it would seem there is absolutely nothing that UKIP can do ethically and even worse – not content with failing to move UKIP one inch closer to the exit from the EU under Nigel Farage’s leadership they have formed their own Pan EU Political Party EFD grouping which gathers together some of the most unpleasant and overt racists, anti Jewish, holocaust deniers, Nazi supporters and sexually intollerant criminal abusers in EU politics who want to support membership of The EU.

They then put Nigel Farage in the chair and we are told they are in the group for the money.

I understand the black prostitute who escorted Godfrey Bloom to a cash point was in it for the money, but that seems not to have crossed his mind when he tried to run off without paying! For more details CLICK HERE

Hypocracy is a main theme in UKIP – that is clear though for the life of me I find it hard to differentiate between hypocracy and outright dishonesty!

Many will remember that I backed Nigel Farage in all aspects and openly stated that as a supporter of many years standing I would continue to back him for as long as he never stood for leadership, in which case I would relentlessly oppose him – it was clear to me that Nigel Farage lacked the OQ, the integrity, the probity, the gravitas and any leadership skills – it is now clear to anyone but a fool that I was right!

Openly he forms vile groups and is like a badly behaved child an endless embarrassment yet for The Party keeping this performing monkey in the lime light has proved catastrophic as clearly the higher up the tree the monkey climbs the more you see its Rs.

The entire debacle with the Electoral Commission was ABSOLUTELY in line with my predictions – he has gathered around him such a claque of low grad trash as his NEC and MEPs that there is absolutely no one of caliber who can recognise the dangers and pitfalls whilst inflating bulldozers, dressing up as chickens, standing in APCs on trailers and pretending they are tanks, rushing around in a 1950s scout car out of a meuseum, standing in puddles on building sites, and endlessly making foolish insults just don’t hack it for a political party but do much for Farage’s personal promotion.

Having deliberately forced a confrontation with the Electoral Commission in the Courts, that was completely avoidable, and having risked the entire future of UKIP – we now find they were utterly dependent on the irrefutable fact that Charles Dickens was spot on when he gave Mr. Bumble when he said:

‘The Law is an Ass, an Idiot’.

I QUOTE:

UKIP would repeal the Human Rights Act 1998 and withdraw from the European Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. In future the British courts would not be allowed to appeal to any international treaty or convention to override or set aside the provisions of any statue passed by Parliament.

Some interesting comments from one of the legal blogs:

The Supreme Court has narrowly held that the UK Independence Party (UKIP) can keep nearly all of a £349,216 donation despite the donor not being a permissible donor at the time of receipt, contrary to party funding rules under the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000.

The Supreme Court upheld an order originally made at the City of Westminster Magistrates Court to the effect that the party only had to give back a small proportion of the money. UKIP will now only have to forfeit £14,481, rather than the full amount. According to the BBC, this will save the party from financial ruin. We will have more detail on the decision, which was by a narrow 4-3 majority, soon. In the meantime, the Supreme Court press summary can be found here, and is reproduced below.

For those of you looking for more information on last week’s Supreme Court judgment on UKIP party funding (see our previous post), we have been sent an interesting analysis of the judgment from Lucy Colter at Four New Square Chambers.

Patrick Lawrence Q.C. and Can Yeginsu, also of Four New Square, appeared for UKIP. The judgment was only of tangential importance in respect of human rights, but Coulter addresses this towards the end of her article. The main point was that a court in future would have leeway as to how much it could order a party to forfeit. As such, the court was satisfied that the party funding legislation is sufficiently flexible so as not to contravene human rights law:

Lord Phillips also dealt very briefly (and almost in passing) with the Appellant’s subsidiary contention on the basis of Article 1 of the First Protocol to the European Convention on Human Rights, and agreed that total forfeiture should not be ordered in circumstances where it was a disproportionate sanction, as this would breach the Convention. The strongest dissent on this point was from Lord Brown, who was “at a loss to see” how forfeiture of a donation which by definition the party should not have accepted or kept could violate its human rights. Even if it could, “the court always has the option – and on that hypothesis would be bound – to make no forfeiture order at all.” But again this leaves the circumstances in which a court would not make an order at all very shadowy, and would provide a court with no guidance as to when the exercise the discretion undoubtedly contained in the word “may”.

UKIP’s hypocracy is unacceptable, sordid, underhand and shamefull – sheltering behind the skirts of The EU from British Justice – evenignoring the ruling of the British appeal Courts who stated there were no legal or ethical grounds under British Law to appeal to The House of Lords – so what does UKIP under Farage do, and I always said he lacked both honour and OQ, but they dash off to seek to shelter behind the EU’ Human Rights Laws they had expressly stated they would ban as a part of their Manifesto PLEDGE.

Further they were all too willing to pour salt in the wound of our Justice system and raise two fingers to Britain’s appeal Courts and the House of Lords as they strutted off to lend greater legitimacy to The EUropean Union’s corruption of British Justice by surplanting it with an EU Regional Supreme Court to be compliant with the rest of The EU and to inexorably and inevitably advance the demise of Justice in these United Kingdoms and our legal system founded on Natural Law and presumptions of innocence in trial before a Jury of one’s peers under Habeas Corpus and the principles of No Double Jeopardy and the concept that Justice Delayed is Justice Denied.

Farage’s UKIP has much aided, for their own squalid gain, the advance of the imposition of the Justinian codex of Law of Corpus Juris with its overlay of Code Napoleon – another step towards the destruction of the values of these United Kingdoms and the concepts and belief in Justice – a most execution by Farage & UKIP for their own gain!

