.Hi,
good to see the highly funded media were playing catch-up in June 2013 as this was published on this blog long ago!
Nigel Farage faces barrage of outrage after Mirror exposes his offshore tax fund
Mr Farage opened a trust fund in the Isle of Man in a plan to slash his tax bill, our investigation revealed.
The explosive revelations have robbed the rabble-rousing MEP of his “man of the people” image, MPs said – finally “bursting his bubble” after years of soaring popularity in the polls.
His offshore fund was exposed just hours after the party suffered a humiliating by-election wipeout in Scotland, piling fresh misery on the UKIP leader.
Labour MP John Spellar said: “I know Nigel Farage wants to appeal to disaffected Tories, but copying some of the Tories’ biggest donors by setting up offshore trusts to avoid tax is taking things too far.
“It’s typical of UKIP – they talk about how much they love this country but don’t want to pay taxes here – it’s just hypocritical.”
Fellow MP John Mann added: “This is a man who says he’s more English than the rest of us, when in fact he has been taking money off the EU while setting up an off-shore trust.
“His bubble has well and truly burst. It’s absolute hypocrisy funded by the European taxpayer.”
On Twitter Labour MP Ian Austin asked whether news of an “off-shore, tax-avoiding trust dents city trader Phony Farage’s ‘man of the people’ pretence?”
Even David Cameron was dragged into the scandal – fending off questions over his Cabinet Minister’s tax affairs.
Asked whether anyone in the Government sitting around the Cabinet table held trust funds offshore, the Prime Minister’s spokesman said: “There are rules about interests and they should be followed.”
He added: “Mr Farage’s tax affairs are a matter for him.”
Mr Farage told the Mirror he did not benefit from the Farage Family Educational Trust 1654.
Companies House documents indicated that the fund was a shareholder in Farage Ltd – a financial firm owned by his brother Andrew in which the UKIP leader also once had a stake – until 2011.
The MEP insists he never received any dividends from the firm, which had been paid solely to his brother, and had transferred his shareholding in the company to the trust fund.
John Alevroyiannis
Brother: Andrew Farage
Farage Limited’s accountant Spencer Watson told the Mirror that all £969,000 in dividends were paid to Andrew.
Mr Farage said: “My financial advisers recommended I did it, to have a trust really for inheritance purposes and I took the advice and I set it up.
“It was a mistake. I was a completely unsuitable person for it. I am not blaming them it was my fault.
“It’s a vehicle that you chuck things in through your life that you don’t need and you build up a trust fund for your children or grandchildren.
“It was called an educational trust and could have been used for grandchildren’s schools fees, things like that.
“It was a mistake for three reasons. Firstly, I’m not rich enough to need one and I am never going to be.
“Secondly, frankly, the world has changed. Things that we thought were absolutely fair practice 10 years, 20 years ago, 30 years ago aren’t any more.
“Thirdly, it was a mistake because it cost me money. I sent a cheque off to set it up.”
Mr Farage last night claimed he “felt uncomfortable” about the fund but insisted he did not avoid tax.
He told the BBC he wanted to cut his family’s inheritance tax bills but realised he had made an “error”.
And he admitted such funds were no longer appropriate for politicians.
He added: “I don’t think you can be in public life and have a family trust.
“The public do expect very, very high standards. I should not have bought the policy. It was an error.”
February 2003 Farage, his brother Andrew Farage and a third director set up commodity trading firm Farage Limited.
August 2003 A document filed at Companies House stated that Nigel Farage owned no shares in Farage Limited and the Farage Family Educational Trust 1654 owned 33 shares.
May 2004 Another document filed at Companies House stated that Nigel Farage owned 33 shares in Farage Limited and the Farage Family Educational Trust owned none.
October 2004 Farage was appointed company secretary of Farage Limited.
February 2006 Farage resigned as director of Farage Limited but remained as company secretary.
September 2006 Nigel Farage became leader of UKIP.
November 2009 Nigel Farage stood down as UKIP leader.
November 2010 Farage was re-elected leader of UKIP.
May 2010 Farage failed to win a seat at Westminster in the general election.
February 2011 Nigel Farage resigned as company secretary of Farage Limited.
March 2011 HM Revenue & Customs filed a petition at the High Court to wind up Farage Limited.
July 2011 Farage Limited went into a “voluntary arrangement” to pay off its debts by 2017.
It is also interesting to note that the wealthy Dr. Dick Horsnell (with whom Nigel Farage subsequently fell out, removing him as one of his ‘Dregs & Rejects in Ukip), hosted Nigel Farage and Ashley Mote (with who Nigel Farage subsequently fell out removing him as one of his ‘Dregs & Rejects’ in Ukip) on a visit to the tax haven Isle of Man resident who stood for Ukip in Boston, aided by Chris Pain (One of Nigel Farage’s proteges and a County Councillor for Ukip, plus a Parliamentary candidate with who Farage fell out and subsequently removed him as one of his ‘Dregs & Rejects’ in Ukip) – and that Nigel Farage deposited approximately £1/4 of a Million into the tax beneficial account under the name of Farage Educational Trust as shown on this blog; a sum of money many believed was part of his spoils from the corrupt Ashford scam that has been so widely, if belatedly, addressed by the media!
When bearded on the matter by the media Nigel Farage claimed, totally implausibly, that he was unaware that the Isle of Man account granted huge tax benefits for an EU citizen and managed to avoid paying British taxes. I say ‘implausibly’ as firstly why on earth would someone domicile in London, Kent and the EU capitals wish to have an account in the relatively remote Isle of Man where the costs of visiting are utterly disproportionate to those of other journeys!
It is widely known, must be I was aware of it ;-), that The IoM is a tax haven and as a professional politician and a failed banker even Nigel Farage can not reasonably claim not to be aware of this. Farage also claims to have closed his account when formerly he claimed it was not his account but that of a trust – has he syphoned off the trusts money for his own gain?
We also hear from a poster on Dr. Richard North’s Forum (Dr. Richard North was one of Nigel Farage’s trusted associates with who he subsequently fell out and thus he is no longer one of Farage’s ‘Dregs & Rejects’ in Ukip), though I find as yet I am unable to establish the details though I find it entirely plausible in the light of his proven bullying track record of corruption, dishonesty, infidelity and general sociopathy:
“Investigation into the missing money and Farages claims started 5 months ago…….I was told today that Kent Police are moving forward tomorrow at the earliest……there is also a Europol investigation into the money paid to Farage that he trousered and salted away in his Geneva account…..bet he didn’t think we knew about that or his woman stashed in Geneva with his weekly visits! I have said many times that Farage has more skeletons than Highgate Cemetry and they are now about to resurrect themselves”
“Ashford paperwork that was supposed to have disappeared has surfaced…..also the other person with control of this money was only refered to as an associate and not by name suggesting a Police witness”
Nigel Farage Displays How He Builds His Party With ‘Dregs & Rejects’ his proteges with whom he has fallen out when he proves his judgement is utterly inept!

