A VERY embarrassing result for UKIP all round but unsurprising and consistent with their track record.

Although public ambition for leaving The EU is now just over 50% of the electorate and for root and branch reform of the EU to restore it as a co-operative economic organisation eradicating its malign and damaging interference in the afairs of those foolish enough to join its membership in the subservient vassal status required of its members.

During the time this inexorable rise in support for the Leave-The-EU position has occurred, dur to the vile behaviour of some of the extremist UKIP members that has taken place in public and the crass ineptitude of its leadership UKIP has all but collapsed in influence.

Under Roger Knapman’s leadership which was idiotic at times there was at least a pretence at some sort of code of behaviour all be it only weakly held and then all too often in contempt by the likes of David Lott, Mark Croucher and the like – the membership did at least rise to almost 30,000 and Roger Knapman led the party from 3 Meps to 13.

Then came Nigel Farage and briefly his puppet surrogate Malcol Lord Pearson who between them presided over an abject collapse in membership and a burgeoning of cyber bullying, uncontrolled dishonesty and outright corruption amongst the party leadership.

This saw the membership collaps to less than 10,000 effective membership yet the bullying and abuse of supporters, commentators and interested parties alike continued with the use of Farage’s usefull idiots like Mick McGough, Malcolm Wood, Hugh Williams, Douglas Denny, Mark Croucher, Derek Clark and the like and many a sock puppet too ashamed of their actions and dishonesty to put their name to their sordid behaviour.

It is much vaubted by the claque of the leadership that Farage has increased the party by 11% which is clearly rubbish since at very best, they themselves claim, the membership is only 17,000 which includes many titular memberships given away free and a very large % of lapsed and deceased members still listed! A similar collapse to that of the branches where many branches have no members just party puppets as officers including salaried employeesunder instruction!

So let us accept these figures for fantasy sake and remind those trying to sell them that even then 11% would only amount to around 2,000 whilst in reality Farage has presided – for whatever reason, over a collapse from nearly 30,000.

Only a fool could believe this to be anything other than an unmittigated disaster on such a clearly strongly rising market place!

These figures of abject failure are clarified when one notes that although results in elections are claimed as 5-7% the facts speak louder than the spin with consistent failure to even find someone to stand for UKIP and be associated with the chavvery and corruption, fraud and self serving abuses.

Actual results across the board would seem to indicate UKIP has a voter following of somewhere between 1 and 3% – Thus no sign that UKIP will EVER obtain a seat of any consequence in domestic politics and as UKIP members must realise, as do EUroSceptics and EUroRealists are well aware the antics of those in positions in The EU consistently do more harm than good to the Leave-The-EU cause.

Increasingly it becomes more obvious that UKIP under its present leadership and its sordid and cowardly claque is doing more to aid The EU than ever it is doing top Leave-The-EU and as such are undeniably unfit for purpose as they aid and abett The odious EU and maintain its continuence, credibility and control.

To this end UKIP even resorts to rigging internal ballots and manipulating selection processes in EU like disregard of democracy to ensure support for their associates in the gutter of EU politics in PEPP such as the vile racist, anti homosexual, anti Jewish advocates of violence of their EFD Group who espouse membership of The EU and amongst whom there are many who took active part in implementation of the New EU Constitution in the guise of The Lisbon Treaty or like UKIP in these United Kingdoms sat on their hands so as not to risk hindering its implementation!

Then we have the spectacle of the gravitas of UKIP which seemingly amounts to support for the right to die from cancer as a smoker and campaigning for changes in pub rules and regulations – How might this substitute for actions to Lerave-The-EU or efforts to professionally and competently research, divise and guide on an exit and survival strategy beyond the childish and naiive view that we should just Leave-The-EU put about by many of the usefull idiots in UKIP working to undermine the party and any sense of confidence anyone might have had!

