Hi,

as you will by now have read my earlier posting on the lies of Jeffrey Titford, Ma Zucherman and others seemingly with no purpose but to cover up corruption in EUkip and in this instance the lies of Titford and the irrefutable fact that he is under investigation by OLAF on at least one count which involves the files passed to them for investigation by the British Police – there would seem to be no reason not to believe that Ma Zucherman & Jeffrey Titford seemingly colluding with others, are indulging in Witness Intimidation.

That there would seem every possibility that in another case where John West is the litigant District Judge Bazley White would seem likely to pass the matter before his Court on the 17-Feb-2009 to Judicial Review. Ma Zucherman is well aware of this and thus his actions can be seen as Litigant Intimidation and as a so called solicitor he will be well aware of the consequences of this level of contempt for the British Courts in attempting to subourne Justice!

No doubt from his assiduous study of the law he will be well aware that Brian Ferry is in Prison on remand for just this crime!

Similarly it would seem that the fallacious claims against Niall Warry and the attempt to gag him and deny him freedom of speech may well merely be yet another attempt at Witness Intimidation, which could well be heard as a Judicial Review, for details CLICK HERE, and could prove immensly damaging to Derek Clarke as Niall Warry has been asked to act as a witness by OLAF in their enquiry into Derek Clark.

Derek Clarke as a result of his lies, dishonesty, indollence and betrayal of Britain would seem to be in some difficulty as I am reliably informed NO ONE will turn out to leaflet for him except his hired staff and his behaviour looks all to likely to have been a superlative recruiting sargeant for the BNP who look very likely to have an MEP returned in Derek Clarke’s constituency.

We gather Clarke’s paid staff even find it hard to persuade people to take a leaflet in the street he has so befouled the name of EUkip in his region. Quite an achievement for him to have so damaged the reputation of the party that he and Farage have likely reduced the Region from 2 MEPs to ZERO!

What is the exit and survival plan for these United Kingdoms to maximise on the many benefits of leaving The EU. What an odd way to start your latest ‘critique’ of the party. Do you believe it is right to utilise the official UKIP data base to send out unsanctioned and unofficial letters.

Do you not understand the damage you are doing to the party by your actions. It would several of your colleagues who put there names to the letter have denied any responsibility for the letters distribution. Why do you think that should be if the use of the UKIP data base was legitimate, as you claim.

If those involved in sending out the letter have not used the data base then they will have nothing to fear when the police come calling, assuming of course it is reported.

All I would say is that if you use a mailing service it is traceable.

I would assume that you are asking who distributed the balance to the grab for power of Farage – I believe it was the Royal Mail and also by eMail.

If it is your implication that ANY of the signators DID NOT put their name to this letter I contend sir that without provenance and the names of those you claim – your slur must be seen to be a lie and thus an appology is essential.

Why do you think that should be if the use of the UKIP data base was legitimate, as you claim.
Every signator put his name to the letter and the party data base was not used – thus your appology is apposite.

For their efforts to democratise and try to legitimise the behaviour of EUkip NEC and leadership with their scurrilous unbalanced and uninformative NEC letter seeking to exploit the ignorance of elderly members, I believe the Body letter authors should be praise and the party recompence them for their costs.

It is to be hoped that the entire leadership and the nodding donkeys and placemen of the NEC will have the basic integrity to stand down and leave EUkip for the harm they have done the party and the damage their dishonesty has cause these United Kingdoms.

You would be welcome to leave with them in view of your support for corruption, abuse and lies that are so counter the interests of our Country.

In the last day or two he has merely strutted up and down the passages in Strasburgh fulminating at the fact that since it seems either he does NO WORK, or can’t read he had not been told that there was a meeting of loyal UKIP members in Swindon. Farage is furious as he fears people discussing the truth and realises that if the truth of the corruption becomes too widespread then the honest UKIP members may well split the party leaving Farage and the filth he has gathered around him with no work force to try to get him back as an MEP – his ONLY interest in members (save only the females under 35, where possible!).

There is after all several Swindons, one in Gloucestershire,
one in Staffordshire, one in Northumberland and of course one in Wiltshire.

So which one had the meeting, given that the only meeting recently of the Wiltshire Swindon was a social function, our next meeting being our AGM on 25th February.

So GLW please state which Swindon Just for the record the Swindon Wiltshire group are loyal to the leadership. They are of course concerned that the harm being done by Knapmans letter, but most are voting Yes (according to those who have expressed a view) to the amendments.

The event seems to by special invitation only and unlike certain people I do not gate crash meetings. If the organisers were interested in inviting me they would have responded to my email today. They cannot argue they didn’t get it because I instigated the local press contacting them.

If the agenda has been published then perhaps you could direct me as to where.

Also we see on the Common man that Haslam has rather shot himself in the ‘holier than though’ foot.

In December of last year, Mr Haslam invited a number of people to a meeting at a location in West Sussex.

After the recriminations following Mr Haslams ejection from the NEC, those present were more than a little surprised to discover that the first speaker was one Buster Mottram. This was nothing compared to the stunned silence when the second speaker was introduced, for it was none other than one Mr N Griffin, BNP leader.

