Dear Lord Monckton
My predecessor, Sir Michael Pownall, wrote to you on 21 July 2010, and again on 30 July 2010, asking that you cease claiming to be a Member of the House of Lords, either directly or by implication. It has been drawn to my attention that you continue to make such claims.
In particular, I have listened to your recent interview with Mr Adam Spencer on Australian radio.
In response to the direct question, whether or not you were a Member of the House of Lords, you said “Yes, but without the right to sit or vote”. You later repeated, “I am a Member of the House”.
I must repeat my predecessor’s statement that you are not and have never been a Member of the House of Lords. Your assertion that you are a Member, but without the right to sit or vote, is a contradiction in terms. No-one denies that you are, by virtue of your letters Patent, a Peer. That is an entirely separate issue to membership of the House. This is borne out by the recent judgment in Baron Mereworth v Ministry of Justice (Crown Office) where Mr Justice Lewison stated:
“In my judgment, the reference [in the House of Lords Act 1999] to ‘a member of the House of Lords‘ is simply a reference to the right to sit and vote in that House … In a nutshell, membership of the House of Lords means the right to sit and vote in that House. It does not mean entitlement to the dignity of a peerage.”
I must therefore again ask that you desist from claiming to be a Member of the House of Lords, either directly or by implication, and also that you desist from claiming to be a Member “without the right to sit or vote”.
I am publishing this letter on the parliamentary website so that anybody who wishes to check whether you are a Member of the House of Lords can view this official confirmation that you are not.
David Beamish
Clerk of the Parliaments

Win, Draw or Lose The Members Will Again Be The Losers!
Just as UKIP’s failure to honour the British Courts and their verdict to pay me the £12.1/2K has done nothing but show them for the dishonest, corrupt incompetents that they are!
.
so yet again UKIP will be in Court squandering members’ money or has some gullible fool put up the £30 – £40 – £50,000 it will take to yet again learn their lesson!
Time and again UKIP finds itself in Court and rarely it seems do they win – each time costing members money and almost without fail garnering bad publicity.
Many will have heard how UKIP set out to harass me and not only did they lose their case but they have failed to honour their debt resultant which runs to something over £12.1/2K – UKIP lack even the integrity to settle that moral debt and have utterly ignored the British Courts whom they clearly hold in contempt having on various occasions sheltered behind The EUropean Courts and employment in EUrope to seek to duck their responsibilities or hide their fundamental corruption.
This time rather than honour the Court Judgement and pay compensation of £750 reinstating a member who they had accepted in full knowledge of his background and fully approved by Nigel Farage – now we see them gambling with other peoples’ money when they KNOW that their costs will far exceed the £750 the Court ordered them to pay.
UKIP whether it wins, draws or loses will be 10s of £1,000s of pounds out of pocket.
It may be worth their while reading Marta Andreasen’s call for removal of Farage as leader once again and in detail!

Date: Mon, 11 Jul 2011 12:18:20 +0100.ExternalClass .ecxhmmessage P{padding:0px;}.ExternalClass body.ecxhmmessage{font-size:10pt;font-family:Tahoma;}Hello everyone,
I’m sure most, if not all of you know, that I obtained judgment in the High Court last year against not only the local chairman of the political party of which I am a member, but also the party itself.
The defendant’s did not like that and appealed. The appeal is to be heard next week in the Court of Appeal in London. As at the original hearing, I shall be representing myself. And, as a condition of the appeal, the other side will not be able to claim costs against me even if they win – and I’ll see to it they don’t! They also have a new barrister on the job; it appears the original one left his chambers for pastures new some time after the hearing last September. I can’t understand why. Perhaps losing against a layman was more than his professional constitution could bear. But that’s his problem. Anyway it’ll be yours truly up before the ‘big beaks’ next week!
I’ve been on something of a weight loss/fitness programme these past six weeks. I’ve lost a total of 16 lbs, which I suppose is fairly good going. Over the last few weeks, however, this has plateau’d to a loss of 1 lb per week, which I came to find discouraging, especially after all the effort it takes. It reached the point where, on Saturday night just gone – I weigh myself each Saturday morning – I resolved to give it up as a bad job and go back to being a fat slob again.
The next morning I woke up and, having drunk my first coffee of the day, went off to buy a copy of the last edition of the News of the World. Now I haven’t bought a copy of that newspaper for YEARS, but as it was the last opportunity to do so I thought I’d see what it had to offer.
I had a good look through it. The glossy supplement didn’t have much of interest to men, apart from a lovely picture of the luminously beautiful Thandie Newton near the front. There was the obligatory crossword near the end and on the opposite page were the star forecasts for the week. Now my star sign is Leo, so I had a look at what the resident clairvoyant had to say. It was this (and you can check on it):
“YOU HAVE THE WILLPOWER TO START, OR RESTART, A FITNESS PLAN AND ENSURE IT WORKS”
Mystic Meg saves the day.
BYE FOR NOW
ALAN
How can such folly backing a sure financial loser be of ANY merit to Farage or UKIP or least of all its members and credibility.
Is this how UKIP sees itself acting were it ever to gain power in any context of consequence not merely Mare for a village in Cambridgeshire!

I for one couldn’t possibly comment as my interest in cricket is of only marginally more interest to me than the number of testicles Nigel has – I shall leave that speculation to the journalists!
.
a wordy wander through cricket as understood by Nigel Farage was posted in the launch week of Arianna Huffington‘s launch week in Britain.
Since cricket bores me witless I struggled through it as an article – at least it wasn’t obsessed with howmany balls he had personally lost as are so many interviews of him as few journalists seem able to take him or UKIP seriously but that was a rod fashioned by UKIP for their own back – helped with the ‘odd’ spanking good yarn with pictures and not a murmur of phone hacking from the Hacks at the News of The World living down to expectation as journalists for ‘The Screws’.
Despite the self indulgent froth and tedium of the Huff story I did think that The Times was a tad harsh in its comment on Farage and his cricket interests as portrayed on
when The Times wrote:
On Test Match Special last Saturday, championship cricket, which he never watches, was treated to a farrago of ill-informed disdain by Nigel Farage, of UKIP. Happily, this magnificent match offered an immediate raspberry.
I always knew that there was something odd about Ed Miliband – it wasn’t his voice, his clothes, or even his opinions. It was something indefinable. And now I know what it is, he turned down an invitation to appear on Test Match Special. It is the pinnacle of any English politician’s life. And to my inner schoolboy’s joy I was lucky enough to get an invitation a few weeks ago.
The week before was the normal run of a politicians’ life: meetings, more meetings, the odd TV and radio slot, and a few interviews for the local papers. However, as the big day approached, this was eclipsed by my fixation on the long range weather forecast. And it wasn’t looking good. Hampshire, it told me, (the test match against Sri Lanka was the very first full international to be played at The Rose Bowl, the beautiful new ground near Southampton) would be wet. I twittered my sarcastic frustration over our flaming June:
What fabulous June weather! Blast it: am on Test Match Special on the BBC tomorrow and want there to be some play!
But still a spot of rain never daunted an Englishman, if it did, we would be a timorous crew. So the next morning, with a feeling that I should be packing a thermos of tea and some cold bacon sarnies in tin foil I set off, giving thanks that the weather had finally turned.
Test Match Special is one of those broadcasting institutions that transcends its deliberate audience. Like the Shipping Forecast, its listenership is comprised by many who tune in chiefly not for its content, but that it gives the sense that all is right with the world. I know people with no interest in cricket at all who tune in to allow the hosts to soothe away summer troubles.
Waterloo Station was a delightful sight to behold. Hundreds of women dressed to the nines and heading for a days racing at Ascot. There were some wonderful sights but sadly not all of them good.
The train to Southampton was packed with fellow fans heading to the Test Match. A loud buzz of conversation regarding games past, and predictions as to what would happen as the day’s cricket loomed large, dominated the carriage. It was then that the nerves began to creep in.
I am comfortable appearing on television and radio and I relish standing up in the European Parliament and lambasting the European Union. But this was Test Match Special. My God, was I about to make a complete fool of myself to an audience of cricket fanatics around the world?
Frantically I began to run through what to say. I can honestly say that I have never been so nervous.
When the train arrived at the station, we got off and queued to get on a fleet of buses to take us to The Rose Bowl. Spirits were understandably high as cricket banter continued to fill the air.By this time I had started to be recognised. Nobody came over to discuss the Common Agricultural Policy or my speeches lambasting Barrosso. Usually the reoccurring question was: “Aren’t you the bloke whose plane crashed?”
Arriving at the ground I endured the usual security checks and was then led into the inner sanctum of radio heaven – the broadcasting suite of TMS. I had expected a small cluttered room with men crouched over microphones. Instead I was led to a large airy studio in which the commentators were strolling around wearing headphones. It was stunningly casual and yet highly professional. I was very impressed.
At last I met my heroes like Geoff Boycott, Phil Tufnell, Vic Marks, Christopher Martin-Jenkins and the man who was to interview me – Jonathan Agnew.
They could not have been more friendly, even if Agnew off handedly informed the world that my blazer was a shocker.
After chatting to all of them I needed to spend some time to gather my thoughts so went into the ground to watch the game and sup a foaming pint or two.
Back to the studio for the interview and it could not have been better from my point of view.
While the charming Mr Agnew wanted to talk about politics, I wanted to talk about cricket. Luckily he allowed me my own way and we were soon deeply involved in a conversation about the way cricket is run not just in Britain, but throughout the world.
Engrossed as I was in the broadcast, I was aware that Geoffrey Boycott was nodding his head at several of the points I was making. I cannot tell you how much confidence this gave me. If Boycott didn’t think I was making an ass of myself I must be doing all right.
More than half an hour passed in what seemed like the blink of an eye and then I was passing the headphones to the Yorkshire legend.
To my utter joy I heard the great man say, “He knows his stuff does that Nigel Farage. Tell you what, why don’t we swap jobs – you do the cricket and I’ll take your job and tackle those Europeans.”
If only, if only.

UKIP Was found Guilty In The Courts & Bloom was censured by The EU Parliament!
The BBC spent 1/2 this interview obsessed with Nikki Sinclaire‘s Sexuality with no comment on her work or policies!
.
an excellent – and I mean excellent – interview from Nikki Sinclaire repeatedly needled by the interviewer over her sexuality and size for almost 10 full minutes, then challenged regarding Nigel Farage’s malicious and fundamentally dishonest comments about her on TV, prompted again and again to attack UKIP – I think Nikki Sinclaire managed not to put a foot wrong.
I note again and again it was she who addressed the needs and concerns of her constituencies and her duties as their servant whilst the interviewer constantly goaded her to criticise Farage, UKIP and others – she skillfully manouvered her way through this minefield praising wherever possible.
In spite of many opportunities to redress the cowardly ad hominem attacks made on her not just by UKIP’s leadership but their paid praise singers and the claque of inadequates sheltering in cowardice behind anonymity and false names on the internet. Not once did she take the readily presented opportunity to point out just what low lifes some of them are!

18 Years and UKIP has achieved absolutely nothing of consequence in domestic politics!
Yes EUkip has done well by distortion of facts and misrepresentation of expenses fiddles – acting as a protest vote & clearly as a vehicle for the uninformed public who believe their so called leadership are anti EU membership, as they were long ago!
.
another good video of Nigel Farage who can often be an excellent ambassador for the EUroSceptic cause – If only UKIP had competent honest leadership and routed out the surfeit of liars, cheats, sycophants and parasites that surround the MEPs – most of whom are useless dross.
They could have done so very much for these United Kingdoms maximising and controlling the skills of Farage and those with ability but without structure, training, leadership, morality, probity and ethics they will for ever sit wasted in the gutter of politics that sadly they have so clearly earned.
They are increasingly a part of the problem with infrequent flickers showing the potential for having been part of the solution.
We have been betrayed by OUR-ENEMY-WITHIN

Hi,
I was amused to note Annabelle Fuller styling hersef as Salome, no doubt after Wilde‘s Femme Fatale figure rather than the Court dancing girl of Herod!
Or perhaps the serial nobody married off as chattel, as portrayed by Josephus! Alternatively only head hunting after obtaining the head of John the Baptist!
However one looks at it Ms. Fuller lives down to expectation, with a foul mouthed self serving and dellusional posting on UKIP’s forum, before making a singularly unpleasant ad hominem attack on one of UKIP’s most foolishly loyal members of many years standing:
| Salome General
Full Name: Annabelle Fuller |
Bobfm, it would be defamatory if it were untrue.
I hardly think this would have passed the Sunday Mirror legal team nor the press office of the MET or my solicitor if it were not the truth. Given these facts, it may be wise to consider what you say and remember that the 1996 Act also covers the internet. Spon: there are many things I could say about you and your possible negative impacts on the party. However, I do not. Whether it’s a matter of idleness in the case of someone who is irrelevant in my life or a possible concern for your occasional feelings I cannot be bothered to look into. You can pontificate on the issue if you will: I am sure it will fill up the lonely hours. |

She all the personality and allure of used cat litter as you can see.
Surely her best bet for a media income is not providing iffy fabrications for papers but a contract on a makeover program such as ‘Ladette to Lady‘ but perhaps a plausible outcome would be beyond the resources of TV.
Her vituperative posturing is you will note deeply flawed by her gratuitous foul language, her admitted drunken coquettry (sp. alternative?) and her track record as a corrupt and unpleasant liar, clearly willing to dishonestly defame.
Farage must realise that one is not unreasonably judged by the company one keeps, as was shown when he consorted with the prostitute Lega and his sordid antics became the subject of a double page spread in The News of The World.
Clearly besides lacking the required Officer Qualities for leadership one wonders if he would make so much as Caporal Chef as a French mercenary! He is clearly a very slow learner prone to the prevalent failure so common of the narcissistic and the inadequate of ‘to quote the philosophy of The Zulu Indunnas who judge maturity and reliability as to whether a man ‘thinks with his small head or his big head’!.

Already the EU seeks to remove the word ‘Political’ from the abbreviation to hide the integrationist aspect and inexorable efforts to eradicate National Politics – This is just another step in the destruction of liberty and denial of Democracy which The EU is seeking to impose by bribing OUR-ENEMY-WITHIN to adopt, with OUR money.
Little wonder we see proven liars & the untrustworthy lined up to promote this new hope of self enrichment!

Posting made to the blog 11:30hrs. 29-Jun-2011
For a further report on this meeting see: CLICK HERE
Nigel Farage’s Official salaried boot licker Michael Greaves stated:
‘UKIP Members are to stupid & naive to understand the issues’
no doubt mimicking His Master’s voice he continued:
‘he knows understands the issues because he works in the EU parliament‘.
It seems he has learned little and is very naive regarding communication skills as his presentation, like the liar & low life scum Mick McGough‘s was unconvincing, demeaning and dragged UKIP into the corrupt gutter they clearly share.
Farage’s plans for UKIP to join a PEP pan European party are being dealt severe blows in regional debates across the country where, so far, the reaction has been overwhelmingly a 90% No!We have been told, this was last night expressed more in the West Midlands than anywhere else – a region devastated by UKIPs national infighting and the de-selection of popular local MEP Nikki Sinclaire.
A packed room, we are told of 50-60 people heard from both sides. The ‘No’ campaign was represented by Trevor Colman MEP and Mike Smith. Mick ‘Porky Pie’ Mick ‘Porky Pie’ McGough and Michael ‘who ate all the pies’ Greaves represented the ‘Yes’ campaign.
The ‘NO’ side stole the show arguing on principle with passion (notably Mike Smith), that UKIP should stay true to its withdrawalist principles. This was greeted with constant cheering and clapping from the floor.
The ‘Yes’ argument, as always, centred around money, money and more money!
