Former Ukip leader Paul Nuttall will not face charges over claims he used an empty house as his official address on a by-election form.
Labour accused Mr Nuttall of pretending to live in the Potteries before last February’s by-election in Stoke-on-Trent Central, after he gave his address as a property in the Penkhull area of the city.
Staffordshire Police said in a statement: ”We have conducted a thorough and extensive investigation into allegations that false information had been supplied on the nomination form of Paul Nuttall.

“After full consultation with the Crown Prosecution Service a decision has been made that there is insufficient evidence that criminal offences had been committed.
“We take any allegations of electoral fraud very seriously and will continue to work closely with the Electoral Commission, and local authorities, to ensure we play our part to protect the integrity of the electoral process in Staffordshire.”
Although Parliamentary candidates are not required to be resident in the constituency where they are standing, it is an offence under the Representation of the People Act to knowingly provide false information on a nomination paper.
One has to wonder who are the more corrupt the politicians the police or the CPS!
Many months ago, contemporary with Paul Nuttall’s criminal behaviour when he fraudulently claimed he lived in a flat in his chosen constituency, we published all the compelling evidence that he had lied & committed a crime under the British Electoral Law, including providing photographic evidence.
Now, minded that I live many miles away and was able to provide proof of the crime, the police & CPS claim they could not find sufficient evidence – are they really that incompetent or are they corrupt? I leave it to you to decide if this is outright corruption or a simple case of utter indollence or even a case of one law for the public & another for corrpt politicians!
You might also care to note that with no valid evidence, merely the lies of John Ison, who was colluding with Nigel Farage, the police spent over £1,500,000 trying to ‘fit up’ Nikki Sinclaire on a trumped up claim she had claimed for flights when she had taken the more costly option of driving to the tune of £3,000 claimed being an overspend of just a few £100!
They were able to fabricate enough evidence to drag the case on for 5 days in Court despite the fact that they colluded with John Ison in the criminal obtaining of some of the false evidence, a fact they were well aware of and which the Judge cautioned the witness for his criminality!
Nikki Sinclaire was eventually totally exhonerated of any crime yet to date John Ison has not been prosecuted for his undeniable and proven perjury nor the other crimes surrounding his offences, nor has Farage been prosecuted for his clear corruption & collusion with John Ison and as yet not a single one of thye corrupt police or any member of the CPS been prosecuted for their criminal actions!
There is no doubt of Paul Nuttall’s criminality nor of his fraudulent efforts to deceive the electorate with the CV he provided claiming he obtained a PhD at Hope University which was a lie. He also claimed that he playyed Football for Tranmere Rovers team which he did not – another lie. Paul Nuttall also claimed to have been at Hillsborough on that fatefull day when so many were killed & he claimed he lost close friend(s?) nearby – this also was a lie.
However it comes as no surprise that Gerard Batten also lied regarding Paul Nuttall in an effort to pretend Nuttall is not a liar.

You may be aware that The Liverpool Echo’s Court reporter Linda Roughly was blamed for the error on Paul Nuttall’s website – a claim that does not exhonourate Paul Nuttall in any way as he was responsible for anything on the site which, unlike Wikipedia, is password protected & pray who would invent the detail regarding Hope College?
I also find it utterly implausible that Linda Roughly would do anything without checking as Court reporting is a skill founded on absolute and reliable accuracy and checking every fact. Interesting to note that Linda Roughly has been a Court reporter for the Echo for many years even possibly dating back to Hillsborough here is a report of hers from 14-Feb-1992:

I’ve been looking for a way to enter politics for a while and, finally, I think it’s arrived – I’m going to stand for the leadership of Ukip.
No less a figure than frog-faced lunatic and former leader of the party Nigel Farage said this week: “Ukip must reform or it will die.” Nigel, I’m just the guy to, um, “reform” the organisation.
I’ll reform it senseless. (Well, even more senseless.)
But I’m very aware that there is a high bar to live up to when it comes to the fine men and women who have filled this hallowed position before me…
Ukip has had no less than five leaders in the last 18 months.

