I was ferreting through some of my archive material a while back and remembered this letter received by all NEC members at the time (and of course myself, though my copy was second hand 😉

Minded of the crass stupidit, intenperate behaviour and farcical incompetence of Mick Nattrass it is astonishing to think this bad tempered semie literate clown could be seriously considered as one of a mere 6 candidates for leader of EUkip – just consider his total lack of achievement as he has enriched himself at the expense of Britain as an MEP – Can ANYONE state a single achievement or action of intelligence from this bufoon!

This is the sad chappie who due to his support for the criminality of Tom Wise stated at the NEC meeting ‘What the **** do you think we should do – if he goes down we all will how the hell do you think we get our money’.

This is the sad mysogenistic fool who did all in his power to remove Petrina Holdsworth because he Farage and others feared her determination to try to introduce transparency – shortly afterwards we had the vile and duplicitous Croucher spinning his lies and claims that Petrina Holdsworth had exposed Tom Wise’s fraud because she was refused the money – EUkip’s low life MEPs even went so far as to collude in a plot to claim she was at a meeting which she did not attend and fortunately I was able to PROVE her absence!

Nattrass was the dangerous underhand little chappie whose ‘e’Mails were conveniently leaved to me and to The Sunday Telegraph to try to sabotage the Party Chairman – EUkip must be desperate if they would want this duplicitous and useless article as leader.

This is the callibre of MEP EUkip has is there any wonder Farage can force them to his self serving and mallign personal interests.

Nattrass could barely run a bath on his own let alone a party – thus I presume is the reason for a need for an official bath runner at his accomodation in Brussels.

Dear NEC Member

I was approached by Roger Knapman to rescind my resignation as Chairman on
the basis that Roger was willing to remove Nattrass from the Deputy
Leadership for his recent behaviour.
I agreed to that .

Roger then told me that it would be very difficult to remove it forthwith
as the conferences were so close in time with all the attendant publicity
plus the fact that Nattrass was co -hosting the I&D Group Conference.I was
left in no doubt however that it would be removed by Roger after the
conferences.
I therefore agreed to that.

In the meantime he said that he would obtain a letter from the other MEPs
apologising for Nattrass`s behaviour .He stated that the letter was to be
put on our website.
(As you know the letter has been signed by the other MEPs and a copy
circulated to the NEC members.)

In the meantime Nattrass had issued another intemperate email on the 2nd
October at 10.48.I telephoned Roger about this who indicated that Nattrass
would have to go forthwith as he had now ” cut his own throat” . I telephoned Roger later that day but he was unavailable.

I then spoke with Piers that evening ( 2nd of October ) who had no
knowledge of any further action having been taken by Roger and we agreed
that a short holding statement should be put on the web.
We agreed that the next day the MEPs letter would be put on the web,or at
least a reference to the MEP`s letter would be added to the statement. I sent two emails later that evening pointing out that there was no
reference to Nattrass in the letter, which was not acceptable, and amongst
other things I drew Roger`s attention to the fact that the question of the
removal of Nattrass`s Deputy Leadership seemed to be slipping still further
as Graham Booth had rung me that evening to say that Roger would simply be
informing Nattrass that his Deputy Leadership was now dependant on his
future good conduct.

I went to London on the 3rd of October .On my return in the afternoon I
noted that the MEPs letter was still not on the website contrary to my
agreement with Roger and Piers.In deed nothing had been added to the short
holding statement .

I emailed a copy of the letter to Stuart Gulleford and asked him to have a
word with Piers out of courtesy before putting it on the website.

That evening I spoke to Stuart to ask why it was still not on the website.He
told me that orders had come “from the top “
to stop it going up.

I rang Roger and we had our first acrimonious exchange .
He refused to allow the letter on the website .He indicated that he did not
want to remove Nattrass`s Deputy Leadership .I pointed out that I felt
Roger had not kept to his word on either topic and that I felt betrayed.

By the end of the evening it had been agreed that the question of the Deputy
Leadership would be dealt with at the next meeting of the NEC . Roger said that Nigel had agreed to raise the topic.I agreed to that as a
final position although I viewed it as a weak option .

I hope that Nigel will not mind me adding that he was sympathetic to the
position which I found myself in .

I asked Roger to put our latest agreement in writing to me as I was fed up
with him changing the position so arbitrarily and frequently. He agreed and said that Piers would send me an email confirming the position
this morning.

No email has been forthcoming .

I have formed the view that I am no longer prepared to work under these
unacceptable circumstances .

I now strongly suspect that nothing will be done re the Deputy Leadership as
Roger has shown that he is not prepared to act decisively and to publicly
support his chairman. I only wish he had been clear with me in the first
place and then he would not have put the party in this mess.

I am left with no alternative in my view but to resign yet again as
Chairman of the Party and from the NEC in order to preserve my own
integrity and self respect.This time there can be no coming back under the
present regime .

I thank the huge amount of people who have contacted me over the last few
days to welcome me back but I cannot continue to act with the “rug being
pulled from under my feet”repeatedly.

I regret that I will not be attending the conferences this weekend.

TO LEAVE THE EU

What is the exit and survival plan for these United Kingdoms to maximise on the many benefits of leaving The EU. It is the DUTY of our Politicians and Snivil Cervants to ensure the continuity, liberty and right to self determination of our peoples they have a DUTY to protect against crime and secure both our food and our border.

NONE of these DUTIES has a single British politician upheld for 40 years. They have drawn their incomes fraudulently and dishonesty.

Politicians are failing to tell the truth, but so are almost all wanabe Politicians, the MSM and Snivil Cervants.

The fact is that even if EVERY British MEP wanted change in The EU it would achieve NOTHING.
Every single British Politician, of EVERY Party, elected since before we joined the EUropean Common Market, has promised to change The EU’s CAP – In 40 Years they have achieved absolutely NOTHING!

