Hi,
though I can empathise with Jasna Badzak in her anger at the dishonest and unpleasant treatment she has rece4ived from UKIP & Gerard Batten in particular – I am well aware of how vile and dishonest members of the UKIP leadership team can be and  there is every reason to believe she was ‘set up’ and her trial was unsound, she is currently a convicted fraudster herself so it is staggeringly foolish of her to have put the following eMail from a senior police officer into circulation amongst the media – fortunately I have received a copy from an associate and have in some horror read it – You will note that I have heavily redacted the eMail befor posting it even removing some items which have appeared in the media already, to limit the circulation of the names of innocent victims of UKIP’s criminality as conducted by their staff.

You will note that the content of the eMail is all over the media today, by way of a follow up on the hagiography of Nigel Farage  by Martin Durkin on Channel 4 last night which was little more than a political broadcast on prime time for UKIP!What most will have overlooked was the unequivocal statement by Martin Durkin that:
” Yes for the record he drinks quite a lot; yes he is very good company; yes he’s a bit of a scallywag; and no, he is not at all cut out for life in politics“

After the revealing publication of David Manning’s clearly personal eMail to Jasna Badzac I have a feeling she can say goodby to any personal relationship she might have hoped for with the police! Which is unfortunate as it is clear that her heart is in the right place and she clearly wants what I have been trying to achieve for a number of years – the exposure of the criminality and corruption that is in UKIP to try to make it fit for purpose as the figurehead of the EUroSceptic movement which as it now stands UKIP has so selfishly and incompetently betrayed!
A position Ms. Badzac unfortunately finds herself in with some journalist, that she has upset in her gadarene dash to try to clear her name – an understandable emotion but catching rats & monkeys takes stealth and patience, and is not achieved by throwing all your ammunition into play at any opportunity or like the swine of the Gadarene you will find yourself propelled over the cliff!The Times had the following to say:

Police are investigating claims of “financial irregularities” at Ukip, The Times can reveal. The Metropolitan Police said they were looking into a series of allegations made against Nigel Farage’s party by Jasna Badzak, a former Ukip press officer and parliamentary candidate.
David Manning, an acting detective superintendent at Scotland Yard, outlined five claims that he intends to investigate in an e-mail sent to Ms Badzak last week.
They include financial irregularities “regarding the funding of the party” as well as a number of other allegations made against individuals associated with Ukip.
It is understood that Mr Manning has already interviewed at least one person named in connection with the complaints.
A spokesman for the Metropolitan Police said that no arrests had been made.
Mr Farage already faces an official inquiry into allegations that Ukip may have breached parliamentary rules by using taxpayers’ money to fund its political operations.
A former member of the UKIP press office, who is not Ms Badzak, claimed that staff were improperly paid out of funds received by the party through its membership of a political group called Europe of Freedom and Democracy (EFD).
European Parliament rules state that such funds must not be used to “finance political parties at national and European level.” “I was paid by the EFD group in the European Parliament, even though I worked exclusively for UKIP in the UK,” the whistleblower said. “The money was paid into my bank account directly from the EFD group.” A Ukip spokesman last night declined to comment on Scotland Yard’s inquiries.
The party has previously stated that its MEPs are “careful to observe European parliamentary rules when spending resources on funding the goal of British withdrawal” and that it was “wholly legitimate” for some EFD staff to work out of London.
Ms Badzak was convicted in October of defrauding her former boss, Ukip Euro MEP Gerard Batten, out of £3,000. She received a 12-month suspended sentence. She is currently appealing the conviction.


Do not forget that as UKIP’s position rises as a protest vote and conglomeration of the more odious racist and anti homosexual views they will be ever more under the spotlight which also means closer scrutiny – a situation of which I have warned for several years, which will eventually lead to their destruction as:

‘The higher up the tree the monkey climbs the more you see its Rse’!

You may well have noted in passing that together with Farage’s crass comments on Putin he has also had to try to make a virtue out of attracting the extremists and racists from the BNP now that The BNP has all but collapsed. The BNP members will of course fit in well in UKIP as a quick glance at its cyber bullies, liars like Mark Croucher, Mick McGough and the like and the members of Nigel Farage’s EU cash cow The EFD will make clear!.

Let us not forget Gerard Batten has a proven track record of dishonesty and a failure to understand the basic tenets of justice and has abused his public office on various occasions to corrupt due process. Including abusing the privileges of his office to try to have me arrested and prosecuted based upon lies he put forward and about which he was boasting in the EU parliament that he would silence me for good. He even lied to the police, aided by officers he has an overly close relationship with.

I was interviewed for almost 3 hours under caution and when the police heard the truth backed by provable facts the entire matter was dropped. There is every reason to believe that Gerard Batten similarly lied about Jasna Badzak to silence her revelations regarding fraud and corruption within UKIP and that he used police with whom he had an element of control, as shown by the eMails from him which I published a few days ago which showed he was even using the police to intimidate journalists!

There are also very clear connections between the Barrister who sat as Recorder in the case against Jasna Badzak a UKIP member who is a Barrister and Gerard Batten – linked via a so called religious grouping in their vile promotion of racial hatred based upon Islam!