Unfortunately for Farage and his sycophants this wasn’t lost on the audience! McGough and Greaves were clearly out of favour with the audience. Indeed, they only received a polite clap from two or three people after delevering their ten minute pitch. We also note that their replies to questions from the audience were met in silence, in complete contrast to the response to the no side.
Michael Greaves even felt it necessary to claim angrily to a question from a member that they were too naive to understand the issues and that he knew best as he worked in the European Parliament! This drew hisses and shouts from the audience.
Michael then attacked were made on those MEPs that had left the EFD. This resulted in a passionate reply from Mike Smith.
We are pleased to note that this drew the biggest applause of the evening in responding. He stated that Trevor, Nikki and Mike were right to leave the EFD and that they had done so because of their principles. He also expressed anger that they were constantly being attacked in certain quarters for doing what every UKIP MEP should have done – leave the EFD! He then pointed out that they were all actively campaigning for the Euro-realist cause by producing literature, leaflets, websites and petitions.
How sad that Steve Crowther (chair) tried to silence Mike. And this was despite having just allowed criticism from the other side. You really couldn’t make it up!
We suspect the West Midlands might hold the biggest opposition to the EFD than anywhere else!
The yes side continued to lie in suggesting that the party would receive funding from 13 MEPs (as stated in March’s edition of Independence News). This was clearly a deliberate attempt to mislead UKIPPERS as only a maximum of 9 UKIP MEPs would join a PEP.
Let us not forget that Mike, Nikki and Trevor are adamant that they are not going join a PEP. And have they forgotten that Bannerman has now left UKIP for the Tories? Quoting figure after figure based on 13 MEPs (promising a third more funding than they would be entitled to) is yet again another example of the level of dishonesty that we have come to expect from the ‘Yes’ campaign!
We will leave you with some words from Farage – before he went native – which are now being repeated at regional meetings across the country.
‘’We are opposed on principle to the idea of state funding of political parties, either nationally or at a European level. It is not an appropriate use of tax-payers’ money”.

reading the many accounts and minded that the primary claim would seem that the building security were called – just how long is police response time in London – and Fuller was still on the premises!
I understand that in most of Britain she would still be waiting!
Playing the coquette will I believe fail this duplicitous liar in the not too distant future as her plausibility stretches ever thinner and her attention seeking as an inadequate become more visible even to the gullible.
It was clear from the tenor of The Mirror article that even there the journalist found her story stretched credibility – but when would you expect a journalist to turn down a cheap shot!
It does read all to easily that security were called after an MP’s House of Commons Pass, a confidential letter and a Blackberry had been stolen from a flat by some drunken bimbette – leaving a trusting if rather wiser MP with his reputation unsullied and a Civil Servant as witness.
One is tempted to ask, as a result of her track record of proven dishonesty, if she had indeed stolen the items and was seeking information on which she could capitalise.
This would not be the first time she had set out to scam someone on sexual allegations and there is even talk thaty she claimed to Nigel Farage she had been offered £50K to sell the story of their relationship – bunkum as it so happens, it was a mere tentative offer of £15K from the Sun I understand and she would have been damned lucky to see any money. The NoTW had offered nothing, they have assured me.
Farage however could hardly take the risk and it may well explain why the foolish chap has her befouling UKIP yet again having failed to learn his lesson previously but sadly it is the members who end up paying and not him!
Were this the case could the claims and allegations she made be to cover her theft? We read much of the importance to the press in certain less trustworthy areas of information garnered by phone tapping and the like.
An MP’s Blackberry could well contain a great deal of material readily saleable to this woman’s media or even what political contacts she still has stupid enough to still trust her.
None of the press coverage she has garnered would seem to have portrayed support for her story and clearly the Police did not rate it just as the unfortunate Andrew Bridgen did not.
It is a matter of record that Annabelle Fuller is a liar and will lie to get what she wants, it is also a matter of record that she is a self publicist and attention seeker.
Are we now to add to her foul language inappropriate drinking habits, corruption and lack of moral compass the label thief?
Were these utterly false allegations conjured up to try to cover-up a theft?
Perhaps we will never know but we are unfortunately all too well aware of the damage done to UKIP by association with this unpleasant inadequate.
Annabelle Fuller, 29, insisted that she had never wanted to press charges and that it was a security guard at Mr Bridgen’s Westminster block of flats who had called the police as she tried to flee.
But although the case was eventually dropped, it was the MP’s “vicious” response, in which he vowed to take legal action against those responsible for “making and publicising these falsehoods”, that had left her suicidal, she claimed.Mr Bridgen, 46, who represents North West Leicestershire, was arrested in the early hours of June 9. He had met Miss Fuller in a pub near the Houses of Parliament the previous evening and the pair got chatting about her work as a campaigner for the Royal British Legion and the Soldiers’ Charity, she said. They were later joined by Edward Green, a civil servant, and when the pub closed, Mr Bridgen, a married father-of-two, invited them both back to his flat.Miss Fuller said that she began to feel confused and uncomfortable as she had no idea where she was. She claimed that she did not realise he an MP until she saw a letter on the table. She said that Mr Bridgen invited her to join him on the balcony but to get there, she had to walk through his bedroom. As she did so, the MP pointed out how “big and comfy” his bed was, she alleged. She said that he then reached up her skirt and touched her bottom and her leg.Miss Fuller made an excuse and then dashed from the flat bare foot, grabbing the MP’s Westminster pass, his BlackBerry and a letter to prove where she had been, she told a Sunday newspaper. She said that unbeknown to her, the security guard called 999 and that when the officers arrived she was told she had to give a statement at a police station.“I told the police, ‘I just want this all to go away,” she said. “But the police told me, ‘Unfortunately that can’t happen, Mr Bridgen has been arrested.'”The case was dropped on June 16 after Miss Fuller conceded that her behaviour could have been construed as flirting and withdrew her allegation.Mr Bridgen strenuously denied the claims, which he said were “without foundation, demonstrably and provably false” and insisted that he had never been alone in his flat with Miss Fuller, who now works for UK Independence Party leader Nigel Farage. He said in a statement: “Naturally, I remain hurt and angry that such a ludicrous, false and unsubstantiated allegation should have been given the attention it has.“The allegation was unfair and hurtful not just to myself but to my wife and children, who bore the brunt of huge and unwarranted media intrusion.”

Once more seeking self publicity by trying to befoul and defame yet another man!
This deeply deranged and delluded woman needs competent psychiatric help or even perhaps prison to sort her out!
.
seems I was right – Annabelle Fuller was able to clear Andrew Bridgen‘s name of the implausible claims made against him, as published in the press and on this blog.
Clearly after many years of ‘working’ the Westminster Bubble it was clear that she would know which of the young women was involved and now let us hope that The Police Prosecute for time wasting and her deliberate attempt to besmirch the reputation of what seems like an innocent man.
I personally am not remotely surprised that it actually transpired to be Annabelle Fuller who we note the press make the Freudian slip of calling Fowler for clearly she is.
Many will remember this foul mouthed individual’s obscene postings on Anthony Butcher’s sordid Forum and how she addressed Brendan Padmore a UKIP Branch Chairman at the time – despite the fact that she was paid a parasitic income by Nigel Farage for her services for him.
Many who were more attentive will have noted her vile little blog and its childish language.
There will be those who will recall the breach of trust when she posted confidential UKIP material on You Tube in Morocco whilst there and the cock and bull drivel about stolen lap tops which was utterly implausible.
Similarly many will remember her simpering lies published in the Independent & The Mail which she conned Farage in his ineptitude to endorse.
That she briefly worked for The British Legion is readily explained when one sees her blog postings but that her subsequent employer was not warned of her is surprising.
We note she has now set up her own so called PR agency where she boasts of being back in the pay of Farage and is seen draped tastelessly over a brain damaged and physically impaired young soldier.
Next we see whe launched the risible More Cuts event which raised around 200 attendees thus arming the other side who had mustered around 1/4Million for the opposing point of view.
The damage done to UKIP is almost imeasurable as she lurches from catastrophy to catastrophy – surely someone can help her – perhaps like Justin Adams she could be held in prison for her own good for six months or so – it seems our modern substitute for care for the mentally damaged!
Sorry – based upon her track record for utter dishonesty, inappropriate behaviour, self pity, dellusion and corruption this woman needs medical help, beyond that of care in the community which clearly has not to date worked.
Obviously the police saw her as not a credible witness.
Let us hope the press have not encouraged her excesses and paid her for this sordid little story she has presented.
Annabelle Fuller is a liar and a cheat and that is irrefutable.
A Parliamentary aide who claimed a Tory MP sexually assaulted her has revealed she never wanted the case against him to go ahead.
Annabelle Fuller, 29, told how her life has been ‘destroyed’ since 46-year-old Andrew Bridgen was arrested over the allegation.
She said: ‘I have been painted a fantasist which is so unfair. I never wanted things to get this far.
‘I told the police I didn’t want to take any action. I just want this nightmare to end.’
Victory: Andrew Bridgen with his wife Jacqueline after his election triumph last May
After a week-long police investigation, the case against Mr Bridgen, MP for North West Leicestershire, was dropped due to lack of evidence.
Ms Fuller had alleged that the married father-of-two groped her on the balcony of his Westminster flat in the early hours after meeting her in a West End pub.
He has now threatened legal action over the allegations by the popular Westminster lobbyist which he described as ‘ludicrous’ and ‘false’.
She has fled abroad to escape the blaze of publicity, but waived her right to anonymity to tell how she has had counselling over the case and what she claims happened that night.
Ms Fuller, who works as an assistant to UK Independence Party leader Nigel Farage, admitted she had been socialising in the afternoon with friends after a lunch when she met Mr Bridgen on June 8.
The started chatting about her interest in the military and campaigning for charities as she had a cigarette outside the Marquis of Granby, a pub near Westminster.
Popular: The Marquis of Granby near the House of Commons where Annabelle Fowler met the MP
She told the Sunday Mirror: ‘He never introduced himself as an MP so I just thought he was a regular guy. He said he was an ex-Marine.
‘I explained how I worked in politics and mentioned a Freedom of Information request I’d obtained uncovering the fact that charities were paying for the limbs of amputee soldiers.
‘Mr Bridgen said, “That’s not right, and listened to what I had to say.’
They were joined by civil servant Edward Green whom she knew and as the pub closed Mr Bridgen suggested they return to his flat close to the Commons.
They took a taxi there arriving after midnight, but she said she immediately ‘felt uncomfortable’.
Ms Fuller was ‘confused’ about where she was and sent texts to friends and tried to call her parents to tell them of her concerns.
Then, she said, Mr Bridgen invited her and Mr Green to join him on the balcony, but to get there she had to walk through his bedroom.
Ms Fuller claims Mr Bridgen pointed at the bed saying it was ‘big and comfy.’ Then, she alleges, he put his hand up her skirt and touched her on the bottom and leg.
Driving home: Andrew Bridgen’s wife Jacqueline behind the wheel of her car
Mr Bridgen emphatically denies there was any inappropriate contact and police investigations have found no evidence to support the allegation.
Moments after the alleged incident, Ms Fuller fled the apartment bare-foot – picking up Mr Bridgen’s Westminster pass, his Blackberry phone and a letter with his address to prove where she had been.
As she went down the stairs, she accidentally gashed her head. A security guard asked if she wanted any help and then unknown to her called police.
She was taken to Charing Cross police station where she was asked to give a statement, then provided a urine and DNA sample, before a woman police officer took away her clothes.
Mr Bridgen, who was elected last year, was arrested at 2am. He was held for several hours and forced to provide a DNA sample, pose for a police mugshot and be fingerprinted before being released on bail.
The case was dropped after she gave a fuller statement when she accepted her behaviour might have been misconstrued as flirting and she would withdraw the allegation.
Ms Fuller has felt too upset to return to work and says she has been turned into a ‘gibbering wreck’ by the controversy.
She told the paper: ‘I couldn’t walk down the street without holding my parents’ hands. I am a 29-year-old for goodness sake.’
Mr Bridgen said he was never alone with Ms Fuller. He agreed he had pointed at his bed, but only to show her his Union Jack bedspread. He said: ‘I did nothing wrong. This has been trial by accusation. I just want to put this whole episode behind me.’

Well I for one do not believe much of this story – that she stole things from the flat of value seems more than a little strange that she must have implied more or the police would not have DNA checked her and taken her clothes surely.
For more evidence of this odious woman see the entries for her by name and also under Athena PR in the right sidebar. Farage’s doxy has been a damaging, toxic and unpleasant stench under UKIP’s nose for a number of years.
This is not the first time that this odious woman has set out to destroy a man’s reputation – not even the second and probably it is more a habit than an accident!
And here is the remarkably similar EXCLUSIVE from The Sunday Mirror:
The woman who claims she was sexually assaulted by a Tory MP yesterday broke her silence and said: “My life’s been destroyed.”Annabelle Fuller, 29, spoke out to defend herself over the rumours that have swirled since Andrew Bridgen was arrested over the allegation he groped her on the balcony of his Westminster flat.Parliamentary aide and former charity worker Annabelle, who has now fled abroad, revealed she never wanted the case against the North-West Leicestershire MP to go ahead. She said she didn’t even phone police, claiming it was a security guard working at the MP’s block of flats who made the call. The events that led to Mr Bridgen’s arrest unfolded on June 8, when Annabelle and the MP met at a pub near the Houses of Parliament and ended up back at his Westminster flat.He was arrested the next morning and, after a week-long police investigation, the case was dropped due to lack of evidence. He then threatened to take legal action over Annabelle’s “ludicrous” and “false” allegations. Since then Annabelle has been feeling suicidal, rarely sleeps, and has seen a therapist.
She is a popular socialite on the Westminster scene, widely known by many MPs, researchers and journalists for her tireless campaigning for the Royal British Legion and the Soldiers’ Charity. However, when she met the Sunday Mirror at a hotel close to her hideaway this week, normally gregarious Annabelle appeared nervous and shaken.A scar sustained while leaving the flat is still visible on her forehead as she talks – her voice cracking with emotion – about the events of the last few weeks, stopping regularly to draw on a cigarette.“I’ve been painted as a fantasist, which is so unfair,” she said. “I never wanted things to get this far. I told the police I didn’t want to take any action. I just want this nightmare to end.”
Waiving her right to anonymity, she frankly admitted she had been drinking that afternoon, that her behaviour could have been seen as flirtatious and that she was “naïve” to return to the MP’s flat.University-educated Annabelle, who now works as an assistant to UK Independence Party leader Nigel Farage, readily admits she enjoys the social scene of Westminster, where much of the day-to-day business revolves around pubs and bars. She said the day of June 8 started like many others in the world of Westminster lobbying. She met a work contact for lunch at the Guinea Grill pub, off London’s Berkeley Square, then spent most of the afternoon socialising with friends. She later arranged to meet a friend at the Marquis of Granby, a pub close to Westminster which is popular with MPs.As the evening drew to a close, she went outside to see if anybody had a spare cigarette, and bumped into Mr Bridgen. She didn’t know who he was. But the pair were soon joined by Edward Green, a civil servant Annabelle recognised.Recalling their meeting, Annabelle said: “He (Mr Bridgen) never introduced himself as an MP so I just thought he was a regular guy. I explained how I worked in politics and had an interest in the military and working with charities who support our troops.“He said he was an ex-Marine and I mentioned a Freedom of Information request I’d obtained uncovering the fact charities were paying for the limbs of amputee soldiers. Mr Bridgen said, ‘That is not right’ – and listened to what I had to say.”
