I may well think that Gerard Batten UKIP MEP is little better than an excrecence with no manners, no charisma, little personality, no understanding of Justice and far better suited to running a telephone shop for BT than acting to represent ANYONE.
Gerard Batten is unreliable, untrustworthy and clearly dishonest.
Gerard Batten is a self serving creep without loyalty, integrity or morality – a Racist, anti Jewish, anti Muslim, anti Homosexual, pro EU membership supporter of UKIP’s membership of the Pan EU Political Party EFD group.
Gerard Batten is a contemptible little man who has done next best to nothing to move Britain one iota closer to leaving the EU.
You will note Gerard Batten openly colluded in the utterly corrupt selection process of UKIP leadership, of which he is a part, relative to the dishonest and corrupt selection of UKIP potential MEP candidates – he even employed the liar Michael McGough to promote the corruption.
Batten’s only independent claim is that he had a member of his staff do a re-write of the Government Pink Book on expenditure ie the cost to Britain of EU membership – The fiirst one he had produced was in 2006 and he has publish an update annually – here is the latest one as advertised on his web site CLICK HERE So I guess his staff have managed to produce two!
That slime like Batten disgust me and represent nothing that I value about these United Kingdoms may possibly have dawned on you, but he does deserve the right to defend himself against a very personalised attack by a fellow MEP.
Nothing like a good cat fight and who better to be involved than Gerard Batten and Mary Honeyball of Labour they are a fairly well matched pair with so much in common!

probably one of the greatest acts of folly on the part of UKIP so called leadership has been to link UKIP with racists, xenophobes, anti Jewish and violent anti homosexuals in Continental politics forming the damaging and repugnant Pan EU Political Party EFD Group

Multiculturalism has failed

Multiculturalism depends on the proposition that all cultures, cultural beliefs, customs and practices are equally valid. Mass immigration into many western countries for the last forty years or more has brought with it some cultures and cultural practices that are alien to western cultures and liberal, democratic political systems. Instead of taking a robust attitude against these alien practices western countries have mostly adopted an attitude of appeasement and cultural relativism. Western Governments have been terrified of criticising or standing up against these practices for fear of being branded ‘racist’ or ‘Islamaphobic’.

Most European and Western countries are multi-ethnic societies and is no reason why people of difference racial and ethnic origins cannot live together peacefully; but to do so requires emphasising those things we have in common rather than those things that separate us. It requires that all citizens living in a given state have broadly the same allegiance, loyalty and belief in a common set of public and political institutions and the acceptance of one legal system. Multiculturalism does precisely the opposite: it creates different and competing groups within one public and political space and is a recipe for division and conflict.

Many European and Western countries have adopted a policy of state-sponsored multiculturalism, designed to preserve and enshrine the beliefs and cultural practices of migrants and to protect and advance them by law and public subsidy. The objective was that the policy of multiculturalism would help absorb and integrate vast waves of migrants from foreign lands. In that it has conspicuously failed – as now has been publicly attested by figures such as Trevor Philips Head of the Race Relations Commission, President Angela Merkel of Germany, President Sarkosy of France, and latterly Prime Minister David Cameron of the UK, to name just four.

However from the point of view of those groups that use multiculturalism to promote their own separate interests it has and is succeeding and they have a vested interest in seeing it continue.

Private Multiculturalism Good: Public Multiculturalism Bad.

A clear distinction must be drawn between private and public multiculturalism. The private practice of religious and cultural beliefs, customs and traditions should be precisely that – private. We can all enjoy the private practice of different cultures and beliefs and share them with our friends and neighbours. That is a good and positive thing that can help bring people together.

The public policy of state-sponsored multiculturalism is quite another thing and it has created an increasingly more fractured, divided, contentious and uneasy societies. It cannot go unsaid that the biggest beneficiaries of this public policy of multiculturalism are Islamic fundamentalist and extremists who use it to extend their own power and influence in order to bring about their long term goal of an Islamic or Islamic dominated state in each one of those countries where they settle. Multiculturalism also undermines those moderate Muslims who wish to embrace Western values but see power and influence being extended to their extremist co-religionists.

Islamic fundamentalism is the cuckoo in the Western multicultural nest. We can either address it now or be destroyed by it in the course of time.

Dismantling Multiculturalism

This short paper is not a detailed history, analysis and critique of multiculturalism and its failure. It is taken as a given that it has failed and has to be dismantled. The points below are suggested policies that could be adopted by political parties and governments of any political colour and in any country in the world that wishes to preserve and promote common western liberal democratic values. The points below are specifically aimed at Britain but can adapted as required.

Policy Suggestions

Recognise that Christianity is the cultural heritage of Britain and affirm the secular nature of government and public institutions. This should be recognised by an exception for the Church of England as the historically established church but bishops should be removed from their positions in the House of Lords and the Monarch should lose the power (exercised through the Prime Minister) to appoint the Archbishop of Canterbury.

A commitment to end the policy of state-sponsored and funded multiculturalism by local and national government.

A commitment to promote a common public culture, expressed in a common language (excluding existing historic regional differences), one legal system and one set of political institutions – none other should be formally recognised by the state.