I gather UKIP having lost their case relative to Nikki Sinclaire and desperate to avoid hugely costly losses in The High Courts are scrabbling to find ways to re-include Sinclaire against the wishes of Farage but in return for the support of Stuart Wheeler without whose money Farage’s ineptitude would be apparent to even the most crass of the fan club of inadequates in the cult he has constructed.

As for Court cases I gather the latest case will be when Gerard Batten is dragged back into Court to most likely lose his case on the 19th. or 20th. of March. One wonders what Gerard Batten has ever done towards the cause of Leave-The-EU relative to the damage he has done the cause with his lack of comprehension of tenets of Justice and his vile and bigotted religious intollerance amounting to clear incitement to racial hatred and intollerance of the superstitions and beliefs of others as he parades just how revolting are his superstitions and beliefs!

How could any but a fool take UKIP seriously as a guide and leader to Leave-The-EU as was the original intent of the partyy and still is the sole aim desired by many genuine and honest UKIP supporters.

‘Democracy’ in UKIP: Nigel Farage changes the London Assembly list as he doesn’t like the result of the election

Democracy is already dead in UKIP. Just ask UKIP members in London if you doubt us!

The internal elections for the London Assembly were held and this was the result:

Nigel was not happy with this result as Steven Woolfe – his chosen candidate – had failed to come top. So Farage had the list changed!

And why is Steven Woolfe the chosen one? Because he can be counted on to do as he told. And that is why Mr Woolfe has been promised a top slot on the MEP lists. As we have said before:

Steven Woolfe – London Assembly candidate and Farage sycophant – has been promised a lead position on one of the lists. More than one one source has told Junius that Farage wants Woolfe to replace Gerard Batten as lead London MEP candidate. Indeed, the assembly list was altered to ensure that Woolfe became lead candidate despite David Coburn having received the most votes in the internal party elections for the list. Woolfe should have been fourth on the list but Farage – via the NEC – changed it!

And how we laughed when a slightly drunk Farage was witnessed reading the riot act to Woolfe outside a Westminster pub. This concerned Steven’s reluctance to stand in the London Assembly elections. Nigel was heard to tell him that standing in the LA elections was essential if he still wanted to become an MEP. Farage also boasted that HE would have the final say on who stands as an MEP after the proposed constitutional changes were approved because, “I will control the lists as I control the NEC”. LINK

And remember this extract from an email from Vanessa Crichton?

Also the membership vote for the Assembly List was re-jigged so the first 2 voted to the top of the list were put further down. I am not happy about this because this is not acceptable in a party purporting to be democratic. LINK

Why are the leadership so keen to condemn the EU as ‘undemocratic’ when they themselves are prepared to cast democracy to the winds and ignore the wishes of the membership because they happened to vote in a way contrary to the wishes of the Fuhrer and his sycophants? The words ‘stinking hypocrisy’ spring to mind! It certainly doesn’t bode well for the vote on the proposed changes to UKIP’s constitution!

We urge all UKIPPERS attending the upcoming UKIP conference to demand answers fom Farage and the corrupt NEC!

We also note that Lawrence Webb has resigned as UKIP London RO following “a campaign of denigration” levelled at the London Region. Webb also states that he has been the victim of a personal vendetta at the hands of certain UKIPPERS.

And who guided their hands?

We believe you need look no further than the cult leader Nigel Farage.

You will note that, as yet another insider, Mr Webb also confirms the fiddling of the London list.

For some time now I have been aware of a campaign of denigration levelled at London Region and in particular my role as RO. Although much of the rhetoric is extremely vague in nature “London is rubbish” etc. and despite the fact much of the data (such as we collect it) shows that London Region is performing slightly above the average, it has continued unabated.

This denigration was self-evident last Thursday, when the top six candidates were interviewed to justify their position on the list. One of the interviewers tried to make the point that I had not contributed or helped in the recent F&H by-election, this continued even after I had given a full account (backed-up by Lisa Duffy) of all that I had done to help.

