their evidence with one another during the trial, despite being under orders from the judge, Mr Justice Globe, not to discuss the case.
Giving evidence in April, Hussey told the judge he had no communication during the trial with “Vincent”, an undercover officer who posed as the boss of a fake courier company set up to gather intelligence on two of the defendants. Central to the defence case is the allegation that Vincent planted a bag containing a pipe-bomb, an air pistol and other items under the driver’s seat of the car of Naweed Ali, one of the defendants, where it was discovered by the security services and triggered a major security alert.
But the messages and phone logs revealed repeated contact between Vincent and Hussey, including a seven-minute phone call from Vincent immediately after he finished giving evidence on his first day. Hussey said he could not remember what they had discussed. They also travelled in a group from Birmingham to London during the trial and stayed in the same hotel until they were advised not to by the prosecution’s barristers.
“Yes we met, but the principle is we don’t discuss the case,” he said.
“That was a clear and blatant lie,” Kamlish responded.
In the runup to the trial, the officers met at Hilton Park service station on the M6 to revisit their witness statements. Kamlish said a service station was chosen to avoid being spotted. “This is your regular clandestine criminal meeting place, isn’t it, so that other people won’t see you there,” he said.
Hussey denied this. “The location was geographically suitable for them to meet,” he said. “I believe that the statements were sent for Andy and Hajji [a third undercover officer] so that they could refresh their memories prior to attending the court to give evidence so they could individually prepare for the case.”
Kamlish claimed Vincent had rewritten his notebook by hand after the four men were arrested to include references to seeing defendants with the bag in which the pipe-bomb and air pistol were found. This was a “very big lie at the heart of the case”, he said.
The week after the arrests, Hussey texted Vincent: “We have agreed with cookie [a senior officer] that you will write your pocket book for Pesage [the name of the operation], not type, hope that helps.” Kamlish said this revealed Vincent falsifying his notes.
Hussey denied this: “Prior to that text to Vincent there had been discussions with Vincent as to who should complete a typed copy of his written pocketbook. It is generally the case that operatives produce a typed copy of their written pocketbook … I said I would ask [another officer] who would produce the typed copy and he said his team would do that. So that text to Vincent tells him we’ve agreed that,” he said.
The text messages revealed a tight-knit group of officers: Vincent texted Hussey that he was preparing to give an “Oscar performance” on the witness stand, adding: “I won’t let you down … I would die first .”
Another undercover officer, referred to in court as Andy, retired shortly after the operation ended. Vincent texted him: “So you wanker … U leave me with a load of fucking wet wiped nob heads who don’t know how to put a job together wipe arses or cover tracks … Wanker …. Miss you.”
Hussey told the jury: “We’re close as colleagues, yes.”
The evidence is part of a 10-week trial of Naweed Ali, 29 and Khobaib Hussain, neighbours from Birmingham, and Mohibur Rahman, 32 and Tahir Aziz, 28 of Stoke-on-Trent, on charges of preparing terrorist acts between May and August 2016. All four men deny the charges.
The men were arrested in August 2016 during a major security alert after the bag containing the pipe bomb – which was later found to be non-viable – and the other weapons was found.

I didn’t notice Paul Nuttall’s claim that he had mastered walking on the spot when he was teaching Michael Jackson how to ‘Moon Walk’ during the time he took off from studying for his Doctorate (everyone else ‘reads’ for the qualification of Professor!), presumably that was before he was a professional footballer for Tranmere Rovers but after he had managed the crowd control of Hillsboro – or was this just another claim that when he was shown to have lied about it he blamed it on a junior employee, after it being on his web site for many years!
Then it was on to Stoke where he hadn’t a clue where he lived and slept at night, claiming to have a house in the constituency (that seemingly he had seen in an Estate Agent’s window) – but that Michael Crick viewed and filmed as empty and to let!
Then on to the present constituency he has been parachuted into as a carpet bagger, at the last minute, where it became abundantly clear in a TV interview he didn’t seem to know any of the main land marks in the constituency, couldn’t name them and didn’t even know they were in the constituency.
This fooish little chap made a fool of himself on his web site, showed he was a fool in Stoke and is proving to be a fool in this election too – not content with that he has led people to believe he is also a liar and a cheat.