There must be equal application of the law. There can be no separation of people based on religious practices in public places, e.g. in swimming pools and hospital chapels.

There must be one language used in national and political institutions and publicly funded places (excluding historical differences such a Welsh in Wales or Gaelic in Scotland). In England only English must be displayed in public buildings such as local and national government offices, universities, colleges, schools, hospitals, clinics etc.

Repeal the Act of Parliament that recognises Sharia law in some tribunals, (e.g. for family law, child custody, inheritance etc). Sharia law must be given no official recognition or legal status whatsoever.

Repeal the Act (???) that gives official recognition to Islamic Banking. There must be no financial or banking regulations based on religious law.

Repeal those Acts (???) which give recognition to polygamous marriage for tax or social security and benefits purposes. There must be no official or legal recognition of polygamous marriages.

Stop all government funding to organisations that promote religious fundamentalist or extremist views, e.g. the Muslim Council of Britain, the Quilliam Foundation, the Union of Imams & Mosques in the UK and Ireland etc. Any organisation that requests public funding must be required to sign and actively abide by a Code of Conduct (see Appendix I).

Social Security and benefits payments can only be claimed in English where the recipient has been living in the UK for 12 months or more. For those who have entered the UK and do not speak English subsidised English classes must be made available.

No granting of planning permission to religious organisations that: do not abide by and actively practice a Code of Conduct (see Appendix I); are funded from outside the UK unless they have a special dispensation from the Home Secretary, such dispensations should discretionary and will only granted where it can clearly be shown where the money originates from, and where it can be demonstrated that it is not from extremist sources, or is intended to promote religious fundamentalist or extremist views.

Repeal the Religious Hatred Act (???). The promotion of hatred or violence against individuals or groups is catered for under the normal criminal law. No religious belief system or ideology may be protected from criticism by law.

Ensure that the law on forced marriages and female genital mutilation is rigorously enforced.

Religious schools should only be allowed where they can sign and show actively to abide by a Code of Conduct (see Appendix I).

Repeal the Act of Parliament that gives exception for ritual slaughter for religious reasons. These are outmoded and barbaric practices that have no place in the 21^st century or n the light of humane animal welfare policies.

Something on the funding of universities???

Enact a law of face coverings in public places. (see Appendix II)

The result of this ‘Night of The Long Knives’ was the removal of Dr. Eric Edmond & Dr. David Abbott from the NEC despite their undeniable elected status. The removal of honest men made way for more sycophantic and dishonest puppets – the likes of the fantasist Douglas Denny, the odious and idiotic Mick McGough and others – now UKIP has the misfortune of the Tory reject and the image of sleaze that the risible Niel Hamilton brings as his main contribution to his own very personal ambitions!

Little wonder that Gerard Batten is in trouble with The Courts and facing an Industrial Tribunal with the expectation of some staggeringly bad publicity for UKIP that has absolutely NOTHING to do with the aim to Leave-The-EU. I am seriously sick and tired of the toe rags and excrement that UKIP fields to lie and berate those who seek to expose the corruption and clean up UKIP.

Lets for a change look at the lies of Nigel Farage – as presented here in his embarrassing performance on BBC Hard Talk where he repeatedly lies on point after point, where he fails utterly to convince.

Very little of what Nigel Farage says in this video is true. As of course the informed will know whilst the gullible will be stupid enough to believe anything!

The selection process of Ashley Mote was without a doubt shoddy, and Farage merely put him in place removing David Lott as number two (a wise move when you consider the idiocy and dishonesty of David Lott, had UKIP checked on the facts regarding Ashley’s pending Court Case!) just as without democratic input Farage PLACED the dishonest and discreditted Marta Andreasen as his number two displacing Steve Harris when she was a proven liar and an inelligible candidate!

Similarly Farage colluded in the corrupt process that place the dishonourable and untrustworthy liar David Bannerman as lead candidate and thus MEP!

Farage goes on to claim that Tom Wise was sacked immediately his criminal behaviour was known and Farage claims the credit!

Farage NEVER sacked Tom Wise – Farage’s puppet Douglas Denny did everything in and beyond his power and authority to lie and defame others to protect Tom Wise. Tom Wise remained a UKIP MEP sitting with the UKIP group until he RESIGNED long after his criminality was exposed just as he continued to be a UKIP member until after his membership ran out in the last February of his tenure of office just before the elections – some 4 years after his criminality was exposed.

Further Farage’s staff solicited him to renew his membership and also asked him for donations – this is Farage’s staff, Farage NEVER having made a donation of substance in 18 years!

Tom Wise was aided and abetted in his criminality seemingly in exchange for a sum of several £1,000s which he GAVE to Farage from the money he stole to settle Nigel Farage’s debts with Lindsay Jenkins!!

Unlike Nigel Farage – Never once in my life has ANYONE established that I have EVER told a material lie or set out to deceive anyone, yet the scum gathered around this serial liar Farage constantly seek to defame and lie about me.

You will note also that in this video clip Nigel Farage lies about the £2 Million he boasted of receiving – he has NEVER to this day provided remotely transparent accounts and nor have UKIP.

