Douglas Denny’s response show that about 10 years too late the foolish little chap (UKIP NEC Sycophant & serial liar) is showing signs of waking up. I wonder if he will have the integrity to apologise for all his lies, fabrications of fantasies, gullibility and outright dishonesty. Personally I see no signs that he is either man enough or honourable – so I think not!

Hi,
and here is the advert which I have found courtesy of The Daily Mail
Brilliant advert – great design – Costly I’ll Bet!
Well done – it proves what can be done liberated from a vile Pan EU Political Party Group like The EFD and the malign self serving control of The EU’s puppets.
Do buy a copy of The Daily Mail and fill it in and send it back to reward the expense and the initiative by Nikki Sinclaire MEP, Mike Nattrass MEP & Trevor Colman MEP to encourage them to do more patriotic things for Britain IN Britain.
Great idea to use the Daily Mail the day after THE Wedding when they will probably print far more copies than any similar issue as they try to do justice to the most Patriotic Day in Britain’s history since 1953.
This edition with its advert will be around in homes for far longer than normal and may become a collectors item – just as was The Times of Coronation Day 1953 when there was a clear explanation not just of Tenzing Norgay & Ed. Hillary reaching the summit of Chomolungma (renamed after Sir Henry Everest) but also a long exposition of The EU being an economic entity aimed at being a fully fledged political entity centrally controlled!
Three MEPs elected under the UKIP banner agree to pool their EU budgets to advertise for an EU Referendum to get the UK out. Buy Mail on SaturdayUSE OF MEP FUNDS ….. BUDGET FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES!
Please look at the attachment.
It is an advert asking readers of The Daily Mail (or any paper) to sign up to a request for a referendum on Britain’s membership of the EU.
Can you think of any better information about the EU and it could be used in any paper.
If Trevor Colman, Nikki Sinclaire and I pool our EU budgets to fight the EU with adverts on this basis, would you say that it is a good use of our EU budget for education/information about the EU?
What do you think?
As three UKIPers in the Non Attached section of the EU parliament we fight for our country. MEPs should stop wasting time in any European Parliament and save taxpayers the money. We look forward to the Independence of country and our own redundancy.
MIKE NATTRASS MEP
WRONG AV Referendum?
• EU makes 75% of UK law
• Prisoners to get the vote
• Cuts at home to bail out Greece, Ireland and Portugal
• Unlimited EU migration
• The EU costs us £48,000,000 per day
When did you get your say on our membership of the European Union?

euroeséptica Nikki Sinclaire, “whose sole purpose is to devalue the prestige of European policy in general and the European Parliament in particular.”
Good to see The EU are getting the message that UKIP MEPs were elected to publicise even if UKIP threw Nikki out because she refused to collude in supporting racism and anti Judaism in The EFD!
Every little helps to build the EUroSceptic case for Britain leaving The EU and to date the only foreign trip has been as part of a peace keeping mission to Tunisia – it is because of being free of the vile EFD that Sinclaire is being taken seriously as she is no longer involved in The EFD corruption, self enrichment, anti Judaism and violent anti homosexuality and racism!
I’m losing track of the number of articles in the British press, helped by Professional PR and a sound political insight – a huge amount of hard work! All this foreign media ‘pick up’ is a huge help as British journalists do check out the foreign press.
EFE / STRASBOURG (FRANCE) Eider Gardiazabal Socialist MEP has defended Wednesday the allegations in the newspaper ‘News of the World’, according to which he claimed the EP diets inappropriately and explained to Efe that no is “robbery”, but something completely “legal.”
El diario sensacionalista y euroescéptico británico ha acusado a Gardiazabal y otros eurodiputados de cobrar las dietas correspondientes a la jornada del viernes, cuando en realidad ese día no trabajan. The British eurosceptic tabloid and has accused other MEPs Gardiazabal and accept payment for the day Friday, when that day actually working.
El medio recoge fotografías de los eurodiputados fichando en la sede del Parlamento y desplazándose al aeropuerto oa la estación de tren, poco después. The medium includes photographs of clocking MEPs in the Parliament building and moving to the airport or train station shortly after.
Según Gardiazabal, la mañana en la que la fotografiaron tenía una reunión en Bilbao, por lo que se marchó temprano para llegar a tiempo. According Gardiazabal the morning when the photograph was a meeting in Bilbao, so he left early to arrive on time.
La eurodiputada ha explicado a Efe que el reglamento de los eurodiputados permite cobrar las dietas del viernes si el trabajo de la jornada del jueves (cuando termina la semana en Bruselas) se prolonga hasta tarde. The MEP has told Efe that the regulation of MEPs can accept payment on Friday if the work of the day on Thursday (when you finish the week in Brussels) continues until late.
“Es algo totalmente generalizado”, ha afirmado la eurodiputada, quien ha señalado que numerosos eurodiputados de todo el espectro político le han hecho llegar su solidaridad por la noticia. “This is completely general,” said the MEP, who pointed out that many MEPs from across the political spectrum have extended its solidarity with the news.
“Es muy fácil difamar y luego cuesta mucho restablecer la verdad”, ha destacado Gardiazabal, que se ha quejado de los correos electrónicos insultantes que ha recibido, después de que el diario El Mundo se hiciera eco de la noticia publicada el 13 de febrero por ‘News of the World’. “It’s very easy to slander and then very difficult to establish the truth,” he stressed Gardiazabal, who has complained of abusive emails he has received, after the newspaper El Mundo echoed the news published on February 13 by News of the World ‘.
Gardiazabal ha destacado que el “topo” de la noticia es la eurodiputada conservadora británica y euroeséptica Nikki Sinclaire, “cuyo único objetivo es devaluar el prestigio de la política europea en general y de la Eurocámara en particular”. Gardiazabal stressed that the “mole” of the news is the British Conservative MEP and euroeséptica Nikki Sinclaire, “whose sole purpose is to devalue the prestige of European policy in general and the European Parliament in particular.”
“Quiero dejar claro que ni yo ni nadie ha robado”, ha afirmado la eurodiputada, quien asegura que esta información sólo sirve para “engordar el mensaje que los políticos no hacen nada y se enriquecen a costa de los ciudadanos”, cuando “la realidad es que nuestras jornadas en el Parlamento empiezan a las ocho de la mañana y terminan a las nueve de la noche habitualmente”. “I want to make clear that neither I nor anyone else has won,” said the MEP, who says that this information only serves to “fatten the message that politicians do nothing and get rich at the expense of citizens” when “reality is that our days in Parliament begins at eight o’clock and finish at nine p.m. usually. “
“En el PE estamos muy controlados, justificamos cada reunión a la que hemos asistido y cada billete de avión”, ha añadido. “In PE we are controlled, justify every meeting I have attended and each ticket,” he added.
Gardiazabal (Bilbao, 1975) participa en las comisiones parlamentarias de presupuestos, perspectivas financieras y medio ambiente. Gardiazabal (Bilbao, 1975) participates in the parliamentary committees of budgets, financial and environmental perspectives.

SCANDAL OF EU MEDICAL PERKS
Monday March 7 2011
by Martyn Brown Political CorrespondentGRASPING Euro MPs squander millions of pounds of British taxpayers’ money every year on cosmetic perks including anti- ageing therapy and facial hair removal, it emerged last night. In yet another scandalous example of the European gravy train, MEPs can also have IVF treatments. They can stay at thermal health spas, have breast reductions and buy slimming products and Viagra pills. All are funded by the public as part of their controversial medical cover. This year’s £3million budget for Euro MPs’ medical expenses also covers alternative therapies like lymphatic drainage, a delicate massage that helps the body eliminate toxins. The taxpayer funds at least two-thirds of the cost of all treatments, and many are 100 per cent covered.Details of the appalling waste on personal vanity indicates the juggernaut of EU excess shows no signs of slowing and comes as Britons brace themselves for a year of soaring food and fuel bills, wage freezes and cuts in council services. And it is certain to add to the momentum behind the Daily Express’s crusade for the UK to withdraw from the European Union.
Personal perks like these should not be state-funded and barmy EU spending has to stop hitting UK taxpayers in the pocket![]()
Charlotte Linacre
Critics reacted with fury last night at the waste of public money. Charlotte Linacre, of the TaxPayers’ Alliance, said: “Spa treatments and expensive medical procedures are out of reach for many British taxpayers, so it’s an insult to hear MEPs get these generous freebies.“Personal perks like these should not be state-funded and barmy EU spending has to stop hitting UK taxpayers in the pocket.”An MEP and staff cost an average of £370,000, made up of salaries, gold-plated pensions and expenses. Stephen Booth, of the think tank Open Europe, said: “MEPs are paid very generously by anyone’s standards so there’s absolutely no justification for all the extra perks.”Details of the expenses are revealed in a leaked copy of the Practical Guide to the Reimbursement of Medical Expenses.
It shows MEPs are reimbursed not only for conventional treatments for conditions like cancer, diabetes and emergencies such as fractures, but also elective treatments. The generosity for “cosmetic” treatments has led to claims it is a perk rather than essential. Other courses on offer to MEPs include extended IVF treatments and drug rehabilitation. Male MEPs and the husbands of female MEPs can also claim for private treatment to resolve problems with impotence. Viagra is available if the condition stems from serious illness. The budget this year for MEPs’ sickness and accident insurance represents a 36 per cent increase on the £2.2million in 2009.
Nikki Sinclaire, independent MEP for the West Midlands, said:
“The system in Europe remains ripe for abuse and that needs to go.”
The guide also reveals MEPs and their families can stay up to 21 days at thermal health spas.