It is also suggested that Edmond is to defect to Libertas. Rather an odd thing to do given that that party is about remaining in Europe.

All in all the pigeons are coming home to roost, it seems the party leadership was right to take the actions they have over the last few months. I wonder how the others who signed the NO letter are feeling, having clearly been so badly betrayed by those they supported.

JUNIUS is quite right there has been loads of info. and I started commenting on it in detail on my Blog on 24-Jan-2009 having known about the registration of the Limited Company back in November as I recall.

The BFM must have been so carried away with his ego centric obsession and ducking to avoid the truth that he clearly missed it.

It is clear that he would have nothing to offer this new organisation and he is obsessed with his unpatriotic cover up of corruption and support for the discreditted leadership of EUkip.

It is my opinion that the crass behaviour of discreditted supporters like Andreasen, McGough, The BFM, Croucher, Reeve, NuttAll, Zucherman, Bannerman, Titford, Smith and their ilk will be the downfall of Farage’s dwindling party and without the income from the scam he will soon leave!

Just so as many people as possible know about this meeting in Swindon that The BFM has not noticed (showing just how out of the loop he is and isolated) I have published even more details on my Blog.

One must be pleased that The BFM has brought it to the attention of the local media and I’m sure they will be made most welcome – I hope he has made it very clear he has absolutely nothing to do with the meeting as that might be something of a mill stone as many of his supporters are to the undeniably corrupt Farage.

I understand that Buster Motram a long term friend and associate of Farage’s was a primary speaker at the event, which I believe Martin Hasslam WAS INVITED TO – without knowledge of whom his host was inviting.

I understand Martin Hasslam had no prior knowledge that there were to be speakers, one of whom is a regular escort of Farage’s cousin. That Griffin of the BNP was to be present I do not believe Martin Hasslam had the vaguest clue about.

May I remind you that firstly it is I believe an offence under law to repeat a libel, or untruth with intent to damage an individual.

That said few are aware of just how revolting are the BNP and it would be a sad world that we may become like the EU where unwitting association would seem to be a crime.

It could be argued, much as Griffin and his revolting party disgust me, that he has done less harm to our Country than have Gordon Brown, Tony Blair, Jack Straw and their ilk – we note that the liar and cheat McGough – also associates with Farage and the communist Jack Straw who when in office as Home Secretary endeavoured to cover for his brother, in abuse of his office, who had been sexually abusing his 14 year old son and as a result of Jack Straw’s intervention went on to assault a minor and sexually harass the daughter of family friends – does that make McGough a pederast as well as a liar and a cheat?

I think not!

He stated the reason he wished to attend was to learn more about The EU so that his party could better address an exit strategy.

I would welcome debate with Griffin to expose the dishonesty of his party and the lack of principle of its foundations in evil and its unwillingness to announce its succour for ritual murder for entertainment.

The dishonest and the corrupt like yourself Bob Feel Martinis have endeavoured to link my name with the BNP as you have with many other lies and dishonesties you have been willing to promote.

Consider weak and duplicitous idiots like Batten who does not realise he has signed the instrument of his own excorriation. That such as Denny has signed it he has already been proven a liar, a cheat and corrupt such that he was dumped as untrustworthy by the NEC at one stage but is still there as a nodding donkey for Farage – he would sign anything Farage put under his nose with the ready glee of Mr. Bronco and the document would have the same validity.

I wonder could you confine yourself to fact BFM rather than your dishonest wheedling aggression if you expect further clarification of your misunderstandings.

May I remind all who read this that when I have time I shall of course be publishing the provenance of the lies from members of EUkip’s leadership and NEC.

In the interim I am publishing a copy of West’s letter mailed to me by an NEC member who is putting it in the public domain to ensure Ma Zucherman does not try to pretend he did not receive it.

Knowing that Ma Zucherman is underhand, duplicitous and without honour or integrity these steps are taken to avoid EUkip getting into yet more of a mess in the name of its unfortunate abused members!

Regarding your letter dated 21/1/9

Dear Mr Zuckerman,

1. I have never received a copy of J. Titford’s complaint. The first letter I received from you concerning this matter was dated 27th November 2008.

To this day I have still not received a copy of J. Titford’s complaint. How can I possibly defend myself when I don’t even know the charges? Are you not aware that the defendant has a right to see the charges made against him?

I suggest that you read the Party’s Complaints Procedure 2.6 as you seem unaware of current party rules.

2. In your letter dated 4th December 2008 you state that a certain Ian Smith was a member of the Discipline Panel that decided that J. Titford’s complaint against me was ‘substantive’. I understand that this Mr Smith is the same Ian Smith who attended a UKIP meeting held in Newmarket on 27th October 2008. This meeting was organised and chaired by Martin Harvey.

At this meeting Mr Smith publicly accused me of attempting to sell my story about Jeffrey Titford to several national newspapers. This allegation was and is completely false.