Many will remember Farage’s idea of transparent accounts is to pay a chum £6,000 to write up a set of accounts for his OFFICE in a converted barn that is provided free of charge by a gullible patriot, with a staff of 3 working out of the office and their salaries paid by The EU nowadays previously there was a book entry of £211,000 expenses out of just over £400,000 that went through the account as declared!

£211,000 for sundry expenses!!!! For Steve Harris, David Samuel-Camps and the girl servicing in the kitchen that sure is a hell of a lot of paper towels

Then we see Farage desperately trying to lie his way out of the criticism of John West – do bear in mind it was that slut Annabelle Fuller who, as an employee of Farage posted John West’s video on You tube in flagrant disregard for data protection or common decency – as to non credible and litigious do remember UKIP aka Nigel Farage lost every single case John West brought.

Interestingly Leading Councel when asked for his opinion on this particular video and the dishonest and defamatory remarks made regarding John West advised against litigation as although he would almost certainly win it was very unlikely that damages would be adequate to cover costs as Farage would not be seen as consequential and thus to be defamed by him would be inconsequential in the eyes of the law. It was amusing to hear a leading QC or repute describing Farage as irrelevant and not considered credible – hardly surprising I guess in view of his irrelevance in politics.

Do not forget that Nigel Farage’s employee, for it is he who controls ALL of the mainline staff in UKIP Mark Croucher, aided and abetted by the then deputy leader of UKIP Paul Nuttall and the press officer Clive Page who set out with the dishonest aim of preventing me from publishing the truth and the facts about UKIP and its corruption by the likes of Tom Wise, John Moran, Derek Clark, Douglas Denny, David Bannerman, Mick McGough, Mark Croucher, David Lott, Stuart Agnew, Marta Andreasen and other sordid individuals and the like – UKIP lost that Court case too having used Mark Croucher as the ‘front man’.

In flagrant disregard for British justice to this day UKIP have not acquitted their debt honourably and have reneged on their debt to me of around £12,500 just as the low life and liar Mark Croucher has shown contempt for British Justice with the aid of UKIP and has failed to pay the Courts £8,500 as awarded.

That UKIP has now been in British politics for 18 years and that it has firstly never had a leader of any competence, leadership skills, professional ability or fundamental Officer Quality – merely a succession of jumped up Corporals of no gravitas and less competence is sad – that in 18 years it has not a single achievement of note based upon its own merit or ability merely success at getting elected in foreign elections considered correctly to be of absolutely no consequence – The ONLY achievement to date!

Britain is neither an inch nor a centimeter closer to leaving The EU as a direct result of UKIP and in 18 years it hasn’t even come up with a plan as it has no vision, hasn’t devised a strategy as it has no clear aim and has no tactics for lack of communication and training!

UKIP in 18 years has failed totally to devise even the simplest of workable exit and survival strategies and can arguably be shown to be further from influence at local or national government level due to the damage it has done itself with its lies, childish name calling, cheating and crass behaviour. Not to mention serial fraud and dishonest attempts to defame its legitimate critics.

in considering UKIP, The EFD and Pan EU Political Parties one would do well to consider the quote of a dedicated long term member of UKIP in discussion of UKIP’s partner on The EFD‘s comments Mario Borghezio‘s comments when he said of the violent Norwegian Christian nutter & spree killer Anders Breivik:

“One hundred per cent of Breivik’s ideas are good, in some cases extremely good. The positions of Breivik reflect the views of those movements across Europe which are winning elections.”

It is a disgrace that UKIP are associated with such people.

He is quite right and this highlights one of the potential catastrophic outcomes of UKIP, or any genuinely patriotic party, following the money and being lumped in with the comments of vile Nationalists be they British, as with The BNP, EDL, Zionism (under a guise of Friends of Israel) or the like.

Yet more astonishing is that a party can stand for votes and clamour and expound on being patriotic and not at all like these Parties mentioned, yet join with even more odious foreign partners for self enrichment!

Interestingly UKIP loudly (currently) bans ex members of The BNP & UKFirst Party, due to their racism, and in UKFP‘s 9about whom UKIP knew astonishiongly little as proven by their idiotic belief that I would have been a member or associated with Peter Cole or its other founders for whom I had utter contempt, particularly in the light of their association with Tom Wise – (an association which was clandestine and unknown by Robin Page, Petrina Holdsworth & John West I believe! Also probably others involved such as Trevor Coleman) – UKIP’s case seemingly being for daring to stand in British elections to oppose the racism and association of UKIP with such groups as The EFD to clean-up the party and make it electable yet are banned from joining UKIP!

It is notable UKIP leadership claque wave these rules arbitrarily when it suits them, as with John Petley of UKFP who was reintroduced as an employee of Prof. Tim Congdon and conveniently UKIP overlook the fact that an ex UKIP elected NEC member is the registered owner of The UKFirst Party (by the way he is African by ethnic origin!), having driven him out of UKIP – is this clandestine racism on UKIP’s part?

So it would seem UKIP is happy to support vile racist, anti Jewish, anti homosexual advocates of murder when it suits them, especially when it pays its own corrupted leadership and its parasites!

