Funnily, the Junius link to you refer to has been removed by Google under legal advice

CORRECTION the post has been dishonestly removed to comply with EU internet rules seemingly designed to suppress the truth and it would seem based upon a complaint based not on law but on abuse.

No error or libel has been identified in EITHER of the postings arbitrarily removed and every statement in the postings is verifiable as FACT.

. Is it possible that Mr Batten has made Google aware of libels in that post?

If this is the case as this odious UKIP stooge seems to think it is clearly an abuse of his elected office – just as his recent abuse of his position to waste Police time to seemingly try to suppress facts and the truth about his apparent incitement to racial hatred based upon his personal superstitions and beliefs acting in his own interests counter the superstitions of his own constituents facts he does not wish to be brought to the attention of his electorate.

However5 just as the fanciful and childish script of the low grade soap opera Fonzie bases his identity on I believe this may well be no more than fiction!

There is at least a possibility that the unpleasant criminal extremist Gregory Lauder-Frost has misrepresented the clearly verifiable truth in the postings to suppress comment about his odious extremism and criminal record which includes a prison sentence for fraud running to six figures for monies stolen from his employers.

I believe Mr Lance-Watkins has cut and pasted the offending post on his site

Since I wrote one of the posts removed perhaps this idiot Fonzie would care to show where the statements of verifiable fact in any way offended.

– as it’s also run by Google, one might think that will be removed soon.

Unlikely as it contains no libel but let us face it with the exposure of Google’s blogspot to being .co.UK subject to the corrupt rules of The EU any suppression of truth is likely!

And not before time too, these people should not be allowed to publish libels freely

Perhaps having made this libelous accusation the dishonest coward Arthur Fonzerelli might have the integrity to act ethically and put his or her actual identity to their libel as they have failed with absolute 100% track record of failure to EVER identify any libel EVER published by me and presumably they can not identify a libel by Junius or they would have published the details and asked Junius for its correction and apology!

If you visit th article you linked to, you will see that the offending text has been removed and replaced by…

Why do think that has happened Mjolnir?

As I have shown above the posting was accurate, honest and verifiable on the internet and in public record and has seemingly been unreasonably removed most likely on a dishonest complaint to suppress facts and the truth and opinion that racism and extremism on the part of those written about should be kept from the public! Supported it seems by anonymous low lifes from UKIP!

Following on from this, Google have removed another post from the Junius site – it appeared to have been uploaded on Thursday – again, the same text appears to explain the articles removal. I believe it was regarding Mr Batten again.

I think that whoever it is threatening legal advice obviously feels to have a sound case. And should this libel case ever get to court, I am sure that UKIP would be able to cite many examples of Junius untruths to back up libel claims against the author(s) of that blog. About time too

We note this odious coward is all too redy to make dishonest claims he is unable to substantiate – Perhaps the odious cowardly creep would care to have the ethics to identify a single solitary libel in ANY of my blogs as he has made the dishonest comment and likewise relative to Junius – However as I and presumably Junius have not sunk to the levels of dishonesty and libel of this UKIP supporter no example or apology will ever be presented.

Well, if anyone does take Junius to court for libel, they’ll need about £80 – 100,000 for a straightforward case.

Rather a lot of money when one considers NEVER has a libel been identified on Junius’ blog and none has occurred on my blog.

Clearly because they have been unable to identify a libel or dishonesty and my blog CLEARLY STATES that I will make ANY material correction of fact brought to my attention and I also offer right of reply to those I publish about.

I note Anthony Butcher is as ever hosting libel and defamatory comments and lies about me on his UKIP controlled blog – from which I was banned, based upon the lies of UKIP and the lies of Paul Nuttall on behalf of Nigel Farage & David Bannerman particularly who wished to suppress facts about them being discussed publicly – just as did Tom Wise as defended by the liar and fantasist douglas Denny, Bob Feel Martinis and other self serving low lifes seeking preferment and status in UKIP.

It will be remembered that Tom Wise was guilty of the criminal behaviour I identified and pursued and served 2 years in prison – strangely Derek Clark who was also ordered to pay back money he had fraudulently obtained (A larger sum than Tom Wise had stolen we understand) has not YET been charged under British law and faced the Courts – possibly in view of his apparent senility!

I note that despite his personal notable political ambitions Anthony Butcher has risen to his metier in the status of utter irrelevance held by a Parish Councillor discussing Dog poo as he does on his parish blog – matters of significance clearly being beyond his authority and his odious self serving dishonesty and obsequious oleaginous comments on the Forum he runs under the control of UKIP, hosting serial attacks and dishonest defamation on behalf of UKIP’s cowardly claque, may in part explain this.

I note Gerard Button even comes undone in The Wall Street Journal – making a fool of himself and dragging UKIP into the gutters of inconsequentiality and dishonesty he so clearly inhabits.

One has to wonder what the odious Gerard Batten’s vagina musings contribute to UKIP members aim to Leave-The-EU – but it would be perfectly reasonable to speculate as to what anything Gerard Batten does might aid Leave-The-EU cause when he spends so much time seeking desperately to gain re-election and promoting his bigoted anti Islamic hate incitement based on his personal choice of superstitions!

MEPs, Monologues and a Limerick

Only in the European Parliament could something as uncontroversial as not hitting women become a source of drama. As part of V-Day, a global campaign to end violence against women and girls, a group of MEPs have invited playwright Eve Ensler to their performance of her celebrated play ‘The Vagina Monologues’ on March 6.

“It’s a fantastic play, it’s very inspiring and we wanted to bring that energy into the parliament,” Franziska Brantner of the German Green party, one of nine female MEPs from across the political spectrum who will star in the play, told Real Time Brussels. “Women shouldn’t be ashamed of talking about their sexuality, either in terms of pleasure, or in terms of being a victim.”

The series of monologues, first performed in New York in 1996, is based on a series of interviews with women about the most intimate part of their body. Now the MEPs, including France’s Mariel Gallo, Belgium’s Isabelle Durant and Portugal’s Ana Gomes will follow in the footsteps of Kate Winslet, Whoopi Goldberg and Jerry Hall in performing the play on stage.

However, not all of their colleagues are happy about the situation. “This sort of thing does not belong in the European Parliament… The ladies should move their performance to a theater,” MEP Werner Langen, from Angela Merkel’s CDU party, told German tabloid Bild-Zeitung (presumably he also objects to the topless photos the newspaper carries on its front page every day). “I call on Parliament President Martin Schulz to withdraw his approval for this event.”

In any case, the performance is due to take place in the Parliament’s Espace Yehudi Menuhin, which hosts events as diverse as Holocaust Remembrance Day, talks on oil and gas exploration in the Arctic, and performances of early music and dance ensembles. It’s hard to see how performing an award-winning play, albeit an attention-grabbing one, is at odds with the diverse other uses for the room. If the idea of a theatre inside a parliament is confusing, just let it go — the European Parliament also boastsseveral bars, a gym, a hairdresser and a meditation room.

In a further twist, Swedish MEP Cecilia Wikström, another performer, won the respect ofBrussels gossip website Berlaymonster by employing that stealth feminist weapon, the limerick poem, to put UKIP MEP Gerard Batten back in his place.

It’s a challenge when those with vaginas,
No longer put up with – in silence,
This kind of old tripe,
From him and his type,
But speak up loud and clear against violence

The MEPs have devoted the event not just to V-Day, but also have a set of political demands including ensuring EU funding continues for programs to end violence against women, and ensuring the pan-European ‘victims package’ contains specific measures for victims of domestic violence.

All tickets for the event have been reserved and Ms. Ensler is scheduled to give closing remarks; now all the performers have to do is get ready to deliver lines such as “What would your vagina wear, if it got dressed?” instead of their usual “Voting begins now on the amendments.”

“We’ve been rehearsing, everyone got to read the part they wanted,” Ms. Brantner, speaking from Berlin, says of the project. “We’re not professional actors, but we are all used to being on stage, none of us is afraid of speaking in public.”

‘Monster doffs its stingy-brimmed fedora to Swedish MEP Cecilia Wikström, for restraint and decorum today.

She invited fellow MEPs to a Valentine’s Day performance of The Vagina Monologues, a play seized upon by women’s rights activists as a masterful contemporary narrative of female identity and empowerment. The production today is with the collaboration of the playright herself, and is intended to give elan to a parliamentary ‘call to action to end violence against women and girls.’

UKIP MEP Gerard Batten, however, couldn’t resist the schoolboy tittery that has surrounded the work since it first rose to prominence in the mid-nineties.

In a ‘reply-to-all’ that found itself in ‘Monster’s inbox too, Batten writes:

“Dear Cecilian [sic],

Thank you for the kind invitation.

It looks interesting. It is some kind of ventriloquist act?”

What a card.

Far be it for BM to come over all right-on about this all, but really?

Wikström’s response, flooding the parliament’s inboxes only a couple of hours later, was simply the following:

“Mr Batten just thinks of ventriloquists

Such a brilliant rhyme for old chauvinists

Suits this kind of chap

Whose views are old hat

He can´t bear the presence of feminists

It´s a challenge when those with vaginas

No longer put up with – in silence

This kind of old tripe

From him and his type

But speak up loud and clear against violence”

Someone with less composure may have pointed to Mr Batten’s voting record in the EU parliament, which saw him only two weeks ago vote against a parliament call for more policy action to combat violence against women.

Someone less charitable again may have replied:

“If you want to see the kind of ventriloquist act Mr Batten has in mind, please click on the video link on his own website to view a series of his interventions in parliament.”

And here is The Guardian’s opinion of the crass stupidity of Gerard Batten as presented by their leading correspondent Hugh Muir in The Diary section:

It’s all a laugh to Gerard. “Thank you for the kind invitation,” he replies. “It looks interesting. It is some kind of ventriloquist act?” Ha ha, Gerard. Very good. Always a giggle to be had from domestic abuse.

I wonder what UKIP might have achieved if the garbage that has risen to the top had made the efforts and honoured their promises in the same way as Nikki Sinclaire see CLICK HERE.

I note Gerard Batten is spending public money with Nigel Farage’s authority (Farage controls UKIP directly) on harassing employees in Court and rushing around Police Stations trying to find a policeman who has heard of him or is sufficiently impressed by him being an MEP to make a fool of himself arresting them all at Junius and myself for publishing provable FACTS about him!

It seems Gerard Batten thinks he is not only important but so important that he should be allowed to suppress the truth and use his elected office to abuse people and the law!!!

I gather he is making much of some sort of secrecy injunction, he claims loudly to hold yet seems unwilling to publish, preventing publication of details about his defence made in open Court, when he was alleged to have acted racially and I gather in a manner likely to incite racial and religious hatred – or some such.

I gather he is also happy to tell lies for personal gain such as I have never writen about him until recently in my blogs which as you will see from CLICK HERE is a gross misrepresentation of the truth!

I gather he also tries to con people into believing he is NOT under investigation by OLAF despite the irrefutable evidence of an investigation and case numbers!

IF Gerard Batten has something to hide it seems he is making his position worse and not better by trying to hide the actual truth and the facts.

IF I am wrong on ANY of the FACTS I have published I do apologise and will publish the more accurate FACTS as soon as Gerard Batten provides and substantiates them!

It will be interesting to see his open and transparent accounts, and even more interesting to note whether, like Nikki Sinclaire, he can show an audited certificate showing he spent over £40K of his own money on the EUroSceptic cause.

I do hope this establishes the facts and Gerard Batten contacts me with any additional facts he believes the electorate should know.

Personally I believe this jumped up little twerp is completely unfit for purpose and far more interested in self enrichment than ever he was interested in a policy of Leave-The-EU which he seems to use as a vehicle to preach his vile religious hatreds and fantasies whilst trying to subvert justice.

May I remind Gerard Batten that to date NO ONE has EVER shown that either my blog or Junius have EVER published a fact of any consequence that we were unable to substantiate. We try to not only check facts but require more than one source for controversial facts and as members of his own staff will tell you – IF they have the integrity – we endeavour to confirm or warn by direct contact!

Telling lies about me and others in abuse of a public office ill becomes an MEP – most of the slime that lies and attacks me does so as cowards with fake IDs because they are ashamed of their own behaviour.

I note with interest that Nikki Sinclairwe has brought her accounts up to date once more with an audit certificate and the transparency of publication on the internet.

I am pleased to note she has honoured her undertaking to be and remain fully transparent as she acquits her duties campaigning to Leave-The-EU on a high profile whilst doing much work in her constituency on local issues, particularly those withan EU angle to them.

Without a doubt Nikki Sinclaire has done far more for the EUroSceptic cause in her 2 years as an Indepencent MEP than has been done by UKIP MEPs and furthermore unlike UKIP MEPs her accounts have always been transparent and published.

For all UKIP’s promises regarding transparency and undertakings not to fund family we note their accounts are all too similar to the Dead Sea Scrolls – what little is published is unintelligible and we all know Batten, Bloom and Farage employ members of their families – Just as we know the liar and fraud David Bannerman of the Tory party employs a UKIP Regional Organiser and at least one other UKIP staff member!

Just as Stuart Gulleford of UKIP has employed his Mother and his son has an employed position with the odious NFU rep Stuart Agnew, shich is funded by virtue of UKIP!

UKIP MEPs have made it very clear they do not honour their promises!

To hear Gerard Batten’s employee Lawrence Webb formerly Regional Organiser castigating Boris Johnson and Red Ken for not honouring promises so as to try to be noticed in the EU’s London Regional Assembly posturings is clearly the hight of hypocracy but who would expect honesty, integrity or ethics from a team with a slime like the liar and cheat Mick McGough on it!

WEST MIDLANDS MEP SIGNS OFF ACCOUNTS – ONCE AGAIN!

Issue Date: 1^st February 2012

West Midlands MEP Nikki Sinclaire has this week had her accounts successfully audited for the third year.

This is embarrassing for the Parliament she sits in, as the European Union has failed to get their accounts audited for 17 years.

The Independent MEP made her promise at the time when she took her role that she would be completely transparent when it came to her finances, and she proved this when she was the first MEP to get their accounts scrutinised by auditors. Nikki has also encouraged other MEPs to get their finances to be scrutinised in such a way.

Nikki said, “In times of financial austerity, it is important that the electorate know where their money is spent. Transparency is my number one aim. With the European Union being unable to audit its accounts for the past 17 years, it is no wonder that the majority of this country questions our membership”.

In fact for the year (1^st January – 31^st December 2011), Nikki subsidised her general expenditure to the tune of £41927.47, which has helped fund her work in the West Midlands region.

Nikki’s General expenditure allowance (as specified in Article 28 of the EU regulations)

Office management and running costs in particular heating and running costs (heating, lighting, insurance and cleaning)	£23,152.73

sadly here is the latest evidence that I have tripped over in researching with a view to trying to find out why Gerard Batten is so inadequate as an MEP and on what he bases his revolting behaviour relative to other people’s superstitions with his outspoken attacks on Islam when he himself sets no sign of example as a man oth ethics, integrity or morality!

‘Thou Shalt NOT Steal‘ – does not seem to feature high in UKIP evidence in view of their track record of OLAF enquiries, Prison Sentences, lost Court cases, Forcible repayments.

Thou Shalt Not Bear False Witness’ – well the endless spin and misrepresentation made by their cowardly sock puppets and corrupt leadership show this NOT top be a UKIP virtue.

‘Thou Shalt NOT Steal’ – seems also not to be a part of UKIP’s lexicon and you will be aware they have failed to have the integrity or honesty to pay me back the £12.1/2 thousand they owe me!

‘Thou shalt NOT commit adultery’ – also seems to have little significance to judge by their press coverage & open talk of their licentious behaviour!

I believe my point is made as these fakes posture and abuse in a pretence of being so called Christians, seemingly in the hope of enhanced personal income from American sectarian extremists as The BNP has done using White Militia support in one form or another!

There is NOTHING christian about the Zionist Zealotry and hatred of Muslims manifest by Farage’s puppet Malcolm Lord Pearson whose vile comments were well covered by The News of The World!

It would seem I overlooked ‘Thou shalt NOT lie’ – clearly not a word understood by UKIP as their claque have frequently found themselves in Court and been proven liars, their present sham leader lies on an habitual basis, Derek Clark repeatedly lies about being found guilty of fraud and ordered to pay back money, Gerard Batten has, I understand, been telling lies and claiming he has not been under investigation by OLAF and then lies and claims he didn’t know – Lies in UKIP are far more common than honesty, ethics, honour or professionalism, let alone strategy, tactics or vision!

Based on the factual points I am aware of I incline to believe the absolute veracity of the above third party posting and the links have proved sound!

Then one notes the utter incompetent and un-professionalism of some of the fools UKIP has in its leadership such as Mick McGough who, although of no meaningful consequence, does much damage with his childish posturing.

That a member of UKIP NEC can so readily publicise the irrefutable fact that he is so ill informed and willing to demean UKIP, with his embarrassing and childish rush to conclusions, without an iota of factual understanding, no doubt explains why UKIP is considered so untrustworthy and why the party does so consistently badly in domestic elections; clearly he is far from being the only dishonest and corrupt fool in UKIP leadership as their behaviour shows.

UKIP was unable in its New year message to lay claim to a single solitary achievement of any consequence during the last year and it has clearly moved backwards not forward to judge by its leadership and its squabbling internal divisions – willing to cut each others throats for personal gain and all too willing to enter into any vile pact for money as The EFD shows! Not to mention the low grade of its leadership, its abject failure in elections and its dependence on sock puppets too ashamed to put their name to their support of such a claque!

possibly the most damning thing about UKIP at the moment is the serial dishonesty and openly held self interest & fantasies of Mick McGough on public forums – where as a member of the UKIP clique seeking agrandisement and enrichment he makes a fool of himself with his unsustainable dishonesty, personalised attacks and inability to convince anyone but himself.

Mick McGough endlessly postures and pretends to know who the members of The Junius team are and it is clear he hasn’t a clue!

Mick McGough makes a spectacular fool of himself having spam mailed me with some 17,000 offensive, puerile and childish eMails, which my anti virus & spam screen have detected and dumped unread – this sort of behaviour from a member of UKIP’s claque and inner team on the NEC so demeans the Party!

Then we have this proven liar making accusations of dishonesty against me and substantiating his claim by proving my comment! He states that I lied when I made the comment he works for Gerard Batten and then in the same paragraph he admits to working for UKIP London which is effectively Gerard Batten – the poor man is an idiot!

We then see him trying to show how clever he is by pointing out that he doesn’t work for Gerard Batten and that the authorisation of an order for printing (as I recall) which I published showing that Gerard Batten‘s brother was working for Gerard Batten was in some way misleading which I admit was beyond me to understand!

Defending the indefensible seems a habit in UKIP management!

Many will remember that Nigel Farage gave solemn undertakings on TV that no one in UKIP would employ relatives and when it became clear he was employing his own wife aty £30K and published in The Sunday Times it then started to be clear others were doing likewise!

Godfrey Bloom was employing family members; Graham Booth was trying to kline up family members with cushy jobs on the EU gravy train, seemingly mistresses were on the payroll,; Gerard Batten was employing his brother; Stuart Gulleford had employ7ed his Mother on Jeffrey Titford’s behalf, now I note he has found his son a job working for Stuart Agnew; Lisa Duffy whilst an employee and NEC member lacked the professionalism to prorogue herself when votes were taken that effected her live in boyfriend – Need I go on?