To try to put a value on OUR Freedom is as futile as floccipaucinihilipilification and as odious as the metissage of our societies, as we rummage in the ashes of our ancestors dreams, sacrifices and achievements, the flotsam of our hopes and the jetsam of our lives, consider the Country and Anglosphere which we thus leave our children and the future, with shame!

week in, week out since 25-May-2009 visitors to The Lib Dim web site have been greeted on their rolling news banner with:

The infuriating thing for genuine honest UKIPpers is that Farage’s anti UKIP activities with his claque – funded by money that should be being spent on working towards, researching and distributing information that moves these United Kingdoms ever closer to the Exit seeking liberation from the EU for our vassal state and subourned government.

Instead Farage has controlled ALL EUkip employment – even going so far as to refuse to supply a list of PARTY employees to The Chairman and/or NEC.

Even in this present sherade as a new Pan EU Political ~~Party~~ group Farage insists on controlling the £780,000 4,000 account (slush fund) – he already seems to have a clear record of having stolen money from that account in the past when hand in glove with the willey and untrustworthy pro EU campaigner Jens Peter Bonde.

Astonishingly one lady contacted Paul Nuttall, Nigel Farage’s unelected puppet chairman and the MEP who stood in the seat stolen from Gregg Beaman, she applied for a job working in her area for Nuttall who had to admit he wasn’t trusted with employment and ALL employment had to be done through Nigel Farage!

Farage’s anti UKIP ego trip has effectively destroyed the party and any trust from the informed.

Ed DaveyEdward Davey is writing to UKIP Leader Nigel Farage challenging him to publish his MEPs’ expense claims and to account for their shameful record of voting for perks and secrecy in the European Parliament.

When Nigel Farage first went to Brussels, he promised to publish his accounts annually ‘so the public can inspect them’, but since then neither he nor his UKIP colleagues have done so.

In addition, two of the 12 UKIP MEPs elected in 2004 have since faced criminal charges for falsely claiming benefits, false accounting and money laundering. UKIP has also voted against a cap on MEPs’ earnings, reforms to make travel expenses more transparent, and have backed laws aimed at keeping their expenses secret.

Commenting, Edward Davey said:

“UKIP MEPs have attacked others over their expenses while living the high life in Brussels, charging the taxpayer, and hiding the true cost from voters.

“One in six UKIP MEPs elected in 2004 has since faced criminal charges over their creative accounting. Meanwhile, UKIP turned up in the European Parliament to vote against a cap on MEPs’ earnings, against reforms to make travel more transparent, and in favour of laws aimed at keeping their expenses secret.

The chair of the Liberal Democrats’ Campaigns and Candidates Committee, went on to say, “It’s one thing to complain about MPs’ expenses. But it is quite another to point the finger while hiding the truth about yourself.

“UKIP’s absent accounting, elusive expenses, and secretive attitude add up to bare-faced cheek. Nigel Farage must explain to the public where the money has gone and why they have voted against change.

This anti UKIP propaganda is directly the fault of Nigel Farage. Here is the actual letter Ed Davey sent to Farage:

Dear Mr Farage,

Recent revelations over politicians’ expense claims have highlighted the importance of openness, transparency and accountability when spending money from the public purse.

When you were first elected to the European Parliament in 1999 comments you made suggested that you understood the need for this approach. You were widely quoted as saying that: “We are the only people who are intending, annually, to publish so that the public can inspect them, our expense accounts, our allowance accounts, and the excess that we get – the excess that we are forced to take – particularly on travelling allowances.”

Why haven’t you?

After ten years in the European Parliament there is no evidence that you or any of your UKIP colleagues have ever published a breakdown of your expenditure. A number of your colleagues use their websites to criticise the Parliament’s expenses regime, but none accompany this with information about what they themselves have spent. Is this because you spend money in a way which you know the public would find inappropriate?

Moreover, the voting record of your MEPs suggests that, far from pursuing frugality and transparency, UKIP wants to protect its perks and cover up the evidence.

Why did you vote against the Gargani Report on the Members’ Statute which proposed a cap on MEPs’ earnings and reform of travel expenses so that they are based on receipts rather than the lump sum equivalent of a business class ticket?

Why also did you vote just two months ago for amendment 114 to the Cashman Report, aimed at preventing freedom of access to MEPs’ expense details?

Finally, given your commitment not to “go native” in Brussels, could you explain why your parliamentary party has been plagued with such problems over financial irregularities?

One in six UKIP MEPs elected in 2004 has since faced criminal charges, with one spending time in prison and another currently facing trial. That is the equivalent of one hundred and eight Westminster MPs’ being charged with crimes.

What steps are you taking to ensure that any new Members elected do not similarly fall foul of the law?

In the interests of public accountability I believe that you should give full and public answers to these questions.

I am unaware that Farage has ever acted in the interest of UKIP by seeking to have this removed by answering Ed Davey’s perfectly legitimate (all be it very irritating) letter.

IF Farage has been able to formulate a reply in the light of this statement:
Nigel Farage (25 July 1999):
“You will remember, that right through, that we said we are not going on the gravy train; that we are the only people who are intending, annually, to publish so that the public can inspect them, our expense accounts, our allowance accounts, and the excess that we get – the excess that we are forced to take – particularly on travelling allowances, we are going to be putting into a trust fund and that money will be used to help victims of the European Union in our country, so I do reject the allegation that we’re on the gravy train and there’s certainly no chance of the three of us going native.”
Minded that on average MEP’s are able to trouser on average £1Million per electoral period – which has been fully exposed by the main stream media (MSM) and elsewhere on this blog.

Be aware that a party leader and a chairman of a pan EU Political ~~putative Party~~ group makes a great deal more and has access to funds the electorate seem totally unaware of.

