Thanks for passing on the enquiry / information. someone on Junius WILL see this within a matter of hours and it is up to them to post it or not.

I suggest that anyone reading this does so with GREAT caution. The ID of the sender originally is NOT known to either John West or myself and there is no way to check on the veracity of the information.

I am only posting this because I feel it is up to YOU to decide if it is a spoof or not, especially as John West received it and has passed it to me to post and since it is 04:15hrs. he might be a tad miffed if I phoned him to check!!! If you like let me have YOUR number and I’ll call you at about this time one day this week!!! See now you know how John & Alison would feel – but if it really was important for UKIP or Britain I KNOW he wouldn’t even grumble as he has NEVER seemed to be acting out of personal interest in all my dealings with him – just an unrelenting determination to try to clean EUkip up to make it electable on principle again one day.

Please note that having had the ‘gut’ feel that the ‘e’Mail I had been asked to post and pass on to Junius was decidedly iffy I DID post it and also mailed all those who seemingly had received the original ‘e’Mail direct and warned them of my belief the ‘e’Mail was a spoof – rather badly faked.

I have done further checking today in the interest of doing all I reasonably can to ensure my Blogs are as accurate as they can be.

I have located, after conversation and phone calls to senior EUkip members, a branch styled ‘UKIP Solihull & Meriden’ – this site shows absolutely no record I could find of anyone named ‘Bertie’ nor any apparent record of having had a Branch Chairman of that name. Least of all one who was near totally illiterate. Following the obvious link to their WordPress.Blog I note that ‘Bertie’ brings up no return on the search engine on the latter and only 2 results on the web site – both related to Ireland!

I would like to thank the various EUkip staff & members who assisted in ensuring CaterpillarsAndButterflies Blog is maintained as an accurate source of factual information.

I am now happy to state with some certainty that the Resignation of Bertie as a Chairman from EUkip is a total spoof. I leave it to EUkip to ascertain who is trying to damage them with this spoof resignation – suffice to say I am glad my judgement was proven 100% correct.

Relax bite the head off of a Bassett licorice allsort Bertie and settle down for the late night movie!

I am sorry to inform you, I have deciced to resign my UKIP membership and therfor I will be stepping down as the chairman of the Merdien Branch. It is clear now that our MEPs have gone niave and are now only out for them selfs. With Nigel steping down with have now lost our only asset.

I would hazard a guess this is a spoof – only Peter Cole also posting on Anthony Butcher’s vile bullying and corrupt BDF as Legin (a name he chose when posting from Tom Wise’s offices I understand because they thought Nigel was ‘backward’), It could be little Joshua Onions if he hasn’t gone back to school, Nattrass is another candidate also McGough all of whom have spelling that isconsistently worse than mine.

I gather since he last posted on the Forum Legin has been trying to spell shoulder and chip in the right order! As an ex trucker he spells that very slowly for fear of being more accurate!

If it is not one of them it could well be Croucher he has not only been proven to be dishonest and has tampered with computers to mislead people in the past – now that he is an OFFICIAL spokescreep for EUkip or some other corrupt organisation or group of racists and sexually intollerant political scum. I spoke to lead journalists at 5 major papers since Thursday and their general opinion was that EUkip were finished and it was hard to sell running a EUkip only story to their editors and even harder with no press staff they were prepared to trust since Clive Page has left since the main stream media have little but contempt for EUkip, Death Rowe, Croucher, Towler or Gulleyslime.

I never cease to be astonished at the places where EUkip have managed to make enemies – earlier in the week a well known supporter, very much on the inside was supplying me with details and facts to show who may have supplied the mailing list and sold it to TheBNP. The list was long and astonishingly he supplied reasons why they would dump on EUkip for all of them! IInterestingly he also believed the list was supplied by a UKIP supporter revolted by the way EUkip were behaving and some of the scum that are parasites like McGough, Croucher, Bannerman, Smith, Curtis, Nuttall, Rowe, Andreasen who came up from many sources.

It was a general consensus that although John West, Petrina Holdsworth, Gregg Beaman, Chris Hudson and I may well have the lists but none of us would dream of dealing with TheBNP and in fact more than half of those who listed any of these latter names believed as a matter of principle none would pass on or supply a list to another party. When I pointed out that West, Holdsworth & I all supported the principles if not the pedestrian progress of UKFirstParty they did not believe that any of us would use a EUkip list we may hold to recruit for another party as a matter of principle.

So I wonder who this possibly mythical Bertie is as I can’t find him on my list with ease and Merdien doesn’t even come up on Google & now that Del Young, Peter Cole have left EUkip no branch chairman spells like our Bertie! Perhaps like NuttAll he couldn’t spell his own name actually his name is Michael or David because as David Bannerman doesn’t know who he is and McGough is so dellusional he believed he was the PPC for Harlow!

Anyway who or is Bertie is up to you – I’ve done my bit by passing the message on.

I well note after the utter idiocy forced on EUkip by the political idiot Nattrass at the last General Election when EUkip did so catastrophically – as likely yet again. Nattrass forced EUkip to act like idiots standing everywhere rather than using intelligence and targetting seats. The result was such a disaster for EUkip that a couple of us believed EUkip still had a role to play bringing pressure on the Tories so we went through the lists and results and cobbled up a list of 27 that we stated catagorically EUkip had done so well they had lost the seat for The Tories.

Due to sloppy journalism by the time most UKIP members and Tories got up that morning a mass of journalists had been tricked into copying our articles scattered around the internet and they then published it as fact. You will remember as a result Conservative Way Forward was formed and also Better Off Out.

The article you have just read in The Observer seems a very similar spoof!

Little changes – Do not forget that Christopher Gill who was Farage’s new best friend then was in fact backing Richard Suchorzewski against Farage as were Alan Wood, Toby Twirl and many others – here is Gill’s support letter and they had a long private meeting I heard about through the owner of the golf club they met at! The plot to bring Farage under control before he destroyed UKIP and turned it into a corrupt self serving morrass of grubby chums chosen because they were either unable to challenge him due to his knowledge of them that controlled them or because they were too stupid.

Here is Christopher Gill’s commendation:

As a recently elected member of the NEC I have been dismayed by what I have found at this level within the party. UKIP lacks basic democracy and transparency. Answers to questions have not been forthcoming yet the job of the NEC should be to ask questions and get answers on behalf of the members. I most certainly do not have control over our finances, structure or publicity despite this being my role under the Constitution.

I would urge all UKIP members to vote. Our party will be open to ridicule if the future Leader is elected on a poor turnout. How can we appeal to the British public to vote UKIP if our membership ignores this opportunity to improve the image of the party?

Ideally the new Leader and the new image will embrace radical change and look outwards, not inwards. Detailed policies are vital but must sit beneath an over-arching concept of libertarian values. I also feel that UKIP must, when forming policy, have the courage to talk of issues as diverse as: quality of life, the aesthetics of our environment, fair trade and free speech. Big ideas will appeal to voters. At present we only have little ideas; no wonder our critics call us ‘little Englanders’.

I feel that Richard Suchorzewski will try to change UKIP and change is essential. I would also urge UKIP members not to think in the short term. The new Leader will need continued pressure and support from the membership in the next year to bring about change.

