Nikki Sinclaire Prosecution Raises Many Questions But Few Answers Including when will criminals like John Ison & those who corrupted the law and perverted the course of justice be prosecuted.
~~~~~~~~~~#########~~~~~~~~~~
.
Hi,
it will be noted by those who followed the case that this is a classic case of ‘Justice delayed being Justice denied’.
One is forced to ask on what grounds did the police persecute Nikki Sinclaire, just how staggeringly incompetent or even arguably corrupt was the police investigation when within a couple of days the Jusge saw through the case and officially cautioned the police witness John Ison as it was clear his evidence was incriminating him!
On what basis did Simon Timothy Orme Specialist Lawyer in the CPS Special Crime Division believe there was a case to answer and justify an expenditure of some £1.5Million on the unsubstantiated allegations of one bitter little man’s claims in breech of his contract of employment and openly made in collusion with Nigel Farage, as both his statement and the recordings showed – a claim amounting to a mere £3,200!
&
for
Just what have OLAF, the police and Simon Timothy Orme Specialist Lawyer in the CPS Special Crime Division done towards the prosecution of David Bannermann & Stuart Agnew, both UKip MEPs for having abused their office and utilised public money to pay the salary of Peter Reeve in direct contravention of the EU rules to the tune of many £thousands, as admitted on video and exposed by Daniel Foggo in The Sunday Times?
Just what have OLAF, the police and Simon Timothy Orme Specialist Lawyer in the CPS Special Crime Division done towards the prosecution of Stuart Agnew a UKip MEPs and the then UKip member of the House of Lords Malcolm Pearson for having abused their office and admitting to launder donations and offering to launder further donations in direct contravention of British Electoral Law to the tune of £10s of thousands, as admitted on video and exposed by Daniel Foggo in The Sunday Times?
Just what have OLAF, the police and Simon Timothy Orme Specialist Lawyer in the CPS Special Crime Division done towards the prosecution of Janice Atkinson a UKip MEPs at the time when she was exposed for having abused her office and falsified a claim for expenses having organised a political party meetin during UKip Conference as exposed in the media?
Just what have OLAF, the police and Simon Timothy Orme Specialist Lawyer in the CPS Special Crime Division done towards the prosecution of John Ison for having deliberately misled the police relative to Nikki Sinclaire, and having colluded in criminality with Nigel Farage to pervert the course of justice, whilst openly admitting to having broken the computer data laws and being in breech of the Data Protection Act as officially cautioned in Court by the Judge and widely reported in the media?
Just what have OLAF, the police and Simon Timothy Orme Specialist Lawyer in the CPS Special Crime Division done towards the prosecution of Derek Clarke a UKip MEPs and at the time a UKip member for having abused his office and having misappropriated public funds to the tune of £10s of thousands, as admitted by his having repaid between £30 & £100K when caught?
Just what have OLAF, the police and Simon Timothy Orme Specialist Lawyer in the CPS Special Crime Division done towards the prosecution of Nigel Farage for having colluded with John Ison relative to Nikki Sinclaire, and having colluded in criminality with John Ison to pervert the course of justice, by vicerious participation in breech of The Data Protection Act and Misuse of Computers Act, as reported in open Court and confirmed by tape recorded evidence in Court as widely reported in the media?
One has to wonder when you consider these matters just how corrupt the process is and whether OLAF, the police and Simon Timothy Orme Specialist Lawyer in the CPS Special Crime Division are acting corruptly in collusion with selected members of UKip – One is forced to draw the conclussion that the case against Nikki Sinclaire was not, as she puts it, just a ‘vanity case’ but a deliberate and mallicious act against her for and on behalf of interests in UKip and/or elsewhere in the body politic.
Similarly minded that the police and Simon Timothy Orme Specialist Lawyer in the CPS Special Crime Division were involved in the persecution of Jasna Badzak in the most suspect of cases whether anyone could pretend her trial was other than mallicious and thus totally failed to display the tennet that ‘Justice must be seen to be done’ – particularly in the light of the subsequent rulings against Gerard batten!
One could continue with questions such as on what grounds has Annabelle Fuller under her original name or subsequent aliases not been prosecuted for her crimes. How is Jane Collins sheltering behind ‘Parliamentary Privilege’ for her undeniably libelous comments made at the UKip Conference to a large audience libeling various Labour MPs relative to grooming and child abuse.
There are so many cases that one is forced to the conclusion that this is not a matter of coincidents but does seem to be overt corruption!
Former MEP brands failed criminal prosecution a ‘vanity case’
Written by Martin Banks on 28 July 2016 in News
Former UK Independence Party MEP Nikki Sinclaire says that a failed criminal prosecution against her cost €1.78m – over an expenses claim of just €3800.
Former MEP Nikki Sinclaire | Photo credit: European Parliament audiovisual
She has branded the police investigation against her “a vanity case” after being found not guilty of fiddling €3800 in European parliamentary expenses claims and laundering the cash.
Sinclaire, who represented the West Midlands region until 2014, had denied deliberately submitting 10 dishonest claims for travel.
The 47-year-old said that instead some expenses had been “deliberately corrupted” by her former office assistant.
After being cleared, she criticised police handling of the inquiry, saying the 10 incorrect claims upon which the prosecution case rested were now seven years old, dating to October 2009.
Sinclaire said: “In times of police cutbacks I find it incredible that on the say-so of one embittered man, West Midlands police spent, I believe, in the region of €1.78m chasing a vanity case of €3800.”
The former MEP added: “I was arrested more than four years ago, and that event had blighted my political career and, more importantly, my life.
“I now welcome the opportunity to move forward.”
A West Midlands police spokesperson said: “This long, complex inquiry has been investigated in a diligent and professional manner. It resulted in extensive evidence being presented to the Crown Prosecution Service which they accepted as significant enough to charge Nikki Sinclaire.
“Our criminal justice system quite rightly demands a very high standard of proof and we acknowledge the verdict from the jury.”
The force defended its handling of a “diligent and professional” investigation, but declined to say how much the inquiry cost.
Birmingham Crown Court had heard there had been an atmosphere of “hostility” between Sinclaire and outgoing Ukip leader, Nigel Farage, and that her former aide had passed information about her to the party.
Jurors spent just three and a half hours in deliberations before clearing Sinclaire of both charges.
She had always admitted the claims on which the crown’s case rested were in “error”, but told jurors she “paid no attention” to travel expenses as it was her office staff’s job.
She told the jury: “I was negligent – I am embarrassed about it.” However, she denied any deliberate wrongdoing.
Sinclaire said the expenses were either mistakes by staff, or in at least one claim were “deliberately corrupted” by her former aide.
Jurors also heard of several examples where she could have made genuine claims, including parliamentary trips to Cyprus and Cuba, and staff costs, which were never submitted, and effectively left her out of pocket.
Sinclaire alleged that compiling expenses claims was dealt with by her Birmingham office staff, while she just copied information supplied by her assistants on to the forms before signing them off.
The jury had also heard about a background of Ukip infighting and how Sinclaire lost the party whip as a result of internal disagreements in January 2010.
She said that her subsequent arrest by West Midlands police blocked her from re-joining Ukip. She then failed to get re-elected in 2014.
A former Ukip MEP has been found guilty of fraudulently claiming almost £500,000 in European Parliament expenses.
A jury at London’s Southwark Crown Court took an hour and 42 minutes to find Ashley Mote, 79, guilty of 12 fraud-related offences and of using the gains to fund his court battles in the UK.
Mote, of Binsted, Hampshire, was found guilty of four counts of obtaining a money transfer by deception, three of false accounting, two of fraud, and one each of acquiring criminal property, concealing criminal property and theft.
Ashley Mote was guilty of committing a string of fraud-related offences and using the gains to fund his court battles in the UK
The offences took place between November 2004 and July 2010.
Releasing Mote on conditional bail, Mr Justice Stuart Smith said: “He must appreciate that there is a very strong likelihood that a custodial sentence will follow.”
The judge said he was not concerned about the “relatively short time” it took the jury to reach its decisions.
He said: “I have watched you over the four weeks (of the trial) and you have been giving this close attention.”
A date for sentencing has yet to be set.
The prosecution claimed that Mote submitted numerous false claims for parliamentary assistance allowance for payment for work that organisations had carried out on his behalf.
The prosecution also claimed that he dishonestly obtained approximately 355,000 euros and £184,000 of allowances to which he was not entitled.
Between 2004, when he was elected MEP, and 2009, Mote claimed a total of £750,000 in parliamentary assistance allowance – taking into account his legitimate claims and any alleged fraudulent activity.
Mote was elected as a Ukip MEP for south east England in 2004, but shortly before he took up his seat he was thrown out of Nigel Farage’s party because he was being prosecuted by the Department for Work and Pensions for benefit fraud.
He sat as an independent MEP until 2009, when he decided not to stand for re-election.
The case would seem to have hinged on the fact that under some circumstances MEPs may utilise tax payers’ money to defend or prosecute cases related to offences commited whilst in office.
Ashley Mote was prosecuted and found guilty of benefit fraud commited prior to his election to office.
I believe Ashley mote acted on the presumption that either no case would have been called had he not been elected as a Ukip MEP, or that he was entitled to the legal defence because he was an MEP. In the belief that he would win he may have considered it only as a loan undrawn down as the Crown would be liable for costs.
There is I understand precedent for this as I gather Gerard Batten used Tax payers’ money to fund legal matters.
Having been removed from Ukip Ashley Mote was denied access to advice on the matter from the party and would seem to have dug himself an ever deeper hole with his costly appeals and lengthy Court cases. There is no doubt he is guilty of these new offences it would seem though there is a ‘rationalle’ for claiming his earlier prosecution was brought about by his political stance and position.
The claims against Nikki Sinclaire would seem to be entirely different and are seemingly without sound foundation as they would apppear to have been triggered by the self serving ambitions of John Ison and contrived evidence and claims. Were there any validity to the claims it is clear that Nikki Sinclaire was in no way the guilty party as all the claims against her were firstly technical misunderstandings and secondly during the period when, to avoid any such errors, every Ukip MEP surrendered control of their accounts, expenses and salary claims to Nigel Farage’s appointed accountant – thus Nigel Farage is directly responsible for any such errors as claimed!
There is absolutely no claim made against Nikki Sinclaire brought by the Police or CPS subsequent to her having left Ukip and it is an auditted fact that she paid from her own personal income and savings into her campaigning against EU membership and other constituency duties at least 4 or 5 times the amount she is claimed to have falsely drawn whilst Ukip controlled her accounts.
The Ashley Mote case has more in common with that of Tom Wise, who was sentenced to 2 years in prison, though he only served a few months! Tom Wise had embezzelled money from the EU, aided by the signatures of Lindsay Jenkins as you will recal from the facts provided on this blog at the time. Interestimngly at no time was Tom Wise either suspended from or thrown out of Ukip and was allowed to serve his full term as an MEP a Ukip member.
Tom Wise was vigerously defended and his criminal activity was strenuously denied by Ukip senior officials, dishonest individuals such as Douglas Denny, Mick McGough, Mike Nattrass, Mark Croucher, Anthony Butcher and many naiive members, also the duplicitous Roger Helmer who you may well recal was also featured in the video sting carried out by TNOTW!
The dishonest claiming of expenses and false accounting of Ukip senior officials is clearly endemic starting at the top with the then leader Jeffrey Tittford having been ordered to repay EU money he had falsely claimed and used, followed by Nigel Farage in similar circumstances not to mention setting up off shore accounts to benefit from tax breaks with an Isle of Man account to which he deposited 100s of £1,000, or the misappropriation of 10s of £1,000s of pounds by Derek Clark who though he was never prosecuted, unlike Tom Wise, he was ordered to repay to the EU.
Then of course the leader Malcolm Lord Pearson besides being exposed as an unashamed anti Islamic racist was shown on film by The Sunday Times as having colluded with Nigel Farage to lainder money from donors via his company Global Britain at the same time that he was colluding with Stuart Agnew in seeking to obfuscate donations! Stuart Agnew also made it clear that he and David Bannerman were fiddling their expenses to pay the salaries of inappropriate staff!
There is also the matter of Ukip’s abject failure to responsibly, honestly or transparently present accounts for the Ashford scam, described by Nigel Farage as the most profitable organisation Ukip had ever had to make money! There was also the matter of laundering credit card payments through Graham Booth’s motel in Torquay and let us not forget that when OLAF investigated Graham Booth they ordered repayment of other funds claimed and failed to exhonourate Mike Nattrass subsequent to their investigation of his activities. Though Derek Clark was found guilty by OLAF and we understand his file was passed to the British Police who it seems took no action, as with Stuart Agnew, Malcolm Pearson, David Bannerman and no doubt others!
One wonders why, with so much sound evidence, the police have taken no action against these individuals yet have seemingly trumped up a case against Nikki Sinclaire based upon the most febrile of claims, which are easily dismissed and over such a small amount of money, when 100s of £1,000s of claims against Ukip have been ignored!
Then of course there is Ukip’s blatant dishonesty and disregard for British Courts and the undeniable fact that they are indebted to me for some £13,500 and interest over some half a dozen years which they have failed to pay, and the fact that Nigel Farage’s grubby little sewer rat Mark Croucher flagrantly ignores his debts as ordered by the Courts.
Some may remember the dubious funding of Mark Croucher’s two pubs, which he claimed were funded by Ukip/Nigel Farage as ‘hush money’ – naturally with Mark Croucher running them both failed, though he tried to blame everything but his own incompetence and lack of ability!
I understand Ukip finances are currently under legal scrutiny, particularly as to the recent General Election and it is a well publicised fact that Ukip are currently on the verge of bankruptcy and as yet it is unclear whether they paid their due election debts on the 05-Jul-2015 as legally required!
Then of course worthy of note is that Nigel Farage has been questioned regarding the allegations made by Annabelle Fuller when she stole Andrew Bridgen’s Blackberry, House of Commons Pass & confidential correspondence the file related to her criminality has been passed to the CPS and it is a matter of speculation to what extent Nigel Farage is implicated by his phone calls with her when she was involved in the crime!
Also we are still awaiting an outcome of the investigation of Janice Atkinson’s fraud whilst working for Farage when she claimed money for an event organised for Nigel Farage’s EFDD.
etc. etc. etc.
Clearly there is much more for Ukip and its staff to answer to, but let us leave it there for the moment rather than deal with other areas of criminality within their ranks!
A former Ukip MEP who cheated almost £500,000 in European Parliament expenses has been jailed for five years.
Ashley Mote, 79, submitted bogus claims for his parliamentary allowance, which was supposed to be for work that organisations had carried out on his behalf.
He used the money to fund his court battles in the UK after he was prosecuted for a previous benefits fraud.
The politician dishonestly obtained approximately 355,000 euro and £184,000 of allowances to which he was not entitled.
Mote, of Binsted, Hampshire, was sentenced to a total of five years imprisonment at Southwark Crown Court today.
Mr Justice Stuart Smith said Mote had “lied, protested, lied and lied again” during his trial.
“Your greed and dishonesty were matched only by your hypocrisy because while this was going on you carried out a high profile campaign condemning corruption and the improper use of public money in the very institution from which you were leeching it.”
He continued: “You knew perfectly well what the rules were for the claiming of expenses and you also knew perfectly well that what you were doing had nothing to do with funding whistleblowers and everything to do with funding your bridging loan, your mortgage, your legal expenses that were unrelated to your role as an MEP.
“You abused your position of trust as an elected representative and you abused the trust that the European Parliament placed in you, consistently making false statements in the knowledge that the institutions trusted their MEPs to be reliable and honest.
Ashley Mote at an earlier court appearance in April (Julian Simmonds/The Telegraph)
“Along the way you deceived people who shared your declared political ideals and even considered you to be something of a political hero.
“You are, as was said by the trial judge when you were convicted of substantial benefits fraud in 2007, a thoroughly dishonest man.
“The consistency of your dishonesty is breathtaking.”
Mr Justice Smith said: “As you came to towards the end of your time as an MEP you decided to milk what you saw as your cash cow to the limit.”
Mote was convicted at trial of four counts of obtaining a money transfer by deception, three of false accounting, two of fraud, and one each of acquiring criminal property, concealing criminal property and theft. The offences took place between November 2004 and July 2010.
Mote was allowed to sit in the back of court because of hearing problems.
The media play catch-up as they realise Ukip Fraudsters Don’t Change Their Spots, much to To Nigel Farage’s financial Gain!
Hi,
it looks like the dead tree legacy media are trying to catch-up with the internet, weeks late!
The fact that Janice Atkinson was still silling with Ukip as a member of the EFDD pan EU political group Nigel Farage controls, in complete disregard, on both their parts, for the fact that she was ostensibly claimed to have been expelled from Ukip for her widely published fraudulent claim for expenses she did not expend!
Why am I not surprised? Well just possibly because I published this fact as a probable outcome when she was first supposedly expelled and advised readers of within days many weeks ago. I also published why and the details of how Nigel Farage profitted from this cosy arrangement.
Just as this blog clearly stated the outcome 0of the General Election, within about 2 seats accuracy for each party way back in November, whilst the legacy media was still acting with astonishment as the results came in on 08-May-2015!
Just as I am now predicting that if Nigel Farage and his Ukip cult have any major role in the upcomming EU Referendum in 2017 it will be lost by the EUroSceptics.
Ukip MEP Janice Atkinson still sitting with party in Brussels despite being expelled for fraud
Exclusive: The news prompts claims she has been kept on to maintain the party’s access to EU funds
A disgraced Ukip MEP who was expelled amid allegations of expenses fraud is still sitting with the anti-EU party in Brussels, prompting claims she has been “secretly” kept on to maintain its access to EU funds.
Janice Atkinson MEP was thrown out of Ukip in March and is facing a police investigation for fraud, but she is still sitting with the party in the European Parliament, allowing it to claim higher levels of financial support and staffing.
Ukip leader Nigel Farage said that the allegations that led to the expulsion of Janice Atkinson MEP “couldn’t look worse” after her chief of staff Christine Hewitt was recorded appearing to ask a restaurant to provide her with a receipt for £3,150 for a lunch attended by senior Ukip figures, which had in fact only cost £950.
At the time Ukip said it had removed the whip from Ms Atkinson, however officials at the European Parliament have told The Independent that the party has not moved to formally expel her in Brussels.
Officials at the European Parliament say Ms Atkinson remains a full member of the Ukip-backed Europe of Freedom and Direct Democracy (EFDD) political group, while a fellow Ukip MEP recently described her as having a “good standing” despite her “so-called expulsion”.
Her continued membership of the right-wing political grouping allows Ukip to claim higher levels of funding and staffing allowances from the EU Parliament.
Ms Atkinson was one of the most high-profile women in Ukip and had been set to run for the Folkestone and Hythe seat in the General Election, but is now under investigation by Kent Police for the alleged fraud, which occurred at Ukip’s spring conference in Margate. It is not known whether she knew of authorised her staff member’s apparent actions. She is expected to be question by police within the next two weeks.
In March Ukip had said that Ms Atkinson had just 14 days to appeal her expulsion. The delay has prompted Richard Corbett MEP to accuse the party of “secretly” keeping Ms Atkinson it its grouping to boost its funding.
Labour’s Anneliese Dodds MEP, told the Independent: “Ukip don’t seem to be willing to cut ties with Janice Atkinson, despite the fact that she is under investigation for allegedly defrauding the taxpayer. This is in line with Ukip’s general disregard for public money”.
In response, Ukip’s John Stewart Agnew MEP, said: “Ms Atkinson’s so-called expulsion is subject to an appeal. That appeal has not yet been heard and resolved one way or the other. She is still in good standing with the group [EFDD].”
A Ukip source said that it was “hardly a surprise” that Ms Atkinson was still voting with Ukip. They said: “What would you expect? A Damascene conversion to radical green federalism?”
A Ukip spokesman said Ms Atkinson “still has the right to appeal” her party expulsion, and maintained she was suspended from the EFDD Group pending a “conclusive outcome of a disciplinary hearing”.
Ukip Supporter – Gerard Batten’s long term Associate Vladimir Bukovsky on child Porn Charges + a bit of a
~~~~~~~~~~#########~~~~~~~~~~
.
Hi,
interesting to note that Gerard Batten’s long term associate Vladimir Bukovsky has been charged and will appear in Court a week tomorrow, for downloading child pornography.The more attentive of you will remember that Bukovsky became closely associated with Ukip in his campaigning against TV Licenses in Britain and even attended The EU pretend Parliament as a guest of Ukip through his close association with Gerard Batten, you may also remember that Gerard Batten followed Bukovsky’s advice and witheld payment of his license, which led to a Court appearance.
You will note the corrupt and dishonest fraud in Ukip who fronted the campaign to not pay your license David Lott was also a liar in other areas seemingly seeking his own interests encouraging others to withold their payment for licensing yet not, it seems, ever facing the courts for his own actions.
However you will note Gerard Batten somewhat lacked either the courage of his convictions or the ethics or possibly did not trust his chum Bukovsky as it was not Gerard Batten who faced proceedings but his Filipino wife!
Bukovsky’s association with Gerard Batten and Ukip has been over a number of years & Batten even called on his dubious friend to provide a character witness against Jasna Badzak to help Batten gain some credibility in his underhand and devious claims against her. Some character witness!
I will add to this posting Bukovsky’s concoction when it comes to hand, it is amongst the many 100s of documents I hold regarding Ukip!
I gather Bukovsky is not the only prominent Ukip representative facing Court proceedings as I gather Nigel Farage is facing a High Court writ for libel and trying to pass it off as a private matter! A strange fantasy when you consider it was a libel made on TV about an elected individual!
The muddles in Ukip are astonishing at the moment providing their own ‘Rivers’ of blood be they related to child pornography, allegations of rape of a 14 year old (Name witheld due to age!).
claims Janice Atkinson has been suspended for her fraudulent behaviour when it is patently a lie and she is still listed as a Ukip member claimed by management to be in good order!
I note also that Ukip claim they have completely lost all paperwork pertaining to the kangaroo court held as an inquiry into Ms Bolter and allegations she had an intimate relationship with Roger Bird, which was an allegation believed to have been fielded with false documents and fabrication to protect David Soutter who we are ‘closely’ informed DID have such a relationship, it is understood the fabricated evidence, now seemingly ‘lost, was put in place as David Soutter is/was? a married man!
I note Victoria Ayling, Ukip’s candidate in Grimsby, was found to be trailing Labour by 17 points in a Survation poll commissioned by Ukip, just as the same pollsters found Nigel Farage to be trailing by a country mile in Thanet!
We see the embarrassing spectacle of Richard Desmond trying to protect some dignity after squandering £1,300,000 and having made a mockery of the so called journalistic ‘profession’, by giving coverage to Victoria Aylings efforts to rebut claims she has lied to gain election. Yet which lie it is hard to identify from the Express’ shoddy coverage!
I also gather that when Gerard Batten was working for a living, first as a bookbinder and then as a shop assistant for BT he used to be called George – I wonder was that his name then and he has sought to pass himself off as distanced from his uneducated and unqualified background with no qualifications by assuming a new name rather later in life when he sought a place on the gravy train with his immigrant wife & much noted superstition based racism!
& so it goes on and on and on!
Russian dissident Vladimir Bukovsky to be charged over child abuse images
CPS draws up charges against Bukovsky, 72, who moved to Britain in 1976 after exposing Soviet misuse of psychiatry against political prisoners