The EU was thus saved from the embarrassment of a Double Page Spread in a Sunday Paper read by 7 Million Readers!

Whistleblower
Author: Nikki Sinclaire MEP
27 February 2011 – Issue : 924
I recently agreed to collaborate with the British press on an exposé of the widespread abuse of MEPs allowances, in particular the daily subsistence allowance. As a result, numerous deputies from across the EU were caught out, signing in as early as 7:18am, and then leaving the building. The rules are quite clear: an MEP may claim his or her daily subsistence allowance when attending official meetings of parliamentary bodies. There are no such meetings in Strasbourg on the Friday of a plenary week, nor are there any at seven o’clock on a Friday morning in Brussels: on average, 60 – 70 MEPs sign in on a Friday for an allowance over and above their salaries that equates to £262 per day – more than many of their constituents earn in a week.
The amazing thing is that these exposés seem to be becoming a regular occurrence, and yet MEPs are not getting the message.
In 2005, Austrian MEP Hans Peter Martin who lifted the lid on the issue in 2004 when he filmed MEPs signing for their allowances at irregular hours subsequently stated that “These rules are the scandal that has to be changed – they were set up by the MEPs themselves”. Another senior MEP, who shares my concerns, during a discussion on the matter, recently told me with an ironic smile that “this is the Parliament that never knows cuts”.
I followed up the investigation by tabling a written declaration calling for an end to the practice of signing in on Fridays during plenary weeks. This initiative was quickly blocked on the instructions of the cabinet of the President’s office.
And so it seems that whilst citizens are reeling under the effects of the economic crisis, the parliament will close ranks and continue to shamelessly protect its perks.
Why have I chosen now to speak out about this problem? We are living through a historic moment, probably as important to all our futures as the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989. Corrupt and undemocratic Arab regimes are falling like dominoes, and as I write this Libyan people are fighting and dying for their dreams of freedom and democracy, and for the futures of their children. These martyrs humble us, and deserve our admiration. A wave of euphoria is sweeping through North Africa, and the people are finally deposing the crooks and the tyrants. Just one year ago we could never have imagined the events that would unfold, and the message that the Tunisians, Egyptians, Libyans, and others who are fed up with the economic corruption of their political elites, are sending out should not be lost on the politicians to their North.
It is no secret that public disquiet with the EU is growing. In the UK, the majority of people actually want to abandon the project and leave the union, and the clamour for a referendum on the matter is growing by the day.
If we, as elected politicians, continue to see the public purse as a resource to be exploited whilst those who provide the money lose their jobs and their homes, what can we expect? The scenes in Greece recently, as citizens protested at austerity measures, were disturbing, and as the petrol bombs flew and the police batons came crashing down on the protesters, they were heartbreaking to see.
Society is a fragile thing, and as the Politburo learned in 1989, and as the dictators in North Africa are learning now, the people no longer have the need to endure corrupt regimes.

