I gather this apology was published by UKIP on its web site at or around 09:00hrs. Strasbourg time – it being an EU pretend Parliament jolly in Strasbourg this week and it would seem to have been published near simultaneously in Britain at 09:00hrs. GMT on Nikki Sinclaire MEP’s blog.

The following statement has been issued by UKIP today:

The UK Independence Party and Nikki Sinclaire are pleased to confirm the amicable resolution of the Tribunal complaint brought by Nikki Sinclaire.

“The Respondents to the claim, which included the Party, and who all denied the allegations, have agreed to Ms Sinclaire withdrawing the claim ahead of the forthcoming Pre-Hearing Review as the Party and Ms Sinclaire resolve matters between them.

“The UK Independence Party takes this opportunity to affirm that it is opposed to discrimination on all grounds as prescribed by law and otherwise. The Party acknowledges the principles of non-discrimination, non-racism and non-sectarianism in its Constitution, and holds those principles dear as a libertarian party. The Party does not espouse, condone or support homophobia or sexual orientation discrimination in any way, and sexuality is no bar to involvement or advancement within the Party.

Ms Sinclaire is grateful for this confirmation and is pleased that this matter has been concluded by mutual consent and looks forward to a more constructive relationship.

This is clearly a further effort on the part of Nikki Sinclaire MEP to try to help UKIP take a more mature and reasoned approach to their duties and responsibilities and put right the lies and dishonesty that are so frequently emanating from the leadership team its parasites and hirelings.

The Party and Nikki Sinclaire MEP may have agreed this statement but will a further statement be issued that this is agreed and binding on the named individuals Nigel Farage MEP & Godfrey Bloom MEP who were jointly named in the Guilty verdict as handed down?

May I personally congratulate you on accepting this apology for as long as it is adhered to by UKIP its leadership and their gofers. This, let us hope will be the first steps from them in righting the lies and dishonesty against you and their corrupt withdrawal of support. Presumably UKIP & its MEPs will rapidly withdraw from supporting The EFD and its violently anti homosexual stance as continued membership is clearly untenable in the light of the claims in their apology. My congratulations to UKIP for being adequately grown up to admit they were in the wrong and issue this statement and to Nikki Sinclaire for having the good grace, not only to have given UKIP the opportunity to come up with this statement, but also for being prepared to waive The Guilty verdict and further rounds of Court action which clearly UKIP could not honestly or reasonably have defended.

Clearly no one should ever be descriminated against for their private and legal perversions or for public knowledge of them – homosexuality was de-criminalised almost 50 years ago and rightly so.

In the light of UKIP’s unequivocal statement and if they have any integrity they will no clearly repudiate the utterly repugnant EFD Group and its behaviour and wish to disassociate themselves from continued moral and financial support of The EFD Group.

Personally I would hope that, inorder to avoid entrapment or embarrassment in the future, UKIP would now wish to renounce any intent to aid The EU in its policy of denigrating National politics by the continuation of Pan EU Poliitical Parties/Groups – which this instance alone has shown up clearly as a danger in ethical and moral terms.

There may be vaste bribes available in return for membership of Pan EU Political Groups – but such payments are at the cost of principles and unethical.

There is NEVER a wrong time to do the right thing and the man who is willing to sell his principles for money will pretty soon find himself with no principles to sell.

Euro Zone Needs to Tackle Its Biggest Deficit—Leadership

As the euro zone scrambles to extricate itself once again from a mess of its own making with what appears to be an 11th-hour deal to save Greece from imminent default, the markets should keep their relief in check. At the heart of the euro-zone crisis lie a series of deficits: fiscal deficits, bank capital and liquidity deficits, and productivity deficits. But the biggest deficit of all is the shortage of political leadership. As so often over the past year, politicians have found just enough resolve to avoid immediate disaster. But without far greater bravery from Europe’s leaders, the next crisis won’t be long averted.

The biggest leadership deficit lies in Greece. Athens kick-started the euro crisis last year when it revealed that a combination of fraudulent accounting and widespread tolerance of tax evasion had saddled the country with a far bigger deficit than anyone had imagined. Prime Minister George Papandreou’s government triggered the latest problems by backsliding on its commitments to the European Union, European Central Bank and International Monetary Fund to embark on major privatizations and structural reforms. Instead, it wasted precious months this year holding the euro zone to ransom with threats to restructure debts.