Nightclub owner and ‘tantric master’ to stand as Tory candidate at next election
UPDATED: 16:07, 1 October 2009
A nightclub owner who calls himself a ‘tantric master’ has been selected to contest a seat for the Conservatives at the next election. Andrew Charalambous, 38, who also goes by the alias ‘Dr Earth’, claims ‘all you have to do is dance to save the world’ and runs nights at clubs with a hi-tech floor which generates electricity from the movement of dancers. He has been selected for the Edmonton seat in London, currently held by Labour. Jade Jagger, club owner Andrew Charalambous Tory candidate Andrew Charalambous also goes by the name Dr Earth, pictured with Jade Jagger at the launch of Club4Climate in London Mr Charalambous is also a fruitarian and works as barrister and volunteer police officer. He holds a PhD in the parallels between Plato’s utopia and Spartan society. A description of Dr Earth on his website says: ‘He has completed one of the profoundest spiritual journeys in history. ‘We know of no other living person who has travelled to so many countries on a spiritual quest and been taught by so many great spiritual masters from such a diverse plethora of spiritual systems. ‘He is a tantric master initiated in India. He has dated some of the most beautiful women in the world. ‘Andrew describes himself as the first male feminist. He says “women are definitely the superior sex. Society needs less playboys and more men with family values. I am nothing compared to my brothers who are decent family men with children.”‘ Mr Charalambous said: ‘I am the man of all seasons. The person people in semi-detached houses will vote for, the person people in high-rise council estates will vote for. We need politicians people can relate to.’ The eco-warrior has also installed waterless urinals, a wind turbine and solar panels at his club4climate change in King’s Cross nightclub Surya, and claims to be London’s most ethical landlord, owning more than 1,000 properties in the capital. The Edmonton seat is held by Andy Love for Labour and he will defend a majority of 8,000 at the next election. Mr Charalambous, who is of Greek descent, was selected for the seat this week but the choice has surprised some members of the party. One Tory parliamentary source said: ‘It’s nuts. It’s one thing to stand by the “vote blue, go green” theory, but to say we can solve climate change by dance? The scary thing is he could win the seat. It’s a car crash waiting to happen.’ Mr Charalambous stood for the safe Labour seat of Tottenham in 1992 but lost out to Bernie Grant.
Subsequent to this 2009 article aboveNigel Farage made much of having recruited this dubious character and with much fanfare presented him and rapidly elevated him above the many hard working long term Ukip members to become a party spokesman with a responsible role in Nigel Farage’s party structure.
Perhaps we should not be surprised to find he was one of Nigel Farage’s hand picked ‘Dregs and Rejects’!
Exposed: fake doctorate of Ukip ‘professor’

A senior Ukip spokesman has been exposed as claiming to hold a “fake” degree and a professorship at an unaccredited academic institution.
Andrew Charalambous, the party’s housing and environment spokesman, is listed on a Facebook page as holding a “PhD in the parallels between Plato’s Utopia and Spartan Society”. He was listed on his official website as being a “professor of environmental sciences”.
It is also worthy of note that he has also withdrawn his claims to be a Barrister!
How very typical of Nigel Farage’s leadership style where he hand picks individuals boosting them into elevated positions in his leadership team, only to find yet again his drinking buddies have duped him and his judgement has let him down – at which stage he denounces people he claimed as friends and of whom he extolled the virtues.
How long will it be before he denounces Douglas Carswell as an idiot as he did with his protege David Bannerman or claims that Mark Reckless is ‘impossible’ as he did with his best known protege Marta Andreasen and so the list of those Farage has not only proved his poor judgement over but also with whom he has fallen out when they failed to pay obeisance to his self perceived abilities – as Roger Helmer has just found out there is only room for one ‘Fuehrer’ in Farage’s centrally controlled absolute dictatorship, where he and he alone may make decisions ensuring that those who dare to challenge him are cut down to size either through bad publicity in a gullible and pliant media manipulated by such as Clive Page, Annabelle Fuller, Herman Kelly, Mark Croucher, Gawain Towler or some other lackey used until they get tossed on the ‘dregs & rejects’ pile!
Nigel Farage’s party is nowadays made up largely of ‘Dregs & Rejects’ from the Tory Pary at its upper echelons these days and when you realise that in the last EU parliament of his 13 MEPs he had managed to reduce his party to a mere 5 by abusing and falling out with his fellow MEPs who finally saw through his corruption and corruption of the party just as somewhere around 70 Ukip NEC members have walked away from Ukip when they discovered the true nature of Nigel Farage’s enrichment and aggrandisement structure truelly is!
> GUEST POST re Nigel Farage’s Corruption of Ukip in the light of The BBC’s Panorama program.

.
Hi,
Nigel Farage has for over 15 years personally hand picked his leadership team, rigging and orchestrating internal elections and placements; fulsome in the praise of those he selected, clearly in the hope that he could derive personal gain from the placements he made. These are the very people he condemns as ‘Dregs and Rejects’ as soon as they see the light and realise his self serving and self enriching corruption and dishonesty’, those who see through his willful self aggrandizement in the adulation of the ill informed and largely dispossessed – the very same underbelly of society which Adolf Hitler and the Nazi Party built their rise to power on and to which Alex Salmond turned when he tried to build his destruction of these United Kingdoms, ‘The Dregs and Rejects’ they had gathered around them in efforts to enhance their positions, who like Hindenberg and many others were vilified when no longer of ‘use’.
Regardless of the evident bias in last night’s BBC documentary on Farage, the reporter’s assessment of the UKip leader was entirely justified by the evidence.
The gap between human expectation and eventual outcome produces one of two things: humour or tragedy. Personally, I find the hopes people have for Nigel Farage and UKip hysterically funny – at times, even difficult to understand. But there are growing signs (they’ve been growing for the best part of five years now) that those expecting any sort of functional radicalism are tragically wide of the mark. Last night’s 30-minute BBC Panorama demolition of Mr Farage summed up his real being with painful accuracy.
