it does rather look as if UKIP’s PR which costs around £1/4 Million a year is doing a great job making friends with media to ensure they get good publicity.

Wouldn’t it have been nice to see good publicity of gravitas that may have helped Britain leave the EU rather than endless revelations of sleaze, scandal and poor associations largely due to the utter incompetence of UKIP’s defacto and actual leader for the last 15 years or so.

It is hard to find ANY press publicity that does not treat UKIP under such leadership as much more than a figure of fun even, without checking facts publishing outright lies and sordid spin from Annabelle Fuller, Mark Croucher or the sordid sex life of Gawain Towler – the lies of Farage or the criminality of Tom Wise, Adrian Lithgow, Clive Page and others.

Here is the latest damaging association sadly!

Lloyds Action Now, the pressure group that wants compensation for shareholders who have lost out due to the bank’s takeover of HBOS, got a few headlines yesterday with its announcement of test cases against the Bank of England and the Treasury. But the Diary thought Adrian Lithgow, the group’s spokesman, looked familiar. We were right: he is the same Adrian Lithgow who was forced to resign as head of communications for the UK Independence Party four years ago after pleading guilty to racially aggravated harassment and threatening behaviour. Lithgow got into a row with railway staff at Victoria Station in London, with a Yugoslavian member of staff suffering some particularly unpleasant abuse.

When you think – as UKIP leadership sheds support with its third MEP having now openly disassociated themselves from the incompetence, the racism, the xenophobia, the anti homosexuality, the violence and anti Judaism of Nigel Farage’s associates in his extremist Pan EU Political EFD Group and his utter incompetence, largely due to his personal inadequacies and under confidence, to judge men and those worthy of credence and those who are merely sychophants seeking gain – just look at the parasites that praise him as he struts upon the dung heap he has created.

With 3 MEPs down and John Bufton probably only hanging on so that UKIP central will sponsor his Welsh election ambitions before leaving and Marta Andreasen and Bannerman making overtures in efforts to get deals elsewhere that leaves only Batten who is now little more than Second Lieutenant Batten of The Faragistas.

This greatly alters the dynamic of the sordid EFD Group as Farage now only contributes a minority membership whilst the extremist pro EU Lega Nord becomes the dominant group and will be readily tempted to get numbers back up by approaching other extremist parties like The Austrian Freedom Party, Vlams Belang and similar moving the group as progressively more sordid and extreme though I doubt Second Lieutenant Batten would be bright enough to make a move yet as even his best friend (I think he has one) would hardly present him as other than way out of his depth and with little understanding of what is going on around him as the attempts to smear him recently proved!

The Faragistas as a compensation for their ineptitude as leaders have always relied on smears and defaming those who might rival them – as when it seems the information was supplied to Despatches to control a weak and useless MEP. Weaknesses are exploited rather than strengths built on as is always the modus opperandi of the inadequate as we can now expect efforts to smear Trevor Colman, which will not prove hard and as with information they will seek to supply to The Sunday Times on Mike Nattrass by way of revenge for his having acted ethically and disassociated himself from the corruption that surrounds Farage’s leadership.

How long will, what was once our only lifeboat, limp along holed below the water line before receiving the coupe de grace that can make way for a sounder, more ethical patriotic vessel not weighed down by the liars, cheats, nere do wells that have destroyed UKIP in their efforts at self agrandisement and self enrichment filth and liars like Independent UKIP, Mark Croucher, Annabelle Fuller, Mick McGough, Baron von Thick as a Brick, Stuart Agnew, Malcolm Pearson, Douglas Denny, Skeptyk, Derek Clark, Marta Andreasen, David Bannerman and so many other engorged fat ticks sucking on our nations blood under false and dishonest, dishonourable pretences.

One wonders how long before the elderly and peculiarly gullible Stuart Wheeler will have the inevitable ‘Crisis of Trust’ with Farage leaving him high and dry as he did in the run up to the last election when he withdrew his support and started his own party to stand against UKIP.

May I commend to you reading Stuart Wheeler’s book ‘A Crisis of Trust’ – one wonders if it was ghost written as he was without a doubt much sharper then than he is now!

When you have read that you may wish to obtain and read a copy of Vernon Coleman’s book ‘Bloodless Revolution’ and you will start to understand the need for Independent Leave-The EU Alliance as UKIP has so clearly failed us.

Interestingly Niall, knowing that I have somewhat pressing medical challenges (see: http://GregLW.blogspot.com) he offered to shut down IL-T-EUA but for the moment I was unwilling to confront my own potentially imminent mortality so just as The Alliance (Party) continues to be registered with The Electoral Commission its web site will remain as a source of archive material relative to The EU and a way forward – Exactly as planned to act as a way forward when UKIP inevitably fails as it has so clearly has achieved so very little for Britain as a small claque so very greedily fed at the troughs on the Gravy Train at the expense of their Country and the electorate.

IL-T-EUA can sit, somewhat mothballed until the right spirit of patriotism arrives to pick up the batton and drive it forward for the gain of these United Kingdoms and our peoples – IF I am fortunate I may be lucky enough to see that, but it will at least be pleasant if the cancer wins to KNOW that we left in place a mechanism to liberate our Country from The EU and reinstate its democracy on a stronger footing than before.

What could be more apposite than to see The Judas Goat AND Myrtle arrive like lambs to the slaughter and on The Ides of March no less – duped by their own egos to dance to the tune of the Millipede to embarrass The Boy King!

With at most 40 people at their sorry little launch it became clear this was NOT a people’s referendum campaign but the very people who got us into this vile and corrupt EU scam with all the usual suspects following eachother like processionary caterpillars around the rim of a plant pot.