A measure of the assistance Farage’s UKIP has given The EU by their total and shamefull abrogation of honour and duty as they defined for themselves in their own manifesto is shown in this legal comment:

Increasingly muscular Supreme Court good for human rights

The UK’s new Supreme Court has reached the end of its first term, leading to some interesting discussions about its future from both practical and philosophical perspectives. From a human rights angle, a well-tooled and robust Supreme Court which acts to keep the government in check is good for everyone.

On a practical level, the UK Supreme Court Blog has posted on the stark warning from the UKSC’s chief executive, Jenny Rowe, to the effect that the Government’s proposed budget cuts could cripple the new court after only a year in operation. The UKSC Blog reports that Jenny Rowe, the court’s Chief Executive, has said she is not sure where the axe will fall but that “since casework (i.e. the hearing and determination of appeals) was the Court’s “priority“, it would be the Court’s public education and outreach programmes that would be most vulnerable.“

As I have ALWAYS said, since my first involvement with UKIP some 14 years ago – I am a devoted backer of the principles and ethics of UKIP and would back Nigel Farage to the hilt as the party’s performing monkey but would oppose him totally if he ever stood for leader as he has absolutely no principles and is a mere barrow boy without attributes to lead – at the moment UKIP has no ethics and is without principles and just look at the filth and the scum it has gathered around it.

I believe that the Orally story may just have been old news of little relative significance as I gather that not only has

Lord Pearson effectively resigned as leader, but in view of Nigel Farage’s far from enviable position he may well remain until a succession can be orchestrated in an orderly manner for a coronation, to annoint Farage’s chosen successor. To block the party falling into the hands of Gerard Batten and obvious continuation of the slide to oblivion, via continued racism and anti Judaism, within the lunatic fringe of the EFD.

Remember with the risible and widely reveilled Mark Croucher at its media helm, particularly in the light of his promotion with Farage of the BNP and latterly as the EFD media manager! Croucher would have been responsible for the behaviour of the criminal Morton Messherchmidt who is associated with UKIP and has convictions for holocaust denial and support of the Nazi party and of course the INVITATION of the BNP to work with UKIP as members of the EFD.

The failure of the book launch of the book by Daniel Estulin, as sponsored by the criminal Borghezio who has convictions for seeking to set a child on fire and violence towards homosexuals and immigrants which he advocates – he of course is another of Mark Croucher’s proteges and a close associate of UKIP.

Interestingly Nigel Farage was scheduled to preside over this launch but pulled out at the last minute on health grounds nominating Godfrey Bloom who it seems could not be bothered to attend leaving it to the far more suited Gerard Batten who deems it expedient to persue conspiracies and Russians rather than work to get Britain Out of the EU!!

I gather the other book launch, that seems not to have profiled UKIP, was also today and that was an expossee of the malign control of the self serving unelected Bureaucrats of the EU, a book I am pleased to say I have been promised a copy of as my primary political aim has always been the sovereign independence of these United Kingdoms.

I gather Lord Pearson has effectively left UKIP but is remaining in a titular capacity despite resignation, to help out a much beleaguered Farage.

I understand that Farage is very much more damaged, by his ridiculous plane crash on election day, when rather than put in the W O R K he opted to show off and indulge himself at the party expense swanning around in a particularly dodgey Polish drag and drop advertising plane!

It is astonishing just howmany people Farage has paid to like him and salaried as Praise Singers just how little sympathy he received for his foolish stunt – one might also note the number of sickos who quite openly wished him dead and also how soon people just reverted to ignoring him and his childish antics except when paid.

Then again one has to accept that Farage and Croucher are all but welded at the hip as each without the other is largely lost and they are at the end of the day the masters of the prank with the political intellectual acumen of the fart joke and be rude to teacher. 17 years and not one step closer to the exit, not one step closer to Parliament and 12 completely useless lumps of deadwood as MEPs who are only of interest to the media when under investigation, which they frequently are, even then many editors merely say ‘who? Oh yes – No we are aiming to be a mass media paper not an introspective paper targetting the odd meeting in a telephone box’.

Even the sordid mind of Mark Croucher, which may well reflect his racist, anti Jewish, anti homosexual and violent EU membership supporting masters of Farage’s UKIP & EFD but surely dragging UKIP into the gutter he inhabits with personal blog sites like:

UKIP & THE EFD ARE SO WELL REPRESENTED WE NOTE!

You only have to read the idiocy of the likes of Denny, McGough, Baron, Stathan, Skeptyk or the great expert at the risible himself Croucher to realise the rich pickings for lampoon yet not an editor in the land rates UKIP! The crash was barely noted once the media realised Farage would not die and no report of the pilot’s well being was ever made after day one! That was despite the desparate attempt to keep it in the media with tales of cut cables and fanciful sabotages on Butcher’s squalid and dishonest little forum.

I hear Farage is far more damaged than is being let on – mostly mentally by way of shaken and now can’t be stirred!

It seems he has a particularly bad delayed shock of the PTS type with flashbacks and the like – I am fortunate never to have had such, despite many an excuse! It is largely a matter of mental fortitude and training and no one could accuse Farage of either.

I AM HAPPY TO GO ON RECORD in wishing Farage recovery, but also to warn him a return to his old and particularly childish lifesyle with his insecurities and self abuse may well prove fatal for him in the fairly short term. Yet is he likely to be able to stay at home?