Having become a laughing stock in the Stoke by-election, the most winnable seat for Ukip in Britain as a result of the hard work Nikki Sinclaire put in promoting a pro BreXit vote in the Referendum she was directly responsible for instigating with the petition she organised after she left Ukip. The petition Nigel Farage’s Ukip party tried to sabotage to avoid the Referendum it gave rise to and the probability Ukip would be out of a job once the electorate knew the truth and voted for BreXit.
Well that was one thing Nigel Farage got right, before he jumped ship to avoid humiliation in domestic politics yet again.
It is noteworthy that despite Nigel Farage’s £800 a session job waffling for LBC, his highly paid job for Fox News in America, regular income from Russia via his work for RT, his free house in Chelsea, his young French ‘house Mate’, his funding by Arron Banks sourced from seemingly dubious sources and the near £1/4M he accrues as an MEP and he’s still leading Ukip in the EU. Plus of course the additional income and further monies he controls as leader of an EU Group and of course money he trousers, which runs to 10s of £1,000s, in Court cases related to his job!
Nigel Farage has left the party; that served him so well over 20 years, in a total mess; leaderless and with no structure, he never managed to create a viable structure and we all know why
he really was terrified of anyone of competence being in a position to challenge him and his control of the purse strings. UKIP leader Paul Nuttall might struggle to convince voters he can not only “talk the talk” but “walk the walk” – after starring in a hilarious party political broadcast that appears to show him walking on the spot.
Paul Nuttall is leading Ukip through a period when their very existence is seemingly hanging in the balance
Once Nuttall’s “walk of shame” is over he places his hands on top of a wall and stares out across the sea as a voiceover says: “Who’s looking after you, and who really does put our country first?”
A cutaway then appears to show the shambolic Ukipper in London as he says: “We want to cut immigration, we want a more secure Britain, we want to prioritise the NHS over foreign aid, we want to protect British culture, and we want a modern and fair democracy.”
It is not clear where Nuttall took his seafront stroll but he is running to be an MP in the coastal town of Boston and Skegness in the General Election on June 8.
Twitter user Ross Fairbairn wrote: “Is it me or is Paul Nuttall just walking on the spot in the UKIP party political broadcast? Hahaha.”

You probably think this email is sent out of vindictiveness. It is not. I have always been concerned with the best interests of UKIP as it is the only viable anti-EU movement in British politics.
If you ever considered my submissions at the NEC over the fifteen years I was there to have had any merit then I ask you to now consider what I have to say in a spirit of pragmatism and honest opinion.
I think (very much) you are backing the wrong horse. Nigel has had his day. He is to be thanked for taking UKIP to where it is now – but I assure you all my political instincts say he is definitely NOT the man to take it forwards into this new era where there is a referendum campaign to be fought. Now is the time he should gracefully go and look back on a golden career. To continue he will descend into acrimony and in-fighting within UKIP and ultimately be deposed, or UKIP become more and more irrelevant in British politics. The public hate in-fighting in a party and it kills it in the public mind.
What IS important is persuading the British public of the issues so they understand it is not in the interests of the country to stay in the EU.
Note: the GBP (Great British Public) have already been brainwashed over the years such that a recent poll indicates that 54% of the public want to actually stay in. That means with the don’t know’s and those that don’t vote, a referendum if carried out now would be lost.
Nigel with his aggressive shouty personality is simply not the person to put the arguments cogently and assertively and quietly with authority – without appearing to be a right wing bigot. It now needs someone different to put those arguments that the public can trust – and I mean ALL political shades of the public.
Like it or not Nigel does indeed appear to be a right wing bigot, and puts off a large percentage of the people. That is why UKIP has never shaken off the image of being BNP-lite. He did not get in to Thanet because of this very reason. (Patrick O’Flynn put his finger on it when he said Thanet has a UKIP council elected – but did not vote for Nigel as MP). Nigel puts off the ‘Left’ wing people, and more importantly – women who immediately see through him straight away as a manipulating aggressive bigot. I have had heard several women, when he has been mentioned, say he gives them the creeps.
I admire your loyalty to him but in politics one has to be flexible. Leaders have their moment, their time in the spotlight – and the trick is in knowing when they should leave. They never do themselves. They always have to be pushed. NOW is Nigel’s time to go.
Listen to Stuart Wheeler and Hugh Williams – both quiet people who observe, digest and come up with sensible opinions. They are right. Patrick O’Flynn is right too, and his public denouncement will dog Nigel constantly if Nigel tries to stay in position as leader. Also Nigel does NOT have the mandate of the membership after this GE – he LOST – so he should go back to the membership – that is only right and proper. It is improper to cling on like a limpet and is another reason to go as the public don’t like that aspect of it either. Nigel is damaged goods now. He must go or the party, though it will of course continue, will slowly whither on the vine as support drains away with a damaged leader who will attract much criticism of his leadership – it will keep coming up..
UKIP needs new blood in the leadership if it is to continue as a viable force in British politics. I am very sorry that you cannot seem to see this.

