#280* – AND FOR YOUR FURTHER AMUSEMENT

I make no appology as so many people seem obsessed as to what I look like!

Though I can assure most of you this is clearly one of my most boring Blogs.

I can’t understand the obsession as I have tended to avoid being at the lense end of a camera much of my life as it seemed unkind to others, but for the record:

The pictures are a bit random

Here is a picture taken the weekend before I went into hospital to have my Kidney removed in a radical nephrectomy that I did not expect to survive.

As a way of saying ‘thanks for all the fish’ I held an open lunch attended by about 50 non family individuals and we had a ‘Kidney Lunch’.

I’m holding up collection boxes for The Metric martyrs. It may interest you to know amongst other friends present was Mike Moran, who when in some difficulty a couple of years later decided to lie and disemble about me – understandably as he was seemingly dependent on Farage for income milked from Ashford! I would appreciate it if you would spare a thought for Mike Moran who now knows well how I felt that weekend!

This photo was taken by a press photographer friend of mine Charley Pycraft – taken in the shop one day when he came to see me on a story from London. In haste you will note when he said pick up a book and look as if you are reading it – Coincidentally you will note it is one of Roger Helmer’s out of a stock of 60,000 books I picked up just one book off the counter!

Here is a picture of our shop and home which Lee (my partner of over 25 years and whether you call her partner, mistress, wife, girlfriend is a matter of utter indifference to me use whatever term makes you happy) drew whilst sitting opposite the shop on the bench – we are right in the centre of Chepstow but sadly we just got fed up with the bad manners of those who started coming in the shop. The damage that was being done to our stock.

We had over 60,000 secondhand and antiquarian books in 8 public rooms, and also catered to collectors of coins, medals, postcards, tokens, postcards, antiquarian maps and prints. We now have 16 rooms 8 of which are an excellent private library – if only I could find the time to read that I hanker after!

It was in fact one of the hottest weeks in a century and the three of us found the only place in Britain where it was cold and rained!!

This also takes up a huge amount of my time these days as I run a help line for those with Urinary tract cancers and spend much of my time speaking with people who are sadly dieing or desparately ill and clearly scared – I hope I am able to help them but one never knows, however as I have cancer perhaps I can help better.

This is a fun picture someone sent me the link to – I gather it was produced by some dishonest fool to try to persuade people that it was a Police mug shot.

I understand it is on some web site called Common Man which every so often I am eMailed extracts from – it is a malicious web site founded in the main on dishonest misrepresentations and outright lkies by members of The Faragista Fan Club and the corrupt EUkip .

Foolish to make such a pretence that can so easily be proven a lie – it is a capture from a video I made exposing the EU’s involvement in Foot & Mouth to view the original, minded that The Police are not known for giving those they seek to mug shot microphones!

If you have the patience to watch both these although you may learn some interesting facts it will be very clear to you that I am vehemently opposed to The BNP and clearly no friend or associate of Griffin or any of his obscene BNP associates.

Nor am I remotely anti Semetic as I am an outspoken supporter of people’s rights to their religions, beliefs and superstitions for as long as they are not IMPOSED upon others.

I am unequivocally and implacably anti Zionist in the context of their insidious and dishonest fascist exploitation of other that so brings shame upon Judaism and International Jewry and honest decent Jews world wide.

I am NOT a holocaust denier as I have absolutely no doubt that a holoucaust took place of homosexuals, gypsies, the disabled, the mentally damaged and jews – My Father as a fighter pilot stationed, at the liberation of Belsen, on an Anson strip at Bergen Belsen when not flying raids forward over the front line spent his ground time and off duty time in Bergen Belsen, helping those who had survived, feeding them, clothing them, comforting them and helping to bury the 1,000s of bodies stacked behind the ‘shower rooms’!

A great and obscene crime was carried out after The Wannasee Conference’ escallating the crime to date. What has the EU done to prevent the fascist slaughter of the Palestinians and indigenous peoples of Palestine?Is there a great deal of difference between Lord Haw Haw and the lies of the so called Common Man – they dishonestly distort and disemble for their masters that Haw Haw was not committing treason as he campaigned against the patriotic in Britain was a lesser crime as he was not British and was not born in Britain – the same can not be said for such as The Common Man and The Faragista Fan Club their lies and corruption.

Oh here is another picture – this was taken by Alistaire McConnachie a couple of years ago at a Huntsman meeting I organised.Yes I have a pony tail but sadly due to anno domini it is not growing it is merely moving further back!

I hope this rather tedious posting will help to lay to rest some of the stunning dishonesties that are spread about me – frankly I don’t much care if you believe I am as lied about by people like Mark Croucher, Mick McGough, Douglas Denny, Bob Feel-Martinis, Brendan Padmore, Anthony Butcher, Gerald Batten and their ilk.

I do not seek your vote, I care not if you love me or hate me – I may never meet you and I seek no office.

ALL that I wish to do is expose dishonesty, corruption in public office and work to carry out the wishes of my Father and his Father before him both proffered their youth and their lives, lost their innocence and virtually all their friends in defence of these United Kingdoms.

I have been hugely fortunate that I have never HAD TO make those sacrifices – they secured life as a free man in a Great Country with dignity and pride bestrides the world, much of which I have visited and lived in. I would like to pass that gift to YOUR children.

The fact is that even if EVERY British MEP wanted change in The EU it would achieve NOTHING.
Every single British Politician, of EVERY Party, elected since before we joined the EUropean Common Market, has promised to change The EU’s CAP – In 40 Years they have achieved absolutely NOTHING!