Is UKIP now a spent force that has betrayed its electorate, its Country, its values for a grubby claque of charlatans who are enriching themselves as they feed at the EU Troughs and would seem to be a part of the problem with no serious role in the solution?

This may not be a popular question for UKIP, but clearly it is they who have provided the need for it to be very clearly answered, and that they have so desperately undermined their own credibility, not just by association with the scum of EU Politics in The EFD Group but by whom they have employed and empowered – so many low lifes like Mark Croucher, Mick McGough, Hugh Williams, Annabelle Fuller, Marta Andreasen, Malcolm Pearson, Gawain Towler, Stuart Agnew, David Bannerman, Derek Clark and the like all proven liars and cheats they clearly command nor deserve respect in any field, least of all political.

When I received this message I believed it was worth publishing the same FACTS and spoke with Junius & Tim to ensure the maximum number of members and press were made aware of the betrayal of Britain by UKIP.

We checked The Manifesto and it is correct to say NO WHERE does it say anything about UKIP will obey EU rules to help it grow!

Even Tom Wise UKIP MEP produced coloured News Letters at his expense in UKIP’s name and mailed out to UKIP members until he went to prison for his theft of public money!

I’m sure Tory Central Office could provide another PR company to do something on a professional basis for Agnew & Bannerman and produce a Newsletter as well.

Pilot denies threat to kill UKIP leader

9:40am Saturday 12th March 2011

A pilot has denied threatening to kill UKIP leader Nigel Farage.

Justin Adams, 45, appeared at Oxford Crown Court yesterday charged with making threats to kill the politician and Civil Aviation Authority investigator Martin James.

Adams, of Glenwood, Buckland, near Faringdon, was at the controls of a plane carrying Mr Farage and towing a UKIP banner when it crashed in Brackley on May 6.

He was remanded in custody until April 11.

Justin Adams, of Buckland, Oxon, faces six charges at Oxford crown court.

To QUOTE Ian Gilman re: Tom Wise UKIP MEP jailed for his criminality for 2 years – you may make what you will of Ian Gilman’s statement regarding Tom Wise and UKIP leadership corrupion amongst its leadership and their parasites in betrayal of the many decent members:

The case of the corrupt and jailed former police officer and UKIP M.E.P. Tom Wise Esq. again raises its head.

In October 2005; I was the only NEC member to attempt to do something about Mr. Wise following publicity and gossip about his activities. I was systematically blocked and prevented.

Minutes from that NEC should show my perhaps twenty minutes of effort on behalf of the members who we claimed to protect.

Abuse was heaped upon me together with shouted requests that I must be “shut up”.

Frauds were explained that would cause the Inland Revenue and Police to investigate and jail numerous UKIP members if revealed, and I being perhaps ‘jointly and severally liable’ for matters that I knew nothing about decided to step aside. Why after all; should I be responsible for others crimes as described ?

I was a volunteer for 15 years who asked for and took nothing from ukip, only satisfaction that I and others believed that we were doing our duty by our country and its history.

Please refer to the thread last August ‘ Bloom blast for shoplifters’ to understand much that I am writing about. It will prevent repitition. Mr . Denny provoked the defence of my position.

In attempting to actually discipline Mr. Wise who had for example destroyed the legitimate NEC approved ‘UKIP Wine World ‘ (conceived by me to assist paying our General Election debts of £ 93,000) from which no monies can be identified despite Mr Wise describing his importation and storage of 1,000 bottles of fine wines ( a commercial quantity ) perhaps from The Lebanon and his friends vineyard then sales via ukip meetings and membership lists; I was opposed with such venamence as to realise that I had no place any longer at that table.

Further; the dark threats emanating from that meeting indicated that eventually matters affecting the volunteer membership , many of whom were/are pensioners and our funds would legitimatly cause some to be jailed or fined.

My legalally constituted UKIP Wine World (named by me) involved proper Customs & Excise paperwork, sales sheets/distribution sheets and monthly payments electronically to UKIP H.Q.

It would satisfy the treasurer/auditor/Electoral Commissioners/Customs& Excise.

Concerning Mr. Colman’s enquiry; I wonder if his terms of reference were drawn so narrow so as to preclude most of that which was actually relevant.

I was never requested to give evidence; despite speaking to Mr Colman about matters.

Incredibly, when Mr Wise was referred to British Police his home force Beds. was given the task.

Why ?

Traditionally the Metropolitan police handle such cases.

With the close association that Mr. Wise had with Beds police as described by him; why did they not immediately hand over to another force the case which broke in 09/05 and concluded in 11/09 !

I will now quote directly from the file as originally constructed / evidence bagged and numbered and signitures upon a legal statement identifying its existance for identification. Later as far as I understood it should have all been contained within the file named Regina v Thomas Harold Wise. This will be held by Beds. police, C.P.S., Southwark Crown Court and I gather The Justice Dept. The Home Office and aparently Number 10 Downing Street.

“Wise explained to ***** all about his frauds /embezzlements of public money…..”

