All too often a symptom of a weak and venal leadership seeking to obfuscate the truth leaving concerned members to invent their own interpretations!

May I suggest if YOU wish to confirm the veracity of any rumour or claim you may hear that you check with this blog.

Clearly it is not in our interest to publish anything but the truth as the aim is to:

yesterday afternoon I was mailed this by a contact who hoped I could pass it on to Junius:

I have been told by an ex-member who lives a long way away from me that ROBIN PAGE attended either the last NEC or a very recent one to put his case…….

Junius needs to ask questions of honest folk on this one.

My contact has always been honest, and is very hurt/damaged by the Farage + cabal.

The person has never ‘gilded the lilly’ , if information is wrong someone has cleverly duped this person.

Is there a gradual move to bring some back ? Does NF seek money / influence ?

Derek Clark will oppose this, he started the ‘shit list’ as Party Secretary and keeps his own records on this; working assisuously to maintain and grow it. He actually let slip (unusual for him; as he virtually always maintained a sulkly sort of grumbling growling silence ) at an EMCC around winter 05/06 in an unusual sort of wild eyed rant about his own role in setting it up/maintaining it himself.

Even innocent ordinary members who fell for the RKS charms ( mostly E.Mids) have never been allowed back as Clark saw to the purge/deniel of membership renewel. That included 2 significient donors to his 04 victory.

As is my won’t I felt I should check the facts before I passed it on as it might well just be malicious gossip or factually untrue.

I am glad that I did not pass it on as fact to one of the Junius team.

Though there may be a smattering of truth the main item is unmittigated bunkum.

I have bothered to flag this up as this level of tittle tattle can be damaging to individuals.

I have checked with Robin Page this evening and he has asked me to advise any genuine EUroRealists that there is absolutely no truth in the claims as related to him.

No approach has been made to him by any NEC member and he has NOT been asked to rejoin the party or attend an NEC meeting.

Robin is mystified as to the purpose of this mischievous claim.

He has further stated that as early stated in this blog he WAS approached by Malcolm Pearson whilst UKFirst Party was still functioning with a request to amalgamate or rejoin UKIP, Robin declined the overture – but then again Malcolm Pearson was also involved with talks with The Jury Party and other non events and even advocated that UKIP supporters should support his chums in The Tory Party rather than support UKIP.

Malcolm Pearson not only proved to be a treacherous weak and self serving liar but a political buffoon.

Robin Page has made it abundantly clear that he has no desire to be associated with the corruption in UKIP as manifest by individuals like David Bannerman, Nigel Farage, Stuart Agnew and others – perhaps there are some UKIP members who have still not read Robin Page’s many column inches in the media making his position abundantly clear.

You are at liberty to check the FACTS for yourself.

You will also note that Robin Page spoke recently at a small UKIP meeting, against his better judgement, for Martin Harvey as a personal favour and as a friend of both Martin and his sister, of long standing. To avoid embroillment in the ‘political’ angst of UKIP you will note Robin left immediately after he had spoken.

I trust this clarifies the facts and puts paid to what would seem to have been a mischievous and unchecked rumour, that I have quashed as we have no way of knowing how wide was the distribution!

Hi,

as it now seems the crass behaviour of UKIP in Chorley has spilled into the realms of the media as shown by this ‘e’Mail sent, as you can see, to LEP Newsdesk which I believe is the holding company of The Chorley Guardian and other local papers – it is clearly a matter in the public domain, hence the copy forwarded to me.

Unlike the pond life that like maggots on a corpse feed as parasites of the leadership of UKIP – The author is clearly prepared to put his name to the posting and unlike the scum that has gathered around UKIP’s leadership like Skeptyc, Independent UKIP, Gothmog (William Shaw), wonkitsame (Stuart Parr), Baron von Lotsov (sure ain’t brains or common sense!), Mick McGough and the rest of the filth he is clearly an individual of some probity and established integrity.

To answer a question asked by a commentator on the UKIP controlled Forum:

Its nothing to with racism-its whether or not a member can be sacked and sacked as a candidte on the basis of a phone call to Nigel Farage and that the party’s constitution and rules are not followed.
Various Labour Mps were accused of fraud etc but the Labour party followed its discipline procedures with due process,natiral justice,oppurtunity to rebut etc.

I understand from more than one contact aware of this matter that there was zero communication with Colin Danby of an official nature – the matter was merely leaked to the media in much the same way John Ison and his associates set out to lie and defame Nikki Sinclaire using material stolen from her office and abuse of trust.

Or for that matter the engineered lies that were leaked dishonestly to Guy Basnett at The News of The World wjhen he made such a fool of himself and found he was in breach of trust having foolishly believed lies put to him seemingly with the authority of UKIP leadership, that were subsequently unsustainable but proved of short term benefit to The EU as UKIP had blocked exposure of a number of significant EU abuses of tax payers’ money.

Many will remember the pack of lies from Annabelle Fuller that Nigel Farage endorsed that led to John Wittacker’s resignation as Chairman.

You will also note the desperate and dishonest attempts to defame me with lies and childish fabrications by self serving idiots sycophantic to UKIP leadership for their personal gain.

You will be aware that after many YEARS of blogging to date NOT A SINGLE BLOG I HAVE EVER WRITTEN has been shown to be consequentially inaccurate.

Little wonder the pond life of UKIP are so desperate to suppress the truth and so ashamed that they fail to put their name to their dishonest fabrications.

So in answer to the question of ex-member NO DUE PROCESS would seem to have been followed.

I understand no due process was ever followed when Farage’s chum Tom Wise was exposed having defrauded the tax payers Farage merely accepted a donation of some £5,000 of the stolen money to pay a debt and no disciplinary action of consequence was taken, as with Stuart Agnew who openly and clearly admitted on film to electoral fraud with Malcolm Pearson and to defrauding the tax payers with David Bannerman.

Similarly no disciplinary action was taken against the liar Derek Clark nor any action for his having publicly boasted of defrauding the tax payers.

May I remind readers of the various outright breeches of The Data Protection Act by UKIP leadership and the number of guilty verdicts obtained against UKIP in various Courts. You may recall when UKIP Chairman was described in open court by a presiding judge to be an unreliable and implausible witness.

Many will be aware of the source of the leaks from the leadership of UKIP that placed John Bufton before the cameras on the despatches programme defrauding the tax payers by signing in on a Friday early morning for work and promptly flying home having obtained his per diem allowances.

Clearly in terms of leadership and Governance in ANY capacity UKIP are sadly unfit for purpose.

It is clear that an outright and bigotted comment likening an African leader to a baboon when made by a member of that sordid and clearly racist Leadership team, when made in UKIP’s name representing the party and the constituents on the floor of The EUropean so called parliament not only goes undisciplined but is not even appologised for yet when a lesser soul in a private conversation makes, what I am told was a far less notable remark based more on Politically Correct speech than racism they are summarily dismissed.

One need only to note the utterly shameful behaviour and lies promulgated about and told to Nikki Sinclaire – that Godfrey Bloom was censured for his anti homosexual behaviour by the parliament is a matter of shame to decent UKIP supporters. That Malcolm Pearson was proven to be a liar hardly helps the party.

Clearly being so utterly bereft of morality or competent leadership, being a vipers nest of liars and low lifes perhaps you will agree that encouraging ANYONE to vote for these odious people is not just an act of folly but more rationally must, by anyone of any morality, be considered a matter of shame.

We even have fools trying to pretend that in some way I would seek to harm UKIP’s ONLY asset in a desperate effort to hide the truth by defaming me the filth feeding on the corpse of UKIP invent lies, fantasies and distortions.

Fortunately in 65 years NO ONE has EVER been able to show any instance where I have EVER dishonestly or dishonourably set out to damage or malign ANYONE.

Little wonder that UKIP’s low lifes and gutter trash are so ashamed they will not put their names to their lies.

Once again I challenge these filth to call a public meeting which I can attend and try to substantiate their l;ies to my face and to the public based on fact, in their own names – I have made this challenge frequently before yet knowing their claims to be lies they have scuttled away like cockroaches to attack in a cowardly manner unable to substantiate their lies.

UKIP is clearly unfit for purpose as the following ‘e’Mail to the media shows.

Just a short note to express my dismay as to how your good name and reputation have been sullied and defamed by the details in the article printed in last weeks

Chorley Guardian.

I find it totally without credibility that someone like Mark Hogan, a convicted criminal who deliberately broke the law concerning smoking in his Public House, the Swan with two Knecks , and who has

such defamation.

Having known you personally since I moved to Clayton Le Woods in 1977 and having had regular contact over the intervening years, there has not been one occasion whereby any comment

made by you on any matter has caused me to believe you have any prejudice towards any class, creed or religious belief and you have always instilled in me the firm belief that as a civilised

society, we must be tolerant of others beliefs, but that the evil extremism we now witness in the name of the Islamic religion being perpetrated against our race, our society and our beliefs

is directly at variance with our core beliefs in accordance with the human rights act and the european convention on human rights, which guarantees, freedom of association, speech and religious

beliefs, but does not grant terrorists the right to cause us harm.

You are and have always been to my mind a true Brit, who has served your country well in your military career and in civilian life done nothing but good works for the benefit of your fellow

human beings.

I have sought out the meaning of “Defamation” which is below and I personally believe that not only Mr Hogan has defamed your good name, but that in repeating the allegations made by him in the

Chorley Guardian, a vicarious liability for promulgating such slanders also lies with the Chorley Guardian. The effect of that article is certainly widespread as you have indicated it has been placed

on to the internet for all to see, thus causing your good name and reputation as a fair minded and tolerant individual to be demeaned in the eyes the public and left you open to ridicule, hatred

and contempt.

I would strongly urge you to take up this matter with the Chorley Guardian as they do carry some responsibility for what has occurred now in your life.

My solicitor is Stephen Evans at Birchall Blackburn in St Thomas’s Road, who may be able to assist you, possibly to claim damages if the impunity of your reputation is not revoked by the parties concerned

and a public apology promulgated in the associated media.

There is a another issue which you may wish to draw to the attention of the Police. The effect of Mr Hogans defamation may be causing you to be or to feel harassed and there is specific protection against

harassment under the provisions of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 which, if this matter has indeed been promulgated on to the internet and you are receiving messages of hate and criticism to make

you feel harassed, could result in a criminal prosecution under the act, you should consult the police on this and provide evidence of harassment if this is occuring.

Meaning of Defamation

There is no single comprehensive definition of what is defamatory. Various suggestions have been made before the courts, including any material which:

Is to a person’s discredit.

Tends to lower him or her in the estimation of others.

Causes him or her to be shunned or avoided.

Causes him or her to be exposed to hatred, ridicule or contempt.

For a statement to be defamatory the imputation must tend to lower the claimant in the estimation of right-thinking members of society generally. Even if the words damage a person in the eyes of a section of society or the community, they are not defamatory unless they amount to a disparagement of the reputation in the eyes of right-thinking people generally.

When Will They Stop Telling Lies?

just a quick RoundUp on a few items:

PILOT ERROR!

It does rather look as if this blog was right from the off – a Shakespearean Style Tradgedy – along the lines of ‘Much Ado About Nothing’ and clearly we were right when we first commented and said it was in our opinion a mental health issue that had got out of proportion!

The Jury having withdrawn on only the second day of the trial would indicate from all the evidence in the public domain that it is indeed much over egged.

That said, one must feel sorry for Justin Adams as his world quite literally crashed whilst his passenger was able to profit from the publicity and even saw himself as some sort of Mesiah having survived (in his shaving mirror!).

No one should expect Farage not to have been very scared by Justin Adams who was not someone he could control.

WALES:

Well it is a matter of record that after waiting some time to give UKIP a chance to get its act together and act honourably with regard to John Bufton’s health collapse finally after almost 2 months of vitual inactivity in Wales – where to be fair John Bufton had donated £900 from his Massively Expensive Pay and had £215,000 or so in staff allowances there was no one of stature, no one of note and no competent campaign mounted by his staff for the recent risible devolution – not even a mention on UKIP Wales’ web site!

It was almost back to the bad old days of Jim Carver when he was far too busy to do anything worthwhile for UKIP. One assumes the inadequate Regional Organiser of today is of much the same ilk – too busy plumbing the depths, attacking supporters and making a fool of himself in public!

Eventually it was unavoidable as someone had to mention John Bufton had taken a leave of absence due to a stroke that kept him off work for several months.

We then note the UKIP Wales Local Election launch which was laughable! Did Nigel mount the launch on the balcony of K.T. Rajan’s flat or in the field nearby?

The key players of any note in Wales were absent – as we noted at the time.

The week previous John Bufton had returned to work cashing in on his daily allowances in Brussels yet unable as The Welsh MEP and leader of UKIP in Wales he was unable to attend the launch.

Kevin Mahonney wasquick off the draw with his spin, that he was unwell and that there were only 5 people because of some other cock and bull rubbish – the sad little man is such a predictably unpleasant and gratuitously offensive little chap one knew instinctively he was, as so often before, failing to tell the truth.

It was only recently that my suspicions were confirmed that Kevin Mahonney was telling lies again with all the finesse we have come to expect of the odious little squirt.

For his information John Bufton was in Brussels this week I believe and the week before he was in Strasbourg. The reason John Bufton was not at the launch had nothing to do with his health we gather it was due to the fact that arbitrarily the party dictator Nigel Farage has changed UKIP policy to suit his ambitions.

We have always known John Bufton to be duplicitous and not someone I personally would trust nor do I have any respect for the man but I do know he is opposed to membership of The EU and totally opposed to the concept of Regional Devolution.

Unlike Nigel Farage John Bufton actually believes that the National Ass. should be dismantled and unlike Nigel Farage John Bufton has both local Government experience and experience in and of Wales.

It would seem that John Bufton did not attend the launch as he did not agree with Nigel Farage’s new policy of apeasement and the policy of The EFD to seek to reform The EU whilst campaigning for its continuance and working to support The EU by promoting Pan EU Political Parties. One MUST respect John Bufton for not prostituting UKIP to suit his income however he may prostitute himself.

Presumably the split, which is fundamental, will be hidden by the absence of John Bufton for much of the campaign however one would expect him to act ethically after the election and regardless of the outcome disassociate himself from the unpleasant concept of being in a pro EU Pan EU Political Party as with The EFD Group – setting aside the racism, xenophobia, anti homosexual and anti Jewish stance of Farage’s choice of Groups.

Let us hope his stroke has not undermined both his confidence and his ‘spine’.

QUESTIONABLE LOTTERIES:

We note the New Lottery to raise funds for the party which it seems is being funded by Alan Bowne with:

a first prize of £1,000,

second prize a wet weekend in Cornwall (well a cottage in Cornwall)

third prize Flying Lessons (all be it in a glider one has the scarey feeling this will be more Oxford Crown Court than Thomas Crown Affair with Ms. Faye Dunaway!)

ps. In view of the claims of Justin Adams’ in Court this week it makes both Prize THREE and Gerard Batten’s comment about Farage all the more apposite!

One is minded of the joke of First prize is a weekend with ….., Second prize is 2 weeks with …….. .

01. Absolutely no action wouyld seem to have been taken to censure the bufoon Godfrey Bloom who is clearly determined to drag the name of UKIP into the gutter he inhabits – whether getting banned from Hotels for urinating in the plant pots when drunk, copulating with prostitutes on the bonnet of a car on a public highway, being arrested for seeking to default on his debts in a bordello and then claiming diplomatic imunity as a representative of UKIP and Britain in Brusells or merely refering to the African leader of an African Country as a Baboon.

Yet:

02. Without any sign of a disciplinary hearing and without ANY suspension or inquiry Nigel Farage suspends a loyal UKIP member and local government candidate on the say so of ONE highly dubious member.

Considering the many £Millions being given to UKIP MEPs and the amount spent on staff and also PR & Press – how come they arer so very low profile in the media with such incredibly infrequent press coverage of any substance or gravitas.

Little wonder that with Farage in Court and dependent on Stuart Agnew, Mick McGough as the briefed mouth pieces the NEC had absolutely no idea how to deal with Mike Nattrass on Monday.

They have dug a very deep legal hole for themselves and it is increasingly clear that little Crowther lacks any idea what to do and beligerance from lame brains and blagards like the thief Stuart Agnew and the low life excrecence McGough the partty is more likely to make the position worse than better as clearly Derek Clar is out of the play as he can’t hear most of what is going on!

How can UKIP welcome back Sinclaire after their attrocious behaviour and having been found guilty in Court already – yet dare they dump Nattrass as that would mean they would have to remove Trevor Colman from the party also!

So it is to be a discrimination case is it? Where Sinclaire can prove she negotiated and agreed her withdrawal from the odious EFD Group with the leader Malcolm Pearson only for him to renege on his word and put his lies in written form! Whilst Nattrass and Colman merely left the racist, xenophobic, anti Jewish EFD Group Farage chairs!

Hi,

something of a non story – it can hardly be news that a UKIP spokesman makes a fool of himself!

In a week when various candidates make an issue of being in UKIP – without any apparent interest in the party but seemingly for their own gain with one losing his candidacy over a fire arms technical offense (NOT involving any third party or crime as such) and another is dumped for his racist behaviour one has to ask why this clown Phillip Collins has embroilled UKIP in his personal issues over law and order.

However we do note that despite disciplinary moves mbeing made in a purely arbitary and dictatorial manner with a complete disregard for any sense of democracy or attention to even UKIP’s own rules – silly me I forgot UKIP CEO sent out a letter clearly stating UKIP hasn’t got a Rule Book but arbitrarily invents rules on the hoof according to no written guiding principles – I guess thatm is authorisation in an extremist group like The EFD and thus UKIP for the leader to have one rule for them and another for them!

This may explain why Godfrey Bloom’s comment about an African Leader being a ‘Baboon’ goes uncensured – whilst two MEPs Stuart Agnew and Derek Clark attend UKIP’s leading committee whilst under investigation by OLAF for fraud and Stuart Wheeler so clearly does not trust the UKIP MEPs that he has made it a condition of his donating to UKIP to ONLY contribute £10K per MEP and then only as matched funding!

So very UKIP/EU I wonder if Stuart Wheeler has actually woken up and is having his ‘CRISIS of FAITH’ as per his feelings towards The Tories when he gave them £5M – I wonder if Stuart Wheeler will be making his donation of up to £10K when a UKIP MEP invests in his own self interest to try to get himself elected or will it be only on donations to UKIP central funds. It could be a cheap round for Stuart Wheeler!

Sorry to see Jill Seymore was not at the NEC yesterday but in fairness what better day to book dental surgery. Dealing with the clowns and low lifes on The NEC would have a very clear similarity to the enthusiasm anyone would have for root canal treatment which of course would have some long term benefit, unlike association with the pond life in UKIP’s leadership team and the parasites feeding off the party.

Bristol man gets parking ticket – after calling police to complain about bad parking

Refusing to pay: Philip Collins holds his non-payment of fine papers

A WOULD-be city councillor had a parking ticket slapped on his car – by a policeman he called to complain about a badly- parked van.

Philip Collins, the chairman of UKIP Bristol, now says he would rather go to prison than pay the fine.

He received the ticket on October 17 last year after he arranged to meet a police officer at a dangerous junction in Brislington.

Mr Collins said he had called police for around 18 months about a van parking on the narrow path at the junction of Water Lane, Homemead Drive and Hulse Road.

But he says when he “eventually” got a police officer to meet him at the scene he was penalised for parking his silver BMW opposite the junction and causing an obstruction.

In frustration, the 47-year-old tore the ticket up and to add insult to injury was issued with a further ticket for littering.

But Mr Collins, of Homemead Drive, who last Thursday was given two months to pay up by Bristol magistrates or face “serious action” says he would rather go to jail than pay the £45 penalty.

“I am not anti-police. I am very much for the police and think they do a brilliant job most of the time but on this occasion they have got it wrong,” Mr Collins, who cares for his 82-year-old mother, told the Evening Post.

“Parking where it does, the Transit van turns the junction into a blind bend and makes it very dangerous for schoolchildren and shoppers who use it regularly.

“My aim is not to be difficult but to care for my community as best I can and I am concerned about the safety of members of the community including schoolchildren and the elderly.”

Mr Collins, who is running as a candidate for UKIP for Brislington West, added: “I have been complaining to the police over about 18 months and must have rung them on 50 occasions.

“When I have spoken to an officer he told me firstly that having the van parked as it was slowed traffic down and secondly that it was only illegal at night. I looked at the Highway Code and as far as I can tell both of these are nonsense.

“A police officer came to see me about it and said I would meet him up there.

“When I arrived I parked opposite the van and he tapped on my window and we spoke about it. I pointed out what I had been told before was incorrect.

“I then asked him what he was going to do about it and at that stage he wrote a ticket and slapped it on my windscreen and said he wasn’t worried about the van.

“I was not swearing or abusive but I admit being upset because I have rung the police numerous times.

“After he had done it I asked him what on earth did he think he was doing and ripped the ticket up – I admit that.

“He got right in my face – invading my personal space – and I put my hands on his shoulders and told him I wasn’t pushing him but was moving him back.

“As I did so the pieces of ticket fell to the ground. Later I was given a ticket for littering.

“I will not pay the £45 fine, I would rather put mum into care and go to prison for a couple of days.

“I was trying to look after my community and am not in the wrong – it is totally crazy.”

A spokeswoman for Avon and Somerset police said Mr Collins made a complaint regarding the ticket which was investigated by the Professional Standards Department and was not upheld.

She said a subsequent complaint from Mr Collins meant they could not comment further on any pending matters

It is glibly claimed by some of the less intelligent UKIP NEC & Leadership, particularly their more sycophantic and self serving parasites, without any apparent sourcing or reference in support of their claims.

Surely after some 60 years of EU scams and shennanigens they would reasonably expect to engage their brains before putting their mouths in gear and potentially making fools of themselves yet again – they claim that:

‘money granted through participation in Pan EU Political Parties can be used to fight a referendum in the UK (IF WE GET ONE)’

Clearly lacking any vestige of intellect or political nouse it would seem UKIP’s only ability is to cover-up their ineptitude with ill manners and lies, such that it is almost impossible and definitely unwise, to believe a word they say, having so consistently been proven either dishonest or just plain wrong!

Has anyone bothered to check if this is true? (the comment by Mick McGough quoted above!)

It’s been generally accepted by not only UKIP spokespeople and EUobserver, but also the Daily Mail and Express, that a rule change now allows Europarties to use their funding to campaign in a referendum on UK membership, even though there appears to be no evidence for this other than Nigel Farage’s word.

As Farage is very keen indeed for members to agree to letting him take UKIP into a Europarty, it would be wise to verify his claims by getting the facts direct from the EP’s Constitutional Affairs Committee (AFCO) and the British Electoral Commission.

The trouble is, we are all very ready to believe claims about the ‘evil’ EU that play to our own prejudices. If those claims are based only on personal interpretation of possibly ambiguous statements translated from another language, it’s very easy to be mistaken. Nigel Farage has made one interpretation of the debate at a recent AFCO meeting; I have made another. As the implications for UKIP’s decision on joining a Europarty are so serious, I urge someone (Trevor Colman? Tim Congdon?) to establish the truth.

At the AFCO meeting on 14 March rapporteur Marietta Giannakou presented her draft report reviewing the regulations governing Europarties and recommending some changes, including one that would allow these parties to use their funds in referendum campaigns on directly linked EU issues. Current funding rules forbid Europarty participation in any referendum campaigns at all.

The draft report is at http://www.europarl.europa.eu/meetdo…5/840655en.pdf and the only references to referendums are at points 16 and 30, and in the third paragraph from the end of section II of the explanatory statement. The contentious wording is at point 30 where, having noted that Europarties can already use their funds to campaign in EP elections, it says:

“they are prohibited from using these sums for financing ‘referenda campaigns’; considers that the reason for this is probably a concern that European parties and foundations could interfere in the domestic affairs of Member States; believes, however that, if European political parties are to play a political role at EU level, they should have the right to participate in such campaigns as long as the subject of the referendum has a direct link with issues concerning the European Union”

Amendment 95, put down by Andrew Duff, removed from the draft report the words: “considers that the reason for this is probably a concern that European parties and foundations could interfere in the domestic affairs of Member States”.

Nigel Farage interprets this as allowing Europarties to spend their funding on a national referendum in the UK, a view that was expanded on by Gawain Towler in his blog England Expects on 15 March, reported by EUobserver on 17 March as posted at CLICK HERE, and by the Daily Mail on 19 March (Now MEPs can use UK taxpayers’ cash for propaganda to keep Britain in the EU) and Express on 21 March (Plot to ‘rig’ your EU vote). The similarity between the Mail and Express articles, using several near identical phrases, suggests that both articles may have sprung from the same press release; Stuart Agnew told the Mail that his group in the EP would use its funding to campaign for withdrawal, because “Why should taxpayers’ money just go to fund the “Yes” side?”; now Mick McGough says “this money can be used to fight a referendum in the UK”.

How true is all this? Well, Nigel Farage didn’t even wait for AFCO to vote on the report before rushing out his version and using it to give UKIP a shove towards joining a Europarty. At 6:03am on 15 March he was tweeting away:
“Decision by EP to allow pan euro parties to get involved in national referendums means UKIP must join or money will go to pro EU side”,
followed at 07:13 on Facebook by:
“MEPs in Committee have approved decisions to allow pan european political parties to become involved in national referendums on EU issues. This means that unless UKIP join one the money which we could spend getting our message across will be given to the other side”.

The first untruth is that the “EP” or “MEPs in Committee” had taken a decision. They hadn’t. AFCO had debated the report the day before, but didn’t vote on it until the 10am session on 15 March, some four hours after Farage’s twitter and Facebook posts. The rest of the EP didn’t get to vote on it until the plenary session on 6 April. Even now, there has been no rule change, because the resolution adopted on 6 April was non-legislative. The report is only a request to the Commission to propose a draft statute, which will then have to go all through the EP procedures again for consideration and amendment before becoming law. In the meantime, Europarties are still prohibited from involvement in referendums.

The second untruth is that the report calls for Europarties to become involved in “national” referendums. It doesn’t. It doesn’t even mention national referendums. It talks about Europarties’ role “at EU level”, so it would seem logical and not unreasonable that pan-EU parties would want to become involved in pan-EU referendums. Giannakou herself, when interviewed recently said: “EU parties would be allowed to take part only in those referenda campaigns directly connected to European issues, for example on a change of treaty”.

We also know from Sharon Ellul Bonici’s e-mail last October CLICK HERE that the European Alliance for Freedom (the Europarty UKIP would be joining) is planning to call for a referendum under the new Citizens’ Initiative: “one of the first campains we can engage ourselves in is to generate 1 million signatures to be able to instigate a pan wide European referendum on Turkey. The idea is to use the million signature clause according to the Lisbon Treaty”.

As the law stands at present, they could use their funds to petition for a referendum, but not to campaign in the referendum itself. It’s hardly surprising that MEPs want this situation changed.

Viewed like this, that the report has nothing to do with purely national referendums and only seeks involvement in pan-European ones, Duff’s amendment 95 would have been aimed simply at removing unwarranted fears over EU intervention rather than, as Gawain Towler suggests, brushing aside EU recognition that it shouldn’t interfere in domestic affairs.

A third untruth, at least under current British electoral law, is that Europarty funds can be used in a UK referendum campaign. Gawain Towler touches on this: “money donated to the Lib Dem Euro political party, by someone living in France, could be used to fund a pro-European referendum campaign in the UK by washing it through the European Political Party. In direct contravension of British electoral law, but so be it”.

He is right, of course, but the same would apply if the donor living in another EU country had given money to UKIP’s Europarty. Before UKIP members get pushed too far down the Europarty road, advice should be sought from the Electoral Commission on the implications of a possible change in EU law. Europarties, which by their nature accept donations from non UK residents, would presumably have to register as political parties here in order to become permitted participants in UK referendums. What would be ElCom’s view on this?

Finally, even if such electoral hurdles were cleared it is by no means certain that Farage, Agnew, McGough, etc. are right in saying that UKIP could use Europarty money to fight for withdrawal in a UK referendum.

It cannot be emphasized too strongly that no EU funds would be available to UKIP itself. The money would go to the Europarty, to campaign in the referendum (if that was allowed) on whatever stance the Europarty took on EU withdrawal. Since other Europarty members are in favour of EU membership, and since they would be aware that winning a UK referendum would mean the loss of UKIP from the EP, quite possibly resulting in their Europarty’s collapse, how can we be so sure they wouldn’t want to campaign for the ‘stay in’ side?

Turkeys voting for their own demise at Christmas is one thing. Agreeing to fund the slaughterhouse is something else!

Questions for Gerard Batten EFD MEP

Gerard Batten is due to attend an open UKIP meeting this Saturday in Hertfordshire. We trust that Gerard will be asked why he is still prepared to sit in the extremist, racist, anti Jewish & pro EU membership EFD Group when Mike Nattrass MEP, Nikki Sinclaire MEP and Trevor Colman MEP are not.

We would also be interested in his opinions as to why no action has been taken by UKIP’s NEC after The Sunday Times obtained incriminating statements that UKIP MEPs Agnew and Bannerman – the region’s UKIP MEPs – were /fraudulently obtaining tax payers’ money and illegally paying the UKIP Regional Organiser Peter Reeve out of their EU allowances.

Surely, their action has brought the party into disrepute as the story was featured in several newspapers and is clearly true as Agnew was caught on camera boasting of it!. See: CLICK HERE

That both Stuart AGNEW & David BANNERMAN are under investigation for Fraud with prima Facie Evidence should surely cause UKIP pause for thought and that they lacked the integrity, just as with Derek CLARK MEP, speaks volumes of the dross that are UKIP’s Leadership and its parasites.

Hi,

I wasn’t going to bother with a follow up as I only expected about 30 people to attend but with Robin Page attending as the most notable speaker this dragged the numbers up a little and I gather about 40 are claimed to have attended.

As one attendee told me ‘It looked like a normal UKIP meeting, an undynamic audience of almost exclusively elderly folk the men, on this hot day, in jackets and ties with their overly patched silver haired ladies teased out in rows’!

It was good of Robin to try to bolster Martin Harvey’s meeting but he studiously stayed away from telling the truth about UKIP before shooting off to enjoy the weather leaving the audience somewhat bemused by his avoidance of the facts regarding UKIP – to leave Martin Harvey with his delusions that change can be effected in UKIP.

A measure of just how on the pulse of the Party Martin Harvey manages to keep was his utterly ridiculous outburst and abuse of Christopher Hudson for having left UKIP to join The Tories!

Where has poor old Martin been sleeping?
Christopher Hudson left UKIP when his membership came due for renewal two years ago. That he had never been prepared to stand against Tories during his service to UKIP or subsequently when he was Organiser for Ganley’s Pan EU Libertas Party!!

Bye the Bye – how come Martin Harvey didn’t notice Christopher was opposing UKIP having seen the light way back then!

Once Robin Page had spoken and left the meeting rather slid down hill and became yet more pointless as with the best will in the world – other than for his economic OPINIONS – who would cross the road to listen to the ‘dynamism’ of Tim Congdon or even more tedious Gerard Batten!

One has to feel sorry for the UKIP members with the clowns they have in their leadership team and its parasites. Liars, cheats, nebishes and low lifes almost without exception!

Having read Stuart Wheeler’s book ‘A Crisis of Faith’ – I have a feeling he is heading for another! Little wonder that the UKIP controlled Forum Anthony Butcher owns has removed the posting to prevent the inconvenient truth that UKIP MEPs do NOT donate their money except to enhance their own PERSONAL profiles to seek renewed election!

Wake up folks – YOU are being conned by a bunch of two bit chavs.
There would seem to be absolutely no record of a donation by a UKIP MEP that was not out of PERSONAL interest to BUY gain!

Compare the records of ALL The UKIP MEPs with that of the INDEPENDENT MEP Nikki SINCLAIRE whose accounts are published showing the size and diversity of her donations from personal income – Note also that Sinclaire is personally funding the Nationwide Petition for an In/Out Referendum.

I wonder will Stuart Wheeler have the intelligence to realise he is being duped and the courage to admit it and walk away – I doubt it based on his track record, this man made his money as a professional gambler and chucked £5M at the Tories without ANY rational controls and then went on to loose over half of his fortune when called on to use his business acumen!!

– Mr President, this legislation will allow the EU to throw money at referendum campaigns to ensure that it purchases the right result first time, for a change!

The UK will in future be holding a referendum each time the EU proposes to remove power from its electorate. The EU is frightened out of its wits that we may give a series of wrong answers. So it intends to remove money from UK taxpayers to indoctrinate them into its version of the path of true righteousness.

Fronting the legislation is Andrew Duff, a liberal democrat MEP from my own region. Support in the UK for his party has collapsed recently – a party of course desperate for EU institutions to govern the UK. Never has the EU’s gerrymandering been so clearly displayed alongside its contempt for UK voters. It is sowing the seeds of its own destruction, because the legislation will allow us to fund the referendum campaign that many in my country have for a very long time been waiting for – the one that gives us the opportunity to remove ourselves entirely from its control.

What UKIP MEPs seem not to understand (well one fact clearly of many) as shown by their clearly out of his depth spokesman Stuart Agnew, is that if they are foolish enough to join a PEPP not one Iota nor EUro will accrue to UKIP.

UKIP seem to be trying to dupe their more gullible members into the belief that if they vote for PEPPs and join one they will have extra money to promote their claimed withdrawalist agenda.

One wonders if UKIP MEPs are so stupid that they believe this or are they so dishonest that they are deliberately telling lie and employing their muppets and parasites to lie to the members also.

It will not be long before the members receive a rude awakening!

The new centralised funding whether it is like the extra funding that is currently obtained seemingly used to bribe others to join the group to keep the numbers up or if it is like the formerly titled 4000 Account now abbreviated to being the 400 account (keep changing the names! It help obfuscate the scams!) seemingly unaccounted and falling under the control of the group leader even possibly used as bribes and even possibly trousered!

The funding for PEPPs would just fall under the control of the group, be that the extremist pro EU membership EFD Group or some new group such as that which the racist and generally irresponsible buffoon Godfrey Bloom and others have joined CLICK HERE.

The new money thus extorted from the tax payers might seem a bonanza but firstly it is only available on compliance with the aims and ambitions of The EU but also its disbursement would be a matter of group voting and as at the moment UKIP would find that its diminished authority would once again leave them as the junior partner – out voted in The EFD which is by a large majority a pro EU reformist body and not in favour of withdrawal as are several of the UKIP members of The EFD – no doubt with a view to their future self enrichment!

Thus, whatever The Group decided, UKIP would only be able to enact the Group policy within these United Kingdoms.

Thus although the original rules CLICK HERE may predicate against domestic use of the new funding the rule changes covered on this blog back in March CLICK HERE will make little or no difference to the domestic funding of National referendums that could be construed as positive.

In their stunning ignorance or more likely utter duplicity, UKIP aspirants to yet more money claim that the new rules permit them to fund opposition to membership in UK Referendums – a particularly disingenuous claim as what it conveniently overlooks is that FIRSTLY UKIP would merely be the representative of a Group and would legally be bound by Group Policy – Secondly The Group’s funding will be determined by The Group’s performance in ‘PROMOTING’ the views, values and aspirations of The EU!

The very stupid or singularly dishonest leadership of UKIP and its parasites will do much to get their hands on more money but their argument that it would be other than for themselves is unconvincing!

Let us consider for a moment that their foolish claims were just stupid – Yes UKIP by virtue of their group might have more money and by flouting the rules and risking the money for EVERY member of The Group they were legitimately permitted to campaign in the interest of their members ( a rare occurance these days!).

The down side risk of their tactic with a mere 30 or so members in their Group and with maybe 10 or less UKIP members – so UKIP could fund from their cut of Group funds activities in these United Kingdoms in a referendum – Wat of the other 700+ fully funded MEPs, they of course immediately become eligible to fund EU policy and EU interests in such a referendum!

I note the sound words of Barbara BOOKER on the subject:

An inkling of the near impossibility for UKIP of drawing up a political programme with Europarty colleagues whose aim is to stay in the EU and improve how it works and develops and is perceived, can be gained from studying the way the EFD voted following Tuesday’s Europarties debate. UKIP’s MEPs and three others voted against the resolution. With one exception the Italian MEPs abstained, as did one of the Lithuanians. One Italian, the two Greeks, the Slovakian and another Lithuanian all voted in favour of the resolution.

The significant thing about this is that four of those who either voted in favour or abstained (Imbrasas, Paska, Provera and Paksas) were named in Sharon Ellul Bonici’s e-mail last October as being already confirmed/about to confirm their membership of the Europarty that Godfrey Bloom has already joined, and presumably the one that Nigel Farage wants the rest of UKIP also to join.

These group colleagues who act against what UKIP MEPs see as being in the UK’s interest, are among the very people for whom UKIP principles will be compromised or abandoned in the cause of agreeing a joint programme for the promotion of an improved EU.

Clearly prostituting what few principles UKIP has managed to hang onto, though for the life of me I’m not sure what they are would seem a very poor exchange for the 30 pieces of silver they hope to trouser!

Let us also not forget that Sharon Ellul Bonici stood as a Marxist in her home constituency in Malta! Is there nothing nor any gutter UKIP leadership will befoul themselves with for money?

Hi,

no one said Mike Nattrass was anything but slow off the mark – you will note how long it took him to act ethically and quit the vile Pan EU Political EFD Group!

So he took a few days to twig that it was All Fools Day!

At least he showed he is not as dishonest a fool as Gerard Batten MEP, David Bannerman MEP, Stuart Agnew MEP and John Bufton MEP who are still happy to support and lend credibility to the racist, extremists of The EFD Group and their odious anti Judaism and violent anti homosexuality – though to be fair David Bannerman has been all but pestering The Tories for a job ANY job!

Perhaps he could join in the fun with Stephen Sobey and Athena-PR who are promoting the Tory attempt to respond to wee Millipied’s Protest Group with March against Debt!!! They seem to have become a Tax Payers Appliance!

In passing it was quite funny watching Stuart Agnew’s little temper tantrum in The EU mock parliament during The PEPP Debate last night! Poor sould when challenged on ethics completely lost it and started ranting about money and the devil like some barmy evangelist – he never did manage to address the ethics of helping The EU – Nikki Sinclaire in her one minute speech was so much more convincing as she lambasted The EU on behalf of her financially strapped West Midlands constituents her speech and intervention were on a par with van Orden’s opposition to PEPPs and their funding.

Howvere Dan Hannan put on one of his bravura performances in defence of Britain and the tax payers – it is such a pitty The Tory Party leadership are so out of step with the electorate.

I have a feeling that not only had Mike Nattrass forgotten the First of April but it seems he and Trevor Colman had forgotten the 5th. as well and toddled off to the flesh pots of Strasbourg leaving Diane Dodds and Nikki Sinclaire to do the work they are paid for as there was no sign of them in the chamber or on the record speeking in defence of Britain and against PEPP.

Let us hope that ‘Lobbydog’ didn’t take their little jape at Mike Nattrass’ expense too seriously as clearly he didn’t as he merely toddled off for dinner!

UKIP MEP fooled…

A UKIP MEP sent over an excited press release to one of my desks this morning detailing how those damned bureaucrats in Brussels were fiddling around in our lives again.

Incensed Mike Nattrass, West Midlands MEP, copied and pasted an article from the “Classic Cars for Sale” website into his email which told how “EU Directive 2011/35/T” was going to destroy people’s ability to own and drive classic cars.

The article said the directive would mean anyone wishing to keep a car over 20 years old would have to register it as “off road” permanently and would then need to apply for a special license to drive to classic car events.

This licence would need to be applied for three months before attending any event and a maximum of 5 licenses will be granted per year – how dare they!

But while Nattrass noticed all of this, he failed to notice that the article had been posted on April 1 – the day on which fools get taken in.

If that was not enough of a clue there were several other posts on other car websites pointing out exactly what the story was, including one featuring a big laughing cat and the caption “April Fools Day bwahahaha!”

Last year Nattrass wrote a letter to UKIP members criticising his party’s leader Nigel Farage as a “control freak” who tried to steal all the party’s publicity. If this is the start of his attempt to get some back I suggest he gives up now.

In passing it was pleasant to see that Derek Clark had shuffled into the chamber for the fisheries debate – his wee speech in the fisheries debate would have had a great deal of merit had his position not been so hopelessly undermined by his membership of the extremist racist EFD Group and clearly no one listened and in fact it was apparent even he could not hear what was going on!

That Derek Clark is under investigation by OLAF and a fraud and a liar without a shred of integrity ever willing to abuse his position and having destroyed The East Midlands for UKIP almost single handed with his puppets – does little to make it worth anyones while to have him in The EU but clearly he does less damage there having managed to lose over 90% of the members in his region on his infrequent appearances!

Much was made recently of who had introduced and set up Nigel Farage to meet with The Express as The Paper is controlled and I believe owned by a relation of one party and Chris Hudson was the other introducer – such losses are hard to sustain.

Chris Hudson was held in high regard amongst The Tory Party with a regular radio show mostly interviewing Politicians and individuals of substance, well connected in media terms and with long term competence in Politics Jeffrey Titford was all too keen to embrace Christopher Hudson as both an adviser and as his spokesman in public on many occasions.

It was way back when I had written to every member of UKIP twice to gain Jeffrey Titford a narrow majority as leader as the only viable, if very pedestrian and self important, a pair of hands to steer UKIP on a steady course after the colourful if utterly incompetent period under the hand of Michael Holmes.

It worked out ‘QUITE’ well and stabilised the party adequately for Roger Knapman to try to take the party forward – he was far from the sharpest knife in the box and tended to think that keeping the lid on everything was the art of leadership but unfortunately a fair amount of poisin had already crept into UKIP with the likes of liars like Mark Croucher, the utterly indollent and self serving Jim Carver, Mr. thick as brick David Lott, the bumbling bufoon Graham Booth and the liar, cheat and theif (he even boasted of his fraufd in public) Derek Clark and the odious thief and low life Tom Wise – need I go on!

Well in disgust Christopher Hudson with his inside knowledge of UKIP and his wide political experience did not renew his UKIP membership in 2009.

This is a man who is just about to launch a radio station, has been a broadcaster in the past, worked for The British Government for a period in India and in the MEP selection process where David Bannerman, Christopher Gill, Peter Reeve, Mick McGough and others set out to cheat and fix the election see CLICK HERE

Early in the process Christopher Hudson had received over 400 written Pledges in an election which David Bannerman went on to win with less votes! As I recall.

You may remember that it was a part of that election where UKIP’s name was dragged in the mud by the dishonesty, corruption and lies of Annabelle Fuller and her utterly amoral conduct – a style for which she has a clear and undeniable track record of despite the obsessive and imature infatuation of Nigel Farage who has proved he will lie not only to The Party but to The NEC and the media to protect her.

It is sad that UKIP has chosen to live in the gutter but its leadership has shown that it is all too willing to prostitute the Party and if need be sell out the members for personal gain.

Interestingly Now that he has had the common sense to disassociate himself from the filth in UKIP, particularly in his region Christopher Hudson has been appointed Deputy Chairman of Central Suffolk Branches for The Tories and selected as their District Council Candidate for Suffolk Coastal.

Perhaps John West will take the opportunity to interview him on one of his lively 3 hour Radio Programmes, they might care to discuss filth like Mick McGough and Andrew Smith and how their lies have done such harm to UKIP!

UKIP’s Marta ANDREASEN MEP & David BANNERMAN MEP Are Exposed By A Few FACTS Regarding Their PERSONAL Ambitions!!

I gather from Geoffrey van Orden that David Bannerman is still trying to jump ship to The Tories but initially demanded a clear run as an MEP at the next election – The reply was NO.

Then DB offered to join them if he was given a safe MP seat – Still NO.

Get the message David they were glad to see you leave the first time – there is NO Job for someone who has even pretended to be anti EU to get a job in Cameron’s pro EU Party.

Politicians have a strong sense of self preservation and no one trusts this liar – it became clear he was dishonest with his lies about his relationship to a desk!

Then he lied to support a corrupt selection process.

Then the Sunday Times exposed him with Stuart Agnew fiddling their expenses.

We are informed that David Bannerman offered enough info. to destroy UKIP & Farage to be selected by The Tories. This did nothing to help his ambitions it seems, it just showed him for a liar and untrustworthy.

Marta Andreasen MEP seems to be having much the same problems but at least, from Cameron’s point of view she has not campaigned to leave The EU but merely to change The EU, which is more acceptable to The Tories.

Marta Andreasen however has the same problem with trust and reliability which will in fact preclude The Tories from taking her in as it is well known that she is a liar, a fraud and untrustworthy as shown by her employment record and also The Courts!

You may recall how Tim Sebastian rather surprised Marta Andreasen with his research and his challenge of how she had been suspended from her job at The OECD and lost her case against them proved just how Hard ‘Hard Talk’ could be!

This led to the allegations involving racism and also that she had obtained her job with The EU working for Neil Kinnock fraudulently (just as she became an MEP fraudulently by telling lies!).

It is VERY unlikely that The Tories will change their minds having rejected her advances in the past – In real terms lets face it UKIP MEPs have absolutely nothing in terms of credibility, ability or reputation that any Party would welcome; except perhaps The BNP to swell their ranks and of course the faintly idiotic English Dummycrats to TRY to raise their profile.

One wonders with these machinations for how long Jerzy Buzek, as President of The EU mock Parliament, will permit this farce to continue with numbers falling in the vile and extremist Pan EU Political EFD Group with its racist and xenophobic behaviour and anti Jewish and anti homosexual antics – the numbers are laid out and The EFD is falling in size despite its very clearly stated pro EU agenda – surely Buzek must call the failing group to account as letters of resignation or at least very clearly documented material crosses his desk as with the resignation of Nikki Sinclaire MEP, Mike Nattrass MEP & Anna Rosbach MEP.

There are at least 4 others teatering on the brink of acting with integrity and disassociating themselves which would lead to the collapse of this vile pro EU group, one would hope.