The veteran Russian dissident Vladimir Bukovsky is to be prosecuted for making and possessing indecent images of children.
The Crown Prosecution Service has drawn up charges against Bukovsky, 72, involving five counts of making indecent images of children, five of possessing of indecent images of children and one of possession of a prohibited image.
Bukovsky, who moved to Britain in 1976 after exposing Soviet misuse of psychiatry against political prisoners, lives in Cambridge.
Jenny Hopkins, chief crown prosecutor for the CPS in the east of England, said: “Following an investigation by Cambridgeshire police, we have concluded that there is sufficient evidence and it is in the public interest to prosecute Vladimir Bukovsky in relation to the alleged making and possessing of indecent images of children.
“It is alleged that, collectively, the images meet the definition of categories A, B and C, as defined by Sentencing Council guidelines. The decision to prosecute was taken in accordance with the code for crown prosecutors.”
Bukovsky has been summoned to appear at Cambridge magistrates court on 5 May 2015 to answer charges under the Protection of Children Act 1978, the Criminal Justice Act 1988, and the Coroners and Justice Act 2009. The offences are said to have occurred on or before 28 October 2014.
Hopkins added: “May I remind all concerned that Mr Bukovsky has a right to a fair trial. It is extremely important that there should be no reporting, commentary or sharing of information online which could in any way prejudice these proceedings.”
I hold no brief for child pornography, in fact no brief for pornography or sexual abuse of any kind which tends to my repudiation of much of the entertainment industry exploiting the baser instincts of some in public media _ I thus rarely waste my life watching entertainment on TV, which is all too often thinly veiled pornography.
That said I do wonder why the rush to prosecute Vladimir Bukovsky whilst known sexual abusers of children like the revolting excrecence Jimmy Saville, Lord Jenner and the like were never prosecuted for actual sexual abuse of the most vile form!
Ukip In Further Turmoil incl. Janice Atkinson’s Fraud which is just another measure of the unprofessional behaviour of the Nigel Farage cult.