I am proud to say that I knew Elisabeth Beckett over many years.

I have taken the majority of the item below from Cathrine Glass & David Abbott’s excellent blog Brits At Their Best, where you can see their original – my last posting regarding Elisabeth can be seen at LINK

Elisabeth Beckett

Elisabeth Beckett, who has died, intrigued us with her knowledge and mystical insights and immeasurably enriched our understanding of the British Constitution.

By her example she showed what it means to fearlessly defend justice and freedom.

We spoke with her several times by phone and first wrote about her a little more than a year ago, after she had discovered that her local council’s money was being used to fund a European Union-dictated regional assembly.

To protest the expenditure of money for a foreign-mandated assembly that she understood had no standing under the British Constitution, Elisabeth refused to pay her Council taxes, and appealed the matter to the High Court.

In response the government brought all its power to bear on Elisabeth, who at the time was 83. She received numerous letters from council officers and visits from bailiffs to the Old Vicarage in Alston, Cumbria.

Elisabeth hands a response to a Police Sergeant from her wheelchair.

The mother of two daughters and two sons, Elisabeth was the daughter of Ronald Brymer Beckett, an administrator and judge in India, and Norah Anderson Beckett. In a second career, as an art historian, Ronald Beckett published a magisterial edition of the correspondence of John Constable.

Last year, Elisabeth laid charges of treason against Gordon Brown at the Newcastle Magistrates Court on the ground that the Prime Minister had forced The Queen against her Coronation Oath to agree the Lisbon Treaty (the EU Constitution).

These were exhausting trips for Elisabeth, who must have been growing weak even then from leukaemia.

At the time we were afraid that the wheels of justice would grind exceedingly slow, and so it has proved.

Elisabeth’s last act, from her deathbed, was to write a letter to The Queen. We published the letter, which reflects Elisabeth’s devotion to her country’s freedom and her disappointment with those she felt had failed to defend Britain.

On the 7th of February, Elisabeth died peacefully.

In fighting against an unjust tax and in denouncing treason, Elisabeth was not alone, and she is not alone in history.

Elisabeth’s campaign was immensely aided by Leolin Price, QC, Hedley Lester, Namaste Magazine and others, whose names we do not know, who voluntarily stepped forward to help her.

It takes a degree of courage and fortitude to resist unjust law. Elisabeth had both.

I spoke with her son Beau shortly after her death in her own home in Northumberland on Saturday last, shortly after 16.00hrs.

He was hugely relieved in that he had left her earlier in the day to do a ‘sprint’ to the railway station to collect one of Elisabeth’s grand daughters – he told me that a part of the morning the end was clearly close but she had relaxed towards that ‘long goodnight’ yet it seemed as if she had been determined to hang on and it was shortly after a kiss from her grand daughter that she quietly left us.

TO CONTINUE the fight for our Country, our liberty, our values, our Justice, our Sovereignty and our children’s future.

ELISABETH set the example I hope you will all feel we must follow – Elisabeth, like me was not a UKIP member but both of us supported UKIP whenever possible and many were the discussions I had with her how we could try to keep UKIP on the straight and narrow to serve our Country.

It is sad that when Elisabeth died UKIP was in disaray and had become a self serving vehicle for the egos and the pockets of a few.

Perhaps those who still value the aims and principles of UKIP will consider my last posting on Elisabeth when she was alive and the letter – Beau had told her of the posting which she had acknowledged and I also discussed it with her daughter Diana in West Wales where she farms. Perhaps those who seek their own gain through EUkip might consider expending less effort to protect corruption and smearing those who still support the principles and aims of UKIP that they have most clearly abandoned for their own gain in a stlye more fascist than even their BNP contacts and associates would espouse.

Elisabeth was a dedicated, obsessive and infuriating friend and Mother who could act with great wisdom and be very foolish, yet have great generosity fettered by a selfish determination. A hard act to follow but an inescapable force for good who always sought to bring people together in her common cause but would not tollerate corruption – where needed she exposed such corruption by giving it a platform!

I well remember meetings Elisabeth organised in Calne – they were packed Bob Lomas, Dr. Richard North, Norris McWhirter, Edward Fox, Bernard Connolley, George Eustace, John Gouriet and many others spoke – so also did a director of the NFU and what a fool he made of himself, MAFF was exposed for what it really is!

I had the pleasure of speaking for her at a couple of her meetings and recall a bizarre meeting in what seemed like a dungeon in Glastonbury to an audience of pierced and tattooed new age supporters of leaving the EU – one expected some ‘horned beastie’ to materialise at the back of the room to denounce us all and thunder out the evil mantras of the then EEC – I well remember Elisabeth finding the idea a little too real during the coffee break!

It was a long day with an hours drive back to Chepstow, shortly after dawn when the questions ended!

Elisabeth will loose a huge hole in many lives as she was a huge personality but as the years pass it will be easier and safer to approach that hole. It is a Chinese trueism that you are alive for as long as you are remembered – Elisabeth will remain alive for as long as Britain has its freedoms.

I am hoping to ensure Elisabeth lives on studying the text of the book she wrote on Amritsa and texts on Ghandi. It is easily forgotten that as a young woman she travelled extensively with her Father in India, meeting Jinnah, Ghandi, Nehru and other worthies of India’s recent history and Judge Ronald Beckett did all the groundwork drafting of India’s Independence Constitution and outlined possibilities for Ali Jinnah’s Pakistan.

