Comment on Butcher’s squalid little Forum by Robert McWhirter regarding UKIP’s appearance in The Supreme Courts on Tuesday & Wednesday.:
I have sound reason to believe this is untrue and was a corner stone of Dr. Eric Edmond’s determination to see proper transparent accounting for which Nigel Farage used him to orchestrate his equivalent of Adolf Hitlers Reichstag Fire moment to purge the party as did Hitler.
Hitler had his own goons set the Reichstag on fire and then conducted a witch hunt purging his party, seeking out those he wanted rid of. You will remember he used his long term family friend Buster Motram, who I believe was at one time a tennis star, to front the scam whether wittingly or unwittingly, the deceitful and untrustworthy proven liar Martin Hasslam one of Farage’s bean counters and fiddlers was also party to the scam.
Nigel Farage acted similarly branding all those he did not want and had not bought control of as BNP infiltrators. He like Hitler was determined to run a faux democratic dictatorship and purge thinking competent people who were honest and independent.
Farage went on in the subsequent election with a dishonestly rigged list of chums using the BNP as the bete noir whilst he, Mark Croucher, Gerard Batten and others missed no opportunity to raise the profile of The BNP which resulted in 2 BNP MEPs being elected, as planned, and as worked for by Farage, Croucher and others.
You will note at the first opportunity in the EU, once elected, Farage formed an overtly racist, pro EU membership, anti Jewish, sexually intollerant and violent Pan EU Political Party EFD group for UKIP which he himself led until his probable withdrawal from front line politics after the catastrophic Westminster elections and even worse local government elections and the catastrophy of his puppet leader as they watched their only meaningfull donor Stuart Wheeler walk away in disgust.
Are you surprised that Dr. Eric Edmond & Dr. david Abbott wished to have transparency of the accounts as both had substantial personal assetts and wished to know for howmuch they were liable. It is all very well to chant BNP to create a distraction crisis to use to remove the people with brains and assetts and replace them with largely the underbelly of life and men of straw!
Farage had only one honest MEP left and as her ethics and integrity and contempt for Farage’s duplicity shone through she had to be forced out, together with Garry Cartright who Croucher had seemingly completely misidentified as Junius a habit Croucher frequently makes as with his dishonest and vile attempt to pin the role on Piers Merchant who was we knew about to die and could not defend himself. Who are in the Junius team I clearly will never confirm or deny. Just as I have NEVER supplied the names of the various people who regularly supply membership lists.
I note Paul Nuttall as Chairman and Michael Zucherman are yet again in breach of the law having failed under Government orders, to supply data under the terms of The data Protection Act – they have already received a serious official written warning a copy of which Mark Croucher removed from UKIP’s records and posted on Anthony Butcher’s grubby little forum!
It is astonishing to watch these vermin at play and it is hard to say who is winning in the dishonesty and corruption stakes Mark Croucher or the fantasist, fool, liar and corrupt UKIP returning officer who UKIP fired for corruption and dishonesty Douglas Denny or the foul mouthed and thorougly dishonest Annabelle Fuller who is I understand proffering her services to The Army Benevolent Fund – with her track record on integrity I hope they lock everything the second she gets to work!
To revert to direct liability of UKIP’s NEC: I understand that becoming a director of a company one personally accepts responsibility for your share of the debts of that company under law – further I understand that no debt resultant from a pre existent problem may be accrued to the company to absolve liability by Limitation.
Thus it seems likely that unless the NEC can cough up the £1.2Million debt or find a fool to back a busted flush (it borrowed £300K recently and has other liabilities, not least of which UKIP is currently in default of its debt of £12,500 to me! As is that excrecence Mark Croucher who was ordered to pay me £8,500 by Her Majesty’s Courts.)
It is interesting to note that Mark Croucher was rewarded for his dishonesty and his part in promoting the BNP by Farage who gifted him the task of searching the gutters and sewers for material Farage can use for control/blackmail of MEPs staff etc. and his official job is Media Manager for the new Racist anti Jewish EFD party Farage has created and chairs. It is clearly near impossible for a leopard to alter its camophlage from spots!
It would seem that The NEC may well be jointly and severally liable for the £1.2M. I believe although the debt was incurred by his dishonesty and corrupt stupidity Farage may personally squeak from under and this may be why he does his banking overseas with accounts in The Isle of Man and his salary paid into one of his accounts in Belgium!
I would have thought the obvious target would be Jill Seymour as there is no ante Nuptual Contract under British law and I presume she is actually married to her husband who could well afford the £1.2M. \nd it seems unlikely that Lord Pearson is in a position to contribute as he faces an enquiry and probable prison for false accounting and fraudulently money laundering to criminally mislead The Electoral Commission as he and Stuart Agnew both with Nigel Farage admitted to in videoed evidence freely stated and now in the public domain.
You will remember the UKIP MEP Tom Wise for the same criminal behaviour received a two year prison sentence.
Stuart Agnew and David Bannerman face similar sentences for criminally defrauding the tax payer of a sum similar to that stolen by Wise – clearly it would be a travesty of Justice were tom Wise to have received 2 years encaceration for the same crime yet they do not – particularly as I have documentary provenance that the Police and The Electoral Commission are currently liasing on the investigation, and with respect to the theft by Bannerman and Agnew that is under investigation by OLAF.
There are I understand outstanding matters against Derek Clarke, which I believe is a similar fraud to Agnew and Bannerman’s whilst Booth, Titford, Nattrass and Farage await the next steps – OLAF having completed its first phase having passed the files to other departments in the EU to view and act if deemed appropriate before the matters are passed to The British Police.
One also wonders whether part of the reason Tom Wise has been released early is the prison diet of ‘Trill’ induced him to, as he always said he would if he was ‘banged up’ sing like a canary and provide details of the further criminality of UKIP and its MEPs.
