Barosso makes it very clear, when questioned by Nikki Sinclaire MEP that the aim of PEPPs and tax payers’ money paying for them is just another ratchet in the advance of the undemocratic EU to control the vassal states as laid out in the New Constitution of The Lisbon Treaty, which of course was rejected by the people when they had a say but imposed by the dishonest political self serving class in betrayal of their National interests and liberty.
