Tom Wise is in Court later today (Wednesday) for sentencing.
This is the first time a mainstream politician has been in Court for fraud and theft in abuse of his duty of trust for many years.
For the damage done to EUkip and their collusion trying to cover-up his crimes there are some who wish to see him incarcerated for 2 or more years.
I do not believe such a sentence would serve much purpose and hope that the judge shows ‘strong’ leniency by all means issue a 2 year sentence but suspend it for five years.
Encaceration could prove very costly to the tax payer and traumatic for an ex Police Officer who graduated to fraud and embezzling as a politician – he may need constant protection.
It may well, more readily show ‘justice seen to be done’, if Wise is fined.
Since his crime was in 2004 and ongoing with the aim of accruing £180,000, as the Court showed, it seems, and subsequent to the commencement of the crime he received many 100s of £1,000s of public money PLUS about £250,000 in pension funding, perhaps surrender/forfeit of all monies obtained subsequent to the commencement of his crime might be seen as more apposite a punishment.
It may also be more Just to levy substantial fines upon EUkip, its leadership and certain of its staff and supporters who instead of acquitting their duties honourably, expressly set out to orchestrate a series of cover-ups in collusion with the criminality. The Court might have seen fit to levy fines by way of compensation to those that were lied about, bullied, smeared and reveilled by EUkip in defence of Tom Wise’s criminality thereby hampering the Police and authorities in due process of their duties.
It seems that aided with the knowledge Nigel Farage, Roger Knapman, Mike Nattrass, Robin Collett, David Lott, Mark Croucher and others had, Tom Wise could have been dealt with within months but they saw fit to collude in the criminality by orchestrating cover-ups.
This of course is fanciful thinking, an extension of justice unlikely to be seen, and therefore those who became embroiled in the cover-ups either directly or through their lies and behaviour such as

Gerard Batten
Nigel Farage
Douglas Denny (switched his vote)
Elizabeth Burton
Alan Bown
Rachel Oxley
John Whittaker
Michael Zuckerman
who voted for a cover-up
Douglas Denny who deliberately and willfully blocked Disciplinary Hearing called for by Niall Warry, Dr. David Abbott and possibly others.
Mark Croucher, Robert Feel Martinis, Peter Cole, and others who orchestrated attacks and lies regarding members seeking Justice and the clean up of EUkip in opposition to continued orchestrated cover-ups.
It will be noted that Trevor Colman was responsible for one of the cover-ups on the instruction of the clearly corrupt then leader roger Knapman and it looks all too likely that Trevor Colman abrogated upon his duty and colluded in the criminality after the event in return for preferential treatment and the reward of being made an MEP replacing the risible Graham Booth when he was dumped, and then as a reward for the cover-up placing Trevor Colman as lead candidate!
I believe a very public apology should be issued to The Sunday Telegraph, The Sunday Times and particularly Daniel Foggo for the dishonesty and smears levied against them by the EUkip low lifes and liars – EUkip is clearly unfit for any public office if it lacks the integrity and maturity to apologise when shown to be utterly wrong and fire those who have thus brought the party into disrepute.
Without a will to enact such improvements in our society clearly it is a betrayal of that society that shows EUkip to be unfit for purpose.
TO LEAVE THE EU
What is the exit and survival plan for these United Kingdoms to maximise on the many benefits of leaving The EU. It is the DUTY of our Politicians and Snivil Cervants to ensure the continuity, liberty and right to self determination of our peoples they have a DUTY to protect against crime and secure both our food and our border.
NONE of these DUTIES has a single British politician upheld for 40 years. They have drawn their incomes fraudulently and dishonesty.
Politicians are failing to tell the truth, but so are almost all wanabe Politicians, the MSM and Snivil Cervants.
The fact is that even if EVERY British MEP wanted change in The EU it would achieve NOTHING.
Every single British Politician, of EVERY Party, elected since before we joined the EUropean Common Market, has promised to change The EU’s CAP – In 40 Years they have achieved absolutely NOTHING!
To try to put a value on OUR Freedom is as futile as floccipaucinihilipilification and as odious as the metissage of our societies, as we rummage in the ashes of our ancestors dreams, sacrifices and achievements, the flotsam of our hopes and the jetsam of our lives, consider the Country and Anglosphere which we thus leave our children and the future, with shame!

Deny the self seeking & meaningless wanabe MEPs the Mythical Mandate for which they clamour. Diktat is imposed from The EU but Law should be made at Westminster, for our Country & our Peoples.