“Wise had not only explained his frauds, he then explained that he is safe from prosecution”

“Wise claimed to have lots of contacts within Bedfordshire Police, including “high up contacts “, whatever that means “

Wise, stated *****, claims to enjoy protection and will not be prosecuted.”

“Wise claimed to have met and talked with The Chief Constable of Beds. “

“Wise claims to have visited Beds Police H.Q. and spoken with those who would investigate him and to have been assurred that he will not be investigated “.

” ***** invoked the social life/circle of Wise who enjoys a drinking / eating circle of greedy sycophants who probably patronise The Ship public house in Linslade, Leighton Buzzard Beds ( Wing Road in fact maybe 200 yards around from his house ) . Excess of indulgance evidently being the motivating factor. “

“Wise likes to invoke the fact that he is a former police officer “

“Wise gave to former Detective Superintendent Trevor Colman of Devon and Cornwall Police a statement early in 2006 admitting everything yet is confident that he cannot be prosecuted”

Thus in fact Mr Wise evidently labourd in the belief that he was immune.

So, where did this leave the hapless witnesses ?

Detective Chief Superintendant Miss Debbie Simpson headed Beds police Economic Investigation Unit.

She is now reported as Assistant Chief Constable, Devon & Cornwall police.

We are told that she is ‘partnered’ and that her ‘partner’ was found employment there too.

Her partner was a police officer in Beds.

Her partners father is explained as a previously a Beds police Superintendant.

He is married to the previous Chief Constables Secretary.

The Chief Constables secretary has hourly and daily access to The Chief Constable who the reader will see from the above direct quotes from the file as originally constructed is described as rather too close to the defendant.

Nothing is implied by the above, only reported facts are written. Without Prejudice.

Why, oh why did Beds Police not hand this case over to another force ?

Surveillance by me due to concerns about my own security and legal position in a corruption case that had odd aspects to it involved the Ship Road, Wing Road areas of Linslade and divers areas around Leighton Buzzard. Woburn Road , Kempston Beds. areas too and those working there too formed part of my investigative personal protection.

Threats to me and criminal damage and tracing of; with two nasty telephone calls to my then recently widowed mother ( different telephone area to me ) alarmed me too.

Given everything supplied to Beds. police ,

Where is the wine world monies generated by Mr Wise ?

Where were its first bankings ?

Were there any onward transfers / sharing of that money ?

Where has the treasurer accounted for that money ?

Was the auditor satisfied with the accounting, and Electoral Commissioners too ?

Why immediately upon being offered the Wise case did Beds police Chief Constable not declare not only the forces interests in matters but the Economic Investigation Unit’s association too ?

What was the role of Detective Inspector Shane Roberts ?

Please name all officers friendly with or within the circle of Mr Wise, to include the drinking/dining set as described and on file ?

Did any officer have to move departments/ accept transfers tempoary or permanent during this case ?

Was any police officer/retired officer or police authority employee in the habbit of buying wine from Mr Wise ?

What is the import licence number of Mr. Wise’s wine business ?

Which bonded warehouse, and owned by whom stored the wine imported as decsribed by him ?

Was customs VAT paid on the wine, and to which office ?

When a complaint was made to Beds police about the case (not me ) why again was an internal officer Det. Insp. Green given the job, an outside force surely should have looked at this ?

When a complaint was made to Beds police authority and Miss Stephany McMenamy (described as completly out of her depth) why did she not refer it to an outside force ?

Why then were (by now) three, yes 3 investigations concerning former police officer Mr. Wise retained within Beds and not referred out to completly neutral officers where Mr Wise could never ever make claims of friendship and perhaps forms of influence; or friendships made through an interest in wine. ?

I went to another police force who became so concerned about matters that they ” called for the papers” that is the Wise file in order to read and understand it.

At a later meeting a Detective Inspector changed his attitude to me , having read the file and brushed me off with ” not in the public interest ” to pursue this, despite the intimidation of my mother and myself,. Did he actually mean not in the interest of police officers careers ?

As I explained to him, that intimidation never prevented me doing my duty and presenting evidence to a court, and seeking to protect UKIP members and their funds. Why was he now so scarred ?

Why have requests under the Freedom of Information Act affecting this case from two police forces been blocked ?

Why do those forces appear to collude and use the same letters ?

Why were police officers identified by Mr Wise not interviewed/cautioned and statements taken?

Were witnesses warned by the police about the claims of closness made by Mr Wise placed upon file in evidence bags and the liklihood of trouble if they persisted with their evidence ?

Were all statements taken of a professional quality admissable in court, or was theredisquiet about the effot put in to produce evidence that witnesses could sign for and stand in court under oath ?

Why has it been reported and circulated ( I can only repeat that explained to me ) that as he entered court Mr Wise Mr Wise was heard to say to his fellow defendant ‘ dont worry your pretty little head about this case deary, I am a friend of The Chief Constable’

Why then, if the reports are anywhere near accurate was the case not stopped and immediately referred to the Police Complaints Commission and another police force ?

Why have all attempts to obtain documents about this case been blocked and thus civil actions prevented ?

During the 4 year 2 month enquiries were Mr Wise’s computer systems properly opened and contents thoroughly investigated ?