I appreciate also he has very few friends and those he pretends to are ALL fair weather friends, including his paid praise singers – none are likely to give him decent advice as few of them stand a prayer of keeping their job or even getting a decent job were it not for Farage and the largess of the public purse as profligately abused by Farage!

I believe there is a very likely possibility that Farage may never return to any concept of frontline politics – clearly UKIP’s General and Local Election results were absolutely embarrassing on EVERY count, beaten in a majority of seats where competing by The BNP – Farage’s personal result was risible in the light of the resources thrown into it, the fact he was beaten by a relatively unheard of also ran spoiler candidate and at a time when The Greens had a candidate elected as MP.

UKIP’s results in the local aspect were possibly even worse when one considers the many 1,000s of seats they failed to gain!
To celebrate the 7th. June when the present UKIP MEPs were elected we note the 8th. & 9th. will find UKIP in the Courts seeking to overturn a well earned Guilty verdict for dishonesty and corruption and a probable debt of £1.2 Million leaving them with only one honourable solution that being that since Nigel Farage, Andrew Smith and Michael Zucherman’s rotten legal advice found them in this hole is that they stop digging and pay 1/3 of the liability each.

It is not unreasonable to speculate that Farage may well not return in September and what a clever political move that would be as he would depart on a wave of sympathy as it would clearly be on mental and medical grounds after his idiotic crash.

They say ALL political careers end in failure and Farage’s is lurching towards that self structured failure as he continues to destroy the Party due to his obvious lack of Officer Qualities or leadership ability. If he were to resign in September he would be spared further inevitable humiliation AND he could claim the sympathy vote on his way out of the limelight.

The cunning part of this for Farage is retiring on health grounds he would derive every benefit and largess The EU could heap upon him, which would continue in no small measure for the rest of his life – or until the collapse of the EU which is inevitable but of an indeterminate date!!

There will of course be all the parasites feeding off his ‘One Man Band’ who realising they would skid out of the door sideways in his wake would put much effort into praising him to try to convince him, at all cost, to remain for their security – in complete disregard of his best interests.

I do understand that Orders have been issued to cancel ALL Farage’s forward engagements! My word how the rats will play with the cat away!

Well I see Griffin has announced he aims to retire in 2013 to concentrate on getting HIMSELF re elected to the gravy train to hugely enhance his pension!

I would opine that he has just made the most politically inept move of his life.

I can not see The BNP members being prepared to let him call the shots – putting his daughter on the NEC thing and working towards the Coronation of his chosen successor just won’t happen:

I understand that UKIP has a thoroughly discredited Peer available as a puppet leader and I can’t see Farage lasting – perhaps he could jump ship and take over – there is the added advantage that he can find a dodgey plane and can fly Griffin out to pastures new (Would upside down indicate Griffin may emigrate to Oz?

I understand that UKIP have been training hard in Racist matters with anti Jewish colleagues with a loathing of homosexuals and a penchant for violence in Farage’s pro EU membership Pan EU Political Party EFD group also the criminal records of some of his colleagues may suit him well for the deal that allegedly he was unable to strike with Tony LeComber and Mark Deavin several years ago.

Now is the chance with his ex Police friend Tom Wise recently, we understand, released from prison after only 1/4 of his sentence and with the long term friend of the BNP Mark Croucher now actively promoting the EFD and racism and anti Judaism.

Croucher would of course require shelter from the British Courts who have ordered him to pay Greg Lance-Watkins’ costs having harrassed him for over a year and aided by Paul Nuttall UKIP’ puppet Chairman and their Press Officer Clive Page when acting as UKIP’s agent he lost his case making UKIP liable for G.L-W’s. bill of £12,500.

Well let us see how it all pans out as the UKIP contingent would clearly welcome out from the stink they have created in UKIP.

The British National Party’s Advisory Council (AC) and other key figures of the party’s structure have completed a weekend of forward planning to overhaul and modernise the party as Nick Griffin MEP announced his intention to step down as leader by the end of 2013 to concentrate on his re-election campaign to the European Parliament.

The extended AC meeting and strategy planning session, held in the East Midlands, also contained a full analysis of the election results, a report on current membership levels, a review of the modernising measures the party is putting in place to bring its election fighting capability up to speed and a no-holds barred presentation and question and answer session with party consultant Jim Dowson.

Mr Griffin made his leadership decision announcement at the end of the first day of the proceedings.

“By then I would have been leader of the BNP for 15 years and that is long enough,” Mr Griffin said.

“It will be time to make way for a younger person who does not have any baggage which can be used against the party.”

Mr Griffin said the timing of his move was predicated by his desire to bring about what he called the putting into place of the last “building blocks” of the BNP’s administrative and political machine.

“This is going to take at least 18 months to implement and after that I intend to hand the party over to someone who will be able to drive support up to where it can be a serious contender for power,” he said.

Mr Griffin said he would concentrate on getting re-elected to the European Parliament in the 2014 Euro elections, adding that he was sure the party could retain its two seats and add several more to the tally.

“I then intend to help the other European nationalist parties to achieve the level of sophistication which the BNP has been able to build up, because a victory for any one of these parties is a victory to all of us.”