I was in no small way a product of Ronal Beckett’s Constitutional work living in the days of Mountbatten as Viceroy and his wife’s ‘strange’ behaviour – a subject Elisabeth and I discussed several times.

My thoughts are with Diana, Beau and Sabrina whom I know and with her other son and various grandchildren. Elisabeth had said for several years she would not die until she was 84 and ever true to her word when 84.1/2 her life ended in a brief period of Leukemia that left her largely sleeping her way out of life but NEVER forget her example in a letter to The Queen during her last week. Not a letter for herself but for the rights of us whom she leaves behind.

Farewll Elisabeth – Thank you my life was enhanced by having known you and seen your example – good luck to her family and let us hope something can come of her writings, for posterity.

as a dedicated supporter of UKIP over very many years, may I congratulate Dr. Eric Edmond on correcting the figure he had guessed at, for the UK Regeneration Ltd. meeting on Saturday in Swindon, based on the start of the meeting.

I have been informed of figures from the low of 59 to a high of 69 but I believe, based apparently, on those who actually signed in that the figure was 63.

May I also congratulate the dedicated UKIP supporters who organised the meeting for getting as many of the people who attended, from all spectra in the discussion, onto the platform to give their viewpoint and opinions, factual data and personal experiences.

I totally reject the style of the liars and the bemused who have formed The Faragista Fan Club and have adopted the methods of intimidating members, smearing their names, false witness, distortion, using extortion, entrapment and bully boy tactics which they have advanced from the BNP to the fascist centralisation of power of their new, so called, Constitutional changes.

Many will not have noticed the new changes will set up a company @ to members of £5,000+vat presumably in to an ‘executive’ pocket (the price of setting up UK Renewal was under £150! Yet Ma Zucherman tried at first to take the membership for £10,000+vat we are told!).

Presumably in the hope that EUkip can dodge its liabilities! We know they are that dishonest, read their own reports!Further the new fascist style powers are based upon lies and seek power to kick out any who do not worship at the Faragista alter.

That the ill informed, naive and downright dishonest can be relied upon to vote in these changes + however many fiddles are required to present a majority is not in question Farage and his cronies have presided after a whole series of dishonest and corrupt votes – Proven beyond ANY doubt.

You will note the powers permit Farage, through his funded puppets, to remove ANY member based on false witness complaint – ‘extra audi alteram partem’ without consideration of that other corner stone of Justice ‘nemo judex in causa sua’.

Clearly the scum has risen to the top in Farage’s party – leaving honest, decent and betrayed UKIP members increasingly aware that Farage and his clique are usefull idiots for the EU and in their dishonesty more contemptible than the EU itself.

EUkip in their latest Bye election, despite a perfectly decent local candidate Angela McManus, based on EUkip’s well earned reputation garnered 33 votes meanwhile scum like the BNP obtained over 800!

Farage and his ‘chums’ have been the greatest gift the BNP has ever had, as a recruiting agent!

Hi,

Although invited to attend (which isn’t saying much as the meeting was open to all!) I like many used the weather as an excuse not to go to the meeting called by Dr. Eric Edmond a dedicated supporter of UKIP and an elected NEC member, Geoffrey Kingscott, also a long term member, Officer and supporter of UKIP (who has retired so many times now he must be having hair weaves, blue contact lenses, singing lessons and building his Mafia connections!)

Also Bruce Lawson who was Treasurer of EUkip but is very heavily embroilled in the Ind.Dem. money that made up the bulk of the £170,000 that was declared to The El.Com. yet seemingly was laundered as there was no sign of such a spend recorded in the Wales election.

These three are the directors of the company – thus relevant income and expenditure will be fully transparent in their books and returns – which if nothing else is a huge improvement on the accounts of EUkip which are about as transparent as the dead sea scrolls.

Similarly I have it from one of the Directors that he believes the cost of the Limited Company for set up left change from £200 and there were contributions from each director to cover any potential losses.

A far cry from the £10,000 + VAT that Ma Zucherman originally claimed for setting up a company for EUkip or even the £5,000 + VAT that was eventually allocated!!!

Swindon Meeting 7th Feb

Driving conditions were dreadful getting to Swindon and deep frozen snow made the car park

very difficult.

There were 63 attendees which given the weather I felt was a decent attendance. Mainly UKIP but a fair few former UKIP members.

The location, the Swindon GWR railway museum was excellent. Its well worth a visit, Mr Bannerman. Well done Bruce for finding it.

A diverse range of views were expressed both from all sides of the UKIP debate in a very civilised and proper manner.

This cast considerable light on UKIP issues from different strands of opinion.

John Petley made an excellent speech on the UKIP Brussels operation from the inside.

Del Young gave a rousing appeal for democracy and

integrity and how we should always put our country before any narrow party interest. Bruce Lawson gave a brilliant set of his personal manifesto proposals.

Robin Page gave an entertaining and accurate account of his MEP non-selection process.

Martin Haslam detailed how he was set up with a journalist from the Independent.

Unfortunately the Last King of Swindon, Bob FM, did not attend. A pity, he could have taken down some genuine witness statements and questioned the witnesses himself. I thought that’s what good police work was all about?

The meeting finished promptly to give people a chance to get home in part in day light.

REPORT END

Congratulations – when you consider one EU Election launch – aimed at being the main launch in The Eastern Region – or so it was ‘puffed’ – at ??? St. Mary had 12 attendees!