Farage has openly stated in the quote above that he was able to trouser a great deal of money over and above the morally legitimate expenses used to fund staff, offices and the like. He clearly speculated at The Press Club lunch to McShane that he ‘rekonned’ he had been able to trouser around £2Million – and I believe this is a very modest under estimate if you consider the huge amount of money that has seemingly been industrially stolen/ trousered from Branch funds, memberships, Ashford and so many other apparent scams.

Farage claims he has spent all this on legitimate UKIP spending – OK if we accept that then we must assume EUkip’s accounts are a Pack of Lies IF the accounts are legitimate then it does seem very clearly that Farage in an anti UKIP feast has been stealing from UKIP and its members all but Industrially

Farage MUST be allowed to clear his name as a theif and a fool – for as a fool he has lost a donor of £1.2Million, LIED to Robert Kilroy Silk & others, directly cost the party £3/4 Million (his confession).

The ONLY way this can be honestly and openly achieved is to call in a Nationally Known and approved firm of accountants – not some crony or serial dissembler from Spain nor some chum, nor a liar from Essex nor some discreditted past treasurer – IT MUST BE a recognised firm of National Repute.

Clearly the costs of clearing his name MUST be footed by Farage as it has been his irresponsible anti UKIP activities that have brought UKIP into disrepute. Farage has been personally responsible for the £3/4Million debt and it is Farage who has done such harm.

I do not for one moment deny that Farage did a great deal to build up the Party – however you may remember Emile Savundra who built ‘Fire Auto Marine’ as a huge Ponzi scam only to rob his own clients and end up in prison almost until he died – were his actions so very different as he duped and conned naiive and under informed clients just as Farage has subsumed control over every aspect of EUkip to his personal control and personal gain.

I believe that Farage should be prosecuted and sentenced to prison and since he has resolutely and serially betrayed UKIP members and these United Kingdoms I contend it is his duty to clear his name – He has been proven Guilty and cost £3/4Million known to the Courts and his chums Tom Wise and Lindsey Jenkins are in Court for a fraud Farage benefitted from on 02-Nov-2009, a possible reason why he NEVER fired Tom Wise despite his proven lies on the media made again and again, Farage clearly protected Wise and thus acted, as did every MEP in collusion with the criminality for which Tom Wise & Lindsey Jenkins have been charged.

BUT it can’t be as there isn’t a picture of him on every page and also the author of this new Web Site for the EUkip Leadership Fix clearly isn’t sitting on the fence and damning people with feint praise whilst portraying themselves as some sort of ~~honest errand boy for Farage~~ Fair Intermediary.

Stop Press!

News reaches us that the the UKIP NEC have been summoned to an urgent conclave, in order that they might vote on the following motion:

“That pursuant to section 4.1 of the UKIP constitution, we rule herewith that the UNITY Party is henceforth “an organisation . . . membership of which is incompatible with UKIP”.

“Further we rule that the leadership candidate Winston McKenzie has 48 hours to confirm that he is no longer a member of said UNITY Party, and moreover, that he is not intending to contest the vacant leadership of any other party, such as Veritas (which we note he has done in the past).

I was interested to note who was currying favour by desperately trying to get signatures for the Leader of The Unity Party – the poor chap will soon be sitting on so many fences he will likely do himself an injury – if he has not already, for he proudly boasts of ‘knowing’ the foul mouthed Fuller and did a ring round trying to promote the utterly discreditted Marta Andreasen as a leader!

I also understand he was willing to put up money for the ajudication of the EUkip leadership election knowing any election in EUkip is likely to be not just duplicitous but utterly corrupt as when Douglas Denny was dumped by The NEC for having dishonestly manipulated and tried to corrupt the leadership election – which Geoffrey Kingscott so dishonestly and corruptly failed to control as it was understood he had been offered General Secretary – a position which must have much beguilled a Railway Buff who spoke in many tongues but kept writing the same agenda & mini manifesto for any meeting bored enough to listen to him again!

Then of course the utterly corrupt MEP selection process – One only needs to read the facts and details of orchestrated bullying and lies on the indisputably corrupt Forum of Anthony Butcher’s where he and Brendan Padmore scurry around doing the bidding of EUkip’s liars and spin masters to provide opportunities for the corrupt and the liars of the anti UKIP Faragistas to have platforms to lie and abuse the messengers who try to bring and discuss the truth.

Clearly they will lie to try to save face but one only needs to read the EUkip Official Report which exposed the utter corruption of the process and the serial lies of Bannerman, Nuttall, Andreasen, McGouch, Gollom / Gulleford, Titford, Ma Zucherman and their vile ilk.

So the idiocy of the idea of funding an outside agency yet surrendering control to the liars and cheats on the NEC and leadership team only shows how true is the addage ‘There is no fool like an old fool’.

Anyway do enjoy the new Leadership Election Web Site as it grows in content and reduces in candidates as people like McKenzie repairs to his brother’s pub & Gym at The Prince of Wales having failed beyond doubt to carry out his ‘snow job’ the members of EUkip were not so easily duped and have opted against Farage’s racism in USING & EXPLOITING tokenry Blacks – You will have to share a better line next time!

Then there is Alan Wood – a decent sort of cove but hopelessly inadequate to the job and an appauling judge of character and people he is much too willing to turn a blind eye to undeniable corruption – never being man enough to speak out and thereby showing himself to be corrupt and inadequate in his own way – let us face it even the public who elected him as a Councillor Refused to vote for him in the last election – they had learned!

Read the web site and work out who has the basic common sense by who is smart enough to leave the list in realisation of their utter incompetence.

I believe that Pearson is going to win but I believe that he is utterly incompetent to the job with virtually no understanding or knowledge of the true Party – He like poor old Stuart Wheeler are both dupes and subject to the ‘confidence trick’ of deriving their knowledge of the party from Nigel Farage whose lies are now running perilously close to criminality as he is indubitably gaining money and support by deliberate false pretences and lies.

The fine line between spin and criminal deception is difficult to ascertain but I do believe it is legitimate to query the duplicity of Farage and pose the question – At Just what stage do his lies and distortions become criminal? At what stage does legitimate fund raising become criminal deception?

One wonders where spin ends and criminality begins but since Alistaire Campbell and Betty Handlebum there is an element of ‘anything goes’ but I would submit that such spin as would obtain money by false pretences is fairly clearly a criminal action for monetary gain.

As for the web site in question – that I was anonimously tipped off and it was on a couple of search engines I incline to believe it is legit, though it is VERY new on the block! I really can believe that EUkip would stupidly set out to kick a contender off who was a joke candidate at best who I only KNOW of one idiot supporting, why excercise the blatant racism of tokenism to start with, but that is VERY Farage, and then risk further accusations of racism by kicking out the Chairman of a largely Black quasi party!

Yes EUkip and its NEC are that stupid – there is not a single individual on the NEC one would trust with a wad of money and access to responsible decisions – liars, bullies, ignorami, cheats, drunks and money grubbers seem to be the bulk. IF they have been set up with this strangely worded but seemingly accurate quote they have only themselves to blame because it is exactly the sort of crass behaviour we all expect of EUkip and its leadership.

Time will tell but all in the know realise the election is a farce at best and corrupt in almost all detail as the General seeks to wriggle out under the wall of his battle tent on the eve of battle.

A bit like Mike Jackson keeping absolutely schtumm about the well being of his troops and the morality of the slaughter in Iraq and Afghanistan. BUT now he has his pension he is the brave warrior defending his reputation.

Then we have Donnat the General with a hole in his Judgement who has dragged into the sleaze and gutter of politics the reputation of every General of history in betrayal of the squadies he has betrayed in return for a Peerage! The man’s actions are beneath contempt.

clearly in the past the author of the ‘e’Mail below has made something of a fool of himself making some particularly vile and offensive attacks on me based on absolutely no fact – but clearly designed to undermine my outspoken opposition to racism, Islamaphobia, The BNP and probably The EU.

Unfortunately he has been too cowardly to meet and explain why he has taken such a dishonest stance, but never mind.

He boldly condemns racism in Britain, but surrounds himself with extremists, anti Semites, promoters of the ‘Protocols of Zion’, along with ultra extreme Homophobes when in Brussels
He is amoral and vain He claims to be fighting for British Sovereignty, yet his main publicist is …. the Europhile BBC.

Comment from Farage on questions put to the ‘Question Time’ panel

On Expenses:
Last Thursday as a member of the ‘Question Time Panel Farage waxed eloquently about the greed and cynicism of MP’s and voiced a belief that some would go to prison.

[Note: Despite condemning MP’s Farage still wants to become one? Why? Let Dr Richard North explain:

“With Farage though, nothing is ever entirely what it seems. There are strong rumours that our Nigel has overstayed his welcome in Brussels and that the forces of darkness are not a million miles from feeling his collar, making his continued tenure as an MEP expensive and increasingly insecure. Reinventing himself as a Westminster MP – his lower salary fortified by his MEP pension – could head off the wolves and give him protection from impending disaster.”

Yet at the same time as criticising others, Farage does everything within his power to ensure that his own profits from being an MEP remain hidden. And this despite his having promised (on-air) to do the exact opposite! Even though in May 2009, ‘The Guardian’ reported that Farage had said in a speech to the Foreign Press Association that over ten years as a member of the European Parliament he received and spent nearly £2 million of taxpayers’ money in expenses and allowances, on top of his £64,000 a year salary, he still refuses to give any details!

He promised not to employ family members in his office. Yet exploited loopholes to employ his wife. Paying her somewhere in the region of £30k per annum!

He refuses to reveal the full accounts for the ‘Ashford call centre’, of which he was (still is?) a, Director, if memory serves correctly.

Nor will he answer concerns over the mystery of hundreds of thousands of pounds from UKIP’s SE regional account, laughingly described as ‘other expenses’. That’s an awful lot of paper clips!

On the BNP:

Prior to the Euro elections, in June, Farage utterly ruled out any form of co-operation between UKIP and the BNP – because the views of the BNP were incompatible with those of UKIP. During the Euro elections Farage loudly condemned the BNP as ‘racist’. And he again vehemently attacked the BNP last Thursday evening!

Yet as soon as he was returned to Brussels, what did he do? He formed alliances with some of the most extreme right wingers within continental Europe. Many of which make the BNP look positively liberal! Men such as, George Karatzaferis, a Greek anti-Semite with connections to neo-Nazis. Karatzaferis is President of the Greek LA.O.S Party

But Farage is not only a hypocrite, he’s also dangerous. Why? Because he (aided heavily my the BBC and others) provides the traitorous political establishment with a mirage that deceives the electorate into believing UKIP really is a viable alternative to the Lib/Lab/Con axis at Westminster. With UKIP under the control of Farage nothing could be further from the truth.

Farage never tires of saying that he look forwards to being out of a job, when Britain leaves the EU. But does he? Somehow I doubt it, for that would mean giving up his suite of offices and his chauffeur driven limousine, not to mention the money.

And if he’s nothing else, Farage is vain. Where else, apart from Brussels would he have such a stage on which to perform. Where, apart from Brussels would he be pampered by sycophantic toadies? No ‘our Nigel’ doth protest too much!

UKIP is now quite simply a political cul-de-sac into which dissent can be corralled until Britain is no more.

Remember the attacks Farage made upon the BNP in the lead up to the Euro elections. Make no mistake, there was no conviction in those attacks. This was evidenced by his haste to jump into bed for a love-fest with continental extremists that even the BNP would shy away from! No, Farage’s attacks were made (and UKIP talked up by the media) in order to ensure that the treacherous status quo was not unduly threatened by Nick Griffin and the BNP! For whatever you may think of the BNP, they are not part of the conspiracy of the political establishment. The evidence so far points towards Farage being at best a pawn of others (after all there must be untold evidence available to enable him to be blackmailed most effectively), if not a willing accomplice!