Lord Ted Willis liked to talk about ‘The Long Arm of the Law, but perhaps here Ancient Greece that gave to us the Demos that we fought and gave so much to preserve can play a part.

The Hydra is my metaphor, the ghastly many headed beast perhaps adequatly reflects the many aspects of corruption that pervades matters. How sad..

The original can be found amongst the very questionable and largely dishonest ramblings hosted by Anthony Butcher on his Forum in accord with the instructions of UKIP leadership.

I can confirm most of what Ian Gilman is claiming based upon my own involvement during the period in question and my direct involvement in seeking to bring Tom Wise to Justice and thus to jail.

here is an article from the press covering UKIP, which is increasingly unusual as they slide from sight in complete irrelevance having done virtually nothing of note for Britain but a great deal to enrich a small claque of mostly low lifes:

UKIP MEPs‘ record is hardly spotless

LET’S face it: the record of the three main parties on expenses claims leaves a lot to be desired. Not like the smaller parties, for example, the UK Independence Party, of course. They have a spotless record on corruption don’t they? They don’t even have any MPs, after all. Surely their reputation must be spotless? Well, actually, no.

Take UKIP leader Nigel Farage. Just to reiterate what I said in my recent letter (UKIP’s credibility record is ridiculous, November 29), Farage claimed £2 million of taxpayers’ money in expenses and allowances on top of his £64,000 salary as an MEP. Is this illegal? No. Is it ethical?

Well, I’ll leave it to you readers to decide for yourself.

Two UKIP MEPs, meanwhile, Tom Wise and Ashley Mote, have actually broken the law and been jailed. Wise is, as I mentioned before, still in jail after being sentenced for false accounting and money laundering last year.

The official UKIP line is that the party distanced itself from Wise as soon as the matter arose, although according to some accounts the party initially fully supported Wise and he only ceased to be in UKIP when his party membership lapsed naturally. Mote, meanwhile, received a nine-month prison sentence after being found guilty of benefit fraud. Incredibly, even after this, he was allowed to remain as a UKIP MEP.

According to AT Dudgeon’s letter of November 25 (Knavery of ruling elite is exposed) UKIP are “committed to full disclosure and the rooting out of corruption”. In the light of the above facts, how on Earth can anyone believe this?

A brief correction or two for Chris Halam who quite reasonably seems a little out of touch with the detail.

Ashley Mote did NOT commit any crime whilst either a candidate for UKIP or an MEP – he was brought in as a candidate by Nigel Farage who believed his new found chum would boulster his own vote in the South East ensuring he was returned as the lead candidate.

Although David Lott, Farage’s long term friend and co worker was number two candidate he was unceremoniously dumped by Farage seemingly as he was convinced, as his intellectual superior and a far better speaker, Ashley Mote would get more votes to ensure Farage’s position.

Farage did the same in the last election dumping Steve Harris in order to elevate his own position by having the Spaniard Marta Andreasen tell a pack of lies about how she was sacked from her position as a departmental accountant and book keeper in Neil Kinnock’s employment – sacked when she proved unable or unwilling to do her job and when it was found she had misled her employers with her CV having failed to tell the truth as to how the OECD had suspended her without pay until she left!

Ashley Mote’s offence was a financial overclaim on state support resultant from ERM – long before his involvement with UKIP.

As for Tom Wise and his association with Lindsay Jenkins you may find the facts if you CLICK HERE of some help. The source documents show clearly the signatures of Jenkins & Wise that were used as the instruments of fraud resulting in money laundering for which Tom Wise was sentenced to two years in prison but served only from November to May to then be released to enjoy the fruits of his criminality and of course his bloated EU MEP pension.

Nigel Farage took no meaningfull action against Tom Wise when he knew of his criminal activities and it was about 3 years later that Tom Wise’s membership ran out and despite approaches from UKIP he refused to renew his membership immediately prior to the EU election as he knew he had all he might be likely to get from UKIP & The EU as an MEP.

Mr. Dugeon’s letter to which Chris Hallam refers is of course utter self serving bunkum and fundamentally dishonest – consider the fact that Nigel Farage did all he could to shelter his doxy Annabelle Fuller when she was caught criminally in breech of the Data Protection Act, he took no action against Mark Croucher when the Courts found against him, further Farage continued to employ Croucher.

It is worthy of note that Gawain Towler was formally de-sel;ected by UKIP but reinstated despite his utterly inappropriate sexual behaviour by Farage.

There are of course many other examples of outright dishonesty and rank hypocracy from UKIP leadership and the scum gathered as their praise singers and parasites as most articles on this blog seeking to Clean-Up the party to make it electable show.

It is sad that to date we, the true supporters of the principles and beliefs of UKIP’s informed membership have spectacularly failed to CleanUp the Party as the public are aware as shown by the risible 3.01% of the public who voted for UKIP in the General Election.

Hi,

I had a feeling that it might be unwise to publish this singular example of efforts at transparency and probity of just one MEP ahead of The Sunday papers 😉

To be fair since her election to the EU farce Nikki Sinclaire has kept or at least has had help to keep records as accurate as possible for publication to her electorate to show where her income and expenses have been spent, squandered (we all make mistakes!!) or invested.

She is the ONLY UKIP MEP to ever place on record, in public, fully auditted accounts.

Many will remember the promises made by Nigel Farage on his own behalf and that of HIS Party that all elected officers and representatives would account their expenses and income – to date well into his third term on the gravy train all we know in terms of honouring the promise is a pack of outright lies.

We have discovered through no accounting made public that he has made well over £2,000,000 over and above his expenses, we have discovered that he pays his wife from funds available to HIS Party some £30,000 a year,

We have ascertained that his office in Lymington in one year alone failed to plausibly account by virtue of a £6,000 payment to an auditor for over 50% of its income a sum spent on ‘Other Expenses’ of £211,000,

We have ascertained that a sum of £250,000 was paid by Farage into an off shore account titled Farage Educational Trust.

We well remember the claim that the various Ashford scams were described as ‘The most profitable thing UKIP had ever done’ yet we are informed by the then Party Chairman that less than 15% but more than 10% of the money garnered through this very profitable activity ever reached UKIP.

We know and have the account details for a sum of £250,000 paid into a private bank account from this income.

We have shown that not only was the fund raising excercise subsequent to Ashford, Ramsgate, based on Ashford and thus no doubt equally successful was not only not transparently accounted but the Treasurer at the time the duplicitous and untrastworthy Spanish MEP Marta Andreasen claimed to have no knowledge of the income let alone expenditure!

We do not know whether the credit card income of Ashford laundered through Graham Booth’s now defunct hotel facility was ever included in The Ashford money or was surplus to the 10% or so that ever found its way to UKIP possibly making even more of a liar, fraudster and theif of David Bannerman than we all know him to be.

Obviously one could go on with further gross breeches of trust, fraud, money laundering and the like – however to date Nikki Sinclaire is the ONLY UKIP MEP who has made public auditted accounts – to be fair Mike Nattrass now that he has left the scum that for the racist backbone of UKIP as members of The EFD has presented accounts, though as yet unaudited.

We noted that despite £1/4 Million Pounds of public money being taken to mount a Petition by David Lott, Nigel Farage & Mark Croucher – no petition EVER materialised despite further fund raising yet shortly after David Lott moved to bigger premises and Mark Croucher, having told everyone how broke he was, bought the leases on TWO pubs which due to his incompetence went bust – trying to refinance himself he obtained the help of UKIP to try to bankrupt me but when he lost in Court and was admonished by The Judge and ordered to pay costs the duplicitous dishonourable piece of filth in true UKIP style showed complete contempt for British justice.

UKIP have a moral debt to me of £12,500 which they lack the integrity to pay – Mark Croucher has a legal debt of £8,500 + the additional costs I incur in obtaining the money plus I believe a reasonable interest and I understand there is no limit to the costs incurred if legal nor statute of limitations. UKIP leadership its staff and parasites really are scrofulous filth just look at them and the way people like Denny, McGough, Skeptyk, Croucher, Clarke, Tom Wise, Reeve, Malcolm Wood, David Bannerman, Stuart Parr, Stuart Agnew, Gawain Towler, Baron and the rest of these nasty self important little creeps behave in public endlessly bringing UKIP into disrepute – what an odious dishonourable crew!.

I also note that in one quarter alone Nikki Sinclaire donated to UKIP more money than Farage has ever donated to UKIP!

You will note on close inspection that Sinclaire has spent ALL of her expenses on legitimate expenditure and has PERSONALLY funded a market over spend of her expenses as largely invested in The Petition and Constituency work from her private purse.

I appreciate this may be paultry over the years relative to the amount some MEPs in UKIP have invested in themselves and campaigning to get themselves onto or back onto the Gravy Train or elected to an office they would rather hold. Having worked for The Party for some 16 years it would seem that Sinclaire has not spent money on her own campaigns to get elected but rather on campaigning to Leave-The-EU.

A rather different situation to the other MEPs including those who are already Multi Millionaires!

What I have received and what I have spent.

As the end of the year approaches and as my office are preparing the paperwork for an an audit. This exercise has been made difficult due to a substantial amount of paperwork being stolen from my office at a similar time to an ex member of staff also leaving.

It dawned on me that I have not made available the first year figures.

The figures below relate to July 09 to June 2010 incl`

General Expenditure Allowance First six months have been audited

Received £44,131.42

Spent £66,084.77

Overspend £21,953.35

Travel to and from the Parliament I have used the exchange rate of 1.17

€33,921.81 / £28,993

Distance Allowance received €9,263.50 / £7917.52

Daily Subsistence allowance

102 days @ €298 = €30,396 / £25,979.49

Article 22 allowance (extra travel anywhere in the world) This allowance is worth €4,148 pa. I have not claimed from this allowance. I did travel to Cuba for four days on a ongoing investigation regarding EU expenditure at a cost in excess of £2,500. I have personally funded this.

Article 23 allowance (Travel within member state) I have claimed £4,732 for the above period.