The next attempt had 28 + staff and the EUkip regional organiser ended up being reported to the police for common assault, of which there are witness statements already lodged.

This was the famous meeting where the foul mouthed Ms. Rowe, a protigee of Farage’s held forth.

Then there was the next attempt to which Titford as a key speaker didn’t attend, Farage and other self seekers did and I understand that 40-50 attended of, whom many were speakers and staff, this was held in Peterborough and I am told by the ordaniser was hard work and a bit of a disapointment – 20,000 leaflets were delivered and although it was scheduled to run from 10 or 10.30 till 17.00hrs they cut it to 13.00hrs to 17.00hrs. and of the few public who attended I gather 7 were BNP.

Farage does seem to have overly regular association with the BNP but since his father who was as far as I can ascertain a Lt. in the TA and a professional gambler (stockbroker!!) that he was I am told National Front member or supporter explains much about Farage’s insecurity and behaviour.

Such a shame because there is no doubt he could have achieved so much as a showman and platform speaker for UKIP had they been able to find a leader – he managed mainly on his abilities to grow UKIP to 30,000 members.

Clearly he lacks any leadership qualities and the collapse has been inevitable as he has in fear gathered around him the weak, the inadequate, failures the dishonest and the beholden – this he shines like a plugged Nickel on a dung heap!

Hardly surprising that the hapless Angela McManus despite her local connections (schools, kids etc.)and local issues managed to get trounced getting 33 votes yet the BNP obtained well over 800 – a portent of things to come for EUkip I fear.

EUkip led by Farage has been a catastrophy – as predicted.The Swindon meeting achieved almost exactly as I expected, when you consider the advertising was so poor that the local Faragista Fan Club barker hadn’t even heard of it one knows where the weakness was IN THE ORGANISING.

Again sadly as predicted.I had expected between 100 & 140 but to quote Monty Python ‘No one expects The Spanish Inquisition’ and the National broadcasts were endlessly famine, plague oh and bad weather too!Hardly surprising that the expectations were cut in half.

Yes it was possible as proven by Lawson who managed to get there from his mountain Principality (woops NO Wales is no longer a Principality it is now a Mickey Mouse region of the EU with delusions of grandure as its politicians give praise to control of the rubber stamp as the new religion!).

Kingscott managed to arrive from ‘up the junction’ in his signal box in Long Eaton.Del arrived from his local railway platform and escaped the tanoy for a day at Hinkley.

The Wests

managed from Suffolk joining with The Barton Peasant from the round up in the flat lands!

Even the good Doctor slid in from some of the worste snow and ice storms for a generation in his Southern fastness, nearly to be defeated by the car park!

A delegation even managed to make it all the way from Canada (granted they live in Lewes) representing a large body of opinion.

So it was possible to get there but the weather was bloody awfull and one can understand only 50% turning up.

It was interesting to note how similar were many of the views to mine as a dedicated and some may claim relentless supporter of UKIP.

It is so sad to see UKIP destroyed by the corrupt the dishonest, the self seekers and the ignorant who worship the collapse as EUkip. like Satanism, which worships the fall of an excellent idea, they work with venom and bellow the belt methods of dishonesty and personalised abuse to achieve the destruction – rallying to the tune of a mallevollent performing monkey as The Faragista Fan Club.

Making fools of themselves amongst the informed by defaming & declaiming all who disagree with their sordid ways and venal management style as BNP!!!

We heard all too clearly of their aims as EUkip and those who have seized control on the NEC from the last honest and decent member, Del Young. The rest being without exception, liars, cheats, bullies, idiots and corrupt YES without exception.

We then heard from John Petley the similarity of gross abuse and irresponsibilty that is in the EU.

Clearly in view of the opinions voiced and the outcome there is absolutely no morality in campaigning for the corruption of UKIP that is EUkip and therefore I SUGGEST – Since there is clearly no political party of repute, advocating or campaigning for withdrawal of these United Kingdoms from the EU and restoration of our independent sovereign, democracy, with Justice & the right to self determination in a free country.

Deny the self seeking & meaningless wanabe MEPs the Mythical Mandate for which they clamour. Diktat is imposed from The EU but Law should be made at Westminster, for our Country & our Peoples.

This was nothing compared to the stunned silence when the second speaker was introduced, for it was none other than one Mr N Griffin, BNP leader.

It is also suggested that Edmond is to defect to Libertas. Rather an odd thing to do given that that party is about remaining in Europe.

All in all the pigeons are coming home to roost, it seems the party leadership was right to take the actions they have over the last few months. I wonder how the others who signed the NO letter are feeling, having clearly been so badly betrayed by those they supported.

JUNIUS is quite right there has been loads of info. and I started commenting on it in detail on my Blog on 24-Jan-2009 having known about the registration of the Limited Company back in November as I recall.

The BFM must have been so carried away with his ego centric obsession and ducking to avoid the truth that he clearly missed it.

It is clear that he would have nothing to offer this new organisation and he is obsessed with his unpatriotic cover up of corruption and support for the discreditted leadership of EUkip.

It is my opinion that the crass behaviour of discreditted supporters like Andreasen, McGough, The BFM, Croucher, Reeve, NuttAll, Zucherman, Bannerman, Titford, Smith and their ilk will be the downfall of Farage’s dwindling party and without the income from the scam he will soon leave!

Just so as many people as possible know about this meeting in Swindon that The BFM has not noticed (showing just how out of the loop he is and isolated) I have published even more details on my Blog.