Mr Smith was clearly prejudiced as far as I was concerned. He should have declared an interest when J.Titford’s complaint was discussed by the Discipline Panel and immediately stood down from the panel. His failure to do so completely invalidates the whole disciplinary process.

I think that you find that rule 1.6 of the Discipline Panel rules states that ‘discipline panel members shall be disqualified from dealing with any complaint in which they are required to give evidence, or where there is a close connection with either the complainant or the respondent’.

3.In your letter dated 19th December you stated that I had until 31st December to give you a list of dates to avoid in February. You were informed in my letter dated 24th December that I was unable to attend any meetings in February. I note that you now claim not to have received this letter. However, despite being told that I cannot make the meeting ( I am attending a NHS Trust Governor’s meeting on 9th February) you still insist on going ahead with it.

It is against all natural justice to refuse to adjoin the hearing if the defence cannot attend. The guiding principle when deciding upon an adjournment should be to observe fairness to both sides and in not offering me an adjournment on my first application seems to fly in the face of fairness. As a solicitor I am surprised that you are unaware of this.

4. On 28th January I spoke to Neil Thomson of Olaf. He has confirmed to me that Chelmsford Police have passed on Jeffrey Titford’s police file to his office for evaluation. The case number is OF/2008/0764. Mr Thomson also confirmed that I can expect to be called as a prosecution witness if Olaf decide to proceed with the case.

Mr Titford is now using UKIP’s internal disciplinary process to intimidate a potential prosecution witness. He has also used the solicitors Gepp & Sons in another attempt to intimidate me over this issue -I can show you their letter if you wish.

As a solicitor you will know that intimidation of a witness is a very serious matter. As you appear to be aiding him in this attempted intimidation I shall be making a formal complaint about you and J.Titford to The Law Society if this matter continues.

5. You are already the subject of a serious complaint made by me to the Solicitors Regulation Authority. You and the other NEC members were told by me at November’s NEC meeting that I intended to make such a complaint. I personally handed a letter to Paul Nuttall informing him of this.

In view of this complaint it is my submission that you are not sufficiently unbiased to supervise J. Titford`s complaint against me and you should hand over the conduct of the proceedings to an unbiased party.

I put you on notice that I reserve the right to take action against you through the disciplinary processes of the party if you continue to supervise and take part in these proceedings.

6. As a member of the NEC you are the subject of serious complaints to The Information Commissioners Office ( case number RFA0208845) and Suffolk Police (OF/08/427) This concerns my MEP video interview which was illegally placed on Youtube. You were aware that these complaints were taking place as they were raised by Del Young, Eric Edmond and David Abbott at several NEC meetings. You were present at these meetings. You were also informed of my complaints via email.

These complaints were made prior to J. Titford’s complaint.

Again these matters would automatically raise the question of your impartiality.

7. As a member of UKIP’s NEC you are also the subject of another serious complaint made by me to the Information Commissioners Office. The case number is RFA 0221840 This concerns the failure of Paul Nuttall and the NEC to supply me with documents as requested under Section 7 of the Data Protection Act.

This again automatically raises the question of your impartiality .

8. On 17th February I will be attending a pre-hearing at Ipswich County Court. This concerns my request for the return of my £250 deposit. As a member of UKIP’s NEC you were jointly responsible for the decision to refuse to return my deposit. Again you have failed to declare an interest in this matter and raises the question of your impartiality.

In conclusion I formally request that the Disciplinary Committee be made aware of the various complaints I have made about you, Nigel Farage, Paul Nuttall and UKIP’s NEC to the Police, Law Society, Information Commissioners Office and Ipswich County Court.

The Disciplinary Committee should also be made aware that their involvement in such a hearing could be regarded by the courts and the police as attempted intimidation of a witness and a litigant. As a solicitor I trust that you will warn them of the possible legal and financial implications if they continue to involve themselves in this matter.

I require that a copy of this letter by given to each member of the Disciplinary Panel.

A measure of the corruption of EUkip is this dishonest letter probably authored by Farage who seized leadership in an utterly corrupt leadership election since when he has run EUkip into the ground as his private feifdom, breaking promise after promise and acting in direct and flagrant abuse of the intent of the Constitution as he placed his puppets and nodding donkeys in control of all relevant offices – he then presided over an utterly corrupt selection and election process for MEP candidates.

When I say Farage authored this clearly means one of his mouthpieces as there is no clear reason to believe he is capable of the written word as he does no meaningfull work.

Farage was berating staff and swearing at people for being useless and not telling him about the meeting – until he was told it was pointless ranting as if they were useless it was his fault since he appointed them all! Clearly Farage doen’t realise that if you surround yourself with praise singers these sycophants won’t bring you the truth – only what they believe the fool wants to hear.

Never mind I’m sure that he will be able to con that political twit Ian Dale to write some sycophantic drivel for the GQ readers who aren’t remotely interested in the text as they masturbate over the pictures! We note Ian Dale not only lost his column in The Telegraph but managed to loose North Norfolk one of the Tory safest seats he lost it to the Lib Dims!

I am sure Farage, Bannerman & that p[iece of filth Towler will be only too happy to pander to Ian Dale’s every need and massage his fragile and petulent ego sufficient to blind him to the truth and the corruption endemic in EUkip’s leadership.