The discussion continued until closing time, then Mr Bridgen, a married father of two, suggested they all return to his flat close to the Houses of Parliament.Annabelle, 29, said: “He said, ‘We can have a cigarette and carry on talking.’ I said, ‘Yes, but I will be going home as I have an ill cat.’ In my mind it was a quick fag and then off home.”Annabelle says the trio took a taxi to a nearby petrol station to buy cigarettes and arrived at his apartment after midnight.“When we got there I was confused about where I was,” Annabelle said. “I felt uncomfortable. Something inside my head said I shouldn’t be here. I thought about just walking out. Mr Bridgen offered me a drink but I said, ‘No, I’m not drinking any more.’” Annabelle claims she then sent a text to friends and tried to call her parents to relay how she was feeling. After a friend replied advising she find out where she was, Annabelle says she spotted a letter on the table with Mr Bridgen’s name on it – which she claims was the first point she realised he was an MP.Annabelle said he then invited her to join him and Mr Green on the balcony. She says they had to walk through his bedroom to get there and says Mr Bridgen, 46, pointed at the bed saying how “big and comfy” it was. “I thought, ‘I don’t like this situation,’” she said.It was at this point, around 1.30am on June 9, that their accounts of what happened diverge. Annabelle claims he reached up her skirt and touched her on the bottom and leg. But Mr Bridgen says there was no inappropriate contact and the police have decided there is no evidence to support the claims, which is why the case has been dropped. After they went on to the balcony, Annabelle said she needed the toilet and dashed back into the lounge, grabbing Mr Bridgen’s Westminster pass, his Blackberry phone and a letter with his address on it to prove where she had been. She claims she then fled bare-foot. As she dashed downstairs she ran into a wall on the stairwell, gashing her head and cutting her lip.A security guard asked if she wanted him to call the police and she replied: “I just want to get the hell out of here.”Unbeknown to Annabelle, she says the security guard had dialled 999 and two police officers arrived.Annabelle said: “I told the police officers I was scared and I ran. I said to them I just wanted to go home.”Instead Annabelle was taken to London’s Charing Cross police station where she was asked to give a statement.“They took a DNA sample, urine sample and then a female officer came in to take my clothes.“I had no idea what was going on and what had been set in motion.”Later on June 9, Annabelle says she was called by an officer at a specialist unit at the Met saying she needed to give a fuller statement. She says she told police she did not want to take the matter further. She also signed a form saying she didn’t want to give evidence in court. “I told the police, ‘I just want this all to go away,” she said. “But the police told me, ‘Unfortunately that can’t happen – Mr Bridgen has been arrested.’”In the aftermath of his arrest Annabelle says the police told her to take time to decide what to do.She says she has spent hours poring over the incident in her mind, sometimes blaming herself. “I regretted being naïve enough to go back to the flat,” she admitted. The case was dropped on June 16 following a fuller statement which Annabelle gave to police. In it she conceded her behaviour could have been construed as flirting and that she would withdraw her allegation.Annabelle hoped that would be the end of the matter. But within hours, Mr Bridgen appeared on TV news channels having released a statement saying he would be taking legal advice about possible action “against those responsible for making and publicising these falsehoods”.Annabelle says this “vicious” response has turned her world upside down.“I read his comments savaging me and was shaking with anger. It was so vicious. I don’t believe his behaviour is appropriate for a man in his position.”To make matters worse, text messages from Adrian Yalland, who works for London-based PR firm Chelgate, started to arrive on Annabelle’s mobile. The first at 10.15pm on June 16 said: “This is Adrian Yalland from Chelgate. I wondered if you would like to meet for a discussion.”After replying “no” Mr Yalland responded, “Do you know who I am” and, “Do you know who I represent?”A spokesman for Chelgate confirmed they represented Mr Bridgen, and last night Adrian Yalland told the Sunday Mirror: “Yes, I did try to arrange a meeting. But the reason why is none of your business.” He said Annabelle later contacted him.Annabelle said: “I couldn’t believe I received those text messages so soon after the case had been dropped.”Everyone at Westminster knew who she was and she felt too traumatised to return to work. She said Mr Bridgen’s response has made it impossible for her to go back. She said the furore surrounding the incident has turned her into a “gibbering wreck” and left her suicidal.“In the days after, I had to see my doctor and a therapist,” she said. “I couldn’t walk down the street without holding my parents’ hands. I am a 29-year-old for goodness sake.”Annabelle added: “The whole episode has been upsetting, but Mr Bridgen’s actions since the night have just added to my pain and distress.”Last night Mr Bridgen told the Sunday Mirror he continued to strenuously deny the allegation of sexual assault. He insisted he was never alone with Ms Fuller in his apartment. He admitted pointing to his bed but said it was only to point out his Union Jack bedspread. He said: “I repeat what I have said all along – I did nothing wrong. This has been a trial by accusation. I just want to put this whole episode behind me.”

.
Then again one is forced to ask what it does understand!!
.
increasingly it seems UKIP is unfit for purpose – first shown with absolute certainty by the misjudgement of Nigel Farage in glibly dumping his party to persue his personal ambitions by seeking a seat in The General Election in Buckingham.
The astonishing fact was that Nigel Farage was so staggeringly out of touch with reality that he believed betraying his party and handing it over to the idiotic Malcolm Lord Pearson who lacked ANY of the skills needed to lead a political party – he was even more farcical and inept as a leader than Farage has proved himself to be!
Many will remember I predicted the outcome long before the election and to ensure a voice and contact with the election, in the certain knowledge that John Berkow would be re-elected I deliberately supported the Independent Tory MEP John Stevens who didn’t stand a prayer of being elected but would at least show the folly of Farage’s self importance – AS HE DID!