Current boss Henry Bolton has, as I’m sure you’re aware, had some problems recently. Like leaving his wife and two small children for a topless model half his age who later turned out to be foaming-at-the-mouth racist. Bolton is unlikely to last another month.
Still, it’s longer than his predecessor, acting Ukip leader Steve Crowther who, during his four months in charge, managed to voice his support on the issues that really mattered to Britain – like defending the right of people in fancy dress to black up at parties.
And just think, if Bolton can manage to hang on for a bit longer, then he might end up eclipsing the achievements of the man Crowther took over from, Paul Nuttall, who lasted a miraculous six months as the leader of Ukip.
In those six months, he (deep breath) claimed he was present – and had lost “close personal friends” – at Hillsborough, that he had a PhD, that he had been on the board of directors at a vocational training charity and that he had been a footballer for Tranmere Rovers. All of which turned out to be complete cobblers.
He was like a real-life version of Viz comic’s Aldridge Prior the Hopeless Liar, forever wandering into the pub and saying “My Dad’s Billy Bremner” or “I was Steve McQueen’s stunt double”.
Still, Nuttall was a veritable Thatcher, a Churchill, of Ukip when compared to his predecessor Diane James. She lasted just 18 days in the job, during which time she held forth with some robustly unorthodox views, like saying her political hero was Vladimir Putin, who she called a “strong man standing up for his country”, rather than an actual murderer.
With all of this in mind, I’m going to have to set out a pretty strong stall to win the leadership. So here goes…

I’m John Niven and I’m standing for Ukip leader. My new girlfriend is Sharon Hitler (name changed by deed poll).
Sharon’s a 17-year-old actual Nazi who recently posted a picture of herself on Facebook in full SS uniform posing with a mock-up of Prince Harry’s severed head in front of the banner “DEATH TO ALL TRAITORS”.
My full title is Dr John Niven as I have two PhDs – one from Oxford in astrophysics and one from Cambridge in witchcraft. I used to be the goalkeeper for Manchester United and several of my best friends were astronauts who all sadly died in the Challenger space shuttle disaster.
My political hero is Auschwitz doctor Josef Mengele, who was a dedicated physician standing up for medicine, and, if elected, I will not only defend blacking up but I will make blacking up compulsory for all public figures.

That’s right, everyone from the Prime Minister to David Beckham will have to be in black face all the time to show the PC crowd that there’s nothing wrong with having a jolly good old laugh like we used to do at The Black and White Minstrel Show back when Britain was Great.
I mean, how can I lose? After I win the leadership, I’ll set about undertaking the kind of radical reforms Farage and I both agree are necessary for Ukip to survive.
Firstly, it will be mandatory for all Ukip members to have a swastika on their foreheads.
This time around, no pussyfooting about. We’re really going to show people where we stand. And I’m not talking about a sticker or a henna tattoo. No, I mean an actual swastika carved into your forehead with a great big knife. Like in that Inglourious Basterds film.
Any party members who feel they cannot meet this commitment – there’s the door. Go and join something a bit more warm and fuzzy. Like Britain First.
Secondly, and radically, we will begin campaigning to keep Britain in the European Union.
Admittedly, this is a bit of a policy shift and it may take some of the membership a while to get their heads around it. But I feel confident that Sharon and I can work our charm and do this.
Think about it – how can Ukip cause the most embarrassment and harm to the EU? That’s right. Not by leaving but by having some maniac sitting at the front in Brussels with a Union flag on their desk and a massive swastika carved into their forehead.
Suck on that, Juncker.
Thirdly, and finally, once we’ve achieved all this, I’ll be officially disbanding Ukip.

one has to wonder if Paul Nuttall, the present leader of Ukip, is in fact in any way reliable – his CV and various web sites, some of many years standing, seem to be riddled with inaccuracy which at best seem to be fantasy but seem much more like self aggrandising lies are plausible in any respect.
Nuttall’s behaviour is indubitably bringing Ukip into disrepute with the coverage he is getting with a fully dedicated thread on Twitter covering his implausible claims from which I quote viz.: & even more concerning and rather more than a leg pull:

This is of course not provenance that he has lied on all counts but it is clearly provenance that he is sufficiently untrustworthy as to have brought Ukip, EU politics and the body politic into disrepute – not that I would claim that he is unique in that situation as all 3 are at an all time low as shown by the calibre of individuals who have floated to the top and reached positions of stature and responsibility in recent years and are quite clearlyacting beyond their wit or integrity!
That the leader of a British political party, however insignificant, can get away with claiming he hadn’t noticed glaring inaccuracies, exagerations and even lies on his own web sites and social media profiles that had been there for a matter of years seems completely implausible to me – at very best it indicates a crass ineptitude that is not comensurate with an individual seeking to represent a constituency and its constituents on either a local, a regional or a world stage – the man is clearly inadequate to the task, at best, but seems more to be self seeking founded on outright dishonesty.
One wonders how such an odious individual, for he lacks even the inate charm and competent ability to entertain that the undeniable scoundrel Nigel Farage had, just how can he have floated to the top even in such an obvious septic tank as Ukip, with its fiddling, lies, incompetence, corruption, nepotism, criminality, bullying, debauchery, back stabbing and squabbling, for which there is so much documentary proof on this web site alone! Even it would seem a common occurance to use the public purse to fund sexual gratification!
Have they no shame? But then again sociopathy have no understanding of shame!
Ukip leader Paul Nuttall denies lying about being at Hillsborough disaster
Campaign groups express surprise that he never assisted in their fight to get justice for the 96 who died
Paul Nuttall, the Ukip leader, has denied that he has lied about being a Hillsborough survivor after a number of people questioned his claim to have been present on the day of the disaster.
He claims to have been present, along with his father and two uncles, when 96 Liverpool fans were crushed to death, and has said only “scum of the earth” would suggest this was not true.
After he added in a newspaper interview last weekend that he did not like to talk about the disaster, the Hillsborough Families Support Group questioned why he had never offered any support, while others who knew him at the time say they have no recollection of him saying he was present during the disaster.
With these questions being raised, Ukip gave the Guardian two statements on behalf of Nuttall, one from his father and another from a Ukip employee, saying that they and Nuttall had been at Hillsborough on the day of the disaster.
The statement from Nuttall’s father gave an incorrect age for his son at the time of the 1989 disaster.
The statements appear to raise further questions for Nuttall, who is contesting the Stoke Central byelection for Ukip on 23 February.

He declined to answer the Guardian’s questions about the matter. His parents have not responded to a request that they speak to the Guardian.Nuttall first publicly claimed to have been at Hillsborough in a letter to the Liverpool Daily Post in July 2010. He raised the matter again in May last year, saying during an interview on the BBC’s Politics Show North West that he had been in the overcrowded Leppings Lane end of the ground.
He told his interviewer that he thought police officers responsible for the disaster should be prosecuted. “I think people should carry the can for their actions,” he said.
Nuttall was 12 at the time of the disaster, and was a pupil at Savio high school in Bootle, Liverpool. One of his former teachers, a Roman Catholic priest, has told the Guardian that the school had believed it was aware of the identities of every boy who had been at Hillsborough, in order to help them through a difficult period, and that Nuttall was not among them.
A fellow pupil at the school who says he has been a friend of Nuttall for decades, said the Ukip leader had not once mentioned being there. “I have been very good friends with Paul for over 25 years,” he said, adding that during that time they had “never spoken” about Hillsborough.
While the teacher and friend expressed surprise that Nuttall says he was at Hillsborough, their comments do not prove that he was not present.
Joe Benton, who was Labour MP for Bootle for 25 years, said that to the best of his knowledge Nuttall had not mentioned Hillsborough when he stood against him, for Ukip, in the 2005 and 2010 general elections.
Nuttall had not mentioned being present at Hillsborough during any public meeting they had both attended, nor in his campaign literature, Benton said, despite the strength of feeling within the constituency about the police negligence that led to the deaths, and the subsequent official cover-up that led to Liverpool fans being blamed for the disaster.