Farage must be pleased he is being interviewed and written about by an amateur rather than a competent professional journalist as they are harder to dupe.

I assume you are up to speed with the fact that The Faragista Fan Club will stoop to any level to force through their unarguably corrupt self serving ammendments to The EUkip Constitution.

One can safely assume that the changes WILL be imposed on the members with claims of democracy – in the style of The EU and Oh so redollent of the saying attributed to Jo Stalin ‘It doesn’t matter how they cast their votes it only matters how we count them’!

Ted,Please take it from me that the letter that you have received from Roger Knapman is designed to cause maximum disruption and demoralisation at a time when all our focus should be upon launching a succesful campaign for the EP Election.

It is interesting that in carrying out Farages orders this odious little man seeks to shift blame to Roger Knapman, who let us face it has come late to courage and integrity but he is at least trying to prevent the corruption which Gill seeks to promote.

CONSIDER: It was in fact Farage’s puppets and nodding donkeys who to date have colluded in a corrupt leadership, a corrupt election, a corrupt and dishonest attack on elected members of the NEC who would not aquiesce to the dishonesty and incompetence of the leadership and NEC – they were elected to represent the members not massage Farage’s ego and prop up his insecurities and profligacy.

Correct me if I am wrong but was it not Farage and his puppet NEC which issued this devisive attempt to centralise power without responsibility at a time when they should have been motivating and rallying ‘the troops’ not divisively ‘screwing’ them and abusing them!

The accusation that the NEC has only recently started to discuss the election campaign is simply not true.
Gill is correct here but the discussion has been minimal and there is no clear startegy and they are without tactics of adequate funding since no one trusts them!

There is no one YES No One on the NEC with the vaguest clue of marketing, campaigning or strategic management or tactics. NO not one.

Remember a single FACT in 15 years EUkip has never once had a single solitary training campaign.

The fact of the matter is that until they were expelled from the NEC the behaviour of certain members frustrated all attempts at progress
Gill is correct – they vigerously campaigned to establish how much of the member’s money was being stuffed in pockets also who was liable for debts. They also campaigned that The Constitution was obeyed, the meetings conducted in an orderly and professional manner.

They were representing the interests of members, NOT the well being of the corrupt!

Gill overlooks the fact that I and others have direct contacts on the NEC and the staff of EUkip, also that I have read the minutes and obtained recordings.

Christopher Gill is not so much being economical with the truth he is telling lies!

Christopher Gill you will recall utterly failed to acquit his duties in the recent selection of MEP candidates and is also under investigation by the Data Protection Commissioner for his breech of duty of care as are Ma Zucherman and others.

(hence the need to change the Party rules) and I am convinced that this was a deliberate tactic.
Christopher Gill is either a fool if he believes this or a liar.

I would not go so far as to say that all of the signatories to the letter have links to the BNP
Shame on Gill to use such a dishonest and duplicitous smear – perhaps he would care to justify his comment – some may recall that liars in EUkip have attributed that soubriquette to me as they have claimed I have criminal convictions for receiving stolen goods, they have also tried to claim I work for MI5, MI6, CIA, BNP, The EU, all of which are outright lies.

Watch that video clip again and learn something of EUkip and its dishonesty and corruption. A drunken womanising who consorts with prostitutes and cheats as leader with a libertarian attitude to other people’s money and without any of the skills of a lerader a failed City Barrow Boy!

I have had a number of calls from people who are upset that you have sent them an email in which you imply that Dick, Roger, Tim and I have links with the BNP or are dupes.

I am not sure why you would want to suggest that but such claims are simply not credible. You must realise it is an absurd suggestion. I am afraid that the people who have spoken to me have indicated that it is hardly helping your argument.

The other signatories of the letter may not have the same clear political record as us, but none of them have any links whatsoever with the BNP and we are quite certain of that. We would not have signed a letter with them had that been the case.

We have every right to express our views on the proposed constitution changes. It was not us who called a referendum of members on the issue and I am sure you would agree that where there is a referendum participants have a right to hear all viewpoints.

I signed the letter because I drafted the original constitution together with Petrina Holdsworth. It was drafted very carefully to take account of the criticisms of a High Court judge at a judicial review hearing; we took especial care to draft the discipline rules with that in mind.

The proposed changes undo that careful work in a haphazard way and if made will cause problems in the future.

I did not join UKIP or put hours of my time into it in order to inflict “maximum damage and demoralisation” on the party. Why on earth would I do that? But I do have a right to express my views.

I remind you again that it was not us that raised the issue but the NEC. Crucially, why on earth the NEC should want to do so three months before a major election campaign is beyond me.

A. How you and/or others obtained prior knowledge of decisions made at a private and confidential meeting of the NEC.
Clearly because there are still a few honest me and women left either in leadership, NEC or with access who are unhappy with the dishonesty and have provided me, and now I realise others, with full minutes, outline minutes, recordings and details.

Perhaps this odious little man would care to explain why the NEC are so ashamed of what they are doing that they did not wish transparency!

B. Why you took it upon yourselves to misrepresent those decisions to the membership of the Party, even before the members had themselves been officially notified.
Gill has failed totally, as has The Faragista Fan Club to identify a single solitary misrepresentation by Sir Richard Body, Tim Condon, Roger Knapman, Dr. David Abbott, Dr. Eric Edmond and other utterly unimpeachable individuals – can he possibly be implying that these gentlemen are in fact telling lies?

Consider the signator to The Faragista Fan Club’s letter, very few of them are to be trusted, almost none have shown any discernible integrity, ethics, morality or principles and in fact it is easy to identify at least 50% and PROVE they are liars and cheats.

C. From whom you obtained and used a Party database in a totally unauthorised way, knowing that this would be an offence under the Data Protection Act.

I know by comparison of that which I have gleaned that they did not use an upto date list as the one I have is more upto date – they did not use either of mine!

Why should not executives and officers of EUkip use the Political membership list for political purposes to open discussion of so consequential a matter?

Let us consider the other side of the coin Gill flips to suit his duplicity – what list and by what morality has the leadership discussed behind closed doors dishonest attempts to distance the party from the members, place no evidence in the hands of the members and duplicitously seek to set up a Limited Company by vote of members without provision of either the articles of association or any kind of prospectus!

It is morally reprehensible that the claque of low lifes and liars , nodding donkeys and placemen Farage has gathered around him for his personal gain should pretend to integrity yet yuse a venal old fool to promote their cause to centralise power and disenfranchise members whilst asking those same members to sign a blank cheque on the formation of a company.

You must be aware that enavtment of these ammendments permit of the leader together with little check or balance to fire any member who stands between him and granting himself a salary of every penny piece in the kitty and all that he can borrow – heaven forfend he should do this but we are absolutely certain that those leading EUkip are dishonest, are prepared to cheat, will lie to the authorities and can not be trusted.

You will be aware that at least a £Million can be established to seem to have been trousered from monies related to EUkip.

At least 4 EUkip MEPs are under investigation by OLAF and or the British Police ONE MEP uis under arrest and currently on bail and ONE has been in prison during his elected period.

Also it is likely that EUkip MEP candidate Gawain Towler will be shortly investigated for a crime his wife published, that he has confessed to to Malcolm Wood and another of whom I am aware which may well lead to a custody sentence and restrictions of his employment for the rest of his life – as discussed by various committees within EUkip and due to ban management and incompetent leadership is still not resolved for further and more accurate details CLICK HERE

You will also be aware that EUkip Press Officer Clive Page has a recent conviction for Benefit Fraud CLICK HERE also I am sure you are aware that Malcom wood Regional organiser is a liar and a cheat which is easily proven and Peter Reeve also onearage’s placements Regional Organiser in the much betrayed Eastern Region is not only a liar and a cheat but is answering to a witnessed and substantiated common assault of a member, in his official capacity, complaint and under investigation by The Revenue and Customs Department.

Since clearly Christopher Gill’s duplicitous, dishonourable and shamefull efforts to denigrate democracy has been clearly exposed as dishonest I would contend had he a shred of honour he would publish an appology and resign from membership as having brought EUkip into disrepute.

It is a probability that this corrupt attempt to enact these changes will meet with a yes vote but do realise to enact the changes will be an act of dishonesty by untrustworth scum who have been reliant on a failure of understanding by those who vote, a failure deliberately engineered by the corrupt as unarguably shown by the panic engendered and the lies by The Faragista Fan Club members like Hugh Williams, Christopher Gill and all those who signed the second letter from the Faragista Fan Club.

A Depiuty Leader proven to be a liar and a cheat, acting in self interest as a full time employee of The EU has failed to acquit his duty and promise – having undertaken to produce 17 fully produced Policy Documents of a professional standard he has failed to produce a single one! He has lied and cheated to position himself at first on the scam list for MEP but all he managed of his duty was 7 shddy amateur unreferenced, miss spely grammatically inept and unsubstantiated part policies without a single one being costsed.

EUkip does not have a single man/woman of honour, intellect, experience, competence, integrity, vision or ethics, in their leadership team.

Time for mass resignation of the rotten head of this particular stinking fish!

EUkip’s leader and his immediate supporters have done more to raise awareness and drive members into The BNP than it would seem they have managed to recruit to EUkip – These recruiting Sargeants for the BNP have managed to HALVE the membership of EUkip since 2004 and in the main it is the informed competent activists that have been driven out as with:

& here are some facts from another Blog which I KNOW to be true and am happy to put my name to – having known Robin Page since before he became a victim of EUkip black propaganda and lies.

David Challice is UKIP’s Administration Manager. Peter Reeve is the Regional Organiser for the Eastern Region. They are also Farage sycophants and liars.

When Robin Page fell ill he asked Peter Reeve if he could help him get his MEP nomination papers signed. Reeve readily agreed to this. David Challice also confirmed that this would be acceptable.