British MEP Richard Howitt during a session in Brussels (Julien Warnand)
The government is to install an extra Tory MEP at a cost of more than £1m a year, in a move that has been condemned as undemocratic and a waste of taxpayers’ money.Foreign Office ministers are pushing through a law that will create a new seat for an MEP in the West Midlands constituency. The move follows a reconfiguring of seats in the European parliament that has given Britain the right to an additional MEP.The government has decided the seat will go to a Conservative, based on the results of the last European election in the region, without holding a fresh election.Opposition MEPs say the seat should only be created at the next European election in 2014. They argue this would be more democratic and would save money. An MEP costs about £1.2m a year in salary, office and staff costs, travel expenses, pensions and other allowances. The money will come out of the European parliament budget, which is partly funded by British taxpayers.Nikki Sinclaire, an independent MEP for the West Midlands, called for the plan to appoint the MEP before 2014 to be scrapped. She said the money should be used to save services facing cuts.“It is unbelievable when essential public services such as libraries and school maintenance are being cut to the bone that the government is legislating to appoint another politician,” she said.Critics say that if a by-election had been held, the Tories would have risked losing in a region that also has significant Labour and UK Independence party support. The new Tory MEP will take up his or her seat when all EU states have ratified the protocol. Britain is ratifying the change via the European Union Bill, now passing through parliament. The MEP is expected to take up the seat by early next year.Yesterday, the Foreign Office said: “Like all member states, we agreed in June to ratify this protocol as soon as possible, to enable the additional MEPs to be returned to the European parliament.“It is in no way a question of the government ‘appointing’ an additional MEP.“The European Council outlined a number of ways that the 12 EU member states concerned could elect their additional MEPs. Like most other states who gain an additional MEP, the UK will do this by referring to the results of the last European parliamentary elections in 2009.”The Electoral Commission said it had calculated where an extra MEP could be located, but the government had decided how the seat would be filled. It said: “We recommended that the extra seat be allocated to the West Midlands region. That is where our remit ends.”The commission chose the West Midlands because it has the highest number of voters per MEP of anywhere in Britain.

Here is the Tory list of PPC MEPs:
Philip Charles Bradbourn,
Malcolm Harbour
Anthea McIntyre,
Michael Burnett,
Mark Spelman,
Daniel Dalton
As the first two were elected as MEPs I guess the next in line will be Anthea MaIntyre as clearly the list as I tracked it was NOT in alphabetical order!
There is also an 850 word story across two pages in The News of The World – which I have read but am unwilling to publish yet as I have NOT seen it on line as unlike The Times I do not have a pass for the pay wall 😉 I’m not much interested in voyeurism, I know few of the so called Seeelebritys, sport bores me rigid and the back biting and gossip is of no interest.
Eventually I get the interesting bits sent to me by friends on the paper eventually!
The advance copy and details seems very healthy publicity for Nikki Sinclaire, but I shall wait till I get the final .pdf and confirm no alterations have been made to the final Journalist copy.

It is understood that John had a minor stroke that went largely un-noticed before Christmas merely effecting his speech and hand writing, which would indicate a left side of the brain indicating a Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA) in such a slight stroke that it was, I understand, only diagnosed on 24-Jan-2011.
This IS a life threatening vascular disorder and can also lead to Dimentia however with age and time on his side a full recovery is probable but life comes with no guarantees!
John has virtually relocated from his home and do be minded he uses homes in mid Wales, Weston and on the south coast not to mention Strasbourg and Brussels. Not a sensible life for anyone with common sense, which may explain the low caliber of politicians!
I was reading John Bufton’s web site with some interest – here he is addressing the colleagues in The EU Parliament:
seemingly his close colleagues were enthralled!
But taking a wider view of the matter:
No one seems much interested in what he has to say, but then again consider the subject matter which is so pertinent to his remit to campaign to Leave-The-EU – and at the end of the day what on earth is he wittering on this subject about when did he gain knowledge of this was it as a local councillor?
Is it any wonder no one is listening to his views on The Western Sahara!
When one spots such obvious stupidities from a man costing 100s of £1,000s a year to get Britain to Leave-The-EU, yet fiddling his expenses, as shown by The Daily Mail and Dispatches, making ZERO donations of any consequence to the cause, out carousing as Jack the lad in Brussels and Strasbourg, when clearly he should be in Wales promoting the cause not idiotically show boating in The EU, where he is a complete and utter irrelevance!
It is then when already irritated by the stupidity that one notices details that normally don’t matter such as on a salary of around £80K a year he presents with just the one tie and a single suit on each video on his front page.
Perhaps someone could wake him up!
King George VI died 06-Feb-1952 aged 56 having been born in 1896 – were he alive today he would be 115.
Minded that John Bufton is a Politician and law maker in place to defend The British Constitution, and regain our Sovereign Independence it surely is incumbent on him since the King died 11 before he was born to not still be seeking donations under The King’s Crown!
Yes indeed a detail but just the sort of detail to which our politicians should pay attention long prior to spouting about The Western Sahara, about which I doubt he knows a single thing of consequence!

Nikki Sinclaire is taking action over Ukip withdrawing the whip from her in the European Parliament and preventing her standing for the Commons as a candidate for the party.
She claimed today that her treatment had been in breach of Ukip’s constitution and was motivated by sexual orientation discrimination.
A directions hearing is to be held by the High Court today. The West Midlands MEP is also taking the party to an employment tribunal, with a preliminary hearing on December 28.
Ms Sinclaire was kicked out of the party after she refused to sit with the eurosceptic group Europe of Freedom and Democracy (EFD) which Ukip joined in the European Parliament last year.
She said she quit the EFD because it contained ”extreme elements”, including people with ”openly homophobic opinions”.
”I think that homophobic in itself the fact that they expected me to sit next to such people and engage with such people in the Parliament, while taking a holier-than-thou attitude to parties like the BNP (British National Party) in the UK,” she said.
As well as withdrawing the whip from the MEP, Ukip’s national executive committee also ended her position as the party’s candidate for Meriden at the general election.
She said she still believed in the aims of Ukip, whose principal goal is to take the UK from the European Union, and would be prepared to be one of its MEPs again if it was ”more tolerant”.
”It is unacceptable in the 21st century for people to be marginalised and treated in an offensive and derogatory way on the grounds of their sexuality,” the MEP said.
”This behaviour needs to be exposed, so that the party can move forward and I can get on with representing the people of the West Midlands and their causes, which I am so passionate about.”
Her solicitor Paul Daniels, of Russell Jones and Walker law firm, said: ”Ms Sinclaire has just commenced discrimination claims concerning the prejudices she considers present within certain parts of Ukip and its leadership, as she considers these prejudices need to be challenged so that all members are treated respectfully and fairly.
”Ms Sinclaire remains dedicated to the cause of Ukip, but will fight for equal opportunities for all, including the rights of minority groups as well.”

I must say, in view of the gravitas of this case which looks pretty open and shut based upon the evidence, I was astonished looking at the members forum just how stupid UKIP can be with its spokes people cramming the board with ‘inappropriate’ comments. Do people like that idiot Stuart Parr really want to destroy UKIP – not that it would much matter, UKIP sealed its own fate on Friday without help from congenital idiots like Stuart Parr I presume someone on ‘Team Sinclaire’ will have the relevant screen captures for her lawyers!

In January 2010, British Deputy Nikki Sinclaire resigned from the Europe of Freedom and Democracy (EFD) group in the European Parliament. She cited the extreme right-wing views of some of the group’s members.
I cannot sit alongside politicians who call for racial segregation on public transport, or for the etthnic cleansing of gays from Italian cities
Nikki Sinclaire, MEP now sitting as a non-attached member.
However, it appears that she has been on the receiving end of some unpleasant behaviour since she decided to stand up to the far-right.
Yesterday, at a press conference, a visibly upset Miss Sinclaire revealed that she has made a formal complaint to the President of the Parliament over homophobic abuse and intimidation that she has been subjected to inside the parliament’s buildings. She named fellow British MEP Godfrey Bloom, of the UK Independence Party, and a member of the EFD group, as being responsible.
Miss Sinclaire’s action illustrates the fact that even at the highest levels, homophobia is still present in the workplace. Although she is openly gay, Miss Sinclaire has always kept her personal life very private, and has never campaigned on gay issues.
However, the courageous stand of one Deputy against right-wing extremism and intimidation in the workplace shines a light on a dirty problem that society still has to fully address.