Only now its bluff has been called has Athens agreed to deliver on its promises in return for further bailouts. The alternative is a disastrous default and likely exit from the European Union. But even now the government is reluctant to shrink its bloated public sector, preferring to put the bulk of its fiscal consolidation on tax measures. Meanwhile, the opposition plays party politics over issues of national survival, undermining public acceptance of the program. No wonder other EU governments are reluctant to trust Mr. Papandreou and want strict conditionality to any loans.

Not that the rest of Europe is blameless. For too long, European governments turned a blind eye to weaknesses at the heart of their project. The single currency was always going to depend on member states exercising fiscal discipline and boosting their competitiveness to achieve convergence. Yet the Stability and Growth Pact that was supposed to deliver these goals lacked teeth; Europe stood by as Germany and France flouted the Pact by running excessive deficits. Greece wasn’t the only country to reap the benefits of lower borrowing costs while refusing to reform; protectionist efforts to flout single market laws remain rife.

Worse, the architects of the euro launched it knowing it contained a fatal design fault: euro-zone government bonds were zero-weighted for bank capital purposes even though, unlike normal government bonds, they were not backed by a government with the power to issue its own currency and therefore were exposed to credit risk. That gave banks an incentive to load up on higher yielding peripheral country bonds, driving down borrowing costs and fuelling a disastrous borrowing binge. This crisis was predictable–and predicted.

But now the crisis has arrived, where are the statesmen prepared to spell out the hard choices to save monetary union? A default now would be catastrophic, not least because of the contagion effects upon government and bank borrowing costs. Yet instead of putting pressure on Greece to stick by its promises, some politicians destabilized markets with unrealistic talk of a debt restructuring. Worse, the rhetoric of the past few weeks has reduced the political space for the hard decisions needed to draw a line under the crisis. Last year, governments watered down a new competitiveness pact by refusing to hardwire tough sanctions into the rules. The euro zone has also ruled out issuing euro-zone bonds that might ease the funding costs on troubled euro-zone sovereigns. Meanwhile, it has failed to tackle the crisis in the banking system.

The latest round of bank stress tests may improve the capital position of Europe’s banks, but the really big problem is liquidity. Greece, Ireland and Portugal already face a credit crunch given their banks’ reliance on ECB funding; rising Spanish and Italian bank borrowing costs are the biggest risk to those countries hitting their growth targets. Yet measures that might improve bank funding—such as allowing the European Financial Stabilization Fund to take pressure off sovereigns by taking stakes in banks and guaranteeing funding— remain firmly off the agenda. The logic of the crisis is that banks should be regulated at a European level; until governments recognize this, the pressures on individual states—and the political risks to the euro—will be immense.

As things stand, the only European institution prepared to spell out these truths is the European Central Bank. This is a dangerous place for a central bank to be, reinforcing the perception the EU is run by unelected bureaucrats and lacks a mandate. European leaders consistently say they are determined to do whatever it takes to save the single currency, but have too often been prepared to duck hard choices, leaving the ECB to go to the outer limits of its mandate to preserve stability.

Europe needs leaders with the courage to spell out the hard choices and the inevitable loss of sovereignty. Few people voted for this kind of Europe, few want it now, people have a right to feel angry. But the option of turning back the clock 20 years doesn’t exist. A break-up of the euro zone would be a political and financial calamity that would threaten the survival of the European Union. On the other hand, it is still just about possible the euro zone could exit this crisis more united, more powerful, more transparent, more accountable, more competitive, more prosperous.

PLEASE NOTE:

The vote on this issue will be circulated in Mid July in the in house comic – INDEPENDENCE NEWS which is used, on track record, for corrupt Farage propaganda but rarely appears on time with excuses usually being made based upon lack of funding (As with The NEC Elections of last February which still have not yet been held!)

The theory is that Ballot Papers will be distributed during July to all members and the completed those being returned by mid August will be counted as a part of the vote.

I have just watched the full debate of UKIP as chaired by Steve Crowther at The Tiverton Hotel which ended at 15:55hrs.

