You may recall this blog posted this important, if desperate, attempt to look professional just a few days ago at CLICK HERE NO not April Fools Day but UKIP Fools Day which seems to have been most dates other than The First of April!

Please circulate these to all Branch Chairmen, Secretaries and Membership Secretaries as soon as possible, with the reminder that NO membership applications will be now accepted unless submitted on a form on which the applicant has signed the declaration that they agree to abide by the Constitution of UKIP and the Terms and Conditions of Membership (available to view at http://www.ukip.org).
UKIP Terms & Conditions of Membership
Membership shall start from the date of receipt of the initial membership subscription and continue for the number of years for which the subscription has been paid.
Membership subscriptions are not normally refundable.
Members shall be considered to be fully paid-up until the end of the month of expiry. Membership shall be considered to have lapsed if not renewed within a further two months.
The Party may refuse or rescind an application for membership if the National Executive Committee considers that the application does not fulfil the criteria for membership as set out in the Party Constitution.
The Party Secretary has the right to suspend or expel members who clearly bring the Party into disrepute by association with or membership of an organisation, membership of which the NEC has declared to be incompatible with membership of the Party.
Membership is not available to anyone who is or has previously been a member of the British National Party or the UK First party. Any applications made from people who are or have been members of these organisations will be refused, and any subscriptions collected will be refunded. By applying for membership you certify that you are not and have never been a member of either of these parties.
Any action under paragraph 5 shall be confirmed by the NEC at the earliest opportunity.Regards, Steve.

I noted earlier today on Liverpool Government’s site, with some confusion at such a degree of ‘professionalism’ CLICK HERE
Indeed UKIP are clearly on the ball and rolling with their new professionalism as promised on many occasions over the years by Nigel Farage when he wanted to be elected to dictatorial powers as leader inventing unlawful documents on the hoof like CLICK HERE
This seems to be a measure of that new professionalism – a candidate in place in Liverpool before the election and presumably vetted by the new and more professional party:
