The Ukip leader, Paul Nuttall, has said it might be necessary to introduce internment without trial for terrorism suspects, adding that he would prioritise people’s lives over “the human rights of any jihadi”.
Speaking in the wake of Ukip’s move following the Manchester attack to focus its election approach more closely on Islamist terrorism, Nuttall denied that his party was becoming “extreme” over the issue.
But pressed by Andrew Neil as part of BBC1’s series of interviews with party leaders, Nuttall declined to condemn Gerard Batten, Ukip’s Brexit spokesman, for calling Islam a “death cult”, saying only that he had “got his terminology wrong”.
Nuttall insisted that Ukip was leading the way over policies such as a ban on Muslim women wearing a burqa in public and increased penalties for sexual offences against a person of a different religion.
“A lot of people within the Westminster bubble are very uncomfortable about it, but you know, we’re saying things that people are thinking, and what we’ve got to do is we’ve got to get to grips with this Islamist cancer within our midst,” Nuttall said.
“It needs to be cut out because I worry if it isn’t, then what happened the other night in Manchester may well become commonplace.”
Asked about the possible use of internment for people flagged as being under suspicion of terrorism, Nuttall said this might be necessary in the future.
“Well, when you read this morning there’s a suspected 23,000 jihadis living amongst us, obviously MI5 are stretched to capacity at this present moment in time,” he said.
“I think we’ve got to look at ways of ensuring that our people are safe, whether that is a return to control orders, whether that is tagging these people, who knows, in the future maybe a return to internment.”
Asked whether this might prove a recruiting tool for extremists, Nuttall said: “I wouldn’t take anything off the table in the future because … unless we get a grip on this what happened in Manchester the other night, which is part of my constituency [an MEP], could become commonplace. And that’s the last thing we want to see.”
“I would put the lives of British families over the human rights of any jihadi any day,” he said.
Nuttall also repeated that while support for the death penalty was not Ukip policy, he would be potentially willing to “pull the lever” and personally execute people convicted of child murders.
Asked whether his views as a whole indicated he was “becoming pretty extreme” in an attempt to boost Ukip’s flagging poll numbers, Nuttall rejected this.
He said: “The fact is we’re the only ones who are coming up with an agenda to try and improve integration in this country.”
Neil asked the Ukip leader about comments from Batten, one of the party’s MEPs, who used his personal blog to call Islam “a death cult”.
Nuttall said Batten was not speaking for the party but, asked for his views, declined to condemn him or threaten any disciplinary action. “I think he’s got his terminology wrong,” Nuttall said.
With Ukip polling at little more than 5%, as against nearly 13% in the 2015 election, Nuttall insisted his party would remain relevant.
“Well, look, sometimes in politics the tide comes in, the tide goes out,” he said. “And this is very opportune for Theresa May at the moment because she’s able to talk the talk and sound tough on the issue of Brexit because she hasn’t gone into those negotiations.
“It will get difficult for her once the negotiations start and that’s why it’s so important that Ukip remains on the pitch. And if she does backslide I’ll make a prediction: Ukip by the end of 2018 could be bigger than it ever has been before.”

UKIP chaos: MEPs and activists shout down journalists during calamitous manifesto launch
LONDON — The UK Independence Party’s manifesto launch descended into chaos today when party MEPs and activists shouted down journalists for asking leader Paul Nuttall whether he was exploiting the Manchester attack.
UKIP MEP Earl Dartmouth yelled “what a stupid question” and “don’t you understand English?” at BBC Political Editor Laura Kuenssberg while one activist told her to “go back down your hole” in a heated question and answer session.
Emotions were running high in Westminster on Thursday morning where UKIP leader Nuttall and his deputy Suzanne Evans launched the party’s general election manifesto.
Nuttall and Evans announced a series of radical policies to combat Islamic extremism, including banning the burqa and Niqab in public, reinstating police stop and search powers and only accepting migrants who share “British values”.
The press conference quickly became heated when broadcast journalists Kuenssberg and Channel 4’s Michael Crick asked Nuttall whether he was exploiting the Manchester attack by holding a manifesto launch on Thursday morning.
“Ask a sensible question!” an activist shouted at Crick, while Kuenssberg was met with a chorus of furious remarks from a number of UKIP activists and elected representatives.

Some UKIP figures including Nuttall and former political reporter turned UKIP MEP Patrick O’Flynn urged party members to stop heckling journalists, but to little effect. A question from the Guardian newspaper was met with “oh for fuck’s sake” by UKIP Brexit spokesman Gerard Batten.
The UKIP manifesto includes policies like reversing cuts to police, the army and border control; bringing net migration down to zero; abolishing the House of Lords; protecting the triple lock and winter fuel allowance, and holding Theresa May’s government to account of delivering a complete divorce from the European Union.
Evans said May’s decision to cut the number of police officers while she was Home Secretary meant she “must bear some responsibility” for the Manchester attack. She quickly rowed back on this, saying only the terrorists are to blame.
“I didn’t say she must bear some responsibility,” the UKIP deputy chairman said.
UKIP is without any MPS and a Business Insider/GfK opinion poll published last week put the party on 5% — a 7% drop since the last time GfK asked Brits who they intend to vote for in the next general election.

How Donald Trump’s best friend in Britain—another big fan of Vladimir Putin—put his party at the service at Wikileaks’ Julian Assange.
LONDON—When Julian Assange sought refuge in 2011 at an embassy in the heart of London, only one of Britain’s political parties was willing to offer support to the exile in their midst.
Nigel Farage’s U.K. Independence Party, which seemed a fringe movement at the time but became the driving force behind Brexit, swung into action and campaigned against the demand that Assange be returned to Sweden for a police interview on allegations of rape.
The episode raises further questions about links between Farage, Assange and the Russian government. Farage, who is also a favored friend of U.S. President Donald Trump, was spotted emerging from a meeting with Assange at the Ecuadorian embassy in March.
Internal UKIP memos reveal the relationship went back much further: Assange and his lawyer were given the opportunity to contribute directly to speeches given by UKIP on the floor of the European Parliament while branches of the party in and around London were told to send activists to protest against Assange’s proposed judicial surrender to the authorities.
“We need bodies,” read an email request sent to local UKIP associations asking them to send two or three people each as an “astroturf” protest against Assange’s plight when he appeared in court in London in January 2011.
Stephens was asked if he or Assange would like to meet a UKIP member of the European Parliament, Gerrard Batten, on January 31 that year “in order to discuss bringing out issues in the case.” He was asked again if he wished “to include a few points to get the message across” on February 5, 2011, before Batten was due to speak in the European Parliament. Batten asked Stephens again if he had “any points that you feel I should or should not mention in the few minutes I get to speak” on February 11.
Batten addressed the European Parliament, standing at Farage’s right hand, on February 14, 2011,. where he raised the prospect that Assange was being mistreated because he was “a political dissident.” He returned to the case in June 2011, telling the parliament in Brussels that the U.S. “need him locked up somewhere” while they work out how to prosecute him.
The UKIP MEP also made a submission on behalf of Assange in his case against extradition, which went all the way to Britain’s Supreme Court in 2012. Last year, Batten wrote on his blog that Assange’s stay in the embassy of Ecuador had been tantamount to “arbitrary arrest and imprisonment.”
When news broke on Friday that Sweden would no longer pursue the allegations against Assange after a seven-year standoff while he hid in an embassy out of the reach of British law enforcement, Batten told The Daily Beast he had never taken a position on the guilt or innocence of Assange.
“I don’t really have a view about Mr. Assange. My involvement with him was regarding my opposition to the European Arrest Warrant,” he said. “At the time, eminent British lawyers who looked at it said this would never make it to an English court—these kind of accusations. It didn’t sound very sound in the first place.”Assange hailed Sweden’s decision to stop pursuing the allegations and celebrated the release of Chelsea Manning—one of the first major WikiLeaks leakers—in a speech from the balcony of the embassy in London’s Mayfair.
“We have today won an important victory, but the road is far from over. The proper war is just commencing,” he said, promising to accelerate the distribution of material about the CIA. The standoff will continue because there is still an outstanding warrant for Assange’s arrest over skipping bail.
Batten told The Daily Beast he had attended Assange’s lavish 40th birthday party in 2010 but had not met with him since. He said he does not recall whether Stephens or Assange took up his offer to help with his speeches. He also said he had received no donations from anyone connected to WikiLeaks or the Russian government. “If only these people would offer me money, I’d have the luxury of refusing it,” he said.
UKIP has repeatedly denied co-operating with Russia, Russian front organizations, or taking funds from the Kremlin—which would be illegal under British law—but Farage, who was one of the first foreign politicians to meet with Trump after his election, has called for improved relations between Russia, Britain, and the U.S. He also described Vladimir Putin as the foreign leader he most admires.
Last week, Farage refused once again to answer questions about his recent visit to see Assange in the Ecuadorian embassy in London. “That has nothing to do with you,” he snapped at a Die Zeit reporter. “It was a private meeting.”
He has claimed that he met Assange as a journalist—not as a political go-between—but no interview has appeared since the March 9 meeting.
In the same interview, Farage also failed to disclose whether he received payments for his regular appearances on RT, a news channel funded by the Russian government, which paid Assange to produce his own show in 2012.
Farage has denied that he was carrying a secret message to or from Assange, whose WikiLeaks organization has been accused of influencing the result of last year’s U.S. presidential election with the help of Russian hackers.
One of the UKIP candidates contesting Britain’s election next month told The Daily Beast that there is nothing suspicious about the attitude towards Russia taken by Farage and his party. Nigel Sussman, the parliamentary candidate for Edmonton in North London, says it’s a natural meeting of minds.
“Russia is very credible and commonsensical—and UKIP is very credible and commonsensical,” he said. “There’s a synergy of views there.”
Sussman has a more intimate view of Russia than most British politicians. He traveled to Crimea last month as a guest of the Russian parliament, who paid for internal flights, accommodation and food. Sussman says he paid for his own round-trip flights to Russia.
Sussman, the chair of UKIP’s Ilford association, who was on the trip with another former UKIP candidate, met with the local pro-Russian officials and toured the streets of former eastern Ukraine talking to local residents accompanied by cameras from Russia’s state-owned TV Channel 1. Although most of the international community regards Moscow’s covert occupation and annexation of Crimea following as stage-managed vote as illegal and illegitimate, based on his interviews, Sussman says: “Crimea had a perfectly legitimate referendum in my opinion.”
As a result, he has submitted a report to UKIP’s National Executive Committee, which calls for a policy change—demanding that sanctions should be lifted against Russia.
“As far as I can see there don’t seem to be a lot of people standing up for Russia right now,” he said. Is UKIP the most pro-Russian party? “Yes, I think it is.”
Sussman is, however, hopeful that Trump will ease relations between Moscow and the West. “I have high hopes for Trump because Trump is going to meet Putin. I think he has said it plain: he wants to be friends with Russia. That sounds like an eminently sensible position for God’s sake!”
The UKIP candidate insisted that there was no evidence that Putin’s regime had helped Trump into office, although the U.S. intelligence community is on the record and unanimous in its conviction that Russia tried to influence the outcome. He also explained away Moscow’s reported munificence towards Marine Le Pen. “What happened was Le Pen tried to get a loan from French banks and none of the French banks would lend her any money—and that’s outrageous… It’s a bit like UKIP, I mean God help us!”
The bottom line: Le Pen’s party received millions of dollars in loans in 2014 from a now defunct Russian bank, and, whether coincidentally or out of conviction, her minions, too, endorsed the Crimean annexation.
The two representatives from Britain on the Crimea tour this year were not joined by any members of Le Pen’s National Front, but the guests included an unlikely array of minor party politicians like Jaroslav Holik from a Czech party with links to Le Pen, or the son of Serbia’s Vojislav Seselj, who was acquitted of war crimes and crimes against humanity by a United Nations tribunal in the Hague.
“It’s a collection of odds and sods; far left or far right will do, as long as they are open to some Russian support. Some of these are full Russian puppets like the Serbian Radical Party,” said Neil Barnett, the chief executive of Istok Associates, a corporate intelligence and investigations consultancy.
Arron Banks, the British businessman who was once UKIP’s biggest donor and set up the unofficial Brexit campaign group Leave.EU, says he has a good relationship with Russia—including long boozy lunches with the Russian ambassador—but says there has been no monetary donation either directly or through his array of offshore companies.
Banks, who was pictured in the entourage that met Trump with Farage in the days just after Trump won the election, gave an extraordinary interview to the Observer newspaper in London last month in which he admitted that his Russian wife had the profile of a Russian spy, then suddenly denied that Russia had bankrolled Brexit—unprompted—and repeatedly defended Putin.
“What you’re talking about is the degree to which the Russians actually—let’s say they influenced the Brexit vote. Say I’m pro-Putin. Nigel said he’s not anti-Putin, if that’s the right word. But all we’ve said is that there are elements of what Russians do that we don’t disagree with. We don’t agree with everything they’re doing, like murdering journalists in the street,” he said.
This “joke” is typical of Banks, who ensures it’s hard to know exactly how seriously his words should be taken at any given moment.
When his old pal Farage was spotted leaving the Ecuadorian embassy in March, original reports said it was unclear why he had been inside the building—not least since Farage claimed to have forgotten.
A newspaper later reported that he had indeed been holding secret talks with Assange, and Banks wrote on Twitter: “Well he didn’t go for drinks with the ambassador did he?”
Another multi-millionaire with loose-lips, like Trump, Banks seems to revel in offering glimmers of a sprawling axis that runs from Washington D.C. to Moscow via London—and a tiny sliver of Ecuadorian sovereignty.
Whether Assange makes it outside the embassy in the coming days or if he continues to hide from justice—the game of shadows will continue.

when you consider the High Court’s comments in the case below, perhaps we can understand why the case brought against Nikki Sinclaire was so utterly amateur and corrupt, it does seem as if there is endemic and institutionalised corruption in The West Midlands Policeforce and all too likely when you consider the murtder of Charles de Menenez and the rise of Cressida Dick who was in charge of that murder, and the clearly corrupt case against Jasna Badzak, and the dishonesty of Gerard Batten when he used the police to try to bqankrupt me with his lies – it seems it isn’t just The West Midlands Police!
Even earlier than these cases you would be astonished at not only howmuch evidence we had to supply to OLAF and The Bedfordshire Police before they finally condescended to charge the Ukip MEP Tom Wise and Lindsey Jenkins with embezzelling tax payers’ money from the EU purse.
Tom Wise had even paid his solicitor, from the stolen money in his account, to fund trying to use the law to silence me and if possible bankrupt me to prevent me continuing to expose the truth. Nigel Farage never was prosecuted for the stolen money he received from Tom Wise and also as Tom Wise finally admitted his part in the crime the charges against Lindsey Jenkins were not proceded with.
Despite having worked with Daniel Foggo and exposed the crime in the National Press the police took a very long time to act and it was only because I would not drop the matter that Bedford Police finally brought charges that led to Tom Wise being sentenced to 2 years in prison!
It does look all too much as if Ukip, the CPS and the police collude in corruption!
Let us not forget that in giving evidence against
Nikki Sinclaire, who organised, obtained and presented the peoples’ petition which obtained the IN/OUT EU Referendum to restore the fundamental human right of selfdetermination to the British peoples,
Ukip’s lakey John Ison admitted he not only fabricated evidence, but also stole from Sinclaire and was colluding with Nigel Farage in setting her up!
Perhaps even at this late date the West Midlands Police and the CPS, whose deputy director sat in on much of the case and seemed to have colluded in the efforts to stitch Sinclaire up, could show some integrity and explain why they failed to appologise to Sinclaire, when she won her case and they resoundingly lost on all counts, and also why they failed to prosecute John Ison and those with whom he colluded – minded that the Judge in the case cautioned John Ison as he was incriminating himself in open Court!
Consider not just how corrupt West Midlands Police have been shown to be in the case below but also what a foul mouthed bunch of low lifes they have shown themselves to be. Also this would seem to be endemic over many years for was it not the same force who fabricated evidence some years ago against ‘The Birmingham Six’ a case they never solved!
Consider also the lies and fabrications by the police, to try to dishonestly cover up corruption and incompetence, in the Hillsborough case. So we can go on: Consider the murder of the newspaper seller brutally attacked and killed on camera by a Metropolitan Police lout.
Consider these cases before you trust the police again, as it seems all too common!

A West Midlands police counter-terrorism unit has been accused in court of perjury, falsifying notebooks and hiding text messages related to the trial of a group of terror suspects who called themselves the “Three Musketeers”.
Simon Hussey, a senior officer in West Midlands police’s special projects team, began giving evidence at the Old Bailey trial of four men from the Midlands accused of plotting terror attacks in late April but his cross-examination was interrupted, and the personal and work phones of several officers involved in the case were seized by the police shortly afterwards.
Defence barrister Stephen Kamlish QC said the texts and call records exposed the unit as “criminals who fabricate evidence, who ensure that documents go to courts that aren’t true accounts” and that Hussey and his team had repeatedly discussed their evidence with one another during the trial, despite being under orders from the judge, Mr Justice Globe, not to discuss the case.
Giving evidence in April, Hussey told the judge he had no communication during the trial with “Vincent”, an undercover officer who posed as the boss of a fake courier company set up to gather intelligence on two of the defendants. Central to the defence case is the allegation that Vincent planted a bag containing a pipe-bomb, an air pistol and other items under the driver’s seat of the car of Naweed Ali, one of the defendants, where it was discovered by the security services and triggered a major security alert.
But the messages and phone logs revealed repeated contact between Vincent and Hussey, including a seven-minute phone call from Vincent immediately after he finished giving evidence on his first day. Hussey said he could not remember what they had discussed. They also travelled in a group from Birmingham to London during the trial and stayed in the same hotel until they were advised not to by the prosecution’s barristers.
“Yes we met, but the principle is we don’t discuss the case,” he said.
“That was a clear and blatant lie,” Kamlish responded.
In the runup to the trial, the officers met at Hilton Park service station on the M6 to revisit their witness statements. Kamlish said a service station was chosen to avoid being spotted. “This is your regular clandestine criminal meeting place, isn’t it, so that other people won’t see you there,” he said.
Hussey denied this. “The location was geographically suitable for them to meet,” he said. “I believe that the statements were sent for Andy and Hajji [a third undercover officer] so that they could refresh their memories prior to attending the court to give evidence so they could individually prepare for the case.”
Kamlish claimed Vincent had rewritten his notebook by hand after the four men were arrested to include references to seeing defendants with the bag in which the pipe-bomb and air pistol were found. This was a “very big lie at the heart of the case”, he said.
The week after the arrests, Hussey texted Vincent: “We have agreed with cookie [a senior officer] that you will write your pocket book for Pesage [the name of the operation], not type, hope that helps.” Kamlish said this revealed Vincent falsifying his notes.
Hussey denied this: “Prior to that text to Vincent there had been discussions with Vincent as to who should complete a typed copy of his written pocketbook. It is generally the case that operatives produce a typed copy of their written pocketbook … I said I would ask [another officer] who would produce the typed copy and he said his team would do that. So that text to Vincent tells him we’ve agreed that,” he said.
The text messages revealed a tight-knit group of officers: Vincent texted Hussey that he was preparing to give an “Oscar performance” on the witness stand, adding: “I won’t let you down … I would die first .”
Another undercover officer, referred to in court as Andy, retired shortly after the operation ended. Vincent texted him: “So you wanker … U leave me with a load of fucking wet wiped nob heads who don’t know how to put a job together wipe arses or cover tracks … Wanker …. Miss you.”
Hussey told the jury: “We’re close as colleagues, yes.”
The evidence is part of a 10-week trial of Naweed Ali, 29 and Khobaib Hussain, neighbours from Birmingham, and Mohibur Rahman, 32 and Tahir Aziz, 28 of Stoke-on-Trent, on charges of preparing terrorist acts between May and August 2016. All four men deny the charges.
The men were arrested in August 2016 during a major security alert after the bag containing the pipe bomb – which was later found to be non-viable – and the other weapons was found.

Ukip’s endless involvement in racism, such as that of Gerard Batten, which manifests in his constant extreme anti Islamic behaviour, which I feel sure is based on his own Bronze Age superstitions and influenced by his Filipino wife who would have been raise under the aegis of Cardinal Sin the leader of the Catholic Church in the Philipines where there has always been conflict between the two superstitions.
The endless outbursts from so many Ukip members, candidates and members of their leadership from their onetime leader Malcolm Pearson’s outrageos anti Muslim ranting, as covered with accuracy in a double page spread in the News of The World, to the party links with the BNP, Lega Nord, EDL and other extreme groups has did little to help the party’s long term survival or even credibility in the BreXit Campaign, which they did so much to put at risk.
The overt racism of members was such that it even gave credibility to the utterly spurious claims of Nazi style behaviour by Alex Wood in both the Mirror and the Daily Mail which I covered at CLICK HERE & also HERE together with a copy of The Mirror’s apology for their poorly reasearched and false allegations against him.
However to have Gerard Batten endlessly carrying on with his knee jerk reaction is far from helpfull and you will note that due to lack of leadership ability Paul Nuttall seems not to have a clue what to say – all rather similar to the days when Geoffrey Titford as nominal leader failed to act for a considerable time over the fact that his office was being used to produce anti Islamic tracts and publicity, including a pamphlet accusing Mohammed of being a paedophile, completely out of the context of history!
It is of course true that most of the various Bronze Age Gods that were invented have a lunatic fringe of extremism, Muslims do not bear the exclusive blame for such behaviour – consider the huge number of killings in the name of so called christianity, as with the Inquisition, Jones Cult, Waco, German death camps which were all founded on religious superstitions!

Ukip is facing renewed criticism over its attitudes towards Islam after it emerged that one of its senior MEPs said non-Muslims should have a “perfectly rational fear” of the faith, which he described as a “death cult” steeped in violence.
The Liberal Democrats and Greens described the comments, written in a blogpost by Ukip’s Brexit spokesman, Gerard Batten, as “hateful” and “the gutter of British politics”.
Asked twice about the issue at the launch of Ukip’s election campaign on Friday, the party’s leader, Paul Nuttall, declined to say whether he agreed with Batten’s views.
Ukip’s stance towards Islam has been in focus since Monday, when the party announced what it terms an “integration agenda”, including a ban on full-face veils and compulsory medical checks for girls seen as at risk of female genital mutilation.

Later in the week the party adopted as a candidate an activist from the anti-Islam Pegida movement, who has praised the far-right leaders Marine Le Pen and Geert Wilders and described Islam as “evil”.
Speaking at Friday’s campaign launch, Nuttall said the candidacy of Anne Marie Waters would be considered by Ukip’s national executive committee. But he did not answer questions about the views of Batten, an MEP since 2004.
In the post on his personal blog written after last month’s terrorist attack in Westminster, Batten said Islam should be referred to as “Mohammedanism – the cult of Mohammed – because that is what it is”.
He continued: “It is a death cult, born and steeped in 1,400 years of violence and bloodshed, that propagates itself by intimidation, violence and conquest.”
Batten wrote: “The terrorists are the vanguard of Mohammedanism. They set out to cow the non-Mohammedan population, so that the ‘moderate Muslims’ can get on establishing sharia courts, forcing halal food in school and works canteens, and making the authorities look the other way regarding criminal activities for fear of being called racist and Islamophobic.”
Saying that a phobia was a fear without a rational base, Batten said: “A normal non-Mohammedan should have a perfectly rational fear of ‘Islam’.”

The Liberal Democrat MP Tom Brake said: “[Nuttall] must stop turning a blind eye to this blatant Islamophobic language and make clear it will not be tolerated.
“Ukip’s lurch towards Islamophobia is a desperate attempt to stay relevant after Theresa May has taken over their hard Brexit agenda. This kind of hateful language has no place in a UK political party.”
Caroline Lucas, the Greens’ co-leader, said: “Ukip’s descent into the gutter of British politics is continuing. Their leadership and spokespeople have lurched even further to the right as the Tories do their Brexit work for them.
“The deep prejudice within this hollowed out party is being exposed – and the Green party will continue to challenge this bigotry every time it rears its ugly head.”
Asked about Batten’s comments, Nuttall instead defended his party’s Islam-focused policies, saying these were “somehow perceived as being anti-Muslim”.
He continued: “Actually, it’s all about equality. It’s all about breaking down barriers. It’s all about integrating people into society.”
The start of the event was interrupted by protesters, who shouted that Ukip was racist. Asked later whether this was the case, Nuttall said: “No, they’re not right. It’s disappointing that certain people in politics don’t want to debate. What they want to do is shout people down.”
Batten, who has previously said he has a policy of not talking to the Guardian, was contacted for comment.

on the one hand we see Ukip utterly failing to control and manage a small, ill educated claque of overt racists, whose outspoken views at all levels in the party have severely damaged their credibility both in the long term & short term – it has been the idiocy of the likes of Malcolm Pearson, Tony Bennet, Gerard Batten and their ilk that has provided the cloak of respectability for racism by a small fringe of ill informed and self serving idiots in the party.
They also provided the opportunity for charlatans to leap on a poster of migrants streaming into Europe, a picture which had previously been used widely in the mainstream media, yet the fools in Ukip’s racist fringes had given the opportunity for accusations the party was using a racist poster!
Similarly various party activists of particularly the extreme left wing seem to utilise stuctures like Hope Not Hate to act as their attack dogs to try to damage Ukip’s message amongst their followers, in the fear Ukip could grow to replace bot the Lib Dems and much of Labour in the long run – foolishly all such action gives rise to is increased publicity for Ukip.
Just as manipulating and providing a cloak of respectibility to the more extreme Muslims gives rise, as a direct result of such as Hope Not Hate, to arm the Jihadist movement by pointing out and magnifying the actions of a few idiots in Ukip!
That organisations like Huffington Post are thus enabled to post material world wide, such as they have, does Britain’s position little good globally, yet they are making the actions of a lunatic fringe on both sides of the superstitions’ divide seem like the norm, when in fact you will find that more people have been murdered by Irish criminals in their rivalry, or even by British armed Police together with those who have died suspiciously in custody than have been killed by so called Jihadists in recent years!
On Friday I joined other Stand Up To Racism campaigners at the launch of UKIP’s election campaign. This followed Paul Nuttall’s announcement that, among the rest of their anti-migrant and Islamophobic agenda, UKIP would campaign to ban the Burqa.
This call has nothing to do with defending women’s rights. It has everything to do with UKIP demonising the Muslim community, just like in France last year when politicians campaigned to ban the Birkini.
Why should anyone have the right to tell Muslim women what to wear? UKIP and their kind are constantly targeting people who just want to get on with their lives. It shows the nature of their party, it shows their racism.
We were ejected from the press conference, quite forcefully, when we raised what we thought was the problem with UKIP’s agenda.
I thought it was important that we protested. UKIP are not just an ordinary party. They want to cause division, they want to scapegoat people because of their religion. I went to their election launch to show that we won’t simply stand back and let them get away with it.
In recent months, in the wake of the EU referendum we’ve seen a spike in the number of hate crimes in the UK.
Among the victims have been a number of Muslim women. My friend Nahella Ashraf, another Stand Up To Racism activist was attacked in a chip shop last January in Hammersmith West London, where a man attempted to rip off her hijab.
The kind of statements made by Nuttall and UKIP lay the ground for these attacks by making us a target. They legitimise the idea that Muslims are an “enemy within” rather than just ordinary people.
UKIP are in a mess. In their desperation to win votes UKIP are echoing the even nastier rhetoric we hear from the fascist Marine Le Pen. Donald Trump has targeted American Muslims with his attempted “Muslim ban”. We are not going to allow that kind of thing to happen here, whatever Nuttall and UKIP think.
It’s obviously not just UKIP that have targeted the Muslim community. The Tories Prevent agenda has been all about criminalising Muslims and intimidating our community into silence.
It was the ex-Tory leader David Cameron who had the cheek to describe Muslim women as “traditionally submissive”, well we’re not!
I think it’s time we got organised against the racism aimed at Muslims, against migrants and against refugees. Whether you are a Muslim, a Jew, a Christian, a trade unionist or a student we all need to stand together against division.

Ukip friend, advisor and active campaigner Vladimir Bukovsky has used the rather implausible defence that he was doing research, just how gullible does this so called Professor think the British Court are? Just how far his ‘research’ went and whether it involved actual physical harm to minors has not been established and just what research programme was he on and for whom, or was it merely for self gratification of his perversions!
Those with a long memory of this evil old man, who has downloaded over 20,000 pornographic pictures + videos of mostly young boys, many involved in S&M, claimed his research showed that they seemed to enjoy their exploitation so he didn’t think it mattered!
Bukovsky tried to avoid Court by skipping to Germany, ostensibly for medical treatment, but eventually has had to surrender to Bail and faces a 4 or 5 day court case in Cambridge!
Many will remember his talks and recordings made both for and with Ukip, working closely with David Lott, Mark Croucher, Gerard Batten, Nigel Farage and others, particularly on the subject of refusing to pay the compulsory TV Tax which is passed off as a license to watch the propaganda of the State broadcaster, which is heavily subsidised by huge soft loans and free facilities by the EU, who of course fund such corrupt subsidies in many fields paid for out of the money they extort from the citizens and subjects of states unfortunate enough to be EU members.
One wonders whether Bukovsky’s ‘research’ was shared with any of the suspected pornographers and perverts in Ukip? Or for that matter any of the other political parties with whom he may have worked – Perhaps in that he did not believe that there was any harm in his perversion, albeit against the law as he knew, would he care to show his belief in it by listing those he shared his vile interests with!

The Soviet dissident Vladimir Bukovsky downloaded thousands of indecent images of children over a 15-year period, most of them featuring boys, a court has been told.
Bukovsky, 73, is charged with 10 counts of making and possessing indecent photos and one count of possessing an indecent computer-generated graphic. He denies all charges.
William Carter, prosecuting, told a jury at Cambridge crown court on Monday that Bukovsky’s computer was identified during an operation by the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre. Police arrested him in October 2014 at his home on the outskirts of Cambridge.
Bukovsky, who was expelled from the Soviet Union in 1976, told detectives he had indecent material, the court heard. “He [Bukovsky] responded immediately by saying he did download images and that they would be on the computer in his study,” Carter said.
The police subsequently discovered “a very great deal of material” on two hard drives. It showed some “very young” children up to the ages of 12 and 13. They were “largely but by no means exclusively boys”, the court was told. There were some adults involved.
In an interview, Bukovsky told detectives he had become interested in child abuse images in the 1990s in the context of a debate on the control and censorship of the internet. “He became curious,” Carter said. Bukovsky then looked for and discovered this material online, the prosecutor said.
“Bukovsky said his initial curiosity turned into a hobby, rather like stamp collecting,” Carter said. The dissident continued to download images between 1999 and 2014, and estimated that he had accumulated a collection of “1,500 movies”. His interest varied year by year. The last downloads took place days before his arrest.

“His computer was looking for material constantly,” Carter told the jury. “Mr Bukovsky said in essence he didn’t see what harm he was doing. He said the children in most of the material looked as if they were enjoying themselves.”
The prosecution acknowledged that Bukovsky was a notable Kremlin critic seen as a hero by those who supported “the extension of human rights and democratic reform in Russia”.
“There was unfortunately another side to this man, which was far from laudable: an extensive interest in real children being really abused,” Carter said.
The indecent images were allegedly found on Bukovsky’s laptop months before he testified at a public inquiry into the 2006 murder of Alexander Litvinenko, who was a close friend. Two Kremlin agents, Dmitry Kovtun and Andrei Lugovoi, poisoned Litvinenko in a Mayfair hotel with a cup of polonium tea.
Bukovsky told the inquiry he was “pretty sure” the Kremlin was behind Litvinenko’s death. The inquiry chairman, Sir Robert Owen, concluded in January that Vladimir Putin and his former FSB spy chief Nikolai Patrushev had “probably approved” Litvinenko’s death.
Bukovsky has been a longstanding opponent of Soviet and Russian power. He began his struggle against the Soviet regime in the early 1960s.
Soviet authorities eventually kicked him out of the country after he exposed the use of psychiatric treatment against political prisoners to the west. He has lived in the UK ever since.
I have deliberately NOT used much of the media reporting, although it contains more details of Bukovsky’s criminality, as so much of it is utterly irresponsible being little more than a training guide giving codes, accronyms, abreviations and the like, showing how to access children involved in pornography for ‘researchers’ who are pervers, pederasts, pornographers and pedophiles!
The Mirror & the Mail would seem to be competing as to which provides the most helpful references for perverts/researchers which I consider not to be a matter of freedom of speech but downright irresponsible – but I guess one expects there to be a gutter press seeking to plumb the depths

Irrefutably shown in court by GCHQ specialist that this sordid old pervert was the only one who had put the material on his computer and computer disks – over 20,000 pornographic pictures and around 5,000 video clips.
Shortly before Bukovsky’s arrest we note his friend and associate Gerard Batten changed all of his computers from mostly Dells to Apple – was this an excercise to distance himself from an operation producing and distributing child pornography via his computers? Personally based on the dishonesty and behaviour of Gerard Batten and his staff and associates over many years I believe this is more than likely and fits with loose talk I have heard over the years – in other words it would not surprise me as he is clearly a low life and a liar!

Claims the Russian state may have been part of a hack to plant indecent images of children on the computer of a dissident living in Britain have been rejected at his trial.

Dr Howard Chivers, a lecturer at the University of York, examined five discs of files recovered from Bukovsky’s hard drives at his home in Cambridge.
Asked by defence counsel Francis FitzGibbon QC: ‘Can you completely exclude the possibility that some, if not all, of the indecent image files that were on Mr Bukovsky’s computer were planted by somebody else without his knowledge?’
He replied: ‘I believe I can.’
Russian-born Bukovsky is an author and activist who became well-known internationally as a vocal critic of the Soviet regime.
He spent 12 years in Soviet prisons, forced-labour camps and psychiatric hospitals, which were used by the authorities to incarcerate political dissidents and submit them to compulsory treatment to ‘cure’ their beliefs.

Mr FitzGibbon put it to Dr Chivers as the trial continued at Cambridge Crown Court: ‘Are you aware of this, that the Russian state or organs of the Russian state use computer hacking in various forms to advance their interests in other parts of the world?’
Dr Chivers said it did not require ‘secret knowledge’ as it had been widely reported.
Mr FitzGibbon also asked him: ‘Are you aware that much of the child pornography and child sexual abuse imagery that appears online is controlled by crime gangs in Russia and Eastern Europe?’
Dr Chivers said such material was controlled by gangs all over the world, not limited to Russia and Eastern Europe.

On Monday the court heard the pensioner, who was living alone in Cambridge when he was arrested, said it had become something of a hobby, comparing it to stamp collecting.
Bukovsky, a friend of Alexander Litvinenko, told police he had been researching the images and videos out of ‘social’ curiosity and not for sexual gratification, according to an agreed summary of his interview which was read to the court.
He said he became interested in the debate around internet censorship at the end of the 1990s and wanted to see if child pornography was as widely available online as people claimed.
He said he did not believe searching for and having the material was criminal or causing any harm.
He referred to sadomasochistic imagery he had seen and told officers he was convinced it was staged because the children taking part appeared to be ‘giggling’.

Bukovsky acknowledged what he was doing would have been and is forbidden in his native country, but expressed reservations about censorship.
He told police: ‘I lived through that, I was part of it. I know that censorship never works.’

You will note Bukovsky has chosen to attend court in a wheelchair and pushing that wheel chair, as shown in media photographs, is Gerard Batten’s employee Pavel Stroilov, as shown at CLICK HERE. Who else in Gerard Batten’s team and Ukip is embroilled in this vile case?
This story CLICK HERE seems most apposite as a cover for Batten’s system rewrite of his computers after Bukovsky’s arrest! The plausibility of Batten’s claims is undermined on several counts, firstly his self proclamation of this nasty little racists significance as a critic of Russia, then there is the brevity of his chance meeting in 2006 with Letvinenko – who gives a **** what the odious racist Batten’s view on the murder was.
It is worthy of note that the evidence led in the media, by way of a photograph of Batten with his computer showing that the web site was missing, as it was ‘under construction’! A term I have put on my own computer from time to time when working on the site.
Fortunately the work I am currently doing, to extend my services, is not interrupting service and I hope to go live with a huge improvement in the near future – wish me luck!
Now despite originally stating in court that ‘he downloaded the material as he was doing research and didn’t know it was wrong’, this evil old man Bukovsky is now trying to claim the material was put on his computer by Russian intelligence services to incriminate him – as the lie was disproved he has now panicked and played the medical card! This has helped him little as he is merely rescheduled to appear in court in January!!
There is much more to come on this story of this small group of Ukippers, I believe, and let us not forget that Gerard Batten tried very hard to trump up a pack of lies about me, and was at one stage openly boasting he would shut me down and bankrupt me (when I was publishing facts about him and Ukip). So far his lies have failed despite his contacts and friends. Just as did Ukip’s MEP Tom Wise, when he spent £8,000 of the money he stole from the taxpayers on fees for his solicitor, in an effort to invent lies and a case against me, prior to his being found guilty and sent to prison for his thefts!

I, Vladimir Bukovsky of 145 Gilbert Road, Cambridge CB4 3PA, SAY as follows
I am well-known former Soviet dissident. I was held as political prisoner in the Soviet Union in total for 12 years in the 1960s and 1970s and was famously exchanged for a Chilean Communist leader in 1976. I live in the UK since 1978 and as a naturalized British citizen since 1990. I have been playing some role in the Russian democratic and was nominated as an opposition candidate in the 2008 presidential elections in Russia. I am also known as a critic of the European Union and a patron of the UK Independence Party.
I have the privilege of knowing Mr Gerard Batten fairly well. I first met him just after he was elected an MEP in 2004. I kept in touch with him ever since, met him on numerous occasions and have worked with him on various political issues. I am certainly in the position to vouch for his personal honesty and integrity.
I am not familiar with the details of this case but I know that claimant makes wide-ranging accusations against Gerard, including allegations of racism, prejudice against Russians and Slavs in general, against Muslims etc. In all my years of knowing Gerard, he has never displayed any such prejudices against any race, ethnicity or religion. Nor was he ever disrespectful to any degree towards any person on account of their race, ethnicity r religion.
He has also met many of my Russian friends as well as one Muslim friend, and I know that all people, without exception formed a very high opinion of him.
I find any allegations that Gerard is racist or prejudiced against any race or religion totally incredible and I would not hesitate to condemn his accuser as a liar without any need to make further enquiries into the matter.

The Intellectual Midget, Ukip’s Gerard Batten, Is Only Dwarfed By His Own Stupidity! Not to mention his consistency as an untrustworth liar for ever bogged down in his own gullible self importance as a ‘conspiracy theorist’!
I spent most of the lead up to the general election analysing every move Ukip made. This was with a view to discrediting Ukip in the public eye – and though they did a good job unaided I would like to think my (other) humble blog played a small part in that. My view was then as it is now; that had Ukip been allowed to make the running in a referendum then we would almost certainly lose it.
In the end Ukip’s own manifest incompetence spoke for itself and by polling day Ukip was a busted flush. In that time, those who know me well might recall that there were times when I lost a little perspective, but that was only to be expected when having to explain what should be abundantly obvious to Ukippers who were (and still are) unspeakably foul creatures. Preening, stupid and many of them unequivocally bigoted.
But as with any particular specialism, once you zone in on a particular target, one tends to lose track of other developments. A thick and crass as Ukip are, the revelation to me this year is that Ukip’s dull wittedness is not especially egregious. It is in fact the norm.
Following from yesterday’s example, today I learn from Think Defence that Debbie Abrahams MP (Labour) asks the MoD not how we bridge our air drop capability gap but asks how many vending machines in the MoD contain snack foods that are high in calories and low in nutritional value. We also learn (pictured above) that Hilary Benn has no idea that “drones” cannot drop aid.
This really should shatter any illusions that it’s the Corbynite wing of Labour holding the monopoly on being vacuous narcissistic animals. It seems the entire political class has declared a race to the bottom. For the first time Ukip’s position at the pinnacle of doltishness is momentarily threatened.
Consequently Ukip so they have hit back hard today. Ukip’s new Brexit spokesman, Gerard Batten MEP, has announced that Ukip’s official policy is now to reject the Article 50 process and withdraw from the EU unilaterally. Even Labour will have to work hard to top that. I don’t like to tempt fate but I think we are now at the bottom of the barrel.

Hi,
I am privy to a considerable amount of factual information regarding the trial, which I shall NOT be including until it has been brought to public attention in the Court.
That said I will be commenting, with due consideration of the law, and to assist I have drawn heavily on the reporting of the trial by The Express & Star (CLICK HERE) as of all the reports I have read they seem to have provided the most accurate and competent coverage available in the public domain. As is my style throughout this web site I have included all ‘quoted’ material in blue to differentiate between facts I have provided and my views and the comments of others.
This case pertaining to alleged crimes commited 7 years ago in 2009 and amounting to only £2,465 at most and an investigation and arrest not made until 2012, this after Nikki Sinclaire had spoken with the EU payments office, OLAF & British Police reporting that she was not happy about events in her constituency office, where the now proven duplicitous and dishonest liar John Ison worked, and she was eventually charged in 2014 without ever being questioned regarding the charges!
WHATEVER THE Jury’s decision is this is a travesty and clearly illustrates the utter irresponsibility of the Police, when one considers the facts and the paultry amount involved, even if she was guilty which she strenuously denies and the trial is likely to have to relly on desperation to prove, has cost the British tax payers, in a period of austerity, somewhere between £1,000,000 & £1,500,000 – a huge amount of Police and Judiciary time that should have been better spent.
Further: WHATEVER THE OUTCOME this is a classic example of ‘Justice delayed is Justice denied’, which has already sentenced Nikki Sinclaire to 4 years of punishment since her arrest, including the loss of her job and her carreer in politics, created huge stress for her, her elderly parents and wider family and friends since 2012, and precluded her from any meaningfull employment since she lost office as an MEP, as she was under threat of pending Court action.
How can this not be classified as an abuse of Justice, WHATEVER THE OUTCOME?

Former West Midlands MEP Nikki Sinclaire is set to appear in court accused of making false expenses claims and money laundering following a lengthy police investigation.
Ms Sinclaire is due to appear at Birmingham Magistrates Court on 17 September to face allegations that she made false and dishonest submissions for travelling expenses and transferred the proceeds of fraud through a bank account in her name.
The offences are alleged to have taken place between October 2009 and July 2010 when Ms Sinclaire was a serving Member of the European Parliament.
The 45-year-old, of Velsheda Road, Shirley, was originally arrested on in February 2012 and has since been on police bail. Three other members of the public were also arrested but will face no further action.
Throughout the investigation West Midlands Police has been working jointly with officers from the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF).
Simon Orme, lawyer with the Crown Prosecution Service special crime division, said: “The CPS has authorised West Midlands Police to charge Ms Nicole Sinclaire, former MEP for the West Midlands, with the offences of money laundering and misconduct in public office.
“It is alleged that between October 2009 and July 2010, whilst serving as an MEP, Ms Sinclaire used funds paid into her bank account by the European Parliament in respect of false travelling expenses claims.
“Ms Sinclaire has also been charged with Misconduct in a Public Office with regard to her actions.
“The decision to prosecute was taken in accordance with the Code for Crown Prosecutors. We have determined that there is a realistic prospect of conviction and that a prosecution is in the public interest.
“Criminal proceedings have now commenced and Ms Sinclaire has the right to a fair trial. It is extremely important that there should be no reporting, commentary or sharing of information online which could in any way prejudice these proceedings.”

Ms Sinclaire has claimed that police have not questioned her during a two-and-a-half year probe into allegations of money laundering and misconduct in public office.
The Crown Prosecution Service confirmed today that the former UKIP politician would be facing charges relating to the claiming of travel expenses while she was serving in the European parliament. She lost her seat during the elections in May.
Sinclaire, pledged to fight the charges.
She said: “‘I am disappointed that the police have chosen to charge me with the above offences without questioning me on them, after a two-and-a-half-year investigation.
“The charges relate to my time as a UKIP MEP when I was under the guidance and oversight by the party in the Parliament. This will prove pivotal in resolving the matter.
“‘During my time as an MEP I put in more than £120,000 of my salary into the cost of my work activities.
“‘It was also me, who in 2010, drew the attention of the West Midlands Police, to irregularities I discovered had taken place, without my knowledge, in my UKIP office.
“‘I strongly refute these charges and will be firmly defending myself. I am certain I shall be found innocent of these ludicrous and unfounded accusations.”
As shown in Court this entire case, which must have cost the public purse (Tax Payers) over £1,000,000 and possibly around £1,599,000 to bring and conducy, is in reality nothing more than allegations more suited to the Small Claims Courts:
Sinclaire’s lawyers have claimed that the amount actually overpaid was about 3,000 euro (£2,465), but deny any wrong-doing on her part.
a sum which has not been challenged by the prosecution and which it does seem Sinclaire and her lawyer have shown was in no way a willfull attempt by Sinclaire to defraud the EU.
Further EU officials (or as described by The E&S: Mandarins) was not considered sufficiently significant for OLAF (The EU official investigators) to investigate as they did not believe the matter to be fraud – in the light of evidence presented in Court which the prosecution has accepted the amount they claim Sinclaire benefitted by is £2,465 which relative to over £90,000 of her own money which she personally paid in to doing her job as an MEP is rather put in perspective!
It has been made clear in Court, and not contested by the prosecution or Ison, that Ison was employed by Sinclaire and that part of his job was to manage her receipts and expenses claims – Further it is known that in his contract of employment it is clearly stated that his employment is dependent on his undertaking to act in Nikki Sinclaire’s best interest and keep confidentiality – Wyhich part of acting as a spy and a mole in her office and plotting to destroy her does this little man of clearly no integrity and questionable honesty consider was her best interests or a confidential action as he fed information to others such as Nigel Farage, Mike Nattrass & Steve Morson, which he has admitted!
Further it is clear from the tape recordings presented in Court that Nigel Farage and John Ison are seeking to damage Sinclaire in a manner which will lead to her removal. John Ison has admitted he was acting as a spy/mole for Nigel Farage, speaking with him once or twice a week, and has also admitted that he had sent a text message, having failed apparently to ‘stitch her up’ by one method that he needed to move to ‘Plan B – Fraud’:
Mr Ison agreed that he also sent a message to another Ukip party member during a conversation about the MEP, saying: “Ok, Plan B – fraud.”
I and many others can attest to the night of the election count, a night on which I spoke to Nigel Farage several times, when Nigel Farage openly stated that ‘… although he had 13 MEPs elected he wished it was only 12‘ and it was clear that he wished Sinclaire had not been elected.
That Farage had fallen out with one of his MEPs was hardly news as in the previous parliament he lost the support of almost half of those that were elected!
There seems to be clear evidence as led in Court that there is every possibility that the dishonest and corrupt John Ison was falsifying documents with the aim to oust Nikki Sinclaire and that Mike Nattrass and Nigel Farage were colluding with him so to do, though carefully ensuring their own deniability. Steve Morson having been more competently groomed by John Ison would seem to have been aware of these facts and thus involved but his only crime would seem to be as a witness of the facts, all be it a somewhat naive witness.

Nikki Sinclaire money laundering trial: Former West Midlands Ukip MEP ‘claimed thousands in car costs despite flying more cheaply’
A former Ukip MEP wrongly claimed thousands of euros in travel expenses for journeys to the European Parliament by car when she had actually flown more cheaply, a court has heard.
Nikki Sinclaire, who represented the West Midlands region in Brussels and Strasbourg until 2014, signed and submitted “significant” expenses “in excess of the flight costs”, according to the prosecution.
The jury was told that in one case Sinclaire would have needed a car that could “travel back in time”, based on the receipts she is accused of submitting.
Antonie Muller, prosecuting, said Sinclaire submitted 10 false claims through “dishonesty and deception” rather than in error.
Mr Muller said that in another claim, from October 10 2009, Sinclaire claimed she had driven from Solihull to Stoke-on-Trent when she was in Cyprus.
The prosecution produced a Hilton hotel receipt from Nicosia alleged to show Sinclaire buying a Kit-Kat, a drink, and later “some hairdressing” the same day.
Mr Muller said: “She claimed she travelled 127 miles (to Stoke) when you know she hadn’t even been in the country.”