The guest list leaked to me showed form on ‘HIGH’ that the ghost of the party was surprisingly absent but with so uninspiring founders one need only glance at the list of supporters to know that yet again poor old Malcolm Pearson would seem to have been duped into parting with his Zionist scheckles – adding this to a long list of his abject failures where increasingly making a fool of himself early in the piste, as he did with his outrageous comments about Muslim women and his risible incompetence as puppet leader at UKIP – this dishonest and dishonourable little chap will soon be scuttling off to try to stem the outflow of cash he lacks the brains to earn and the wit to hang onto (hence flipping and downsizing his London Home recently).

Where was Malcolm Pearson at the launch today upon The Ides of March?

We note that the house idiot young Zac Goldsmith was conspicuous by his absence of clear funding despite the Millions Daddy earned for him (I appreciate much has been transfered to his last failed marriage) which he squanders hand over fist with his idiotic self indulgent claims of being a journalist, a task he carries out with little rigor it seems when it comes to his farcical beliefs in Anthropogenic Global warming but when Daddy gave you £300 Million I guess people would say ‘Yes Sir’ if you claimed to be The Wizard of Oz – or for that matter fiddled election expenses!

That this new top down referendum is a setup by The Millipedes to embarrass The boy king is in little doubt and that it panders to those whose careers have lost their way in The Tory fold is self evident.

However one wonders if The Judas Goat and Myrtle have as yet realised that Goat Stew is fast approaching on the menus with Malcolm seasoning and Zac dressing to enhance a meal of revenge for The Boy King, best served cold!

We note with some interest that there was no one from either of Malcolm Pearson’s last two follies present at the launch of any stature unless of course you count the Judas Goat himself and little Myrtle who when denied the status of Prima Donna were bound to set up to rival the EU Referendum Pledge managed by Bridget Rowe and James Pryor, fronted by Jon Gaunt DELIBERATELY non party political and backed generously by a man of substance he EARNED rather than merely inheritted without the brains to go with it Tony Blackwell has made his money through his own hard work and in depth knowledge of books and ancient texts the wisdom of many having been osmotically imbibed at very least!

One has to pity little Dan Hannan with his excellent command of the language, his superbe penmanship and great competence as a speaker the poor lad would seem not to have an ounce of common sense and has progressively managed to manipulate his own career up a creek and throw away the paddle – as a politician that leavs him merely as a performer of much accumen and a scribbler of some competence but politically – even with this latest throw of the dice he is finished, had he the aspirations he claims.

We have watched poor little Daniel make error after error until now we see him as part of agit pro alongside such professional EU cream puff salaried political terrorists as Stuart Costa and Marc Glendenning – who also tried to be important in Tony Blackwell’s EU Referendum Campaign Pledge, yet quit on the pretext they could not find time for involvement in a Referendum and continue their work with what is left of the democracy movement.

I wonder how much their time cost to join this latests ego trip – notably lifting the ideas they could understand from The EU Referendum Campaign Pledge – yet entirely failing to understand the basic concept!!!

I guess when one has lived in the gutter of politics eventually all one can smell is ….

This latest ego trip set up by such pillars of society as Bob Crow, Labour EUnoch Safeguards, Mr. Placeman Pearson (or Ruth Lea wouldn’t be allowed out past her bed time), Wacky Zacky, Keith Vaz, Mark Seddon (who he? Tribune!!!), Christopher Bruni-High, The liar and rascal Marta Andreasen as she wheedles her way to try to jump ship from the sinking and stinking leadership of UKIP,

In fact is you want a list of those you would clearly want NOT to have on your side in anything representing The People or Grass Roots you will find them at CLICK HERE Perhaps you would care to play a small game with yourself in ABSOLUTE confidence and see if you can find a fourth person to select to join the three you would be prepared to invite to your home for a weekend!

I am surprised that they could not even find someone with the intelligence not to play straight into the hands of Noooo Labour and The Millipieds who are clearly the band for this particular Dance Macabre – Not even a new idea these sad muppets have even had to steal the EU Referendum Campaign Pledge concept but their failure to understand it has guaranteed a win for the forces of evil and a Referendum no self respecting EUroSceptic would go within 100 miles of, as it hands a victory to The EU.

British Politicians with pens and treachery, in pursuit of their own agenda and greed, have done more damage to the liberty, freedoms, rights and democracy of the British peoples than any army in over 1,000 years.

The Daily Mail when checked upon The Ides of March would seem to clearly endorse my assesment:

Indeed it is abundantly clear that even The Ghost of Banquo would have been ill advised to attend this launch from the winter fastness of Rannoch Moor let alone Dunsinane as clearly The Judas Goat leads Duncan to his room whilst Mertle has seemingly armed Lady MacBeth.

Consulting The Daily Mail would lead one to realise that indeed young Marc Glendenning and You Gov may well be too busy mugging up on polling techniques to stir this new pot as clearly their Poll results are far wide of the actuality of grass roots in The Daily Mail when it reads of their plans to sabotage a Referendum with their chums – Just who is keeping The EU supported to maintain their incomes, one is forced to ask!

The response to latest make-work scheme for redundant campaigners seems, from the poll response

One never ceases to wonder, however, at how easy it is to milk the Eursoceptic community with one faux campaign after another, often with the seductive cry of: “better to do something than nothing”. There are far too many people thinking with their backsides instead of their brains. When you get the Speccitwats and a failing newspaper in it together, it is time step back and ask what is going on.

Interestingly, I quoted J B Priestley quite recently (“Out of the People”, 1941), on the issues of activism and strategy. He wrote:

We often hear people cry: “Never mind all this writing and talking, get on and do something.” The answer to that is, that at the stage at which most people in the country have arrived, writing for them and talking at them is the best kind of action. It is a change of ideas and mental attitudes they primarily need.

