Nikki SINCLAIRE MEP Just Ploughs On!
Aware That The Aim Is Leave-The-EU & Posture Politics in The EU WILL NOT Achieve That!
.
Hi,
I published the blog from Nikki Sinclaire’s blog the day it was published there but here it is with the full text – and it is good to see sound reasoning rather than yet another rant by Nigel Farage about his testicles or how he is the chosen one having been spared when run over blind drunk in a gutter, sacked from the City as a failure due to alcohol and with not a single genuine friend who is prepared to step forward in his support when publicised as consorting with a prostitute, funding his wife and mistress from the public purse or called on to resign by a corrupt MEP he cheated and lied to bring into UKIP.
The clamour of support from Malcolm Pearson, Stuart Wheeler, Hugh Williams, Stuart Agnew, Gerard Batten, Trevor Colman, Mike Nattrass, Paul Nuttal or ANYONE he isn’t directly funding through UKIP is deafening in its silence!
& here is the text as promised – when I got around to it!
Clearly Nikki Sinclaire MEP gave the interview BEFORE UKIP published their apology for having abused, harassed, demeaned and lied about her that gave rise to the Guilty Verdict against UKIP, Nigel Farage MEP & Godfrey Bloom MEP in The British Courts at the New Year.
The apology can be found in The Right Sidebar or if you
CLICK HERE > UKIP Official Apology 01
Out of interest for the Grass Roots Party Members so betrayed by their self serving leadership and its party funded parasites and leadership praise singers, YOU WILL NOTE subsequent to this article Nikki Sinclaire MEP accepted the apology and has agreed to set aside persuit of The Guilty Verdict or any resultant damages, which could have bankrupted UKIP and closed down the leadership self enrichment and scams once and for all.
It is clearly in Britain’s best interest to Leave-The-EU but NOT at the expense of prostituting UKIP to jump through The EU bribe enduced rings like performing poodles to help the leadership of UKIP enrich itself by selling its Party Members’ Principles to associate with extremists, racists, anti Jewish, violently anti homosexual pro EU membership scum of EU Politics as in The EFD Group or ever again to risk association with such vile low lifes in ANY Pan EU Political Party just to help The EU project destroy National Politics for payouts and bribes – such as Fishing Trips to The Seychelles on offer to MEPs and used to bribe other members of The EFD etc.
I can well see Nikki Sinclaire MEP standing as a UKIP candidate but only on her ethical stance and terms to ensure she can continue to acquit her duty to campaign to Leave-The-EU as she is with her Nation Wide Petition to embarrass The Government into holding a Full Day Debate YET AGAIN to explain how they have lied about The EU in Parliament and misled the people.
IF Nikki Sinclaire can get The 100,000 signatures, and she is well on the way with well over half – one ad alone brought in 5,000 signatures and on Friday in Shrewsbury approaching a further 1,000 were obtained and EVERY ONE of these people has received the Magazine and a form to obtain another 10 signatures each – the effect is snowballing whilst UKIP in The EU is achieving, after 18 years, almost nothing except a tasteless notoriety as irresponsible fools without ANY Gravitas or Dignity.
The Petition is due to start being presented via The Petition Bag on The Speakers Chair by a totally Cross Party list of MPs who are now working in support of The Petition.
The Petition is also working in Harmony with Toby Blackwell’s funded
Peoples’ Campaign Pledge for An IN / OUT Referendum
being organised and run by Bridget Rowe, James Pryor & Jon Gaunt See: The Midnight Group for details of the Campaigns & More!
The Government MAY WELL try to duck out of their undertaking so then is the time to pile on more publicity with all the help she can get – this MAY NOT BE the crack in the armour but it is sure to hell worth trying whilst UKIP Leadership keep squabbling like ferrets in a sack to keep their snouts in the trough and feed their parasites.
MEP Nikki Sinclaire still hoping to stand for UKIP at next election
West Midlands MEP Nikki Sinclaire fell out with her UKIP colleagues last year, but she tells Political Editor Jonathan Walker why she could still return to the fold – and why she turns her back when she hears Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony.