Hi,
by no means is Janice Atkinson the only unprofessional crook amongst their MEPs and racism, dishonesty, corruption and boorish behaviour of the Nigel Farage cult is all too clearly documented.
Ukip suspends Janice Atkinson the party’s candidate for Folkestone and Hythe
19 March 2015
by Gareth Arnold
Ukip has suspended Janice Atkinson following allegations of a “serious financial nature.”
Nigel Farage has told KentOnline the allegations relate to an incident at the Ukip Spring Conference in Margate earlier this year.
He said: “There is quite a serious allegation that a receipt that was submitted was not all it should have been.
Janice Atkinson has been suspended
“We treat these things very seriously so we have acted quickly – some may say harshly – so we will have to wait and see.
“I’ve had so many difficulties over the years with people but one thing I’ve learnt is no party has a monopoly on people who do things wrong – not that I’m pre-judging this case.
“We treat these things very seriously so we have acted quickly – some may harshly – so we will have to wait and see” – Nigel Farage
“It’s as much about how you deal with it and we have shown we deal with this kind of thing very quickly.”
Mrs Atkinson has had the party whip removed while investigations continue.
A Ukip party spokesman said the party was “incredibly disappointed with Ms Atkinson, who appears to have exercised extremely poor judgment”.
He added: “The party has acted swiftly and immediately and, just as we showed when we suspended another MEP for financial irregularities, we always maintain a zero-tolerance attitude towards acts of this nature.”
Ukip leader Nigel Farage
Stig Abell, managing editor of The Sun, tweeted that the suspension followed an investigation by the newspaper.
The Sun reported tonight that it had secretly filmed a member of her staff plotting to make a ‘substantial bogus expenses claim.’
KentOnline’s political editor Paul Francis understands it relates to a lunch the MEP hosted at a Margate pub during the spring conference.
Atkinson has courted controversy in the past, most recently when she referred to a Thai constituent as “a ting tong from somewhere.”
Vince and Fa Munday, Picture: BBC South East
The offensive comments about Fa Munday, a mobile food seller from Ramsgate, were picked up by a BBC South East microphone.
Mrs Munday’s husband Vince, who had been a Ukip member, described the insult as ‘outrageous, rude and offensive.’
In December it was reported that she owed her ex-husband more than £2,000 in child support.
Guido hears that suspended MEP Janice Atkinson was told by UKIP’s legal team this morning that there was nothing they could do for her and that she had better get criminal representation very quickly. Apparently Section 6 of the 2006 Fraud Act was the topic of breakfast discussion this morning…
With thanks to Peter for the picture – Should I put it up 3 times Janice <|;-o))
Lets not forget that a Group event, such as a women’s freebe meal has to be pre-approved to make it claimable against EU expenses, and with Kirsten Farage involved even Janice Atkinson is not so stupid as to have her staff ‘boost’ the receipt value from around £50 per head to £150 per head without approval/clearance! This does sound terribly like this was normal practice for Ukip, but having been caught on film by The Sun, Ukip are left with little option but to denounce Janice Atkinson as the sacrificial goat!
If this were just an isolated case of Ukip corruption and turmoil one might be justified in moving on and considering it an aberration but fraud in one form or another is endemic within Farage’s cult.
However with revolt over the odious ex Tory, ex <|;-o) ?
Victoria Ayling – with members refusing to campaign for her.
A Ukip candidate quitting as a result of the sordid David Coburn’s recent racist comments and vile behaviour in Scotland:
Scots-based UKIP election candidate quits amid claims of sectarianism
A prominent Scots-based UKIP candidate has quit the party claiming it is riddled with religious bigotry and racism north of the border.
Jonathan Stanley, who has contested elections in his home city of Edinburgh, said: “This sectarian and racist filth in Scotland needs cleaning up. It is a great threat to the Eurosceptic cause and civil society.”
The surgeon had been UKIP’s Westminster candidate for Westmorland and Lonsdale in Cumbria.
His decision comes after a tumultuous week for the party in Scotland with it sole elected representative, MEP David Coburn, under fire for comparing a Scottish Government minister with convicted terrorist Abu Hamza.
Following allegations he also deliberately mispronounced another Asian SNP member’s name he was branded an “ignorant racist” by Glasgow Labour MSP Patricia Ferguson and even condemned by UKIP’s first MP Douglas Carswell.
He added: “I have given my full resignation to the party because of the issues happening in Scotland. If I can’t represent the party I need to leave it. I am standing back from this now. Let other candidates get on with it.
“I would have been representing the UK in the UK Parliament. That needs to be for a party that tackles sectarianism and racism across the UK.
“The people deserve a candidate who is either an independent of committed to the party. It is more honest if I resign.”
Colin Rudd, UKIP agent on Cumbria, said the move was a “bit of a disappointment” less than two month before the election. He admitted it was a blow a month and a half before the May 7 election.
Mr Stanley also cited issues with UKIP’s MEPs in the north of England and the party’s handling of health issues.
He added: “The people of the seat deserve a candidate who either starts as an independent or is committed to a party; it is more honest to resign.”