May I congratulate Mike Smith for having the integrity to thank Nikki Sinclaire, Mike Nattrass and Trevor colman for their sterling work in bringing the facts of The EU to the attention of both members and the public – having not lost sight of the reason they were elected.

I was amazed at the lack of facts, lack of information and emotive nature of the debate from both sides of the rather mumbled arguments, beyond the admonishment to read the Legislation for yourself – with which I do agree but it was unfortunate that the two sides were not adequately in command of their brief to respond with linkage in other than their set piece presentation section..

That Stuart Agnew clearly stated he did not care about the outcome of the democratic vote of the members he, like Godfrey Bloom would willingly betray the principles of Democracy in UKIP such as it is and if the vote was NO to PEPPs he personally would still join one!

Some will remember that I warned before his election that Stuart Agnew was untrustworthy, dishonest, corrupt and self interested. He colluded in corruption to be placed upon the list of candidates as one of Farage’s placements based on Farage’s comment ‘He is as thick as sh*t but he’s got money’.

No I never expected Stuart Agnew to act in an honourable or principled manner on ANY issue – a point soon highlighted by The Sunday Times and I understand still a subject of OLAF enquiry in terms of his boassted of fraud together with his equally dishonest and corrupt partner in fraud David Bannerman.

I presume Stuart Agnews puppet masters the NFU wish him to aid and assist their paymasters The EU by helping The EU in its greater goal to undermine National Politics by controlling Pan EU Political Parties via their bribes and purse strings to the MEP’s overseas accounts and perks.

It was stunning to listen to these 4 protagonists waffling on with so little knowledge or understanding of either The EU, ethics, principles or even the rules as laid out by The EU for PEPPs which can be read in full if you CLICK HERE

They seemed not to have a clue what their own UKIP MEP was upto which speaks volumes of the loss of control when prostituted to The EU and funded as a Supra National Political Party – we are currently at the stage where UKIP Chairman and two UKIP MEPs haven’t a clue what Godfrey Bloom is doing – just as they hadn’t a clue that David Bannerman had gone on a jolly with the Tories to Taiwan!

To have SOME incling of what Godfrey Bloom is upto, although his web site has not been materially updated since last year! You may be will find this helps understand how he is subsuming himself into The EU when not copulating with prostitutes in the streets nor urinating in flower pots in Hotels CLICK HERE

As a starter to help the idiot Stuart Agnew Godfrey is NOT a member of something called The Alliance he is a member of The EUrope of Freedom and Democracy – a corrupt grouping harbouring and promoting Racism, violent anti homosexuality, anti Judaism, Holocaust denial and pro EU Membership seeking reform as is he Stuart Agnew also UKIP’s remaining MEPs willing to jump when told to put money in Nigel Farage’s pocket. Godfrey Bloom is also a member of The Pan EU Alliance for Freedom.

Both the utterly vile EFD Group and this other grubby little group are increasingly within the bounds of Pan EU Political Parties or PEPPs.

Rerhaps it would be an intelligent action on these ‘larded’ self serving individuals to read up a little on the subject and to that end they will find this of help: CLICK HERE.

What is UKIP doing that is of any real benefit towards getting these United Kingdoms out of The EU – as yet they have never had a single training course of consequence and it was clear from todays debate they sure to hell need one. It is all very well waffling about policies and Government WE NEED MORE POLITICIANS LIKE A HOLE IN THE HEAD – The only reason UKIP gets votes is the stance of Leave-The-EU and on that clear message and by exploiting (dishonestly) the difficulties of other Parties in DOMESTIC politics UKIP does well in EU elections – the results when OTHER POLICIES are considered are risible as shown by their abject failure at Westminster elections and even worse results at local level!

Clearly and sadly to genuine supporters like myself who seek solutions for our Country and NOT enrichment or agrandisement for ourselves, it is increasingly clear that UKIP is unfit for purpose IF the aim is to liberate these United Kingdoms from membership of the malign and damaging EUropean Union.

All too often the ONLY answer UKIP has to any view point that may challenge their income stream as individuals is abuse or more hirelings and praise singers to abuse those who are genuine Patriots seeking to Leave-The-EU.

