Farage was, as I recal, all too willing to dump Clark when he found a possibly bigger income stream and the opportunity to take a Bath with Lord Rutland – who however gave little Farage short shrift and sent him packing!

Just as when Farage ignored Clark in his love in with Kilroy Silk and PROMISED HIM the leadership of UKIP!

As yet UKIP would seem to have totally ignored the democratic rights of its members, yet again.

One is forced to wonder whether the dishonest, corrupt and clearly useless Derek clark is being kept on as a cash cow for Nigel Farage as I can see no other reason for such an odious and useless article to remain in office when rejected by the unarguable democratic committee and members who have clearly rejected him.

We are pleased to note that the outgoing East Midlands Regional Committee has passed a vote of no confidence in Derek “I luv a piece of cod” Clark. And about time!

It is time for Clark to step down and be replaced by a better man. We trust that Nigel Farage and the NEC will respect the decision of the committee and ask Clark to fall on his sword at the earliest opportunity.

Many will be aware that I have openly called for the resignation of the corrupt and dishonest Derek Clark who has lied on a serial basis about me and also about the Junius blog and despite claims he never reads the blogs seems readily able to quote from them in fabricating his lies to cover his dishonest and fraudulent behaviour!

Let us not forget that this is the odious little man who tried to rig a Kangaroo Court with Gerard Batten and little Douglas Denny to remove the el;ected Chairman of UKIP East Midlands Peter Baker based upon lies and trumpped up charges and ensuring Peter Baker was denied access to witnesses who could prove the charges against him were lies from Derek Clark and his corrupt associates.

Derek Clark is also the individual who openly boasted at a public meeting of how he personally defrauded The EU for his own gain.

Derek Clark also betrayed his electorate and Britain by entering into an agreement with Romania to campaign for increased control of The EU over Britain and greater ‘subsidiarity’ of Britain to The EU – for Farage to enlarge his grubby little group in The EU and seemingly trouser more money from the 4,000 / 400 budget and international travel budgets now available to buy the loyalty of members of the group to ensure the income stream?

That UKIP is unprofessional and has an EU style contempt for democracy is clearly visible not just in the fact that the vote of no confidence has been kept secret – although we gave details as soon as it had occurred UKIP were trying to keep it hushed up!

Let us also remeber that like Ireland who voted the wrong way for The EU and were forced to vote again UKIP members resoundingly rejected changes to their constitution but as with The EU UKIP’s corrupt leadership suppressed all opposition and spent member’s money on promoting the aim to centralise more power in the hands of one man and his puppets and muppets and after massive publicity of the one side within the party engineered another vote and an implausible 90%+ yes vote from the entire membership redollent of some third world tin pot dictatorish or the democratic standards of Nazi Germany, Stalin’s USSR, Pol Pot or Mau’s China!

One can expect Nigel Farage’s corrupt, useless, dishonest and fraudulent cash cow to linger on like a bad smell – as he has done to date – befouling the body politic as he seemingly enriches his ‘Glorious Leader’!

UKIP’s EFD allies in fraud scandal!

Lega Nord treasurer Francesco Belsito is believed to have passed electoral expense reimbursements to the family of Umberto Bossi, the party’s leader. According to the authorities in Milan, Naples and Reggio Calabria, the 4 sons of the party leader Umberto Bossi and those of Rosi Mauro, Bossi’s personal assistant, were given the money to pay for hotels, meals and travels. Belsito is currently being investigated for fraud and illegally funding the party:

Also under investigation are a number of employment contracts, with OLAF apparently having been brought into the equation.

Bossi himself has a previous conviction for fraud, as well as receiving a one year sentence for incitement to racial violence in 1998. He also sat as an MEP as a member of UKIP”s Independence & Democracy Group in the 2004-2009 European Parliament.

Racial violence and fraud – that seems to be the order of the day in Farage’s EFD group. But the biggest fraud of all is that perpetrated on UKIP’s member and supporters who believe that the MEPs are actually doing something to help get the UK out of the EU. Whilst Clark gets his knuckles rapped for – errrr – fraud, Bloom urinates in hotel lobbies and employs his family whilst pompously denying that he – errrr – employs his family, and Batten gives speeches to people convicted of – errrr – fraud, UKIP members and supporters just keep on handing the cash over.

it may interest you to know hat although this issue which so closely involves UKIP seems not to have been published in Britain in the dead tree press.

The subject has however featured on the FRONT PAGE of The Buenos Aires Herald for two consecutive days.

There is also a rumour in the EU, which is hard to confirm due to the religious bank holiday, that Bossi has resigned – I stress I can NOT confirm this rumour though I have heard it from two seperate sources!

IF this is the case it is possible the vile Lega Nord extremists will leave The EFD Group which Nigel Farage has strenuously made efforts to prevent as with his failure to take ANY action relative to the support for Anders Breivik!

IF The EFD Group collapses I gather Nigel Farage will personally lose control of a great deal of money and privilege such as the 4,000 now 400 Budget and the appointment of staff and international travel!

It is believed that it is only in Nigel Farage’s interest that UKIP is associated with the extremists in The EFD Group!

Strange that the British MSM seem to have so little interest in MEP corruption and the odious antics of The EFD Group and UKIP – They have not even reported the many 10s of £1,000s Derek Clark was ordered to repay of the money he had fraudulently obtained as proven by OLAF – Nor the guilty verdict of OLAF against Graham Booth nor the failure to absolve Mike Natrass beyond the wooly insufficient evidence style verdict.

Mr Bossi has been in Italian politics since the late 1980s

Leading Italian populist politician Umberto Bossi has resigned as head of the Northern League after a financial scandal engulfed the party.

The Northern League is the only party in opposition to the current technocratic government led by Prime Minister Mario Monti.

A former party treasurer is suspected of misusing funds.

Mr Bossi, known as a fierce critic of corruption in public life, denies any wrongdoing himself.

Northern League treasurer Francesco Belsito resigned on Tuesday after prosecutors alleged he had used party funds to pay for, among other things, the remodelling of Mr Bossi’s villa and holidays for the leader’s children.

There was no immediate comment from the former treasurer on the accusations laid against him.

News of Mr Bossi’s resignation emerged on Thursday, with no comment from the leader himself.

Fiery speeches

The scandal has been all the more embarrassing for him because he has always been bitterly contemptuous of the corruption that plagues so much of Italian public life, the BBC’s Alan Johnston reports from Rome.

Mr Bossi has been one of the most colourful figures on the Italian political stage, coming to prominence on a separatist platform, our correspondent says.

In fiery speeches he frequently criticised “the corrupt and lazy South” for draining hard-earned wealth away from the North.

Mr Bossi once described the European Union as a nest of communist bankers and freemasons.

Despite the rhetoric, the Northern League formed coalition governments with the right-wing parties supporting the governments of Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi.

Following his resignation the party instantly gave him the honorary position of president.

But Alan Johnston says the amount of influence Mr Bossi may wield in future will perhaps depend on how the current fraud inquiry plays out.

UKIP: Gerard Batten MEP and the Far-right

Gregory Lauder-Frost is a controversial figure. Whilst working as a payroll operations manager he admitted to eight specimen charges of embezzling £110,000 from Riverside health authority in 1992 and was jailed for two years. The court was told he had channelled money into extreme right-wing political causes.

This was not his only brush with the law, as it emerged at the end of his trial that he had also been implicated in attempts to sell elderly Russian arms to far right groups in the USA.

Lauder-Frost has a history of far-right connections, including with Clive Derby-Lewis who was jailed for life for his role in the murder of the ANC leader Chris Hani.

During his involvement with the white supremacist ‘Western Goals’, the group’s magazine, European Dawn, carried an interview with Franz Shonuber, a former SS officer. It was claimed by The Scotsman newspaper in 1987 that Western Goals may have been used by its U.S. associates as a conduit for funds to the Nicaraguan Contras following the Contragate scandal.

In December 2006, Lauder-Frost’s name was found on a leaked copy of the BNP membership list.

On April 23rd 2010 Lauder Frost presided over a dinner at the National Liberal Club which was attended by, amongst others, Adrian Davies (former barrister to holocaust denier David Irving), and Sam Swerling (a BNP member). Lauder-Frost was an associate of the late Mike Smith, a notorious far-right figure, and kept company with Stuart Milson, an-ex BNP member and self-confessed fascist.

The Monarchist league, Western Goals, the Conservative Democratic Alliance, the Monday Club, the list of failed right-wing groups associated with Lauder-Frost goes on and on.

Now there is yet another of these right-wing entities, The Traditional Britain Group, and guess who is Vice-President? You guessed it – Gregory Lauder-Frost!

The group held a dinner in London in November, and boasted a guest speaker – UKIP MEP Gerard Batten. This was held at the Charing Cross Hotel, which was previously the venue for a notorious dinner held by Western Goals in 1991 in honour of their guest, Jean Marie Le Pen, of the French Front Nationale. Western Goals also held a dinner to commemorate the life of General Franco, and have met with Alessandra Mussolini.