Other news to come out of the conference included:

– Current party membership stands at just under 14,000 and is increasing by several hundred every month;

– The party membership churn rate — the rate at which members fail to renew their membership — has been cut from over 70 percent to less than 20 percent thanks to the efficient call centre and administrative machine the party now possesses;

– The BNP’s communication team has been reorganised and will soon be dovetailing with the revamped elections team;

– The way that the BNP fights elections is to be revolutionised. The “bloody nose” which the party received in the local elections has provided the BNP with an insight into how the Labour Party has switched to a technologically-intensive campaigning methodology, and the lessons have been learned. The BNP will also now be upgrading its systems to match that of the Labour Party and will leave the old method of election fighting behind;

The figures behind the BNP’s fundraising campaign were revealed in Jim Dowson’s presentation which was followed by an intensive question and answer session. The pertinent facts are as follows:

– The Truth Truck is owned by the BNP, contrary to internet rumour-mongers, a fact confirmed in person by the BNP treasurer who paid for the vehicle, Jennie Noble.

– Mr Dowson does not take a commission on any membership applications or other transactions which run through the call centre in Belfast, once again contrary to internet rumour-mongers.

– The Midas Consultancy has raised more that £2.6 million in donations for the BNP since January 2008, at a cost of £165,000.

“The BNP emerged from the meeting re-energised and ready for the ongoing struggle to save our nation from destruction at the hands of the old parties,” Mr Griffin concluded.

One wonders how the marriage will work out or will it just turn into another UKIPesque gang rape of the rights of members and any democratic principles?

UKIP under Farage has many of the qualities and moralities, values and principles of The BNP and clearly it is all too understandable why they are so often seen and described as The BNP in Blazers. One must admit the endless mentioning and open promotion of the BNP by Farage and Croucher in the run up to the EU elections last year most likely did more to get two BNP MEPs elected than any 2 BNP members did – It kept their name in the forefront and gave them a prominence and credibility beyond their worth – The BNP have much to thank Croucher and Farage for.

You will note other than the banter of slanging matches to raise the profile of The BNP I have NEVER seen any detailed eviceration of the BNP by UKIP – Just more Farage/Croucher childish stunts and ya boo rudeness as with most of their, for lack of a better word, style!

Lord Pearson having described his leadership team as Neanderthals on tape in The Sunday Times, as he conspired to fraudulently handle cash, to deceive the Electoral Commission – together with Stuart Agnew MEP & Nigel Farage MEP went on to inform the public he had with Farage fraudullently handled cash with success already, laundering its source.

Later Pearson described UKIP members as Troglodytes and stated no one cared if they left after the election – this arrogant betrayal of UKIP and abrogation of his duties in any honourable terms speak volumes of the odious man.

I understand there is every reason to believe he will be dumped by UKIP in Straasburgh this week (probably Tuesday) but the interesting point will be whether he is given an honourable way out and permitted to resign or receives his just deserts and is fired.

Either was this could well leave Farage’s puppet leader blinking myopically in wonderment at the wreckage of the party entrusted to him. As the Neanderthals and Troglodytes circle the grave to his credibility, heaping derision on his stupidity having carried out Farage’s wishes almost to the letter AND carried the can for it!

Clubable, affable and charming he may be – stupid, thick, weak, arrogant and dishonourable and disloyal he surely proved to be.

One wonders if the gonadically challenged Mike Nattrass MEP, Gerard Batten MEP, William Dartmouth MEP, Trevor Colman MEP will for all their bluster be man enough to walk away from the corruption, racism, lie, anti Judaism, sexual intollerance and pro EU membership their venal, mouthy and utterly hopeless leader Farage expects them to join in the EFD after he has destroyed the Party before the Courts in June with his dishonesty and stupidity.

Was Nikki Sinclaire MEP the ONLY individual of honour and morality in UKIP – it sure does look like it and thus no wonder the vermin left as UKIP’s leadership so viciously lied and cheated seeking to defame and besmirch her. How did they expect to achieve anything but damage to the party with scum like Mark Croucher and a raft of sordid sock puppets and low lifes in defence of the EFD and UKIP’s obscene lack of integrity and morals!

While we all await the ‘behind closed doors’ deal making of Clegg, Cameron and Brown, we thought we should briefly review the electoral perfomance of UKIP.

Zero Seats

914,154 Votes

3.08% share of the vote

0.87% increase on previous General Election.

A most appalling result considering the Party had 13 MEPs to promote it around the Country.

Now compare this to the Greens:

285,616 Votes

0.96% share of the Vote

1 Seat

or Plaid Cymru:

165,394 Votes

0.56% share of the Vote

3 Seats

The point we are making is that it is all to do with targetting.

All military Generals know that you should focus maximum resources at your enemies weakest point.

Yet UKIP spreads itself so thinly, it will never achieve a break-through. Yet this point is raised again and again but is ignored.

UKIPs former leader Nigel Farage came 3rd in a Constituency where the 2 main parties weren’t standing. How much was spent on that election?

Do we not remember another major failed attempt costing scores of thousands some 5 years ago.

Until UKIP gets rid of its current Leadership, banish Nigel Farage to Europe and bring in people who understand electoral strategy – it will CONTINUE TO FAIL.

Unfortunate but there it is – an Appalling Result when it should have been UKIPs Day.

CLEARLY UKIP LEARNS NOTHING & MAKES NO PROGRESS!

Hi,

I would very much suggest members of UKIP DO NOT hold their breath in any expectation of either an admission from their leadership that YET AGAIN they got it completely wrong – nor are they likely to lift their snouts from their troughs to acknowledge the members have any right to an opinion.

Less than A Million voters voted for UKIP and I got it wrong! I thought around 4% would vote UKIP and around 100 deposits would be saved – Abject failure but worse occurred with a 3.1% vote and 62 deposits only retained.

CLEARLY the public see UKIP as unfit for purpose ANY purpose save as a dusbin for protest votes in what the public foolishly see as the foreign election of MEPs.