That is especially true now – what we need is a “change of ideas and mental attitudes”. The reason we got into the Common Market in the first place was because people were attracted by the idea … not the practicalities … they had no notion of what those entailed. The way we get out is to reverse the process. We have to devise an alternative idea, a “vision” of a Britain of the future. You think of a Britain as you want it to be, a Britain that you believe would be attractive to the majority, and which is achievable.

Then you “sell” that vision. When and if it comes to an EU referendum, all you then have to do is point out that the vision is not achievable as long as we are members of the EU. In that context, instead of leaving the EU being seen as a leap into the dark, it is seen as a barrier preventing us from reaching the light. That is a winnable position.

One of our commenters got the point:

Our eventual withdrawal from the EU must come about as a natural consequence of a new national way of thinking … a new ‘ism’. Which will have gained such purchase within the hearts and minds of the nation, that continued EU membership becomes untenable simply because it is at odds with that new thinking. Withdrawal won’t even require a referendum … it’ll just happen as a matter of course.

My point, which very much reflects what is said above, is that the battle is won or lost in the preparation: think Monty and el Alamein. The battle was won before the first shot was fired. This is the position we must be in. If they lose the battle, they lose the battle … if we lose the battle, we lose the war.

Cranmer gives it a fair outing, and offers far more thought that that idiot Myrtle, but his conclusion that it is “all we’ve got” simply doesn’t wash. Futile gestures are still futile gestures, however they are dressed up.

If we lose a referendum, Euroscepticism is wiped out for a generation. There is too much at stake here, for us to be playing games, or allowing the agenda to be taken over by lightweights who are only after a meal ticket. Just for a complete change, let’s stop being professional losers and instead consider a winning strategy. In two or three years, we could be there.

well done to Mike Nattrass who is increasingly visible in the meeeeja now that he has disassociated from the slime that Nigel Farage has gathered around him as praise singers and sycophants engorging themselves at The EU Troughs with the racist, anti Jewish, and violently anti Homosexual scum of EUropean politics.

Here is just one of the articles there was another today in the main Birmingham paper.

I believe that liberated from the damaging reputation of UKIP’s behaviour and alies in The EU Mike Nattrass can clearly do more for Britain and his constituents than involved with what are incresingly seen as the farce protest party – as shown by the risible achievements in The Welsh Referendum where in the only noted comment they made it clear – AND CORRECTLY – that a turnout of only 1/3rd. getting a majority granted no mandate for anything – The electorate gave a 20% support for the change of constitution to please The EU and damage Wales!

In Barnsley UKIP’s result was a mere 4% of the electorate yet even so that gave them second position with a tiny number of votes for a by-election second position – I woul;d hazard a guess one of THE lowest votes EVER to come second!

Then look at the farce of UKIP in Oldham where EACH vote cost UKIP about £30 – Oh well with Stuart Wheeler now paying for UKIP – let us note a fool and his money are easily parted as can be seen from the donation records of UKIP’s MEPs which amount to almost ZERO except when used to get THEMSELVES elected – How Much Has FARAGE DONATED of the many £Millions he has made in 18 years and even then he takes £30,000 for his wife!

So UKIP MEPs may not be as stupid as they look and behave, but Stuart Wheeler clearly is – He will NEVER make a silk purse out of that particular pig’s ear of a leadership!

Protesters welcome Whitehall HS2 inquiry

Last week hundreds of protesters lit a beacon at Packington Farm demonstrating against HS2.

CAMPAIGNERS against the controversial proposed high-speed rail link have welcomed a forthcoming inquiry into its merits by an influential Parliamentary committee.

The House of Commons Transport Select Committee has agreed to hold hearings in public into the economic arguments for and against HS2.
A spokesman for campaign group Stop HS2 said the organisation is “pleased” the committee will be investigating the project and “looks orward to collaborating with experts when submitting evidence”.
The group also passed comment on the Transport Select Committee’s report on the completed inquiry into Transport and the Economy, for which Stop HS2 provided both written and oral evidence.

“The government talks about HS2 being transformational, and having the “potential to enhance economic growth”,” said Stop HS2 director Penny Gaines.
“However, as the TSC report points out, the Government has not provided the evidence of how they expect HS2 to achieve this growth.
“When he was giving evidence to the Transport Select Committee, Professor Henry Overman said that many projects are promoted on the grounds that they will be transformational but, in actuality, many of these claims do not materialise.
“Stop HS2 does not believe that HS2 will be transformational or that it will provide enough economic benefits to the north to justify the £34 billion price tag.
“Instead it is likely that areas away from the few high speed stations will lose out significantly and that London will benefit disproportionately.”
Although not binding on Government, the Secretary of State is obliged to comment – in writing – on the findings of a select committee.
Transcripts of the forthcoming hearings will be available on the Parliamentary website.
Meanwhile, fears have been raised that taxpayers could be required to help foot the £17 billion bill for HS2.
West Midlands MEP Mike Nattrass was among those pointing out that the public consultation document published by the Government last week states: “Significant numbers of individuals and organisations would stand to benefit from the construction of new high speed rail lines.
“The government expects that such parties would therefore make a contribution to the cost of those links.”
Lichfield District Council has already officially declared its total objection to HS2.
This week, Lichfield MP Michael Fabricant said: “As far as I know, there are not, nor ever were, any plans for local councils to fund HS2.
“But just in case someone down in London now gets a bright idea about this as this story is running, let me be clear: I will totally oppose it.
“Local residents cannot be expected to make any contribution to HS2 – especially as it won’t even stop in Staffordshire.”
As well as linking Birmingham with London, the line boasts a spur which carries on north of the country’s second city, cutting into Lichfield district from the direction of Hints.
After slicing through Whittington Heath Golf Club it crosses the A38 on the outskirts of Streethay, eventually joining the West Coast Main Line.
Construction could begin in 2018, with the first high speed trains then planned to run in 2025.

and see just what fools they are making of themselves!