The current Labour MP, Peter Dowd, said that as far as he was aware, Nuttall had not mentioned Hillsborough when he contested Bootle for Ukip in the 2015 general election.
The mayor of Liverpool, Joe Anderson, said: “If Nuttall was [at Hillsborough] then it is extremely disappointing that during many years of pain and anguish for the families, he never once used his position nationally and internationally to stand up for people from his own community and join the fight for justice.”
Margaret Aspinall, chair of the Hillsborough Families Support Group, said she was surprised that Nuttall had never offered to assist with their decades-long campaign to overturn the cover-up that led to Liverpool football fans being blamed for the 96 deaths.
“I haven’t heard anything about him being at the match,” she said. “Has he given a statement to the police, who have said they want to hear from everyone who was there? He can’t say he hasn’t heard that the police want to take statements from everyone who was in the Leppings Lane, as it’s been all over local and national media.”
Nuttall declined to explain why he had not offered his support to the group. He also declined to say whether he had given a statement to the police who are currently investigating events on the day of the disaster.
He further declined to offer any comment about the way in which a former teacher and old school friend said he had never mentioned being at Hillsborough; nor about the way in which he appears not to have mentioned being present at the disaster while fighting three general elections in a Liverpool constituency.
Nuttall, a member of the European parliament for eight years, also declined to say whether he had ever sought to have the parliament debate any of the issues arising out of the disaster.
In response to the questions, Ukip issued a statement that said Nuttall was the victim of a smear campaign sanctioned by senior members of the Labour party.
Any claim that he was not at Hillsborough was “totally false and highly defamatory”, the statement said, adding: “Paul was indeed at Hillsborough. He attended the match with his father and other family members. For political opponents to suggest otherwise and for left-wing media organisations to promote such claims constitutes a new low for the Labour party and its associates.”
Ukip produced two statements. The statement from Nuttall’s father begins: “I am and always have been the father of Paul Nuttall, leader of the UK Independence party.” It goes on to state that Nuttall had been 13 years old at the time of the disaster. He was actually 12.
The second statement is said to be from a Ukip official at the European parliament. This said that the two men had been friends for 35 years and were both at Hillsborough.

Last week, Nuttall told the Ukip-supporting Sunday Express that he had been at the match with his father and two uncles, and that after being caught in a crush outside the stadium they had entered the upper tier at Leppings Lane. Only “scum of the earth” would say otherwise.
It is not the first time that claims made by Nuttall, or made on his behalf, have been questioned by others.
Staffordshire police have said they are investigating an allegation of election fraud after Nuttall’s nomination papers for the Stoke Central byelection gave an address in the city at which he subsequently admitted he was not living. Knowingly providing false information on a nomination paper is an offence punishable by up to 51 weeks’ imprisonment. Ukip said all rules had been complied with.
Nuttall’s personal website has carried the claim that he had once been a professional footballer with Tranmere Rovers. After Rovers stated that he had been a member of its youth side, but never a professional, Nuttall blamed his website’s statement on a Ukip press officer.
Until late last year, Nuttall’s profile page on the LinkedIn social networking site implied that he had a PhD. He did not complete his doctoral studies, however. Challenged about this, Nuttall insisted that the LinkedIn page “wasn’t put up by us, and we don’t know where it’s come from”. The page was subsequently edited to remove any reference to a PhD.
In 2015, while Ukip’s education spokesperson, Nuttall appeared in a photograph that was found to have been digitally altered to give the impression that he was standing in a library. Nuttall responded by joking that he had two copies of each of his books.
He is currently among six Ukip members of the European parliament who are under investigation for alleged misuse of funds. If they are found to have broken the rules, they will be expected to pay the money, which totals around £500,000.
Ukip rejects the allegations, saying it has “scrupulously applied” the rules of the European parliament.

Rees-Evans third with 2,775 votes (18.1%) Lost his £5,000 deposit having failed to reach the 20% threshold for retention!

Nuttall’s first act as leader was to appoint: Peter Whittle – London Assembly member – deputy leader. Farage Offered joint honorary presidency of the party. Paul Oakden will stay on as party chairman. MEP Patrick O’Flynn – a close ally of leadership rival Suzanne Evans – appointed his principal political adviser. MP Douglas Carswell – UKIP’s only Westminster MP – tweeted: “Thrilled and delighted by UKIP new leader Paul Nuttall – clear new strategic direction!”

We note that the odious Paul Nuttall has been crowing about being quoted in the Daily Express. What a pity that the paper in question couldn’t be bothered to do a little bit of research before seeking quotes from this disgusting, corrupt and lying individual. We would advise them in future to avoid this man lest they be tainted by his corruption. The odious Paul Nuttall is a disgrace to UKIP and the whole euro-realist movement. The sooner he is kicked out as an MEP the better!