To quote Steve Allison of Nigel Farage:

“I don’t question HIS recollection of the incident or HIS interpretation of the story. I’m sure he is sincere in his beliefs. Similarly I don’t question anyone’s belief in an almighty God. I’m sure they are sincere in their beliefs. I don’t share those beliefs but it doesn’t make me right and them wrong or visa versa. However, I know that you and I will never agree on this because there is no god but Farage and Heaver is his prophet so there is no point discussing it further really is there?”

Hardly surprising having just watched 2 hours of ill informed and crassly uninformative debate that would surely not pass muster in a responsible 6th. Form let alone as a ‘presentation’ debate by such highly funded rascals. Though I will say afternoon tea at The Tiverton Hotel was pleasant!

I trust this picture will help – The theory that it was ‘Set Up’ was one of several put forward by Nigel Farage over a period of time as each previous one was shot down in flames:

Nigel Farage’s personal links with The BNP were irrefutable and his links with The National Front are ongoing though as The NF fades there is less notable a link.

That Farage’s father Guy had NF links as a Subaltern in the army before he left and that the close family friend Buster Motram, who was introduced by Farage to the party against wiser counsel. That Farage had racist and anti Jewish links is irrefutable – you will also note he spoke on numerous occasions at The Swinton Circle, seen by many a more balanced individual as racist and most clearly an organisation which harboured known fraud and corruption giving a frequent platform to the known criminal Tom Wise.

Do not be beguilled by the politically idiotic and malicious with stories of National Democrat membership being of overly much concern as it was a nascent organisation that was made up of those largely moving away from the hard core racism of The National Front or its splinter group The BNP. The ND had little time to formulate policy before it sallied forth into an election, largely making up policy as it went along.

The National Democrats didn’t last long and withered bringing down The National Front as it slid from obscurity to oblivion, some members drifting off to The BNP and others to meet up with chums from NF days in UKIP whilst the raw recruits in the main seem to have been welcomed by UKIP.

Farage’s election agent for a considerable time was National front.

The renunciation of The BNP of today is a desperate move to create a distance for publicity purposes from the racist, anti Jewish anti homosexual and violent agenda thinly disguised in The BNP whilst openly supported by UKIP within The EU – despite any protestations to the contrary.

Look closely at UKIP’s Pan EU Political EFD Grouping and you will realise just how corrupt and dishonest is their position renouncing The BNP on the one hand whilst all too willing to support their EFD equivallent in their violent anti homosexuality, holocaust denial, anti Judaism and racist comments and behaviour.

That members of UKFirstParty are banned is a pure act of petty spite as a result of shame at having lied cheated and rigged internal selection procedure and having been called to account by some who had spoken out against such corruption.

That UKFirstParty was set up as a UKIP spoiler party was a myth promoted to cover the shame of losing such a large chunk of relatively influential senior members as a result of the outright dishonesty of UKIP leadership and the parasites who feed from their largesse.

A former deputy leader of UKIP today announced his defection to the Conservatives in a bitter blow for the anti-EU party and its leader Nigel Farage.

David Campbell-Bannerman, the UKIP MEP for the East of England, said that he was switching to join the Tories because he wanted to represent a serious party and not a pressure group.

Mr Campbell-Bannerman, 50, had been responsible for drawing up much of UKIP’s wider policy agenda including defence and foreign policy and his defection comes at a time of simmering discontent with Mr Farage’s leadership.

Earlier this month, Marta Andreasen, UKIP MEP for South East England, called for Mr Farage to step down after disappointing results for the party in the local elections.

“Party members and supporters are justifiably angry. After promises of success and claims that the party would triple the number of its seats, after large amounts of party members and donors money was spent on what was a poorly led campaign, the result was frankly dismal,” she said.

Meek Lib Dems pale next to squabbling UKIP

Here’s thrilling news for Nick Clegg. At last there’s a party leader who is having a more torrid time: Nigel Farage of the UK Independence party. First, the MEP David Campbell Bannerman, a former deputy leader, defected to the Conservatives. Now another MEP seems to be threatening legal action.

When Marta Andreasen, once hailed as UKIP’s Sarah Palin, recently called on Farage to resign after the party’s dismal haul in local elections, he dismissed her as “hopelessly out of touch” and added “she hasn’t been in the UK for several months”.

Andreasen now wants him to retract that remark, warning darkly of “other avenues of redress”. She says: “His comments create the impression that I am somehow an absentee MEP. Nothing could be further from the truth.”

UKIP and Farage, who was only re-elected leader last November, are beginning to resemble a squabbling couple: can’t live with him, can’t live without him.

It was good to see Nikki Sinclaire MEP has come together with others to revivify Futurus as it has been a consistent and reliable think tank over many years.

I have always sought out the pamphlets and essays of Futurus as written by Tony Scholfield as a good source for factual information and political theories.

Best of luck to Nikki Sinclaire, Trevor Colman, Gary Cartwright and the Futurus team. A real way forward for the EUrorealist movement!

It was nice to meet up with some old friends as well as some current colleagues at a recent meeting in London to discuss the relaunch of FUTURUS, the think tank.

One of the many criticisms that has come out of the recent civil war in UKIP is the lack of academic integrity and a reliance on outdated arguments. FUTURUS will not be a UKIP project as such, that would not help our case at all, it will be non-party political, but with strong eurosceptic leanings.

There are certain policy areas in which eurosceptics are provided with rows of open goals. Sadly these are all too often missed, amongst the shadow chasing and in-fighting that dominates our slice of political space. FUTURUS is not the only such project emerging at present, and I think we can look forward to a long-awaited refreshment and rejuvination of our platform.

I was delighted to receive a copy of the new book ”Too ‘nice’ to be Tories?: How the modernisers have damaged the Conservative party” by Anthony Scholefield and Gerald Frost. The author’s analysis of the flawed reasoning behind the modernisation of the Conservative party is extremely interesting and their arguments convincing. I strongly recommend it.

Can we now hope that with a serious Think Tank being put in place that Nikki Sinclaire MEP, Trevor Colman MEP, Tony Scholfield and their team can move forward with some gravitas – always absent within UKIP who in 18 years have not produced a single pamphlet of any gravitas – little wonder that the UKIP village idiot was despatched to try to gate crash the meeting but realising that Mick McGough stood no chance of admission – his dishonesty and gutter behaviour clearly precludes him from a meeting of moral or ethical people.

In desperation and with no one of any standing finally the last resort (Many have found him so) the dishonest and corrupt manager of UKIP’s press office for lack of anyone competent was sent to hover around and loiter, a role well suited to Gawain Towler, in order to spy on who turned up!

Perhaps now that UKIP has been exposed for what it is the public will realise, what UKIP leadership never did, that reasoned argument outstripped chicken costumes, blow up toys and exhibits from museums or even rude and childish behaviour any day!

Perhaps we can look forward to a series of essays and pamphlets being available from Futurus and a sound web site from which to garner factual and well researched information as many of us do with EUreferendum blog by Dr. Richard North and others of their ilk – Sadly UKIP as an entire hugely funded party has been far outstripped by a mere handfull of individuals on their own without funding.

It will be noted that for information on UKIP for instance those seeking to keep pace with the idiocy of UKIP and their squabbling – which seems about all they do – tend to visit this blog and Junius as a first port of call particularly the activists, patriots and media!

Hi,

how right the odious and Oh so dishonest little liar and cheat David Bannerman MEP is.

The only words in this article that ring true are when he said ‘You couldn’t make it up’ – David Bannerman after a series of spectacular failures standing under several different names failed to get elected to anything of any significance in mainstream politics.

Thus 7 years ago he re-invented himself with a new CV, new ancestry and new personna to seek self enrichment by exploiting the gullibility of UKIP and its star struck defacto leader Nigel Farage.

David Bannerman lied through his teeth when he betrayed The Tories 7 years ago – a fact which I pointed out in detail at the time and warned he would merely use and abuse UKIP for his personal gain and then jump ship when it suited him betraying the hard work of UKIP members – whether principles entered any side of this equation was a moot point!

Interestingly this all rather brings to light the underhand and untrustworthy behaviour of UKIP NEC Member Mick McGough who is loudly proclaiming yhis disloyalty to David Bannerman and that he knew he was ‘A wrong un’ and that he knew he was dishonest and couldn’t be trusted. Mick McGough even announces on a Tory blog that David Bannerman was on the fiddle with his staff and public money in couched terms.

It seems reasonable to me to ask what use this revolting old man is to UKIP in view of his vile public behaviour, his lies and cheating and now his admission he knew all this all along but did not speak out on behalf of UKIP – he would it seems rather make a complete ass of himself with his childish and tasteless attacks on me and public gloating when he heard my cancer had – as long expected – returned.

Is it not the duty of a member of UKIP NEC to protect UKIP from betrayal? Yet we note Mick McGough and his long term buddy the scheister who fiddled UKIP’s accounts as Treasurer, set out to lie to The Electoral Commission, when caught out ran away resigning his post in the most unprofessional manner leaving some 29 questions of probity unanswered – Andrew Smith and Mick McGough are, in flagrant disregard of UKIP rules and despite Mick McGough being a member of The NEC of UKIP they have registered a separate Political Party with The Electoral Commission.

UKIP’s standards would seem to show one couldn’t put so much as a cigarette paper between them and The LibLabCon in matters of ethics and morality – lies, deceit, duplicity, betrayal, cheating and fiddling expenses seems endemic!

scraps Ark Royal, the Harriers and other essential military equipment, we need them the

most. While we bomb Libya from the UK, the French send a carrier. I have called for Ark

Royal and a minimum number of Harriers to be reprieved – just as Invincible was reprieved

by the Falklands crisis (which did Mrs Thatcher no harm).

The shambolic sight of UK rescue operations in Libya was a national embarrassment.

The ridiculous choices of the Coalition Government, to spend more on EU membership

(now £48 million a day) and foreign aid (£23 million a day) when we are

making dangerous cuts to our own military services speaks volumes.

They cut at home to squander money abroad.

And we call these politicians our public servants!

Falklands

This piecemeal salami slicing of our self-government has dire consequences indeed.

Even if we did have an independent foreign policy, the Coalition’s outrageous defence

cuts leave us almost defenceless.

Why else would there have been speculation on loss of the Falklands when the cuts

were announced? How can aircraft carriers without any aircraft to carry make sense?

The idea should have been laughed out of the room.

We are in the endgame to salvage what independence we have left. This is the culmination

of years of EU planning, to subvert the nation state and supplant independence

with a federated plan for a Common European interest – the United States of Europe.

Any state that cannot make plans to defend itself, cannot call itself free.

Additionally, a nation that cannot speak for itself is not free either. The institutionalization

of the European Foreign Service, with its ambassadors pledging allegiance to

the EU and not its constituent nations, will only go to gag Britain in international

affairs. Bit by bit, independent states are being elbowed aside on the international

stage by the EU and our foreign minister Baroness Ashton, a lady who has never

been elected to anything in her life. I bet she learned a lot about international diplomacy

working for the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament!

With the proliferation of these EU embassies, who acts on behalf of British

interests now? Who do foreign governments call when they wish to deal with us: the

EU or UK ambassadors?

No wonder they are closing many British embassies.

Britain’s anti-EU movement is on the rise and our voice is being heard. We want

friendly trade and cooperation with European nations, but we want to reassert our

global presence, reclaiming our seat at the WTO, making full use of our UN Security

Council seat, establishing a Commonwealth Free Trade Area, and playing a full and

active part in NATO.

As you can see, there is a world out there.

So why just stick in with the overregulated EU and its falling share of world wealth?

We’re a global trading nation whose destiny lies outside the EU.

MEP accuses EU of trying to
‘buy’ UK referendum results

The European Parliament recently debated new regulations that will give European political parties
the right to interfere in referendums in Britain, leading UKIP MEP Stuart Agnew to accuse
the EU of attempting to “purchase the right result, first time.”

The new regulations will allow European political groups to use their funding to support campaigns in
the UK on referenda with an EU dimension, something that parliamentary rules have specifically
forbidden until now. This means that any referendum in the UK on transfers of power to the EU or on
whether or not to leave the EU would be very seriously biased in favour of the pro-Brussels line.
As the UK Government wishes to hold referenda on future transfers of power to the EU, Mr Agnew
said: “You are frightened out of your wits that we may give you a series of wrong answers, so you
intend to remove money from our taxpayers’ to indoctrinate them into your own version of the path
of true righteousness.

“Never has the EU’s gerrymandering been so clearly displayed alongside its contempt for UK
voters.”
