This makes an interesting read – well for those who like to watch paint dry!!
It becomes more interesting when you note that Marta Andreasen is a qualified bean counter who makes much of the obscurity of The EU accounts and failed to do her job as an EU accountant where she was charged with identifying fraud possibilities in one small area – that of a single Commissioner’s brief and producing a report on the subject with recommendations as to systems that could be introduced to tighten up the system
Marta Andreasen failed to produce the report by the due date and was given two further dates on which she failed to deliver. I gather she was then moved to another job having been incompetent to the job she had used a false CV to obtain.
Marta Andreasen lost her case for wrongfull dismissal and has now lost her appeal also or so it seems from the transcript and press article.
In the meantime she dishonestly and corruptly gained a position as an MEP representing the South East of England which she has never lived in and rarely visits and hardly knows.
She has also taken on the job of UKIP Treasurer until it has gained her election and then dumped the job which it was clear she had not acquitted during this time she has written a novel about the EU.
Here is what SHE considers to be an adequate accounting of her financial activities on the public purse to date (I checked TODAY).

This allowance is for payment to Employees, Self Employed Service Providers and Accredited Assistants who support the work of the MEP. Any part of this allowance not used remains in the EU budget. Contracts for all are lodged for approval with the Parliament and held by them. The Parliament makes the payment for employees to the Paying Agent, who deduct income tax and national insurance before making the net payment to the employee. Self employed service providers have to provide invoices for approval firstly by the Paying Agent and then the Parliament, who makes the payment directly to them. Any staff based in Brussels are known as accredited assistants and are paid direct by the Parliament. At no time in any of these cases does any money go into the MEPs bank account.

Interesting when someone who is a law maker in our Government and CLAIMS to be an accountant – indeed has tried to pass herself off as The EU Chief Accountant when she was only a bean counter in a very small department!
Yet this is considered acceptable for one year – well 15 months. I wonder how HMCR would feel if YOU put this in as your accounts!

These are the accounts of someone who boasts he was a professional gambler in The City of London and understands finance – this is the cheeky chappie who berates Emperor Barroso for his accountancy failures and who entered £211,000 (over 50%) as ‘other expenses’ in his constituency accounts – has been banking off shore in the Isle of Man on ONE occasion alone £1/4 million and admits to trousering £2 million and has never accounted the £1/4 M he was responsible for his failed petition with Lott & Croucher nor for over 85% of the cash collected at Ashford nor the monies laundered with Graham Booth through the hotel card account, nor wine world, nor lotteries, nor Ramsgate,
Nor the monies laundered criminally through Global Britain by himself, Malcolm Pearson, Stuart Agnew and possibly others.

Obscene isn’t it when you realise that Nigel Farage has thus been in a position to steal many £Millions of public money – I do not claim he has but the obfuscation of his accounts as a wealthy law maker are not transparency but a travesty.
Here are the accounts of Nikki Sinclaire yet she is attacked by filth like Mark Croucher as they skulk in the EU to hide from the values of these United Kingdoms to avoid honouring his legitimate debts in contempt of British Law, British Justice & British Courts.
I have established through the EU that Sinclaire’s accounts are being investigated by the Payments Office / OLAF at her request as they agree with her belief that she has been set up by UKIP and will check to see if any other fraudullent transactions have been entered dishonestly to seek to damage her by staff or others.
Sinclaire called in the authorities the night before the article appeared in The Sunday Times. The article that was THE ONLY media coverage given to UKIP during the Farage Fan Club meeting in Torquay!
By the way Nikki Sinclaire is NOT a qualified accountant AND it seems UKIP plants were working against her within her own staff!
Sinclaire was the first UKIP elected MEP to ever produce and publish her accounts and it was not until leaving the corrupt EFD that Nattrass produced his accounts.

Now I see that law education was bunk, bogus. But in grade school I didn’t pay much attention. I only went to high school 3 years & when I was there, again, I passed without paying attention. i don’t think people care to be honest. This country has been bred to either be a Labour or a Conservative voter, Conservative for the rich, Labour for the poorer.

Sounds like the same story as here … someone who would help the people, bring liberty & justice for all isn’t given airtime so people don’t really know about them, except what they hear taken out of context or misquoted. There’s enough about what they say that is so suspicious & nonsensical that you’d think people would go looking outside of mainstream for answers & solutions. I noticed on a google link that the CBBC website is very much biased in favour of the EU. There is literally no argument put against it, and false hopes and lies inhabit the so called “benefits” that are shown to young viewers. This is what the apparently “politically neutral” BBC is showing our children. Only last century did extreme regimes do the same to young children – albeit in a far more obvious, provocative and far from subtle manner – yet the BBC do the same nonetheless! Have a look…

@DreadLaw2 Steven Sackur the interviewer does get millions of complaints but its from the left and the right, he was specifically criticized for interview of Noam Chomsky last year. He’s not biggoted in any way he will attack an person that goes on his show and makes them prove their convictions. In all the time I have watched the show I have never been able to truly figure out what his views actually are, in oneinterview he seems like a clear conservative and in another a crazy leftist.

Particularly when considering the libelous content and that WITHIN 24 hours of posting the material on their site they had some 25 comments and an unknown number of hits – one can only then consider just howmany hits a rather better known BBC may reasonably have had since March 2010 and there is in no situation a defence against repeating or republishing a libel – one wonders on howmany other sites this has appeared.
That this long after the event it is being reposted and also featuring on Google must add to the gravity of the defamation but there is of course a year from that first showing relative to the BBC and sites such as YouTube where UkipMedia have had over 5,000 viewings since they conciously posted it on 31-Mar-2010 and http://www.membershipfire.com/?p=1383 whose posting was yesterday – each has a year in which appropriate cease and desist letters and warning of further action can be issued.
I find myself in a strange position as in order to publish the item of news I have no choice but to publish the libel my Farage and The BBC! I would hope that a Court would consider that an acceptable use as it seeks to redress the libel!
