if only these points could be made to a British audience with some strength not by some discreditted and duplicitous Spanish bean counter who was dumped by the EU for failure to do her job see:

That she is a resident of Barcelona, Spanish from Argentina where she was born to Danish parents and she has married a Swede does little to enhance her credibility as a UKIP BRITISH MEP!
The comments are immediately brought into question when she passes herself off as so called some time ‘Chief Accountant‘ to the EU Commission – is the rest true or equally dishonest?

EU bureaucrats bleeding union dry

Bureaucrats have been squandering EU funds for years, using the cash to enhance the body’s public image in order to ensure its survival, claims Marta Andreasen, European Member of Parliament and former Chief Accountant to the European Commission.

­Andreasen said she was not a Eurosceptic when she was appointed chief accountant but she now believes that Brussels only cares about propping up the idea of the EU, however much the budget grows.
“I thought the European project was a project of corporations, I thought they were sharing solutions among different member states, so I was quite honored to be able to be a part of that and the administrative reform that it was undergoing,” she told RT.
Marta Andreasen explained that she changed her mind about the EU after she found out that “they had no control of the payments they were making out of the EU budget.”

­‘They do not care about taxpayers’ money’

“Basically, they did not ask if people were qualified to get the funds from the EU and I was responsible for putting my signature to that expenditure, so I had the highest responsibility, and I felt I needed to know if I was paying to the right person and for the right purpose,” the former chief accountant explained.
“They just did not care and they did not allow me to make changes to be able to determine that we were making the right payment,” she said, adding that people who were not supposed to get EU funding might have used the funds for other purposes.
Marta Andreasen revealed that when the EU authorities raised revenue from European taxpayers, they were gave misleading information about where that money was going. “To a certain extent they were lying to the European taxpayers.”
Andreasen believed she was working on behalf of the taxpayer and her obligation was to make sure payments were correct.
Marta Andreasen was fired for blowing the whistle and she doubts whether anything in the EU’s finance and budget control has changed since.
“I can see that both the Budgetary Control Committee (which oversees payments out of the budget) and the Budget Committee (which oversees the planning of the budget) have no respect for taxpayers’ money,” Andreasen lamented.
“It is very difficult to prove fraud in places where you do not have adequate systems of control,” she said. “But there are beneficiaries who are getting the money without being eligible  – that is the essence of the situation.
“I do not think there is any will [in the EU] to tighten these practices up, because they have a different agenda – they want to promote the European Union project and to do so they want to be able to give the money to the people who will support and promote the EU project, not to the people who really care about the EU in a proper way and not to the people who are going to use this funding to grow the economy of a certain part of the EU,” revealed the MP.

­Real power in hands of elite

­”The real power in the EU is in the hands of the directors-general of various directorates of the European Commission, who have been sitting in their chairs for decades, while the commissioners come and go every five years,” explained the former chief accountant, accusing the directors of using funding to curry support. And Brussels is not expected to cut spending amidst the global financial crisis.

­The Greek phenomenon

Greece was not eligible to enter the Eurozone at the time she was let in, but despite the fact that all the data necessary to evaluate the state of the economy of any European state is available through Eurostat, the statistics agency went silent, never disclosing the problems that were in the pipeline for Greece, and which have taken barely ten years to emerge.
“The [EU] budget was used to grow the economies of all the countries that came to the Eurozone. Greece got 60 billion euro in the last 20 years out of the EU budget. The question is – where did the money go? Because the Greek economy has not grown,” asks Marta Andreasen, saying that the same applies to Spain and Portugal.

­Out of control

Despite the UK’s Foreign Secretary William Hague saying that the EU budget is under control, it is far from being so, insists Andreasen.
It is the EU directors at the helm of the body who have a vested interest in keeping the European Union project going in order to retain power over the EU member states.
Ending the interview, Marta Andreasen confessed that ten years after she attempted to change the financial system of the union, she feels vindicated.
“We could have prevented all that is happening today,” she concluded.

    MPs to Vote on EU Referendum before Christmas
    
    A historic vote on growing demands for Britain to leave the European Union will be held in the Commons before Christmas.MPs will debate whether the Government should give voters a chance to decide the issue once and for all in a referendum. It will be the first time Parliament has held a major vote on seeking the public’s view since the 1975 referendum confirming the decision to join the Common Market.

    If MPs vote in favour of  a referendum, the result would not be binding on the Government.