I believe that my role as Party RO is now untenable as it is clear that I do not have the support of the Party Leadership and so I give you notice of my intention to stand down, from that role, effective immediately. I would stress that my decision was in no way influenced by the NEC’s decision to adjust the results of the members’ ballot.

I am extremely encouraged by the qualities of those candidates on the list and feel that they will be more than capable of taking up the slack leaving me more time to devote to the Mayoral campaign and our overall objective of achieving electoral success in London.

‘Monster doffs its stingy-brimmed fedora to Swedish MEP Cecilia Wikström, for restraint and decorum today.

She invited fellow MEPs to a Valentine’s Day performance of The Vagina Monologues, a play seized upon by women’s rights activists as a masterful contemporary narrative of female identity and empowerment. The production today is with the collaboration of the playright herself, and is intended to give elan to a parliamentary ‘call to action to end violence against women and girls.’

UKIP MEP Gerard Batten, however, couldn’t resist the schoolboy tittery that has surrounded the work since it first rose to prominence in the mid-nineties.

In a ‘reply-to-all’ that found itself in ‘Monster’s inbox too, Batten writes:

“Dear Cecilian [sic],

Thank you for the kind invitation.

It looks interesting. It is some kind of ventriloquist act?”

What a card.

Far be it for BM to come over all right-on about this all, but really?

Wikström’s response, flooding the parliament’s inboxes only a couple of hours later, was simply the following:

“Mr Batten just thinks of ventriloquists

Such a brilliant rhyme for old chauvinists

Suits this kind of chap

Whose views are old hat

He can´t bear the presence of feminists

It´s a challenge when those with vaginas

No longer put up with – in silence

This kind of old tripe

From him and his type

But speak up loud and clear against violence”

Someone with less composure may have pointed to Mr Batten’s voting record in the EU parliament, which saw him only two weeks ago vote against a parliament call for more policy action to combat violence against women.

Someone less charitable again may have replied:

“If you want to see the kind of ventriloquist act Mr Batten has in mind, please click on the video link on his own website to view a series of his interventions in parliament.”

And here is The Guardian’s opinion of the crass stupidity of Gerard Batten as presented by their leading correspondent Hugh Muir in The Diary section:

The event is billed as “a cross-party call to action to end violence against women and girls”; the round-robin invitation reaches Ukip’s Gerard Batten, MEP for London. It’s all a laugh to Gerard. “Thank you for the kind invitation,” he replies. “It looks interesting. It is some kind of ventriloquist act?” Ha ha, Gerard. Very good. Always a giggle to be had from domestic abuse.

Many of who are seriously out of control whether using their own names, having no reputation or self respect to defend like Mick McGough NEC, Annabelle Fuller PR, Marta Andreasen MEP, Gawain Towler PR, David Bannerman MEP,Douglas Denny NEC, Paul Nuttall MEP, Peter Reeve Regional Organiser, Stuart Gulleford, Derek Clark MEP, John Ison, Gerard Batten MEP, Mark Croucher, Stuart Agnew MEP, Stuart Parr, Godfrey Bloom MEP and the like or the small army of sock puppets too ashamed to use their own names to peddle their own particular brand of filth like Skeptyk, Independent UKIP, SDP, Gothmog, Stathan and the like!

Well respected National Economist, broadcaster and University Professor Tim Condon makes it yet again clear that UKIP in its present form is unfit for purpose, riven with squabbling factions all seeking their own place on the gravy train as they thus aid and abet The EU and its undemocratic, profligate and malign institutions and ambitions.

Dear fellow members of UKIP
(and others concerned about the UK’s relationship with the EU),

Members of the UK Independence Party are being asked to vote for a new Constitution. It is very important that – in the run-up to the 2014 European elections and the 2015 general election – UKIP’s members agree to and respect their party Constitution, and that the Constitution itself be clearly written and legally unambiguous. The present Conservative-LibDem coalition government is mediocre and unconvincing, as well as being essentially Europhile.