One must be pleased that The BFM has brought it to the attention of the local media and I’m sure they will be made most welcome – I hope he has made it very clear he has absolutely nothing to do with the meeting as that might be something of a mill stone as many of his supporters are to the undeniably corrupt Farage.

May I remind you that firstly it is I believe an offence under law to repeat a libel, or untruth with intent to damage an individual.

That said few are aware of just how revolting are the BNP and it would be a sad world that we may become like the EU where unwitting association would seem to be a crime.

It could be argued, much as Griffin and his revolting party disgust me, that he has done less harm to our Country than have Gordon Brown, Tony Blair, Jack Straw and their ilk – we note that the liar and cheat McGough – also associates with Farage and the communist Jack Straw who when in office as Home Secretary endeavoured to cover for his brother, in abuse of his office, who had been sexually abusing his 14 year old son and as a result of Jack Straw’s intervention went on to assault a minor and sexually harass the daughter of family friends – does that make McGough a pederast as well as a liar and a cheat?

I think not!

He stated the reason he wished to attend was to learn more about The EU so that his party could better address an exit strategy.

It being Christmas and in support of UKIP I gather, as a long standing and loyal supporter of UKIP, Martin Hasslam accepted and also invited John Wallace an Officer of EUkip.

Neither party was told that there would be a BNP presence.

I understand that Martin Hasslam agreed with John Wallace that he should inform Nigel Farage this had occurred which I believe he did via Steve Harris.

I am proud to say that I knew Elisabeth Beckett over many years.

Elisabeth Beckett

Elisabeth Beckett, who has died, intrigued us with her knowledge and mystical insights and immeasurably enriched our understanding of the British Constitution.

By her example she showed what it means to fearlessly defend justice and freedom.

We spoke with her several times by phone and first wrote about her a little more than a year ago, after she had discovered that her local council’s money was being used to fund a European Union-dictated regional assembly.

To protest the expenditure of money for a foreign-mandated assembly that she understood had no standing under the British Constitution, Elisabeth refused to pay her Council taxes, and appealed the matter to the High Court.

Elisabeth hands a response to a Police Sergeant from her wheelchair.

These were exhausting trips for Elisabeth, who must have been growing weak even then from leukaemia.

At the time we were afraid that the wheels of justice would grind exceedingly slow, and so it has proved.

From the letter I QUOTE:

“I am old and now seriously ill.
I cannot die without making clear to you,
that you have broken your oath to us your people.”
~ (Elisabeth Beckett’s last letter to the Queen January 21st 2009)

On the 7th of February, Elisabeth drifted out of life in her sleep, into that long goodnight – after a life striving for better she died peacefully.

In fighting against an unjust tax and in denouncing treason, Elisabeth was not alone, and she is not alone in history.

Elisabeth’s campaign was immensely aided by Leolin Price, QC, Hedley Lester, Namaste Magazine and others, whose names we do not know, who voluntarily stepped forward to help her.

It takes a degree of courage and fortitude to resist unjust law. Elisabeth had both.
Ave atque vale.

I spoke with her son Beau shortly after her death in her own home in Northumberland on Saturday last, shortly after 16.00hrs.

He was hugely relieved in that he had left her earlier in the day to do a ‘sprint’ to the railway station to collect one of Elisabeth’s grand daughters – he told me that a part of the morning the end was clearly close but she had relaxed towards that ‘long goodnight’ yet it seemed as if she had been determined to hang on and it was shortly after a kiss from her grand daughter that she quietly left us.

TO CONTINUE the fight for our Country, our liberty, our values, our Justice, our Sovereignty and our children’s future.

ELISABETH set the example I hope you will all feel we must follow – Elisabeth, like me was not a UKIP member but both of us supported UKIP whenever possible and many were the discussions I had with her how we could try to keep UKIP on the straight and narrow to serve our Country.

It is sad that when Elisabeth died UKIP was in disaray and had become a self serving vehicle for the egos and the pockets of a few.

Perhaps those who still value the aims and principles of UKIP will consider my last posting on Elisabeth when she was alive and the letter – Beau had told her of the posting which she had acknowledged and I also discussed it with her daughter Diana in West Wales where she farms. Perhaps those who seek their own gain through EUkip might consider expending less effort to protect corruption and smearing those who still support the principles and aims of UKIP that they have most clearly abandoned for their own gain in a stlye more fascist than even their BNP contacts and associates would espouse.

Elisabeth was a dedicated, obsessive and infuriating friend and Mother who could act with great wisdom and be very foolish, yet have great generosity fettered by a selfish determination. A hard act to follow but an inescapable force for good who always sought to bring people together in her common cause but would not tollerate corruption – where needed she exposed such corruption by giving it a platform!

I well remember meetings Elisabeth organised in Calne – they were packed Bob Lomas, Dr. Richard North, Norris McWhirter, Edward Fox, Bernard Connolley, George Eustace, John Gouriet and many others spoke – so also did a director of the NFU and what a fool he made of himself, MAFF was exposed for what it really is!

I had the pleasure of speaking for her at a couple of her meetings and recall a bizarre meeting in what seemed like a dungeon in Glastonbury to an audience of pierced and tattooed new age supporters of leaving the EU – one expected some ‘horned beastie’ to materialise at the back of the room to denounce us all and thunder out the evil mantras of the then EEC – I well remember Elisabeth finding the idea a little too real during the coffee break!

It was a long day with an hours drive back to Chepstow, shortly after dawn when the questions ended!