Given that Batten is implicated in certain allegations that have been subject to legal process, is it wise for him to be seen publicly associating with such people? While Farage struggles to dismiss charges that UKIP sits with racists and extremists in the European Parliament, Batten takes the decision to speak at a meeting that clearly positions him alongside some of the most notorious right wing elements on the lunatic fringe of British politics.

To which I responded with a comment being aware that Gerard Batten had little regard for Justice or any concept of the rights of others, which was confirmed some years ago by his abuse of basic Justice, when he colluded with Derek Clark MEP & little Douglas Denny to orchestrate a UKIP Kangaroo Court to remove Peter Baker from his elected role as Regional Chairman of UKIP East Midlands: by blocking Peter Baker from presenting evidence that clearly proved his innocence of the invented charges, dishonestly made against him.

My response as posted on Junius ‘Comments’ was:

That Gerard Batten has been a guest speaker at some organisations which I and others may consider extremist and has published racist positions regarding creed is surely a legitimate issue for discussion when related to an elected individual feeding from the public purse.

I have a copy of the text removed FROM Junius and can see no slander, insult, libel or the like in that text – It would seem to be a statement of facts each seemingly easily verified.

IF Gerard Batten believes that Junius has posted incorrect FACTS then surely his first course of action ethically is to contact Junius and ask for the removal quoting his grounds NOT to use his elected position to promote what many would see as his deeply offensive and seemingly extreme right wing views and association with criminals and extremists.

I do hear that Gerard Batten has been seeking to suppress publication of facts and opinions about him, by seeking to suppress the truth, with abuse of his position and the use of Police – thus in my opinion dishonestly seeking to mislead people and waste Police Time.

I also hear that he is sailing VERY close to the wind in The EU in terms of a potential defamation and libel writ, as he dishonestly has sought to cause problems for an EU employee by alleging they are Junius without a shred of provenance – rather similar to his seemingly deliberate efforts to incite racial hatred by publishing tasteless papers and comments regarding those who do not support his chosen superstitions and beliefs.

I believe it is the duty and responsibility of all elected representatives of the British peoples to represent the society without fear or favour regardless of colour, creed or any superstitions or beliefs legally permitted and I totally reject his views and associates which I consider to be anti-Islamic as socially divisive and against the spirit of British Justice and thus absolutely no part of his elected office as a UKIP MEP elected to work to Leave-The-EU.

Do be minded that Gerard Batten works in association with some of the most vile extremists in EU politics as an EFD member who include convicted racists, anti homosexuals, anti Jewish, Holocaust deniers and advocates of slaughtering African migrants in their boats at sea!

Not to mention the associations highlighted in the posting on the UKIP controlled Anthony Butcher blog as quoted above.

Hi,

It is with regret that I heard, on Tuesday 05-Apr-2011, of the death of David Lamb on the previous day.

I had never met David but had spoken with him on several occasions both with regard to our mutual enemies, Cancer and Membership of The EU, and on the unsurprising subject of Politics.

David had been a founder member of the Lechlade would be pressure group in UKIP, working towards more structure and accountability in UKIP.

David’s field of expertise was Pensions and finance and he very professionally produced a number of very interesting financial documents for the nascent group, which was fairly rapidly out manoeuvered by Nigel Farage and his claque who, as ever, feared any form of intelligent thought that was beyond their direct control – lacking competent and clear leadership the so called ‘Lechlade Group’ buckled leaving the field to Farage’s self serving sycophants.

Sadly David was already manifesting the ravages of cancer and facing various operations on his brain tumours with great courage and a wry sense of humour. David’s personal battle with cancer was well fought and very brave but it undermined his wish to act for his Country as a true Patriot, more than somewhat to his annoyance. As I understood it in conversation as I was also experiencing one of several cancer ops. of varied severity.

A measure of David’s stoic ‘grave’ humour was his chosen ‘e’Mail address at BrainSurgery@……

I was sorry David lost his battle with this pernicious disease and can only hope his end, though a release, came without suffering and with dignity.

My heart felt condollences firstly to his family but also to his many friends with whom he clearly made a mark and an unusually strong bond.

We are all diminished by his passing after his contributions to our EUroSceptic cause – In his memory and that of others who have gone before we must redouble our efforts to reinstate our Sovereignty and liberate OUR Nation from the thrall of EU Membership.

Thank you David Lamb for the efforts you made for us.

Malcolm Wood

Died on Monday, 02-Apr-2012

Malcolm Wood, who is pictured above, died suddenly during the night.

