It is desperately sad that the EUkip Yoooof election for a Vice Chairman was so risibly contested – I appreciate that the most prominent contestant was still a little young at 15 but one notese the Coronation of the new Chairman has gone according to plan. Another of the stooges!

We all realise that EUkip Yoooof has been near catastrophic in its farcical progress from the efforts of the invisible man with no identity hidden in the shadows, managing matters from his mud hut as he so clearly claimed in his letter.

Then we had the opportunist and bully desperately trying to breed members in default of competence in management or recruitment it seems.

Of the many members an excellent percentage voted in the coronation process we understand the votes 26 in all were delivered to the great unwashed where it took some six days to find someone able to count up to 26 and get the right result – which was finally done!

I understand the mock leadership coronation is being orchestrated at the moment – having issued about 20 packs I understand that only 6 have been returned with adequate numbers of signatures in support.

This has been made difficult it would seem with 50 members signatures to appear on any given application without duplication. To locate 50 x 20 signatures would clearly not be easy in a party the size of EUkip.

However I gather Six did manage to pass this first hurdle.

It is sad when you consider the merits and the disadvantages, skills and inadequacies of the six members who want to be Farage’s puppet without funding, staff or authority.

That six so very equally matched candidates have to be chosen between seems so sad.

Sad that after 16 years with Farage standing down from the position individuals like Fuller, Lott, Carver, Malcom Wood, Moran, Croucher, Denny and others had so willingly lied, cheated and corrupted to dishonestly place him in must now be squabbled over by 6 so evenly matched contestants with not a cigarette paper between them on balance.

The contestants (the only ones to get sufficiend different signatures) are I am informed:

BATTEN MEP, Gerard

McKENZIE, Winston

NATTRASS MEP, Michael

PEARSON of Rannoch, Lord Malcolm

SINCLAIRE MEP, Nicole (Nikki)

It is astonishing that after 16 years out of the many many 10s of 1,000s of members who have joined EUkip and found out about it and left that of those that remain ‘Inn Spite’ (a pub for EUkip where you can smoke, run by failed EUkip publicans), inspite of the corruption and dishonesty within the party that 6 such very similarly qualified candidates have stepped forward – each with their own skills cancelled out by their ineptitudes or prejudices.

We shall see which of these six remain willing to waste the time when they are so evenly balanced and of the same callibre that it will clearly boil down to whom Farage chooses as it did with the selection of MEP candidates – I guess at the end of the day it is his his party so why should he consider the members or democracy when it is his income at stake.

I wonder will Farage be standing in Glasgow as with the Labour Party as popular as a pork barbecue at schule and the Tories as welcome as a Yiddish Mullah in a Messuin’s tower – well if Glasgow Mick could manage to get into the House of Lords with his criminality as a theif and a cheat this could be Farage’s route to the red leather and dreams of avarice beyond merely leading a Pan EU political Party of the sweepings of EU politics to assist the EU.

I wonder whether since EUkip has claimed to be growing massively and is thus a vibrant involved party, as opposed to the falling levels of the apathetic Tories it will be interesting to note the number of votes in the election and what percentage of membership find the election relevant to its outcome!

TO LEAVE THE EU

NONE of these DUTIES has a single British politician upheld for 40 years. They have drawn their incomes fraudulently and dishonesty.

Politicians are failing to tell the truth, but so are almost all wanabe Politicians, the MSM and Snivil Cervants.

The fact is that even if EVERY British MEP wanted change in The EU it would achieve NOTHING.
Every single British Politician, of EVERY Party, elected since before we joined the EUropean Common Market, has promised to change The EU’s CAP – In 40 Years they have achieved absolutely NOTHING!

To try to put a value on OUR Freedom is as futile as floccipaucinihilipilification and as odious as the metissage of our societies, as we rummage in the ashes of our ancestors dreams, sacrifices and achievements, the flotsam of our hopes and the jetsam of our lives, consider the Country and Anglosphere which we thus leave our children and the future, with shame!

The discreditted Marta Andreasen has been video interviewed by Accountancy Age:

The interview is conducted by a staff member of the magazine who would seem to have done little research – his name is Mario Christadoulou and can be contacted on the number above – I have spoken with him and he did stress that he was primarily a print journalist and was not responsible for the editing of the material shown, which was extracted from a much longer interview 😉

The edited interview is approximately 12 minutes long and it is totally misleading on a number of counts.

You will be interested to note he had seemingly not read Marta Andreasen’s novel recently published and widely publicised by EUkip.

He had seemed not to have read The Court Judgement when her apeal against suspension was rejected and the entire claim went against her as it did not enter into his questions.

Marta Andreasen had been suspended for very clear failure to produce the report and recommendations she was employed to produce, to which there was no allusion.

There would seem to be no record of her so called ‘whistleblowing’ contemporary with her employ or in any framework of time that could be construed as the reason she was suspended by the EU.

You will note that Marta Andreasen back peddles on the matter of ‘whistleblowing’ as clearly it is a matter of public record that that was NOT the reason she left employ with the EU as shown by the Court Record.

You may have noted that Marta Andreasen made no effort to correct Mario Christadoulou when he implied she was The Chief Accountant of the EU and she is billed on their web site as:
‘Former EC chief accountant’ – in 2002 The EU had come into being some 8 years earlier!

Clearly Mr. Christadoulou is of the impression that he is interviewing someone of consequence, probity and stature as he makes no effort to indicate otherwise he seems unaware that Marta Andreasen is merely a bean counter – one of literally 100s working in the EU, if not 1,000s. The claimed title of Chief Accountant is totally missleading and thus dishonest and a classic example of ‘passing off’, which I understand may well be a criminal offence as the translation from the relatively mundane status of ‘chef’ in French is totally unrelated to the meaning of Chief in English.

Virtually every Office in the EU has a ‘Chef de Cabinet’ a title worn with great glee and no relevance for a time by the hapless David Lott – it is now perceived as so irrelevant that I understand no one in EUkip uses it and if they do they make little of it.

It is little!

To move on Mr. Cristadoulou surprisingly makes no comment on the fact that Marta Andreasen had previously been suspended without pay from a previous employer, the OECD, for either 15 or 18 months over ‘financial irregularities’ I understand and her appeal against suspension failed in the Courts a fact Mr. Christadoulou confirmed he knew and there were also allegations of racism I understand.

That Mr. Christadoulou knew of The OECD departure it seems he was not interested in this interview as to how Marta Andreasen obtained her job with the EU in the light of her employment track record.

All other considerations aside the EU could have taken the simple option of firing her on the grounds that she had failed to declare her dismissal by her former employers and the subsequent Court Judgement against her in her CV, as established some time ago in the HARD TALK interview for TV by Tim Sebastian.

It does seem a measure of the ineptitude of The EU that their HR Department seemingly failed adequately to check her references. About this failure there seems no record of any whistleblowing by Marta Andreasen!