Whilst on the subject it is worthy of note that no one with ANY understanding of the workings of our own Governance and the checks and balances of Parliament will realise that whoever was in Government and whatever their will and majority it would not be possible let alone possible or beneficial to have a referendum in 2015 as do not forget that a Bill to enable such a referendum would have to be passed first which would require debate, passing the House of Commons stages to go to the House of Lords where it would be likely to be heatedly debated as so many members of that place are funded by the EU and obliged by oath to serve the EU not Britain! Even when (IF) passed by the HoL it would then require ratification of any changes made and a vote in the HoC before final reading in the HoL before being put forward for Royal Assent – then there would be the administrative problems of public debate followed by organising the Referendum itself!
Only an irresponsible fool would risk Britain’s entire future on an over hastey Referendum and even the 2017 target is optimistic in the light of, as Cameron puts it ‘the moving parts’, do not forget the huge body of law that must be considered and the immense areas of international compliance that must be put in place to ensure the security of our trade with the rest of the world – not just the EU.
Let us not forget when we hear light weight pundits wittering about percentages of UK law that are dictated by the EU – they have virtually no idea what percentage of the law has been enacted to be compliant with the EU as we in Britain are obliged to comply with laws and terms handed down by such bodies as the WTO, WHO, UN, CODEX and many more international bodies that enable our global trade.
To blithly quote %s of law is to totally mislead, whether deliberately, dishonestly or in stupidity is entirely another point the largest single % of our laws are Road Traffic Acts, including closures for repair etc which are short term are these to be considered in %age terms when of so little relevance – what weighting is given tyo a single Law that has upto 100 scheduled parts relative to a couple of lines of law closing a road for laying a watermain?
It is clearly irresponsible to whip up/incite the electorate with such meaningless figures!
May I commend those with a serious intent to try to campaign to Leave_The_EU to first read FleXcit access to which can be found in the >Right Sidebar< of this blog or go directly to http://www.flexcit.org This will however expose you to some indication of the complexity of the aim to Leave_The_EU – a task which clearly has been over simplified by the more self serving individuals and organisations who seek to hide the truth for their own gain – Just where is the detailed work of the likes of IEA, Business For Britain, Ukip, Tax Payers Alliance, The Tories, Nigel Farage’s Cult, Ian Milne, Mathew Elliott, David Bannerman and the army of those within the Westminster Bubble seeking their own ends at the expense of OUR Country?
Before a Referendum the No Campaign must first ensure its representative committee is selected by the peoples of Britain not just appointed/anointed by the self same political elite who caused the EU disaster in the first place – then we need Regional Organisers firastly Region by Region, then County by County, City by City, Town by Town, Village by Village and Community by Community – not like a political party or cult that has its target areas but in every community in these United Kingdoms and beyond the mallign influence of politicians Unions and the like.
For this Referendum to be of ANY value it must be seen to be fair, equally and fully funded and without the interference and corruption by either politicians or the EU, and avoiding being misled by companies, corporations and other influences that draw their instructions from foreign sources as with Nissan of Sunderland who are a French franchise or most of the water companies and power suppliers who are similarly French, nor Siemens, British Gas, HSBC etc etc who are also foreign – one should not expect Councils to take a stance as they are there to represent the people not Bertelsmans nor themselves!
We must remember that we have laws in this Country that demand that schools and educational establishments shall NOT be politicised and thus teachers and the like have no part in this referendum, beyond their own votes.
Perhaps you start to understand the complexity of holding this referendum if it is to be binding and not the very source of an ongoing running sore that the EU has been due to the duplicity of its enactment and verification to date.
Nigel Farage Defends his protege Matthew Richardson’s ‘Bigots Deserve Representation’ Comment!

here are more details of the comments made by Ukip’s senior staffer Matthew Richardson, an allegedly qualified and experienced barrister (look up more details about him via the search facility at the top of the >Right Sidebar<).
I am given to understand that this clown was introduced to Ukip by Annabelle Fuller and subsequently promoted by Nigel Farage – rather reminds one of when she introduced another ‘chum’ to Ukip, Stephen Sobey, or as he called himself Stephen Sobey-Neville, who she had been at Uni. with and who then worked for the Tory Party at Tory Party Central Office – on her recommendation Nigel Farage, against clear advice proving he was a fraud and a Tory plant, Stephen was put in a position of trust in the Press Office!
Eventually after he had orchestrated one disaster too many he was dumped by Farage!
What a surprise (NOT) when he turned up as a director of Fuller’s faux company Athena PR which worked for Nigel Farage!
One has to wonder if Matthew Richardson is yet another Annabelle Fuller plant and do note Nigel Farage, as late as this evening is defending this particular plant in the Ukip weed patch!
I guess one comfort Ukipper’s can take is that having finally been interviewed under caution by the police for her theft of a Blackberry recording phone device, confidential correspondence and a House of Commons Pass from the Tory MP Andrew Bridgen’s flat, and having tried to cover her theft, it seems, by claiming he had sexually assaulted her – a claim she soon dropped when she realised it was far from plausible and all but unsustainable.
Many will remember her claims of trauma! The evidence of which would seem to have been her shortly afterwards publishing photos of herself strutting her stuff at Ascot:

As Annabelle Fuller has admitted the theft openly, even bragged of it, it would seem that there is absolutely no possibility, if justice is to be seen to be done, that the CPS will fail to prosecute, particularly as the offence was one involving National Security!