The programme produced nothing those of us who are on Farage’s case didn’t know already; and for all its clinical study of UKip’s bizarre history, that it had an agenda towards the Left the came out pretty much in every observation and conclusion. For these reasons alone, it will be rejected out of hand by the UKippers as an unpleasant mélange of Establishment vengeance and sour grapes. But ultimately, any programme throwing a cap at some villain’s head will only succeed if the cap fits. And I’m afraid Nigel Farage’s head zoomed towards the cap with every attempt to interview him.
The main trouble with the UKip leader is that he is barrage balloon of a target for anyone who’s even half awake. For when it comes to the acid Slog test – listen not to what they say, but watch instead how they behave – our Nige falls at every fence. The dimensions of evidence for the case against St Nigel the Redeemer could be summed up as his crude bluster, controlling nature, devious personality, doubted honesty, and tendency to use the means in order to disguise the ends. But ultimately, the programme established one thing beyond reasonable doubt: he is a man hiding in a cloak full of daggers.
The best filmic part of the Panorama episode was without question the juxtaposition of early speeches praising his appointees, followed by later remarks of gutter nastiness. It’s not especially dignified to refer to former colleagues as “the dregs of the rejects”, but given he both chose and then heaped plaudits upon them at first, it isn’t very smart either. I’ve spoken with people over the years who are anything but the dregs of anything, but they all say the same thing: become a threat to Farage’s leadership, and you’re dead meat in very short order.
In this and other areas, various historical events demonstrated the essentially devious nature of the man’s character. He clearly promised the Beeb an interview, and then hid away until they got bored….and made this programme. Again, not very smart. Having started off wading about in Devon floodwaters, he became evasive the minute people began asking which way he had voted, as an MEP, on the issue. The fact is, he didn’t turn up to vote; and his ‘principled’ assertion that UKip doesn’t vote because it doesn’t accept the Parliament’s legality is cant. The Party votes on several issues there – but to get oneself elected with the sole intention of doing nothing is a complete abrogation of the democratic foundation of representation.
As Ukip’s support grows and the General Election gets closer, the man at the top of the UKip heap is already toning down his anti-Camerlot rhetoric, saying he be prepared “to prop up David Cameron” after May 2015, but the price would be an EU in/out referendum by July. So we hold the referendum, and vote ourselves out: what then? He has no intention of propping up Dave: he is vitriolic about the PM in private, and his sole intention the minute it becomes possible is to have him replaced. It’s not hard to see what sort of approach we’re going to get after that.
In the middle of the half-hour slot, however, doubts were raised about Nigel Farage’s financial honesty. In that context, interviewing his former colleagues was entirely justified, as they presented compelling Treasury evidence that the Leader was taking the lion’s share of UKip funds for his own political ends. Another assailant who pointed out that some £120,000 had been collected – but only £18,000 had finally appeared – left not just a bad taste in the mouth: it suggested that said assassin knew he could provide evidence to show this. He had no fear of being sued….and neither did the BBC.
To that, one has to add how Nige has been gaily tweeting over recent weeks about all these fat donations he’s getting from obscure rich people of whom one has never heard. He is a keen supporter of the existing, utterly corrupt, system of raising Party funds, as a result of which Ed Miliband must listen to dreary Trade Union syntax ad nauseam, and the Conservatives continue to preside over a “justice” system that has let Newscorp off almost entirely, absolved bankers from even trial let alone prison, and covered yet more of our growing land in houses thanks to a bribe from the construction industry….after which, the Chancellor offered up a blatant bonus for the same sector – Help to Buy – at almost entirely the taxpayers’ risk.
This inevitably takes one back to Nigel Farage’s profession, and what he thinks about the City and its regulation. The short answer is, he loves the City and he doesn’t want any regulation: “The banking collapse was caused, more than anything, by bad government policy and the total failure of bad regulation, rather than by greed,” he told an interviewer a few years ago. Tell that to the shareholders in the Midlothian, the SME victims of RBS…once you’ve picked yourself up off the floor. For Farage, it’s as if Libor, gold manipulation, Diamond’s dubious deals and Freddie Goodwin’s rapacious mishandling of the ABN Amro takeover had never happened. If Mr Farage doesn’t call taking a £340,000 bonus while losing taxpayers’ money, it’s hard to know what he would attach the definition to.
Even when talking (accurately) about what a disaster the euro has been, UKip’s führer is careful to keep his keepers away from the limelight. Talking about Greece in 2012, he remarked, “Greece isn’t a democracy now, it’s run through a troika – three foreign officials that fly into Athens airport and tell the Greeks what they can and can’t do.”
“Three foreign officials” is a gross and deliberate distortion of of the Troika’s identity. They were the IMF (a thinly-veiled agent of the State Department and Wall Street), the bondholders (carpetbaggers working for the same Mafia) and the European Central Bank – which wound up with most of the haircuts, stumped up by EU taxpayers. What Greece wound up with was a debt it can never repay: thanks to the irresponsible lending policies (aka greed) of the members of a community of which Nigel Farage is a proud and unapologetic member. His suggestion that Greece’s ignominy is down to three obscure bureaucrats is nothing more than obtuse bollocks.
What we have to remember about Farage is that he is radical along one narrow dimension: the European Union, and its potential to nobble the City of London’s power base. It is the single belief we share. But in all other dimensions of radicalism at this blog, he is as reactionary and dismissive of ordinary people as a Michael Fallon or a Jeremy Hunt.
Nigel Farage is not opposed at all to the dominance of Bourses in the raising of capital. It’s his own heartland, why would he be? He doesn’t want financial regulation, and shares the same arch insouciance as Dan Hannan on the subject: “The regulators we have are hopeless, so let’s have no regulation at all”. He is an avowed globalist and – as we’ve seen on two occasions recently – quick to morph into Fido Farage whenever the gargoyle Murdoch snaps his grubby fingers. Last Sunday, he declared “…there is a role for the business people in the NHS”. He approves of private health cover. He is not a mutualist.
If the Surge for Nige continues, then the UKip boss will indeed change the face of Britain: he will make it an even uglier stream of neoliberal vomit than it is now. I urge all of you who veer in his direction, or merely that of the nonentities with whom his ragbag army is replete: think again. This man will, if given half a chance, make things much worse.
In short, he will be revealed as the effluent in the room.
Godfrey Bloom Quits Nigel Farage’s Ukip & can now expect Farage to classify him as ‘Dregs & Rejects’ alongside the founder of Ukip Alan Sked, past leaders such as Roger Knapman and the majority of MEPs + around 70 NEC members who have dared to criticise!

Hi,
Godfrey Bloom Quits Nigel Farage’s Ukip & can now expect Farage to classify him as ‘Dregs & Rejects’ alongside the founder of Ukip Alan Sked, past leaders such as Roger Knapman and the majority of MEPs + around 70 NEC members who have dared to criticise his one man band and self serving, self enriching Ukip scam!
Douglas Carswell would do well to heed the warning Godfrey Bloom gave him that was most appositely endorsed by Dr. Richard North on Panorama CLICK HERE
It would be unwise to forget that Nigel Farage has personally controlled the party for his own gain and in the last parliament started out with 13 MEPs elected, but had alienated so many that two quit to stand as Tory candidates, where David Bannerman, Farage’s ex Tory buddy Ukip Chairman and deputy leader of Ukip (personally brought into the party by Nigel Farage and put in position), as with Roger Knapman who he recruited and placed as leader and even lord Pearson his puppet who held the leadership for a short time for him has become near invisible.
Then of course there was Marta Andreasen who had been dumped as an accountant by the EU unable to complete her brief to improve the systems to reduce the amount of fraud and make the EU more accountable CLICK HERE she was recruited by Nigel farage with much fanfare and he made her Ukip Treasurer. She quit in disgust siting bullying and dishonesty of Farage!
Also let us not forget that Nigel Farage defended Tom Wise to the hilt and NEVER removed him from Ukip going so far as to accept stolen money from him, which he knew was fraudulently obtained and which he never repaid, permitting Wise to remain a Ukip member for some years after he was exposed when Tom Wise eventually left it was in the February before the EU election when his Ukip membership ran out and he served out his full MEP term becoming eligible to the full pension as accrued!
One should also remember Ashley Mote who Nigel Farage ‘boosted’ into his own region as his number two candidate to raise his own status doing a total knife job on his long term associates David Lott and Steve Harris who were promised second and third position – but Ashley Mote’s presentation skills were used to ensure Farage’s return to the gravy train only to find Farage stabbed him in the back acting against him at the first possible opportunity.
Farage even turned on his own Father’s associates having ‘used’ them as with Buster Motram who he personally brought into Ukip against advice and likewise the wife of David Volker, Guy Farage’s Commanding Officer in the TA,who he placed as Chairman of his party yet engineered her removal when she was unwilling to go along with his fiddles – Petrina Holdsworth is currently Chairman of CIB!
The list of other highly competent people Nigel Farage has felt threatened by and has dishonestly removed is long and some understanding can be found by reading many of them’s resignation letters and further details at CLICK HERE
Be minded also of the vault face of Ukip’s first representative in The House of Commons the MP Bob Spink and just how short a time he was willing to tolerate Nigel Farage’s behaviour!
The only conclusion anyone of intelligence can make is either that Nigel Farage’s absolute control of Ukip hugely damages Ukip and that as a judge of people whom he personally selects is stunningly inept or they are unwilling to be corrupted to dance to his dishonest tune!
Nigel Farage single handedly reduced the party from 13 MEPs to a mere 5 remaining in the Parliamentary party – one wonders how few Nigel Farage will reduce the party MEPs to this time!
Godfrey Bloom quits Ukip and warns Douglas Carswell of ‘back-stabbers’
Former MEP, famous for his ‘sluts’ and ‘bongo-bongo land’ remarks, leaves party on day its first MP takes seat

Godfrey Bloom, the colourful former Ukip MEP, has resigned from the party with a warning to its newest recruit, Douglas Carswell, to beware backstabbers among his colleagues.
The politician, whose gaffes have included calling women sluts and complaining of foreign aid going to “bongo-bongo land”, said he was leaving Ukip after party chairman Steve Crowther banned him from speaking at an event in Wearside.
Bloom initially had the Ukip whip withdrawn and subsequently resigned his official role last year, after Nigel Farage said his antics had overshadowed the party’s autumn conference.
He has now decided to leave the party entirely “with a heavy heart”, despite having had a role in founding Ukip and donating large amounts of money to campaigning over the years.
In a message to Carswell, who took up his role as Ukip’s first elected MP on Monday, Bloom told LBC Radio: “I would just say to Douglas: stick to your sort, you believe in libertarianism, you believe in classical liberal economics, don’t be pushed off. But I would say, Douglas, watch your back. If you bear in mind we started in 2009 in Europe with 13 MEPs, we ended up with five, so there are dead bodies of Ukip [politicians] all over the place with a knife quivering in their back, Douglas. Make sure it’s not yours.”
In a trenchant analysis of his former party, the ex-MEP said politics was not about the truth, and that he was “very sorry this disease has been picked up by Ukip”. “It seems to be drifting towards the politically correct mainstream like everyone else,” he said. “Instead of it being the libertarian party of common sense, I’ve been banned from speaking. I don’t know where the party has gone astray, but it has gone astray.”
Despite having formerly shared a flat with Farage in Brussels, Bloom said he had lost contact completely with his former party leader. He said Ukip was now being run by Crowther, who he described as a “svengali-like” figure and a “man of mystery”.
Bloom caused a controversy in summer last year after he criticised recipients of foreign aid in “bongo-bongo” land and proceeded to exacerbate the row by trying to justify the phrase in a series of broadcast interviews. He then became the centre of another row after hitting a journalist round the head with a Ukip brochure and joking that a room debating women in politics was “full of sluts”. He made these remarks after two of his colleagues admitted that they did not clean behind the fridge – a complaint previously made by Bloom – as they spoke at a fringe event at the party conference in London.
Bloom was then caught on camera ranting at Channel 4’s Michael Crick, who asked him why there were no black faces pictured on a Ukip conference brochure, before using the pamphlet to hit him over the head.
After Bloom resigned from the party, he gave an interview to the Guardian claiming Farage was “not interested in the running of the party, or in making policy” but was merely Ukip’s chief salesman.
In April, he argued Farage was not up to the role of “managing director or chairman of the board”, even though he was a “charismatic” and “articulate” advocate for the Ukip brand.
Farage, who described Bloom’s comments as “unhelpful”, has made repeated attempts to ensure Ukip candidates stop making off-colour and eccenrtic remarks by trying to “professionalise” the party. He has appointed a new raft of spokesman to his frontbench over the summer including more women and ethnic minority representatives.
having observed some very questionable decisions of the CPS over recent times and the abject failure of OLAF in the EU and CPS in Britain to bring to book criminals in public office – be they the likes of MEP Giles Chichester who used somewhere in excess of £100K from the public purse to fund his ‘Letts’ diary business, the failure to prosecute Nigel Farage and his cronies for what seems to be abuse of office, self enrichment, the enrichment of their low life cronies thus bringing the body politic into disrepute, the failure to prosecute Ukip MEP Derek Clark for abuse of office and misuse of somewhere between £35K & £100K, nor prosecution of Ukip MEPs Stuart Agnew, Nigel Farage, Jeffrey Titford, David Bannerman, Graham Booth and probably others for both known and publicly identified misuse of public funding – not to mention what would seem to be a number of ‘stitch ups’ endorsed by The CPS.
Yet there has also been a serial failure on the part of The CPS structure to bring to Court and prosecute a considerable number of police officers who have been involved in various crimes not least of which have been numerous outrageous murders!
Hence I am sure readers will understand why I am more than a little sceptical of the integrity of the 9 charges brought against Ashley Mote the ex Ukip MEP!I make no claims of innocence for Ashley Mote relative to these charges as The CPS has all too often over egged their claims and a great deal more details are required before any responsible judgement of the claims can be made.
I wonder will this be just another crass series of claims cobbled together from lies, inuendo and misrepresentation as would seem the case against Jasna Badsak and that against Nikki Sinclaire where it would seem corruption of due process has played a significant part in the hands of what would seem to be corrupt police and dubious judiciary too closely associated with Ukip and other parties in the case yet lacking the integrity to prorogue themselves!
One is forced to wonder why some are harassed and persecuted over paltry sums, eg Badzak £2K and Sinclaire less than £15K (in reality at most around £8K alleged!) whilst others never face prosecution over infinitely larger sums purloined?
Is this what British Justice has debased itself to under the influence of EU Corpus Juris?
Let us see more details regarding the claims against the retired 78 year old Ashley Mote so long after the offences would seem to be alleged
Ex-MEP charged with fraud offences and misconduct in public office
13/10/2014
Zoe Martin, of the CPS Special Crime Division said, “The CPS has today issued charges against Ashley Mote of obtaining a money transfer by deception, fraud by false representation, false accounting, receiving the proceeds of crime and misconduct in public office. We have decided there is sufficient evidence for a realistic prospect of conviction and that a prosecution is in the public interest.
“Ashley Mote will appear before Westminster Magistrates’ Court on 3 November 2014.
“A decision has also been made that no further action will been taken in relation to a second individual who was investigated for offences of obtaining money transfer by deception, false accounting and fraud by false representation, as there is insufficient evidence for a realistic prospect of conviction. In addition no further action will be taken against two other individuals who were investigated for offences of money laundering.
“These decisions were taken in accordance with the Code for Crown Prosecutors.
“May I remind all concerned that criminal proceedings against the defendant have been commenced and of his right to a fair trial. It is extremely important that there should be no reporting, commentary or sharing of information online which could in any way prejudice these proceedings.
“Any decision by the CPS does not imply any finding concerning guilt or criminal conduct; the CPS makes decisions only according to the test set out in the Code for Crown Prosecutors and it is applied in all decisions on whether or not to prosecute.”
Note:
The CPS’s function is not to decide whether a person is guilty of a criminal offence, but to make fair, independent and objective assessments about whether it is appropriate to present charges for the criminal court to consider. The CPS assessment of any case is not in any sense a finding of, or implication of, any guilt or criminal conduct. It is not a finding of fact, which can only be made by a court, but rather an assessment of what it might be possible to prove to a court, in accordance with the Code for Crown Prosecutors.
This assessment is based on the evidence available arising out of the police investigation and not on the evidence that is likely to be gathered by the defence, and likely to be used to test the prosecution evidence. The CPS charging decision is therefore necessarily an assessment on the basis of the evidence that is available to the CPS at the time the decision is made.
CPS prosecutors must also keep every case under review, so that they take account of any change in circumstances that occurs as the case develops, including what becomes known of the defence case. If appropriate, the CPS may change the charges or stop a case.
Details of the full charges:

Nigel Farage has it seems always had close ties with racists and extremists
It is not just his ‘blokeish’ & ‘sexist’ behaviour and propensity to useand semean women but his insecure and imature enthusiasm for lap dancing clubs and his drunken behaviour and well documented consorting with prostitutes – derspite his claim never to have paid one, unlike his great chum Godfrey Bloom who willingly copulated with a paid prostitute on the bonnet of a car in a public street near the EU Parliament and then claimed diplomatic immunity when arrested!
That Guy Farage, Nigel’s father was a member of the National Front has been an open secret for many years and I understand his membership data is in the hands of one of Ukip’s more racist MEPs of long standing with copies elsewhere.
Remember Nigel Farage having has lunch negotiating with BNP convicted bomber Anthony LeComber and BNP member Mark Deavin who attended Ukip NEC meetings!
Then of course there was the school letter exposing Nigel Farage’s racism at an early age published on this blog and by Channel Four.
It does seem to start at the top ion Ukip – what with Nigel Farage’s puppet Malcolm Pearson who stood in for him as so called leader for a short time and the vile racism he practiced including lecture tours in America! Then of course there is the odious type of racism practiced by Ukip’s MEP Gerard Batten with his vile Islamic charter and publications likely to promote racial intollerance and hatred!
Little wonder we see Ukip’s style of racism defended by them when exposed and the tokenism they use to try to cover up for it!
SENIOR Ukip official Martyn Heale was accused yesterday of “rewriting history” after claiming that the National Front (NF) was not a far-right organisation.
Mr Heale, party leader Nigel Farage’s campaign manager in the Kent constituency of South Thanet, had previously said that his membership of the NF in the late 1970s was “a bad decision” that he “sincerely” regretted.
But in an about-turn, Mr Heale has now leapt to the defence of the organisation.
In today’s issue of the London Review of Books, Mr Heale is quoted as saying: “There’s been an attempt by many people to associate the National Front with the far right. But that’s not fair, that’s not true.
“It was a bit of a social club,” he told the journal. “Initially the National Front was just a group of retired people and soldiers.”
Mr Heale was a branch organiser for the National Front in Hammersmith, west London.
He held his position at a time when the racist NF was blamed for encouraging a huge escalation in far-right violence in the city.
His neonazi links were first exposed last year when he ran successfully for a seat on Kent County Council.
Hope Not Hate organiser Simon Creasy told the Morning Star: “Maybe he’s trying to rewrite history and whitewash over his far-right past.
“Anyone with a modicum of intelligence knows that the National Front was a far-right organisation and still is.
“For him to try to deflect from questions about his history in this way is just laughable. It was always a far-right party.”
Mr Heale’s claims were published as the anti-immigrant party launched a shocking defence of one of its MEPs after she tweeted a link to an anti-semitic website.
Last week Jane Collins tweeted a link to an article drawing links between Labour leader Harriet Harman and the Paedophile Information Exchange, which incorrectly referred to Ms Harman as a “Jewess.”
But a Ukip spokesman told Jewish News yesterday that the term was “(no) more insulting than saying that Ms Collins is a Yorkshirewoman, it is merely descriptive not pejorative.”
Last year Mr Farage said he would not join an alliance with the French far-right Front National, led by Marine Le Pen, because of the “prejudice and anti-semitism” in the party.
Mr Heale’s comments are quoted in a 8,000-word polemic in the London Review of Books by author and journalist James Meek.
“In view of Ukip’s insistence that it isn’t a racist party, I thought Heale might be defensive, or embarrassed, about being a member of the NF in 1978,” Mr Meek writes. “To my surprise, he came to its defence.”
A Ukip spokesman said the party disputed the quote and claimed that when Mr Heale joined the NF he felt it was a left-of-centre community-oriented organisation with a national focus.
Party leader Mr Farage was adopted as Ukip candidate in South Thanet this summer.
Nigel Farage will be leader of the UK Independence Party for another four years, it has emerged.
Mr Farage’s new term in office means that he is likely to be Ukip leader if there is an in/out referendum on Britain’s membership of the European Union.
The Conservatives have pledged to hold a poll by the end of 2017, if the party is returned to power in May’s general election.
It also means that his leadership has been secured ahead of the Clacton and Rochester and Strood by-elections, which could see either Douglas Carswell or Mark Reckless elected as the party’s first MPs.
Mr Farage was re-elected during a leadership campaign before last month’s party conference in Doncaster when no one stood against him.
Mr Farage’s term as leader was due to expire on November 5 2014. His new term as leader will take him until November 5 2018. Mr Farage told The Telegraph: “We had a process which closed off a few weeks ago and there was no opposition.”
Mr Farage has already said that he would quit as Ukip leader if no Ukip MPs are elected in May’s general election.
This is now looking less likely given that Mr Carswell, the Tory MP who defected to Ukip in August, is set to returned as Ukip’s first MP on Thursday.
Mr Farage has said that he does not expect to be the leader of Ukip in ten years’ time. He said at last year’s conference that his successor would be a woman, saying Ukip is more likely to adopt a female leader than any other party.
Suzanne Evans, the party’s communities spokesman, is thought by members to be a front runner although she has played down her chances.
Ukip’s leaders are elected for four year terms. Mr Farage has been leader of Ukip intermittently for the past eight years, between September 2006 and 2009, and then from 2010 until now.
Asked in February at the party’s Spring conference if he would resign if no Ukip MPs were elected in May’s election, he said: “Good Lord yes. I will be out of the door before you can say ‘Jack Robinson’.”
>GUEST POST On Ukip Training its personnel To Milk The EU Tax payers For Holidays – Where Kirsten Farage blocked the media from entry to try to prevent exposing the corruption!

Hi,
here is a GUEST POST
Ukip Team Up With Travel Agent To Milk EU Taxpayers
The wife of Nigel Farage yesterday barred The Telegraph from a Ukip fringe meeting instructing MEPs how to secure taxpayer-funded holidays for their friends and supporters.
Kirsten Farage asked this newspaper to leave a fringe meeting outlining an EU scheme that subsidises holidays for political activists to Brussels and Strasbourg. The European Union spends £25 million on the subsidies for tours arranged through Euro-MPs’ offices. Under the scheme, holiday makers are handed a subsidy of up to £200 in cash if they include a short visit to the European Parliamentary in their itinerary. That money can then be used to pay for hotel rooms, meals and transport. Ukip’s use of the scheme comes despite Mr Farage’s party being ostensibly opposed to wasteful spending in Brussels.Mrs Farage helped organise the briefing for the party’s new MEPs, which was held in a suite overlooking the track at Doncaster Racecourse at the party’s conference. “Oh dear,” she said as The Telegraph arrived at the event, which had been advertised in the conference schedule handed to delegates. “We didn’t really want the press.” “I’d much rather not have any press here. It’s an internal event. “I’m afraid I’m going to have to send you away.” She said the meeting was to instruct new MEPs of the “logistics” of booking trips. Asked about the scheme, she said: “Every MEP is allowed to take visitors’ groups over from their constituency or region, or councillors, or business groups they are supporting, or supporting them. It’s an EU scheme.”
She added: “It’s a nice thing to do.”
One five-day package advertised on a stand at Ukip conference, organised by a private tour operator, included a visit to the castles of Koblenz, a tour of Strasbourg Cathedral and a boat trip along the Rhine. The visit to the Parliament in Strasbourg lasts two and a half hours. After the EU subsidy, the holiday costs £389 a head. Another seven-day Ukip tour takes in Verona, Lake Garda, an excursion to Venice and a tour of Vicenza, known as the City of Gold, before driving on to Strasbourg for a short visit to the Parliament. Other taxpayer-subsidised tours incorporate visits to the tapestry at Bayeux and Monet’s garden in Giverny before visiting the European Parliament in Brussels.

Here is The Telegraph’s take on the story:

The European Parliament says the scheme allows voters to see their elected representatives at work regardless of wealth.
A Ukip spokesman said the party bans its MEPs from taking party in fact-finding trips organised by the European Parliament to exotic destinations and said they are not in it for “personal gain.”
“Information trips to Brussels for members of the public are open to and used by every political party,” he added.
Little wonder Ukip held their annual conference on a race track – their policies are just speculative gambles!

Hi,
can you imagine an organisation of stature with responsibility behaving like this let alone one that pretends to a status participating in Governance of our country and arbitters of our future.
BUT Ukip IS A One Man Band
The Showman & His Ukip One Man Band
Nigel Farage has yet again shown that when the chips are down Ukip is just a vehicle for his personally controlled one man band.
Nigel Farager gave Patrick O’Flynn his MEP position by placing him in number one position on his MEP serlection list, in return for Patrick O’Flynn’s despicable underhand betrayal of what little credibility journalists have managed to retain by acting as a senior political reporter for the sleazy Express newspaper without telling his readers, in the run up to the sham of EU elections, that he intended to jump ship just in time to claim his ill gotten reward for misleading them!
Patrick O’Flynn may well have pretentions to lead Ukip and although he is duplicitous, a poor public speaker, uncharismatic and has shown no leadership skills one may well argue he is the best of a particularly uninspiring and unprepossesing bunch at the top of Ukip – But be in no doubt he will have to fight Nigel Farage for leadership.
Patrick O’Flynn has learned yet another lesson this conference and that uis that although Ukip ‘claims’ to make policy democratically and puts forwar so called spokesmen on various subjects – when the chips are down Nigel Farage will nmot only undermine his team, as he lacks any leadership skills, whether he does this by making policy for them to present t6o members at their conference or arbitrarily whipping away the policies they had agreed to announce, when it suits Nigel Farage personally!
Whether it is undermining his spokesmen in his leadertship teram as he so clearly has with the inept and inadequate Patrick O’Flynn or by jumping on to rolling band wagons as he does when usurping any concept of democratic party participation when he sumarily dismisses constituency candidates without so much as a personal meeting to surplant them with his Tory chums or merely for publicity.
Then again no one in the know would describe Nigel Farage to be a believer in the concept of loyalty is a two way street whether that is his wives, his staff, his team mates, his backers or his supporters and ostensible friends they are all merely grist to the mill in the advancement of his self serving one man band.
The facade put forward by the showman is nothing more than an act – an act that can be cast aside at a moments notice if there is gain for Farage personally. Consider the Ukip Manifesto that Farage had presented and signed off when it suited him yet cast aside dismissing it as drivel, out of expediency when called to account on it and passing the buck to others!
To openly describe ones biggest and most consistent backer Paul Sykes as ‘The Yorkshire Dwarf’ seems a poor way to run a principled organisation an organisation that pretends to power and claims to represent the people!

Nigel Farage yesterday ruled out a tax on designer shoes and handbags just 48 hours after the idea was floated at his party’s conference.
The Ukip leader slapped down Patrick O’Flynn, the party’s economics spokesman, over a proposal to introduce a “wag tax” of 25 per cent on luxury goods.
“As far as I’m concerned, it’s dead,” Mr Farage told the BBC. “It was a discussion point yesterday, it isn’t going to happen.”
The Mail offers on line readers a more comprehensive eviceration of the unprofessional incompetence of Nigel Farage’s fiefdom:

Farage kills off UKIP’s plans for 25% levy on luxury shoes, handbags and cars after just two days
By MATT CHORLEY, POLITICAL EDITOR FOR MAILONLINE PUBLISHED: 12:11, 28 September 2014 | UPDATED: 16:33, 28 September 2014
Nigel Farage today dramatically dumped a flagship UKIP policy to introduce a ‘Wag Tax’ on designer shoes and handbags.
The UKIP leader tore up the plan, unveiled by his chief economic spokesman on Friday, insisting: ‘It’s dead.’ The idea of a 25 per cent VAT rate for top-end goods had been unveiled in an attempt to woo Labour voters at the Ukip annual party conference in Doncaster. UKIP leader Nigel Farage today moved to kill off his own party’s plans to increase VAT on luxury handbags and shoes Farage says ‘Wag Tax’ was never in the UKIP manifesto
The party’s economic spokesman Patrick O’Flynn had announced that it made ‘no sense’ to levy VAT on everyday goods at the same rate as luxury items unaffordable to all but the very richest. He said there should be an extra 5 per cent tax on £200 shoes, £1,000 handbags and £50,000 cars, amounting to a tax on the items favoured by the Wives and Girlfriends – or WAGS – of premier league footballers. Mr O’Flynn said the party would also look to scrap a loophole which allows foreign visitors from outside the EU to claim back VAT on shopping sprees in London and elsewhere.
‘I have to admit, it’s not been the best start’: As Tory conference is overshadowed by scandal, furious Cameron hits out at ‘senseless’ defections to UKIP ‘I have been a complete fool’, admits Tory minister Brooks Newmark after being forced to quit for sending explicit photos of himself in his Paisley pyjamas We’ll bring in UK-only passport queues say UKIP… as Farage vows to take fight to Labour’s key heartlands But in an interview recorded yesterday and aired this morning, Mr Farage dramatically consigned the idea to the dustbin. He told BBC One’s Andrew Marr show: ‘I am very happy to give the freedom to our spokesmen and spokeswomen to float ideas but I’m pretty certain that while I’m leader that will not be in our manifesto. ‘As far as I am concerned it’s dead. It was a discussion point yesterday. It isn’t going to happen.’ The move will raise further doubts about UKIP as a serious political party, despite claims they are now part of the mainstream. As far as I am concerned it’s dead. It was a discussion point. It isn’t going to happen UKIP leader Nigel Farage on a Wag Tax UKIP chairman Steve Crowther tried to put a positive spin on the debacle, claiming that part of the party’s appeal was that it was ‘shambolic’ and did not attempt to be as slick as its rivals. He told BBC Radio 5 Live’s Pienaar’s Politics: ‘My feeling is we have to clearly make clear that we are capable of having ideas and being able to deal with all of the aspects of government that we might be asked to deal with following the next general election, and we do that. ‘But if sometimes we are a little bit hard-edged or sometimes we stub our toe, I don’t think that’s a problem. ‘It’s part of our brand, frankly, it’s part of what Ukip is.’ He added: ‘I haven’t said being shambolic is something I wish to boast about.’ But he continued: ‘I believe that it is true that Ukip is … liked by its electorate because it is not always as slick and as polished as the other political parties. ‘I think it’s very important. It is the slick polish and nothing ever apparently going wrong, that leads to, frankly, torpedoes hitting you below the waterline.’ The tax – which has been dubbed a ‘wag tax’ – would hit the Ryder Cup golfers’ wives and girlfriends,
or ‘Gwags’, led by Amy Mickelson (second right) yesterday
The tax – which has been dubbed a ‘wag tax’ – would hit the Ryder Cup golfers’ wives and girlfriends, or ‘Gwags’, led by Amy Mickelson (second right) yesterday Mr Farage had promised that the appointment of a series of new spokesman would set the party on course to draw up a sensible manifesto for the 2015 election. In January this year he dismissed the 2010 manifesto as ‘drivel’ and claimed he had not read it, despite having written the foreword. ‘It was a nonsense. We have put that behind us and moved onto a professional footing,’ he said at the time. But he has moved quickly to abandon the idea of a Wag Tax, despite it being seen as an obvious attempt to woo left-leaning Labour voters in the north. Under the plans announced by Mr O’Flynn, the personal income tax allowance would also rise to the level of the full-time minimum wage. This would mean no-one paying income tax until they earn over £13,500 a year. The party would also cut the 40 per cent rate of income tax to 35 per cent for earnings between £42,000 and £55,000. Inheritance tax would also be scrapped altogether. Mr O’Flynn told the conference: ‘I want it to investigate the feasibility of imposing a luxury goods rate of VAT. ‘It makes no sense to me that VAT is levied at the same rate on budget items purchased by the hard-pressed as it is on premium ones that are the preserve of the very well heeled. ‘And it seems to me that a luxury goods rate of 25 per cent could raise substantial extra funds from the wealthiest people. ‘I would suggest such a rate be built around simple thresholds such as £200 for a pair of shoes, £1,000 for a bag or £50,000 for a new car.’
From That Which I KNOW of This Case I Believe It Is Corupt, not least because it pertains to activity years ago & justice this delayed is NOT justice!

Hi,
minded that during the period in question ALL Ukip MEPs accounts were under the direct scrutiny of Nigel Farage’s directly appointed staff and the details known of the dishonesty of sometime Ukip appointee staff member John Ison I am of the informed belief that in reality there is no case to answer for Nikki Sinclaire who has seemingly been set up!
It is also proven public knowledge that senior members of Farage’s leadership team have frequently lied about Nikki Sinclaire and Nigel Farage and Ukip have more than once been found guilty of af abuse of Nikki Sinclaire, whilst one time Ukip deputy leader and MEP Mike Nattrass acted on uncorroborated information supplied by the liar John Ison who worked in collusion with Nigel Farage’s sewer rat Mark Croucher!
That all three members of Nikki Ainclaire’s staff who were arrested originally based on the false premise of acting to money launder for Nikki Sinclaire were released with no case to answer despite their names being made public, yet no public appology was made by the police.
Further the false claim of money laundering accounted for around half of the police allegations.
Further the EU whom the police belatedly claim were defrauded by Sinclaire has made no complaint and seemingly has provided no evidence to support the West Midland’s police claims which it took them 29 months to construct.
It is also a matter of public record that Nikki Sinclaire’s auditted accounts show that she has paid in in cash, of her own money, to do her job and carry out her political campaigning during the period in question in very substantial excess of the sums she is, in my opinion, falsely accused of stealing!
Knowing thwe willingness of Ukip’s leade4rship team to lie to satiate their personal ambitions and personal enrichment and also their proven association with certain police officers that are believed to be corrupt I incline to believe that this entire case is a tissue of lies – that is not to say that she will not be found guilty and even spend time in prison.
Such an outcome would not surprise in our country where democracy is dead viz the fact that only 4% of the electorate have had a say in the possible destruction of these United Kingdoms and in a desperate attempt and without any democratic debate both Labour & Tory leaders have made promises to buy the result of Scotland’s independence vote. without ANY Parliamentary debate or mandate!
We are, as the last Government constantly claimed, living in a post democratic era – clearly one in which the occupying forces of the supra national state have an utterly corrupt police force which has never brought to justice on a murder charge one of its own who has chosen to slaughter a citizen on the street with lethal force in direct contrtavention of British law which prohibits a death penalty for ANY crime.
Further let us remember that irrefutable fact that the police have proved they are prepared to liue to defend their own criminal members and select which crimes they will or will not prosecute viz Rotheram police failure to defend children from industrial level sexual abuse known to them in their capacity as ‘Law Enforcement’ a term the modern police bring shame upon – just as Bailiffs act outside of the law to steal goods, often far in excess of the value of any debt claimed!
I do not believe that the alleged case against Nikki Sinclaire has any more validity than the pack of lies presented regarding Jasna Badzak and that the case is just as corrupt as were the lies and allegations regarding me made by Ukip MEP Gerard Batten and his police puppets – one wonders if Batten also abused his position to make enquiries with Interpol to further his lies regarding me as he did regarding Jasna Badzak!
It would seem a great evil stalks the body politic and its name is Ukip who IF they ever reached any real position of authority could, based upon their track record, be expectedf to abuse that authority and participate in industrial level corruption and obscene levels of abuse and bullying using their dishonestly obtained office for personal gain!
I believe that Nikki Sinclaire is and has consistently been abused by Ukip and is innocent of any charge of deliberate instances of fraud – misrepresented by the police as ‘Money Laundering’ to make the offence seem greater – ‘Money Laundering’ is an offence specifically designed to deal with drug and terrorist processing of cash and also the proceeds of major criminals.
It is clear that the police claims are dressed up to make them seem greater than they actually might have been had they ever occurred and IF they occurred there would seem to be no connection with Nikki Sinclaire but much to do with the original crimes Nikki Sinclaire personally reported to the police long before her arrest! Crimes that would have proved to be embarrassing to Ukip and the Farage leadership team!
Former MEP Nikki Sinclaire appears in court on fraud charges
First published 09:21 Wednesday 17 September 2014 in News by Gema Bate
A FORMER West Midlands MEP will appear before magistrates today (Wednesday, September 17) accused of money laundering offences after an inquiry into her expense claims.
Nikki Sinclaire, who lost her seat in the European Parliament earlier this year, also faces an allegation of committing misconduct in a public office.
Sinclaire was charged in July this year after a long-running inquiry by West Midlands Police and the European Anti-Fraud Office.
Two of the three charges against Sinclaire, brought under the Proceeds of Crime Act, allege that she converted criminal property between October 2009 and December 2010.
Prosecutors further allege that Sinclaire committed misconduct between October 2009 and July 2010 “in that she made or caused to be made” false and dishonest claims for travelling expenses.
Sinclaire lost her seat as an MEP for the West Midlands in last May’s European elections after leaving Ukip and standing for the We Demand a Referendum Now party.
The 45-year-old, who lives in Shirley, near Solihull, has described the allegations as “ludicrous and unfounded”.
In a statement issued in July, Sinclaire said: “I strongly refute these charges and will be firmly defending myself.”