Ukip has peaked, but no one wants to admit it – Nigel Farage now resembles every other politician
Suzanne MooreThe Ukip leader has traded on his outsider status, but the nearer we get to the election the more he is playing the game he said he wouldn’t play Nigel Farage If Nigel Farage loses in Thanet, it is all over. Wednesday 18 March 2015 20.00 GMT Last modified on Thursday 19 March 2015 00.05 GMT I am not sure that giving up alcohol works for everyone. Sure, some people feel a lot better, find it easier to get up in the morning and point out that their skin is glowing. But look at Nigel Farage. What did a dry January do for him? Now often pictured without the obligatory pint and fag in hand, he has become a somewhat diminished presence in the media. Lacking his naughty props, he looks like every other politician, only with a strangely retro wardrobe.
Looking like every other politician is the worst thing that can happen for Farage, who trades on his “difference” and his “telling it like it is” outsider status. Yet the nearer we get to this listless election, the more he is playing the game that he said he wouldn’t play. To speak of him and his party as insurgents is like calling Prince Harry a republican. Ukip peaked a while back, though the pretence that it hasn’t lingers. Farage has knocked back rumours of ill health by saying that, as he has survived cancer, a car accident and a plane crash, his health might indeed not always be 100%. Even his enemies must concede his physical courage and stamina.
But something else is going on that feels rather desperate. His book, The Purple Revolution, has been shunted out, and, amazingly, is nothing to do with Prince. It is being serialised in the Telegraph, a newspaper that is read largely by elderly Tories who may be to the right of the party and tempted by Ukip, but are not in the seats that Ukip needs to win.
When the book came out, invites to the launch do said: “All conversations are to be considered off the record.” This is exactly the strange kind of political control-freakery that Farage has always rallied against. He has gone on about free speech and being straightforward. Yet now he has entered the world of journalists favoured with briefings, the cliques, and the nooks and crannies of the Westminster elite that are responsible for so much of the political disengagement that he is said to champion. Advertisement
Much of his appeal has been based on his presentation as an outsider, despite his public school and City trader background. This manifested itself in gaffes, contradictions and regurgitated rants about political correctness gone mad. And smoking. His supporters lap this up, but the nearer he gets to power, the slicker he gets.
What worked a year ago does not quite work now. His trip to America just before he addressed his troops at Ukip’s spring conference in Margate could have been him sussing out some new career opportunities, for it is in no way guaranteed that he will a get a seat. If Farage does not win South Thanet, and that’s a real possibility, then Ukip as we know it is finished. He will stand down as party leader. A politician such as Douglas Carswell will take over, a man who has interesting ideas on democracy but just doesn’t cut it in the populist stakes.
There has been a complete disjuncture between the huge focus on Farage and the number of seats Ukip will end up with – three, possibly four: Clacton; Boston and Skegness; Thurrock and maybe South Thanet. It would have to do very well to win any others, such as Great Grimsby, Great Yarmouth and Rochester and Strood. This may seem unfair if the party’s share of the vote hovers around 14%, but even that is down from a year ago. Ukip’s supporters may feel aggrieved that we don’t have proportional representation, but that’s one thing they can’t blame on immigration.
Once in power, its MPs will ally with the Tories. Nothing it has promised its constituents, from banning immigrants’ children from state schools to an exit from Europe, is likely to happen. A handful of its MPs will not stop globalisation.
What Ukip has done is push the Tories to the right and given a voice to many disaffected voters, but a political force grounded in disenfranchised resentment can only fizzle out when faced with the realities of governance. Business leaders don’t want to leave Europe. Blaming immigration for every ill cannot produce workable policies. The real issues of the day – housing, low wages, widening inequality – are not answered in any way by Ukip’s overtly weird and racist “senior moment” attitude.
Where Ukip has won, though, is with the media, because it is now considered one of the four main parties. Farage is a creature of an age when personality trumps policy. This is why, if he loses in Thanet, it is all over. His message in the constituency that “only Ukip can win” has seen the Tories pouring more resources into their campaign as part of a decapitation strategy.
Farage may get a second wind, but watching him now, I sense him moving towards the exit. I grant that this may be wishful thinking, but something makes me believe he is looking at a future elsewhere. We may well end up with a coalition between the party of entitlement and the party of disgruntlement that leaves Farage lurking around, no longer calling the shots. Perhaps then he can claim for the first time to be genuinely “outside”.
You may also wish to consider the new book Nigel Farage had commissioned about himself in a desperate bid to garner a few extra votes for himself and his cult, but though the previous books he commissioned from Mark Daniels (now sadly dead) were met with humour in the style of Mark’s writing the eviceration of his latest offering is withering CLICK HERE
Little wonder, I guess, that the general assumption of the informed is that Farage is more likely to receive a hammering from many sources in the next 50 days and it is unlikely that his cult will get any seats or at best a relatively insignificant 3 or 4 with both Farage himself and Mark Reckless being the deciding factor that MIGHT take them over Douglas Carswell + one fluke to a meagre 4 that would have no influence or position in Government and may well find itself leaderless!
This all comes at a time where clearly the party is under not just the expected attack of rivals but collapse from within brought about by poor selection, incompetent leadership, lack of any understanding of how to get out of the EU, no responsible ethical EU eXit and survival strategy and when principle backers like Paul (the Yorkshire Dwarf) Sykes have gone abscent and apart from a bizarre piece of self publicity and a promise of a mere £100K on TV, Stuart Wheeler would seem to be on the verge, or is it in the middle of, substantial financial losses on his shares in his old spread betting company which once earned him £90M on its sale, which seemingly is in not just some financial troubles but also seemingly has fallen foul of the regulatory bodies having bet on the Swiss currency staying pegged to the EUro!