Imagine Robin’s surprise when David Challice later informed him that he had missed the deadline for nominations and was therefore barred from being considered as a candidate. Reeve and Challice’s promise of extending the deadline and getting Robin’s papers signed had been conveniently forgotten.

Both Peter Reeve and David Challice had misled Robin. It would seem that there had never been any intention of helping him get his papers signed or processed. It was simply a delaying tactic. Unfortunately Robin had been too trusting.

This deceit can be traced back to Nigel Farage. Nigel did not want Mr Page as an Eastern Region MEP. The last thing Farage needed was an independently minded man on his team. Nigel likes his MEPs compliant.

Nigel had also promised the lead position to David Bannerman and could not take the risk that Robin would top the poll.

Farage took advantage of Robin’s illness as it provided him with a golden opportunity to deal with Robin before the MEP selection process had even begun. It saved Nigel from fabricating reasons why Robin had ‘failed’ the media interview or the MEP selection interview.Challice lied because he did not want to upset Farage or lose his well paid job. Reeve lied for the same reason.What a despicable pair!

ROUNDUP ON DISASTER ALLEY – EUkip’s EQUIVALLENT OF ‘THE CONTINUING SAGA OF PEYTON PLACE’ _ THEY SHOULD HAVE STUCK TO RUNNING A SAWMILL!!
Well the desk is still around despite his fundamental dishonesty – he was supposed to have supervise dproducing 17 policy documents by the launch of The June Campaign in February.

Well I guess that was just another of Farage’s lies or should we call them fantasies!

David Bannerman is clearly a liar and a cheat pretending to be a descendent of a near unknown politician over 100 years ago to gain benefit. To this day he has refused to appologise for his dishonesty.

So far he has produced 7 badly drafted, ill thought out reruns of largely long rejected Tory policy documents.

David Bannerman is a fraud the so called policy documents were banal, riddled with errors, unsourced and without exception uncosted.

It is tile this shoddy little man was dumped if EUkip are going anywhere save down the pan!

He turned up like a bad penny at the latest of EUkip’s launches for the election. He keeps turning up and seems like a Jonah – at one launch based on him with a staff total of about 7 the total turnout was 12! He then did another where 40 turned up but 12 were staff so really only 28 were there!

It was at this meeting that Ken Irvine first made it clear he hadn’t a clue what he was doing and the foul mouthed Bridget Rowe so demeaned the party, one has to wonder why Farage is so keen on women who ‘talk dirty’! Andrew Smith was there too and why ANYONE would listen to him in view of the damage he has done EUkip with his dishonesty is beyond belief.

It was at this non event that Peter Reeve ended up assaulting a member and being reported to the police.

I wonder when EUkip will show signs of getting its act together and dump these low lifes!

Last Saturday David Bannerman worked his magic again with another catastrophic launch – it was to have been a major jamboree starting at 10am and ending at 5pm. however Fran Fox who set it up tells me it wasn’t very successfull and only ran from 1pm to 5pm and several people attended the anti Windmill event.

Fran tells me that she was told it was about 50 but it didn’t sound as if she believed it was that many. the usual suspects were there as lets face it they would travel any distance to have their ego massaged – Peter Reeve, the RO, was there but he was very subdued and didn’t attack anyone, you may well remember him he was the chap who lied to Robin Page and organised Kangaroo Courts to oust John west dishonestly. You will note he has now seized a branch for himself by deception!

The ghastly Lisa Duffy was there and many will remember she gained her position on what most people believe was fiddled vote and the assurance she had loads of ideas and would get several 100 youth members, that was 2 years ago and we understand EUkip Yooof is now upto 70 members which is pretty risible when Del Young recruited more from a standing start. The web site she had wasn’t updated for best part of 2 years and then suddenly vanished.

I believe all present were advised what her ideas were and they occurred several times as she is now out of the election campaign to all intent and purpose as she is giving birth to a new member in 6 weeks – almost as effective as the rate she has grown EUkip Yoooof!

I gather of the maybe 50 (benefit of the doubt) 16 were members of the public 7 of whom were BNP come to watch EUkip’s embarrassment! One has to feel sorry for people like Fran who try so hard to overcome the bad publicity and incompetence of the leadership and as she said ‘it was darned hard work, much harder than she had expected’. I gather 20,000 leaflets were distributed!

Titford didn’t come but hardly surprising he is rarely in the constituency as he now lives on the south coast!! Farage was there but surely most people have heard that speech by now! Gulleyford and Smith made up numbers to aid Bannerman, Duffy & Reeve in ensuring another crap turnout!

I’m surprised the discreditted Andreasen is still hanging about like a Mill Stone around Farage’s neck she is so reveilled in the party.
She must realise by now she hasn’t a prayer of being elected however much she cheats, sufficient people already know she is a hopeless treasurer and a dishonest candidate – just a political prostitute hawking herself around until she can get herself back on the gravy train.

Interestingly with NEC elections and the dishonest and corrupt attempt to centralise control and weedle out of responsibility behind a Limited Company so undemocratically and divisively launched at this time – John Buffton was asked to be the Returning Officer.

