Although it would seem that Lindsey Jenkins signed all the relevant documents to enable the fraud thereby assisting Tom Wise it is clear that the money was paid into Tom Wise’s account ideally set up for just such a fraud but clearly under the control of Wise NOT Jenkins.
I believe this to be a misrepresentation of the facts and thus either poor reporting or a misrepresentation by the Crown.
Lindsey Jenkins could NOT have paid ‘just shy of £5,000 to the printers’ from the fraudullently obtained monies as it is clear she had no rights of signature to the STAGS account held at Co-Op and owned by Tom Wise into which the moneies seemingly stolen were paid. Further the £5K in question was a debt incurred by Nigel Farage and NOT Lindsey Jenkins as Nigel Farage had undertaken to pay the print bill of upto £5K as he will attest to if honest or in default several other individuals can attest.
It has been widely discussed that when Farage realised Tom Wise had acquired this money from a comment David Lott made it was soon arranged that Robin Collett acting on Farage’s instruction ensured that Farage’s debt to the printer was paid for him via Lindsey Jenkins by Tom Wise using money that by that time was known to many of us, including Nigel Farage was stolen or at very least fraudulently obtained!
The irrefutable fact that Lindsey Jenkins having been caught in the fraud endeavoured to shift the blame to those who had done all they could to help her, such as myself (see the acknowledgement preface to her own book), leads me to believe that anyone capable of such dishonourable and dishonest action may well have planned the fraud for Tom Wise.
However I KNOW that she was NOT guilty of the offence sited herein. I KNOW the FACTS concerned as it was I who arranged with Nigel Farage, for Lindsey Jenkins, that he would pay upto £5K for the printers bill and I agreed the wording of the brief piece on him with his Regional Organiser Steve Harris at Nigel Farage’s request.
Not only was I aware of the original contract of employ of Lindsey Jenkins with Tom Wise having been instrumental on the basis of a retainer of £500 per month for a given amount of work in any one month, to be paid as a retainer whether work to that level was commissioned or not also preferential rates for additional work in excess of the accepted amount!

Mark Fenhalls for the Crown stated ‘He was initially elected as a member of UKIP – but, for reasons you will hear, UKIP later withdrew the party whip and he completed his term as an independent.’
Unfortunately this is a complete misrepresentation on several counts.
Nigel Farage as Chairman of The IDG Pan EU Group took absolutely no action against Tom Wise as a member of said group beyond putting him in charge of his own budget and it was not until the Saturday in May prior to the feature article in The News of the World:
that Tom Wise voluntarily resigned from The IDG.
It is disingenuous to claim that Tom Wise had the ‘whip’ withdrawn as EUkip MEPs do not and did not sit in The EU Parliament in the name of their party but in the name of their Pan EU Political Party group. Further there is no nor has there ever been a whip system in the party.
Tom Wise remained a member of EUkip, and as Nigel Farage would tell you were he an honest man he took no meaningful action against Tom Wise in terms or membership of EUkip – a membership Tom Wise took active steps to end and not re-new when it expired in March 2009 almost 5 years after the fraud commenced.
Unfortunately good performer Farage may be just like the mischiefous little monkey performing on the top of the organ one is ill advised to trust him much further than one would wish to kick him! Performing Monkey he may be and it is a role that suits him well but organ grider he is not lacking the Officer Qualities, morality or even the vaguest understanding of leadership skills.
The South East Committee meeting on Saturday last makes that abundantly clear when he had just managed almost single handed to force the Courts into handing down a Guilty vote upon him and saddling the party with a £3/4Million of Debt – yet still he bullied, shouted and hectored intimidating the dweebs he had appointed to do his bidding, not one shred of leadership ability nor any Officer Quality displayed!!
It was largely due to total dissatisfaction with Farage as a leader that some 200 people attended last Saturday’s hustings in Farage’s region – as Farage is dishonest, corrupt, duplicitous and clearly a moral dyslexic on all fronts in his life hence expose after expose in the media, few articles of any consequence since he came to power having relied upon cheating and dishonesty to steal the leadership. That he has been abetter than adequate performer for the media is not in question but that he has proved catastrophic as a leader is equally certain.
One must assume that Farage is standing as a witness to protect his personal involvement and interests as his track record of honesty is clearly missing!
In the whole case I am most surprised that Tom Wise has in the face of the facts pleaded Not Guilty as it can only bring him more than a few steps towards Jail relative to pleading Guilty with extensive efforts at mittigation!

TO LEAVE THE EU
What is the exit and survival plan for these United Kingdoms to maximise on the many benefits of leaving The EU. It is the DUTY of our Politicians and Snivil Cervants to ensure the continuity, liberty and right to self determination of our peoples they have a DUTY to protect against crime and secure both our food and our border.
NONE of these DUTIES has a single British politician upheld for 40 years. They have drawn their incomes fraudulently and dishonesty.
Politicians are failing to tell the truth, but so are almost all wanabe Politicians, the MSM and Snivil Cervants.
The fact is that even if EVERY British MEP wanted change in The EU it would achieve NOTHING.
Every single British Politician, of EVERY Party, elected since before we joined the EUropean Common Market, has promised to change The EU’s CAP – In 40 Years they have achieved absolutely NOTHING!
To try to put a value on OUR Freedom is as futile as floccipaucinihilipilification and as odious as the metissage of our societies, as we rummage in the ashes of our ancestors dreams, sacrifices and achievements, the flotsam of our hopes and the jetsam of our lives, consider the Country and Anglosphere which we thus leave our children and the future, with shame!

Deny the self seeking & meaningless wanabe MEPs the Mythical Mandate for which they clamour. Diktat is imposed from The EU but Law should be made at Westminster, for our Country & our Peoples.
