Dear Greg,
I can confirm that the MEP agreement published on your UKIP-vs-EUkip site is genuine.
I was given a copy of the document when I applied to become a UKIP MEP candidate prior to the 2009 EU elections. After reading it, I asked for more information regarding Point 6. I was assured by Peter Reeve and George Curtis (both sat on the Eastern Region MEP selection panel) that it simply referred to sitting in a UKIP group in the EU parliament.
At no time was I told that I would be expected to sit with extremist parties from other European countries.
I am more than happy to confirm this in a signed statement for any Court, should it be required by one of the ethical MEPs who have refused to be associated with extremists and pro EU apeasers seeking ‘change’ not withdrawal as the members wanted.