So, here is an opportunity for the membership to reform this party. Please take it by voting for Richard.

What a tragedy that Farage went on to destroy the party and was helped in that corruption and dishonesty by Christopher Gill in the end! He brought shame on his name when he had every opportunity to bring so much to these United Kingdoms had he not sold out to Farage and dishonesty.

Even then in July 2006 McGough was desperate to maintain the corruption with underhand and dishonest attacks on Suchorzewski.
TO LEAVE THE EU

What is the exit and survival plan for these United Kingdoms to maximise on the many benefits of leaving The EU. It is the DUTY of our Politicians and Snivil Cervants to ensure the continuity, liberty and right to self determination of our peoples they have a DUTY to protect against crime and secure both our food and our border.

NONE of these DUTIES has a single British politician upheld for 40 years. They have drawn their incomes fraudulently and dishonesty.

The fact is that even if EVERY British MEP wanted change in The EU it would achieve NOTHING.
Every single British Politician, of EVERY Party, elected since before we joined the EUropean Common Market, has promised to change The EU’s CAP – In 40 Years they have achieved absolutely NOTHING!

BNP leader ‘paid for UKIP member list’

NICK GRIFFIN is to be investigated by the privacy watchdog after the BNP leader was accused of paying for a database containing the names and addresses of thousands of members of a rival party.

The database, which belonged to the UK Independence party and contained the details of about 3,500 of its members from London and the southeast, was passed to the British National party by a disaffected member in return for about £500, sources say.

The BNP then canvassed many of the people on the UKIP list asking for funds to help fight its campaign in the run-up to June’s European elections. The BNP went on to claim two seats, including one for Griffin.

Last night the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), which oversees data protection, said it would investigate. Under the terms of the Data Protection Act, anyone who sells data without authorisation from the designated “data controller” is guilty of an offence, as is the person who obtains it.

If prosecuted and found guilty, transgressors are liable to a fine of up to £5,000. The Ministry of Justice is consulting about whether to impose custodial sentences for future breaches.

Griffin said yesterday that he had never personally paid for a UKIP membership list, although he conceded that some UKIP details had been passed to his party by former members.

He added: “To the best of my knowledge, no one in the party has paid for such a list.

“Some UKIP members do join us and provide names and addresses of people who might be interested to hear from us. We have never had an entire UKIP membership list.”

Last week Griffin said the anonymous leaking on a website of his own party’s membership — the second time it has happened in the past 12 months — was part of a “concerted anti-BNP campaign”.

One of the names on the leaked UKIP database was Gerard Batten, an MEP for the party, who has previously complained to the ICO about the apparent data breach. Last night he said he was preparing a fresh complaint based on The Sunday Times’s evidence that the database had been bought and sold.

“We have long suspected the BNP had a [UKIP] membership list. Our members don’t want this stuff. The BNP do this based on the false belief they can take away some of our members,” he said.

Batten and others received unsolicited requests for donations from the BNP from 2008 until earlier this year. One sent in January appealed for funds for the BNP’s European election battle. It said: “If we can win one seat, the floodgates will open. One seat, just one, would put us on the world stage and would lead to an avalanche of popular support throughout this country.”

Last year Batten wrote to the ICO: “I suspect that my address and those of our UKIP London members were illegally accessed from a UKIP database.”

Now other sources, including from within the BNP, have confirmed that the database was obtained and exploited by the party. “Nick Griffin bought the database for surprisingly little, just a few hundred pounds,” said a source.

It is understood that the privacy watchdog wrote to the BNP warning it not to send Batten any more communications. But the source said the watchdog did not know the party also had the names and addresses of 3,500 other UKIP members.

An ICO spokesman said: “We are very concerned to hear that some UKIP members’ personal details have apparently been traded with the BNP. We will investigate this incident to establish the full facts.

“Buying or selling personal data is against the law, unless there is a public interest defence.”

Gerry Gable, publisher of the anti-fascist magazine Searchlight, said: “The BNP jump up and down when their own membership lists are leaked, but it now emerges they are procuring the details of members of another party in an underhand way.”

Hi,

I’m quite miffed – I thought the full mailing list sent to me shortly after Mark Croucher accessed the party servers and the chairman and general secretary were mailing them around unprotected – despite the letter admonishing them for lax data protection, was of more value than that!

I wonder if TheBNP localised list was as inaccurate as EUkip’s own full list where I have found that about 20% of the members are no longer supporters.

I get regular updates of the data sent anonimously by those seeking to get UKIP back on the rails rather than the corrupt feifdom of its leader and surrounding paid praise singers.

Perhaps EUkip is trying to set up one of its loyal members and pretend he is BNP as they have done in the past – especially now that Croucher is back as an official spokesman in Brussels, this speaks volumes of the new face of EUkip!

We all note their lurch towards a pan EU political party structure with the extremist, violent racists, xenophobes, anti Jewish and sexually intollerant partners in the EFD who make Britain’s vile BNP look mild in comparison.

So it was GUILTY of accepting false donations but even more guilty of antagonising the Electoral Commission and the Courts deliberately.

Mr. Foggo can verify my facts as can my blog.

Every Country has its vile football hooligans, low lifes and BNPesque racists vile as they may be there is an integrity in their behaviour, but there is something truely sordid about electing Caesar’s wife to clear the Augean stables and then like EUkip find her turning tricks behind the marble pillars with minders and procurers funded by taxes!

Clearly in view of the laxity and disregard for the Data protection act of EUkip even posting training videos toYouTube to mock and ridecule members who seek to expose their corruption we now find the sad Gerald Batten seeking protection from the very body they so abused – this is no way for even pretend politicians to behave surely!

Ukip faces bankruptcy after Electoral Commission appeal
There is a startling contrast between the treatment of Ukip and the Lib Dems in cases involving party donations, says Christopher Booker

Thomas Hardy fans will be familiar with the “Skimmington ride”. This was the old practice whereby, when someone had affronted communal morality, a mob would gather outside the culprit’s house to make a loud noise by banging pots and pans together while shouting abuse. Such an unlovely spectacle was the Skimmington conducted by Thursday evening’s Question Time, happily diverting attention from several rather more important issues of the day, such as the suicide of the Royal Mail. These might even have included the fact that, for the first time in history, a British political party, rather more popular and respectable than the BNP, may have to close down, following a court ruling which threatens it with bankruptcy.

A neat summary of some of the illogicalities behind the Appeal Court’s ruling that the UK Independence Party, with 13 MEPs, must hand over £750,000 for a trivial breach of electoral law, was provided on his blog by the BBC’s diligent political reporter Michael Crick.

As “Case A”, he described how, in 2005, Ukip received donations amounting to £363,607 from a bookmaker, Alan Bown. Mr Bown had a legitimate business and had for years been on the electoral register where he lives in Kent. But, due to an oversight, his name had not been included on the register for the year when he gave the money. In 2007, when the Electoral Commission tracked this down, a district judge ruled that Ukip should pay £18,000 as a penalty for failing to check whether Mr Bown’s name was on the register. This was not good enough for the Commission, which appealed, demanding that all Mr Bown’s donations must be confiscated. When the Appeal Court last week supported the Commission, this left Ukip with a legal bill amounting to £750,000 which it hasn’t got, thus facing it with bankruptcy.

