Dear All
Please circulate these to all Branch Chairmen, Secretaries and Membership Secretaries as soon as possible, with the reminder that NO membership applications will be now accepted unless submitted on a form on which the applicant has signed the declaration that they agree to abide by the Constitution of UKIP and the Terms and Conditions of Membership (available to view at http://www.ukip.org).
UKIP Terms & Conditions of Membership
Membership shall start from the date of receipt of the initial membership subscription and continue for the number of years for which the subscription has been paid.
Membership subscriptions are not normally refundable.
Members shall be considered to be fully paid-up until the end of the month of expiry. Membership shall be considered to have lapsed if not renewed within a further two months.
The Party may refuse or rescind an application for membership if the National Executive Committee considers that the application does not fulfil the criteria for membership as set out in the Party Constitution.
The Party Secretary has the right to suspend or expel members who clearly bring the Party into disrepute by association with or membership of an organisation, membership of which the NEC has declared to be incompatible with membership of the Party.
Membership is not available to anyone who is or has previously been a member of the British National Party or the UK First party. Any applications made from people who are or have been members of these organisations will be refused, and any subscriptions collected will be refunded. By applying for membership you certify that you are not and have never been a member of either of these parties.
Any action under paragraph 5 shall be confirmed by the NEC at the earliest opportunity.

Farage Looks To The Far Right For Support
Nigel Farage, who is struggling to keep his EFD group together following two resignations in the month of March, is again looking to the far-right for help. Austrian lawyer Ewald Stadler is set to become an MEP in January, when the Lisbon Treaty comes into force and new MEPs will take their seats. Stadler, who is a member of the Austrian BZO party is currently negotiating with Farage over his possible membership of the EFD group.
The BZO was founded by Jörg Haider, who would have been no stranger to Stadler, as he himself is a former member of the Austrian Freedom Party, Haider’s pro-SS nationalist party.
The BZO has some interesting policies: like another far-right Austrian politician, they appear to have what might be best described as a ‘Nazi’ manifesto. They want German taught in schools, and a limit on numbers of non-speaking children. (What they do with the surplus is anybody’s guess – they came up with a pretty horrific solution in the last century). They advocate forced tuition in German for immigrants.
They also want to nationalise agriculture, in a nod towards the Nazi policy of ‘Blood & Soil’ agrarianism, and are also in favour of increased taxation. As well as favouring a flat-rate tax – something that Farage himself flirted with a few years ago – they want to introduce a new ‘Business tax’ of 25%, and also favour the so-called ‘Tobin Tax’. The latter really gives Stadler’s game away, as the Tobin tax is a tax on international currency transactions which, in the small minds of the Neo-Nazis, will negate the influence of the ‘Jewish Usurer’.
Nice one Nigel, now you are seeking favours from Nazis – the filthiest scum in the universe. But as we know, like attracts like!
Alex Benjamin
Have you ever heard the name of Alex Benjamin? Probably not. He reads this blog and has even posted a comment on a previous post. (LINK) He was a press officer with the Conservative Party in Brussels, but he was not particularly good, so they sacked him. He was certainly not popular within the Tory ECR group! A skinhead type, with a passing resemblance to the comedian Alexi Sayle, he was always regarded as a bit of a comic himself.
But he is lucky. In Brussels there is a sanctuary for useless and failed conservatives. It is called ‘Farage’s UKIP’. And so Benjamin will now work alongside the Republican Herman O’Kelly in the EFD press office.
Benjamin is understood to be less than happy about this, but he needs the work. And if he cuts the mustard, he can always take the job with a certain portly Tory MEP that he has been provisionally promised next year! A deal which, by the way, Farage is aware of.