Whilst the self serving shower of unprofessional fools in UKIP carry on their largely irrelevant self destruction the real world goes on!

Consider:

There seems no sign that UKIP has noticed this EU wide event that hands ultimate control and dictatorial powers to the unelected bureaucrats of the EU central committee!

PS.:

Having made much of his pretence that he has the vaguest clue that he knows who is on The Junius team would Mick McGough be so good as to justify what I believe to be a lie or apol;ogise and withdraw his defamatory and insulting claims.

Likewise I call on Mick McGough to publish a public apology for his lies and offensive behaviour in his official capacity where he is known by all to be a member of the UKIP NEC & leadership team and his behaviour and dishonesty demeans the party and undermines the honest members.

Hi,

OLAF inquiry #OF/2011/10/17 and also the Metropolitan Police investigation #6567497/11 seem to be regarding incitement to religious and race hatred – I wonder if he has any English ‘friends’ or will we find his character witnesses and supporters are on his pay role and largely aliens?

There is also the small matter of employment tribunal hearings – I wonder who will be prepared to perjure themselves to pretend Batten ISN’T likely to have incited racial and religious hatred and valued justice and fair play – Ha Ha!

I also hear from contacts in the EU that he is not funding his own defence which confirms the rumours that Farage has authorised the payment from funds provided by the EU.

I also recall that when the UKIP MEP Tom Wise was under investigation prior to his trial and imprisonment Gerard Batten stated:
‘any UKIP MEP under investigation for criminality should resign as it was the only responsible thing to do’ or words to that effect.

Is the implication that Gerard Batten will shortly act honourably and resign – personally I doubt it as I have NEVER noted an honourable action from Gerard Batten but I have noted many dishonourable actions!

Interestingly his staff member and seemingly most active rival is an electrician who passes himself off at the moment as a #Political Adviser’ though signs his correspondence working for Gerard Batten salaried with EU money as ‘Regional Organiser’ which we are given to understand is an abuse of EU funding.

With Stuart Agnew and David Bannerman both subjects of OLAF enquiries for fraud, as exposed and published by The Sunday Times and Graham Booth and Derek Clark both UKIP & EFD MEPs having been found guilty of abuse of the public purse and forced to repay money being minded that Tom Wise a UKIP MEP went to prison for his embezzeling of public money he fraudulently obtained aided by signatures from Lindsay Jenkins a total lack of ethics, probity and morality seems all too prevalent in UKIP.

This together with the fact that UKIP’s leader now and for many years in real terms has also been ordered to repay money as with Jeffrey Titford and also do note that there have been numerous court cases lost by UKIP MEPs and they do have some particularly odious associates in the extremist EFD which harbours racists etc.

Might these sort of strings of behaviour explain why UKIP is not only riven with squabbling self serving parasites seeking to stab each other in the back to get their snouts in the troughs on the EU gravy train when you think that with an annual cost of £2.1M fort an MEP the last thing UKIP seem interested in is transparent accounts and probity to apparent gain of MEPs and their staff, including family, chums and mistresses!

Might this be why UKIP have utterly failed to gather results in domestic elections and despite employing an experienced expert in election management in the person of James Pryor they only advanced to just under 4% in the General Election and failed to get anyone within even striking distance of a seat at Westminster!

That internal selection and election clearly lack a shred of integrity being an example of how UKIP might exercise power if they EVER had any – for example apart from the support of a staff member who positioned Batten as a mayoral candidate last time and who stood on the selection list?

interestingly UKIP seem no longer to give figures for their internal elections – possibly as so few vote!

might the fact that Lawrence Webb is not only a candidate for public office but also an employment on the public purse in Gerard Batten’s London Region, could it be a part of the OLAF inquiry #OF/2011/10/17 and also a part of the Metropolitan Police investigation #6567497/11 both it seems involving UKIP leadership members!

Though to be fair they seem to be more to do with the extreme racism, anti Islamic stance and utter incompetence in terms of employment!

However UKIP has a track record of problems over using public money to fund Regional Organisers (as Lawrence Webb is defined).