Mr Crick then presented “Case B”, concerning Michael Brown, whose donation of £2.4 million was the largest ever enjoyed by the Liberal Democrats. Mr Brown made his gift through a highly dodgy company called 5th Avenue Partners. In 2008, before being found guilty on £10 million fraud charges, he changed his name, grew a beard, he skipped bail and moved to Spain. The Electoral Commission, having investigated this murky story, found that the Lib Dems had accepted the donation in “good faith” (even though it came from a company built on fraud), and seems unwilling to take further action.

The Political Parties, Elections & Referendums Act 2000, which the Electoral Commission was enforcing, was based on a report by the eminent lawyer Lord Neill of Bladen, whose concern, over donations, was that they should come from legitimate sources, not be anonymous, and should not be from people living abroad. In the cases of Bown and Brown, one was an honest Englishman, running a legitimate business whose only mistake was a minor error of paperwork; the other is a very shady character who, having been caught out running a business built on fraud, now lives anonymously abroad.

On which party, asked Mr Crick, do we think the Electoral Commission came down like a ton of bricks? Apart from the Lib Dems, of course, no one will have rejoiced more at last week’s verdict than the Conservative Party. One of the Tories’ biggest fears, since Ukip came second in this year’s Euro-elections with 2.5 million votes, has been that many otherwise natural Tories might be tempted to vote for Ukip again in next year’s general election – not just as Euro-sceptics frustrated by Mr Cameron’s weaselly line on the EU, but in protest against the degradation of all our main parties by the allowances scandals.

If Ukip is forced out of play, many such voters will stay at home. The only electoral beneficiaries of the court’s ruling could thus be the BNP, who, however disreputable themselves, might well win rather more protest votes against the squalid antics of our “political class” than they would have received otherwise.

FIRST: May I draw attention to the fact that EUkip does NOT face bankruptcy over this matter – the first foolish mistake in the article – as written in to the 2008 accounts as lodged is the statement from the auditors that:
There is a pending risk of liability under legal liability before the Courts in the matter of impremissable donations and that Mr. Alan Bown has undertaken to pay the sum and the costs should the Courts find against EUkip.

May I also point out that under the Constitution The NEC accepts the liability for the debts of the party both jointly and severally a condition, duty and liability that pre dates their obscenely costly incorporation as a Limited Company.

My Comment to The Sunday Telegraph was quite long enough without adding those passing details!

I have been something of a fan of Christopher Booker from his early days as a script writer for the seminal TW3, through Private Eye and now a regular in The Sunday Telegraph neither here nor in his books, many with Dr. Richard North, have let down the reader so badly as this article.

This is almost as sloppy a piece of journalism as was that of Michael Crick – Booker you are not the office junior doing re-writes from the worthy you are an investigative journalist – why did you check none of your facts?

I am aware of every step of the way in this case from my first warning the past Treasurer John de Roeke as he has publicly confirmed, the then chairman David Lott and the effective leader of the day Nigel Farage that Alan Bown had permitted himself to be struck off the electoral roll for ‘marital’ reasons.

I advised them that they should repay the money, as they had done with the earlier donation by Sir Jack Haywood of Wolves. & have it repaid either through one of Alan Bown’s legitimate companies (I was unaware of the donations through one of his unregistered companies, at the time!).

Sir Jack Hayward’s Lady wife repaid EUkip the shortfall – thus de Roeke engineered 3 excellent and very beneficial press coverages based upon the single donation and EUkip’s THEN probity.

The Electoral Commission made some 13 telephone & written communications seeking to assist in regularisation.

They even had face to face meetings and EUkip saw fit to make deliberate decisions to insult and antagonise the Official Regulator.

Eventually after exploring every avenue The Electoral Commission were forced to bring the matter to Court where even on the steps EUkip & Bown would have been permitted to take all parties to lunch and obtain the good publicity of rotating cheques to regularise the matter but no – like a small spoilt child Farage led his hapless band OVER the precipice and even then Judge Tim Workshop showed both wisdom and leniency to the satisfaction of all concerned.

It was only in the aftermath of the court case and rapped knuckles with a ‘contrived’ forfeiture of a mere £18,000 that EUkip were led to destruction by the insults and braggadocio of their leadership cocking a snoot at the Courts and Electoral Commission to such an extent that it could not be reasonably tollerated.

Oh why did you not carry out the very simplest of checks with due dilligence Christopher as to build a reputation for veracity takes years and this second foolish foray makes you look like a man cuckolded by his lover!

Your earlier betrayal of your own standards was over the discreditted Marta Andreasen where you were too blinded by the beauty of the story to let facts get in the way.

Please assure us you have not ignored the facts to bring us the stories of Snatch Vehicles in Iraq, poor policies in Afghanistan, idiocy and betrayal in The EU, duplicity in Governance and more recently that you have not overlooked the facts to write a good yarn on climate and temperature changes and the mendacity of Social Services and The Family Courts.

It was also a simple matter for me to confirm, knowing the details and dishonesty of Andrew Smith, whose ‘e’Mail was published in this paper some years ago I believe or in the rival paper which seems to acquire many of this paper’s better journalists! (Who check their facts!)

I found my conversations with the Electoral Commission informative over the years as was my long conversation when confirming the story you copied from Michael Crick was bunkum – a simple matter of a phone call to an executive in The Lib.Dems. and access to their silk for comment.

Perhaps to help your readers we can enlighted:
The £2.4M. donation was NOT from Michael Brown as you carelessly copied but from his Company 5th. Avenue Partners – unlike the company that made donations to EUkip for Alan Bown 5th. Avenue Partners was a legitimately registered Company in Britain.

Unlike EUkip the Lib.Dems. (~~Electoral Commission~~ correction) did ‘due dilligence’ checks above and beyond those called for under law. The company showed as squeeky clean to these checks even to the checks with their bankers of sufficient solvency and legitimacy before presenting the cheque for payment.

The matter was passed, at the end of the allowed 30 days to the Electoral Commission who made absolutely no querie until some time later AFTER a serious fraud office enquiry commenced when The Lib.Dems. were asked to co-operate with the police, which they did.

I understand it would not be too great a stretch to claim that without The Lib.Dims. meticulous files and internal transparency of accounts aided by The Electoral Commission the case against 5th. Avenue Partners and Mr. Michael Brown might not have been so strong as despite the puff & blow of the Government money laundering laws are like so many others that this Government and their EU cronies have devised are just down right shoddy and fail to address the problems for which they are designed particularly with Ponzi type scams as was seemingly the Brown 5th.Ave.Ptnrs. case.

Sadly Christopher Booker you have been shoddy and unprofessional and without even the charm and skirl of a Spanish skirt!

I can obviously provide a great deal more factual information Christopher and am as happy to do so now as when I cautioned on this story from the very start.

Indeed Alan Bown is the party penalised as EUkip’s accounts clearly show the party as potentially facing the financial liability which the auditors attest is covered by an undertaking by Alan Bown to pay the forfeiture and such costs as are incurred!

Little wonder that Farage and his placemen have seen fit to make a series of utterly idiotic choices to seemingly deliberately exacerbate a situation which the authorities made effort after effort to resolve amicably to UKIP’s advantage.

I note the following comment made which sadly I am unable to refute – though I do not know ‘Bert’ he seems very well informed and depressingly accurate from EUkip’s viewpoint as they seek to obfuscate by ‘ad hominem attack’ being unable to bring facts to bear – one need only note the unsound and inaccurate comment of Robert Feel Martinis who recently, due to ill health and dishonesty lost his platform and his route to The Gravy Train he craved!

1. Why does UKIP refuse to publish its MEPs� EU expense claims? It is hypocritical that UKIP should condemn the EU for failing to sign off its accounts while refusing to detail its MEPs� use of taxpayers� funds.

2. When will Farage publish his expense claims so that voters may learn how he has claimed �2,000,000 in 10 years? What is he hiding? Even Tory MEP5 now publish their EU expense accounts.

5. Why, in early 2007, did UKIP MEP Derek Clark sign an agreement in Bucharest endorsing subsidiarity and the Common Agricultural Policy? Roger Knapman, ex UKIP leader, refused to accept such a �. . .major departure from what we believed to be UKIP�s policy � withdrawal from the EU, a complete rejection of its authority and of the CAP. Subsidiarity is an EU doctrine which assumes EU sovereignty. . . Accepting subsidiarity accepts ultimate EU sovereignty.�

6. On 29.2.08 a press statement from Farage condemned the Labour Government for discriminating in favour of Eastern Europeans immigration at the expense of non white immigration from Africa and Asia! What is the point in wishing to preserve the nation state from the EU when, as a result of multiculturalism and Afro-Asian immigration, there will be no nation within the state left to preserve in 40years?

7. Why does Farage receive more appearances on BBC Question Time than any Cabinet Minster? Could part of the answer lie in a press conference when Farage stated that the only means to defeat the BNP was to vote UKIP? In 10 years, UKIP has wasted �millions in taxpayers� funding and private donations; money that has been sidelined into a politically-correct dead end, just like all the efforts of UKIPs� well-meaning members.

8. Why does the foreign Marta Andreasen (Farage�s number two in the SE) merely desire reform of the EU and not withdrawal?

You’re not mad, just very spiteful – and you don’t understand about the principle of the judiciary interpreting legislation.

The judiciary are required to take great account of what Parliament meant when it passes particular laws; in this case the intention was set out very clearly in Booker’s article.

As the UKIP / Bown case does not fit principle – as clearly laid out in this article – there should have never been a question of them being found in breach of the law, it being a trivial and inconsequential ‘hiccup’ in an administrative process.

Thus, for the Judge to find against UKIP is, to put it mildly, extraordinary.

Clearly there is more influencing the judge than logical application of the law. The fact that UKIP are ‘anti-establishment’ makes the ruling seem like far too much of a coincidence – especially in light of the Liberal Democrats being able to hold on to the proceeds of a serious crime(s).

I NEVER joined UKIP – I had no interest in office merely in Britain leaving The EU.

Farage did NOT get rid of me as you so misguidedly claim – I gave Farage the undertaking to support him in any reasonable way as an MEP, officer or any secondary post as the informed will know. (You can easily verrify this if you know any of his dwindling honest staff of the period.[Addition])

As for your understanding of the law in the matter of The Electoral Commission I guess the Telegraph is a little better than a corn flake packet or the advice EUkip has received.

In the light of the letter and spirit of the law as drafted and enacted you will find Judge Tim Workshop’s attempt to ameliorate the original forfeiture was most brave of him and was acceptable to the plaintiff.

It was only the foolish insults by the defendants that forced The Judge into the embarrassment of Judicial Review where it was made most clear he had permitted of a leniency not within his remit.

Rather than hurl unfounded insults based on a lack of facts why not establish the facts with some responsibility.

Mr. MacKenzie since you have seen fit to impugne my sanity yet can not provide one shred of evidence to support your dishonesty perhaps you could act honourably and withdraw your claim and appologise.

Then perhaps you would care to call me and bring some balance to your ill informed accusations even as made against The Judiciary and Her Majesty’s Courts.

The EUkip coronation becomes more of a farce by the minute – everyone knows the party is being handed to Pearson on a tarnished plate!

Perhaps unfair as there is a chance Toby micklethwaite has become so absorbed in sitting on his brain on fences trying to curry favour with all he has no idea what he is doing any more!

The candidate they want versus the inclusion of his ‘Token’ black to establish his credentials as a racist willing to use a clearly ineligible no hoper BECAUSE he is black to make the list quotable. You can just hear him:

‘I am not surprised they threw the book at Wise I threw him out of MY party as soon as I heard the rumours about him and I put a whole raft of blacks and a politically correct selection of various colours and shades, and numerous perverts on our list it was unfortunate that in the 5th., 6th., 7th. & 8th. positions that they weren’t elected, but you can blame the electorate for that.

Now we have had the Government agents the Electoral Commission The Courts and The Queen attacking us for the Government because we are so clever. We have even found this quite ridiculous black chap to put his name meaninglessly on the list for leader.’

As Farage’s puppet Ma Zucherman is having to earn his keep trying to sort out the list – I’m sure he will be glad of the extra hour with clocks going back to fudge the list – he is already 24hrs. overdue publishing the list Farage wants – perhaps they sent it to Duffy in which case it’ll take days as it is clear she can’t count up to 28 accurately in any single lunar month!

Former boxer Winston McKenzie says his new political party is no more.

Mr McKenzie, from South Norwood High Street, set up his party Unity earlier this year.

But the 52-year-old says a major IT company who had pledged to donate £150,000 in sponsorship have withdrawn the offer because of a downturn in the economy.

Mr McKenzie previously ran as an independent for the position of Mayor of London, but came last in the election.

He says Unity will continue as a lobby group, but he is now considering what to do next in politics.

Mr McKenzie admits he is “absolutely gutted” about Unity’s demise.

But he is confident he can still achieve his ambition of becoming an MP, and is now weighing up whether to join one of the mainstream political parties.

He said: “One of the big parties has approached me.

“They did so during the mayoral elections and have been (in contact) ever since. I’m now considering it.”

The brother of former world boxing champion Duke McKenzie, he used to run the McKenzie Bros Bar, in Parchmore Road, Thornton Heath.

Dan Hannan & Nigel Farage: A new party?

There has been much discussion about Farage’s intention to re-position UKIP within the context of a pan-European party. This would, of course, undermine UKIP’s withdrawalist principles, and several MEPs are privately fuming about this. But Farage won’t care about that, he knows that he has successfully surrounded himself with “Yes” men, who would never dare to question him to his face.

UKIP’s principles can go hang, of course, because that party is possibly facing bankruptcy, whilst a new pan-EU party will bring in even more money, and that is what really matters.

These parties, like EU political groups, require a certain number of elected representatives from a certain number of member states. They don’t have to be MEPs, they can be members of national parliaments, or of regional assemblies. Each one they sign up brings in a cool 16k per annum for the party. That’s another quarter of a million, near as dammit, for Farage to milk from his disciples each year. Of course, in accordance with the rules they will have to agree to promote the aims and values of the EU in order to qualify for the dosh, but they will shut up and do as they are told. Just as they always do.