Documents seized by police allegedly show Sinclaire received a Greek parking ticket for 25 euros while on the island.
He added that investigation of the UK’s automatic number plate recognition cameras found Sinclaire never made the trip to Staffordshire, as she claimed.
Opening the prosecution’s case in what is scheduled to be a three-week trial at Birmingham Crown Court, Mr Muller said: “In short, this is a case about a member of the European Parliament, an elected official, making false and dishonest claims for travel expenses during her office.
“Specifically, during the period in the latter part of 2009 to the summer of 2010.
“The Crown rely on a series of claims for travel expenses made by Miss Sinclaire.
“We contend – and I believe it is not really disputed – these claims are probably false and do not reflect the travel expenses that were actually incurred.
“Neither do they they represent the forms of travel actually taken.
“We allege Miss Sinclaire made false claims broadly of two different varieties.
“On some occasions she would claim for travel which she had not undertaken at all.
“On other occasions she made false claims for travel which enabled her to claim significantly higher sums than if she had correctly stated travel she’d actually undertaken.”
He told the jurors it may “seem odd” that travelling by car could be more financially advantageous than going by plane, but not when including the Brussels parliament’s “travel time” allowances.
The Crown’s barrister said six of the 10 claims saw Sinclaire claim for car and ferry travel when she had flown via Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport, Basel in Switzerland or Brussels.
Mr Muller said EU expenses files showed she had submitted Brussels Airlines boarding passes – with a request for “extra leg room” – for a return flight on October 9 2009, when she was in Cyprus.
On another occasion, she claimed a 1,271-mile round trip from her Solihull home to Strasbourg, by car, he said, but she allegedly flew from London Heathrow to Basel, returning on January 21 2010, where she booked herself into a Hilton Metropole hotel in London.
He said: “The air fares cost £130. The 1,200-odd miles of vehicle travel was worth in excess of 900 euros (£750).”
The Crown said Sinclaire submitted that claim – with a ferry booking made three hours before travel – supported by French toll road tickets and a petrol station receipt from 11.32am on January 18 2010.
Mr Muller said: “The ferry was only supposed to arrive at Dunkirk at 1pm, so unless that car can travel back in time, it is impossible for that to have happened.”
He added that similar allegedly false expense claims were submitted for October 19-23 2009, and then November 23-26.
Mr Muller said Sinclaire then put in a claim “just shy of 400 euros” for a 484-mile round trip from Solihull to Chester-le-Street on January 8 2010.
The court heard the MEP’s colleague had travelled to County Durham by train to collect a £6,000 Mercedes Vito for Sinclaire, while she was having lunch with an NFU official in Stratford-upon-Avon.
The 47-year-old, of Shirley, Solihull, West Midlands, is accused of misconduct in a public office between October 1 2009 and July 31 2010 while a serving member of the European Parliament by making or causing to be made false or dishonest claims for travel expenses.
She is further charged of fraudulently transferring criminal property into her bank account between October 14 2009 and December 31 2010.
At the start of the trial, Judge Stephen Eyre QC told the jury: “This is not a trial about politics, but about particular events in a particular time and about the intention of which certain things were done.
“Whether you agree or disagree with the defendant’s politics is irrelevant to this trial.”
Sinclaire, on bail, denies all the charges and the trial continued.

A former Ukip MEP told Brussels bureaucrats a member of her staff had “deliberately corrupted” her travel expenses claims, a court has heard.

Nikki Sinclaire, who represented the West Midlands region in Brussels and Strasbourg until 2014, signed and submitted “significant” expenses “in excess of the flight costs”, according to the prosecution.
On Wednesday, it emerged in court Sinclaire had gone to the European Parliament’s MEPs’ expenses chief to raise concerns about irregularities in her own claims.
Francisco Estela Burriel told Birmingham Crown Court that Sinclaire “told me that she is not sure, but probably the (expenses claims) declaration has been made by another person, a member of her staff”.
Her barrister Sean Hammond asked if he recalled the meeting in Mr Estela Burriel’s office, from late August 2010, over a year before her arrest by West Midlands Police in February 2012.
Addressing the EU mandarin, he said: “The concern she raised was she believed because of a document she had seen in her office in Birmingham, that a member of staff had deliberately corrupted expenses claims submitted to your office.”
The 56-year-old bureaucrat replied: “Yes, absolutely.”
He advised Sinclaire to contact the travel companies involved to trace the paperwork, but she later told him she was “unable to find the flights she flew and which company she took to travel” as she tried to trace and correct the errors.
Earlier, Sinclaire’s barrister had asked whether newly elected MEPs’ staff received any formal training on expenses.
The EU civil servant replied that there had been a three-week information drive at the European Parliament, and that all the information was “made public”.

But the Crown has alleged Sinclaire deliberately submitted 10 travel expense claims for road travel, which she actually undertook more cheaply by flying from Birmingham Airport to the heart of EU government.
Antonie Muller, opening the prosecution case on Monday, told jurors it was a quirk of the Brussels expenses system that an elected member could claim for their journey time “duration”, which would be longer for road trips than for a flight.
In six out of the 10 claims, the Crown has alleged that is what Sinclaire did, including one occasion where she claimed to have driven to Stoke-on-Trent when in fact she was in Cyprus.
In his evidence, Mr Estela Burriel revealed some of the inner workings of the MEPs’ expenses bureaucracy, including the fact elected members can claim for up to 800 kilometres (497 miles) of road travel within their home country without submitting receipts.
As he left the court, the Spaniard covered his face with his bag after spotting media photographers outside.
Opening the case on Monday, Mr Muller said: “In short this is a case about a member of the European Parliament thereafter, an elected official making false and dishonest claims for travel expenses during her office.”

Nikki Sinclaire fraud trial: ‘Spy aide’ passed on info to Nigel Farage, court hears
A former aide to an ex-Ukip MEP has told a court he gave regular updates about his employer to Nigel Farage, saying he did so “to protect the party”.

John Ison was accused of allegedly stealing documents, installing computer spyware and making secret recordings while working for Nikki Sinclaire, to ingratiate himself with the party leadership.
His old boss, Sinclaire, who represented the West Midlands region in Brussels and Strasbourg until 2014, is currently on trial for allegedly submitting “significant” expenses claims she knew to be false, according to the prosecution.
The defence’s case is that prosecution witness Mr Ison first tried to “undermine” Sinclaire, and when that appeared to fail he took advantage of the confusion around the Brussels members’ expenses system to set up his employer.
Mr Ison denied that accusation in court, and also said he never stole documents.
A Birmingham Crown Court jury hearing evidence against Sinclaire on Friday was told by her barrister Sean Hammond there was “a background of hostility” between Mr Farage and the MEP.
In a short phone call to Mr Farage – covertly recorded by Mr Ison in January 2010 – the former aide told the politician it was likely Sinclaire would have the party whip restored.
Mr Farage is heard to reply: “Mad.”
Later, jurors heard how Sinclaire lost the party whip in 2010 over an internal disagreement, but was seeking to rejoin through an appeal to its national executive committee.
Mr Hammond claimed that during the period Sinclaire treated Mr Ison as a “confidante”.
However, in a text conversation about Sinclaire with a local party colleague in February 2010, he accepted replying: “Ok, Plan B – fraud.”
At one stage during proceedings Mr Ison used his right not to incriminate himself, by declining to answer whether he had breached the Computer Misuse Act, after being presented with evidence he hacked Sinclaire’s personal laptop.
Sinclaire’s barrister asked Mr Ison if he had installed spyware on an office computer, before bragging to a party colleague about the information he had gathered as a result.
In a message in January 2010 to Steve Morson, described in court as then chairman of the Ukip regional office, Mr Ison wrote “I have just captured the entire data from Nikki’s laptop”, ending the message with a smiley face.
A reply allegedly sent by Mr Morson read “lmao”, which the court heard was shorthand for “laughing my a**e off”.
Asked by Mr Hammond if he sent the laptop message, Mr Ison replied: “Yes.”
Mr Hammond put it to him: “Had you just done that (to the laptop)?”
Choosing to invoke legal privilege against incriminating himself, Mr Ison replied: “I decline to answer.”
When Mr Ison was asked by Mr Hammond if he was acting as a “spy or a mole”, he replied: “If you want to put it that way.”
Later, a message alleged to have been sent in reply by Mr Morson read: “I’ll see if I can get you an Oscar.”
Mr Ison replied “Nikki (Sinclaire) is going to get me a ‘foxtrot oscar’ when she finds out”, referring to a slang term meaning f*** off.
On the day when Sinclaire was due to make her case to the party’s national executive committee, a message was sent to Mr Ison allegedly from Mr Morson.
The text suggested Ukip, then led by Baron Pearson of Rannoch – known as Lord Pearson – had “backed down under the threat of legal action, which Lord P said we would lose”.
Mr Ison replied in his message: “Ok, Plan B – fraud.”
Asked in court whether he sent that message, he replied: “Yes, I did.”
He added “obviously that comment looks very bad”, but denied any wrong-doing.
Earlier, asked by Mr Hammond how often he spoke to Mr Farage about Sinclaire, Mr Ison replied it was at least “once a week” by January 2010.
The ex-MEP’s barrister then asked: “You would regularly brief him and give him sensitive information from your employer?”
Mr Ison replied: “Yes I would.”
When Mr Hammond then asked if he did so to “undermine” Sinclaire, Mr Ison said: “It was to protect the party, sir.”
There is no suggestion of any wrong-doing by Mr Farage or any other party official.

There may well have been a statement from the defence that:
There is no suggestion of any wrong-doing by Mr Farage or any other party official.
However it is clear that at very least John Ison would seem to be in breech of his employment contract and in breech of ‘The Computer Misuse Act’ and Nigel Farage is very clearly colluding with John Ison in criminal activity – thus it would seem clear that Nigel Farage and John Ison are involved together in criminal behaviour!
It also seems very clear that Nigel Farage, John Ison and possibly others conspired together on numerous occassions in criminal activity, including unlawfull entry, and breech of ‘The Data Protection Act’ involving confidential Government information and confidential data, and in breech of ‘The Computer Misuse Act’.
As this information has been in the hands of the Police and the CPS for some years it is hard to understand on what grounds they have persecuted Nikki Sinclaire over so many years when all they seem to have by way of evidence is some 10 receipts that seem to be administrative errors yet they had very clear evidence & proof of criminality, it would seem, involving and undenied by Nigel Farage and John Ison.
It would seem that this entire farago has been to frame Nikki Sinclaire with the collusion of the Police and CPS unless one can readily accept that both the Police and CPS are both incredibly gullible and very stupid!
Nikki Sinclaire has clearly misplaced her trust in John Ison and has been betrayed by him in a criminal manner; Nigel Farage’s mallicious behaviour is seemingly equally as criminal in that he colluded in criminality of a period of time with John Ison. Steve Morson was also clearly informed of the criminal behaviour but in obvious mittigation supplied what seem to be true and honest evidence of the criminality to the Police making it irrefutable that John Ison and Nigel Farage had acted and colluded in criminality together.

Nikki Sinclaire fraud trial: Former Ukip MEP’s staff ‘knew passwords’
An ex Ukip MEP accused of filing dodgy expenses claims told a court her staff knew her passwords and credit card numbers to make travel bookings. Former MEP Nikki Sinclaire
Nikki Sinclaire, who represented the West Midlands region in Brussels and Strasbourg until 2014, is on trial for allegedly submitting “significant” expenses claims that prosecutors say she knew to be false.
Giving evidence for the first time at her Birmingham Crown Court trial on Monday, she said: “Staff had access to the office credit card and also my other credit card – they knew the numbers.”
She added that her “immense workload”, representing five million constituents, meant she probably gave “mundane” queries about her travel arrangements from her own staff short shrift and “did not know” what they did with her receipts once handed over
The 47-year-old said she had “so many objectives to achieve” politically, she expected her expenses to be dealt with by her office.
Sinclaire also told how she had sought “clarification” from the Brussels’ parliamentary expenses officials on how to make claims, after being handed a “foot-and-a-half”-high pile of EU paperwork.
Describing her background, she told the jury she was born in 1968, one of four children to a lorry driver father and a nurse mother, and grew up in south London.
She charted how she knew from the age of four of her issues regarding her gender identity and had gender reassignment surgery in 1995.
In emotional testimony, she described how she saw herself as “the first person ever to be in that situation to be elected”.
She said: “I wanted to show that somebody like me could do that job.”
Recalling her rise within the party, the former MEP added that throughout her time with Ukip from 1997, there was hostility and distrust between her and Nigel Farage.
But she said: “There was also an element of respect – we were two different wings of the same party.”
Asked by her barrister Sean Hammond if she had dishonestly submitted 10 claims, she battled tears as she replied: “No.
“I wanted to be different, I wanted to show it was possible to positively represent people.”
Sinclaire herself went to the EU anti-fraud unit and the police when she claimed to have realised all was not right with her claims.
She claimed her approach to making expenses claims was to empty out a handbag full of receipts and leave them on desk of her office staff to deal with, as it was “not really my skillset”.
Instead, she left the task was down to her UK office administration assistant Paula Murray, or her political aide and later office manager John Ison to sort them.
Sinclaire said: “On a Friday afternoon, I would empty my handbag of all receipts, and put it by John’s (Ison’s) desk.
“After employing Paula, it would be on her desk.”
Sinclaire also claimed that new MEPs were not shown the ropes of the parliamentary expenses system and instead relied on a “fresher’s fair” held in Brussels, and a huge bundle of documentation.
Having to set up her office from scratch, she recruited West Midlands regional party worker and Ukip campaigner Mr Ison to help her with setting up the rules and procedures of her administration.
In August, 2009, seeking clarification about the expenses paperwork, she went with Mr Ison to the parliamentary cash office in Brussels to speak with the bureaucrat in charge.
Mr Hammond asked: “So at that stage in terms of physically pulling together of expenses claims and the paperwork, things like that, who took over the administration work?
Sinclaire replied it was Mr Ison who set up the system and he who supervised its function.
Sinclaire said: “The time I spent in my office, the workload I had, I spent so little time in the Birmingham office.
“There were many pressures because of my position.
“I probably wouldn’t have reacted well to being asked a mundane question about my claims.”
Asked by Mr Hammond how travel bookings were arranged, she said these were dealt with by her staff who had access to her email account, credit cards and passwords.
Sinclaire claimed she was actually attempting to highlight what she alleged was the wastefulness of the EU bureaucracy and expenses system, during her tenure, which ended in 2014 when she failed to get re-elected.

An ex-Ukip MEP has urged a trial jury to consider why she would have started making allegedly dodgy expenses claims in the same month she was warned about a British colleague later jailed for a similar claims fiddle.

Nikki Sinclaire, who represented the West Midlands region in Brussels and Strasbourg until 2014, is currently on trial for allegedly submitting “significant” expenses claims she knew to be false, according to the prosecution.
Sinclaire has alleged her expenses were submitted by her staff, and at least one claim was “deliberately corrupted” by a former aide, who was acting as a spy in her camp for the Ukip hierarchy.
Today, she told Birmingham Crown Court that in October 2009 Ukip called all its elected members together and briefed them about wrong-doing by then-MEP Tom Wise.
Wise admitted fiddling £36,000 of his Brussels travel expenses at his trial the following month.
The jury in Sinclaire’s case has already heard how the first of what the Crown alleges were 10 dodgy claims date from October 2009 – the month of the Wise briefing.
Sinclaire, in the witness box, told jurors it would have defied sense for her to start filing false claims straight after being informed that Mr Wise, who represented the UK’s East region, was being prosecuted.
She said: “All Ukip MEPs were called to either Brussels of Strasbourg, I don’t remember which.
“We were briefed about Tom Wise, who was charged over expenses fraud – and what to say to the media if we were asked about it.
“The reason I say that is because the first claims of the allegations against me were right at this time.”
She added: “Why would that be the time I would decide to start fiddling my expenses?”
Sinclaire’s lawyers have claimed she did not deliberately sign off incorrect claims to gain financially, saying the total amount she could have made was “about 3,000 euro” – £2,465.
Sinclaire has also claimed at least one of her claims was “deliberately corrupted” by her former aide, John Ison – though he has denied any wrong-doing.
Jurors have also heard of several examples where she could have made genuine claims, including parliamentary trips to Cyprus and Cuba, which were never submitted.
The court has already heard about a background of party infighting, with “hostility” between Sinclaire and Nigel Farage.
Sinclaire lost the party whip as a result of internal disagreements in January 2010.
Jurors have also heard evidence from key prosecution witness Mr Ison.
Under cross-examination from her barrister Sean Hammond last week, Mr Ison accepted being a “spy or a mole” in her office, and he admitted passing information about the MEP to Nigel Farage in 2009-10.
Mr Ison also accepted making 30-40 hours of covert recordings of Sinclaire, but said he only acted “for the good of the party” during the period.
Mr Ison agreed that he also sent a message to another Ukip party member during a conversation about the MEP, saying: “Ok, Plan B – fraud.”
On Tuesday, jurors heard that despite Sinclaire herself telling the EU anti-fraud unit of her suspicions about Mr Ison, no investigation was launched.
Sinclaire also contacted British police about her fears in September 2010, but was herself arrested in February 2012.
Unknown to her at the time, Mr Ison had reported her to the police in May 2010.
Asked by Mr Hammond why she made no comment in both her police interviews in February and October 2012, Sinclaire claimed she was just following her solicitor’s advice.
She said that her arrest by West Midlands Police blocked her from rejoining Ukip – which she claimed had already been agreed. She then failed to get re-elected in 2014.

On the strength of the evidence to date there is no doubt that the Jury would be perverse to find Nikki Sinclaire Guilty as there is absolutely no way that the prosecution has proved its case let alone beyond reasonable doubt.
That the EU official the expert witness Mr. Burriel confirmed all that Nikki Sinclaire had said and that it was confirmed by the EU official that Sinclaire had reported her suspicions regarding her expenses long before the Police even claim to have been involved and there was no evidence from the prosecution that Burriel or Sinclaire were disbelieved on this point makes the prosecution evidence clearly unsound it would seem.
That the prosecution evidence was unsound, as a display of criminal behaviour by Sinclaire seems clearly to be the case as no intent was shown, nor is there any sign that it is other than a clerical error or even a criminal action by John Ison designed to damage Sinclaire for Nigel Farage, as it has been undeniably shown by tape recordings played in court that Nigel Farage and John Ison were colluding. If John Ison at very least is not prosecuted it would be clearly perverse as he has admitted that he has lied under oath and the Judge has officially cautioned him relative to the risks of his dishonesty – that Nigel Farage may also be prosecuted may well also be a possibility!
It does seem that the most concrete evidence of criminality brought by the prosecution was, as the prosecution barrister stated in his summing up (closing argument), merely ‘coincidence’!
That the sum total of the allegations revolve around £2.1/2K when it has been proven in Court, and accepted by the prosecution, that Sinclaire not only did not claim for trips to Cyprus and also a trip to Cuba – all as a legitimate part of her work as an MEP nor did she draw down all of her budget in the 2 years concerned leaving over £40K unclaimed and further that in her first 3 years as an MEP Sinclaire paid from her own moniey over £90K into her work as an MEP – this case seems to me to be little more than vexatious and seemingly by a malicious action that duped an incompetent or corrupt police force!
Bear in mind neither the EU payments office nor The EU’s fraud department were remotely interested in the claims, even when told about them and had they been Sinclaire had long before informed them and the Police that she had concerns that someone was acting unlawfully in her office but she had neither the time, due to pressure of duties as an MEP, nor the skills required to investigate the problem she had reported!
That Nikki Sinclaire was able to call an independent forensic accountant to substantiate her every claim and verify the details of her account yet the police prosecution were unable to present any corroborated evidence or lead any evidence of consequence after spending a sum approaching £1.1/2Million (estimate) of public money trying to build a case out of errors amounting to £2.1/2K speaks volumes!

We have now heard all the evidence for both the prosecution and the defence also the closing arguments of first the prosecution barrister Antonie Muller and the barrister for the defence Sean Hammond.
Today Judge Stephen Eyre QC has informed the Court he will be summing up the case for the jury, which he estimates will take upto 3 hours, in that the Court will sit from 10am that implies that by 1pm the trial will be over at which time it will be a matter for the judge to decide whether to ajourn the court until Monday or to immediately send out the jury for deliberation. We shall see!

I have just been notified that the Judge’s summing up has been completed and was reasonable and balanced and neutral in tone. The Judge has sent the jury out to deliberate and based on the facts it is my opinion that for the jury to find guilty would be a perverse decision. The jury will take as long as they wish/need to deliberate before returning to court later today or on Monday to deliver their verdict. We shall see!
I have been surprised that Simon Timothy Orme Specialist Lawyer in the CPS Special Crime Division, their London office I believe, sat in through more than half the trial as dis at least 2 police officers each day and on some days as many as 3 police – the reason for their presence at such a cost is concerning!

A former Ukip MEP has been found not guilty of fiddling £3,250 in European parliamentary expenses claims and laundering the cash.

Sinclaire said the expenses were either mistakes by staff, or in at least one claim were “deliberately corrupted” by her former aide Mr Ison.
In his evidence, Mr Ison admitted before the jury acting as a spy in her camp for senior Ukip figures.
The ex-MEP’s lawyers instructed a forensic accountant who found she would have made just over £3,000 from the claims, while the Crown only placed the figure in “the thousands of pounds”.
But Sinclaire, speaking during her trial, said: “I’d just achieved a lifetime ambition to become an MEP and what, I’d throw it away for £3,000, when there was ample budget in the (parliamentary) allowances which I could just take?”
Jurors also heard of several examples where she could have made genuine claims, including parliamentary trips to Cyprus and Cuba, and staff costs, which were never submitted, and effectively left her out of pocket.
Sinclaire alleged that compiling expenses claims was dealt with by her Birmingham office staff, while she just copied information supplied by her assistants onto the forms, before signing them off.
The jury had also heard about a background of Ukip infighting and how Sinclaire lost the party whip as a result of internal disagreements in January 2010.

Mr Ison had admitted in court sending a message to another party about Ms Sinclaire, which read: “Ok, Plan B – fraud.”
The jury at Birmingham Crown Court also heard there had been at atmosphere of “hostility” between Ms Sinclaire and Mr Farage.
‘Unnecessary’ case
Speaking outside court, Ms Sinclaire, 47, said: “In times of police cutbacks I find it incredible that on the say-so of one embittered man, West Midlands (Police) spent, I believe, in the region of £1.5 million chasing a vanity case of £3,200.”
She had said the expenses were either mistakes by staff, or in at least one case were “deliberately corrupted” by her former aide.
She admitted being negligent and said she was “embarrassed” by her errors, but denied any deliberate wrong-doing, saying she “paid no attention” to travel expenses as it was her office staff’s job.
Following the verdict, Ms Sinclaire – the first ever transgender parliamentarian in the UK – spoke of her relief, saying her acquittal was “the only just verdict”.
“I was arrested more than four years ago, and that unnecessary event had blighted my political career and, more importantly, my life,” she said.
“I now welcome the opportunity to move forward.”
A spokesman for West Midlands Police said the force “acknowledged” the verdict, but defended the investigation.
“Our criminal justice system quite rightly demands a very high standard of proof,” he said.

The UK’s first transgender parliamentary politician Nikki Sinclaire has spent much of her life fighting battles – personal and professional.
As she is cleared of misconduct in a public office and fraud charges the BBC looks at her political and private life.
The title of Nikki Sinclaire’s second book, Never Give Up, is a clear indication of her determination.
“Because of the things that have happened to me, I have this thing about injustice. I feel I have to stand up whether it’s myself, or other people,” she told the BBC following its launch.
“I hate it when authorities put down ordinary people and I feel the need to stand up for them.”

Her resolve emerged at a very young age. She was just eight years old when she became interested in politics while watching the news after school.
But it was a couple of years later, during the Winter of Discontent, that her interest really peaked.
“My father supported the unions and I would question him – why this conflict? I thought the unions were supposed to be for the working man, and also the Labour Party?
“He could never answer that satisfactorily to me. Coming from a very poor, working-class council estate, I began to think ‘why don’t we have these things?’
Her “very working class” father was “perturbed” when he learned of her admiration for Margaret Thatcher.
As her political obsession intensified in her teens, so did a very private struggle.
Since the age of three, she believed she was trapped in the wrong body.
It wasn’t until she reached 16 that Ms Sinclaire confided her feelings to a doctor, spilling out “16 years of hurt”, only to be told it was a “fantasy”.
Undeterred, she eventually underwent gender reassignment surgery at 23.
A staunch Eurosceptic, she became an active member of UKIP and held many positions within the party. After 10 years – and two defeats in UK general elections – she was successfully voted in as the party’s MEP for the West Midlands in June 2009.

But her success within UKIP was short-lived. Just nine months later, in March 2010, Ms Sinclaire was expelled from the party after refusing to take part in a multi-national group it had joined in the European Parliament, citing some members “homophobic views”.
It was a blow she was not going to accept easily. In December that year, having taken her former bosses to a tribunal, a judge found in her favour when UKIP failed to file a defence in time.
As an independent MEP, Ms Sinclaire continued her tireless campaign for a referendum on Europe.
In 2011, she gathered 100,000 names to a petition, which led to a Conservative rebellion of about 70 MPs, and “forced David Cameron to the despatch box”, a proud Ms Sinclaire later told the BBC.
Again, the joy was short-lived. By February 2012, West Midlands Police had begun their fraud investigation and arrested Ms Sinclaire on suspicion of defrauding the European Parliament.

“The allegations at hand are old allegations from a disgruntled ex-employee”, Ms Sinclaire said in a statement, adding she had “nothing to hide”.
The following year, Ms Sinclaire decided to reveal her gender reassignment secret, which she said was the result of threats from UKIP and journalists.
She later went on to say she had been “overwhelmed” by the support from members of the public.
In June 2014, Ms Sinclaire lost her seat to Labour’s Neena Gill and a month later, more than two years after her first police interview, she was charged with money laundering and misconduct in public office.
She was accused of making false and dishonest submissions for travelling expenses and transferring the proceeds of fraud through a bank account – something the politician said she “strongly refuted”.
It took another two years for the case to come to court, ironically, scheduled just days after Ms Sinclaire’s British independence dream came true.
The day after the referendum, there was not a hint of the impending court proceedings on her Twitter account.
Instead, as she celebrated the victory, her doggedness shone through once again.
“We did it Maggie,” she tweeted. “We did it. We got our country back. I never gave up.”
It is worth asking just how widespread was the criminal conspiracy against Nikki Sinclaire – clearly it involved Nigel Farage & John Ison conspiring to pervert the course of justice together possibly with others as was led as evidence in Court including tape recording of a conversation between Nigel Farage and John Ison and the details surrounding that conspiracy between them as shown in evidence.
Conspiracy to pervert the course of justice involving John Ison is indisputable as also shown by the various text messages and his message ‘Plan B – Fraud‘.
However there would seem to be evidence that the conspiracy was more widespread as this Tweet from the odious halfwit Mick McGough of May 2014 shows:
This would seem to show that Ukip officials and leadership were colluding with the Police.
Sadly this would seem not to be as far fetched as it would seem, not only are the police under the spotlight for their activities with regard to the allegedly unsound conviction of Jasna Badzak and I too have experience of the apparent collusion between Police of the Met. and Gerard Batten when the police acted for Gerard Batten on a half baked claim he made against me – fortunately I was beyond the jurisdiction of the Met. in these circumstances and after a 3 hour interview under caution on tape the Met’s. vexatious claims were unsustainable.
It is also worth noting that John Ison has admitted to stealing material from Nikki Sinclaire and gaining unlawful entry to her offices he has also made it abundantly clear that he is criminally in breech of the Misuse of computers Act’ and has put sophisticated spyware on Nikki Sinclaire’s computers together with downloading the entire contents of her laptop. These charges must be prosecuted against John Ison for not only Justice to be seen to be done but also for closure of this obscene chapter in British politics.
Let us also remember that irresponsibly and profligately in a period of National austerity the Police & CPS squandered an estimated £1,500,000 in trying to prove a hard working MEP Nikki Sinclaire who whilst other MEPs cash in on every bit on which they can claim Nikki Sinclaire was proven to have not claimed on numerous costly claims she could have made and in the 3 years in question paid in £91,000 of her own money to support her work as an MEP – yet the police were persuing her for about £3,000 they claimed she had ‘fiddled’ to enrich herself.
The entire case would have come to a juddering halt if the police had rubbed two brain cells together and had asked her about the so called documentary proof they claimed to have – particularly as she had reported problems and discrepancies to the EU Payments Office, OLAF and the British Police long before she had any possible incling that the police were aiding those trying to set her up!
It is also apposite to ask what the hell Simon Orm’s role in all this was on behalf of Ukip or the CPS, minded that it was also he who authorised the prosecution of Jasna Badzak in London was that for the CPS or for Ukip?

which leads me to believe that it may well have been even more and when you realise, as the BBC confirmed, the Police had at least 27 serving officers working on this case the rate at which they were wasting public money was quite staggering, all on the sayso of one embittered liar seeking to curry favour with his handler Nigel Farage,to whom he was reporting, as he spied on his employer and betrayed her.
Surely the police must have dome a CRB check on John Ison and found out some of the basic facts about him – note what I was able to ascertain about the odious little man with a bit of effort on Google CLICK HERE

One only needs to study their racist partners in their EFD Group ion the EU which Nigel Farage founded and leads! OR consider the incitement to racial hatred apparent in the vile literature published by Gerard Batten based on his personal fears and superstitions relative to Islam!

Wood always maintained the picture of him appearing to make a Nazi salute was actually him “imitating a pot plant“.
Pot PlantAndrew Bishop from Yeovil Police Station told the Huffington Post UK: “In April we were contacted by Mr Wood reporting that his Facebook account had been hacked and racist comments posted which purported to be from him.
“This was investigated as possible malicious communications. We have now completed our enquiries and concluded that the account was not hacked and the comments did not appear on the account.
“We have updated Mr Wood and he is happy that the matter is now filed.”
Woods has said he will investigate how someone could have created comments that appeared to have come from his account.
He told the Western Gazette: “I’ve investigated the websites and there are many methods someone could use to create comments on a duplicate account.
“It is a slick and professional operation. I will be looking into this to clear my name.
Let us hope that Nigel Farage has the ethical integrity to back Alex Wood in a claim against The Mirror for its shoddy journalism and the false story. I am all too well aware of the damage tyhat can be done by liars, cheats and the corrupt in their efforts to defame – fortunately I have never cared nor have I been dependent on others for my income thus the liars and low lifes in UKIP who have desperately tried to defame me with their cowardly efforts as they shelter behind anonymity have failed.I have been able and willing to continue to publish the facts and the truth about UKIP’s leadership and clarify why it is so clearly unfit for purpose and without strategy, tactics or even an exit and survival strategy as it corruptly acts in self interest.