Thanks to those who phoned me with corrections and I gather the dishonest
Septyk hidden in shame behind their anonymity are leaping up and down
like fleas on Viagra with glee that I made a couple of minor errors –

Hi,

sorry I have been a tad remiss in keeping you up to date with UKIP events and the idiocy of those pretending to lead it and their parasites – it does take a fair amount longer to ensure the facts I provide are reliable than just scrawling any old defamatory statement as do the clearly anti homosexual and VERY Common man or the vituperative and dishonest Skeptyk. Even the fantasies of Douglas Denny are easy to write as it is just his imagination.

With a blog like this one it is important to strive to be honest and accurate and if for no other reason than I use my own name I must do my honest best to be accurate – hence NEVER have I been asked to make a major material correction on something I have written, nor have I ever had to apologise for getting anything of consequence wrong.

It is not easy to check many of the facts without revealing the many sources I have who supply information in the hope of cleaning-up UKIP to make it electable and to expose the dishonesty, corruption and incompetence of UKIP leadership and its self serving parasites.

Fortunately to date I have NEVER got a fact of consequence wrong and this blog has proved 100% reliable. For all the lies and clamouring of the pond life and parasdites of UKIP leadership this blog and Caterpillars & Butterflies before it and the very many links and references in text and in the right sidebar have been an accurate source of information on UKIP over a number of years.

Hence I presume it is so consistently read for source material by the media and those who are serious about cleaning-up UKIP to make it electable.

We have all seen just how unelectable UKIP is under its present leadership as shown by the risible results at Oldham East & Saddleworth which was a complete and utter waste of political time and UKIP funding.

Output has been a bit down recently for which I apologise as health and computer have been playing up a bit and my Mother’s sister is on the verge of death at 96 so my cousin is here from Germany etc. etc. Plus a friend has been having problems with a stalker called Peter Harris, from Wollaston, which I am helping to solve with the Police

Also the Hollie Greig case may well find the criminally irresponsible Robert Green in Court shortly despite the posturing and dishonesty of the idiotic Matt Quinn, David Icke, Brian Gerrish, Ian McFerron, George McKendrick and others.

It does look as if Justice in that case is gathering speed and all those who have been so clearly defamed by the low lifes in support of Green, regardless of the facts, in misguided protection of paedophelia at large, will be exhonorated when it is made clear in a Court that there is absolutely no admissible valid evidence to indicate Hollie Greig was EVER sexually abused in Aberdeen by those Robert Green & StuartUsher, Peter Eyer and others, still to this day name without any valid evidence.

In passing Nikki Sinclaire was excellent on Radio 5 Live so I did a bit of digging today and I found she was the Key Note Speaker with Caroline Spellman in yesterdays major conference of Planning Law in Relation to Travellers. Nikki’s points on there should be no discrimination be it positive or negative and that discrimination is wrong were very valid and in my opinion go way beyond planning!

I’ll try to find more about this Official Conference and publish it later in the week if it will help. (any details would be appreciated).

Tycoon Wheeler may still vote Tory even after becoming Ukip treasurer

Gambling tycoon Stuart Wheeler says he may still vote Conservative despite becoming the new treasurer of the UK Independence Party.

The millionaire businessman, who lives at Chilham Castle, near Canterbury, was expelled by the Tories in 2009 for giving £100,000 to their Euro-sceptic opponents, who he now hopes to raise even more money for Ukip in an official capacity.

However, Mr Wheeler said he would only vote Conservative in future local and general elections if there were no Ukip candidates standing in his constituency.

His current political stance is far removed from his position of 11 years ago when he handed over £5 million to the William Hague-led Tories – the largest ever donation to a political party.

“I’ve always been very strongly opposed to our relationship with the EU,” said Mr Wheeler. “And over the last year I’ve gradually come to realise that the EU is unreformable, and also the Conservative Party is going to do precious little about it.

“The right thing for the country to do is to leave Europe, and that is the main aim of Ukip. If you think like me then there’s no other party you can join, unless you’re a racist and want to sign up to the BNP.

“I’m now going to be very much a supporter and member of Ukip, and as long as Ukip candidates are standing in my area then I will vote for them.

“If they’re not then I’m more inclined to vote Conservative than anyone else, but I’m still unhappy with the party and its stance on the EU in particular.”

Mr Wheeler made his first donation to Ukip in March, 2009, just months after Marta Andreasen – the controversial former chief accountant of the European Commission – was unveiled as the party’s new treasurer. However, she quit Ukip later that year, claiming she disagreed with how it was being managed at chairmanship level.

Mr Wheeler had also previously told KoS he did not want to join Ukip because there were “some internal rumblings there that I would not want to get involved in”.

When asked about those comments this week, Mr Wheeler said he had put his previous concerns about the party behind him.

“As far as my job is concerned it doesn’t really matter what decisions were made in the past,” he said. “People still say this, that and the other to me about the party, but part of the basis of my appointment was that I should be allowed to investigate any issues that may arise regarding its finances.

“The party is clear that everything should be more out in the open in future.”

Mr Wheeler, who made his fortune as the founder of the IG Index spread-betting firm, launched his own party – Trust – and unsuccessfully ran for Parliament in Bexhill and Battle at the last general election.

He told KoS he would have discussions with the party’s supporters between now and March 1, when he officially joins Ukip, about what will happen to the organisation.