Elisabeth will loose a huge hole in many lives as she was a huge personality but as the years pass it will be easier and safer to approach that hole. It is a Chinese trueism that you are alive for as long as you are remembered – Elisabeth will remain alive for as long as Britain has its freedoms.

I am hoping to ensure Elisabeth lives on studying the text of the book she wrote on Amritsa and texts on Ghandi. It is easily forgotten that as a young woman she travelled extensively with her Father in India, meeting Jinnah, Ghandi, Nehru and other worthies of India’s recent history and Judge Ronald Beckett did all the groundwork drafting of India’s Independence Constitution and outlined possibilities for Ali Jinnah’s Pakistan.

I was in no small way a product of Ronald Beckett’s Constitutional work living in the days of Mountbatten as Viceroy and his wife’s ‘strange’ behaviour – a subject Elisabeth and I discussed several times.

My thoughts are with Diana, Beau and Sabrina whom I know and with her other son and various grandchildren. Elisabeth had said for several years she would not die until she was 84 and ever true to her word when 84.1/2 her life ended in a brief period of Leukemia that left her largely sleeping her way out of life, but NEVER forget her example in a letter to The Queen during her last week. Not a letter for herself but for the rights of us whom she leaves behind.

Farewell Elisabeth – Thank you my life was enhanced by having known you and seen your example – good luck to her family and let us hope something can come of her writings, for posterity.

Fulfill Elisabeth Beckett’s dreams and reform The Family Courts and leave the EU, restoring the confidence we HAD and which UKIP supporters honestly believed they could repatriate.

‘What Nigel is up to bringing in these Constitutional changes now’?

I personally could NEVER be a BNP supporter nor do I believe could the vast majority of UKIPers. For me the BNP would need to renounce their racist past before I would even give them a second look but even then like the National Front before them they would never in my opinion attract Middle Englanders or the Scottish, Welsh and N Irish equivalent!

So Nigel’s tactic of accussing all his critics of being BNP moles is quite simply rubbish. However it is very clever from his point of view and here is why.

Nigel is desperate to get back on the gravy train for 5 more years and sees brand UKIP as his meal ticket. However he realises that his past and present corruption may blow up in is face at any minute so what is he to do?

Here is my take on recent events. He changes the Consititution to give himself MORE powers which will allow him to expell all his critics. This he will do with relish if and when his corruption catches up with him. In this way he can blame his troubles on his supposed BNP moles and can make himself out to be the great and decisive leader he most certainly isn’t!!

In this way he deflects all the criticism for his corruption onto someone else. A tactic which he trusts will keep the pressure off him long enough to scrape back on the gravy train one more time in June.

An answer to asking the question: ‘What Nigel is up to bringing in these Constitutional changes now’?

( past Chairman of Wales; Regular PPC; Past Chairman of Cheltenham; Past UKIP HO manager; victim of EUkip witness intimidation), another dedicated UKIP supporter, seeking to clean up the catastrophic harm done to the party by Farage’s utter incompetence as a leader and what is now clearly endemic corruption and dishonesty, widespread criminal behaviour under investigation and stunning hubris and disregard for morality, the constitution, honesty or integrity.

Remind me just what party does this chappie represent?

You will note that Farage clearly states he no longer represents the principles of UKIP which were to leave The EU – he is talking of change, the impossible and concepts that are not on offer and which require not only a majority of British MEPs to agree with but on QMV a majority of ALL MEPs to agree with.

One has to be very naiive to believe a word Farage says – though I must say if only he had continued doing what he was good at, duping the ill informed and beguilling the gullible!

The destruction of UKIP was, as I predicted many years ago, directly attributable to Nigel Farage’s insecurity in standing for leader and then cheating to get the control – since which time it has been a constant downhill run.

Membership numbers have collapsed by 50% from 29,000 to a claimed figure of a tad over 15,000 – the realistic figure for active members would seem to be a figure of between 3 & 8,000.

Farage has been working hard to sell his utterly dishonest and unfounded Reichstag Fire Myth so that he can blame the catastrophic results he is currently obtaining (The most recent is 33 votes for EUkip & 889 for BNP in Tameside!).

We had the lies of Mark Croucher and Annabelle Fuller and others in Farage’s Press Office and salaried team claiming Richard Suchorzewski was BNP without one iota of evidence. Mark Croucher who was salaried for many years to lie for Farage and seemingly continues made a complete fool of himself spinning and telling lies about me in an attempt to claim I am either BNP or a BNP supporter, again without a shred of evidence when in fact I have been an active campaigner against the racism of the BNP and its support of Racism and that of its predecessor the National Front.

The unprincipaled crusade against me by Team Farage particularly individuals like Mark Croucher has been dishonest, corrupt and shamefull – I guess it shows howmuch they fear the truth as I have NEVER wittingly lied or misled ANYONE deliberately and as in this Blog I stand by every word and to date EUkip and The Faragista Fan Club and its bully boys have not identified a single solitary item where they have had recourse to seek a correction of fact.

Farage is a fool and although by using puppets he has managed not to be seen to have dirty hands but his leadership style is purely fascvism and like all weak and inadequate leaders through history he has gathered around him deeply flawed and utterly reprehensible people.

Corruption in and amongst EUkip’s leadership is irrefutable.