Hi,
This is by no means the first time this odious oaf has made a fool of himself, displaying his ignorance, ill manners and vile personality dragging Ukip’s already much befouled reputation into the gutter with him – many will remember his vile and boorish behaviour on TV on the night of Scotland’s referendum to destroy these United Kingdoms and plunge its people into abject misery based upon the greed of a few at the top and the bitter failure of an already large Scottish social underbelly already failing and of course their one viable potential source of income other than subsidies, that being a volatile oil price!
Clearly David Coburn is not the only such odious an individual amongst Ukip’s leadership team and their staff
nor is David Coburn the only member of Ukip’s leadership with an extremist racist track record
Nigel Farage’s own indifference to the needs and feelings of those of Asian and African ethnic origins being hidden in cowardly and devious terms as ‘colour blindness’ as he parades anyone of non Caucasian origin at every opportunity to mask Ukip’s overt racism!
They are NOT alone in providing excellent reasons NOT to spoil your ballot paper by befouling it with an ‘X’ against a Ukip candidate in May!

Scotland’s UKIP leader is today facing calls to resign after he compared the country’s only Muslim minister to the convicted terrorist Abu Hamza.
In conversation with the Scottish Daily Mail, David Coburn, who was elected as an MEP last year, referred to ‘Humza Yousaf, or as I call him, Abu Hamza’.
Mr Yousaf, the SNP’s Minister for Europe and International Development, said the ‘Islamophobic’ comment was one of the worst insults he had ever received.