    But, combined with growing public opposition to the increasing power of the EU, it would put enormous pressure on David Cameron to let the people decide the country’s European fate. The Commons vote has been forced on MPs – and a reluctant Prime Minister .The decision to hold a debate was made after a petition, signed by more than 100,000 people demanding a referendum, was delivered to No10 Downing Street by a cross party group of MPS and MEPS led by Independent MEP Nikki Sinclaire.

    Nikki Sinclaire, who organised the petition, said: “This is an argument that has been going on far too long. We must have a referendum, and the Government must abide by the result.”

    That Committee has now promised to grant a one-day debate on a referendum after Parliament returns next week.The debate will then be held before the end of the year.  According to a recent You Gov poll commissioned by us If there was a vote, a massive 52% would vote to leave, with only 30% preferring to stay in and 15%  undecided and 4% not bothering to vote

    Withdrawing from the EU has support at the highest level of the party, including from Mr Cameron’s senior No 10 adviser, Steve Hilton.The Commons vote is a nightmare for the Coalition. Mr Cameron was heavily criticised in Opposition for going back on a pledge to hold a referendum on the 2007 Lisbon Treaty which continued the process of switching sovereignty to the EU.

    He fears a referendum would be a distraction from his attempts to solve Britain’s economic problems. But he will face a mass revolt if he orders Tory MPs to vote against it. The Government has suffered three defeats as a result of debates ordered by the Backbench Business Committee, including rejecting a European bid to give prisoners the vote

Hi,

so the discussions with The leaders of The House of Commons have paid off and unlike the Judas Goats with their endless posturing and pretend petitions and pretence at EUroScepticism and the 120 Tory MPs who have followed the whip’s requirements in setting up a EUroPlasticSceptic Group Nikki SINCLAIRE Independent MEP has actually delivered the required 100,000 signatures with another 20,000 ready to deliver as her campaign continues to grow.

Frankly Westminster debating the issue makes the point – we know that Turkeys don’t vote for Christmas any more than we can expect the MPs to represent either our wishes or our best interests and Leave-The-EU.

Frankly our MPs are so totally discreditted who gives a stuff how they vote – The EU may think it will be making the decisions but do not forget it was on October 01st. 1946 that the first GUILTY verdicts and the hanging of 11 Guilty Men was ordered at The Nuremberg Trials – Politicians don’t call the shots when it comes to war and we are teetering on the start of The Wars of Dissassociation be it the Riots in Greece, the Default of The Greek Government, the failing of the Portuguese, Italian, Irish, Greek, Spanish and shortly the Cypriot economies that will win this argument.

The wheels are falling off of the EU scam.

Let us see if our politicians want to hang onto their jobs and Leave-The-EU or hang on lamp posts as the lights go out!

Their vote in Westminster is no longer relevant they gave away their authority so their debate is pointless – as pointless as they are.

76% of Tory voters want a Referendum, 66% of Tory voters would vote to Leave-The-EU when given their vote and only 30% of the entire population would vote to stay in The EU.

A measure of the accuracy of The Media is that for all the huff and puff from The LibDims & Tories it was a single INDEPENDENT MEP Nikki Sinclaire with the support of not a single Tory or Liberal delivering to Drowning Street the 100,000 signatures so far as the photographs clearly show:

MPs will debate whether the Government should give voters a chance to decide the issue once and for all in a referendum.

The decision to hold a debate was made after a petition signed by more than 100,000 people demanding a referendum was submitted to a new group of MPs given the job of making sure Parliament does not sweep controversial issues under the carpet.

The Mail on Sunday has learnt that the Commons Backbench Business Committee will agree to grant a one-day debate on a referendum after Parliament returns next week.

Committee chairman Natascha Engel, a Labour MP, said: ‘Given the crisis in the eurozone, this issue has become more relevant than ever. There is a clear majority of backbench MPs who want to debate this and we have to respond to that.

‘The EU today is completely different from the one the British people voted to join in the 1975  referendum.  It is time to examine the position again. For years it has suited successive governments to avoid debating whether Britain should stay in or leave the EU.

‘The whole purpose of my committee is to make sure the big issues of the day are aired in Parliament. People in pubs and shops all over Britain are discussing our membership of the EU and it is time MPs openly debated it too.’

The debate will be held before the end of the year.
Anti-European campaigners are divided over the question that should be put in a referendum. Some want a simple ‘in or out’ question. But others want to offer the choice of going back to an old- style trading association, along the lines of the Common Market which British voters agreed to in 1975.

If the nation voted ‘yes’ to this proposition, the Government could demand that key powers over immigration, industrial relations, health and safety, City regulations and other issues are handed back to Westminster. If the EU refused to do so, Britain could leave altogether.