In the meantime Mr Wheeler is looking forward to teaming up with Ukip leader and fellow Kent resident Nigel Farage, who was born in Bromley but now lives in Westerham, near Sevenoaks.

“I get on extremely well with Nigel, as I do with executive chairman Steve Crowther, who will effectively run the party while Nigel is in Europe,” he said.

“I’ve been very impressed with what I’ve seen so far.”

However in Pearson’s case the racism rides high it would seem to judge by the articles regarding him and his status as a racist in his own right supporting Zionism with its anti Palestinian stance and criminal behaviour through Mossad and its support for the terrorist forces of The IDF and the international criminality of their attitude to Nuclear Arms agreement!

Barbara Booker has as ever made a most prescient remark! Relative to the UKIP supporting village idiot Baron von Lotsov (quoted above) whose mantras, jingo and naiivity all too readily explain why he is ashamed to put his real name to his comments just as Skeptyk due to a clearly vile and untrustworthy personality and being the dishonest mouthpiece of others is too ashamed to put their name to comments!

If Nigel Farage’s hope then had been realised, there would not now be any need to brush aside the current treasurer in order to bring in another outsider. Stuart Wheeler’s comment on the crucial nature of the party’s financial management would have been superfluous.

As it is, the impression has been created that a wealthy donor has so little faith in UKIP’s financial management that he insists on controlling the party purse strings before untying his own again. It is, after all, more usual to join a party first as an ordinary member before being promoted to a position of responsibility. Not come straight in as treasurer when there is no vacancy for that position.

Baron von Lotsov apparently shares this concern, since he sees room for “a big step jump” in financial probity.

Is it that you consider probity to have plunged under Mark Wadsworth’s treasurership, Baron?

Or just that with Nigel Farage as leader again you think probity could do with all the help it can get?

Possibly the most apposite part of the comment relative to probity was:

One will note Andreasen, having through dishonesty achieved her aim of a highly paid non job in The EU as an MEP wasted no time in quitting any responsible position in UKIP and seems since to have spent much time publishing and promoting her self serving novella with visits to her home in Barcelona as a Spanish citizen and with little command of British matters as she openly campaigns in favour of EU membership and change when the electorate of UKIP, who were dishonestly duped to vote for her, actively sought to leave the EU.

As a very long term supporter of UKIP I am forced to wonder if UKIP has any real future or is it forever to be the enrichment vehicle of low lifes and chavs and the plaything of one rich gambler after another.

Is it any wonder it has no vision, no strategy, no tactics, no probity and no one trusts these spivs and clowns as shown by the catastrophic results in the last General election with 3.01% of the vote – a position clearly repeated in Oldham East & Saddleworth when despite fielding the deputy spiv. these know nothing fools only just pipped The BNP and with a mere 2 thousand votes it looks as if they achieved their aim with 50 votes more than The BNP at a cost of about £160 per vote!

UKIP members are desperate for good news and even clutch at the straws of a blog in the Telegraph!
A Journalist writes that The Tories fear UKIP at the next EU election – one can not for a moment think why as even if UKIP won every single UK seat in The EU it would make no more difference than the irrelevancy they have proved to date.

It sounds extreme but think for a moment what a main plank of UKIP belief is – There is no democracy in The EU, The EU Parliament is irrelevant, The EU should have no power.

Well UKIP has proved there is no democracy in the EU they can not even organise honest democratic internal elections and we now have the utterly shameful farce of 3 liars in the Eastern Region being the panel of probity to select candidates for UKIP. You couldn’t make it up – there is Lisa Duffy taking a break from shelf stacking and raising several families who has a proven track record of dishonesty – You will note she was admonished for her implausible dishonesty in a British Court having lied under oath.
Then we have the crook and scoundrel Andrew Smith who failed woefully to keep competent accounts during his period as treasurer for UKIP and when confronted with a qualified accountant, qualified Banker and qualified Chartered Accountant fully qualified as a Financial Adviser he legged it at speed leaving Alan Bown to try to mount an appologia for the dishonest mess – You will recall it was Andrew Smith and his utter incompetence which led to UKIP being found guilty in the Courts when prosecuted by the Crown for breech of electoral Law, a charge and verdict which stand to this day!

Then we have the blustering ill mannered and bullying oaf the liar and cheat Mike McGough – who lied and cheated to try to gain personal advantage against his UKIP colleagues – the odious little creep who leaks confidential correspondence and would cross the Country to talk tediously about himself.

This is clearly the best UKIP can muster by way of probity yet they want voters to elect them!

UKIP is utterly dishonourable under its present leadership and however many £Millions Stuart Wheeler pours into the bucket it is a total waste as the bucket is riddled with holes.

If Stuart Wheeler wishes to achieve something with his money to improve UKIP he could start out by an apology to Nikki9 Sinclaire with a large amount of compensation on the understanding she would invest the money received in The Petition to have an EU Referendum and causes in her own constituency having been reinstated as an OFFICIAL Independent UKIP member and MEP.

Secondly start to remove the criminal element in UKIP – the liars, the cheats and the self enrichers.

Thirdly remove the likes of Douglas Denny, Mike McGough, Mark Croucher, Gawain Towler, Malcolm Wood, Stuart Parr, Annabelle Fuller, Marta Andreasen, Stuart Agnew, David Bannerman and the other liars and low lifes who have defamed UKIP by their presence.

Fourthly withdraw from membership of the vile racist, anti Jewish EFD aned sit in dignity ONLY minded of research for membership distribution to raise the new Cleaned-up UKIP’s profile to give just some sort of chance in UK elections.

Fifthly you might go some way to convince me if you were to settle the £12.1/2K bill UKIP is morally liable to me for having incurred me with their dishonesty & corruption as displayed by Mark Croucher in their employ and both Clive Page & Paul Nuttall who acted for him for the Courts and were found against.