There are no questions in the interview that would indicate Mr. Christadoulou had realised that Marta Andreasen was put in position as an MEP in a manner that was ‘Ultra Virese’ to the rules, customs and democratic undertakings of EUkip.

Mr. Christadoulou also fails to comment on the fact that Marta Andreasen was voted against, a democratic process which is rare in The EU, for a position of Vice Charman of a committee – a process within the rules and which may well have been on the grounds that the committee members, or at least sufficient of them, may have been well briefed!

One wonders if Mr. Christadoulou was aware that Marta Andreasen was GIVEN the title of Treasurer whilst much of the work was carried out pro bono by the previous treasurer (stand in) Martin Hasslam who also made financial contributions to her salary of £30,000 a year & £17,000 unaccountable expenses when she lived in Barcelona.

In a manner not disimilar to a cuckoo when it flies north, whilst visiting Britain Marta Andreasen seemingly laid the eggs of discontent and as the fledgeling grew eventually Martin Hasslam was removed from not just his job, which he had done freely as a donor, but from the party itself by a process of entrapment, after he advocated that the party accounts should be considerably more transparent.

It was clear at The Business Meeting of 2008 that despite the engorging income relative to all the previous treasurers who worked pro bono Marta Andreasen was no more master of the accounts than either Andrew Smith previously had been – unable to answer 28 simple questions of basic accounting such that he quit the NEC and the Treasurership leaving the accounts in disarray.

As Treasurer Marta Andreasen had claimed no knowledge of the call centre let alone its accounts, which is strange as ostensibly it should have been EUkip’s largest income sector or at least more than noticeable!

I do appreciate I may well have been somewhat harsh on Mario Christodoulou as the aim of his interview was to interview an MEP of an accountancy background on the subject of the new ‘Whistleblower’ Laws in Britain – perhaps just to pull his leg I should have asked him how he felt about the fact that this was probably just an EU diktat being imposed on and rubber stamped by Westminster or at very best by law it MUST be compliant with EU law in accord with the ECA!

In terms of interview that it was cut and edited by a third party also puts him at a disadvantage. Clearly this article is NOT about the interviewer but to show just how duplicitous Marta Andreasen can be and even an otherwise competent journalist can find they are promoting a flse premise – particularly when used as effectively propaganda on EUkip’s web site and now on Anthony Butcher’s Forum.

My conversation with Mario Christadoulou ended amicably with him thanking me for the courtesy of the call before publication and he declined to read the article and add a comment in response at the end and he said go ahead and publish it as it is only your subjective opinion and it doesn’t matter or at least that is how I understand it – he no doubt will have recorded the conversation as salaried journalists tend to.

He was very clear that he did not consider it to be a Panorama type interview but with respect of an MEP representing people. I stated that the only person I had noticed her representing consistently was herself.

I thanked him for the courtesy of the conversation having provided him with my full name, telephone number and blog address showing he could readily access my street address if he wished.

I would suggest anyone who wishes to blog use their own name be readily available to make corrections if unintentionally they make an error and have the courtesy to phone when commenting on a professional out of the public employ/domain. ie. comment on public servants is clearly acceptable as with those funded from the public purse or those enjoining in discussion in the similar paramaters.

Thank you again for your courtesy to Mario Christadoulou and if I have made ANY error of fact with which you are unhappy please do not hesitate to contact me as the aim of my blog is to be as accurate as possible/reasonable.

Yes it is a subjective opinion, which I hold, that Marta Andreasen is corrupt, dishonest, grasping, on a vendetta, exploitative and has no place as a British MEP least of all having cheated and acted dishonestly to gain the job.

Anthony BUTCHER’S FORUM’S CONTRIBUTION TO EUkip’s DOWNFALL, Through The Damaging Efforts of EUkip’s Anti UKIP GUARD DOGS!

I rarely read what was The UKIP Forum in detail these days as it is so long since there has been any grown up political discussion or theory, as every time any thread starts out with promise the anti UKIP brigade drag it into the gutter where they reside with their EUkip bretheren for fear of any thread being held up as a mirror or exemplar to the venal and incompetent EUkip leadership.

The cheats, liars, lowlifes and self enriching parasites that are now the EUkip leadership, NEC, staff and parasitic hangers on are so scared by the provable catalogue of factual data showing clearly how they have participated in what seems like wholesale theft by those amongst them that can access money and then seemingly spirit it away either not reflected in the accounts or by using scheisters and liars as accountants people like Andrew Smith, Michael McGough, Marta Andreasen and their ilk.

What party but EUkip or The BNP would employ staff with convictions or cautions for GBH? What when it becomes clear to Schools at Which EUkip have governors will be the effect that they have unspent official cautions for GBH? We understand failure to provide the relevant CRB is a matter of stalling in the hope that other convictions will ‘date out’.

I have already made very clear allegations regarding Bruce Lawson which despite his bluster and attempt to threaten and bully me over were proven to be 100% correct and he was forced to backdown.

Clearly my allegations are serious and as with the Fraud & Money Laundering, Embezelment and theft over which I was abused, attacked, threatened and venemously lied about by the normal vile pack of low grade low lifes who are placed to try to defend the corruption of EUkip, knowing that I was telling the truth, for I would have been a fool to do otherwise, and having documentary provenance in my hands I refused, unlike Farage, Nattrass, Trevor Colman, Roger Helmer and others to collude in the crime after the event in seeking to cover it up by letting it lie.

I appreciate Nigel Farage had good cause to wish the situation to fade away as he had personally gained from the stolen money as he knew Tom Wise had stolen it and he used several £1,000s of pounds to pay a personal bil with that stolen money. That Farage lied, lied and lied about the matter and Tom Wise’s status as a EUkip MEP is hardly surprising.

It will be noted by the more intelligent that the attacks and threats made to me were relentless and often made in the most cowardly manner yet we note that both the Police, OLAF, The Crown Prosecution Service and the Initial Court hearings have confirmed my suspicions and it is a matter for them to ascertain guilt or innocence of both Tom Wise and Lindsey Jenkins as I advocated for several years. I note there has been no apology from those who so stridently attacked me and lied about me – that there was a prima facie case to answer has been proven – I have stated from the very beginning that I believed that they should be brought to trial and they have been.

I see no line of honest men awaiting their turn to apologise for their lies and smears over this matter – just worms of men further damaging UKIP for their masters in EUkip who stood to gain! Gutless Filth too dishonourable to apologise when proven beyond doubt to dishonest, cowardly and wrong. I doubt I would make much for the fund if it received £10 for each person to whom they lied whom they have contacted to tell them they lied and that I have yet again been proven to have acted with absolute honesty and integrity.

That I have an accidental technical fire arms conviction in accepting responsibility for an American girlfriend’s fire arm and ammunition is the extent of my criminality and that was almost 30 years ago. Shame on those who pretend to the fact that this in any way impugnes upon my integrity, probity, honesty or honour. This was not theft of a bar of chocolate, £2,000 or £2Million it was not a crime in those terms it was an accidental import dealt with honourably – an accolade NOT an liability. So would the filth who so damage the Party by painting it otherwise be so good as to crawl back under their stones in shame.