He has written to party leader Nigel Farage to call for Mr Coburn to be expelled and is also planning to complain to the EU Ombudsman and European Parliament president Martin Schulz.
The row comes in the same week that Mr Farage was embroiled in a racism row, after he suggested most of Britain’s race relations laws should be scrapped.
First Minister Nicola Sturgeon said comparing her colleague to a ‘convicted terrorist’ was ‘reprehensible’ and said Mr Coburn should ‘face consequences for that’ and be kicked out of UKIP.
Last night, Mr Coburn – who is also standing to be the MP for Falkirk in May’s General Election – offered his ‘sincerest apologies’ for his comment. Ironically, earlier this year he sparked controversy by branding the SNP a ‘racist party’.
Hook-handed Abu Hamza was earlier this year handed a life sentence by a New York judge for supporting terrorism.

The hate cleric was convicted last May of multiple charges, including hostage-taking and plotting to set up a terrorism training camp in America.
His trial followed his extradition from the UK to the US in 2012 at the end of an eight-year legal battle.
Mr Coburn’s comment was made during a telephone conversation, in which he spoke about his appearance on BBC Two show The Big Immigration Debate on Tuesday.
He claimed that Mr Yousaf was supposed to be on the show, and said: ‘Humza Yousaf, or as I call him, Abu Hamza, didn’t seem to turn up.’
Challenged by the Mail during the conversation, Mr Coburn said the remark was intended to be private.
However, there had been no prior agreement that the discussion was off-the-record. Glasgow-born Mr Yousaf was yesterday alerted to the comment by the Mail, and replied: ‘I am utterly appalled, disgusted and hurt by the comments allegedly made by David Coburn MEP.
‘This is Islamophobia of the worst kind. If this was shouted at a Muslim on the street none of us would tolerate it, the fact this abuse has come from an elected member of the European Parliament is completely unacceptable.
‘Nigel Farage has been plagued by accusations of leading a racist party and this outburst from David Coburn MEP shows that UKIP are not just a party with a few rotten apples but rotten to the core.
‘If Nigel Farage is serious about UKIP being a party that will not tolerate xenophobia in any form then I expect David Coburn to be expelled from UKIP immediately and have written to Nigel Farage in that vein.’
He added: ‘David Coburn has been exposed making Islamophobic remarks and should do the honourable thing and resign.’

His letter to Mr Farage states: ‘UKIP has been plagued by a number of incidents where senior party members have made xenophobic, racist or Islamophobic remarks.
‘I am sure you will wish to distance UKIP from such attitudes and I note you have taken disciplinary action against those found to make such prejudiced remarks in the past.
‘I therefore call on you to immediately suspend David Coburn while you investigate this matter and if he is indeed found to guilty of making these remarks then I expect he will be expelled from UKIP.’
First Minister Miss Sturgeon said: ‘There seems to be no depths below which Mr Coburn will not sink. Nigel Farage should remove him from his party.’
A UKIP spokesman said: ‘Mr Coburn’s comments were made in the spirit of jest and he thought it off the record but they were in very bad taste. He has obviously caused offence and he is very sorry to have done so.
‘He has written to Mr Yousaf offering his sincerest apologies.’
A SHORT CAREER OF CONTROVERSY: DAVID COBURN HAS ONLY BEEN AN MEP FOR A YEAR BUT HAS ALREADY OFFENDED A STRING OF POLITICIANS
David Coburn (right) pulls a face behind Labour MEP’s Catherine Stihler (centre) and David Martin (right)
David Coburn has managed to offend politicians from most parties in his short tenure as an MEP.
The 56-year-old has claimed Alex Salmond would be ‘hanging from a lamppost’ if there had been a vote for independence, has described Nicola Sturgeon as ‘Helmet Hairdo’, was overhead on a train calling then Scots Labour leader Johann Lamont a ‘fishwife’ and dismissed the Greens as a ‘cult, like scientology’.
Last year, the MEP – who is openly gay – sparked controversy when he claimed same-sex weddings only mattered to ‘some queen who wants to dress up in a bridal frock and dance up the aisle.’
Born in Glasgow, Mr Coburn was educated at Glasgow High School, where he was a milk monitor and later became head boy. He went on to study law at Leeds University but failed to receive a degree.
Moving to London, he found a job in the City as a trader and set up an antiques dealership. Prior to his election victory last year, his main source of income was an air freight business he set up, which he was uncharacteristically reticent about when quizzed by the Mail at the time – refusing even to reveal the name of the company.
Certainly, not all of his business ventures are successful. He once ran the Lexicon School of English in London’s Kensington, which was dissolved in 1993 by the Companies Registrar after failing to file accounts.
He now receives a taxpayer-funded salary of nearly £80,000 after his party attracted the support of more than 140,000 Scots in the European election.
When his success was announced by Scotland’s Returning Officer Mary Pitcaithly last May, Mr Coburn’s address – in Kensington, London – was greeted with amusement.
Neighbouring properties in that street have sold for around £4million in recent years, but he says he now lives north of the Border.

Hi,
Ukip has a long track record of cheats, liars and self serving scoundrels forming their leadership team and staff.
Whether it was the corrupt and duplicitous Douglas Denny obfuscating on behalf of his puppet master Nigel Farage, whom he claims to have clear evidence and proof positive of material that would lead to his prosecution; or the style of obscenities and dishonesty of Annabelle Fuller Nigel Farage’s long term intimate or, for that matter, the boerish and dishonest Mick McGough or Nigel’s sewer rat Mark Croucher or the corrupt and underhand Tory reject Christopher Gill or even the dishonest and corrupt extreme racist Malcolm Pearson – corruption is clearly endemic amongst the ranks of Ukip leadership clique and its claque.
We all experienced the self serving lies of Teflon Tony during the 13 unlucky years of Labour misrule and economic illiteracy – which clearly hasn’t changed, just look at the debacle in the Welsh NHS that outstrips any other of the British EU Regions and which is the only one of the EU’s Mickey Mouse Regions that is under Labour control and you wuill realise just how awesomely catastrophic Ed Milliband and Ed Balls would be in Drowning Street propped up by the odious Alex Salmond and even perhaps Clegg’s motley crew, if it was the only way they felt they could enhance their incomes.
Just why would people want to vote for the equally corrupt overtly racist and undeniably anti homosexual and anti jewish Ukip, to judge by comments of their members and their associates chosen by their leadership!
There is no shortage of proof of the corruption within the self seeking ranks of Ukip and yet again a National newspaper has put its name to a clear act of corruption of any concept of democratic selection as a position is sold to the highest bidder!