But now it gets juicy…

As is often the case during plenary sessions in Strasbourg, and one took place this week, drink tends to loosen tongues. And so, we learnt something very interesting indeed. It seems another British MEP is preparing for membership of a pan-European party. A certain Dan Hannan, no less.

Are we talking about the same party here? This might bring a number of unclear issues into focus.

Will Farage try to claim, by leaking to the papers, through one of his mothpieces or his backside, aka Mark Croucher who seems to live there, that EUkip has promises of money to pay for his stupidity and dishonesty with the Electoral Commission with money flooding in to fund candidates fighting in selected seats to sabotage the Tories.

This will probably come out in one of the lesser Sundays as The News of The World are featuring a story on TheBNP & Question Time whilst The Sunday Times is featuring a story on a close link 😉 between EUkip & TheBNP – I wonder in the light of the news above if it was in fact Croucher – a mere defecation from Farage to deliberately leak letting Croucher make money out of his habitual dishonesty and dishonour?

I hear from one of the hacks that the Sunday Telegraph are planning to make fools of themselves publishing Michael Crick’s shoddy and indollent story. I presume some junior with stars in his eyes, flattered at being told to do a rewrite of Michael Crick’s crass article, which I was able to blow out of the water with just one phone call with The Lib.Dems. a detailed knowledge of the lies from EUkip – all of which have been clearly debunked on this blog factually with substantiation.

It also helps to know the facts straight from the Courts, The Electoral Commission and individuals involved in trying to bring an end to EUkip’s perpetuation of the fantsy of their being picked on.

The similarity between The Brown & Bown donation is utterly insignificant. Much more significant is the irrefutable fact that EUkip DELIBERATELY engaged in confrontation with The Electoral Commission despite many many efforts on the part of El.Com. to help EUkip whilst in the case of The Lib.Dims. they have bent over backwards to assist El.Com. and the Police in the prosecution of their donor once it became clear that the company he had made payment through which WAS registered in The UK but which had NOT been exposed either by the banks, the regulatory authorities or the Police yet would seem to have been using a Ponzi style scam to launder money.

The Lib.Dims. have not only carried out due dilligence but have worked closely with El.Com. & The Police – The Lib.Dims. and their leading silk are of the clear opinion that there is no liability to forfeiture under the law and El.Com. are still negotiating and it does sound as if the evidence provided by The Lib.Dims. is material to the prosecution of Brown and closure of 5th. Avenue Partners.

The donation EUkip has been antagonistic with El.Com. and the Courts over was made by Alan Bown who had been removed from the electoral roll for personal reasons A FACT which I pointed out to Lott, Farage & de Roeke stating it was no problem if they paid Bown and he repaid them either when back on the electorol roll or through a UK registered & tading Company.

This had been done previously in the instance of Sir Jack Hayward of Wolverhampton Wanderers where a co signator of the bank account on which the original cheque was paid was NOT a UK resident on the electoral roll – as with The Lib.Dim. case – El.Com. bent over backwards to assist John de Roeke in regularising and retaining the money.

At no time has it been the intent of El.Com. or The Courts to persecute EUkip but EUkip taunting, abusing and telling lies about them has made it impossible for the authorities to avoid prosecution.

The total mess Farage has made of the duty of leadership was totally predicted and clearly going to happen, he has lived down to predicted standards of incompetence and amorality. Farage has NEVER displayed any sense of responsibility, Officer Quality or Leadership skills.

I believe that Farage is sufficient of a coward to abandon the decent folk who followed him and sell out to any position that saves his bacon and pays him to adopt. Did Farage use an intermediary to sell a mailing list to The BNP? Another EU beneficial crisis ensuring he could raise the profile of TheBNP as an enemy within and by raising their profile persuade the gullible and lazy media to give EUkip publicity to ensure EUkip could crawl out of the hole he had so clearly dug!

If there is a new alliance forming, I am sure that EUkip’s members & MEPs will be the last to know. As always.

Dealing with a long conversation related to CLICK HERE I decided to read Anthony Butcher’s squalid Forum and see what he, Brendan Padmore & Richard Allen had been told to do to maintain the lies and deceptions of EUkip.

Many of you will remember the pack of lies from Farage’s unelected puppet Paul Nuttall i now note on a glance through the membership lists that Paul NuttAll can’t even remember how to spell his own name and has registered twice – once spelling it Nutall and then as Nuttall!! Clearly his memory is as deeply flawed as his honesty, morality and legal advice! To save the ghastly bullying and dishonest little parasite further embarrassment it seems Butcher has deleted some of his lies.

I note also they have deleted the postings where I proved beyond all shadow of doubt that Paul Nuttall or if he would rather Nutall was a bully and a liar on numerous counts – it does rather call into question the entire structure of Anthony Butcher’s dishonest and corrupt Forum making it ever clearer that he and several of his moderators like Brendan Padmore are totally untrustworthy and undeniably dishonest complicit in the lies and corruption of EUkip and its dishonest bag carriers and fixers like Nuttall, Mark Croucher, Douglas Denny, Joshua Onion, Annabelle Fuller, Michael McGough and their grubby ilk.

It speaks volumes of EUkip that they permit Mark Croucher to vomit forth his distortions and bile on the Forum as their official spokesman in Brussels – whatever devious methods they have used and in whatever underhand way they have found to make it possible to deny employment in that capacity. Do not forget Farage has structured deniable employment for his ‘chosen ones’ in the past – remember when there was the pack of lies from Farage endorsing the drivel from Annabelle Fuller in The Independent and The Daily Mail – both stories having been dishonest and totally unsubstantiated in any independent way – just sloppy lazy journalism.

That Annabelle Fuller continued in the indirect and deniable employ of EUkip is undeniable and the reason why John Wittaker resigned as chairman, playing straight into Farage’s hands as he appointed his puppet Nuttall. Farage then tried to get Fuller a job with his chums at The Tax Players’ Alliance but I gather they were just a little too bright however The Royal British Legion were not and kept her on until they discovered from one of their branch chairmen just what a sordid individual Annabelle Fuller is I hear. It does rather looks like Butcher & Padmore have found their level in life – cleaning up the excrement left befouling the tracks of EUkip and providing a platform for it to be used to smear and befoul honest decent people.

It does look rather as if John West has become sickened at the vile behaviour of Croucher and finally has published some home truths on the risibly titled British Democracy Forum – I expect it won’t be long before Butcher, Oadmore, Allen or one of the other corrupt fixers remove this posting to protect EUkip and Croucher – something they never do to protect Eric Edmond, Niall Warry, John West, David Abbott or myself.

You will note that I was banned for LIFE for stating the irrefutable FACT, for which corroborative evidence was provided, that Peter Reeve, EUkip’s Regional Organiser, was under investigation by the Police for assault. Subsequently I hear he actually has a conviction for GBH some 18 months ago, however I concede this is only hearsay evidence though provided from 3 separate sources in written form and by two people verbally. Perhaps this is why he is so reticent in supplying a CRB to the school where he is a governor or the Council where he was recently elected. I wonder what his extended CRB would reveal!

I must say I am surprised he was so foolish as to have assaulted someone and had a conviction for GBH – I believe a caution would be much more likely when the truth comes out – unless of course he has a string of similar previous convictions. I doubt the assault was in a fight with Duffy as to who used the soap! I gather Detol would be a better place to start!

I gather there are rudimentary plans afoot for Bannerman to use his allowances to acquire a large house in the Cambridge area where there are a lot of students and for him to move in and live with Peter – I prersume EUkip will employ Peter in a more apposite role as janitor and give Duffy and the team of EUkip yoooof she is breeding accomodation as housekeeper. I wonder if Tom Wise will be employed as cleaner once his delaying tactics with Courts are over! Well for sure Duffy wouldn’t be keen on the job. Gollom could be used to kill and eat the cats in the grounds! If there is spare accomodation I expect Stuart Agnew could fill it with migrant labour as a way to undercut British wages. If it needs doing up Knapman can fill the attics with imigrant builders but I hear the family people traffiking business is not doing well – perhaps this could kick start it!
Well lets see what The British Democracy Forum has to say about John West’s statement – I’ve gone through it and at a glance I can not see anthing out of step as he is merely seeking to defend himself against the vile personalised attacks made on him on the platform Butcher and his corrupt cronies provide at The British Democracy Forum:

What a mad day – endless phone calls! I started this at about 12:00hrs. and finally post it at almost 16:00hrs. but tomorrows story in The Sunday Times will be interesting when you think just how many enemies EUkip has made there is clearly nothing simple – I wonder if it was Croucher, he supplies data about EUkip members to outside organisations and we know there is nothing he would not stoop to! There is clearly no honour amongst these political low lifes.

Further it is a known fact that EUkip has failed to provide transparent accounts, that its present leader is a proven liar and that seemingly huge amounts of money have gone missing unaccountably including the present leader being involved in £250,000 of tax payers’ money having vanished on a petition which never took place; £211,000 being over 50% of the income of Farage’s South East office being listed as ‘other expenses’ in the accounts in such a manner as to seem the money was ‘trousered’, huge amounts of money would seem to have vanished via Ashford, also £250,000 paid into a private bank account and another sum of £200>250,000 paid into Farage’s off shore account, large amounts of money seemingly laundered through private credit card machines, lotteries, wine scams and the like – Farage even boasted of having made over £2M on expenses and huge amounts are under investigation by OLAG we understand.

it is interesting to note that EUkip announced the 6 candidates which included Farage’s desired puppet Malcolm Pearson who we all know has very little knowledge of the scams Farage has been up to with his cronies.

It seems clear that Pearson is unaware of the damage his reputation is exposed to when the truth comes home to roost on HIS shoulders as leader.

I do believe Lord Pearson is practicing standards of due dilligence that members of his commercial board would be fired for!

Then there is Winston McKenzie the serial party changer who has stood for more parties than Jordan has stayed upright for!

Winston is being exploited and thus establishing Farage’s racist credentials as he is being used as a token black – but this is proving somewhat difficult as the only way someone who had only been in the party for about a week could be a faux candidate was to exploit Toby Twirll’s michell the weighted chickenpox party!

Ashford one parcel of the cash amounting to £250,000 was deposited in a private bank account.

The bulk of the income would have been Credit Cards over the phone in a call centre one assumes, but this was laundered by a privately owned Card account owned by an MEP in Torquay.

Howmany £Millions were trousered from The Ramsgate Call Centre that no books seem to have surfaced for – even the discreditted faux Treasurer Marta Andreasen could not account this at the business meeting and when Martin Hasslam, the real treasurer suggested EUkip should make its books more transparent he was set up by the media to give Farage a dishonest opportunity to brand him as BNP!

It seems as if £Millions have gone missing – one MEP aided by Farage to continue in office was running a wine import business with the profits supposedly for EUkip yet seemingly no income showed up on EUkip accounts but Tom Wise boasted to The News of The World that he was a wine conoisseur and had ammassed over 1,000 bottle of fine wine – that alone would amount (FINE WINE) even at cost to a minimum of £10,000 assuming he avoided the vat. and other taxes – is this the new EUro Lottery?

Not content with this sort of behaviour you need only look at the neo criminal stupidity of deliberately making decisions to antogonise The Electoral Commission and Her Majesty’s Courts. That have now incurred a debt of some £3/4Million deliberate stupidity that can not be blamed on ANYONE but Farage and his corrupt and duplicitous self seeking placemen – the anti UKIP cabal!

PLEASE be advised that at 0840hrs. 25-Oct-2009 less than 2 minutes after receiving an ‘e’Mail request from Richard Allen I removed a comment linking him with Del Young as the ‘other’ member of The Blaby branch.

My fault entirely as I had mistaken him for the individual in question.

The information had been a pure speculation on my part which I HAD NOT published.

However a Moderator on The BDF stated in discussion of the moderator Richard Allen that they had met you with Del Young.

Since I had no other source to check who you were and was unprepared to use the EUkip membership list for a specific contact of that nature I assumed you to be one and the same.

May I suggest you circulate this to the other moderators so that they may correct their record AND OPINION!

I rely upon your discression that you will not seek to castigate the said individual whom I am certain will confirm their involvement in this arror.

EUkip and Farage’s utterly incompetent and duplicitous team have brought this utter debacle of the forfeiture and costs of £3/4Million entirely upon their own head.

There is absolutely no one else to blame, it is a self inflicted damage.

This has NOT been an accident – it has been a series of attrocious and incompetent decisions based on bad management, inept politics and attrocious legal advice. Seemingly all based on schoolboy behaviour, arrogance and hubris.

It is complete stupidity that has brough this inept group into this position – do not be beguiled by the lazy journalism of the BBC in thinking, just because the name Bown & Brown are similar, that there is ANY similarity between the crass series of childish deliberated choices of EUkip that has put them indebted to the tune of £3/4Million.

So many clear decisions were made to ensure this Guilty verdict that it almost looks deliberate – why should The Faragistas care if they can’t find some ‘mark’ to foot the bill for their stupidity, it is always ‘someone elses choice’ as far as I can see and it is down to The NEC who are unprotected by Limited status as the offence pre dates the encorporation!

At the end of the day The NEC were elected to call the leadership to account, to manage the MEPs and to ensure the MEMBER’S best interests were served. It is so clear the entire NEC failed in their duty that anyone of integrity would appologise to the members and together with the leadership offer their resignations in writing.

No member of the executive of EUkip can be considered to have done other than totally failed – not ONE spoke out against this cavalier irresponsibility. No commercial management board could possibly retain office on the back of such idiocy save perhaps a Bank!

I have had lengthy conversation regarding their status and the QC’s opinion regarding the Lib.Dim. position over the £2.4Million – There is absolutely no similarity between this sum and EUkip’s stupidity.

I shall get around to providing the facts on my blog in the next day or two.

Interestingly appart from the latest utter debacle EUkip has orchestrated since the law has changed I am advised that return of donations amount to:
Lib.Dim.: £42K
Cons.: £36K
EUkip: £18K
BNP: £1K
Lab.: ?

Each party has 30 days to ascertain the veracity of the donor’s legitimacy – a less simple matter when the donor is a corporation unknown to them.

More of that shortly here on this blog – in the mean time EUkip have been corrupt, incompetent, stupid and politically inept and unprofessional and thus – unsurprisingly found Guilty and as Farage has clarified now find themselves liable for around £3/4Million which was completely self inflicted.

There is no plausible defence – unlike the Lib.Dims. who have co-operated at every step with both The Electoral Commission and the Police.

EUkip has NOT been picked on, they have taunted the authorities in a VERY unprofessional manner, have refused to act responsibly when encouraged to do so on numerous occasions by The Electoral Commission, even when found Guilty by the courts have then proceded to insult and taunt both El.Com. and The Courts. They have made a bad decision worse at every opportunity offered to them.

It would be hard to imagine better provenance of Nigel Farage’s unsuitability as a leader, Andrew Smith’s unprofessional behaviour as an accountant/treasurer, Ma Zucherman’s competence as a solicitor, Ma Zucherman’s integrity as a Party Secretary, Wittacker as Chairman who antagonised El.Com. negotiators and the NEC for permitting such irresponsible behaviour and abrogating on their duty on every count – just what did the NEC think it was elected to do if it was not ensure EUkip acted responsibly within the law in the interests of the members, the supporters and these United Kingdoms (which I believe should be in the reverse order!).

It does look very much as clear and proven that EUkip are unfit for purpose.

Can you imagine such ineptness? Were EUkip elected to any position of authority one must assume they would continue to behave like self indulgent children with idiotic decisions, blow up toys, drunken chavvery and utter irresponsibility, bullying and dishonesty!

Imagine this shower responsible for managing Britain’s economy – they haven’t a clue! They would have made an even greater mess than the economically illiterate Prudence!

Is it any wonder that in 16 years they have failed to put forward The Features Adbvantages & Benefits of leaving The EU, they have put forward NO vision of what they aim for, they have provided NO exit and survival strategy.

What have they done or achieved with over 70 MEP man years at a cost of somewhere around £100Million?

With 12 MEPs for 5 years just what was achieved?

In the last 4 months 13 MEPs have done and achieved WHAT?

The anti UKIP Farage Fan Club have done a great deal to damage the credibility of EUroScepticism as the barbed wire circle of enslaving yellow stars ratchets ever tighter on these United Kingdoms, salami slicing away our freedoms and our economy and destroying our fundamental human right of self determination.

Michael McGough has been shown and proven to be sad cheat and liar – an appologist and bag carrier for the odious Andrew Smith who together with Farage has caused, in his dishonesty and professional incompetence, not just a GUILTY verdict in court after court to the tune of a liability of £3/4Million so far.

Michael McGough is not just a serial coward but a particularly unpleasant failure of a man who was willing to lie to cheat his associates and colleagues for personal gain as shown in the OFFICIAL Report produced FOR the Party exposing the lies and corruption of people like Gollom, Smith, Bannerman, McGough, Andreasen and others who being anti UKIP and principles, morality and integrity have so clearly made enemies amongst members, supporters and media alike.

Michael McGough’s comments about Richard Suchorzewski are beyond any doubt dishonest misrepresentations of the most base and cowardly kind – not disimilar to the vile dishonesty shown in Croucher’s published claims that Richard Suchorzewski was a BNP supporter nor his farcical dishonesty trying to claim that I am or ever have been a supporter of The BNP or any other racist organisation.

Croucher is a liar and has repeatedly lied both by statement and infference.

Michael McGough’s statement regarding Suchorzewski is a dishonest misrepresentation to which I will attest in any Court of his choosing – Unlike McGough I am aware of the facts he has merely seen a small abstract of information and has turned this into an entire mallign fantasy. Conveniently he overlooks the letter of commendation from the authorities regarding the Company in question and also has absolutely no knowledge of the contract of purchase when Suchorzewski bought the deeply indebted company from a PLC.

Michael McGough your deliberate misrepresentation is as is characteristic of you a cowardly misrepresentation seeking to smear the name of a man unable to defend himself on this Forum – clearly a vile and all too typical of you and your fellow anti UKIPpers.

Let us take another idiotic dishonesty from you – I note that recently you have discovered something about COMMON PURPOSE but obviously you have no basic knowledge to back your smears – you are making an utter idiot of yourself as many can confirm were they not in utter contempt of you and your ilk.

Perhaps it is worth considering how EUkip painted itself into this completely avoidable corner – forcing both The Electoral Commission AND The Courts to take action and seek Justice, which the Courts have undeniably delivered.

When Alan Bown, who makes much of his ‘Christian’ beliefs and practices rather strangely miked off, it seems, having made a few bob as a professional gambler abandonning his wife and moving in with one of his betting shop managers it would seem it was apposite to become less traceable and thus he permitted his name to be removed from The Electoral Roll.

EUkip accepted and continued to accept donations and notional donations from Alan Bown having been advised the money was not legitimately received as he was NOT on the electoral roll during January or early February. As witnessed I personally made Farage, Lott & De Roeke aware of this fact. I was at that time unaware that having been pinned against the wall by Farage, at a particularly grown up and professional NEC meeting, de Roeke had been kicked out for thwarting Farage’s personal control of all monies.

Andrew Smith was Farage’s placeman as I know of no advertisement nor selection process in morally acceptable terms! Andre Smith was later to prove duplicitous, unprofessional, incompetent and dishonest. Interestingly the only individuals I am aware of ever having tried to defend him were the hapless Alan Bown who made a half baked attempt to cover his corruption. Then of course McGough who has proved himself to be a rather pathetic old man seemingly with few interests beyond wheedling his way into the important job of being out of the house boot liking someone or other his febrile command of ethics holds as ‘Worth Telling Lies About’.

He and those who hunt in his little pack of playground bullies endlessly name calling and telling half truths to distort opinion has done much to bring UKIP into disrepute.

Here is the anti UKIP position regarding the cover up of their arrogant hubris in refusing to acquit their duties under law – ignoring written, telephonic and face to face meetings with The Electoral Commission who tried every means available to them to get the Farage/Smith claque of anti UKIPpers to comply with the law rather than take recourse to The Courts.

Eventually in the face of the childish hubris of EUkip’s leadership The Electoral Commission was left with no option, in terms of their legal duty as a public body, to take the matter to Court.

You will recall that Sir Jack Hayward made a donation that was unlawfull and The Electoral Commission responded to John de Roek’s request for assistance by showing how the sum could be legitimised and did much to ensure the party retained the money. As with most Government bodies they will do all they can to assist but if you are foolish enough to try to defame them or ‘outsmart’ them they have a tendency to crush the!

EUkip having forced a trial of strength based on zero fact and less intelligence the case came to Court – here is the outcome:

The hearing over Alan Bown’s donations to UKIP has ended
The hearing regarding Alan Bown’s donations to the party at Horseferry Magistrates court in Westminster has ended.

The Electoral Commission claim that Mr Bown was an non permissable donor as his name did not appear on the electoral register at the time.

The judge will give a written judgement at the same court on Tuesday, 7th August at 10am.

Clearly there was NEVER any doubt that Alan Bown was not on the electoral roll a fact never denied even by the huris of EUkip or their utterly crass legal advisors.

EUkip had been incompetently advised by its legal team – EUkip NEVER had a defence. It is not a defence to say ‘we didn’t know’, nor a defence ‘the chap down the road does the same’ There just isn’t a credible legal defence. Mittigation there may be but defence there never was!