The more intelligent members of EUkip’s leadership must tear their hair out in frustration at the crass stupidity of some of their parasites and placemen.

Again and again these vile excrecences like Denny, McGough, Croucher, Bob Feel Martinis and their ilk escalate the problems of EUkip.

You may recal that Paul NutAll Nigel Farage’s sock puppet and unelected Chairman wrote a pack of lies to Anthony Butcher’s ISP. Rather than check the facts and act honourably Anthony Butcher proved himself to be, for all to see, a gutless, duplicitous and rather stupid little man and in the most cowardly manner without any political consideration bowed down and did as he was told – dishonest as that was.

His Political ineptitude and total lack of judgement was soon replicated and reinforced with his idiotic antics with the clearly doomed and un principled Libertas.

That Paul NuttAll is a liar and utterly duplicitous is plain for all to see in his letter to Anthony Butcher’s ISP which is still posted on the forum. That Paul NuttAll was placed in authority as Chairman and by means of such chicannery was eventually made an MEP speaks volumes of the disgusting dishonesty and corruption of EUkip.

Paul NuttAll’s lies and Butcher’s cowardice were a gross mistake on their part as it directly led to myself and others setting up blogs giving relentless, provable exposes of material facts seeking to expose the corruption of EUkip and its leadership team. Now instead of transient entries on a little read Forum there is a daily supply of factual information consolidated in two or three inter linked blogs.

These have all come about as a reaction to EUkip and corruption, there are masses more pro UKIP sites like these all striving to expose the corruption.

These low grade dishonest and corrupt parasites that have been gathered around the greater theives in EUkip’s leadership cause EUkip massive damage with their serial stupidity – take for instance the thread started by the particularly stupid and proven liar and cheat Michael McGough who is frequently to be found pestering to get himself on committees and speak on subjects he seemingly knows little about particularly politics where he did once get 1% of the vote in a public election whether as a PPC or as a Town Council candidate I’m not sure but clearly no one would want him as either!

I note that sopme utter imbecile in the anti UKIP camp dredged up a thread started by Michael McGough titled ‘Cash Call from Watkins and the Major’ This thread ran to 10 pages and 100 postings lasting from November 2008 into January 2009 and can be read if you CLICK HERE Although designed as an attempt by the damagingly anti UKIP activist Michael McGough to tery to pretend there was something dishonest in the fund I advocated to aid those incurring costs trying to clean up EUkip. Unfortunately for the anti UKIP claque the plan rather backfired and the likes of Michael McGough, Mark Croucher, Bob Feel Martinis were shown in a very bad light proving to be underhand untrustworthy and dishonest – whilst the concept was shown to be acting with integrity in good faith but it was clear the anti UKIP Faragistas were determined to try to ensure the fund failed as the last thing they wanted was support for honesty and efforts to clean up EUkip.

Interestingly the thread very soon gave rise to overwhelming evidence based factual information exposing corruption in EUkip and individuals like Geoffrey Collier, Andrew Parsons, Niall Warry and a few individuals who are clearly supporters of UKIP seeking to clean the rats out from nesting with the leadership of EUkip were shown in a very good and clear light.

The excercise was commenced again some time later by the vituperative and unpleasant troll Mark Croucher and you will note the clear damage he has done to EUkip – shown time after time to be a nasty underhand little excrecence as he endlessly dishonestly twist words to provide meanings never intended. this is not clever it is merely dishonourable and his arguments are without any substance just endless childish smears that again and again lead honest men and women to expose details of corruption on both his and the part of EUkip and its leadership.

This particular thread which shows the anti UKIP parasites in such a bad light can be found if you CLICK HERE however this thread has been kept alive by Mark Croucher who recently brought it to the fore after a prolongued ban from the Forum for dishonesty!

The thread is yet again an attempt to discredit the pro UKIP members and supporters who were striving to raise money to support those incurring expense in their efforts to clen up EUkip.

Again the thread has proved catastrophic for the liars, cheats and rogues who support the corruption in EUkip and time and time again both Niall warry & Geoffrey Collier are shown in a very good light – Niall in the main for his sucinct brevity but Geoffrey Collier particularly for his detailed rebuttals of the distortions and lies of those seeking to ensure no support is given to a clean up. Again and again Geoffrey Collier enumerates in some detail frauds, thefts, failures, fiddles and deliberate oversights also the corruption of the party under Farage’s incompetent and dishonest leadership.

Some 700 postings in only two threads where beyond any shadow of doubt the likes of Bob Feel Martinis, Mike McGough, Mark Croucher and their fellow travellers are shown for the vile pond life they clearly are.

The crooks stuffing their pockets must despair of their ability to get away with their undeniable criminality and moral turpitude for much longer.

May I add that we are well aware now, in some detail with Court records of the discreditted Spanish Marta Andreasen – the records can be read if you follow the links from CLICK HERE.

Also we have identified £100s of £1,000s that have gone missing – clearly with accountants like Andrew Smith, Michaekl McGough, Bruce Lawson and Marta Andreasen and others all dabbling in the books there is not one word that can be trusted – not one reliable entry.

The Police are aware of this and have had documentary evidence provided, the courts are aware and are prosecuting commencing November, OLAF is sending a ‘TEAM’ over to interview witnesses in some detail at the end of this month, The Electoral Commission having received a clear verdict of Guilty against EUkip are taking EUkip back to Court on dates to be advised.

The likes of Paul NuttAll, Mark Croucher, Michael McGough, Bob Feel Martinis, Douglas Denny, Brendan Padmore, Anthony Butcher, Malcolm Wood, David Lott, John Moran, The foul mouthed Fuller, Jim Carver, Trevor Colman, Peter Reeve, and the other anti UKIP fellow travellers of their ilk with their lies and duplicity have acted like a sharp stick in a hornets nest – every duplicitous prod has escallated the determination to expose the corruption.

There are those who claim that one should support EUkip on patriotic grounds as the lesser of two evils this is a morally bankrupt position to take as firstly EUkip represent no common values or interests with the Millions of decent folk who have given their lives for these United Kingdoms and to vote for the lesser of two evils is to support Evil.

There is only one morally acceptable course to follow and that is to root out evil and corruption wherever one may find it.

Be minded that EUkip was elected on a claim of honerty and the promise to root out and expose corruption in the EU!

Now that EUkip is in the EU it has clearly joined in the corruption and dishonesty as a part of that establishment which is endemically corrupt and dishonest and EUkip is participating boots and all.

May I draw to your attention that when the wife of Caesar was elected to The Senate to root out corruption she would have faced execution had she been found turning tricks behind the marble pillars. The self serving betrayal of the electorate and fundamental dishonesty of EUkip’s leadership, their parastites and praise singers is an obscenity.

And to think Paul NuttAll thought he could silence the truth by telling lies and bullying the pathetic little Anthony Butcher – he made it worse! Without exception the interjections of Douglas Denny, Mark Croucher, Michael McGough and their cohorts of anti UKIPpers seeking to perpetuate the corruption have been catastrophic for The Faragistas of EUkip.

I am reliably advised by a third party that young Peter had acted in haste having jumped to a conclusion neither explicit or implied in my posting, but a product of certain youthful natural interests.

It would be pleasant to receive an apology from Peter but suffice to say I am happy to accept the third party apology and move on letting bye gones be byegones as the apologist suggests..

Further I am informed that my memory was at fault, as I had implied it might be, it was not the putative law student filming opposition to The EU in his bedroom but a lad of similar age somewhere near Crew as I recal – so I went hunting and ‘lo’ here are the videos and there is some similarity as both need a shave and both are of an age and both have standard issue gone off rotting oakleaves in a fog coloured British hair worn short, cut short even perhaps! – you may find his video clips of interest at:

My comments clearly stand as does my advice in terms of law – first check your facts, second seek an amicable resolution, third request your suggested resolution politely in a personal letter that invites compliance or response. As a very final stage threaten legal action still offering a negotiated settlement – clearly as a last resort take recourse to action.

IF you have a prima facie case do not rush to litigation as it could well count against you in Court, similarly do not destroy your clear cut case by conflating it with other matters and do not sabotage the case by error or greed as both are likely to find you with a hefty bill for the other sides defence, even though you may have started out with a sound case.

Better to take each step at a time, to establish libel is not simple but first prove and obtain the judgement of libel THEN set out a case for compensation to CLAIM libel and claim punative damages as one complaint in law is most likely to lose on both counts as no Judge is impressed by selection of punitive claims as that is for the Court to decide and he may well chuck out the perfectly reasonable case of libel on the grounds that the libel was not relevant to the greater substance of the claim.

Why Peter wants to be a Barrister I know not as the role of Barristers is becoming less interesting by the minute as the larger law firms act in house as Courts largely destructure and even many District Judges are now Solicitors, why they would take the job I have no idea as it does not pay well relative to a competent solicitor! I can only assume that District Judges are solicitors winding down for retirement or who are failing to get the billing work!

Either way I still suggest Peter completes his studies as he has shown all too clearly his ineptitude for leader and his lack of experience in having so clearly over reacted, failed to clarify his perceived problem and having to suffer the embarrassment of an apology!

Good luck with your studies Peter.

Plenty of opportunity to seek a political role once you have some experience and something beyond over enthusiasm to offer and by then EUkip is unlikely to be around and you can seek out more competent pastures where EUkip association may well damage your reputation and harm your reputation in the long run.

DISHONESTY REGARDING THE ‘PRIVATE DEFENCE FUND’ & DELIBERATE MISREPRESENTATION BY MARK CROUCHER!

I could not resist a wry smile! Foolishly I have misread a detail in an ‘e’Mail address and furthermore so have many others!

Eric Edmond is correct – I did NOT use the correct ‘e’Mail for him. Here was I and presumably everyone else puzzling over the detail and convinced he was sending ‘e’Mails from the address given – he was not!

I and all the rest were checking the address and overlooking the end part in a form of electronic blindness, to which several well known detail ferrets had also succumbed! The address I had quoted was spot on correct in that which was ‘human’ it was the tail electronic item that was different .com vs .co.uk

Interestingly this in no way alters the main point of the thread which was that Eric Edmond spoke with myself, John West & Niall Warry regarding the fund. Further he has clearly been aware of the fund and has shown his awareness of said fund by joining in conversation on the Forum and directly.

That he implied in various items that I had deliberately lied and that he did not know of the fund was clearly an untruth. That he failed to point out wherein the error lay as he had personally dictated his ‘e’Mail to me on the phone and I subsequently ‘e’Mailed him and he had seen the details on the forum and most probably elsewhere seems absolutely certain.

IF Eric Edmond has been deliberately obfuscating by implying that I was not telling the truth and that others weren’t it was incredibly stupid of him as clearly he had impugned the integrity of others who had clearly not been at fault.

I have received – via the wrong address 😉 an ‘e’Mail which has been forwarded to me from Eric Edmond which reads as follows in Blue and I comment therein in Black:

Correct – the ‘e’Mail address originally transcribed in good faith by me over the phone. This issue would seem to hinge on the fact that Eric Edmond chose not to explain the error.

I have never agreed to act as custodian for any funds of any sort for any cause, ever.
You were however quite clearly aware that you had been nominated and had not declined. The first anyone has heard that you wish to decline is long after the matter has concluded. That you take this stance in hindsight is more than strange, particularly as you have clearly and undeniably discussed your role in the ‘fund’ asking what should you do if you receive money when it was agreed that you would pass it straight on to Niall Warry.

It was also made clear that the aim of the ‘buffer’ was that donors and recipients could be separated thus no donor would have lien over a recipient nor recipient gratitude to a donor. That some may not have understood such niceties of integrity may well be the case. But there was never any doubt that you were aware and a willing if inactive participant.

I have never received any moneys from anyone.
A life of pennuary? Clearly you meant in respect of this fund and hardly surprising as I used the wrong address 😉 I am surprised that you did not point it out sooner!

Any donations I have ever made to anyone are from my own money.
IF any such donation was to any individual related to the fund it would be a tad implausible that it was not in relation to the item in discussion on the Forum in a thread you contributed to and since several people are aware that you discussed the fund with them in relation to yourself not until much later claiming to not know about it!

A Copy of this has been sent to Eric Edmond Eric Edmond eric_edmond@hotmail.com the address he asked me to use and from which he mailed me – I can not be certain it will reach him as he has claimed not to know of its existence therefore I have posted this in full on my blog to ensure it is available to him. Would anyone who has an ‘e’Mail address he admits to using please be so good as to forward this letter to him.

In forwarding this to you I have removed the two attachments that Dr. Eric Edmond sent with the document.

Please be thus advised, with proof, that he is clearly telling lies pertinent to the so called ‘defence fund’.

I clearly show in the forwarded ‘e’Mail from him that the address he denies in his libellous attempt to smear me was indeed an address he used.

May I add that I am aware that neither John West nor Niall Warry, nor I for that matter, wish to deliberately expose Eric Edmond, however he has had conversations with both John West and Niall Warry, regarding the fund and of course myself.

One recipient has confirmed to me that perceived the payment sent to him directly by Eric Edmond to be a payment resultant from the fund, I understand.

Eric Edmond has had numerous conversations with me regarding the fund and other matters – I am not aware that Eric Edmond has EVER breeched any confidence in conversations with me, nor have I ever asked him to. I allude to these conversations only because they are a matter of record, should the matter come to Court as his number is clearly shown on my telephone bills as I presume is my number on his.

Dr. Eric Edmond subsequent to occasions on which he has discussed the fund has NEVER contacted me in any format to inform me he was no longer able to participate – no such formal resignation has ever been received by either Niall Warry nor John West they assure me.

Further on reading the thread in question I have absolutely no reason to question the comments of Geoffrey Collier within the thread.

Clearly due to the dishonesty of many of those who seek to smear me I deliberately did not nor did I advocate that I should handle any of the monies concerned and due to her legal status Petrina Holdsworth (Mrs. P. Voelcker) notified me immediately that she would be unable to participate – a fact which I ensured was published to the original distribution list of my suggestion.

I can confirm that monies were collected and monies were paid to recipients – as was the original suggestion. NONE who have contributed nor any recipient has had cause to question any of the process or its integrity other than Eric Edmond who rather long after the event has issued misleading

Since it is clear that the entire thread seems merely to be a figment of Mark Croucher’s tortured desire to smear folk and there is absolutely no foundation to the thread other than attempts, it seems, of Mark Croucvher to use a childish practice of entrapment based on selective quotation – a morally reprehensible practice at best and corrupt in any doctrine may I suggest that the entire thread is deleted.

Please be advised that I only make this known as Eric Edmond has seen fit to imply I have in some way failed to tell the truth.

I solicited money, with the request that individuals of integrity who wished to see EUkip cleaned up would mail the money to 3 individuals based on my belief that it provided a reasonable spread of characters who I considered reliable and trustworthy.

Firstly may I apologise as one transpired to be unreliable and untrustworthy, though I had selected him as he had been selected by UKIP members as an NEC representative and also as EUkip had selected him as an MEP candidate. Even if he is playing fast and loose with HIS word interpretation that he is implicating me and thus impugnes my integrity I consider him to be unreliable, untrustworthy and dishonourable though let us put that down to failings of memory rather than deliberate dishonesty.

Petrina Holdsworth (Mrs. P. Voelcker) stood down.

The fund collected certain monies and the recipient(s) received certain monies – the amounts, sources and recipients are a private matter and will remain so. It would be a breech of trust for the recipients, donors or others directly involved to publish any of the information. The monies were handled in accord with my initial advocacy to the satisfaction of ALL parties involved save Edmond who would seem to have selective amnesia – I am unaware of ANY payment that was sent to him that has not reached the recipients to the satisfaction of any donor. You will note all donors were requested to ‘e’Mail the collection points to discuss their method of donation.

That payments WERE made by executive(s) of EUkip to recipients as a result of my ‘e’Mail is one reason why NO NAMES OR AMOUNTS will be made public. Further the details of amounts and Recipients will NOT be made public as it could cause embarrassment.

NO FURTHER INFORMATION WILL BE FORTHCOMING ON THIS MATTER
from any informed individual as it is a private and confidential matter.

ANY donor is welcome to notify of ANY disquiet they may have but it would be a breech of trust were they to publish their position or donation as those were the terms of the agreement they entered.

Should ANYONE have ANY evidence of wrong doing may I advise them to contact me as I accept ultimate responsibility having suggested the fund at the outset. IF you are not entirely happy that I have resolved your query I suggest you take the appropriate legal action – May I advise you that it is unlikely that you have ANY claim were you neither a provable donor or provable recipient as all individual payments were less than tax declarable gifts.

I consider that further questioning on this entirely private matter of anyone by anyone other than a donor or recipient, conducted privately or through legal channels constitutes Harassment in the strict terms of the Law.

As an aside and my apologies for conflating two issues but they do overlap:

I am reliably advised that to allude to any spent conviction is an Offence, this includes such phrases as ‘he has spent convictions but I can not name them’ even ‘he has spent convictions’. I would appreciate it if the entirety of threads that lead to any construction whereby I am identified as having any conviction be removed from the Forum, including where two or more listings/posts can be linked together to imply I have ANY convictions extant or past.

I am unaware of ANY convictions of ANY criminal nature even including speeding or parking tickets that are in any way legally extant during the last 20 years!

I would also appreciate it if a public warning was made to Feel Martinis, Croucher, McGough, Denny, Mahonney who I believe hides behind the name ‘stathan’ that should they or any other member ever again allude to convictions they had best be in a position to provide publicly available provenance which is extant and that allusion to ANY offence that is spent under the 1974 Act is included and should they ever do so again they will be removed and banned for life both in their name or any sock puppet.

Clearly I have no interest in taking legal action against the list, its owner or the various pond life who seek to dishonesty or unlawfully smear me or other individuals – this of course is not an indication that I will be minded thus at some time in the future.

Perhaps you could advise the plumber from the valleys that his insulting but utterly ignorant comment about firearms speaks volumes of his lack of knowledge. It is not remotely unusual in areas of vulnerability, for ladies particularly, to carry firearms with very short barrels and low charge doctored rounds that fall into the category ‘DumDum’, usually a 38 calibre. Stopping power at short range being the only consideration in self defence.

For close protection I have always favoured a 45 pistol modified with a very short barrel and mercury filled soft nose rounds (a ‘magnum’ as in the comics has no meaning or use without a long barrel as all it means is a very fast and very inaccurate shot – the speed of travel be in consequence of the explosive power of the grain load). For open bush a NATO standard 7.62 rifle or rimless Heckler & Koch machine action takes some beating and clearly the shorter barrelled H&K SMGs on single or multiple shot are best in urban areas. Sniper rifles are clearly ONLY of use for the job requiring meticulous zroing and having very long barrels and accuracy up to almost 2 miles.

I must admit I know little of plumbing, beyond plumbing my own home and some years ago basic plumbing of staff housing for about 25 staff!

Re: Copyright

By what would seem to be a process effectively of ‘Entrapment’ Mark Christopher Croucher is currently dishonourably endeavouring to ‘Extort’ money from me by use of fear and intimidation of threat of Court Action for what is effectively an ‘Innocent Infringement’ in any moral terms of images of nil Commercial value or at best in accord with library equivalents readily available @ $56.25 for multiple usage.

I am not claiming he does not have the Copyright and would obviously have removed them if he had offered that option but he immediately issued dubious and unlawfull punative damages when it is clear in the Copyright Act that the purpose of the act is NOT to punish the innocent infringement but to protect the ownership of the copyright.

I understand the same dishonourable action was brought against Mr. Griffin &/or The BNP

If the case procedes to Court it is likely that it could be seen as a spiteful and vexatious claim as I accept the infringement but there is apparent ‘entrapment’ and attempted ‘extortion’ this could lead to any and all costs being awarded against Croucher and open the possibility – particularly in the case of The BNP of a subsequent claim by them of Malicious Damages and I understand that MEPs are entitled to charge legal costs to the tax payers!

The Case I am defending is due to be heard by Cardiff Courts on 27-January-2009

That Geoffrey Collier had heard of this date from a third party is no surprise to me as I have made no secret of it and you may recal Croucher was making public his glee regarding Courts and his intent to use his winnings to fund an unprincipled extremist pro EU organisation, to which he had in the past communicated names and details of UKIP members – namely SpotLight.

Mark Croucher has from time to time also published legal documents to which he has gained access whilst in the confidence and or employ of The EU in terms of payment.