UKIP wants disgraced Tory MP Neil Hamilton to stand in General Election

UKIP supporters Neil and Christine Hamilton
UKIP has hatched a new plot to parachute in disgraced former Tory MP Neil Hamilton to stand for them at the General Election.
He was forced to quit politics 17 years ago after a cash-for-questions probe heard he had taken £25,000 in brown envelopes to lobby Parliament for the then Harrods owner Mohamed al-Fayed.
A leaked top-level report to UKIP’s ruling national executive committee – seen by the Sunday Mirror – recommends he should fight the target marginal seat of Portsmouth South in May.
It is the third potential seat Mr Hamilton has been lined up for. Bids last year to stand in Boston and Skegness, and Basildon were shelved after claims of quarrels over strategy within the party.
He also had to defend himself against allegations of questionable expenses claims involving an overnight stay in a flat owned by his wife Christine.
Portsmouth South is held by former Lib Dem Mike Hancock, who was forced to quit his party and become an independent after a sex scandal.
A UKIP source claims leader Nigel Farage does not want Mr Hamilton as an MP – but the party’s second biggest donor, spread-betting tycoon Stuart Wheeler, believes he is good for their prospects and has threatened to withdraw support if he is not given a seat to fight.
“They have got themselves into a real mess over it,” said the source. “Hamilton is seen by most in the party as yesterday’s man, tainted by sleaze.
“Many see him as a reason not to vote UKIP. But Stuart Wheeler is a close friend and that’s where a large chunk of the party’s money comes from.”
In November, UKIP’s head of candidate selection wrote to senior party figures: “It is my recommendation that the National Executive Committee appoint Neil Hamilton as Candidate for Portsmouth South. His personal connections with the seat and clear standing in the party make him ideal, and a person who will be welcomed.”
Mr Hamilton, who has labelled the claims about his expenses a “dirty tricks campaign”, said: “It is not appropriate for me to comment.”
The report also says UKIP MEP Janice Atkinson should not be re-selected after calling a Thai constituent “a ting tong”.

UKIP Removes General Secretary Following Sexual Harrassment Allegations
Roger Bird
by Andre Walker23 Dec 2014122 UKIP has pushed out its General Secretary Roger Bird, following allegations of sexual harassment against him. Breitbart London sources have confirmed that Bird was exonerated by the investigation into his action but he was forced to sign an “amicable agreement” because “relations had broken down between party officials”.
Bird’s downfall began when Natasha Bolter was introduced to UKIP at the party conference in September. Following her arrival the two got close, but she accused him of sexual harassment after she was denied the candidacy South Basildon. Initially Bolter’s allegations gained significant traction in the media but Bird fought back by publishing text messages which implied a much closer relationship than she had presented. Following the release of the text messages the media began looking into Bolter’s CV and uncovered a series of lies within it.
She had claimed to have studies Politics, Philosophy and Economics at Wadham College, Oxford. However, the university confirmed they had no record of her ever studying there. Journalists were also unable to locate any friends or room mates from her time there. She was also unclear on her age, leading to suggestions that her whole CV may have been fiction.
Party insiders have suggested that Bird’s removal might have more to do with internal party politics than anything he may have done. Although he encouraged her application for South Basildon once she was an approved candidate, he had initially failed her on the assessment for the candidates list. With Bird out of the way the party chairman is now likely to appoint Lisa Duffy, who is Chief of Staff to Patrick O’Flynn MEP. Although Duffy’s relationship with O’Flynn is known to be strained, she is a close ally of party chairman Steve Crowther and her appointment would boost his position within the party.
Breitbart London understands that whilst the agreement between UKIP and Bird does not mention a financial settlement, he will get a pay off. He is believed to have signed the agreement to quell further negative press coverage, which he believes will further damage his future career. Insiders claim he also remains loyal to Nigel Farage and is keen to put the situation behind UKIP ahead of the General Election.
In the light of alegations about him one is forced to ponder the way to the position of MEP in Ukip for some candidates

Ukip’s Odious Janice Atkinson Campaigning For Votes!
MEP behind Ukip’s welfare policy chased for child support
She’s attacked “feckless” families who want something for nothing, but the Ukip MEP behind the party’s welfare policy owes more than £2,000 in unpaid child support, Channel 4 News can reveal.
Janice Atkinson, a senior Ukip figure who has criticised parents she accused of having more children than they could afford, has only made sporadic payments towards her teenage son’s upkeep in the last four years, documents seen by this programme show.
Atkinson told us that she has been in dispute with the Child Support Agency (CSA) over the amount.
She has already been taken to court twice by the CSA to force her to pay up what she owed after she fell behind in her payments in the past. MEPs are paid around £79,000 per year. She was elected as an MEP for South East England in May 2014.
‘Something for nothing’
Atkinson, who has been selected as Ukip’s candidate for Folkestone and Hythe at next year’s general election – one of the party’s top targets seats – has previously attacked what she called a “something for nothing culture”.
Writing for the Daily Express last year, she said most parents could not afford more than two children and that there were “feckless” families having more because they could rely on the state to fund them.
Her ex-husband Steve Small, 58, who has had custody of their two children, said her refusal to pay has “caused major hardship for her son and for her family”.
He said that he was out of work for a spell earlier this year, which “brought things to a bit of a head”.
“While it is a bit of a struggle, there is no support whatsoever from this woman. She needs exposing for the type of person she is. It might sound like an estranged ex-husband but she has gone too far,” he told Channel 4 News.
In the welfare section of Ukip’s manifesto, to which she contributed, the party says that it would “ensure there is an initial presumption of 50/50 shared parenting in child custody matters and grandparents will be given visitation rights”.
The documents show, however, that she has rarely kept up with what the CSA calculated as her share of her child’s upkeep.
She needs exposing for the type of person she is Steve Small, ex-husband
In September this year, under pressure from the authorities, she paid up what her ex-husband called a “token £500”, well short of what she owed at the time. She is believed to have made a similar payment within the last six weeks. However, that would still leave £2,270 unpaid, according to the documents.
The money was to go towards one of her sons, now aged 19. He was eligible for child support payments until he left college and went to work recently.
Ukip's manifesto - Welfare and Childcare:Ukip opposes the bedroom tax because it operates unfairly, penalising those who are unable to find alternative accommodation and taking insufficient account of the needs of families and the disabled.Child benefit is only to be paid to children permanently resident in the UK and future child benefit to be limited to the first two children only. Ukip will ensure there is an initial presumption of 50/50 shared parenting in child custody matters and grandparents will be given visitation rights.Ukip supports a simplified, streamlined welfare system and a benefit cap.
In the summer, Atkinson was forced to apologise after calling Thai-born Ukip supporter Fa Munday a “ting tong from somewhere”. The comment was recorded on a microphone she was still wearing after a BBC interview in August.
Both Atkinson and Ukip leader Nigel Farage apologised to Fa Munday, who lives with her husband Vince in the South Thanet constituency, where Farage plans to stand at next year’s general election.
But, after Ms Munday’s husband Vince said Atkinson had been “arrogant” during their telephone conversation, Atkinson accused him of simply looking for his “5 mins of fame”.
‘Private matter’
Non-payment of child support is not a criminal offence but the CSA does have the power to have people locked up for up to six weeks for it.
A Ukip spokesman, speaking on behalf of Atkinson, said: “this is a private family matter which is currently under appeal. Ms Atkinson disputes the claim as she was not earning for the period of the claim. It would be inappropriate to comment further at this time.”
& then a note from another blogger on the subject:
No sooner said, with the McKenzie farce still unresolved, we have Janice Atkinson, the Ukip MEP behind the party’s welfare policy, under fire for owing more than £2,000 in unpaid child support. Yet this has not stopped her buying a £15,000 Mini, bedecked with Union flag colours.

Ukip Cult’s Spokesman Winston McKenzie & more of his idiocy, this foolish little man seems to have no judgement and less self respect, endlessly making a fool of himself and his current choice of parties!