Although Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg is an avowed Europhile, he made an Election pledge to hold an ‘in or out’ EU referendum.

It was seen as a crude Lib Dem ploy to prove that whatever their reservations about the EU, most Britons want to stay in. But with hostility to the EU growing by the day, Mr Clegg may now be hoist with his own petard. A sizeable number of Labour MPs also want a referendum.

The historic Commons debate is set to be agreed after Tory MP David Nuttall approached the Backbench Business Committee on the strength of the petition.
The Bury MP said he would defy any attempt by Mr Cameron to silence him. ‘I will vote in favour of a referendum come what may. It is about whether we stay in the EU and it is time the people had their say.’

Fellow Eurosceptic Tory MP Peter Bone said: ‘This poses an almighty dilemma for Mr Cameron. He will face huge problems if he orders MPs to vote against it.’

Since Britain joined the Common Market, there have been a series of Commons votes on whether there should be referendums on EU treaties such as Maastricht and Lisbon – although none at all on whether we should remain in the EU. All have been defeated, largely down to Governments ordering MPs to vote them down.

The Government has suffered three  defeats as a result of debates ordered by the Backbench Business Committee. They were forced to pay compensation to victims of a contaminated blood scandal; to reject a European bid to give prisoners the vote; and to ban wild animals in circuses without delay.

Anarchist pop band Chumbawamba expressed horror after their anthem to resilience, Tubthumping (I Get Knocked Down), was used at the Ukip conference in Eastbourne, East Sussex.

Band member Dunstan Bruce said his reaction to the news was one of:

“total and absolute outrage and horror”.

He suggested that the party must have been unaware of the band’s background.  

“This song being used by Ukip is so wrong. I am absolutely appalled that this grubby little organisation are stealing our song to use for their own ends. It’s beyond the pale and if they use it again we will consider legal action.”

For more details of the conference see last year – much the same with the same 400 presented as near double that rattling around in an oversized facility with a platform to promote the EU’s aims with irrelevant foreign politicians and the normal little claque of Farage sychophants clamouring for attention to get a hand up onto the Gravy Train.

Sad really when you realise whist the whole of UKIP has been so badly led they have done nothing whilst those who really seek to Leave-The-EU have gone out and helped Nikki Sinclaire as an independent to get over 100,000 signatures and driven her campaign vehicles and ad vans 1,000s of miles working on a daily basis towards the Leave-The-EU cause – whilst the Judas Goats and Plastic EUroSceptics were merely helping The EU and routing around in the trough for more money for themselves!

It seems that UKIP has so lost the plot that their only means of defending themselves is not to show their achievements but to abuse and lie about anyone who tells the truth about them or does not endlessly worship their ineptitude.

another good video of Nigel Farage who can often be an excellent ambassador for the EUroSceptic cause – If only UKIP had competent honest leadership and routed out the surfeit of liars, cheats, sycophants and parasites that surround the MEPs – most of whom are useless dross.

They could have done so very much for these United Kingdoms maximising and controlling the skills of Farage and those with ability but without structure, training, leadership, morality, probity and ethics they will for ever sit wasted in the gutter of politics that sadly they have so clearly earned.

They are increasingly a part of the problem with infrequent flickers showing the potential for having been part of the solution.

subsequent to the 2011 Local Elections the total number of UKIP elected Councillors is now:

Metropolitan Bourough Councillors: 01

That Steve Povey and Peter Reeve both hold seats on two Councils rather distorts the result in that UKIP has actually only 17 individuals elected as Councillors!

The defection of Nikki Sinclaire MEP, Mike Nattrass MEP, Trevor Colman MEP & now David Bannerman MEP from the extremist and racist pro EU membership and pro reform UKIP grouping in the EU with The EFD does little to encourage people to consider UKIP a vibrant political force. A problem exacerbated by the defection of David Bannerman MEP (as I predicted 7 years ago) to the Tory Party, where he is likely to be exploited for political point scoring sucked dry of all UKIP internal data in an effort to ingratiate and then spat out as they realise he is a fraud, a liar and an embarrassment.

The idiocy of Lisa Duffy and the bullying bluster of Peter Reeve in Ramsay will further damage UKIP as did the antics of UKIP in Leicester which are well documented.

In consideration of the figures quoted above I have also not included Town or Parish Councillors as they are firstly supposedly NOT political and also are next best to totally irrelevant.

In view of the squealing of UKIP leadership and their parasites at the defection of Nikki Sinclaire MEP from the sordid EFD Group which has led to claims that she should stand down and give her seat to a racist, anti Jewish, anti homosexual UKIP supporter of the EFD – I have NOT included defectors To UKIP amongst Councillors.

Farage’s controversial far-right group in the European Parliament is struggling to survive. Now we learn of another scandal that will have UKIP members hopping mad.

The convicted racist and child abuser, Mario Borghezio, is one of the most prominent, and nastiest, of the EFD’s Italian delegation, Lega Nord. This is a party whose members espouse racial segregation on public transport, and whose chaplain is a notorious holocaust denier. We learn that Borghezio has been on the campaign trail recently with none other than French Front Nationale leader Marine le Pen.

Le Pen and Borghezio arrived on the Italian island of Lampedusa, and declared that Europe risked being swamped by North African boat people. “Europe can’t welcome everyone . . . We would be pleased to take them all in our boat, but it’s not big enough. We’ll all go to the bottom. We would be adding one misery to another,” she said.

They were welcomed on Lampedusa by the island’s mayor, Bernardino De Rubeis, who represents an Italian affiliate of the Northern League.

The EFD group is unlikely to survive the year, and Farage knows this. This is why he is so desperate to take UKIP into a pan-EU political party, even against the wishes of the party membership. This would mean UKIP betraying its core values, and accepting the priciples of the EU, but that is irellevant to Farage, who cares only about the extra money he can make. He is also banking on using a pan-EU party as a vehicle to ensure that he can spend the rest of his career in the EU parliament.

Hi,

Dr. Eric Edmond has been an excellent commentator or the economics and monetary antics of The EU and The EUro – as many will be aware it was his forensic approach to ensuring that other peoples’ money was not stolen, purloined or fraudulently used that caused him difficulties with UKIP where he had been elected to The NEC by UKIP members.

It soon became clear that the dishonesty of UKIP leadership, its then corrupt and venal financial management and the corruption that surrounded UKIP, its leadership and its parasites were so scared to have an honest man in their midst they engineered his removal – as they had with David Abbott & Del Young subsequently and Ian Gilman, Petrina Holdsworth, Richard Suchorzewski, Martin Hasslam and Linda Guest previously.

Portugal government may collapse before EU summit

Thus reported Reuters today. The PIGS are falling like dominoes as economic reality bites and produces political unrest on the streets and in domestic parliaments, even that of the chief Eurocrat Barroso. Its gratifying to have one’s predictions come to pass! Only the S for Spain is now left. If that goes so does the Euro and the EU as we know it.

I spent last week driving around West France. I visited La Rochelle scene of the post St Bartholomew’s eve massacre Huguenot Protestants fight against their Catholic neighbours attempt to ethnically cleanse them. Many Huguenots fled to London where they made a huge contribution to the English economy.

I was quite appalled at some of the comments written by the usual Farage sycophants about the late Geoffrey Kingscott and the very much alive Greg Lance Watkins whose cancer has re-emerged. Both strongly supported the anti-EU movement and the nasty things written by the Farage sickos about Watkins, a very ill man tells everything you need to know about the Farage Cabal.

I gather someone asked why I no longer post on Anthony Butcher’s forum. Simple, Mr Butcher was afraid to apply his own rules on personal abuse to the Farage sycophants who now dominate what was once, but is no longer, a decent debating platform.

I have been amused to receive a number of emails from the prententiously entitled, Mr. Robert H. Brown – PPC for UKIP NW Cambs. When I pointed out to him the McTroughian error of his ways he then wrote as Mr. Robert H. Brown – Chairman of UKIP NW Cambs. He clearly has swallowed the Farage myth hook line and sinker. He would do better to listen to those who personally know what Farage is. NF boldly goes only where the TV cameras are!

But as long as UKIP is full of chairman like Mr Brown NF can carry on boozing in Brussels and turn up for his Uncle Tom Eurosceptic spot on QT. The BBC know every NF appearance on QT boosts their Europhile cause by Farage polishing UKIP’s fruit cake and loony image.