Farage has NOT achieved this alone as he has surrounded himself with near useless self seekers – can YOU name a single EUkip MEP of consequence, callibre or political gravitas? A discreditted Spaniard of muddled background, a liar and a cheat who seemingly has little knowledge of his background but is happy to lie about it, a near staffer of the EU’s NFU, a drunken womanising fool (yes another one), a bent & untrustworthy ex copper, a strange homosexual who finds Lega Nord’s anti homosexual policies such that she has not refused to sit with them, a semie literate bufoon, a self proclaimed swindler who betrayed his country, a near invisible Tory peer who failed as a Tory & of course Farage.

The 13 EUkip MEPs are clearly a useless bunch at best and in many cases so self serving they care not a damn for others or our Country.

Can YOU name a single solitary achievement of value carried out by any EUkip MEP in the 4 MONTHS they have been collecting their salary and expenses – Just one that moved Britain ONE fraction closer to leaving The EU.

A. Who were the appointed Trustees?

B. Is the Trust still running?
C. Is there a connection between this Trust & The Isle of Man Trust called ‘Farage Educational Trust?
D. Who were the beneficiaries of this Trust?

E. Who ketpt the accounts of this Trust?

F. Can we be assured that any such trustee or bean counterr is not a liar, dishonest or corrupt as the unprofessional bean counters Andrew Smith and his chum Michael McGough have been proven to be?

G. Have the Trust’s accounts passed public scrutiny?

H. Since it is likely well over £1Million has accrued in this trust from travel to and from the EU how much is still in the Trust?

I. In the light of the fact that there would seem to have been no consequential disbursements to ‘victims of the European Union in our country’ is the Trust Fund professionally managed to take advantage of interest rates?

J. When is it expected that the Trust Fund will be distributed?

K. To whom do the trustees intend to distribute the Trust’s money and when?

Thank you in anticipation of your help in clearing up these questions regarding publicly acquired funding as a political party for a Trust Fund paid from taxes levied on the peoples.

Let us continue with 10 simple questions:

01. How much money was stolen from the £250,000 of tax payers’ money provided to EUkip for a petition which never took place?

02. Whose pocket did the money wind up in?

03. Where is the accounting for the numerous lotteries which EUkip has held? Did this run to £Millions and if not what proof is there of this – was the money trousered and by whom?

04. What was £211,000 of unaccounted money listed as other expenses (over 50% of the income) used for and is there ANY proof that it was not stolen and wound up in someone’s pocket?

05. Since it is an openly stated FACT as attested to in public and reported in the press by David Bannerman, chairman at the time (albeit unelected) that less than 15% of all the money that was collected from the public and members of EUkip by Ashford in its various metamorphosese EVER reached EUkip – Exactly howmany £Millions were collected in (Note Farage is on public record stating it was one of the most successfull things EUkip ever did).
How Much was collected?

06. EXACTLY howmuch was perloined in one way or another and into whose trouser pockets did it go?

07. Nigel Farage, Michael Holmes & Jeffrey Titford set up a fund called, as I recal, ‘A Defence Fund’ into which they agreed to pay all over paid expenses ie £700 paid for airline tickets @£40 to use but one example as quoted by Farage.
With some £650 reimbursement on this alone and with 3 MEPs over 5 years that would amount to some £1,800+ a week or based on a 30 week year and no other travel! Thus some £270,000 – who trousered this money?
IF the payments office banned them paying funds in this way – Who trousered the money they were ordered to keep?

08. When and where was the announcement that this fund had been closed down and who continued to trouser the money at the rate of about £1,800 a week and from 2004 to 2009 at the rate one must assume of £650+ average (minded Farage lives the closest to Brussels) thus with 12 MEPs a sum of £7,800+ a week thus based upon a 30 week year some £1,170,000 – who trousered this money?

09. It is no secret that Graham Booth laundered money through his credit card machine in Torquay that had been donated to EUkip via Ashford – can you advise exactly howmuch was involved was it in fact £Millions since most donations to a call centre are presumably by credit card – where has this reflected in EUkip’s accounts and as seemingly it was only a part of the under 15% that was not in some way seemingly perloined who trousered this money and howmuch?

10. EXACTLY how much money was raised by EUkip Wine World and where does it reflect in the accounts? Has this money also been trousered especially in the light of the fact tjhat the manager of this apparent scam is facing criminal charges related to his EUkip job which he held until March 2009 and that he has also boasted to the media that he has over 1,000 bottles of fine wine he has acquired (his words as I recall) since he became an MEP!

Let us see if the liars and cheats who have been trying to distort the truth regarding the private funding of the private defence fund to aid those seeking to clean up EUkip, which has at ALL stages been legitimately and honestly handled in accord with the initial apeal and to the satisfaction of all involved.

Now let us see these odious EUkip cheats who have acted resolutely and dedicatedly in a manner that can be shown to be serially dishonest and anti UKIP, are they able to put direct, succint answers to these questions which seemingly show a hole in the accounts that could amount to upwards of £10 Million trousered – no wonder they were willing to lie and cheat to cover such a level of apparent criminality.

At the moment on a rough count I have something over 50 similar questions that require answers from EUkip, a publicly funded body utilising and seemingly stealing tax payers’ and members of a Public Organisation’s money on a near industrial basis.

Let us see just where transparency, probity, integrity and honesty morally and ethically reside.

Perhaps one of the many readers of this blog will have the integrity to post it onto the Forum, from which I am dishonestly and corruptly barred based upon the lies of Paul Nuttall EUkip’s unelected Chairman, Anthony Butcher the owner of the Forum who with Brendan Padmore carry out his bidding and provide a platform to smear my name and lie about me.