From 1st April this year I have been entitled to my ´4000 budget` worth €3604.66 per month From July to March I cannot account for as Nigel Farage MEP controlled this budget on my behalf. I did not receive a single penny nor was I informed (despite several requests) of the expenditure.

Let us hope that her accounts reflect well in The Press relative to MEP’s incomes and abuses expected on Sunday.

I gather there have been some difficulties in presenting these as accurately as possible in the light of a dishonest staff member who sought to capitalise on a position of trust who is currently under investigation by OLAF and who was for a time denied access to handling of money prior to their departure. It is believed and understood by The EU authorities that there would seem to have been an attempt to use false accounting to entrap Sinclaire for the personal gain of said individual and when said individual departed a report was made to the Police regarding missing material!

Interestingly this information was ‘conveniently’ supplied to the media some 8 months later to seek to damage Sinclaire and the work she is doing to acquit her duty to her electorate and to strive to leave The EU, amongst other ways by The Petition as featured CLICK HERE.

Surprisingly despite the dishonesty and abuse by Nigel Farage, The Harrassment based on her sexual orientation as an homosexual by Godfrey Bloom and others, the time wasted by other MEPs still in UKIP ensuring they squander their ‘Lunch Money’, the gutter snipe Croucher searching the sewers he inhabits for any damaging material to ingratiate himself with Farage, The dishonesty lies and dishonourable behaviour of the then puppet leader Lord Pearson, the criminal instructions of Christopher Gill to gain access to and steal material from her office.

Sabotaged, sneered at and regularly abused by UKIP Leadership, dishonestly and corruptly debarred from use of UKIP style, pernicious removal from General election roll subsequent to considerable donations to Party Funds to assist in the election across the country.

Endless underhand and overt attacks on the members forum by an ex staff member encouraged by others, defamatory and distasteful comments from the pond life that are UKIP’s praise singers on Anthony Butcher’s squalid forum such as filth like Skeptyk with over 1400 postings none of any constructive value all seemingly seeking to attack anyone who shows UKIP leadership to be venal, corrupt, racist, dishonest and liars – mostly written in the style of Mark Croucher, Annabelle Fuller and similar filth that have been the constant contacts in the press office – hence clearly the party seems to have more lies on the Television and radio from Farage about having sacked Tom Wise or in attack on his own associates or discussion of the size of or deficiency of his genitals and the frequency he displays them and how much he can or has drunk than a single solitary item showing competence or gravitas, progress or effort of ANY meaningful benefit.

Or the serial denigration of Baron von Idiot who admits he knows nothing much of UKIP yet serially attacks Sinclaire in the most tasteless and cowardly manner.

There is little doubt that UKIP has been hugely damaged by the postings and behaviour of the trash of UKIP like Skeptyk, Baron, Denny, Stuart Parr, McGough and the other filth seeking preferment in UKIP sheltered in cowardly anonymity in their support once on the staff it seems!

It would be hard to imagine a more unpleasant collection of people to hold office or responsibility in any administration as they industrial;ise the process of theft and louch behaviour beset with their dishonorable and endless betrayal of the values of these United Kingdoms for their personal gain.

UKIP has proved catastrophic for the EUroRealist movement and even the EUroSceptics of any self respect or integrity in the main find them hard to stomach – Whilst the peoples of Britain would seem to present some 75% who would wish to disassociate from most of the EU project and a majority would wish to leave all together UKIP musters 3.01% of the vote as no one of any stature or reputation will go within a country mile of them!

UKIP are just the sweepings of those with adequate greed but no principles that any other parties would wish to associate with save the racist, anti Jewish, Holocaust denying, sexually intollerant, Nazi praising, violent xenophobes of The EFD – now we note Farage is prostituting the party to secure his position and income by wooing the Polish extremists! One wonders how much of UKIP’s 4000 account £76,000 per MEP in the EFD group will be used to bribe them let alone the travel money from the 6000 budget and the rest will go where exactly – at least Sinclaire receives hers and accounts for it and we must presume Farage will have to accurately account for the £76,000 a year he was receiving on her membership up until she quit his sordid and corrupt group WITH, YES WITH Lord Pearson’s PROMISE she would not be penalised for her principled stand.

Yet still Sinclaire is doing more than every single UKIP MEP in The EFD Group it would seem save Godfrey of course who is seeking points for himself but failing to tell the people of Witby the truth! I note he makes much of signing petitions for the Witby Fleet – when will he be honest enough to tell them neither he nor the whole of the British Government will make one wit (Witby) of difference.

Before Britain joined The Common Market / EEC Witby had around 120 fishing boats working full time and fully crewed in its fleet and a flourishing fish market – so what is the Fleet Godfrey that you are making much of saving?

Yes Godfrey 4 part time boats! You must be so proud to tell the people of Witby that you are of some relevance – when will you tell them the truth? But of course just think of the benefits of NOT telling them – you can go on collecting €400 a day lunch money for being just passing flatulence – an irrelevant irritant on the arse of EUrope.

Why not get some lessons from Sinclaire rather than just make a fool of yourself licking Farage’s backside and befouling the name of Britain with your drunken whoring and childish behaviour.