The same senior official also claimed the NHS was the “biggest waste of money in the UK”. The remarks were made by Matthew Richardson, the party’s secretary and a member of its national executive council.
According to The Sunday Times Richardson told a meeting last month: “I’ve said before, people talk about Ukip being bigots. There are hundreds of thousands of bigots in the United Kingdom and they deserve representation.” He also joked about party leader Nigel Farage, saying: “He’s a Kent man. Well, sounds like Kent, anyway.”
Richardson added that the Ukip leader would “have to be a moron” to put the party’s plan for a turnover tax for businesses in its manifesto. He insisted the comments were “clearly light-hearted harmless banter in the pub” and did “not reflect any seriously held belief”.
He added: “I don’t recall the conversation taking place but some of the words attributed to me are actually a quote from the late (Tory MP) Eric Forth, which if they were spoken at all would have been on a discussion about him. None of this is reflective of my own views or those of the party and I am sure any reader would recognise the difference between a formal party position and the sort of jag lots of people have with their mates while having a drink.”
Meanwhile, footage from 2010 of Richardson attacking the health service at events in the USA were released by Labour. Speaking at the Young Americans Foundation conference in Washington he said: “When I was younger a trillion was an astronomic number. Now when I look at our national deficits, and your national deficits, actually it is an economic number.
“A number I couldn’t possible imagine when I was younger is now the amount of money that is owed by my country, and soon more than that by your country, to other countries, paying for wasteful socialist programmes. And of course at the heart of this, the Reichstag bunker of socialism is the National Health Service.”
At the Conservative Political Action Conference in the same year he said: “This socialist government wastes money like you can’t imagine. They have started doing every wasteful scheme under the sun … The biggest waste of money of course in the United Kingdom is the NHS, the National Health Service.”
The release of the footage signals a more aggressive approach to Ukip from Labour, which faces losing ground to Farage’s party in some of its northern heartlands – as shown in the Heywood and Middleton by-election in October where Ed Miliband’s party could only manage a narrow victory.
Richardson was reportedly appointed last year to help prevent unfavourable stories about the party making it into the media, but Ukip insisted he was not involved with the press operation.
Labour’s Jon Trickett, shadow minister without portfolio, said: “Either Nigel Farage supports this or Mr Richardson cannot stay in post. Nigel Farage cannot simultaneously defend these comments and claim that his party stands for the NHS free at the point of use. The man chosen by Nigel Farage to control Ukip’s image has compared the NHS to Hitler’s Nazi bunker. This is Ukip’s real agenda on the NHS.
“Today Labour is shining a light on Nigel Farage and his party’s true views on the future of the NHS. They claim to defend the service we cherish, but they want to dismantle its foundations. Ukip can no longer attempt to fool people. They are a party of Tory people, Tory money and they want to extend the worst Tory policies, which would have horrific effects on working people.”
A Ukip spokeswoman played down the significance of Richardson’s comments, pointing out he was not an elected representative or party spokesman. She said: “He is a very talented barrister and does his job extremely well. He is not involved with the party’s press operation.”
Earlier on Saturday, Ukip’s communities spokesman defected to the conservative Party. Amjad Bashir, who represents Yorkshire and the Humber, met with David Cameron on Friday and was due to announce his defection on Saturday evening.
However, before the switch was made public, Ukip announced that Bashir had been suspended from the party for “extremely serious” allegations including unanswered financial and employment questions. A senior Tory told the Press Association that the suspension by Ukip was a “desperate attempt” to play down the impact of Bashir’s defection.

Hi,
3.1/2 years after Annabelle Fuller, whilst working for Nigel Farage in one or other capacity, admitted she had breached National security by stealing a House of Commons pass, a Blackberry communication & recording device and confidential correspondence from Conservative MP Andrew Bridgen’s flat, the police fi8nally got around to interviewing her.
This does not give one much faith in British Security!
I understand that approaching a year ago the MP demanded police took action against Annabelle Fuller with regard to the implausible claims she made of sexual assault. Allegations Annabelle Fuller would seem to have dreamed up to cover her theft when caught fleeing the building by the building’s security guard.
Annabelle Fuller would seem to have appreciated her allegatiomns were implausible and unsustainable shortly after her ‘claim’ as she withdrew her allegations.
The tardy manner in which the police have dealt with this matter adds credibility to the claims of Jasna Badzak that would seem to imply that there are certain corrupt police who are aiding and abetting criminality of individuals in Ukip’s leadership team.
Allegations of criminality that would seem to be bourn out both by Douglas Denny and evidence he holds and the transcripts of Gerard Batten’s Court case against Jasna Badzak which seem clearly to show perversion of the course of Justice and dishonesty on the part of Gerard Batten and members of the police and judiciary.
Further it seems likely that various Freedom of Information applications, which seem to have presented those who are obliged to supply the data with cause to stall and wriggle in efforts to avoid supplying the facts, will when they are supplied under law may well place the criminals who were involved in Court facing serious charges and the probability of consequential custodial sentences and subsequent damages that could well bankrupt them and Ukip!