It becomes more apparent by the minute that EUkip and its leadership are the greatest enemy of UKIP the party has ever had.

We note regardless of the endless warnings, clear explanations and long term support from principled UKIP members and supporters the dishonest, corrupt self seving anti UKIP claque are determined to destroy the party.

It isn’t just people like Gollom, Smith, McGough, Septik, Batten, Clark, Reeve, Duffy, Croucher, Death Rowe, the foul mouthed Fuller, Malcolm Wood, Nuttall, Towler, Padmore, Deny, Butcher and their ilk who as an anti UKIP claque supporting the dishonesty and corruption and ultimate betrayal of UKIP it is clearly they who are anti UKIP and they who are bringing the party into such disrepute with their dishonest lies, internet bullying, duplicitous smears and low life behaviour without exception it is the leadership and their paid praise singers, who are destroying UKIP.

The UK Independence Party is stunned and disappointed by today’s Court of Appeal judgement in favour of the Electoral Commission.

UKIP had already achieved a partial victory in the case, as Judge Tim Workman ruled in August 2007 that the ommission of donor Alan Bown’s name from the electoral register of 2005 was “a genuine and inadvertent error”.

The Party will now be seeking leave to appeal.

The financial ramifications of the judgement will be significant, with the legal costs on top of the £350,000 forfeiture an added burden to the Party which does not have the funds available to meet the debt at this time.

UKIP Leader Nigel Farage said: “Something extraordinary is going on here. It is acceptable under the rules for Lakshmi Mittal, the Indian businessman, to give millions of pounds to the Labour Party and for the Liberal Democrats to be allowed to keep £2.4 million from an impermissible donor who has since received a lengthy prison sentence, yet the Electoral Commission goes on kicking the smallest boy in the playground!”

Farage has just been on TV trying to blame everyone but himself for his utter stupidity and the serial dishonesty of the party under his leadership.

The Electoral Commission is NOT picking on EUkip – they have clearly negotiated with other parties aver incorrect donations.

To pretend that EUkip is being picked on and also to deliberately try to embarrass the original Judge by pretending that he in some way found against The Electoral Commission is utterly dishonest.

It is clear to one and all that Mr. Justice Tim Workshop found and constructed a loophole that might give him a way to offer a lighter Forfeiture – which was very fortunate for EUkip as El.Com. would have found this acceptable having set their legal prescedent, but no: the politically inept, who I have ALWAYS said and shown were without any recognisable OQ (Officer Qualities) and bereft of any of the skills and expertise of leadership insisted on making fools of themselves leaving The Electoral Commission with no alternative but to ensure they were found against in two further Courts.

Despite ALL the evidence and now the FOURTH Court result showing Guilt Farage is still – as ever the performing monkey – digging an ever deeper hole.

Does this idiot of a man have such arrogance he doesn’t know when to sorry and try to ‘cut a deal’?

Farage admitted on TV that this matter could cost upwards of £3/4M – a figure of which I and others have constantly warned!

I understand this £3/4Million is in fact the responsibility of the NEC jointly and severally. How fortunate that Dr. Eric Edmond was thrown off having asked direct questions as to his liability – was this perhaps the reason that Jill Seymour who, pleasant though she may be, is not the brightest of bunnies quit the NEC was her wealthy husband unwilling to stand in the firing line to take the hit? Oh well assuming it is treated on the basis of ‘jointly’ that will cut out at around £80K each however if ‘severally’ someone could find themselves awaking wioth a £3/4Million!! I understand.

That is with the sum that must be Forfeit £367,000 + Costs of hearings to date EACH & EVERY ONE resulting in a Guilty verdict!

It was Einstein I believe who said: ‘To keep repeating the same experiment and expect a different answer is the first sign of madness’.

Now perhaps you can understand why so many of us have seen through Nigel Farage’s unarguable madness!

He has now repeated all the same lies and implications and is trying to commit the party to a further Appeal – is he determined to cost EUkip £1Million as a nice round figure – let us hope he is paying the £1Million out of the funds he has gained from his membership of EUkip.

Why did not Geoffrey Kingscott call a halt to this entire fiasco by speaking out and exposing Andrew Smith’s original dishonesty that clearly he was party to as shown in the ‘e’Mail in the previous blog CLICK HERE
Had Geoffrey Kingscott acquitted his duty as returning officer in the leadership election none of this costly farce would have come about but he was willing to turn a blind eye to the lies of Croucher, Fuller, Moran, Lott, Malcolm Wood and others who saw potential for personal gain by telling outright proven lies to steal the leadership for Farage.

Had Geoffrey Kingscott acquitted his duty the lies against Richard Suchorzewski claiming him to be a homosexual supporter of the BNP would never have held sway – UKIP could well now be a credible force in British politics taking every advantage of such abilities as Farage indubitably has but benefitting from the competent hand of a trained and experienced leader with extensive financial and administrative experience.

It becomes ever more apparent why Farage wishes to jump ship but his ego and self interest is so great that it seems he would rather destroy the Party than admit, what we all know, he was wrong and way out of his depth.

Nigel Farage just say sorry – get rid of the anti UKIP claque around you that has dragged you ever deeper into this mire of your own making and let us see if it is possible to resurect the UKIP.

As with an alcoholic sometimes it is only when they find themselves penniless and covered in ordure in the gutter that they realise they must turn their lives around and take it one step at a time.

Nigel remember the last time you found yourself drunk in the gutter and spent 8 months in hospital learning to walk again!

In 2001 UKIP received a donation of £50K from Sir Jack Hayward, Chairman of Liverpool Football Club.
MEA CULPA CORRECTION
Sir Jack Haywood was Chairman NOT of Liverpool but of Wolverhampton Wanderers – woops, soory. Corrected within 3 minutes of a phone call that advised me of my error.
I’m glad to see my blog is read in detail such that even the minor details are checked for accuracy!