A measure of the style and veracity of Mark Christopher Croucher is that, seemingly for gain, he accessed UKIP server data and claimed, erroneously, that a man terminally ill with cancer who had been a long term, senior and loyal employee of UKIP even at one time holding the position of CEO had dishonourably and dishonestly provided information to the blogger Junius – this claim was made by Croucher without any hard evidence or factual provenance and even repeated after it had been publicly announced that Piers Merchant was in the terminal stages of multi site metastatic cancer. I have every reason to believe based upon Mark Croucher’s track record over many years that this was done in the deliberate knowledge that Piers Merchant was not physically able to defend himself against what was a quite apparently false accusation. Douglas Denny and others in UKIP colluded in this vile behaviour by failing to renounce it.

Shortly after Mark Croucher had accessed the data base of UKIP I received a copy of said data base and I have every reason to believe that this was deliberately supplied to me as a result of Mark Croucher’s claims as ‘false evidence’. I had never met Piers Merchant until the late stages of his cancer when he deliberately visited Chepstow and we had dinner together where the main topic of conversation was of cancer, alternative treatments, diagnoses etc. This was a man who was shortly to die and to whom UKIP was of staggeringly low priority! Under the circumstances I found him to be urbane honourable and good company and having spoken with his wife and being aware of her notably high powered job it was clear that she also was of the same ilk.

I have absolutely no reason to believe that Piers Merchant was EVER in breech of trust in any political manner whilst serving UKIP over many years. I have every reason to believe that Mark Croucher is dishonest, corrupt, untrustworthy and dishonourable with a vile and vindictive nature – I have every reason to believe that Mark Croucher is not trustworthy with information or data, I have every reason to believe the widespread rumours that he has been involved in breeches of trust and implied blackmail whilst in the employ of the tax payer as a result of UKIP’s political activities.

I know beyond any doubt that Mark Croucher has deliberately and wittingly lied to the media about myself and others of which I have clear and irrefutable proof.

I incline to believe, based on my personal experiences and the sources of the information, that Croucher enjoyed two cheques at his termination the one I am informed was for approximately £30,000 and the other was £20,000. That Croucher was complaining, shortly before his departure from UKIP that he was broke and shortly before that he was living in near distressed circumstances in a small house with irreparable wood rot and motor parts stored in the garden, he then suddenly obtained not one but two public houses of some substance. These he traded until, presumably due to his ineptitude, they failed and he was forced to surrender the license and premises.

It is understood that his benefactor was Nigel Farage and it has been openly discussed by many, amongst whom are past MEPs, members of the NEC and others who have informed me and others that the payments were when David Lott advised Nigel Farage to pay off Croucher and get rid of him or otherwise Farage would never break loose of his claims to have VERY sensitive recordings involving Annabelle Fuller.

That Annabelle Fuller left EUkip is common knowledge and that John Wittaker as Chairman told Nigel Farage to fire her or he, John Wittaker, would ‘go public’. Annabelle Fuller was effectively fired for putting a confidential training and assessment video of John West on the internet, in a deliberate attempt to belittle him and avoid facing various legitimate complaints over the rigging of the selection of MEPs which was a disgrace EUkip wished to hide.

It is believed that Fuller would not have taken this action without the approval of Nigel Farage and this would seem to have been substantiated by the implausible alibi trumped up and published by Wittaker who then resigned. That Farage was in collusion became even more clear when he endorsed a pack of lies provided to the media including Farage’s pall at The Daily Mail, involving Fuller.

I understand that Farage endeavoured to have Fuller employed by The Tax Payers Alliance but they wisely declined. Fuller was subsequently employed for a short period by The British Legion as Press Officer but this employ was terminated we understand when a Branch Chairman known to me was supplied with a large amount of evidence of her behaviour and the final straw for The Legion was her blog when she described Gordon Brown at an event laying a wreath at The Cenotaph as a c***. I do understand that she may well be working in s ome capacity for Farage’s chums at The Tax Payers Alliance!!!

It would seem that Annabelle Fuller is to EUkip and Farage what Jonah is to shipping! We understand that together with the factual data on CaterpillarsAndButterflies and Junius the relationship between Fuller and Farage was material in a £1,200,000 potential donor to UKIP withdrawing his offer when he read her vile blog at More To Life Than Shoes!

HARLOW PPC EXPOSES Mike McGOUGH for the LIAR HE SURELY IS!

sorry I should have posted this a little sooner.

Martin Harvey recently called a meeting to select their PPC for the elections in Harlow. We understand that despite his lies and efforts to rip off his friends and colleagues Michael McGough was by a popularr majority so despised for the shame he brought on EUkip with his childish behaviour and outright dishonesty that not only was he not invited to put himself forward as a candidate but by popular consent I gather he was not even invited to the meeting!

The meeting eventually, by a clear majority, selected John Croft as their PPC – John has a long political record and unlike McGough is seen as an asset and an experienced honest candidate.

McGough was named in EUkip’s official report on the MEP selection process as utterly dishonest and a large reason on which a new selection process should be conducted.

Michael McGough lied and cheated pretending against all the evidence and the outright condemnation of the Branch Chairman that he had competence and popularity way beyond reality claiming to have been elected as a PPC – A lie.

This now liberates Harlow branch to start continuing the honest work of promoting John Croft. No doubt hoping McGough will just vanish in a puff of his own self importance.

In reality McGough will likely be misleading people for some time yet as although he has never done better than 1% popularity in a public auction he has never even managed to get on a parish council! However he will no doubt still be conning people that he has something to offer as he wheedles his way onto committees and pretends he represents EUkip.

Michael McGough has a long record of dishonesty and dishonourable behaviour – just the sort Farage seems to like amongst his hirelings and paid praise singers!

There is an old Chinese curse – may you live in interesting times!

Social acceptance amongst ones peers can be a major influence!

With very clear indications of a run of Court cases where EUkip and its chums are likely to come spectacularly unstuck in that it is a dangerous move to reach to law when there is EVER an opportunity to seek reconciliation. Only a fool runs to law as the risks are high. Never forget what facts may be poised to come out in Court and who can be massively damaged in such a situation.

We note that there are widespread allegations that Farage is abandoning his troops just as they are scheduled to go into battle and the reasons speculated at are that he does not want to front the dangers of the fall out from the Courts and even rumours that he may well be on the verge of problems himself via OLAF, who we are advised are sending several teams over to Britain at the end of the month to interview EUkip MEPs and other witnesses.

By Friday we could see as many as 25 application packs but that will be thinned out to about half that at a guess – to prevent there being more contenders than EUkip could field for a Yoooof wing vote!

This is likely to embarrass Farage’s original scam as speculated at since he had persuaded Malcolm Pearson to stand for him to shelter behind!

Now we hear Pearson doesn’t even know who his NEC would be, nor his treasurer’s position! It seems even so he has been persuaded, though Farage had wanted a Coronation I hear. Instead Pearson has said he will only shelter Farage until the end of the General Election – once again we are left as irrelevant litter unconsulted as it seems.

We gather Pearson aims to step down after the election and then the cat fight starts because if Farage does well he might well move to place his butt on the green leather of the UK’s redundant House of Commons with the Tories,, and I gather the Bannerman the liar and cheat from the eastern region will be GIVEN the party to play with until it collapses under his ‘leadership’.

We hear Farage may make a play to get his leadership if he fails to get elected!

In the last General Election I seem to recal the putative leader of EUkip – Lord Pearson of Rannock advocated that EUkip members should vote Tory as EUkip candidates would not get voted in.

Here is an article about EUkip’s unlikely leader – well until Farage seizes back the leadership with all the honesty he gained the leadership in the first instance. I believe that UKIP supporters like myself will see this as a scarey prospect but the anti EUkippers of the leadership seem not to realise just how idiotic it is to go into a divisive squabble over a title with no money, authority or relevance to it as we have alread heard Farage may be running away but he is still very clear he has no plan or vision for the Party – just for himself & clearly Malcolm Pearson can not be seen as even a safe pair of hands:

The claim was made yesterday by Nigel Farage, the UKIP MEP who confirmed talks with Lord Pearson of Rannoch, the Thatcherite Tory peer, that would see UKIP candidates withdraw from up to 30 Tory seats.

The conduit for the talks between Mr Farage and Lord Pearson was Lord Neidpath, a friend of Lord Pearson, a member of the UKIP and heir to the Earl of Wemyss and March.

Lord Neidpath, a former page of honour to the Queen Mother, told the Guardian: “The worry is that if all the potential get-out-of-Europe Tory MPs lose their seats because UKIP stands, then that will be a huge set back for Euroscepticism.

“The leadership might then go to Kenneth Clarke, or even Michael Portillo.”

He insisted that Lord Pearson never made a direct offer of cash. “It was not a formal bargain. Would it not be nice to have £1m to £2m if UKIP candidates stood down where Eurosceptic MPs were standing? UKIP is a loose-limbed uncentralised organisation, but we thought we could pull it off”.

Mr Farage had to pull out of the talks after news of them leaked. Lord Neidpath claimed the Tory Eurosceptic MP Patrick Nicholls had told fellow Tory Nicholas Soames, who became indignant at any possibility of a deal.

“It was very unfortunate. The whole thing started to be portrayed as if we were blackmailing the Conservative party. That was not the case.”

Mr Farage said Lord Pearson was anxious to protect the rightwing of the Tory party grouped around John Redwood and Iain Duncan Smith. Mr Farage claimed Mr Hague’s party remains “paranoid” about the threat that 400 UKIP candidates would pose to the Tories at the polls.

But Mr Farage, an MEP since 1999, told the Guardian: “They know they have lost the general election. The battle is now about who takes over from Hague and who takes control of the party. It is the Redwood camp as opposed to the Portillo camp.

“The kind of people they want us to stand down against are people who would vote for Redwood rather than Portillo,” he claimed, pointing to figures such as David Heathcoat-Amory, Oliver Letwin and even Mr Duncan Smith, the shadow defence secretary, whom many MPs regard as a leadership hopeful if Mr Hague achieves a fatally poor result against Tony Blair.

Some of Mr Farage’s analysis will strike many Tory MPs as unlikely, given the weakness of Mr Redwood’s current political base.

Lord Neidpath added that Michael Spicer, the leading Eurosceptic MP and possible candidate for the leadership of the 1922 committee after the election was also anxious to see the UKIP stand down in his constituency.

Mr Spicer is seen as a key player in the fight for the leadership succession if there is a heavy election defeat.

Mr Spicer, MP for Worcestershire West, has a majority of 3,846 and is number 17 on the Liberal Democrats’ hit list. Neither the UKIP nor the Referendum Party stood in Mr Spicer’s seat in 1997.

Lord Pearson also wanted to protect other sceptic allies from UKIP candidates, such as Mr Letwin. He has a wafer-thin majority of 1,840 votes in Dorset West. Overall, the Tories currently hold 12 seats with a majority of less than 1,000.

Mr Farage, who was authorised to discuss a cash deal with wealthy, unidentified Tories by his party leader, Jeffrey Titford MEP, described Lord Pearson – an insurance tycoon ennobled by Lady Thatcher in 1990 – as “a fervent Euro-sceptic deeply sympathetic to UKIP’s aims and goals”.

GOLLOM’S PRECCCCCIOCCCCCE PLANTS & HATRED FOR TERRESTRIAL LIFE FORM PETS!!

The well known and duplicitous Gollom is a well known figure in EUkip and a great chum of the elderly Aproned Elder of EUkip who abandoned his electorate in the Easdtern Region for greater comfort on the South Coast.

Five years and well over £1Million better off the Aproned Elder tried to put the Ring of office on Gollom, but even though aided by Dynes who wrote articles to suit them in The East Anglian papers – even so the people were revolted at the thought and despite the outright cheating by passed Gollom.

Even the odious Mick McGough who had lied about his status to dupe and cheat his coleagues was of more significance than the salaried Gollom, despite McGough’s stunning unpopularity both amongst coleagues and the electorate who had given him 1% in the last public election he risked standing in.

That did not prevent the thick skinned McGough from lies about his selection as a PPC for Harlow which was proven to be a lie.

Gollom has been seen increasingly less by daylight as he has been hissing and spitting at the local wildlife near his lair which he has been disguising with flower beds and fertiliser.

The smell of Gollom must be repugnant to cats as they set out to over spray it.

why ever not?

It is clear from his ineptitude of his performance that it may well help.

That he is duplicitous and underhand is apparent, and that he is way out of his depth is clear. It is also worthy of note that he will in the next 5 years enrich himself, by normal standards, by about £1Million clear and ensure himself a very generous pension.

Clearly he has no job to do as no EUkip MEP has to date ‘worked’ in any true sense of the word and their real achievements beyond their shaving mirrors amount to the sum total of ZERO.

We are no closer to leaving The EU – the sole purpose of UKIP despite the delusional claims of the self seekers – We are more enmeshed and EUkip took ZERO meaningful action to address and oppose The ~~New Constitution~~ Lisbon Constitutional Treaty until it had passed in The House of Commons!

That they orchestrated an utterly corrupt selection process, parachuted in liars, cheats and the discreditted foreigner as MEP candidates leaves them without credibility.

EUkip’s Official Returning Officer Piers Merchant produced an excorriating 9 page report, which can be found in full elsewhere on this blog, outlining the lies, corruption and cheating, duplicity, bullying and dishonesty that involved every single MEP and member of the NEC WITHOUT EXCEPTION, since not one spoke out.

The report was advance notified to the NEC and leadership and Piers Merchant delivered hard copies by hand to the NEC.

It is worthy of note that EUkip and its NEC are so corrupt thast the serial liar and general allround low life failure from the Tory party David Bannerman was launched to dishonestly claim no such report had come to their attention speaks volumes of just how corrupt EUkip is.

Where are the £Millions that seem to have gone missing and EUkip associate with racists and low lifes on the claim of MORE money! Perhaps OLAF, the police and the courts can throw some light on this as I understand EUkip is due back in the Courts, their MEP Tom Wise is due in Court in November, OLAF are due to interview a number of EUkip MEPs and others at the end of the month I understand.