Annabelle Fuller was questioned under caution last week amid claims the former Ukip aide falsely accused a Tory MP of groping her
Nigel Farage faced embarrassment last night as it emerged that Scotland Yard formally questioned his alleged ‘ex-mistress’ over claims that she fabricated a sexual assault case against a Tory MP.
Detectives quizzed Annabelle Fuller under caution last week following suggestions that she falsely accused Andrew Bridgen of touching her inappropriately. Officers are understood to be close to concluding their investigation.
It is the latest development in an astonishing saga which started in June 2011 when Mr Bridgen, 50, was arrested after Ms Fuller said he had groped her on the balcony of his Westminster flat.
The charges were dropped shortly afterwards when Ms Fuller, a former aide to the Ukip leader, withdrew her allegations.
The MP for North West Leicestershire says the case wrecked his marriage and he now has limited contact with his children.
Detectives have gained access to Ms Fuller’s phone records to check her account of events with people she spoke to that night.
The 33-year-old was described as Farage’s ‘former mistress’ under parliamentary privilege last year in Strasbourg by former Ukip MEP Nikki Sinclaire.
Both Mr Farage and Ms Fuller strongly deny an affair, and Ms Fuller has since stopped working for the party.
She claimed that the 2011 incident arose after she met Mr Bridgen at a Westminster pub with a civil servant, and all three went to the MP’s flat after midnight to discuss military charities.

A security guard called police, and Ms Fuller told them Mr Bridgen reached up her skirt and touched her bottom and leg. Despite the charges being dropped, Mr Bridgen and his wife Jackie soon divorced.
Scotland Yard’s investigation into Ms Fuller was launched after claims by Jasna Badzak, a former Ukip official who says she exchanged messages with Ms Fuller following the incident, and that Ms Fuller boasted of seeing messages from David Cameron on Mr Bridgen’s BlackBerry.
Last month, Ms Badzak was sent a police ‘Prevention of Harassment’ letter for talking to The Mail on Sunday, on the grounds that it led to Ms Fuller being ‘subjected to numerous phone calls and emails’.

A Scotland Yard spokesman said: ‘A 33-year-old woman attended a Central London police station on Wednesday 14th January, where she was interviewed under caution. Inquiries are ongoing.’
Ukip said: ‘This case is being investigated and it would be inappropriate to comment further.’
Ms Fuller declined to comment. Mr Bridgen said that it would be ‘inappropriate to comment’.

Matthew Richardson the Barrister hired by Ukip in June 2013 really doesn’t seem to be much use as a spin doctor and legal fixer does he, when you consider the massive preponderence of bad publicity Ukip’s racism, anti homosexuality, anti judaism, misogyny and abuse of power has generated in the media.
I doubt if Henderson Chambers head of Chambers, Charles Gibson QC, can be too impressed with this chappie judging by his track record of managing to keep Ukip’s bad press out of the media or his ineptitude at recruiting Tory MPs, or for that matter his efforts to destabilise the Tories. Let alone his antics, fraudulently delivering lectures in China some time ago!

Ukip chiefs hired a City barrister to keep “bad stuff” hidden from the public, leaked documents show.
National executive committee meeting minutes from June 2013 detail how Matthew Richardson became Ukip secretary.
They state Mr Richardson’s role as party secretary would be deciding “whether to take injunctions out” when Ukip is criticised in the media.
And they suggest the party may have skeletons in the closet which he has been tasked to hide.
The minutes state: “We need to ensure all of the bad stuff is kept out of the public domain.
“As party secretary (Mr Richardson) would try to ensure that we keep a tight reign on things.”

Labour’s shadow solicitor general Karl Turner said: “This is typical of a party which pretends to be one thing, but in reality is something else altogether.
“Ukip shouldn’t need a top lawyer to stop their members making offensive remarks – they just need to stop making them.”
The leaked minutes are taken from a meeting of UKIP’s national executive committee in June 2013.
The party’s top officials discussed the need for a top lawyer to be “actively involved” in its media operation.
“We will face some tough times and need to decide whether to take injunctions out or not,” the minutes state.
Mr Richardson was then introduced to the committee as the chosen nomination for the party secretary role.
The lawyer told the members he “specialises in online reputation management”.
The minutes then show party chairman Steve Crowther complained that “work must be done in dealing with what our members publish”.
And Mr Richardson agreed “that the party in general must get a grip on this”.
The committee unanimously agreed to approve Mr Richardson’s appointment at the end of the meeting.
He could not be reached personally for a comment last night.
But a Ukip spokeswoman said: “Like all other parties we have a party secretary to manage legal and political affairs.