The donation was from a joint account of which a signator was not a UK resident on the electoral roll. John de Roeke who was treasurer at the time immediately negotiated with The Electoral Commission who bent over backwards to assist in finding ways to help as they appreciated no crime was intended.

Eventually it was agreed that UKIP could get further good publicity from this donation by handing it back to Sir Jack. A third tranche of excellent publicity was gained when Lady made good the shortfall shortly afterwards.

The Electoral Comission was more than happy with this arrangement, particularly since as a result John de Roeke took the very sensible precaution of adding a box which it was mandatory to complete, on all donation forms, for the donor’s electoral roll number.

NO ONE TO BLAME BUT THEMSELVES

Nigel Farage’s weenie waggling, whinging and pretence of ‘establishment conspiracy’ trying to blame everyone else, in EUkip’s present plight is utterly implausible and shows better than any other single thing why EUkip are unfit for office of any nature.

Can you imagine ANYONE being so inept, dishonest and downright stupid as to not only break the law to the tune of over £367,697 but to make no effort to correct their error despite numerous warnings and suggestions is nothing more than crass but the undeniable lies and dishonesty show just how unsuitable EUkip are for ANY political responsibility with or without their racist, extremist, sexually intollerant, xenophobic bed fellows in their pan EU Political ~~Party~~ group in the EFD.

Many will remember, and it is easily confirmed, that I brought the FACT that Alan Bown was not on the electoral roll to the attention of the then Chairman David Lott and also Nigel Farage and John de Roeke who had unbeknown to me, at that stage, been replaced by the duplicitous, unprofessional and thoroughly dishonest so called accountant Andrew Smith.

Largely due to Andrew Smith’s (SEE BELOW) dishonesty and corruption and clear failure of duty EUkip was brought before the Courts and found guilty. Failure to act responsibly on the part of John Wittaker undeniably exacerbated the matter, one can hardly blame David Lott, guilty as he was, as he was probably too stupid to understand his own incompetence!

Farage however did a great deal to make a bad situation worse and when EUkip was let off incredibly lightly in the Courts in the first case against them with a forfeiture of a mere £18K as I recal the idiot made an utter fool of himself and the party by pretending they had beated The Electoral Commission and shown them to be dishonest – despite warnings he was too stupid to realise that the prescedent had been set and an equitable and survivable solution found.

Endless derision and attacks on The Electoral Commission led to Farage forcing them to appeal the decision which they did via first a Judicial Review which despite the posturing of Bob Feel Martinis and others was escorriating and has led to todays decision.

EUkip have as a result of the direct incompetence of David Lott, the arrogance of Wittaker, the dishonesty and unprofessional stupidity of Andrew Smith and the outright political idiocy of Farage today found themselves adjudged Guilty yet again and ordered to forfeit in excess of £360K and I understand costs could run to doubling this loss!

What an inept position for a political party to find itself in – clearly unfit for purpose!

So regarding UKIP then: Farage is a clever man, but a coward. If he had guts, he’d stand against Cameron, not the speaker. UKIP’s MP hopefuls ought to be challenging him to do it, if they believe they are a clear choice against the Tories, but the reality is that they have been ‘bred’ to be political numpties, as their leadership cannot afford to leave the EU.

UKIP may have one moral-high-ground point in leaving the EU, but otherwise it has nothing that makes it actually electable. This fact was put emphatically to the Knapman leadership whilst I was still in the party.

There was even a 30-page survey of every candidate and agent after the last general election, to collect data on their campaigns, their experiences, and what the voters thought of UKIP – direct feedback of the most urgent kind, you might think. The leadership wasn’t the slightest bit interested in the data, let alone using it to shape a better party, and as I write, the original information is quietly mouldering away somewhere.

UKIP is not now AND HAS NEVER BEEN about running an effective political machine. In 2001 they could have planned for 2005. In 2005, as I know from bitter experience, there was no interest in learning from mistakes nor acting like a grown-up party in any way (“policies ‘n’stuff, mister”). Neither is there now.

Farage was all the while pulling the strings back then, and now UKIP is his creature do not expect any better political thinking to emerge. The man feels threatened by intellectuals and is a self-serving control freak.

What would make UKIP electable? Only the same things that make people believe in and vote for in other parties — people and principles. And a damn good political machine, such as the Lib Dems have.

So do you know what UKIP’s political philosophy is? Do you know what it stands for, morally, philosophically, economically, ecologically or sociologically? Can you name three UKIP men of stature, whom you would trust with a wad of banknotes? Neither can I, and neither can the rest of the electorate.

On that basis only idiots would vote for them, and mercifully they are in short enough supply so as to be electorally insignificant.

This debacle: the lack of political philosophy, planning, organisation and strategy, is unambiguously Farage’s fault, and it is the reason why UKIP will waste yet more political hard work in the coming campaign. It will fight to no purpose save damaging a few Tory hopefuls’ chances by splitting the vote.

Sadly, the romantics in the independence movement will still support the party and the journalists will still fete it, because Lord Sutch is dead and UKIP might hurt the Tory renaissance. Measured against its declared aims however, UKIP’s overall impact will be either nil or negative.

If Farage stands against Bercow, he *might* win, otherwise the party is unlikely to return anyone. If he *is* elected by Buckingham voters, it will be because of the grandstanding opportunity the expenses row gives him, and the fact his record will be unknown to most of them, NOT because of any inherent worth in UKIP.

This is why you must find honourable local individuals, and support them and fight intelligently and viciously for them, or be prepared to say goodbye to your nation.