We note he declined, whether because he was out manoeuvered last time or just that he didn’t want to be associated with the process when Piers Merchant had, as the last RO, turned in a report exposing NEC and leadership corruption and was totally ignored!

I expect Buffton used some lame excuse about being lead candidate in Wales and much too busy – even though he knows it is a total waste of space and EUkip are likely to be beaten by the BNP in Wales they have been so hopeless.

I gather since Buffton refused the liar and cheat Malcolm Wood was appointed, well that would suit Farage as he is a founder member of The Faragista Fan Club and dishonest to his finger tips.

Strangely despite the paper work having gone out with one name on it he is no longer returning officer – a falling out amongst theives one wonders. Wait for it they will probably put that hopeless inadequate Jonathan Arnott in place because he can do sums. Meanwhile in the realisation that there is no one with a fraction of the required ability on the NEC I expect at the last minute David Samuel Camps will be expected to produce a manifesto.

I wonder why they don’t get Bob Feel Martinis to do it he is a knowall and has the ear of every low life in the party it seems! He also has the advantage of being a fully qualified latch puller and form filler having been plodd some 25 years ago! As I recall he has lots of certificates for something.

He has rented a 12 space suite in that well known accomodation offices Regius Office Block just opposite St. James’s Park – What was wrong with using Gerard Batten’s Offices just off Horseferry Road – much closer to the City and nearer to the Newspaper Offices and lets face it Batten would probably have welcomed the rent being paid as he hasn’t a prayer of being re-elected, all EUkip has done in London is raise awareness of the EU and drive people into the arms of The BNP due to clear lack of competence of its candidates and staff.

Then finally for now has anyone seen The Articles of Association of the New Limited Company Ma Zucherman has charged £5,000 for – surely if the members are effectively shareholdershow can they legally vote on the matter without having a prospectus like any other Limited Company.

This looks more and more like a scam the more you look!

It is worth noting that both Titford and Ma Zucherman have lied and conspired together to bear false witness against John West – one is not surprised as they will be doing all they can to seek to intimidate him in the upcoming investigations where he has alread been told that he will be called as a witness by OLAF relative to the official enquiry now that OLAF have the British Police files on Titford and can proceed with the enquiry.

That Titford has put in written form a pack of lies, which can be proved in a court of law to be lies AND Ma Zucherman aware of the circumstances has, in clear breech of his responsibilities under The Law Society, colluded in witness intimidation – watch this space.

I understand there is already a Law Society complaint in place from another source against Ma Zucherman and also I understand he has been challenged by a lady client in the Courts – I wonder if his little firm will still be trading in a year or so time or will Bent & Manure only be involved in Property Scams!

Now we have a dishonest and corrupted process, which is founded on lies as Jonathan Arnott has conveniently made clear in written form, fromted once again by Ma Zucherman and clearly likely to be a further piec3e of witness tampering if not intimidation as Niall Warry has in a manner beyond the intent or statement of The Constitution been dishonestly debarred his membership.

Members will be aware that when they make application for membership if the Party accepts that membership there is an annual subscription – there is no annual renewal fee under the terms of the Party Constitution.

For Ma Zucherman to deny membership requires a Disciplinary Committee hearing under the basic principle of British Justice being ‘Audi altera partem’ a corner stone of justice being ‘hear the other side’ and Niall has had no hearing. Further as Ma Zucherman must be aware IF he is a solicitor the NEC can not be a Disciplinary Committee as it is in clear breech of British Justice in that another corner stone of Justice is ‘Nemo judex in causa sua’ and clearly since the complainant id the NEC it must in terms of Justice and law be found ‘nobody should be judge in their own case’.

This is clearly a corrupt and dishonest attempt at witness intimidation attempting to discredit a witness in the OLAF enquiry currently in process into the odious and corrupt Derek Clarke who has so clearly lied about members and corrupted the party with his dishonesty and his betrayal of Britain by seeking to increase Britain’s subsidiarity to The EU.

Let us consider the idiotic little lad Arnott’s posturing when in written form on EUkip’s little Forum which is heavily censored as propaganda for members and from which I copied it earlier – please accept that I have scrambled it a little to prevent any danger of proof of through which identity I access the Forum, which I am sure you will appreciate – just as do the few remaining interested parties in the mainstream media.

Membership is a mere £20 for a constant supply of information if one wants it! It would of course be far more grown up to discuss matters in the open with transparency and thus IF the party was being run properly visitors might be sufficiently impressed by the discussions to wish to join and participate.

The only thing that should be conducted behind closed doors is personal intimacy, pornography and pederasty – perhaps we now know why they try to act in secret! That which they do they are ashamed of!

This is a lie and I have checked with Niall – that he may well in discusssion, as an attempt to clean up and professionalise EUkip, discussed the possibility of not paying his dues to continue his membership is clearly an acceptable discussion point and bargaining method.

Perhaps it could be made clear in the extant Constitution where Freedom of Speech is precluded for members. I do appreciate that if the proposed corrupt ammendments are introduced it will be littel more than a fascist take over of the party where the dictator committee has absolute and abitrary say.