.
Hi,
first a Ukip spokesman claimed that the flood last winter were due to the Government having legalised same gender marriage, then in the last couple of days a Ukip PPC pronounced from Liverpool that Liverpool Football Club’s recent abject failures on the playing field were due to Liverpool’s acceptance of homosexuality.
Then of course there were the comments of Winston McKenzie who as a spokesman of Ukip somewhat arcanely and overly simplistically claimed that all cases of same gender couples adopting children were nothing more than child abuse and now look what this cult spokesman has had to say:
Nigel Farage has been likened to Jesus by Ukip’s Commonwealth spokesman, Winston McKenzie. The Eurosceptic “army” was behind their leader, who can “do no wrong”.
“Jesus was one man, we’re his army. Farage is one man, and we’re his army and that’s what it’s all about”, he says. “Farage is like (non-stick) Teflon – he can do no wrong. Everywhere he goes, it doesn’t matter what he says or does – he gets away with it”.
McKenzie may be Ukip’s “token black” and barking mad with it, but he is an official party spokesman, taken by the media as representing the party view. On the other hand, this drip-drip of hostile media, may represent a change in tactics – or be an indication that the fourth estate is sensing blood.
For those Ukipites who complain that they are being “picked on”, the obvious response is that, if the party didn’t generate such unflattering publicity, it wouldn’t be available to use. As to whether it is having an effect, we see today a Guardian/ICM poll which puts Ukip on 14 percent, down from the heady heights of 19-20 percent it was getting in October/November. The latest YouGov poll has 16 percent – up from 14 percent over the weekend, but again down from the peaks it was getting earlier. Having gone through £2.96 million in the Euro-elections, outspending Labour, if the polls are any guide, Ukip will now need considerably more to succeed in the general election. With the bad press it is now getting, though, it will take a miracle on a par with the feeding of the five thousand. Perhaps Farage needs to be the Son of God that Winston McKenzie would have him be. He would be advised, though, to stay off the painkillers.

Nigel Farage compared to Jesus by Ukip candidate Winston McKenzie
He also compared the leader to Teflon and said criticism just doesn’t stick
“Jesus was one man, we’re his army. Farage is one man, and we’re his army and that’s what it’s all about,” he said.
“Farage is like (non-stick) Teflon – he can do no wrong. Everywhere he goes, it doesn’t matter what he says or does – he gets away with it.”
Mr McKenzie, famed for having joined every major political party in the UK but never winning an election, most recently stood for Ukip in the 2012 Croydon North by-election, receiving 6 per cent of the vote.
He has unsuccessfully run as an MP, the Mayor of London (against Boris Johnson) and as a local councillor but insisted he is still “needed” in politics.
Showing his support for Ukip with a purple fox badge “made in the likeness of Mr Farage”, Mr McKenzie told Chat Politics the Eurosceptic party was stealing Tory “hens” from the Parliamentary coop but struggled to remember defectors’ names.
“Douglas and…the other guy,” he said, referring to former Conservative MP Mark Reckless, now Ukip’s representative for Rochester and Strood.
When quizzed on his party’s immigration policy, Mr McKenzie advocated the introduction of an unspecified quota and defined British as anyone who “works and stands of for the traditions of the place where they live”.
When questioned on same-sex marriage, he claimed that it was “not something that Christians would advocate” and raised the concept of being “genuinely gay”.
“I have nothing against gay people, I’m not some kind of homophobe but I am entitled to express my heartfelt opinion,” he added. “I’m not going to be drawn on that because I know what will happen.”
Mr McKenzie, a former hairdresser, said he maintains it as a hobby because: “I love the women it gets me closer to the ladies, I find out what they’re thinking.”
He made a rap video for the 2008 London elections and tried to achieve pop stardom in 2005 with a run on the X Factor.
The interview ended with Mr McKenzie to the camera about the Conservative-Lib Dem Coalition, adding: “I’m not your average politician.”

Commonwealth spokesman Winston McKenzie has said that Nigel Farage is like Jesus and UKIP members are his followers
Nigel Farage is like Jesus and Ukip members are his followers, one of the party’s candidates has claimed.
Commonwealth spokesman Winston McKenzie, who is a former professional boxer and has previously courted controversy with remarks about gay adoption, said the party leader can ‘do no wrong’.
‘Jesus was one man, we’re his army. Farage is one man, and we’re his army and that’s what it’s all about,’ he said.
‘Everywhere he goes, it doesn’t matter what he says or does – he gets away with it.’
Mr McKenzie joined Ukip after previously being a member of the Conservatives, Lib Dems and his own Unity party. He has stood to be an MP, Mayor of London and a local councillor, but lost his deposit on every occasion.
‘The one thing with Farage is there’s (sic) no heirs and graces, you do business. He’s a strong leader,’ he said in the interview with Chat Politics. ‘Farage is like (non-stick) Teflon – he can do no wrong.’
Mr McKenzie, who described himself as ‘not your average politician’, has developed a reputation for making controversial pronouncements.
While standing for Ukip in the 2012 Croydon North by-election, he described gay adoption as ‘tantamount to child abuse’ and ‘unhealthy’.
Asked by Chat Politics for his views on same-sex marriage, he said: ‘I have nothing against gay people, I’m not some kind of homophobe but I am entitled to express my heartfelt opinion.’
Mr McKenzie said that he favours a quota on immigrants coming into the country.
UKIP leader Nigel Farage (pictured left) has been compared to Jesus (pictured right)
He said: ‘For every extra person that comes into this country, a British person has to do without and I’m not talking here colour or creed.
‘I define British as someone who comes here and toils and works and stands up for the traditions of the place they live.’
Earlier this year, Mr McKenzie described Croydon – where he was standing as a local councillor – as ‘unsafe and a dump’ after Mr Farage pulled out of appearing at a ‘Ukip carnival’ there.
He made a rap video during his 2008 campaign to be Mayor of London and previously auditioned for the X Factor.
UKIP candidate denies Nigel Farage is scared of Croydon
Winston McKenzie is quite a good measure of not just Ukip for whom he is an official spokesman yet clearly the public see him as a fool and in all the elections he has stood in for all the parties he has aspired to represent he has always lost his deposit.
This also reflects attrociously on the professionalism of Ukip and the personal judgement of Nigel Farage that he has placed him as an official spokesman for his cult!
With a drunk totally disinterested in democracy and fairplay within HIS party and bereft of any signs of gravitas or responsible behaviour and clowns like Winston McKenzie and the many others who have been his personal placements both as candidates and staff just why does anyone consider Ukip worthy of a vote – Do people really believe these low lifes and ner do wells represent them and their values!
Just look at the endless examples of not just stupidity from Ukip but the endless allegations and proven examples of substantial sums of money being fraudulently obtained
and squandered and the serial lies, bullying and criminality – Would anyone of any sense want Ukip running their company stationary cupboard let alone on the fringes of Government with access to perhaps the Treasury, Defence, Health, Foreign Office or the like.
Just imagine Ukip as a Government Nigel Farage would have control of the Nuclear Trigger
(but he would probably have been drinking with one of his low life placemen) OR just drinking!
Winston McKenzie would be Foreign Minister waiting for his boss to walk on water or perform a miracle, OR handing out money to his chums from Ukip donations!
Paul Nuttall would be in a pub somewhere currying populist favour and clandestinely plotting the fall of Farage and how he could then rule the world,
Patrick O’Flynn who broke ethical codes as a journalsit to feather his own nest on the gravy train by betraying his readers
would be in the EU trying to work out how he could damn his opponents with feint praise to oust them as rivals for Farage’s income stream,
Roger Helmer would be in a dubious massage parlour well known for its ‘extended’ services, or recovering from an earlier ‘session’,
Stuart Agnew would be fixing contracts for migrant workers for his farm and running errands for the NFU,
Janice Atkinson could be relied on to be doing something offensive and making enemies:
Need I continue!
There is not a single solitary member of Ukip’s elected representatives or its staff who could be described as competent and with gravitas and clearly not one with any understanding of ethics or integrity or they would decline to be associated with such a shower of self serving, liars, thieves and gutter politicians.
