UKIP’s Dishonourable Behaviour in Chorley Spills Into The Press – AGAIN!
In the manner of ‘Birds of a Feather’ I understand Nigel Farage has agreed to open ‘The Swan with Two Necks’ on Good Friday for his criminal chum Nick Hogan!
As birds go they ain’t swans but they sure have a lot of neck – Sadly not their own but it is that of UKIP that is being laid on the line for their personal vain glory!

Hi,
as it now seems the crass behaviour of UKIP in Chorley has spilled into the realms of the media as shown by this ‘e’Mail sent, as you can see, to LEP Newsdesk which I believe is the holding company of The Chorley Guardian and other local papers – it is clearly a matter in the public domain, hence the copy forwarded to me.
Unlike the pond life that like maggots on a corpse feed as parasites of the leadership of UKIP – The author is clearly prepared to put his name to the posting and unlike the scum that has gathered around UKIP’s leadership like Skeptyc, Independent UKIP, Gothmog (William Shaw), wonkitsame (Stuart Parr), Baron von Lotsov (sure ain’t brains or common sense!), Mick McGough and the rest of the filth he is clearly an individual of some probity and established integrity.
To answer a question asked by a commentator on the UKIP controlled Forum:
Its nothing to with racism-its whether or not a member can be sacked and sacked as a candidte on the basis of a phone call to Nigel Farage and that the party’s constitution and rules are not followed.
Various Labour Mps were accused of fraud etc but the Labour party followed its discipline procedures with due process,natiral justice,oppurtunity to rebut etc.
I understand from more than one contact aware of this matter that there was zero communication with Colin Danby of an official nature – the matter was merely leaked to the media in much the same way John Ison and his associates set out to lie and defame Nikki Sinclaire using material stolen from her office and abuse of trust.
Or for that matter the engineered lies that were leaked dishonestly to Guy Basnett at The News of The World wjhen he made such a fool of himself and found he was in breach of trust having foolishly believed lies put to him seemingly with the authority of UKIP leadership, that were subsequently unsustainable but proved of short term benefit to The EU as UKIP had blocked exposure of a number of significant EU abuses of tax payers’ money.
Many will remember the pack of lies from Annabelle Fuller that Nigel Farage endorsed that led to John Wittacker’s resignation as Chairman.
You will also note the desperate and dishonest attempts to defame me with lies and childish fabrications by self serving idiots sycophantic to UKIP leadership for their personal gain.
You will be aware that after many YEARS of blogging to date NOT A SINGLE BLOG I HAVE EVER WRITTEN has been shown to be consequentially inaccurate.
Little wonder the pond life of UKIP are so desperate to suppress the truth and so ashamed that they fail to put their name to their dishonest fabrications.
So in answer to the question of ex-member NO DUE PROCESS would seem to have been followed.
I understand no due process was ever followed when Farage’s chum Tom Wise was exposed having defrauded the tax payers Farage merely accepted a donation of some £5,000 of the stolen money to pay a debt and no disciplinary action of consequence was taken, as with Stuart Agnew who openly and clearly admitted on film to electoral fraud with Malcolm Pearson and to defrauding the tax payers with David Bannerman.
Similarly no disciplinary action was taken against the liar Derek Clark nor any action for his having publicly boasted of defrauding the tax payers.
May I remind readers of the various outright breeches of The Data Protection Act by UKIP leadership and the number of guilty verdicts obtained against UKIP in various Courts. You may recall when UKIP Chairman was described in open court by a presiding judge to be an unreliable and implausible witness.
Many will be aware of the source of the leaks from the leadership of UKIP that placed John Bufton before the cameras on the despatches programme defrauding the tax payers by signing in on a Friday early morning for work and promptly flying home having obtained his per diem allowances.
Clearly in terms of leadership and Governance in ANY capacity UKIP are sadly unfit for purpose.
It is clear that an outright and bigotted comment likening an African leader to a baboon when made by a member of that sordid and clearly racist Leadership team, when made in UKIP’s name representing the party and the constituents on the floor of The EUropean so called parliament not only goes undisciplined but is not even appologised for yet when a lesser soul in a private conversation makes, what I am told was a far less notable remark based more on Politically Correct speech than racism they are summarily dismissed.
One need only to note the utterly shameful behaviour and lies promulgated about and told to Nikki Sinclaire – that Godfrey Bloom was censured for his anti homosexual behaviour by the parliament is a matter of shame to decent UKIP supporters. That Malcolm Pearson was proven to be a liar hardly helps the party.
Clearly being so utterly bereft of morality or competent leadership, being a vipers nest of liars and low lifes perhaps you will agree that encouraging ANYONE to vote for these odious people is not just an act of folly but more rationally must, by anyone of any morality, be considered a matter of shame.
We even have fools trying to pretend that in some way I would seek to harm UKIP’s ONLY asset in a desperate effort to hide the truth by defaming me the filth feeding on the corpse of UKIP invent lies, fantasies and distortions.
Fortunately in 65 years NO ONE has EVER been able to show any instance where I have EVER dishonestly or dishonourably set out to damage or malign ANYONE.
Little wonder that UKIP’s low lifes and gutter trash are so ashamed they will not put their names to their lies.
Once again I challenge these filth to call a public meeting which I can attend and try to substantiate their l;ies to my face and to the public based on fact, in their own names – I have made this challenge frequently before yet knowing their claims to be lies they have scuttled away like cockroaches to attack in a cowardly manner unable to substantiate their lies.
UKIP is clearly unfit for purpose as the following ‘e’Mail to the media shows.
A vote for UKIP in its present condition is a vote for shame.