Farage will not help you, as he has no interest in doing so, and anyway he cannot.

over some 600+ Postings on what was EUkip Forum with the aid and assistance of corrupt moderation and a dishonest and corrupt owner of the forum Anthony Butcher EUkip’s duplicitous accolytes have wriggled, squirmed, misrepresented and lied in their desparation to deflect attention from the venal corruption of their puppet masters. They have sheltered behind some of the most revolting personalities willing readily to lie such as Mark Croucher, who many will remember as the piece of filth who set out to lie and disemble within EUkip and is one of the greatest and most damaging members of the party having brought it into disrepute with his close association with the vile extremist pro EU communist organisation Searchlight – openly sharing information with them and clearly supporting their anti democratic aims and their accolytes of UAF.

Then we have liars like Michael McGough who have needled and wheedled cheated their coleagues and lied for gain. Meanwhile trying desperately to clear the ordure from their image by seeking to shift blame to others – he has utterly failed in his juvenile name calling to achieve anything more than revulsion amongst those he has to deal with. His own constituency of Harlow went so far as to advise him that if he attended their meeting he would be asked to leave – rather than accept his dishonesty had brought this about he sought to smear others and try to paint the genuine concerns of decent honest members as something other than disgust at the corruption in EUkip which he was party to and even an instigator.

Much of the vile behaviour on the forum has been carried out by EUkip supporters too ashamed to put their name to their actions or so universally despised as to have no reputation to defend.

I will quote just one cowardly entry from the Forum as an example:

Sometimes honesty costs!

Astonishing isn’t it that EUkip and its grubby little goffers should try to portray this as in some way dishonest.

I do concede that with hindsight I would have been well advised not to act alone and suggest a concept wherein I suggested others to participate.
That Petrina felt that due to her ‘legal’ position and that of her husband it would be unwise and unhelpfull to participate in a private fund raising effort for such a cause morally sensible as it might be – I believe she was right and of course having dealt more closely with the filth that is EUkip’s leadership and supporters she may well have had something of a gut feeling they would lie, cheat and tennaciously try to destroy any honest endeavour that exposed the truth.

As for Eric Edmond – there is no doubt in my mind that he accepted the role as proffered but in that no dations were channelled through him I am happy to accept he made an honest mistake of believing he was no longer involved. That it seems prety clear to all that he failed to tell anyone is not I think a point of dispute and that I had a false ‘e’Mail for him which he chose to play a Croucher style game of not clarifying is possibly in hind sight regretable!

Other than this once again may I thank those who made the effort to contribute to what I still consider the morally right thing to have done. The subsequent mud slinging from the EUkip gutter speaks volumes of the catastrophic state the Party is in and just how right it was of honest people to club together to TRY, however insignificantly, to support those who took the moral high ground at cost to themselves.

Perhaps Skeptic you would be honourable enough to declare with clarity your identity and why you have seen fit to distort and smear an honest and decent action taken based on principle and belief – an action that was taken with absolute transparency in that you have gone so far as to dishonestly dismantle the apeal that transparently and with good intent set out to make clear both the aim, the method and the intent – with such clarity as was required since it was made abundantly clear to any private donor that they should contact and make sure they were entirely happy with the process of the fund.

Having been proved liars one wonders if those distracting from EUkip’s corruption, dishonesty and self enrichment might be prepared to put their name to simple honest answers to a few questions rather than paint corruption where clearly none exists on a private matter of private funds which were handled in EXACTLY the way that it was clearly stated they would be.

Inventing further ways to twist the truth will merely show EUkip ever more clearly for the filth they really are.

Let us start out with 10 simple questions:

01. How much money was stolen from the £250,000 of tax payers’ money provided to EUkip for a petition which never took place?

02. Whose pocket did the money wind up in?

03. Where is the accounting for the numerous lotteries which EUkip has held? Did this run to £Millions and if not what proof is there of this – was the money trousered and by whom?

04. What was £211,000 of unaccounted money listed as other expenses (over 50% of the income) used for and is there ANY proof that it was not stolen and wound up in someone’s pocket?
05. Since it is an openly stated FACT as attested to in public and reported in the press by David Bannerman, chairman at the time (albeit unelected) that less than 15% of all the money that was collected from the public and members of EUkip by Ashford in its various metamorphosese EVER reached EUkip – Exactly howmany £Millions were collected in (Note Farage is on public record stating it was one of the most successfull things EUkip ever did).
How Much was collected?

06. EXACTLY howmuch was perloined in one way or another and into whose trouser pockets did it go?

07. Nigel Farage, Michael Holmes & Jeffrey Titford set up a fund called, as I recal, ‘A Defence Fund’ into which they agreed to pay all over paid expenses ie £700 paid for airline tickets @£40 to use but one example as quoted by Farage.
With some £650 reimbursement on this alone and with 3 MEPs over 5 years that would amount to some £1,800+ a week or based on a 30 week month and no other travel! Thus some £270,000 – who trousered this money?
IF the payments office banned them paying funds in this way – Who trousered the money they were ordered to keep?

08. When and where was the announcement that this fund had been closed down and who continued to trouser the money at the rate of about £1,800 a week and from 2004 to 2009 at the rate one must assume of £650+ average (minded Farage lives the closest to Brussels) thus with 12 MEPs a sum of £7,800+ a week thus based upon a 30 week year some £1,170,000 – who trousered this money?

Let us see if the liars and cheats who have been trying to distort the truth regarding the private funding of the private defence fund to aid those seeking to clean up EUkip which has at ALL stages been legitimately and honestly handled in accord with the initial apeal and to the satisfaction of all involved.

Now let us see these odious EUkip cheats who have acted resolutely and dedicatedly in a manner that can be shown to be serially dishonest and anti UKIP are able to put direct, sucint answers to these questions which seemingly show a hole in the accounts that could amount to upwards of £10 Million trousered – no wonder they were willing to lie and cheat to cover such a level of apparent criminality.

Let us see just where transparency, probity, integrity and honesty morally and ethically reside.