We note that Farage and his diashonest and corrupt team not only have no respect for their own Constitution but have absolutely no respect for democracy.
CONSIDER:

Douglas Denny one of The Faragista Fan Club, who is proven to be a liar, corrupt and dishonest, is firmly on record saying EUkip’s Constitution and Rules are only a guid and the NEC can decide to do what it likes.

Paul NuttAll the unelected Farage puppet chairman is on record as saying Farage IS the Political Committee with executive authority and no minutes!

EUkip Returning Officer clearly shows the disregard for any democratic principles in EUkip and the irrefutable fact that the leadership and NEC are corrupt, dishonest and untrustworthy.

It is noted that Farage has undertaken to resign from EUkip if they do badly in the EU election –
this merely leaves him with the door open to leave IF he gets elected – clearly EUkip under his illigitimate leadership has done badly and if Farage goes now and removes the mill stone of corruption, dishonesty and lies with him – such individuals as the totally discreditted and proven corrupt Marta Andreasen, the liar and cheat Bannerman, EVERY member of the irrefutibly dishonest and corrupt NEC, each and every staff member ALL of whom have colluded in the corruption by their failure to speak out and bring an end to the lies, bullying, cheating, dishonesty, profligacy and seemingly trousering of over £1 Million and the FACT that EUkip is now embroilled in NUMEROUS OLAF, Police & DPA cases – a pending Court case likely to cost EUkip upto £1 Million due primarily to the dishonesty and lies of Andrew Smith and Nigel Farage.

A measure of the corruption of EUkip under Farage’s stunningly dishonest and corrupt leadership is that although there is a known likelihood of Police investigation of CRIMINAL perversion against Gawain Towler who on a vote of 2 to 1 has been asked by his local region to act honourably and stand down (voluntary de selection) as pMEP – in flagrant disregard for democracy, members, morality Farage duplicitously and dishonourably overturned the democratic people of his own party and reinstated the shamed Towler – despite the openly discussed and vomitously revolting behaviour he has indulged in, admitted to by HIM to several people who have relayed it to me and others – Farage it seems considers such behaviour acceptable!

Why am I not surprised!

It was of course Nigel Farage who used the stolen money he was given by Tom Wise to pay off a personal debt! We note Tom Wise, although he has been under arrest since July last year and is not due to surrender to bail until the end of February, when unless he has cut a deal with the police and sung like a canary ‘dobbing in’ his cronies as a trade off based upon the evidence provided which the investigating officer has satated is undeniable and conclusive and the facts published in the media one can ONLY assume his surrender will end in the courts with every likelihood of a custodial sentence if justice pertains.

Has Farage shown any leadership ability in dealing with these matters?

You will note that Farage has lied on the media regarding Tom Wise and in making claims of withdrawing the EUkip whip it would seem that he was deliberately telling lies as EUkip does not have a whip authority in the EU and Tom Wise has renewed his membership and is still a member and until recently when HE resigned he was a EUkip branch chairman!

One has to wonder if Farage could run a bath (Gawain Towler’s?) let alone run a party – he has been, as predicted, a disaster as a leader and lacks the honour, integrity, vision, morality, ethics or common decency and step down taking with him the low lifes he has taken with him.

Angela McManus
Angela is a 29 year old working mum of two. She recently got involved with politics after despairing about the current situation of the country and the local area.

She believes that the council tax we pay is far too high for the services we get in return and that every day more and more services are being cut, the state of the roads in and around Stalybridge are in a state of disrepair which is worsening by the minute.

Fortnightly bin collections are being considered to replace the current weekly pick ups and although recycling is a positive step it should not be at the expense of the health of all residents by encouraging rats and maggots onto our streets.

UKIP vigorously oppose any move to weekly collections.

EUkip’s OVERHASTY & MISS TIMED CHANGES TO THE CONSTITUTION – A PPC & SOLICITORS VIEW – DISCUSSED!

Hi,

I am pleased to see that there is reasoned objection to the changes in the constitution taking place in EUkip.

I am deeply concerned that EUkip would see it as apposite to seek to force through such divisive and potentially dangerous manipulation in the very run up to a major and very decisive election!

That the duplicitous leadership who have shown they are untrustworthy to be seeking to force this through at such an inopportune time based on what many of us know to be a fabricated pack of lies – A fact we have proven beyond any doubt and substantiated with documentary evidence.

You will note that this is #272* in a series of eMaiils mostly highlighting or exposing dishonesty, corruption, lies, bullying, questionable financing, questionable finance etc. etc. all within the milieu of the NEC, leadership, staff and sycophants!

NOT ONE material correction has needed to be made of any consequence regarding a single fact I have put before a discerning audience including EUkip’s lawyers – my every fact has been materially correct.

There are many amongst the leadership and NEC, staff and higher levels (or their secretaries with access to their computers and data) who have supplied me with information as they believe EUkip must be cleaned up.

It is clear that these attempts to make constitutional changes are deeply, deeply suspect.

Those with longer memories will be aware that the NEC with many of the same nodding donkeys of The Faragista Fan Club implemented changes not so long ago promising the hapless and gullible members that the changes were essential only to find when they were made that they were largely unworkable!

You will have noted one of the main drafters of the substance of the constitution has denounced these new changes as removing essential checks and balances giving the leader and his unelected puppet chairman far to much power and control.

We already know that the leader has seized to himself dictatorial powers through implimentation of a ‘Political Committee’ which has no members set, save the leader, keeps no minutes and implements decisions with executive function WTF!!

Now it is interesting aftert I had stated that on the point of having formed a comp[any granting obscene profits to the ‘former’ thereof – it is bizarre that the decision has been made, the money allocated and no doubt the task performed! Yet the vote has not been held yet!