I had some years ago worked relatively closely with Malcolm Wood on various Sovereignty & Constitutional issues – not least of which was The Magna Carta Society petition to The House of Lords & subsequently to Her Majesty The Queen.

The picture above shows Ashley Moat, who went on to be elected as a UKIP MEP and then sadly to prison for an historic technical offence when bankrupted by John Major’s toadying to The EU! Barry, Lord Ashbourne as a direct descendent of one of The barons who signed the original Magna Carta of 1215 Malcolm Wood and I participated at The House of Lords as you can see for more details you may wish to CLICK HERE

Malcolm Wood was also an active supporter and participant in a number of The Huntsman Political weekends which I ran from time to time.

Subsequently sadly Malcolm felt it expedient to vaulte face for the sake of his income and actively campaign against me with baseless lies but it must have been hard for him to let truth get in the way of his income stream which clearly he enjoyed as he continued to work long past rational retirement age.

Malcolm and his wife Jenny held well paid jobs in the corrupt leadership structure of UKIP where their funded loyalty was sadly uncritical of the antics of the leadership, which I believe to be the key to UKIP’s failure to achieve anything of note towards the aim to Leave-The-EU but a great deal to butter the bread of a small clique and honey coat it to boot!

Malcolm & Jenny held a series of posts at the Salisbury branch level and went on to be the South West regional organiser for the party leader Roger Knapman during UKIP’s most popular period with undoubtedly the greatest successes and growth – sadly not maintained after roger Knapman’s departure and although Malcolm remained as SW Regional Organiser for UKIP it was at the next election that he and Jenny switched to the direct employ, managing the office of of one of the less relevant UKIP MEPs, William Dartmouth.

During the 2010 election Malcolm took the position of Campaign Manager for Nigel Farage and many will remember the debacle when Nigel came 3rd. in a two horse race with a risible percentage when one considers neither Labour nor the LibDims stood in the seat!

Malcolm did at least, at times, try to bring a degree of professionalism to The Party which is largely absent and his chairing of UKIP meetings was often competent if not balanced! One need only consider his chairmanship of The SW Regional Committee as it duplicitously engineered the departure of Dr. Eric Edmond or the collusion in the corruption of Hugh Williams now of UKIP NEC.

Notoriously after the SW Regional Committee deselected Gawain Towler as a candidate in the light of the public comments regarding his obscene and lewd behaviour with his daughter, Malcolm Wood did nothing to uphold the committee decision when Nigel Farage set aside all concepts of decency and democracy and arbitrarily reappointed Towler!

Although not a man I personally had a great deal of respect for, one can only feel sorry for his wife Jenny their children and Grandchildren ,who are left behind, when Malcolm could have been expected to spend his retirement with them, in health and comfort, for some considerable years to come.

may I commend the Junius team yet again for raising the debate on UKIP issues beyond that of the corrupt leadership clique and their vile and cowardly claque.

It has not been shown, despite the cowardly lies of the anonymous sock puppets or the blatant lies of UKIP NEC members and MEPs or salaried parasites that there has been a single solitary malicious, dishonest, corrupt or self serving posting made whether deliberately or accidentally that has NOT been true both in substance and detail.

Douglas Denny has been another serial public nuisance with his delusional lies and fantasies.

BUT they are not alone amongst UKIP’s leadership!

Hi,

frequently politicians lie to support their dishonest position or personal ambitions.

We have all heard politicians misquoting or outright lieing about the statistic that 3.5 million Britishjobs are dependent on our continued membership of The EU.This was a statistic first quoted by the IPPR report commissioned by The Labour Party of Tony Blair, which we all now know was all to happy to lie to achieve its aims!

The figure WAS 3.5 million but it went on to make very clear, in the report, that were Britain to leave The EU these jobs would not be lost but alter and in fact that within 6 months of leaving the EU it was likely there would be a net rise in the number of British jobs related to The EU.

To clarify the source of the lies it is worth noting that the figure of ‘jobs being dependent on the EU’ was from a report commissioned by The Labour Party and when Blair and others quoted it dishonestly out of context the director of The IPPR who produced the report was most outspoken and stated that ‘…never had he seen facts so dishonestly misquoted out of context’ and he resigned!Firstly the report made it clear that the jobs were dependent on The EU, NOT on membership of The EU, and it went on to make it very clear that leaving The EU would not only cause a probable INCREASE in jobs within 6 months but that our trader defecit with The EU would most probably greatly improve.

