Nikki SINCLAIRE MEP Just Ploughs On!
Aware That The Aim Is Leave-The-EU & Posture Politics in The EU WILL NOT Achieve That!
.
Hi,
I published the blog from Nikki Sinclaire’s blog the day it was published there but here it is with the full text – and it is good to see sound reasoning rather than yet another rant by Nigel Farage about his testicles or how he is the chosen one having been spared when run over blind drunk in a gutter, sacked from the City as a failure due to alcohol and with not a single genuine friend who is prepared to step forward in his support when publicised as consorting with a prostitute, funding his wife and mistress from the public purse or called on to resign by a corrupt MEP he cheated and lied to bring into UKIP.
The clamour of support from Malcolm Pearson, Stuart Wheeler, Hugh Williams, Stuart Agnew, Gerard Batten, Trevor Colman, Mike Nattrass, Paul Nuttal or ANYONE he isn’t directly funding through UKIP is deafening in its silence!

Article in Todays Birmingham Post
& here is the text as promised – when I got around to it!
Clearly Nikki Sinclaire MEP gave the interview BEFORE UKIP published their apology for having abused, harassed, demeaned and lied about her that gave rise to the Guilty Verdict against UKIP, Nigel Farage MEP & Godfrey Bloom MEP in The British Courts at the New Year.
The apology can be found in The Right Sidebar or if you
CLICK HERE > UKIP Official Apology 01
Out of interest for the Grass Roots Party Members so betrayed by their self serving leadership and its party funded parasites and leadership praise singers, YOU WILL NOTE subsequent to this article Nikki Sinclaire MEP accepted the apology and has agreed to set aside persuit of The Guilty Verdict or any resultant damages, which could have bankrupted UKIP and closed down the leadership self enrichment and scams once and for all.
It is clearly in Britain’s best interest to Leave-The-EU but NOT at the expense of prostituting UKIP to jump through The EU bribe enduced rings like performing poodles to help the leadership of UKIP enrich itself by selling its Party Members’ Principles to associate with extremists, racists, anti Jewish, violently anti homosexual pro EU membership scum of EU Politics as in The EFD Group or ever again to risk association with such vile low lifes in ANY Pan EU Political Party just to help The EU project destroy National Politics for payouts and bribes – such as Fishing Trips to The Seychelles on offer to MEPs and used to bribe other members of The EFD etc.
I can well see Nikki Sinclaire MEP standing as a UKIP candidate but only on her ethical stance and terms to ensure she can continue to acquit her duty to campaign to Leave-The-EU as she is with her Nation Wide Petition to embarrass The Government into holding a Full Day Debate YET AGAIN to explain how they have lied about The EU in Parliament and misled the people.
IF Nikki Sinclaire can get The 100,000 signatures, and she is well on the way with well over half – one ad alone brought in 5,000 signatures and on Friday in Shrewsbury approaching a further 1,000 were obtained and EVERY ONE of these people has received the Magazine and a form to obtain another 10 signatures each – the effect is snowballing whilst UKIP in The EU is achieving, after 18 years, almost nothing except a tasteless notoriety as irresponsible fools without ANY Gravitas or Dignity.
The Petition is due to start being presented via The Petition Bag on The Speakers Chair by a totally Cross Party list of MPs who are now working in support of The Petition.
The Petition is also working in Harmony with Toby Blackwell’s funded
Peoples’ Campaign Pledge for An IN / OUT Referendum
being organised and run by Bridget Rowe, James Pryor & Jon Gaunt See: The Midnight Group for details of the Campaigns & More!
The Government MAY WELL try to duck out of their undertaking so then is the time to pile on more publicity with all the help she can get – this MAY NOT BE the crack in the armour but it is sure to hell worth trying whilst UKIP Leadership keep squabbling like ferrets in a sack to keep their snouts in the trough and feed their parasites.
MEP Nikki Sinclaire still hoping to stand for UKIP at next election
West Midlands MEP Nikki Sinclaire fell out with her UKIP colleagues last year, but she tells Political Editor Jonathan Walker why she could still return to the fold – and why she turns her back when she hears Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony.
A rebel MEP who was expelled from UKIP and took the party to an employment tribunal has said she still hopes to stand in the next European elections – as a UKIP candidate.
Nikki Sinclaire said she could still patch things up with her party despite a bitter public feud with leader Nigel Farage and an ongoing row over allegations of sexism and homophobia.
Ms Sinclaire revealed this was not the first time she took legal action against UKIP. A High Court ruling in 2004 found in her favour after the party attempted to remove her from its National Executive Committee.
She went on to become the second UKIP MEP representing the West Midlands when she was elected in 2009.
Speaking to the Birmingham Post, Ms Sinclaire also said she had spent £11,000 from EU funds on newspaper adverts to promote her campaign for a referendum on leaving the EU.
The campaign, backed by West Midlands UKIP MEP Mike Nattrass and celebrity chef Rustie Lee, has so far attracted 50,000 signatures.
She said: “The adverts were paid for out of my communication budget, and that had to be pre-approved by the Parliament. It was fantastic to get that.”
![]()
Ms Sinclaire’s joy in becoming UKIP’s second West Midlands MEP in 2009 quickly turned sour after she fell out with her colleagues in 2010 over her refusal to sit with the Europe of Freedom and Democracy group, UKIP’s group in the European Parliament.
This included parties from other European nations, including some which she considered to be homophobic and anti-semitic.
As a result, she was stripped of the party whip, preventing her from calling herself a UKIP MEP or standing as a UKIP candidate in future elections.
Ms Sinclaire has also claimed her poor relationship with Nigel Farage, UKIP’s leader from 2007 to 2009 – who became party leader for a second time last November – was a factor in her expulsion.
Since then, she has been joined as an independent by Mike Nattrass, the other UKIP MEP in the West Midlands, and Trevor Colman, UKIP MEP for the South-west, both of whom have left the Europe of Freedom and Democracy group.
However, unlike Ms Sinclaire, neither of them was disciplined by UKIP.
Ms Sinclaire won a claim for sex discrimination against her former colleagues at UKIP at an employment tribunal last December.
But despite the result she said she would be happy to return to the fold if she got the chance.
She said: “There are ongoing issues at the moment, but I have been at loggerheads with UKIP before and then came back.
“So I wouldn’t rule it out.”