There is no problem in an honest organisation forming a company but this is NOT an honest organisation – further it has provided no articles of association nor prospectus – just what are the members being asked to vote on?

This is fundamentally dishonest!

Then consider EUkip’s own Returning Officer produced an Official Report stating EUkip leadership could not be trusted to hold an election – they proved so untrustworthy that they ignored it and rubbised and lied about all who commented!

Do not take my word for this consider the correspondence which I have posted in #271 earlier Blogs! Now consider this correspondence sent to me by someone close to The Lewis Constituency.

Please be minded that Drew Belababa is a qualified Solicitor and the elected PPC for his constituency, with extensive political experience in his Country of origin Canada before he chose to come and raise his family in Britain with his wife a pharmacist from Australia.

Drew & Lena’s child has, I am told, the energy of Tigger, hops around like Kanga and is as cute as a baby polar bear – they must be doing something right they CHOSE to live in Britain AND they come from the Commonwealth! After being raised in saskatchawen I believe , as far from the sea as you can be in the western world he now lives on the South Coast as for Lena raised with the outdoor life of Oz one wonders what attracted her to this climate! Especially with all the global warming that has been falling recently 😉

Read his comments and those of others and you decide – personally I could only vote NO but I am rather better informed than most with almost a dozen years of experience of EUkip and UKIP before it.

Dear everyone

I received my ballot papers today. Together with the ballot papers for the NEC elections and the constitutional changes I note that members are being balloted as to whether UKIP should be turned into a Company limited by guarantee.

As a solicitor (albeit not one who has practiced company law) I do have an elementary knowledge of Company Law and this proposal gives me great concern, unaccompanied as it is by any detailed information.

For those of you who are not familiar with these sorts of matters, a company limited by guarantee is a type of company in which members of the company, rather than holding shares, give a guarantee of the debts of the company. It is often used by clubs and other non-profit groups that wish to incorporate (most incorporated businesses are companies limited by shares).

I think it would have been very helpful if together with the ballot question, details of the proposed articles of association of the company had been provided, in particular the following information:

1. Who are to be the guarantors of the company? Is it to be the ordinary members of the party?

2. If the ordinary members of the party are to be the guarantors what is the amount of the guarantee to be given by each member?

3. Companies law allows for different classes of members. How many classes of members is it proposed the new company will have and what rights will each proposed class have.

4. As a company limited by guarantee, I presume that it would become easier for UKIP to borrow money as its members would be guaranteeing the debt. What rights will members of the company have to scrutinize and consent to liabilities that the company may incur?

In my opinion, at the very least members require answers to the above questions before they can make an informed decision about the wisdom of incorporating. Many, if not most of our members will not realize that they are potentially voting on something that may cause them to incur financial liabilities. Therefore to put this question before them at best suggests a serious lack of judgement on the part of those proposing it.

I will be voting no to this proposal. If the proposal passes then I feel that Ileana and I will have no choice but to relinquish our memberships in UKIP until any potential liabilitys attaching to membership are made clear to us.

Dear Kris,

I’m not an expert either but I am involved with a number of institutions (universities, charities, etc) which are Companies Limited by Guarantee.

A Company Limited by Guarantee is a legal entity which does not have share capital or shareholders and is designed specifically to manage not for profit non-commercial institutions (including political parties). Such a company has trustees who are guarantors who enjoy limited liability status but accept a nominal financial risk (usually set at £1) should the company run into financial difficulty.

The Articles of Association of a Company Limited by Guarantee state the company’s business (sometimes called charitable objects) and what happens to surplus income – usually invested in furthering its business but not to be paid to directors or members.

There are very many such companies in the UK and many are extremely successful in fulfilling their objects and benefit the public yet with the protection afforded by legal status. Therefore I cannot agree with Drew. I certainly shall vote “Yes” and I think Drew should be corrected (as should others who may have received his email).

I have no objection to UKIP becoming a limited party and I broadly agree with what Alan has written. Companies limited by guarantee can be very useful instruments. Unfortunately we don’t know whether the guarantee will be £1 or £100 or £1000 and whether only some “trustees” or all members will be guarantors.

When I sat on the Surrey Committee there was discussion of turning the UKIP Surrey News into a Company Limited by Guarantee. This was in order to protect the editors/publishers of it in the event someone sued for defamation of character. In that case there was great resistance because it the guarantees would have to have been substantial if we were to protect the editorial team from excessive liability.

My concern is that UKIP has failed to raise enough money to finance European election campaign and that this is a desperate gambit to turn the party into a body with a substantial “guarantee” beyond it with a view to enabling it to borrow a lot of money in order to finance the election campaign. This of course could potentially expose members to unpaid debts.

I also note that the Electoral Commission was successful in its appeal over the illegitimate donation from Alan Bown and the matter has been referred back to the Court in which it was first heard. It is quite likely that the next judgement will not be as favourable as the last. Now Alan Bown has agreed to cover the costs of the action and any potential forfeiture. However it is possible that the eventual bill for all this could come to close to £500,000 and Mr. Bown could change his mind or indeed be hit by a bus tomorrow and then where would we be.

I am forwarding Alan’s comments on nonetheless. If the party had sent out the proposed articles of association and the details of guarantors/guarantees, classes of membership etc and I had found them to be acceptable I would happily vote for this proposal, but as they say the devil is in the details and right now we have none of those.
