Hi,
Justin Adams was in custody and although scheduled to appear in Oxford Crown Court #2 this morning at 10:00hrs. he in fact presented on Friday briefly.
The Court heard the charges which were of 5 Counts of Threatening to Kill and the case was further postponed to 11-Mar-2011 and Justin Adams was remanded in custody without bail until that date YET AGAIN!
This seems curiouser and curiouser!
It is surely not usual for an individual to be remanded in custody for 4 months under normal circumstances and I am more inclined to opine than ever that this may well have a mental health outcome though that is pure conjecture!
IF the case is clear one wonders why the delay and if it is not clear why the custody?