Dear Colin
Just a short note to express my dismay as to how your good name and reputation have been sullied and defamed by the details in the article printed in last weeks
Chorley Guardian.
I find it totally without credibility that someone like Mark Hogan, a convicted criminal who deliberately broke the law concerning smoking in his Public House, the Swan with two Knecks , and who has
spent time in prison for that offence, has the audacity to label you as a racist. It is clear that Mr Hogan does not aspire to the highest standards of free speech and
cannot demonstrate that his adherence to the law of the land is unequivocal. That he promotes his view of you being a racist via his membership of UKIP brings them into liability for allowing
such defamation.
Having known you personally since I moved to Clayton Le Woods in 1977 and having had regular contact over the intervening years, there has not been one occasion whereby any comment
made by you on any matter has caused me to believe you have any prejudice towards any class, creed or religious belief and you have always instilled in me the firm belief that as a civilised
society, we must be tolerant of others beliefs, but that the evil extremism we now witness in the name of the Islamic religion being perpetrated against our race, our society and our beliefs
is directly at variance with our core beliefs in accordance with the human rights act and the european convention on human rights, which guarantees, freedom of association, speech and religious
beliefs, but does not grant terrorists the right to cause us harm.
You are and have always been to my mind a true Brit, who has served your country well in your military career and in civilian life done nothing but good works for the benefit of your fellow
human beings.
I have sought out the meaning of “Defamation” which is below and I personally believe that not only Mr Hogan has defamed your good name, but that in repeating the allegations made by him in the
Chorley Guardian, a vicarious liability for promulgating such slanders also lies with the Chorley Guardian. The effect of that article is certainly widespread as you have indicated it has been placed
on to the internet for all to see, thus causing your good name and reputation as a fair minded and tolerant individual to be demeaned in the eyes the public and left you open to ridicule, hatred
and contempt.
I would strongly urge you to take up this matter with the Chorley Guardian as they do carry some responsibility for what has occurred now in your life.
My solicitor is Stephen Evans at Birchall Blackburn in St Thomas’s Road, who may be able to assist you, possibly to claim damages if the impunity of your reputation is not revoked by the parties concerned
and a public apology promulgated in the associated media.
There is a another issue which you may wish to draw to the attention of the Police. The effect of Mr Hogans defamation may be causing you to be or to feel harassed and there is specific protection against
harassment under the provisions of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 which, if this matter has indeed been promulgated on to the internet and you are receiving messages of hate and criticism to make
you feel harassed, could result in a criminal prosecution under the act, you should consult the police on this and provide evidence of harassment if this is occuring.

Meaning of Defamation
There is no single comprehensive definition of what is defamatory. Various suggestions have been made before the courts, including any material which:
- Is to a person’s discredit.
- Tends to lower him or her in the estimation of others.
- Causes him or her to be shunned or avoided.
- Causes him or her to be exposed to hatred, ridicule or contempt.
For a statement to be defamatory the imputation must tend to lower the claimant in the estimation of right-thinking members of society generally. Even if the words damage a person in the eyes of a section of society or the community, they are not defamatory unless they amount to a disparagement of the reputation in the eyes of right-thinking people generally.