Whoever gave EUkip this crass legal advice and permitted apparent perjury as part of the claim – should surely be struck off for such crass legal advice.
So NOW we see the response to the Judge Tim Workshop’s written judgement:
A rap over the knuckles not a death sentence

Plans by the Electoral Commission to forfeit over a third of a million pounds from a political party have been overruled today. The Commission had demanded that the UK Independence Party forfeit £367,697 claiming the donations were impermissible.
But a judge has ruled that the party need only pay about 5% of the total requested: a £4000 cheque from a company based in the Isle of Man and the last seven donations, totalling £14,481, from Mr Alan Bown, who was inadvertently not on the electoral register in 2005.

UKIP leader Nigel Farage said he was absolutely delighted at the ruling by the judge, but condemned the Electoral Commission and said that if they had been sensible, the case need never have seen the light of day in the first place.

“The Electoral Commission used this case as a way to make up for their complete failures over the cash for honours scandal and the £2.4m donations to the Liberal Democrats by a man now in prison” said Mr Farage.

“They decided to kick the smallest boy in the playground to justify their own existence, thinking that we would not be able to fight back. There was no element of proportionality in their decision which would have been disastrous to smaller parties had they had their way.

“We have always admitted that we made mistakes over these donations, but they were human error, rather than evasion.

“Other parties have full time treasurers and receive money from the tax payer towards running costs, but a small party like UKIP does not have these luxuries.

“If Mr Bown’s company had given the money there would not have been a problem, and a good regulator would have seen this case and discussed it properly with us.

“Unfortunately, we do not have a good regulator, only the Electoral Commission who, instead of behaving sensibly, decided to throw all their toys out of the pram. If they had been less intransigent a lot of time and money would have been saved.”

The party expresses particular thanks to the legal team of Alan Newman, QC. and Danny Dionissiou from Moreland solicitors, who were recruited by party secretary Michael Zuckerman.

It is clear to all but the bufoon that Dick Horsnell’s £4,000 falls foul of the law – it is also clear that Alan Bown’s does also and on even the most light reading of the law on the matter there is absolutely no doubt EUkip is liable for full forfeiture under the law and there is absolutely no contingency for part forfeiture.

Judge Tim Workshop may well have read the blogs on the matter as he has come up with a questionable but acceptable engineering device to permit of partial processing – in a manner that set the suitable legal precedent for The Electoral Commission and as even the clearly corrupt EUkip described it – just 5% a mere rap over the knuckles.

Farage and his idiotic anti UKIP chums had had a narrow escape AND KNEW IT as shown in this Press Release above – clearly they do not deny their guilt but despite the Guilty Verdict and the contrivance of a light punishment like naughty children the anti UKIP Faragistas are determined to weenie waggle and make even greater fools of themselves.

EUkip too stupid to act with any vestige of political nouse continues to insult and anger and by the 29th. they had dug themselves a yet bigger hole!

How could The Electoral Commission as a Government body legally founded with factual legal grounds upheld by the Courts stand and be villified by an organisation which aspired to political control of itself and similar bodies – clearly Farage and the anti UKIP claque had overstepped the mark AGAIN and here is the outcome as misrepresented by the anti UKIP faction on their web site:

Electoral Commission ‘vindictive’

The decision by the Electoral Commission to appeal the court decision over donations to the UK Independence Party has been attacked by the party leader.
Nigel Farage MEP said the decision was “purely vindictive” and “a waste of taxpayers’ money”.

A court had ruled that the party should forfeit only £18,481 of a total £367,697 that the Electoral Commission had demanded be paid.

The judge at Westminster Magistrates’ Court ruled that the breach was accidental but that UKIP had not take “all reasonable steps” to ensure that the donations from Mr Alan Bown were permissible.

“It is a nonsense that the Electoral Commission have not accepted the verdict,” said Nigel Farage. “All they are trying to do is to justify their own position after their failures with the scandals of the other parties and the condemnation of the Committee on Standards in Public Life.

“They completely over-reacted in the first place and now they are seeking to dig themselves an even bigger hole by refusing to admit their mistakes.”

It is NOT acceptable to claim that a Government body in carrying out its duty is ‘picking on’ a miscreant – it is the duty of government bodies to uphold the law.

To demand £367K is handled within the framework of the law is EXACTLY what ElCom was set up to do. The anti UKIP Farage faction are NOT above the law!

UKIP ‘stunned’ at court ruling

The UK Independence Party is stunned and disappointed by today’s Court of Appeal judgement in favour of the Electoral Commission.

UKIP had already achieved a partial victory in the case, as Judge Tim Workman ruled in August 2007 that the ommission of donor Alan Bown’s name from the electoral register of 2005 was “a genuine and inadvertent error”.

The Party will now be seeking leave to appeal.

The financial ramifications of the judgement will be significant, with the legal costs on top of the £350,000 forfeiture an added burden to the Party which does not have the funds available to meet the debt at this time.

UKIP Leader Nigel Farage said: “Something extraordinary is going on here. It is acceptable under the rules for Lakshmi Mittal, the Indian businessman, to give millions of pounds to the Labour Party and for the Liberal Democrats to be allowed to keep £2.4 million from an impermissible donor who has since received a lengthy prison sentence, yet the Electoral Commission goes on kicking the smallest boy in the playground!”

EUkip, Farage, Smith, Lott, Ma Zucherman, Lott and their cronies are Guilty as proven – even they do not deny this for all their pathetic weenie waggling!

Firstly Farage and chums acting against the interests of UKIP and for their own gain held a series of meetings collecting money in buckets to fund their Court case – rather than seek a solution to their plight acting honourably in accord with the law.

Secondly where in the accounts does this money collected or is it like so much other money collected in the name of the Party seemingly trousered – is this what The EU calls a ‘Beneficial Crisis’? A crisis from which the unprincipled few benefit at the expense of the generous many!!

Is this the reason that the anti UKIP Faragista Faction made so much effort to all but force The Electoral Commission and Courts to find against them – thereby collecting money in unaccountable buckets indifferent to the fact that if some moneyed geriatric could not be duped into paying the bill (according to Farage £3/4Million already) it was of little consequence to Farage as a series of ‘patsies’ had been put into The NEC – mostly dishonest, corrupt, liars, cheats and bullies and each to their own.

Do not forget that it would seem that members of The NEC are jointly and severally responsible for this money ultimately – so bailiffs could come a calling for some £80,000 each or descend on one individual (severally) for the full sum!

In what seems to be a new bid to stall off the inevitable Farage has clearly learned the ‘trick’ demand an appeal – this will give rise to a long delay – masses of opportunities to fill buckets a bill ramped up to £1Million or so and sympathy based on the spin and dishonesty.

This, as Farage made clear to the media, may well lead to the bankruptcy of UKIP – but what harm can it do Farage – why should he care as he can play the sympathy vote and raise his personal profile to ride off into an EU sunset as leader of his new Pan EU Political ~~Party~~ group The EFD with his new best friends as a racist, xenophobic, sexually intollerant, violent anti Judaic and violent bigot – hope at last one might say since it was he who chose to allign with The Lega Nord and the other loonie toons and sweepings of racist EU politicians.

Just try to keep up with the facts and draw your own conclusions!