Sixthly to convince others it would be wise to offer a reasonable sum and the right to rejoin UKIP to John West, by way of compensation for the vile behaviour, the lies and bullying he has received from filth like Mike McGough, Peter Reeve, The NEC, Annabelle Fuller, George Curtis, Stuart Gulleford, Jonathan Arnott and their odious ilk.

Seventhly issue an unequivocal apology from UKIP’s leadership for their reprehensible actions in seeking to cover-up the criminality of Tom Wise including the lies and dishonesty of Nigel Farage, Douglas Denny, Trevor Colman and others with named apologies to all who can show they tried to enforce honesty on these corrupt individuals.

There are clearly other aspects that need addressing – as Stuart Wheeler himself has said:

Let us see if Stuarty Wheeler is an honest man and to be trusted as he has clearly implied here that he is aware of the corruption and can be counted on to provide a forensic accounting of the past in UKIP to ensure transparency and that those who have stolen money are brought to book – failure to do this, in the light of his words would indicate that although he is aware of the corruption he is quite happy to collude in it and cares not if his new plaything is built on failed foundations as he has no interest in integrity, ethics or morality – however don’t be surprised if that is the case as he is after all an Old Etonian!!

We see at least 3 £Millionaires imported from the South East to this Northern Labouir stronghold:

Then we have another southern spiv Nigel Farage, who is an excellent performer on the media but even in the promo video shown can not get through 3 minutes and 4 seconds in the office without a glass in his hand. This particular millionaire has made his money out of UKIP but it is doubtfull UKIP has had its money’s worth and clearly Britain and the tax payer haven’t.

So we have a Labour win with a hugely increased majority in the Oldham East and Saddleworth by-election.

Debbie Abrahams takes the seat with 14,718 votes (42 percent – up 10 points since the general election)

The Lib-Dims maintained their share of the vote, taking 11,160 (32 percent, up 0.32 points)

In 3rd. place The Tory vote collapsed, the candidate Kashif Ali taking 4,481 (12.8 percent, down 14 points).

Thus on a turnout of 34,930 (48 percent).
We have a new Labour MP on a mere 20 percent of the potential vote.

The Labour majority is 3,558.

The also rans were way down the scale – The also rans got about 13% of the vote!

UKIP is trying to put a brave face on their disaster with a mere 2,029 votes and just saved Paul Nuttall his lunch money by 0.8%

But despite ensuring that The BNP did well by raising their status endlessly talking about them UKIP did beat them by just over 1% and by under 500 votes – Wow!

The Strawman – The Mortally Wounded & The Ass

Hi,

despite Rich & Mark’s slightly modified cartoon it is clear that Paul Nuttall will not put a dent in the election result – EVEN WITH the announcement of the injection of support for UKIP being announced.

It is expected that although he has little or no time for the vacuous and as he made clear last year ‘untrustworthy & profligate’ Nigel Farage – Stuart Wheeler having made a bit of a mess of his backing last year and having opted NOT to fully support UKIP he went on to form his own Party and stand in the General Election against UKIP.

Interestingly Stuart Wheeler also made a small donation – sadly below the declarable limit, to The INDEPENDENT Leave-The-EU Alliance which was most welcome if for no other way than as encouragement for the initiative

It is believed that this time Stuart Wheeler will make a stand and sadly, much as I have some time for Wheeler as a professional gambler I do foresee UKIP being little more than a toy in his toy box and for funded survival UKIP will lose its independence to be led by the nose by Stuart Wheeler, wherever he chooses to go – that how ever can only be better than led by Nigel Farage’s gonads as it lurched from crisis through scandal and back to the gutter on a regular circuit for lack of ANYONE of competence within sight, let alone reach of the tiller!.

Just as with the large donation and support of Dr. Vernon Colman was a tremendous confidence boost that we were in fact taking a valid and worthwhile action.

The I L-T-EU A is at least all set up and legitimately valid for when UKIP finally collapses as it surely will under the weight of its own corruption – regardless of the well meaning if somewhat confused support of Stuart Wheeler UNLESS he is willing to exchange his money for HIS control and remove the scum that has risen to control UKIP that has so demeaned the party.

UKIP have put out notice of an urgent press conference in Oldham this afternoon at 3pm to announce that a “Very important well known wealthy Tory grandee is today joining UKIP”.

Word is that Stuart Wheeler, the online betting tycoon, will take up official Treasurer duties for the anti-EU party.

The charming 75-year-old, old Etonian and ex-guardsman is one of those not afraid to put his money where his mouth is.

In 2001 he donated £5m to the Tory Party which was then at the height of its Euro-scepticism.

But disappointed by David Cameron’s approach, he was expelled from the Conservatives in 2009 after giving £100,000 to UKIP.

However, he formed his own Trust Party to fight in the 2010 General Election. On home territory in Bexhill, Kent, he polled 4.9% almost saving his deposit.

It won’t come as a surprise that Mr Wheeler has finally opted for UKIP, and he’ll certainly go on expressing his own opinions whatever the party line – but his voice and his deep pockets will be a definite boost for UKIP.

This is just the latest surprise to come out of the Oldham and Saddleworth by-election. My advice is that it won’t be the last.

I’m not saying that Labour aren’t going to hold the seat on Thursday but I am saying that I place very little faith in opinion polls carried out in the constituency and absolutely none in the posturing of the rival bookies.

Former Tory donor Stuart Wheeler becomes UKIP treasurer

Stuart Wheeler was expelled from the Conservative Party in 2009 over a donation to UKIP

The wealthy former Conservative Party donor Stuart Wheeler has joined the UK Independence Party as its treasurer.