Further I have heard not one peep from EUkip MEPs or the parasites who surround them as salaried praise singers renouncing association in a pan EU political Party group with racists, bigots, bullies, liars, cheats, sexually intollerant scum of EUropean politics. This betrayal of politics has placed EUkip beneath contempt as has the absolute failure of leadership in moral or political terms.

I note even you lack the integrity to put your name to you wheedling words – I take it that you are too ashamed and if you are not then you damn well should be together with the rest of the anti UKIP trash that have so befouled the party in their prostitution of the principles of the decent members. There is NOTHING that the present leadership does that does not bring shame on the party and EUkip represents no values the UKIP supporters of honour and integrity value.

You need only look at the bullying, dishonesty, witch hunts, foul language and utter political ineptitude of those who represent EUkip.

I and other morally sound individuals have tollerated this behaviour without one word of admonishment to the vile protagonists in whose name this behaviour was carried out as they hid in cowardice.

Hi,

I’ve just received a threatening letter from a EUkip leadership candidate, which since he is seeking to raise his profile at the moment it seems only fair to let those who might otherwise vote for him know about.

Peter claims to want to be a barrister when he grows up and has started studying from his home in Bournemouth, or so I gather.

Whilst waiting to see if he makes the grade he has decided to dump his studies to lead EUkip if enough people are convinced there isn’t a candidate of stature, competence or experience.

I presume to grant himself gravitas and raise his profile, or for practice for when he has learned about law he has sent me the following threat:

Dear Sir,

I write in respect of an article posted on your blog, Caterpillars and Butterflies, under the heading

Specifically, I am referring to comments made about myself reading:
“Might it be the fledgeling Lucas who has a series of video clips from his bedroom on YouTube – well done for trying BUT. IF he is serious and not just being opportunist he could do worse than give me a call and I’ll go over the scripts with him and put him in touch with pro film makers for some tips.”

I take the view that these comments are libellous in that they are untrue and damaging to my character and reputation. I therefore require you to immediately remove such comments. I also require that you post on your blog an apology for the making of these comments and as well as a retraction of them.

I ask that you comply with these reasonable requests within 14 days from date of this letter. Failure to comply may result in my taking legal action against you.

Please note that had you included a phone number or called me prior to threatening me I feel you would have served your cause better.

You will of course be aware that since you made no effort to resolve the situation prior to issuing a threat this may well go against you if you are foolish enough to escalate the matter. No doubt you will have learnt about this sort of thing in the early stages of your education, it being always better to seek to resolve matters amicably.

I am therefore responding expeditiously, I do so in public on this blog most clearly out of respect for your concern and to ensure readers are aware that you have tried to explain your plea.

Permit me to respond in some detail as it is ALWAYS my intent to accurately and openly account and provide facts where possible – I note this is a stated aim of your leadership campaign, thus I felt assured you would approve in such circumstances.

I apologise for not responding more rapidly but I only read your letter on Monday.

Surely you must be aware this is a repetitive generic heading – the Blog concerned was titled, for differentiation as:

Specifically, I am referring to comments made about myself reading:

This question and the subsequent comments are indeed a part of the blog about which you seem concerned, though you fail to explain why!

I can understand that you might hold this view but for the life of me I can not see how you arrived at such a perverse view.
Firstly you neither confirm nor denny my question viz: “Might it be ….” is it?

If it is you then how can my opinions be construed as libellous – they are my views and I believe despite membership of The EU we still have a right to hold opinions and even, if timerously, voice them.

If however you can confirm that such videos do not exist nor have they existed on the internet then the comment is simply not about you, hence I opened my paragraph as quoted by you “Might it be ….”.

With respect, I appreciate your complete lack of experience but it was you who put your name forward to to lead what is currently a corrupt, duplicitous political party which is co-operating with the EU – in that on the instruction of Nigel Farage his errand boy Derek Clarke was dispatched to sign a concordance advocating GREATER Subsidiarity of Britain to The EU and co-operation with EU Committees to strengthen their control over the vassal states!

You seek to lead a political party which has been found guilty in Court of breech of electoral law, whose past Chairman was described by a Judge in Court as ‘implausible’ or similar, when he was found guilt in a Court.

You seek to lead a Party with an income of £Millions.

You seek to lead a party with one of its MEPs, who did not stand for re-election is in Court on 2nd. November for fraud, money laundering etc.

You seek to lead a party with 13 MEPs at the moment where there are clear signs that large amounts of money have seemingly gone missing.

Are you surprised that there is speculation at your fitness as a candidate – I think you are being incredibly foolish if you believe that it is not legitimate to make comment!

Please accept that I bear YOU no personal annimus, I do think you are a complete idiot and clearly way out of your depth and without any experience that could lead ANYONE to believe you are fit or capable of the responsibility – I question whether the party is redeemable under anyone’s leadership, if it is – sorry it won’t be you!

I am happy to state the video clips were or were not yours based only on your word – I feel sure you will appreciate, on reflection, that no apology is in any way reasonable but clarification of the answer to my question I am happy to make.

I ask that you comply with these reasonable requests within 14 days from date of this letter. Failure to comply may result in my taking legal action against you.

I trust you will have learned rather more about the law than just theory from this folly of yours, which I would contend has made it staggeringly clear that you just do not YET have the skills or experience, wisdom or judgement to lead and lack ever the experience of leading a branch!

May I suggest, for your reputation’s sake, if you do intend to continue and practice law, consider your future and disassociate yourself from EUkip – older more experienced men of stature have deliberately distanced themselves for the sake of their reputations.

Finally I trust you will accept my honourable intent in responding to you and commenting it is NEVER wise to become embroilled in Court action without very sound grounds which you have first tried to resolve amicably. There are times when one is forced into defence via another but they are immediately disadvantaged by failure to attempt to settle amicably and all too readily what seemed like a clever idea can backfire seeming to be an effort to entrap for profit and even perhaps extort for gain.

If I can help please do not hesitate to contact me, and if you wish me to clarify your part in the videos I asked about do let me know. May I suggest you pay keen attention to your lecturers as IF you learn enough you will one day be taking such actions on behalf of others when it would be unfortunate to accrue a catalogue of errors.

Since it is clear from your threatening letter that you read this blog I would appreciate a quick note ackcnowledging you have read this or a phone call letting me know what clarification you wish me to make.

TO LEAVE THE EU

What is the exit and survival plan for these United Kingdoms to maximise on the many benefits of leaving The EU. It is the DUTY of our Politicians and Snivil Cervants to ensure the continuity, liberty and right to self determination of our peoples they have a DUTY to protect against crime and secure both our food and our border.

NONE of these DUTIES has a single British politician upheld for 40 years. They have drawn their incomes fraudulently and dishonesty.

Politicians are failing to tell the truth, but so are almost all wanabe Politicians, the MSM and Snivil Cervants.