Obviously this would be too complicated a concept for the political illiterates of UKIP to understand, but the point was made!
just as UKIP’s claims to be professionalising have to date made them look little more than stupid to date with the sad figure of Steve Reid passing himself off as some sort of priest and playing the fool with others in UKIP, including Farage and some of his muppets, totally undermining any pretence of professionalism as they paraded a rather shoddy box as a coffin to bury the €Uro.
Almost on a par with the unprofessional idiocy of their childish stunt with buckets at Westminster – but who would put money uin a bucket unaccounted by UKIP – just how gullible are their supporters! Redollent of their running around the streets in a 1945 scout car from a museum in the pretence it was a tank! If they thought that who would want a UKIP policy on defence!!
We also see them dressed in chicken suits and with blow up toys – Just where is this professionalism?
One can hardly see the behaviour of the liar and cheat Mick McGough as professionalising the party as he drags the party into the gutter in which he clearly lives!
Had it not occurred to UKIP that telling lies in public about its own MEPs was likely to land them in hot water as the nadir of professionalism and then having some fool of a consultant passed off as the CEO and master of professionalising conducting public spats with their own MEPs on Forums.
Even now have they not realised that professionalism is relatively checkable not just with FoIs which reveal that there are a number of rulings against UKIP MEPs by OLAF and that UKIP are in many ways effectively bankrupt with no signs of any significant backer as nothing has been heard of Stuart Wheeler their only known backer for months – he hasn’t even stepped forward to support the failed leadership team and its parasites, could this be yet another ‘Crisis of Confidence’ on his part having once again made a fool of himself as he did with The Tories!
So to look a little further at this professionalism we note they had a period of advertising many and varied policies but when the duplicitous liar and cheat David Bannerman lived down to predictions and betrayed the party as ever and decamped back to The Tories in a staggering act of repeat betrayal – only to publish an article trashing The Tories within days!
Now there’s professionalism!
To live down to expectations UKIP removed all policies!! However when this was pointed out on this blog within a matter of hours in a frenetic panic they wrote an entire set of one page policies and put them out on public Forums – such panic from a ‘professional’ Party was quite touching!!
This evening I thought I’d have a look at how far professionalism had percolated through the party only to find almost every page on UKIP Wales web site was in Latin sample text/blank or flagged up a 404 error indicating no such page existed or the linkages were broken!
UKIP Wales is clearly not just deeply flawed but undeniably broken! So by using a bit of outside the box thinking we find there is a secondary web site which is run or at least claims to be run from Lexdrum House and that is even less professional – Why are we not surprised at such obvious professionalism from this ship of fools.
In the light of this degree of professionalism may I put forward the thoughts of UKIP employee, as listed on their web site and the one time professional adviser to John Bufton – Kevin Mahoney who should know a thing about hot air after years as a gas engineer he was clearly bereft of any understanding of professionalism as can be seen by his many public postings abusing members and supporters of UKIP either in his own name or that of Stathans!
Here are the latest thoughts of this professional bufoon:
Given that apparently a report examining and damning just 167 expense claims from 2004 is now about to be released.
Isn’t it about time that the scandal of our own UKIP MEPs hiding their expense claims with that ‘Insult to the intelligence’ expense template that they concocted and publish on the MEP’s website is scrapped and replaced with a full and frank display of every penny that they claim?
Apart from the very obvious fact that they should have openly declared every penny claimed since first being elected the only rational conclusion to be reached from the insult that is their current partially obscured expense claim pages is that our MEPs en-bloc are trying to hide the scale of their claims.
Lets at last try and display a touch of honesty and transparency from those who appear to have taken the cash but are not so keen to openly display how much!
To be honest I feel that each and every UKIP MEP who agreed to adopt the travesty of the current expense declaration template in use at present should hang their heads in shame and not be allowed to stand again on a UKIP ticket in my opinion!
This has all the professionalism we have seen from UKIP’s CEO Steve Crowther in the manner in which such management is conducted in public.
Almost as crass and damaging as the odious liar and cheat Mick McGough or fools sheltering their political ineptitude and ill mannered ignorance as cowards with silly troll names – too ashamed of their own stupidity and dishonesty to put their real identities to their vituperative behaviour which is so damaging to UKIP such as the foul mouthed Fuller under various guises, Independent UKIP who so consistently makes a fool of himself and demeans UKIP and the rest of the trash gathered as the parasites and sycophants of the failed UKIP leadership.
A so called Leadership still struggling to find out what professionalism means let alone implement it as they have recently shown with their PEPP hustings campaign where the pro vote is fronted by well documented liars and why are we not surprised that even in their video selling the scam to the beleaguered members Mick McGough outright lies whisl the liar Stuart Agnew in this instance merely misleads having already announced he couldn’t give a stuff what the members want or vote for he will do what suits his pocket!
Now it seems that the YES vote has, if not cooked it goose at very least the party has porked the staff!! Indeed in a degree of astonishing professionalism having campaigned on one subjec t now intends to alter the question to seek a last ditch attempt to get the vote they want for themselves!
UKIP gets to be more like The EU and more compliant day on day!
Professionalism in UKIP’s leadership and their parasites seems to be dependent on how large the bribes are from the EU to obtain their help in selling out the principles of UKIP’s members!