A rebel MEP who was expelled from UKIP and took the party to an employment tribunal has said she still hopes to stand in the next European elections – as a UKIP candidate.
Nikki Sinclaire said she could still patch things up with her party despite a bitter public feud with leader Nigel Farage and an ongoing row over allegations of sexism and homophobia.
Ms Sinclaire revealed this was not the first time she took legal action against UKIP. A High Court ruling in 2004 found in her favour after the party attempted to remove her from its National Executive Committee.
She went on to become the second UKIP MEP representing the West Midlands when she was elected in 2009.
Speaking to the Birmingham Post, Ms Sinclaire also said she had spent £11,000 from EU funds on newspaper adverts to promote her campaign for a referendum on leaving the EU.
The campaign, backed by West Midlands UKIP MEP Mike Nattrass and celebrity chef Rustie Lee, has so far attracted 50,000 signatures.
She said: “The adverts were paid for out of my communication budget, and that had to be pre-approved by the Parliament. It was fantastic to get that.”

Ms Sinclaire’s joy in becoming UKIP’s second West Midlands MEP in 2009 quickly turned sour after she fell out with her colleagues in 2010 over her refusal to sit with the Europe of Freedom and Democracy group, UKIP’s group in the European Parliament.
This included parties from other European nations, including some which she considered to be homophobic and anti-semitic.
As a result, she was stripped of the party whip, preventing her from calling herself a UKIP MEP or standing as a UKIP candidate in future elections.
Ms Sinclaire has also claimed her poor relationship with Nigel Farage, UKIP’s leader from 2007 to 2009 – who became party leader for a second time last November – was a factor in her expulsion.
Since then, she has been joined as an independent by Mike Nattrass, the other UKIP MEP in the West Midlands, and Trevor Colman, UKIP MEP for the South-west, both of whom have left the Europe of Freedom and Democracy group.
However, unlike Ms Sinclaire, neither of them was disciplined by UKIP.
Ms Sinclaire won a claim for sex discrimination against her former colleagues at UKIP at an employment tribunal last December.
But despite the result she said she would be happy to return to the fold if she got the chance.
She said: “There are ongoing issues at the moment, but I have been at loggerheads with UKIP before and then came back.
“So I wouldn’t rule it out.”

Freed from the lies and abuse by UKIP Leadership Sinclaire can now get on with her duty to campaign to Leave-The-EU!
.
Hi,
here are the updates on Nikki Sinclaire’s week now that she has received the apology from UKIP for their abuse and harassment of her see CLICK HERE she can return to her duties working to Leave-The-EU.
I gather the week still hasn’t ended and she was hoping to drop in to encourage her constituents in Meridan who are well into the 2nd. year of protest against inappropriate Green Belt Developement by so called Travellers including the Millionaire Jensen owning fashion concious claimed Gypsy!
Looks like more junk food & takeaway on route home to inflame the Gall Bladder again!
Then I gather there is at least one article in a major Sunday paper as well – so I gather from a media contact of mine and MAYBE an even more significant one regarding Derek Clark MEP!
Keep an eye on this blog and on my Twitter for updates.
I had to leave Shrewsbury to travel back to Birmingham to be interviewed for the BBC Radio‘s Hardtalk programme presented by Steve Dyson (pictured above). It was a good interview, with many hard hitting questions. It should be broadcast sometime in the next month or so.
SIR – Could I alert your readers to the campaign for a referendum on our membership of the European Union (haveyoursay.eu)?
Britain is currently half in the EU and half out, and whatever your viewpoint, that is no good for ourselves or the rest of Europe.
Some people think Britain should come out altogether and go back to making our own laws and trading with whosoever we wish – being out of Europe doesn’t mean we couldn’t trade with them.
Other people think Britain should go further, transferring government from Westminster to Brussels and abandoning the pound in favour of the euro.
Either way, those of us in favour of a referendum think it is something the people should be allowed to decide.
It is, after all, a far more important subject than “alternative voting” that was put to the public earlier this month.
The English people are trusting, tolerant and generous, but history has shown that when we are pushed too far, we fight back.
I would urge anyone – for or against the EU – who thinks we should be allowed a say on our membership to sign the petition. You can contact the campaign office on 0800 157 7916 or at eureferendum@ gmail.com.

It is astonishing when you look at Nikki Sinclaire MEPs work load!
.
Hi,
I gather also there is a letter in The Warwickshire papers and I’ll try to dig that up later for you and add it and I gather from someone at the Shrewsbury event this morning she then had to dash off to her office and then ito Birmingham to do a TV 1/2hr. interview for next week – then back to the office.
It is quite astonishing the work load she seems capable of taking on now she is not constrained by the extremist and racist anti homosexual UKIP Group Farage heads up in The EU for UKIP as allied with the vile EFD Group and his odious associates and party funded parasites.
If any one had been suckered into believing there was a benefit for UKIP in membership of a Pan EU Political Party Grouping just a glance at The EFD would show that although it may put a £Million a year in Farage’s pocket it gets no extra publicity or speaking time of any real significance!
I always enjoy meeting representatives of British industry in Strasbourg, and helping in any way that I can. I was therefore delighted when Mike Nattrass and I had the opportunity to meet with Nick Soper of the Scotch Whisky Association.

Hi,
have YOU checked the voting records of YOUR MEPs?
Here is the vote on whether YOUR MEP is in favour of direct EU Taxes on those unfortunate enough to be slaves in the vassal states.
One of the main effects of the Lisbon Treaty was that MEPs were given a lot more power over EU decision-making, at the expense of national governments and parliaments (since the Treaty also transferred substantial powers away from member states, and therefore national parliaments.) This was an element of the Treaty which governments clearly didn’t think through properly. In practice, the European Parliament has its own logic, its own cycle and its own agenda, which doesn’t really correspond to public opinion in member states. In short, to give so much power to cheerleaders of further EU integration at a time when further EU integration is the last thing most citizens want was a pretty silly idea.National governments are now paying the price.
If you want a clear example, consider MEPs‘ vote this week on the shape and size of the EU’s next long-term budget (likely to run between 2014 and 2020). The Lisbon Treaty gave MEPs full co-decision powers over the long-term budget, meaning an effective veto over anything national governments decide.
In the vote this week, MEPs voted 468 against 134 (with 54 abstentions) for the ‘big three’, defying what many national governments had called for:
- An increase of at least 5% to the EU budget over its 2013 level
- A direct EU tax to fund the EU budget
- A phasing out of all national rebates, including the UK’s.
The phasing out of the rebate is politically complicated as it pits net contributors that have a rebate from the EU budget (such as the UK) versus the net contributors without a rebate (such as Denmark and France), so let’s leave this one for a sec. However on the first two, you’d be hard pressed to find support amongst citizens (at least in those states that have to cough up) for any increase to the EU budget or an EU tax (for a whole range of reasons). As we’ve repeated so many times that it’s getting old, MEPs are doing themselves no favours by constantly churning out their demands for more – ranting like this is hardly going to score them many points with citizens either. Their biggest hurdle, we suspect, will be Germany (which will contribute the most to the EU budget by far post-2014).
So, how did the UK MEPs vote? The table at the bottom gives a break-down of their votes on key amendments.
From the looks of it, Lib Dem and Labour MEPs voted in favour of an EU tax, while Lib Dem MEPs seem to have voted against an amendment calling for national rebates to be maintained. So if Lib Dem MEPs had their way, both the UK’s gross contribution (under the 5% increase) and its net contribution (because the rebate would be scrapped) would increase pretty significantly.
We also note that the Lib Dems stated in their election manifesto for the European elections in 2009 that“We do not see the need, in the current context, for any significant growth in the budget’s size, nor the abolition of the British rebate.”
The Lib Dems‘ voting record this week doesn’t suggest that they honoured this pledge – or are we missing something (i.e. was there any other amendment to the same effect that they voted for instead?).
Anyway, check out the table to see how your MEP voted (click to enlarge).