Hi, your financial commentary, which I regularly read, aside: Thank YOU for your kind words regarding the return of my really rather irritating cancer. At the moment I feel a bit like Spike Milligan ‘I told you I wasn’t well’ but as you say – as yet I am VERY much alive and determined to route out the cancer within UKIP leadership and its vile parasites as – just at the moment – it is our only potential lifeboat. I do fear it is irreparably damaged by the detritus and ordure it carries for a crew and it is standing in the way of the a moral, ethical, honest group emerging to act as leaders of stature not self serving ner do wells like UKIP – a body which can redeem these United Kingdoms. I was interested to see the self serving antics of Mr. Baroso & the EU charlatans have taken his personal student Communism to the extreme and bankrupted his own Country. Do his ancestors know shame? Further despite their dishonesty I challenge a single solitary individual to substantiate their lies that I have been paid in any way by any organisation that is pro EU or anti UKIP. Those that claim that I have been paid to expose the corruption that is UKIP Leadership and its parasites and associates are liars without evidence, proof or a shred of integrity.

I  have from time to time been asked if I am such an outspoken opponent of The EU and clearly a supporter of UKIP seeking to clean it up to make it electable – I tend to suggest to those who ask me on the internet in public, frequently sheltering their cowardly corruption and dishonesty behind fake names that they go into the bathroom alone, turn on the light, look in the mirror and look themselves in the eye and they will have every answer they ever needed. For the others please understand I am not, nor have I ever been a joiner – in the case of UKIP I have not and will not give my name, my morality, my integrity and my ethics – nor my word in support of any form of dishonesty or corruption.

I never have and I never will.

As for I.L-The-EU A – The answer is very simple – we have never made any major move to promote membership as the entire concept is based upon INDEPENDENT – the aim being that INDEPENDENT people who wish to Leave-The-EU act in Alliance. Some may wish to be members – others supporters and yet others merely allied. I choose to be an open and over supporter and am ashamed that I have EVER been associated in any way with the scum like Mark Croucher, Mick McGough, Annabelle Fuller, Gawain Towler and the rest of the vile claque that is UKIP leadership and its parasites.

I am proud that I was never so gullible as to put MY Name or MY word to association as a member of such a vile racist, xenophobic, anti Jewish, anti homosexual collection of liars, low lifes and cheats.

You will note the filth that endlessly regurgitate their playground lies regarding my heinous criminal convictions (NIL) and my comments regarding Anna Lindh being paid by the EU and other such lies and distortions are the very ones too cowardly to take me up on the challenge of open debate where they can voice their lies and distortions to my face or too cowardly even to put their names to their cowardly claims – individuals without honour, integrity or ethics and beneath contempt.

They are the self same cowards who claim I am anti homosexual with absolutely no evidence and anti Jewish with no proof – or is it because they are too stupid to understand the difference between revulsion and repudiation of Zionism and acceptance, tolerance and some support for Judaism!

There is STILL sound reason to fear the probability of a super critical event in Japan which would lead to Nuclear fission of the super heated fuel rods on site and a Gamma Ray blast that could kill 80 Million and render South Island Japan uninhabitable for a Century – that might just lead to an alteration of the plans of the media!

THAT would be a Leak to bump Nikki’s Leaks off the press pages!

In the interim I gather she is scheduled to be on the radio shortly after 07:30hrs. this morning, before flying to Brussels later in the day.


May I congratulate The Sunday Times on publishing the Leaks last Sunday that have already led to the resignations from MEPs over the issue of corruption.

MEP demands crack down on system of allowances

Parliament has been urged to reduce the number of days MEPs are allowed to sign on for their daily allowance.

The demand comes after several deputies were secretly filmed signing for the €300 daily allowance and then immediately leaving parliament for their home constituencies.

The allowance is supposed to cover the cost of MEPs attending official meetings in Brussels but Nikki Sinclaire, the British MEP who exposed the scandal, says it is regularly abused by up to 70 MEPs

She says MEPs should not be allowed to sign for the allowance on Fridays in Strasbourg when there are no official meetings.

She also says that on Fridays in Brussels, deputies should only be allowed to claim the payment if they sign between 11am and 2pm.

“This would, hopefully, cut down on some of the abuse currently taking place,” she said.

The filming was undertaken by UK tabloid, the News of the World, on Fridays in the parliament buildings in Brussels and Strasbourg.

Some MEPs were queuing outside the attendance office even before it opened at 7am.

Of the 160 deputies filmed signing in before 10am, more than one third, 54, arrived with overnight bags and suitcases. At least 25 left parliament shortly afterwards.

Sinclaire collaborated with the newspaper over the investigation and runs campaigns from her website http://www.yourmep.org.

She said, “It is a disgrace. On Friday, when parliament is virtually closed, MEPs still sign in for their daily allowance then head straight for the exit.”

She said the “60-70” deputies who regularly sign in on Friday are breaking parliament’s rules which state they can do so only if they are attending official EU business.

“I am not calling for disciplinary action against these deputies but a change in the system,” she stressed.