Interestingly this is the same UKIP that, despite alliance with the extremist right EFD Group, having fallen below the requisite numbers and having also by losing 3 MEPs so far has fallen in stature within the group finding he no longer controls the biggest party within this squalid group – we now find them Courting extrimists across The EU.
I am the first to renounce ANY kind of support for The BNP and its vile views and values and I renounce ALL such similar racist, xenophobic, anti Jewish anti homosexual groups and it is sad to see UKIP so befouled as to be promoting the various BNPesque extremists across The EU yet lacking the integrity to admit their own racist BNP in blazers as displayed by the tasteless, incompetent and crass comments of the Zionist Lord Pearson who acted as puppet for Farage for a short period making a complete fool of himself as the fake leader.
There is something vile about people who loudly renounce the anti Jewish, racist, anti homosexual and xenophobic behaviour for which The BNP is well known yet when they believe they can get away with it will support just those views be it in agreement or merely for money.
Who would want this caliber of low life as one’s political leaders?
So NO to British BNP but welcome to MONEY and Continental extremist gutter sweepings! Seems to be the motto – The Party has thus been prostituted!
However the fact that yet again there is yet another attempt to rewrite a new Constitution and another Manifesto, a task being undertaken by Michael Greaves I understand – The lack of Vision, the absence of Strategy, the dirth of Tactics, the failure of Leadership, the deficit of Professionalism, the shortfall of Structure and the absolute abrogation of Duty, Probity and Honour is quite staggering.
The entire scam that is UKIP leadership and its parasites seem utterly dependent on a claque of utterly repellent liars, bullies and the utter scum of politics like Mark Croucher, Mick McGough, David Bannerman, Stuart Agnew, Kevin Mahoney, Derek Clark, Skeptyk, Independent UKIP, Gawain Towler, Baron von Lottsov, Douglas Denny and numerous similar liars, cheats, low lifes and scoundrels.
Endlessly fantasising and dragging UKIP’s name into their gutter for their gain – idiots too stupid to see beyond their own personal self interest and gain. Childishly taunting anyone with whom they could not cope – Unable to find a single solitary untruth or misleading comment of any consequence in the 1,000s of postings regarding UKIP and also its parasites, maggots and leadership these sordid little Tykes chant and lie to give themselves courage – utterly unable to debate issues, too cowardly often to use their own names, these odious people have hugely demeaned UKIP and grossly harmed the party.
Consider a party that is thus founded and supported based on lies and dishonesty – a party that abuses its supporters and lies about them yet is too cowardly to use its own name and to gutless to respond to challenges to, rather than lie, stand up and cross examine myself and others where obviously we can show we have NEVER lied, never consequentially misled and ALWAYS supported the basic PRINCIPLES of the electorate and NOT the self interest and self enrichment of the leadership and its parasites.
Consider a party that pretends to professionalism yet, ignoring the outright lies of Malcolm Pearson, the dishonesty of its NEC and the many cullomnies exposed by the media – just consider this letter:

With reference to your letter of 23 March, may I apologise for my delay in replying to your earlier enquiry.
The answer to your question is that the Disciplinary Rules are a standalone document, which were headed with the ‘Rule Book’ titling to put them in context. The party has the capacity to create a Rule Book, but at the moment simply creates Rules for specific purposes, such as Discipline, the conduct of elections etc as they are required. So, there is not a unified Rule Book at present, though the concept of a Rule Book exists.
As our Constitutional arrangements are currently under review, I imagine that the Rule Book will be a more substantial entity in the future (subject to the agreement of the members).
I note your position regarding the disciplinary complaint against REDACTED and REDACTED, ie that you will not pursue this until the outcome of the hearing on REDACTED.

A strange admission from Farage’s placeman!
May I remind readers that, as with all previous elections Farage has stood in internally, Farage has made much of his plan to professionalise UKIP – a task clearly beyond him as the party has become, less and less professional as this blog and the media have repeatedly shown.
The utter incompetence of UKIP leadership and the staggering lack of professionalism of their PR and Press Officers has been notable to both members and media alike – Where is the competent PR of the last 18 years? Indeed there have been a couple of items but sadly due to the sham scams of UKIP and the lack of competence and morality of its senior stafff any good publicity has been buried by stories of dishonesty and incompetence.