Further The EU Commission made it VERY clear that when we leave the EU there would be absolutely no consideration of any type of trade sanctions against our goods, services or peoples.

The director of the IPPR responsible for the report stated that he had NEVER known of a more dishonest misrepresentation of a report as that used to imply a catastrophic outcome in leaving The EU and he withdrew his name/support for the report.

Further it was made very clear by Neil Kinnock, at the time An EU Commissioner, that there would be no change in Britain’s relationship and trade if Britain left The EU. No loss of jobs, no snctions, no penalties.

The EU would continue to wish to trade with us – if for no other reason than that The EU needed Britain as an export market, for their goods and services, as they exported more to Britain than they imported from Britain.

There are in fact some 6 million jobs in The EU due to their relationship with Britain! The EU would not wish to jeopardise these jobs or the healthy trade inbalance in their favour with Britain.

Dear fellow members of UKIP (and others concerned about the UK’s relationship with the EU), British enthusiasts for the European Union have one favourite argument. They assert, time and again, that – if we leave the EU – three million jobs are “at risk”. The Deputy Prime Minister, Nick Clegg, made this claim on the Today programme on BBC Radio Four on 31st October last year. To quote,

“There are three million of our fellow citizens, men and women, in this country whose jobs rely directly on our participation and role and place in what is after all the world’s largest borderless single market with 500 million consumers right on our doorstep… isolation costs jobs, costs growth, costs people’s livelihood.”

If it were true that three million jobs would be endangered by our withdrawing from the EU, that would matter hugely. But in fact the Clegg proposition is untrue. The three-million-jobs-at-risk claim must be demolished; it is a myth and must be shown up as such.

Members of the UK Independence Party, and indeed everyone who wants to recover our country’s full independence, have the facts and figures at their fingertips on this subject. I have therefore prepared a Youtube video on the subject, with the link below. It is again conveyed as “a fireside chat”, with my remarks based on a Powerpoint presentation. Roughly speaking, almost 30 million people are at work in the UK today and our exports to the EU are equal to about 10% of national output. That is how Clegg arrives at his “three million jobs at risk” notion. But he is talking rot. The central point is that, if we left the EU, we would continue to have exports to the EU equal to about 10% of output. Swiss and Norwegian exports to the EU are much more than 10% of their national outputs, but they are not EU members. If we left the EU, trade patterns might indeed change over time. Some (very small) reduction in the share of the EU in our exports would probably be offset by some (very small) increase in the share of the rest of the world, but the overall impact would be marginal.

The virtual certainty that existing trade patterns would continue, with little change, is the central point in demolishing the three-million-jobs-at-risk myth. However, I thought I might reinforce the pro-independence argument by looking at the data on employment in our country since we joined the “Common Market”/EEC/EU in 1973. The results of the exercise astonished me – and I think they will astonish you as well.

Three big facts emerged. First, employment in the UK was about one million lower in 1983 than it was in 1973, after a decade of Common Market membership. I do not generally believe in naïve post hoc propter hoc arguments. But – if the other side resorts to low-grade jibes (and they do) – then we may have the capacity to do the same. Crudely, if they say “leaving the EU will destroy jobs”, we can hit back and say “a million jobs were destroyed in the first decade of our Common Market/EU membership”. And that is fact from official statistics!

Secondly, the number of men of British birth in work in our country today is lower now than it was in 1972, before we joined the Common Market/EU. No jobs have been created for men by almost 40 years of our association with “the European construction”. (The number of women in employment has risen sharply, but that has nothing to do with the EU.)

Thirdly, in the last seven years the number of UK-born people in employment has fallen by about a million, whereas the number of foreign-born people at work here has risen by over a million. That jump in the number of foreigners in employment must have included a large element of East European workers who could participate in our labour market (and compete with our own people) only because we belonged to the EU.

The figures invite the conclusion that “EU membership allowed foreign workers to take away jobs from British workers”, even if they do not prove that conclusion. Certainly, the notion that “EU membership creates jobs” is bunkum. (I suspect the theft of UK jobs by lower-paid immigrants is part of the explanation for the Bradford West by-election result. Let me make clear that I loathe George Galloway.)

I will be writing up these points in pamphlets and articles in the next year or two. But please spread them around at public meetings, branch meetings, letters to the local papers, in leaflets and booklets, and so on. Clegg didn’t know what he was talking about. His remarks on the Today programme last October were claptrap. We have Claptrap Clegg as Deputy Prime Minister and Cast-Iron Cameron as Prime Minister. What a pair of expensively-educated drips.