** – Nikki SINCLAIRE GETS A LETTER IN THE SUNDAY TELEGRAPH – 31-Oct-2010
At least Sinclaire is working towards getting Britain out of The EU – one wonders what UKIP are for – especially now that it seems UKIP members are being ignored and the leadership aim to jump through the EU’s hoops to work to build The EU and its strength in return for further money for Farage and his parasites.
When you look up Sinclaire’s letter do scan down and see the really valuable ComRes poll which The Referendum Campaign commissioned ALL the tables with ALL the questions can be seen on the site.

Clear majorities of the British people want their country to leave the European Union.
A recent YouGov poll found that 47 per cent wanted the UK out of the EU, compared with 33 per cent who preferred to stay in.
Bizarrely, the latest Eurobarometer of public attitudes (financed by the European Commission) had earlier demonstrated a similar result. It showed that 33 per cent of its UK respondents regarded the EU as “a bad thing”, while 29 per cent viewed it as a “a good thing”.
The current widespread opposition to the EU is hardly surprising, as EU interventions in our national life are now disrupting longestablished traditions, undermining revered institutions and damaging livelihoods.
The Commission, the Council of Ministers and their secretariats have used the passage of the Lisbon TreatyWorking Time Directive on the efficiency of British medicine and the National Health Service. last year as the pretext for further encroachments on the EU member states, including the UK. Now, because of the Working Time Directive, they are prevented by law from this practice.
With lives being put in jeopardy by an EU directive, the puzzle is not that almost half of British people want to leave the EU, but why a third still believe in staying in. More and more people are angry and resentful about how EU decisions are affecting them in their daily lives.
There is a growing discrepancy between popular hostility to the EU and the willingness of successive British governments to hand over so-called “competences” to EU control.
This discrepancy is dangerous. When people believe that politicians are out-of-touch and untrustworthy, and ignore what they want, the risk of civil disobedience increases. In a modern democracy politicians must respect the wishes of citizens and voters. The case for a referendum on the UK’s continued membership of the EU is now overwhelming.
The 2009 Lisbon Treaty was undoubtedly a radical change in the constitutional arrangements of every EU member state, including the UK. All three of the main parties gave clear pledges in their manifestos at the 2005 general election to hold a referendum in the event of another big European constitutional upheaval.
Yet all three of them then judged that the Lisbon Treaty was not important enough to justify the holding of a referendum.
This is scandalous, an orchestrated insult to the intelligence of the British electorate. Britain must have a referendum on its membership of the European Union.
That referendum needs to be held as soon as possible, to stop more damage being done to our traditions, our institutions and our way of life.

Birmingham Diary: Tory fringe despair at antics of Coalition Cameroons
At the Conservative Conference
The Campaign for a Referendum (CfaR) was received warmly by delegates, many signatures were collected and hundreds of petition packs handed out. Coincidently, the Bruges Group and CfaR had rooms at the Midlands Institute which allowed respective interested parties to find out more about each other.
Outside the Conference I had the pleasure to meet Lizzie Williams, a protester against the High Speed Link (HS2) that is cutting though the Green Belt. Lizzie had just finished her walk though the proposed route. I signed her petition and promised her my support.

#0133* – A UKIP MEP DOING THE JOB UKIP WERE ELECTED TO DO
Posted by Greg Lance - Watkins (Greg_L-W) on 28/09/2010
Nikki SINCLAIRE & Mike NATTRASS ARE CO-OPERATING
With Others Including Paul Nuttall, Dan Hannan, Roger Helmer,
The Better Off Out Group & Many More RIGHT ACROSS BRITAIN!
Hi,
here is a video I found on YouTube of a radio interview of Nikki Sinclaire MEP doing the job UKIP MEPs were elected to do – she has just taken 30 residents of her constituency to the EU Parliament to protest for their Human Rights stolen by membership of The EU.
You will also hear details of The Petition Campaign for an EU Referendum she has rolled out right across Britain already despite endless cowardly and dishonest attacks by the dog in the manger brigade masquerading as ‘leadership’ and its parasites in UKIP – ashamed at being exposed by her integrity that refused to collude with racists, extremists, thugs and anti Jewish political trash just to put money in a couple of peoples’ pockets.
Nikki Sinclaire refused to sit with the corrupt EFD in the EU Parliament and for that she was lied to, lied about and betrayed by UKIP’s leader and the nere do well garbage that has been placed on the party NEC.
Sinclaire not only stood her ground but left UKIP to mud wrestle in its gutter whilst she got on with the job she was elected to do.