Together with an elected NEC member Niall warry agreed, since his reputation id beyond reproach as was that of the NEC member merely agreed to be a recipient of any donation and ensure it was paid out for the purpose which I promoted. Your lies are transparent and disingenuous and your corruption is palpable.

Niall Warry sent in in ample time his annual dues for his membership – it was NOT an application he was and is legally a member.

This is nowhere shown in the Constitution – there is a SEPARATE Membership committee and there is a clearly laid out Disciplinary procedure – EUkip has acted abitrarily and dishonestly.

The attempt to dishonestly debar Niall Warry and deny him his right of membership and his democratic right of discussion renders your whole procedure as invalid and dishonest or at very least crassly inept.

It is appreciated that this has much to do with corruption and dishonesty amongst the MEPs, leadership and NEC and an attempt to gag disent.

Niall Warry made his Membership application whilst you were still in your political nappies (sorry I note you still are due to political incontinence!).

Niall warry was Chairman of Wales for UKIP before many of the inept and inexperienced idiots on the NEC were in the party.

This sad little lad is utterly inept and a liar, desparately trying to justify his unelected placement.

It is noted that he is facing the prospect of a Judicial Review as advocated by District Judge Bazley White who is considering the case against EUkip being brought by John West and also separately the case being brought against the party by Allison West also. The case is unwinnable for EUkip as they have already conceded guilt by making payments on the same grounds to others and EUkip’s own returning officer has published a 9 page official report denouncing EUkip’s guilt in the matter!

One must assume this is merely another example of Farages’s utterly inept leadership and determination to satiate his pathetic insecurity at the party’s expense!

The attempted Witness Intimidation will go down like a lead balloon with the Judge on the 17th. February!

Perhaps the following letter from Niall Warry may give cause for slightly more grown up response from the fools currently managing and destroying EUkip.

I had received a copy from Niall as a friend of many years standing and as he knew I would not broadcast ity however having received a copy from someone with access to a recipient’s computer I have spoken to Niall (without stating my other source) and he believes since it is now clearly in circulation its publication may help EUkip to start to clean up its act to avoid facing a further Court case it will lose with the risk to members of substantial damages.

Perhaps the idiots on the NEC and the lads they have as puppets would have been well advised to first learn something of those they seek to attack and secondly seek COMPETENT legal advice before putting the party in jeopardy – look what a mess they got themselves in with lies, dishonesty, corruption and outright imaturity regarding the simple matter of the donations by Alan Bown where increasingly it looks like the cost to members could be over £1/2 Million – all due to the crass dishonesty and dishonest behavior of Nigel Farage and Andrew Smith.

Is it any wonder they wish to pass their liabilities to a Limited Company!

Here is Niall warry’s second letter to Ma Zucherman clearly trying to give EUkip the opportunity to avoid a damaging Court Case – I wonder had it occurred to EUkip how it will look in Court in this witness intimidation case and that against John West that correspondence went unanswered by EUkip and attempts at resolution and reconciliation were spurned!

These are people who expect the public to vote for them as representatives to negotiate for Britain – dressing up as chickens, getting fall down drunk, consoorting with prostitutes and boasting that one didn’t pay them is hardly a recommendation!

Here is Niall Warry’s second letter sent, I understand to Ma Zucherman of Bent and Manure and the NEC and other officers of EUkip:

Dear Mr Zuckerman,

You have still not replied to my letter of the 11th of January.

The advice I have received is that I should apply for a Judicial Review but am conscious that the clock is ticketing on the time scales involved. Your stalling will be considered in the 3 months time limitation and brings UKIP into further disrepute, I am reliably advised:-

Judicial Review (JR)
3.3 Before making your claim for judicial review, you should send a letter to the defendant. The purpose of this letter is to identify the issues in dispute and establish whether litigation can be avoided. The letter should contain the date and details of the decision, act or omission being challenged and a clear summary of the facts on which the claim is based. It should also contain the details of any relevant information that the claimant is seeking and an explanation of why this is considered relevant. A claim should not normally be made until the proposed reply date given in the letter before claim has passed, unless the circumstances of the case require more immediate action to be taken.

3.4 Defendants should normally respond to that letter within 14 days and sanctions may be imposed unless there are good reasons for not responding within that period.

14 days have passed since I wrote to ask you for an apology and correction of my status to full membership of UKIP. I appreciate that there is a current attempt to secure absolute arbitrary control for the leader and his unelected Chairman – this is not yet enacted therefore I call on you as allegedly a solicitor and as Party Secretary to acquit your duty in terms of ‘audi alteram partem’ and minded that there is an official Disciplinary Structure based upon ‘nemo judex in causa sua’.

Unless I hear from you within 7 days I reserve the right to take such legal action as I am advised, at that stage, considering the pertinent body of law. This being in terms that I have been denied my legal rights and further that my integrity and character have been unlawfully besmirched. Therefore reinstatement and damages are clearly legally apposite.

The only drawback of publishing these letters is I now look far less clever than I did as you now know where I got the clever Latin legalese from! I presume his Solicitor or his Barrister provided the details!