when reading the article below it is worth noting that shortly after joining Ukip Martyn Heale was Nigel Farage’s election agent. This is unsurprising as informed readers will be aware that Nigel Farage has always had close links with extremist organisations, not just with his extremist behaviour as a schoolboy but in aduly life. The picture above shows Nigel Farage, during a period when he had quit Ukip, with Mark Deavin, who although he was a BNP member sat with the Ukip NEC for a time, and Tony LeComber who was a senior member of the BNP and had convictions and had been in prison for explosives related issues.
It is widely believed that at that time Farage was seeking the leadership of the BNP.
More recently Nigel Farage has consistently been all too happy to be associated witjh the gutter sweepings of EU politicvs forming both his EFD Group and now his EFDD Group in the EU with racists, anti Jewish and anti homosexual partners, many with particularly unsavoury extremist views and beliefs.
It is little wonder that such as Martyn Heale, Etheridge, Gerard Batten and their odious ilk thrive in the Ukip of today as did Buster Mottram who was a part of Nigel Farage’s family (living as he did with a close relative of Farage’s).
Even the most cursory check on Google will show up some of the vile sympathies and behaviour of members of Ukip staff and a very long list of overt racist and extreme superstitious views not to mention libertine sexual practices & louche irresponsible behaviour, some of a criminal nature.
UKIP’s Thanet South chairman regrets National Front past
The UKIP party chairman in the constituency where leader Nigel Farage hopes to become an MP has said he “deeply regretted” his past membership of the National Front.
Martyn Heale, now a county councillor for UKIP in Kent, was a member of the far right organisation in the 1970s, but he insists he is not racist.
He also told the BBC it was “really depressing” to be reminded of his past.
Mr Farage confirmed he would seek selection in Thanet South in August.

Mr Heale has been a member of UKIP for more than a decade, and prior to that was a Conservative activist for almost 20 years.
He acknowledged that in the late 70s he was an active member of the National Front for more than a year.
Councillor Heale did not want to do a broadcast interview, but told BBC political correspondent Chris Mason: “I obviously regret what I did.”
“It is really depressing,” he added, to be reminded of his past.
Mr Heale acted as Mr Farage’s election agent in 2005 when the UKIP leader ran, unsuccessfully, for Parliament in Thanet South.

A spokesman for UKIP said Mr Heale had been a party member for several years before the ban on former members of far right organisations was brought in.
To expel him “would be contrary to natural justice”, he said.

South Thanet is currently held by the Conservative MP Laura Sandys, who was elected in 2010 and has a majority of 7,617.
She is standing down and the Tories have chosen a founding member of UKIP and former leader of the party, Craig MacKinlay, as their candidate.

I find it quite surprising that the MoS chooses to overlook the fact that the media announced some weeks ago that Annabelle Fuller was under investigation by the police, the MoS themselves if I recall correctly,
In the light of the facts published (at long last) by The Times and other sources, one is clearly at liberty to wonder if corrupt police were involved and were deliberately delaying justice; as surely Annabelle Fuller’s admitted theft of Andrew Bridgen’s Blackberry phone device, confidential correspondence and his House of Commons pass must surely be not only a simple theft that could be acted on rapidly but a security matter that thus becomes of some urgency!
How come Annabelle Fuller has not been arrested and charged with the theft after such a long period? Is this justice delayed is justice denied, as is so often the case, or a matter of deliberate police efforts to cover up a crime or trump up a crime on behalf of Ukip as would seem the case in the prosecution of Jasna Badzak and Nikki Sinclaire both of which seemingly depend on the thinest of evidence supplied by Ukip themselves either by members, officers or funded staff!
Setting aside the factor of Annabelle Fuller’s relationship with Nigel Farage, which is widely believed to have been intimate over a long period, she has a long and established record as an intimate of Nigel Farage’s prepared to lie and cheat on his behalf, willing to indulge in criminality for him and of a particularly offensive nature.
Annabelle Fuller also has a track record of supplying the media with at best imaginitive stories though they seem to be more plausible as attention seeking or outright dishonesty and her admitted mental instability and self harming are a matter of public record, as is Nigel Farage’s willingness to lie on her behalf, in her defence.
You may well remember I published on this blog that the vaguely foolish Hermann Kelly had threatened a senior Ukip member and a journalist, in a public restaurant, should they dare to publish the fact that Annabelle Fuller was Nigel Farage’s mistress – at which stage the senior Ukip member told him not to make a fool of himself as such an action would bankrupt the party if they chose to publish the facts.
This conversation was made in a public place – a foolish attempt to bully a journalst and his contact in public! Not disimilar to eMails and letters threatening people who might expose Ukip’s corruption, as sent by Ukip members and the police! One need only glance at comments made about Richard North, Jasna Badzak, Nikki Sinclaire, John West, Richard Suchorzewski, Niall Warry myself and many others by such as Mark Croucher, Douglas Denny, Derek Clark, Mick McGough and others, including gullible non entities seemingly making comments based on apparent Ukip scripts based upon very distorted facts!

A leading Tory MP has called on Boris Johnson to investigate claims that Scotland Yard officers have abused their position by trying to shut down newspaper investigations into Ukip.
Zac Goldsmith made the demand after a former Ukip official received a harassment warning for talking to The Mail on Sunday about her claims an alleged ‘former mistress’ of Ukip leader Nigel Farage had fabricated a sexual assault case against a fellow Tory MP.
Police are investigating Jasna Badzak’s allegation that Annabelle Fuller falsely accused Andrew Bridgen of inappropriately touching her at his Westminster flat in 2011.

The call for an investigation comes as Rupert Murdoch launches legal action against Scotland Yard for ‘hacking’ thousands of journalists emails.
The MP for North West Leicestershire, who denied wrong-doing, was arrested but no charges were brought. Ms Badzak, 43, who used to work as a Ukip press officer, says she has given the police details of messages she exchanged with Ms Fuller about the incident.
But when this newspaper spoke to Ms Badzak last month about a new development in the case – that detectives were planning to question Mr Farage after establishing that Ms Fuller had made phone calls to the Ukip leader on the evening she was in Mr Bridgen’s flat – Ms Badzak was warned off.
Ms Badzak was issued with a ‘Prevention of Harassment’ letter by a Met officer, Detective Sergeant Gordon McKay, on the grounds the conversation had led to Ms Fuller being ‘subjected to numerous phone calls and emails’. The Mail on Sunday sent three emails to Ms Fuller prior to printing our story to clarify the details. When asked what she had said on the phone to Mr Farage on the night in question, Ms Fuller replied: ‘Are you now a police officer?’

On Friday, former Tory MP Louise Mensch submitted two criminal complaints about the alleged conduct of officers. Her move came after she learned that another serving officer at the Met had warned two reporters – who had contacted Ukip MEP Gerard Batten to ask about his alleged links to far-Right organisations – against publishing articles ‘deemed to be untruthful and concerning’.

Last night a friend of Mr Bridgen said: ‘Andrew was approached by the police as a result of new information provided by Jasna Badzak regarding false allegations made about him by Annabelle Fuller in June 2011. Andrew is extremely concerned by the pace of the investigation into Ms Fuller’s apparent perverting the course of justice.’
Ms Fuller said: ‘I reported Jasna Badzak to the police over her continued harassment of me which started when she made false allegations about me.’
Ms Mensch said: ‘It seems to be an abuse of the criminal law to prevent citizens talking to journalists.’
The row has come amid growing concern over the use of police surveillance powers against journalists. A report published last week by the Commons Home Affairs Select Committee said the laws were not ‘fit for purpose’ and should be overhauled.
A Scotland Yard spokesman said: ‘On November 1, police received an allegation of harassment. On November 15, a 43-year-old woman was issued with a 1st Instance Harassment Warning.’
News UK claims police ‘hacking’ of journalists emails was ‘revenge’ bid
Rupert Murdoch is suing Scotland Yard for ‘hacking’ into thousands of journalists’ emails – in what was last night dubbed as ‘revenge’ for the phone-hacking scandal.
The Metropolitan Police has arrested dozens of reporters working for the tycoon’s newspapers over plotting to listen in to celebrities’ voicemail messages, making payments to public officials and other crimes, with seven convicted this year.
But in an ironic twist, News UK is now taking Scotland Yard to court, claiming damages for breach of confidentiality. The company, previously known as News International, says the Met kept and searched through an archive of journalists’ emails dating back to 2004 – many of which may have contained sensitive information.
Rupert Murdoch is suing Scotland Yard for ‘hacking’ into thousands of journalists’ emails – in what was last night dubbed as ‘revenge’ for the phone-hacking scandal.
News UK voluntarily handed over emails to police as part of the probe into phone-hacking at the News of the World, in 2011.
It had a policy of deleting old emails automatically after a set period of time, although computer experts were able to find information dating back to around 2004 on 64 storage tapes. News UK says police accessed the data from this without agreement.
Murdoch’s lawyers want the data – still kept by Scotland Yard – to be returned, as well as damages for ‘breach of confidence’ by the Met.
A lawyer involved in the phone-hacking trials said last night: ‘It sounds like there is an element of Murdoch’s revenge about this.’
Both parties declined to comment on the civil case.

you will have noted by now that The Times is featuring Ukip and sadly; based on information from their contacts, which has by-passed Ukip’s weak yet aggresive press office with its grossly over paid ineptitude; The Times has found its way to much of the truth.
The Times is doing to Ukip what it does to the two main parties which is calling them to account and exposing their inadequacies and internal squabbles, incompetencies and corruptions – Ukip is learning the truth of my oft made warning ‘the higher up the tree the monkey climbs the more you see its @rse’.
Naturally Ukip is likely to fall back on the lame excuses that were so often used by their associates in the BNP ‘they’re picking on us because we are being so effective and threatening the establishment’!
This is palpable rubbish, what is happening is Ukip is experiencing the true scrutiny briefly, which front line politics constantly experiences.
I believe this exposure will probably culminate in either a major revalation either on Saturday or Sunday and then it is just a matter of whether Ukip is considered of adequate consequence to be kept in the public eye, where scrutiny will continue, just as it is experienced by the Tories and Labour or they slide into the obscurity they have earned having peaked.
It seems likely that Ukip will have to fall back on the shoddy journalism and desperate scribblings of the milti millionaire publisher Richard Desmond who cut his publishing teeth in the trash end of the magazine trade with publications that pandered to gossip and populist light weight like OK and New!
He then moved into adult TV (a EUphemism for soft porn) with Television X and Red Hot TV – moving on to such inglorious titles as The Daily Star and The Express – the latter being Ukip’s comic of choice with its corrupt standards of journalism and unrelenting yet undeclared bias!
With The Express Ukip has found itself with a partnership in light weight publicity and low grade press to match its standards and its hugely over salaried and over blown press office.
To quote their ever intellectual EU Press Officer Herman Kelly’s recent erudity ‘when you sleep with dogs you wake with fleas’ unoriginal I know but a measure of the competence and style of Ukip’s bullying and corrupt press office – a team who can best be judged by the paucity of publicity Ukip recieves, or ever has received over the years, which is of consequence or gravitas in publications of repute and stature.

As the sun rose over Clacton in the hours after Ukip secured its first elected MP, Nigel Farage predicted that his Eurosceptic party could hold the balance of power at the next election.
Before setting its sights on May, Ukip is grappling with a more mundane challenge.
Mr Farage is trying to create a professional party from a ragtag group of veteran members more accustomed to setting the world to rights over pints of real ale than the strict discipline of modern politics.
Last May, Ukip moved into a new Mayfair office, formerly the home of Boris Johnson’s mayoralty campaign team, after it was offered rent-free by Andrew Reid, a solicitor.
Three months later, amid concerns that staff were running amok, Lisa Duffy, Ukip’s director, was sent in to sort things out.
In a confidential report presented to Ukip’s governing committee, Ms Duffy wrote that she had gone to the offices on party business “only to be embarrassed about the lack of cleanliness, silliness and lack of organisation and lack of people in offices”.
Describing how she had spent the first few days setting the office up in a “professional manner”, Ms Duffy said she had moved desks and organised a holiday rota which “identified that the following week we would have had no press officers if I hadn’t actioned this”.
She also removed “unprofessional” material from walls and hand written signs.
A former office worker said these included a “c*** of the week” award which was given to “whichever journalist had been the most critical that week”.
A hand-drawn picture of Mr Farage surrounded by hearts was pinned on the wall, alongside an “I love egg mayonnaise sandwiches” sign posted by Alexandra Phillips, a press officer.
Ms Duffy’s intervention in Ukip’s London offices came a few days after another attempt to professionalise the party had ended in disaster.
Will Gilpin, a former RAF pilot, began work in the £72,000-a-year post of chief executive in December 2012 but was sacked in August 2013.
He wrote to one member of the executive: “I’m afraid I came to the role in the belief it was actually a chief executive they were after, rather than chairman’s assistant.”
“In response to me saying I’m unhappy with how things are going I have been sacked. It’s a shame I wasn’t able to bring in the much needed modernizations, but it’s up to the leadership of course.”
The national executive committee (NEC) also had disputes over another key appointment, leaked emails reveal.
In May last year, Tim Aker, a political campaigner and former researcher, was put forward for the £62,000 post of head of policy.
William Dartmouth, a Ukip MEP, wrote to members of the NEC complaining that Mr Aker was being offered as the sole candidate and that he had been “directly concerned and therefore partly responsible for the embarrassment of the 2010 Ukip general election manifesto”.
Mr Farage, who backed Mr Aker, has previously disowned the 2010 manifesto as “drivel” and claimed he had never read it.
Mr Dartmouth said the manifesto was “electorally toxic” and that Mr Aker’s involvement with it should be a “total disqualification”.
Andrew Moncreiff, a member of Ukip’s executive committee, wrotethat Mr Aker was “harmless enough but thoroughly lightweight and has done virtually nothing for the party”.