The spread-betting tycoon, who gave the Tories £5m in a single donation in 2001, was expelled from the party in 2009 after donating £100,000 to UKIP.

Mr Wheeler, who has criticised David Cameron’s attitude to the EU, said UKIP’s success was “vital”.

He unsuccessfully ran for Parliament last year, after setting up his own “anti-corruption” party.

The announcement of Mr Wheeler’s decision to join UKIP as treasurer was made at a press conference in Oldham East and Saddleworth, where a by-election is taking place this Thursday.

‘Honoured’

He said: “I believe that what UKIP is doing is vital for this country, and of course the party’s financial management is crucial.

“So I am very honoured to have been appointed Treasurer and I shall do my very best in both helping to raise money for the party and in the management of its financial affairs under Nigel Farage as leader and Steve Crowther as executive chairman.”

Mr Farage said: “I am absolutely thrilled that Stuart Wheeler has become UKIP’s Treasurer. Our policies are now mainstream in British politics: all that is holding us back is a lack of funds and I believe that a highly respected Eurosceptic like Stuart will help us do the job.”

Mr Wheeler previously made a donation to UKIP – which wants the UK to leave the European Union – in the run-up to the 2009 European elections.

He was expelled from the Conservatives, with Mr Cameron saying politics was a “team game and, in the end, you’re either in the team or not”.

Mr Wheeler later set up his own Trust Party last year in the wake of the MPs’ expenses scandal, promising to “clean up” Westminster. He came fourth in the ballot in Bexhill and Battle, in East Sussex, at last year’s general election.

Mr Wheeler worked as a barrister before setting up IG Index in 1974. The company allowed UK residents to speculate on the price of gold at a time when exchange controls prevented them from buying it, except at a premium.

here are the results of the UKIP leadership selection last week.

Astonishing isn’t it that despite a two month campaign they could not find a single solitary individual in the entire party with leadership ability and some element of competence.

However I guess it is not so surprising when you understand UKIP and realise just how many good people have been driven out or quit the bullying, lies, chavery, self enrichment, nepotism and outright corruption – few people of any caliber have chosen to remain.

You will recall that rather than destroy his credibility by continued association even Tim Congdon quit UKIP during the wilderness years of Farage’s overt leadership only rejoining during the catastrophic period of the idiot Lord Pearson‘s placement by Stuart Wheeler in return for money whilst Farage made a fool of himself and the party during the general election when in a one horse race he was placed third after an unknown independent!

It was clear there would be a leadership placement immediately after the General Election where Pearson led UKIP to another risible result with only 3.01% of the electorate trusted them – a result bourne out time and again in bye elections and local elections where UKIP rarely tops 3 or 4% and usually trails behind the Greens, The BNP and often behind Independents!

The results for the coronation were much as would be expected and apart from the interference of the ill equipped Lisa Duff in the earlier stages it seems the process turned out much as would be expected with Farage placed clearly at the top and Tim Congdon second.

David Bannerman having acquitted his job for Farage with his usual lack of ability did manage to split the opposition vote and effectively emasculate any efficacy in dragging the party into main stream politics which Tim Congdon might have had with his track record, experience and contacts in the real world.

Probably UKIP members are best reflected by the fact that almost 2,000 voted for the utter irrelevances of Bannerman and McKenzie – 3 to one relative to Farage’s vote!

It is also worth noting that McKenzie did rather better than Alan Wood did in the run up to the utterly corrupt coronation of Pearson last year!

In the light of the idiotic pontificating of the poor man recently perhaps UKIP supporters aren’t as stupid as they seem at first sight!

It is however sad to so clearly watch a party that had such tremendous potential that has acted as our only potential lifeboat decide to slowly self destruct the intelligent and informed members having decided they clearly stand a greater chance of survival than remain with this ship of fools, theives, neredo wells and self enriching scum – now that the lifeboat has been most irrevocably been siezed by Free Booters, self servers and the corrupt – with not a single solitary individual worthy of respect in its entire corrupt leadership team and their parasites.

an interesting article on Malcolm Lord pearson’s business – much has been made by some to try to convince UKIP members that Pearson was a sound and competent business leader as a qualification for his ‘stint’ as a stand in leader of UKIP to encourage Stuart Wheeler to make donations to UKIP as he had realised that as a professional gambler he recognised that putting money into UKIP would not be a wise bet, with Farage in situ.

Many in UKIP will recall the poor judgement of Nigel Farage when he insulted his own MEPs on National TV to promote the interestts of the Peer and himself. A clearly incompetent action on the part of Farage which is born out by todays report in The Guardian of the trial by The Courts on the charges of The serious Fraud Office where Pearson’s defence was he hadn’y a clue what was happening in his own business!

That Pearson hadn’t a clue will come as no surprise to more intelligent UKIP members.

That Farage hasn’t a clue when it comes to leadership, man management, judgement or responsible behaviour will come as no surprise in his lack of loyalty to UKIP in the face of his self interest and his lack of loyalty to his own fellow MEPs and members.

It is however something of a racing certainty that Farage will be crowned once more as leader, as the activists have largely departed from the party and the backwoodsmen and women have little knowledge of the true plight of the party seeing only the Farage controlled propaganda he issues, using staff paid for from the UKIP budget.

Just as Pearson claims not to have had a clue what was happening within his business, Farage hasn’t a clue how to lead either.

Former boss of City firm PWS admits paying bribes for contracts

Julian Messent, former CEO of Lord Pearson‘s PWS insurance, pleaded guilty to funnelling payments of £1.2m to officials in Costa Rica

The former chief executive of a City firm founded and chaired by former Ukip leader Lord Pearson today admitted paying “very substantial bribes” to win contracts overseas.

The 50-year-old chief executive, Julian Messent, pleaded guilty to funnelling corrupt payments of £1.2m to three officials in Costa Rica, although he claimed other senior managers at the firm knew about the bribes.

Messent had run the PWS insurance firm from which Lord Pearson, who stepped down as Ukip leader in September, made his fortune.

Hodge Malek, QC for the Serious Fraud Office, told Southwark crown court in London that the “very substantial” bribes were paid in 41 instalments between 1999 and 2002.

The covert payments were routed through bank accounts in the names of the wives of two of the Costa Rican officials and through accounts in Panama and the US, and a travel agency in Florida.

David Perry, Messent’s QC, said he had not concealed the illicit payments from other PWS staff.
He added that the details were known to the heads of the finance department and the compliance unit, the internal watchdog responsible for monitoring the conduct of staff.

He said it was clear that “the corruption could not have been conducted by Messent alone”.
He also claimed that arrangements for the corrupt payments had been “inherited” by Messent when he became head of the firm’s Latin America department in 1996.

Messent was appointed the firm’s chief executive in 2003 and resigned three years later after investigations into the payments began.

Lord Pearson was chairman of the company when the corrupt payments were made. The peer was not suspected of any wrongdoing by the SFO. Last year, he told the Guardian that he knew “absolutely nothing about the alleged payments”.

Malek told Judge Geoffrey Rivlin that the exposure of the bribery was “one of the factors” in the firm going into administration in 2008. He said that the SFO had decided not to prosecute PWS because the firm, which has been sold, had a “substantial deficit” in its pension fund. The only penalty the firm would have faced was a fine, and the SFO decided that any fine would only have been paid out of the pensions of the staff.

He added that the SFO believed that Messent, of Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire, was the “directing” mind behind the corruption. He said the three Costa Rican officials “were in an ideal position” to select which firm would get the contracts.

Messent is due to be sentenced on Tuesday. It is the latest prosecution by the SFO, which is struggling to crack down on foreign bribery and rid Britain of its reputation for being lax over this kind of offence.

Margaret Thatcher made Pearson, an old Etonian, a peer in the 1980s. He and two others founded PWS when he was 22.

as ever UKIP have proved they are UTTERLY without Morality, Completely Without Integrity and bereft of Principles.

The fake leadership placement of Pearson was only marginally less farcicle than his ineptitude in the job keeping Farage‘s seat warm. Farage had no choice but to go along with it as it seems Stuart Wheeler had refused to put anything into UKIP’s General Election campaign if Farage was leader – we understand that having read this blog & Junius and dipped into the squabblings on Butcher‘s squalid little Forum he had come to the VERY convinced position that Farage was working for himself.

Butcher‘s Forum showed just how vile many of the parasites within UKIP were, with the taunting and lies of, smears and abuse of people like Douglas Denny, Mick McTrough, Independent UKIP, Croucher Skeptyk and others and just how many and accurate are the critics of UKIP.

Clearly the chicanery and corruption surrounding Farage & Bannerman is indisputable – whether directly by them or on their behalf by their corrupt ‘placements’.

The Leadership hustings have been a total farce with Farage/Bannerman placemen like the oleaginous oik Peter Reeve ‘orchestrating’ the hustings and selecting the questions and who shall ask them – it could be argued that UKIP has, if nothing else, learned from The EU how to more competently abrogate on their duties and befoul the concepts of democracy.

The purpose of the hustings is for the members to question and cross examine the candidates NOT for a paid handler to bring on his performing monkey and supply it with exactly the peanuts it best performs on!

You will note that serial liars have much to hide and as The Times and other papers have shown us both Nigel Farage and David Bannerman are both liars, cheats and self serving – surrounded by their own corrupt placement. Now they perform their stunts as performers with little ability between them as we can see from the fact that jointly they have enriched themselves in the two leading positions in UKIP for many years – without honour, without integrity and without competence.

As a result UKIP obtained under 30 elected seats out of about 19,000 in Britain and by election to Westminster after 17 years ABSOLUTELY NO ONE within so much as shouting distance and with 3.1% only of the electorate who trusts The Farage Party and with no personalities, no gravitas and no apparent competence just one performing monkey being endlessly and immaturely rude to people in between childish stunts – just what part of society was expected to vote for such ghastly people.

With not a single solitary training session let alone program of training just look at the caliber of their staff, their PPCs even ignoring the criminality of their MEPs.

Clearly there are efforts to rig even the leadership election to hang onto control of the CASH – like the monkey with its fist stuck in the cookie jar for fear of letting go of the biscuit!

Tim Congdon with clearly NOTHING to hide is only too happy to be willing to hold an open session to answer member’s Questions – I appreciate Gerard Batten has colluded in the corruption and abuse of members having NEVER spoken out and willingly endorsing the racism, anti Judaism, Xenophobic violence, pro EU policy, holocaust denial of his EFD group which it is expected will – when Farage is reinstated as leader of The MEPs on the 6th. even if he were NOT leader he is likely – TOTALLY against the wishes of the members of UKIP – to dump UKIP in favour of his Pan EU Political Party The EFD, which he chairs and which is ALREADY REGISTERED.

The only hope UKIP has is to wrest UKIP back from the corrupt and self serving scum that currently control it.

Even then it will be an uphill battle to re-establish UKIP as an entity of some probity that the more than 3.1% of the electorate are prepared to trust.

We want to give as many members as possible the opportunity to discuss our plans for the UK Independence Party and to outline the policies we want to develop for the party. Some people have difficulty attending the hustings. We are therefore very pleased to announced that all members of UKIP are invited to put live questions to us from 7 pm to 8 pm on Monday, 18th October, on 0203 0032 666.