Just as with Nigel Farage who has already been found guilty of using tax payers’ money for his own gain on more than one occasion before he was shown to have broken his promise both on behalf of himself and of UKIP that both he and UKIP would never employ family members at the tax payers’ expense.

 

A promise he made on Meridian TV to gety elected and which he broke by paying his wife a salaery of £30K a year supposedly to act as his secretary which was done without the knowledge of UKIP NEC or the MEPs of UKIP being asked/told – a fact which was exposed by Daniel Foggo in a Sunday broadsheet. Interestingly Nigel Farage has lied on a major TV broadcast claiming he never promised not to employ family!

 

It has now become public knowledge that Nigel Farage not only employed his wife at tax payers’ expense but that his own constituency office had no idea and also had no idea what she did as she was not in contact with them! Now it has also become public knowledge that he employs his mistresses at the tax payers’ expense.

I appreciate Farage has claimed he didn’t have a mistress but his claim has all the credibility of Bill Clinton’s statement ‘I did not have sex with this woman’.

The sexual relationship between Farage and his mistresses is a matter of public record and of zero consequesce save perhaps to his wife and as a measure of the man it is the fact that he then has them employed at the expense of the tax payers which is morally repugnant!

Interestingly although Tom Wise a UKIP MEP was jailed for embezzling tax payers’ money it is all too easy for people to forget that Nigel Farage received a portion of that stolen money to settle a personal bill, money which was never paid back to the tax payers!

 

To this day I understand the UKIP MEP Derek Clark seeks to pretend he was not found guilty of fraud by OLAF & ordered to pay back even more money than Tom Wise stole – it is probable that Derek Clark avoided a custodial sentence as a result of his advanced years! I gather he still lies about me and lies about the content of my blogs, as he alwauys has done, he is an odious and untrustworthy little man.

 

Then we have Stuart Agnew & David Bannerman (now defected back to Tories) both elected as UKIP MEPs who colluded to defraud the tax payers as was admitted on film to The Sunday Time, and are I am informed still under investigation by OLAF.

 

You will also remember the lies of Lord Pearson when he was Nigel Farage’s puppet leader of UKIP and the fact that he was caught on film and proven to have been money laundering to obfuscate donations to UKIP.

 

When you also take into consideration just how small a number of elected members UKIP has as MEPs with whom Nigel Farage has fallen out with at least half and the tiny number of Councillors they have and zero MPs aftyer 21 years it is astonishing the level of criminality and corruption in the party, over racism and bullying in percentage terms.

Affable and good company Nigel Farage may be portrayed as but there is no doubt of his dishonesty, cor5ruption, insecurity and vituperative bullying as he hedonistically pursues his personal gain and indulgence at the expense of those he uses and abuses.

Let us not forget how generous and affable the Kray brothers were with their immediate supporters, as were the Richardsons, but for all that they were vicious and immoral criminals.

And we note the spat between UKIP’s MEP Gerard Batten & his Yugoslavian employee Jasna Badzak, has clearly boiled over though personally I have absolutely no reason to believe the evidence he may have led in view of his willingness to lie and clear provenance of his contempt for basic justice and decency!!

One does not wish to comment on the gullibility of a UKIP MEP who is cheated out of £3,000 after a member of staff complains she has not been paid her wages by the European Parliament.

Suffice to say that, of the “services” in the EP, the payroll department is usually pretty slick, and it would have taken only a telephone call or an e-mail to check whether a payment had been made.

The report, however, disclosed that Mr Gerard Batten MEP had been hiring Jasna Badzak, 42, a Yugoslavian immigrant, as a researcher, on the knock-down rate of £10,000 per annum, considerably less than half a recently qualified English-born researcher might accept for this type of work.

This is the party, of course, which objects to immigrants coming to the UK and under-cutting local wage rates. One is thus reminded of party leader Roger Knapman, who in May 2006 was outed for hiring cheap Polish builders to do up his country mansion, keeping them in his attic and paying them half the rate of British workers.

Mr Farage is, of course, extremely voluble about such practices and Mr Batten, acting as chief whip for his boss, has also been quick to complain about the immigrant problem.

Mr Knapman’s excuse for hiring cheap immigrant labour, though, was that his Polish workers were far better than their British equivalents. When it comes to research, though, it is tempting to suggest that you get what you pay for.

Nevertheless, that may not be the issue here. The indications are that something far more tawdry is involved, and not all aspects of the Telegraph report hang together. There were, it seems, “issues” between the pair, and relations were far from cordial.

All the same, we may be seeing here a glimpse of why the UKIP research effort is so poor and, even though a jury found Batten to be an innocent party in this case, neither he nor his researcher emerges with any great credit.  Doubtless, this is not what UKIP voters expected when they cast their votes.

Personally I would not be surprised at any dishonesty on the part of Gerard Batten whose undenied overt apparent incitement of hatred of Muslims is indubitably likely to incite racial hatred.

Further, based on clear and evident examples of vile behaviour and lies by Gerard Batten I would not have been surprised ion any way to see him in the dock and proven guilty of criminal activity and as he is without morality and has proved willing to abuse his elected office for his own gain and to abuse others one has to wonder how on earth, after his lack lustre and self serving performance of his duties as an MEP, just how has UKIP been so foolish as to place him at number one on their 2015 MEP candidate list.

It does rather show just how low grade UKIP’s candidates are!