Despite every factor being on UKIP’s side not only did they fail abysmally to attract votes or get ANYONE anywhere near election but they even lost seats on Councils that were being elected on the same day!

Clearly after 17 years UKIP have got it completely wrong YET AGAIN.

It is not just Pearson & Farage that must now admit they just do not have the vision or the leadership skills but it is the entire leadership claque that must go if UKIP is to have ANY meaning in the future.

An open Letter to Lord Pearson and the UKIP leadership

In the aftermath of another disappointing set of election results the leadership must make some crucial decisions, and involve the party membership in the decision making process. The failure of the party leadership to listen to rank and file members is culpable. UKIP must decide if it’s a party only interested in gaining seats in Europe or if it has ambitions to be a mainstream political party, dedicated to governing in Westminster. The concept that gaining seats in the EU would raise the party’s profile in the UK election is no more than a myth as results demonstrates.

If UKIP has a genuine desire to gain seats at Westminster, then we must get away from the concept that UKIP is a grass roots party and join the real political world by understanding what is required to gain seats in parliament, that means UKIP must become a professional mainstream political part. That requires a change in party structure, policies, funding and targeting seats; it requires a change of attitude towards the whole concept of where UKIP stands today, UKIP can no longer be led by mavericks wearing a Tory rosette on one lapel and a UKIP rosette on the other. It can no longer wash its dirty linen in public; it can no longer consider coming fourth a success story or keep using lack of publicity as an excuse for failure. UKIP must take action to bring in professional fundraisers, professional PR consultants and professional leadership.

The results from this election confirm that in order to gain seats any candidate requires both funds and a large team on the ground for months not weeks before an election, the next GE will s in all probability be held within the next 18 months, so planning must start now.

UKIP must understand that it currently lacks the funding and activists to contest the 400 plus seats that were contested at the current election, putting up paper candidates is not the way forward. UKIP should be looking at targeting between 50 and 75 seats selecting these candidates using a professional approach not the “who ‘s willing to stand’ approach each candidate to be approved by the NEC based on their ability to win the seat. Once selected the candidates must be support financially and by a strong election tem at constituency level.

The importance of gaining seats on local councils cannot be underestimated, nor should the importance of local issues when campaigning for parliament. Local council elections are scheduled in many regions for next May (Possible coinciding with a fresh GE) again UKIP must start planning now by selecting candidates, holding local surgeries and general becoming active at community level. None of this will happen on its own, it requires coordination at national, region and local level.

Another weakness within UKIP is the lack of local branches, difficult to remedy but an essential task for regional organisers to tackle.

Finally we come to the crux of the issue, why did we perform badly in the current GE, Even allowing that UKIP increased its share of the vote nationally, in the majority of seats where both a BNP candidate and UKIP candidate stood in the same constituency, the BNP candidate gained more votes. A thorough analysis of all the results is required and quickly to answer some vital question as to which of the UKIP policies appealed to the voters and which failed to impress.

There is also an urgent requirement for UKIP to appoint spokespersons on a wide range of issues that are bound to arise from the hung parliament, on a professional basis we can no longer leave this task to Nigel and Lord Pearson, UKIP requires a much wider range of people promoting UKIP policies in a professional and concise way and making more media appearances in the process, trotting out Lord Pearson or Nigel every time the media require a sound bite from UKIP has a negative effect and quickly becomes stale.

shortly after I had written #118* – The Betrayal Of The Branches & Democracy (02) I received the follow up correspondence from an associate who had received it from an NEC member – in view of the current sordid Kafkaesque show trials following Nigel Farage’s orchestrated ‘Reichstag Fire’ moment of the last NEC meeting may I assure one and all that neither Dr. David Abbott nor Dr. Eric Edmond have EVER leaked confidential NEC material to me.

For those who will screech like banshees as they chase around their little play pens like the packs of, out of control, bullying children in William Golding’s ‘Lord of the Flies’ – Consider ‘Time Lines’ and when they joined the NEC or for that matter the party – relative to my inside information from the NEC from well before Michael Holmes was ousted in a similar witch hunt.

Well back to the ‘Plot’!

It would seem that acting with scrupulous honesty and having not received even the courtesy of a reply from the NEC Martin Harvey called a further meeting for the 8th. November – invitations were duelly circulated with adequate time allowed and this time 20 individuals arrived for a further meeting.

It will be noted that the oleagenous Gollom had in fact sent to the meeting, just as were sent Hitler youth & Brown Shirts to disrupt meetings, this time it was the faintly ridiculous Ian Jonathan Smith (telephone number: 01842 – 861 980 chek with him if you like) supported by Herbie Hitt like Mutt & Jeff they set about their task but increasingly they showed they were ill prepared and hadn’t much of a clue what they were talkinmg about – the final straw was when Smith made a total pratt of himself by displaying his fantasist theories of how MI5 work – one born every minute!

It was shortly after this that they slunk off unable to answer simple questions.

Interestingly, although most of those present at the first meeting attended, the appologies received were all genuine save one and exceeded the number received at the first meeting. The one was from one odd ball who lacked the courage to admit he had been bullied but chose to claim he had been reading his tea leaves or checking the entrails or some mumbo jumbo as an excuse! PRATT!

Yet again the meeting was well organised and chaired, unlike NEC meetings and after Smith & Hitt grovelled off the meeting continued amicably – though disapointment was registered that the leadership & NEC were too self interested and ill mannered to even acknowledge receip to the earlier declaration and allthough there was a prety strong support for withdrawing support and actively campaigning against UKIP in the interests of British patriotism and values – moderacy prevailed!

Martin Harvey competently steered the meeting to a further approach to the NEC & Leadership though therein IS an implied ultimatum!

It is fortunate that we have friends in the NEC and leadership ‘team’ and even those who are a part of it. This helps greatly towards keeping members informed of the duplicitous and self serving behaviour of what can only be described as the scum that has seized control.

Just read their eMails and even if you wish to believe their lies and attrocious behaviour – perhaps YOU can justify the collapse in membership, activists, branches and votes not to mention the lack opf funds or funders, the near silence of 2 embarrassed Peers and the burgeoning number of Court cases and investigations by Police, OLAF, Data Protection & others.

This meeting called by Branch Chairman Martin Harvey, who I understand unequivocally confirmed that his associate Michael McGough who stood in the farcical selection scam corruptly orchestrated by EUkip’s leadership based on lies and dishonesty – Michael McGough clearly claimed in his election statement that he was the elected PPC for EUkip in Harlow which is a lie he failed both to appologise for and also to correct.

The notice of the meeting called by Martin Harvey in the Eastern Region was widely known and attended by around 25 people, I understand, however there were 21 eligible voters representing 21 different Constituencies.

The meeting was civil, well mannered, well organised and I understand well chaired

(not a bit like an NEC meeting then!)

The subject matter was I understand debated and a form of wording agreed for a clear message to EUkip’s leadership and NEC.

This has subsequently been named ‘The Newmarket Declaration’ and I have fortunately been supplied with a copy, together with a covering note, by a friend of democracy with access to a relevant EUkip computer.

I do hope that the friends of UKIP and the intentions of the Grass Roots of the party to campaign to leave the EU are making sure that they not only delete the copy of the eMail to my associate which is forwarded to me are removed from the >SENTDeleted< box – this will further make it difficult for the corrupt and venal leadership, NEC and their lakeys from confirming who are my intermediaries and also which members are supplying me direct from the EU.

Just a warniong as the level of lies being spread around about me are escallating to protect the guilty one must assume – even the Foul Mouthed slut Annabelle Fuller surfaced again this evening bobbing to the surface like something unwholesome in a septic tank.

I undersatand she is likely to be hauled in for questioning for the criminal breech of The Data Protection Act – implausible as her nonsense about taxi drivers and Morocco seemed to all but Wittaker who ill advisedly signed the letter – I wonder when he is asked to sign his witness statement in his defence as the then Chairman whether he will be as happy to attest to the version of events he put his name to originally.

I digress a little.

At a meeting of Eastern Counties Branch Chairmen representing twenty one Constituencies, Branch Officers and Members, at Newmarket on 27th September 2008,
The following points were resolved;

The Eastern Counties regional committee is constituted contrary to its own binding rules, therefore its decisions since its inception, including the MEP selection process, have been and `are unlawful.

The dissolution of the existing committee and the establishment of a new committee in accordance with UKIP rules, be effected forthwith.

That such election be overseen by an impartial independent body.

We note seriously the grave reservations of Piers Merchant, in his official capacity as official returning Officer about the conduct of the Eastern Counties Selection Proceedures.
Newmarket 27th September 2008.

Over a month later and after an NEC meeting EUkip’s sordid claque in leadership have NOT responded but I do hear that there is likely to be expulsion from the party of some who signed the document!

You will appreciate that Nigel Farage & his sordid claque of low lifes orchestrated their ‘Reichstag Fire’ moment at the NEC on the third and are currently following the example of Adolf Hitler this event has given rise to their equivallent of an ‘Enabling Act’ the achievement of which has been celebrated by several of the plotters by way of ‘washail’ and I understand that a celebratory dinner is on the cards as the plot rolls forward.

Already there have been limited Kangaroo Courts and ambush procedures – these have been reliant on abuse of the spirit of the Constitution – one is surprised as a Jew Michael Zucherman being a Practicing Solicitor (at the moment!) has been happy and enthusiastic in his persuit of this plot in the position of Party Secretary – a position in which he is woefully in remiss of duty – it would seem his orgasmic salivations at the very scent of rising up the prospective MEP list if he can engineer the ousting of Gerard Button & Ralp Attkinson during the ‘Kristall Nacht’ period has overcome him.

We understand that there will be a period of flagrant abuse of the residual constitution that was so evicerated by the inept OR dishonest actions of Michael Zucherman, already the Disciplinary Committee would seem to have been disenfranchised! Next no doubt the full benefits of the ‘Reichstag Fire’ moment will be exploited and the Constitution itself subsumed by the new dictatorial powers of the elite!

Draw your own conclusions since YOUR morality is a matter for me – however I have no need of Polls to tell me how to act with integrity, in a moral, fair and decent way. I stand by my morality and my judgement.

By the way – thanks to my source who mailed these eMails to me through a third party, after a brief conversation – How these eMails were floating around outside of Gollom & The Reeve’s Region is difficult to trace, fortunately 😉

Anyway – make of this what you will and I will, not un-naturally, interject 😉

It is to be hoped that this takes little clarification as on my first skim reading I was disgusted at the depths these odious people will sink to to stab each other in the back.

Look closely at the tone of the eMails that follow and consider them in the context of Farage’s Reichstag Fire moment engineered with care last Monday – yet accidentally exposed by my earlier predictions and the astonishing fact that AllAboutUkip Blog posted the outcome of the NEC meeting seemingly before it commenced and The BNP had posted the details before the NEC meeting ended!

Even that early Clive Page from EUkip’s Press Office was spinning to keep up – TRYING to imply there was no connection between Farage’s corrupt dealings and the shoddy attempt to link his BNP based Reichstag Moment to the kangaroo Court dismissal of Dr. Abbott without defence or warning and Dr. Edmond who had been told that he was not allowed to defend himself, from 9 pages of trumped up drivel from the liar, cheat and fraud David Bannerman.

The old grass roots honest UKIP members must be so ashamed to be associated with such shamefull behaviour from the bully boys!

On 12th August, at a Committee Meeting of the Suffolk Coastal branch, a vote was taken to expel John West from all branch activities of the Suffolk Coastal branch.

The Committee Meeting was called without warning, only members likely to acquiesce to corruption were invited (Resignations were resultant from honest men of integrity!).

The victim John West was dishonourably ambushed by the corrupt Chairman acting in collusion with the bully boy Reeve – an individual without morality, integrity or value to our Country as he has no understanding of Justice or decent values – but favoured as one of the new crooks determined to form the new Brown Shirts!

The branch had the authority to do this by way of rescinding the agreement of the branch under Article 2.3 of the Branch & Constituency Association Rules March 2008, which states that:

Even the lowest of such scum does not pore over the rules AFTER the event to find duplicitous ways to justify their dishonest and corrupt behaviour.

Party members may, on request, become a member of another branch, subject to the agreement of the receiving branch committee.

Even having acted in this despicable way they are having to dishonestly go against the spirit of their own law to justify their odious actions.

Since John West does not reside in the area covered by Suffolk Coastal branch, rescinding this agreement required the appointment of a new temporary secretary for Suffolk Coastal branch. Mrs. Larter stepped into the vacancy temporarily.

I understand John West – who clearly has more morality in his little finger than is shared by the sordid claque that have by their actions brought EUkip into disrepute – Whitmore is, for his own gain, acting with liars and cowards like George Curtis and Andrew Smith who I gather will be used as the scapegoat for Farage’s crass handling, with him, that would seem likely to cost EUkip between £500,000 and £1,000,000 by their irresponsible and dishonest behaviour.

The meeting was unlawfully constituted, without agenda or notice. The claimed interpretation of the Constitution is bunkum on ANY interpretation of decency or Justice and counter any British values of integrity.

The reason given by the branch for taking this action was that it was felt John West had breached Article 4.5 of the UKIP Constitution, which states that:

“Members shall accept the Party’s constitution and rules made in accordance with this constitution and do nothing to undermine the reputation of the Party or to bring the Party into public disrepute. Nor shall they act in a manner intended to cause, or actually causing, damage to the Party’s interests including by breaching confidentiality.”

Thus these duplicitous bully boys show their dishonesty – he stands accused under one rule they managed to find, but is brutalised and ambushed under another – Shame on these evil people that are tying to hijack the Party.

This was in relation to public allegations that John West had made against the UKIP MEP for the Eastern Counties, which were proven to be unfounded.

This is to my certain knowledge untrue, false and a lie – as I have spoken with the Police Inspector. I also spoke with the Police Inspector regarding the breech of The Data Protection Act and also with The Data Protection Agency as a complainant. I understand from associates that Mr. West has also spoken with them in detail.

John West was not happy to accept this branch decision.

One can not be surprised that an honest man seeks to uphold honest principles in the face of corruption of any sense of due process.

Accordingly, the matter was referred to the Regional Organiser, who was present at the meeting of 12th August as a guest of the branch to discuss campaign activities.

Clearly a lie as he changed his own story twice and neither was in accord with the spin put about by Whitmore!

This referral took place under Article 7.1 of the Branch & Constituency Association Rules, March 2008, which states:

Let us hope there are enough honest members left in EUkip to see through this intimidatory twaddle.

“Instances may arise when differences within a branch threaten its proper functioning. Every effort shall be made to resolve these at the local level, either by the branch committee or at a full meeting of the branch. If this does not succeed, the dispute shall be referred to the regional organiser, acting on behalf of the Party Chairman.” In upholding the branch decision, Peter Reeve was therefore acting on the Chairman’s behalf.

Clearly Peter Reeve had driven some 100 miles to act as an enforcer in bullying through this duplicitous and underhand behaviour.

It is becoming clear that together with the lies and dishonesty of the leadership election, the dishonesty of the placement of Duffy & others on the NEC, the openly published Returning Officer’s report of corruption in the selection of candidates and the criminal cases being brought in the Courts by the Judicial Review, the Data Protection Agency, The Data Protection Commissioner, OLAF, The British Police and even claims in The Small Claims Courts.

John West further alleges that the branch has a duty to hold an Annual General Meeting, claiming that this currently falls due. Article 4.2.1 of the Branch & Constituency Association Rules, March 2008, states that:

“The Party’s year ends on 31st December. The AGM shall normally be held between 1 January and 31 March and between 10 and 14 months after the preceding AGM.”

Which clearly this abuse of the constitution has failed to take into account as we can be certain the manipulation by the Brown Shirts fails to address the period exceeding 14 months in direct contravention of the rules they seek to abuse.

Since the primary motivation in the rules for the date of the AGM is that it should take place after the end of the party’s financial year, it is the view of Suffolk Coastal branch committee that it is reasonable to delay the Annual General Meeting of Suffolk Coastal branch until January 2009.

It is clearly not the view of the Suffolk Costal Branch duely elected Secretary, whose duty it is to uphold the Constitution that the dishonest bully boys are seeking to kick down, to suit their grubby interests!

As Party Chairman, I am convinced that the proper procedures have been applied by Suffolk Coastal branch. Accordingly, I have made the following decisions:

As Farage’s Puppet it is clear that as so often stated EUkip like fish is rotting from the head down – this is the man who so badly chaired the NEC meeting that the Police had to be called to restore order last Monday (3rd.)!

A shaven headed Liverpool Scally utterly out of his depth unable to control the braying of his own immature and irresponsible claque on the NEC of EUkip.

1. That Suffolk Coastal branch has acted in accordance with the UKIP Constitution and Branch & Constituency Association rules March 2008 in removing John West from his position as Branch Secretary.

If this is your opinion Nuttall clearly you are unfit for office as it is the decision of a small time nebbish, dancing for his corrupt and discredited puppet master. Your action brings The EUroSceptic Movement into disrepute and nothing but shame on EUkip.

2. That the Branch secretary of Suffolk Coastal branch is now Mrs. Larter, acting in a temporary capacity until the next AGM of Suffolk Coastal branch.

So this is the first of the provincial show trials! Shame on the sad old Larter that she accepts the position, when better men have resigned it leaves only the scum!

3. That Suffolk Coastal branch should hold its AGM in January 2009.

Are we to understand that Farage’s hapless little puppet is acting as Gaulleiter with Dictatorial authority in breech of EUkip’s Constitution and any moral concepts of natural Justice?

For Info. We sent notice to the branch today upholding Suffolk Coastal committee’s decision to remove John West as their branch secretary. He had since that meeting sent a letter to all members calling an AGM on 25th Nov against the wishes of the branch chairman. Will keep you up to date on this as things occur.

Well done Mr. West at least one person is acting honourably – a course of action clearly that which has floated to the top of EUkip’s septic tank has no cogniscence of – it is interesting to note that a Branch Secretary has legal responsibilities – Just imagine if EUkip had someone elected to office in June 2009 just how they would betray these United Kingdoms.

Interestingly whilst the bully boys went around intimidating people one of my contacts in head office informed me that as far as they were concerned John West was still the Secretary and being mailed as such!

I have been asked to contact every suffolk coastal member by phone to confirm our action and explain why they have received the false letter from John West. (as well as asking for donations! LOL)

If you want a lie spread about seek a weak man and bribe him! One wonders if your abilities to fund the Party will be commensurate with your ability to organise the meeting in Capel St. Mary!! Who would fund EUkip other than someone trying to buy position EUkip’s accounts stink and any money will most likely have to be used to pay fines and damages!

Do be minded that as John West has still not been notified (unless he reads my blog) of their filthy underhand coniving he was acting in good faith as Secretary and after many years as a trusted member he has his own list of members accrued whilst working WITH members not for himself and money!

(Note he is still currently Chair of Ipswich North & Suffolk Central branch. – but this at least should solve the problem for Ron Whitmore and get their branch moving forward again & out leafleting) There may be wider implications to John West’s actions in contacting these members as he had no right to use the database or the title. Will wait to see what fuss he makes for next step.

Here we go again. Today, for the 14th year in a row, the European Court of
Auditors will unveil their report, telling us that they refuse to clear the EU
accounts. What’s worse, no one will really seem to care. We are told that the
accounts won’t be cleared until 2020 – if then.

Having worked inside the Brussels nomenklatura and having being sacked
for my insistence that financial controls have to be strengthened, I am not
surprised to find that nothing has changed other than the arguments deployed to
defend this state of affairs. What the auditors have been saying for years is
that most of the payments made by the Commission from its £70 billion-a- year
budget cannot be deemed legal or regular. That is, that they cannot confirm
those payments have been made to the correct person for the correct purpose and
for the correct amount. It stretches credulity to insist, as the Europhiles do,
that this does not mean that there is fraud.

Because the payments are made to beneficiaries in the member countries
it’s easy enough for the institutions to put the blame on those recipients.
Which is what they do, claiming that the problem is one of insufficient
attention being paid to the paperwork. But who designed the paperwork that no
one understands or completes? And who doesn’t insist on it being completed? The
institutions themselves, of course. Because this control is missing there is no
way to protect against fraud or even to uncover it.

We might not expect the European Union to be whiter than white, but we
should at least hold them to the standard of being competent. Who is to blame
for this situation? The Members of the European Parliament. For those 14 years
they’ve been allowing this situation to continue.
It’s not just that too
many have gone native, dreaming of their part in constructing that shimmering
vision of “Europe”. It’s that they’ve forgotten what a Parliament is for, which
is not simply to pass legislation, but to hold those who implement it to
account. Only a complete cynic would note that those who do complain, those who
do insist that this situation must change, start to find their own activities,
their own expense accounts, say, subjected to audits of much greater detailed
scrutiny than are applied to the accounts as a whole.

The Euro-elections in June 2009 offer the public a chance to elect
those who will defend their interests, who will insist on controlling where
their money is going. The EU costs Britons £40 million a day and we all deserve
that so much of what is ours is not wasted in fraud.

How come EUkip couldn’t get a reputable firm of UK accountants?

How come EUkip has to dishonestly parachute in an unregistered alien who was not a member when such as Rob McWhirter was denied a vote after many years, because he is currently under contract in Switzerland?

This woman is a fraud and a cheat – hardly surprising when one realises her determination as a political prostitute to get back on the gravy train – seemingly by any dishonest means!.