Ukip is now entering dangerous times with less than 1/3rd. of the membership having supported Nuttall as leader, no clear backers of any note, huge outstanding debts, under investigation by both OLAF on some £20M of expenditure and The Electoral Commission over apparent abuse of declaration rules and with no clear reason for existence as their CLAIMED aim of BreXit having been voted into existence.
Ukip will struggle on utilising the public purse as a primary source of income but once BreXit occurs the party has no clear future income, nor any apparent reason for existence.
Labour may be perceived as under threat but all they need to do is remind the electorate of their very clear roots in opposition to the EU, that it was only a brief betrayal by Blair & Brown’s corruption of Labour and take ownership of BreXit as they harrie the Government towards BreXit and aid in delivering the best deal and all their worries from a challenge by Ukip will be over.
Will Ukip under the inexperienced leadership of Nuttall who has to date displayed absolutely no vestige of the required abilities to leqad Ukip anywhere!

There are numerous inaccuracies in the article below but hardly surprising as having spoken to Graham Dines on Friday afternoon he had written the story based on EUkip’s propaganda and I gather John West, unwilling to damage the Party on an issue which is ‘effectively’ sub judice had refused to make a statement.
You will note that the paper perpetuates the myth EUkip is ‘peddlin’ that Gulleford & Titford have been ‘cleared’ by the police – which is NOT true but the paper has done a bit of its own research proving that OLAF have been passed the active file by the police – one of the investigation numbers is OLAF OF/2008/0764/Titford.
We understand having done our own enquiry that the alleged offences were rightly reported to the police by John West, seemingly in a mallicious act of diversionary tactic, John West and others in the Eastern Region have been become a part of Nigel Farage’s to seize absolute control of the party inventing & creating a ‘Reichstag Fire’ moment.
It would seem that intimidation, ambush and kangarro courts have become the order of the day – could this be to intimidate others in the party not to speak out and tell the truth, maybe even to try to perpetuate the climate of cover-up and obfuscation of other financial and democratic irregularities, even crimes, within the party.
For an aspirant political party to get itself featured in the media as having lied about OLAF and being involved in a witch hunt seeking to censure a man with the integrity to report abuse of funds without fear or favour speaks volumes of just how debased the party has become under the present corrupt leadership team.
Suffolk parliamentary hopeful suspended

A SUFFOLK parliamentary candidate has been suspended by the UK Independence Party (UKIP) over allegations he made against an East of England Euro MP involving improper use of parliamentary allowances.
An investigation by Essex Police last month cleared MEP Jeffrey Titford, a former leader of the party, and his political adviser Stuart Gulleford of any wrongdoing, saying “no criminal conduct” had been found against the pair.
The force had been asked to investigate by John West, who had been chosen to fight Suffolk Central and Ipswich North at the next general election.
However, last night OLAF – the European Parliament’s Anti-Fraud Office – confirmed that the Essex Police decision had not ended the matter.“We have opened a file and we are taking steps to gather all relevant information for an investigation,” said the spokesman.
Mr West, who lives in Wickham Market and who contested the seat at the 2005 election, was suspended this week by UKIP’s national chairman Paul Nuttall pending a final decision by the ruling national executive on December 15. In a letter, Mr Nuttall said: “You reported the former leader of the party to the police, without a shred of evidence.
“You show no remorse for your actions, even though the police have said there is no case to answer and you now openly claim that the same individual is under investigation by OLAF, also without foundation.
“I am also informing you that there have been a number of serious complains made against you, which have now been passed on to the party secretary. I hope you understand that I cannot allow this situation to continue.”
Mr Nuttall, who accused Mr West of bringing UKIP into disrepute, added:
“This is particularly hard for me as I have always found you to be hard-working and extremely likable.”
The Suffolk Coastal constituency party has also suspended his membership. Mr West fell out with the regional party earlier this year after failing to be given a winnable position on the UKIP East of England regional list for the European parliamentary elections next June.
He is now lodged a claim with Ipswich County Court demanding that a £500 deposit he paid should be returned.Last night Mr West, who works for the county council’s libraries service, said: “I was made aware of alleged irregularities and passed them on to the police. I have no regrets about my action.”
I SUGGEST – since there is no political party of repute advocating or campaigning for withdrawal of these United Kingdoms from the EU and restoration of our independent sovereign democracy, with Justice & the right to self determination in a free country:
