you may recal that some time back I mentioned on this blog that Gerard Batten was due back to apear before the Courts this week to defend his racist, prejudice and bigotry in the treatment of an employee.

However you may also have noticed I Tweeted a reminder of the case a day or two ago.

You will be aware, if you are interested in UKIP and the tennets of justice being presented relative to UKIP’s unarguably corrupt and self serving leadership clique and their claque that Gerard Batten faces the allegations of racism and fraud by an ex employee with detailed inside knowledge of his activities – amongst other things his apparent incitement to racial hatred based upon religion brought about by hisactivities on behalf of his own superstitions and beliefs – which have absolutely NOTHING to do with his elected role to represent UKIP in efforts to Leave-The-EU.

Fax: 0207 – 538 6210Personally I believe that Gerard Batten starts out way ‘behind the 8 ball’ as it is a matter of indisputable fact that he is a member of an extremist, racist, anti Jewish, anti homosexual political group amongst whom several of his direct associates have convictions for violence, Holocaust Denial and have openly given verbal support/succour to Anders Breivik over his political activities.
That Gerard Batten has been party to other extremist and outspoken organisations besides those of his association with The EFD Group is a matter of record.
We are also given to understand that Gerard Batten has been dishonestly seeking to have various Police carry out arrests on his behalf but clearly they held him in as much contempt as I do as his spurious and malicious behaviour was clearly dismissed.
It is quite clear to me that this odious little man is without morality or principles and perfectly happy to abuse his elected office for his personal gain.
Let us see if Justice is seen to be done – as with the various guilty verdicts accrued by his associates! Let us also be minded that another close associate of Gerard Batten‘s is the proven liar, cheat and fraud Mick McGough who was so obsessed with me that he was spamming my virus/spam system with some 20,000 offensive and criminal ‘e’Mails – a measure of the company Batten keeps!
I do however doubt that either UKIP or even less likely Gerard Batten are of sufficient relevance to command coverage of a two day hearing by responsible main stream media as UKIP’s relevance politically wanes, particularly with their adoption seemingly by corrupt deceit of their centralised dictatorial constitution in breach of ALL democratic principles – as the party becomes more corrupt, less professional and clearly more self serving this can not for a moment show Gerard Batten in any light other than corrupt as he has failed singularly to speak out about a single example of this unprofessional and corrupt behaviour showing, it seems, that like the other UKIP MEPs he will go along with anything for his personal; gain and that like the remaining UKIP MEPs he is without morality, ethics or even common decency.. .