These are ideal conditions for minority parties to pick up protest votes. UKIP ought to top the poll in the 2014 European elections and at least to double its share in the next general election (i.e., to reach at least 6% in the national vote).

But – as far as possible – UKIP must concentrate on “outfighting” (fighting our enemies), not “infighting” (fighting each other).

Unhappily, many influential members – including, for example, Mike Nattrass MEP and several branch chairmen – are concerned about the contents of the new Constitution. Last year the party had a major debate about its attitude towards pan-European political parties. I took an active role in that debate and helped put together some of the key information on the meaning of PEPPs.

I was delighted that – after an open, democratic and occasionally quite fierce debate – the party’s members voted by more than two to one that UKIP must not become associated with a PEPP.

The current concerns about the Constitution focus on two issues,

– the possibility that, under clause 3.4 of the proposed Constitution, the Leader and the National Executive Committee could override last year’s PEPP vote and take the party, and its MEPs, into a PEPP, and

– the selection of candidates for elections.

I am not in this e-mail going to cover the second of these. However, I do feel very strongly that the party membership’s opposition to a PEPP must be respected by the Leader and the NEC. I have therefore written the following Open Letter to Nigel Farage and asked him to reassure members.

Will Nigel give us a clear and definite commitment that, while he is Leader, UKIP will have nothing to do – no connection whatsoever – with a pan-European political party, a structure which – as everyone knows – is a creation of the EU and a bribe from the European Parliament to MEPs? If Nigel can give us that commitment, I will support the new Constitution.

The Open Letter appears below:

Open Letter to Nigel Farage MEP, Leader of the UK Independence Party

Dear Nigel, 12^th February, 2012

Several party members have written to me voicing their concern about the proposed new Constitution. Some have sought my opinion on the Constitution and asked for my recommendation about how they should vote. One of their main concerns relates to clause 3.4 which reads,

The Party may cooperate with other like-minded democratic parties, institutions and organisations for any purposes which are wholly consistent with its objectives, whether such be in the United Kingdom or elsewhere for such time and to such an extent as the Leader and the NEC deem necessary and expedient in order to advance the Party’s objectives.

A commonly-held view is that this clause would allow the Leader and the NEC to form an association between, on the one hand, the Party and its MEPs, and, on the other, a pan-European political party established under the European Parliament’s auspices.

We perhaps do not need to remind ourselves that the UK Independence Party had a major intra-party debate last year about a possible association between it and a pan-European political party. That debate took up time and energy. I was myself on the panel of speakers opposed to a PEPP relationship and spoke to three “hustings”-type meetings.

I was delighted that the membership voted by a decisive margin of just over two to one that UKIP should not become associated with a PEPP. I was also sorry and disappointed when, late in the campaign, you supported in an article in Independence a link between UKIP and a PEPP. I was sorry and disappointed not least because in January 2004 you had said that UKIP was “opposed on principle to the idea of state funding of political parties, either nationally or at the European level”. You have frequently expressed your dismay about the lack of democracy in the European Union. I have admired your speeches and interventions in the European Parliament. I agree with you 100% that the un-democratic and centralizing direction of travel in the European Union must be deplored. But consistency then demands that UKIP conduct itself in a fully democratic spirit. If we deplore the un-democratic and centralizing direction of travel in the EU, surely UKIP itself must be a model of democracy.

I might myself be willing to give you the benefit of the doubt on clause 3.4, but several party members are unhappy. Accompanying this letter is another, from Michael Foulston, chairman of the Mole Valley and Epsom branch, to his branch members. The worries set out in that letter seem to me to be very understandable.

I now come to the crux of the matter. Will you, during your period as UKIP Leader, respect the result of the democratic 2011vote on the pan-European political party issue? More precisely, will you given a clear and definite commitment that you will discourage and prevent any association between, on the one hand, UKIP and its MEPs, and, on the other, a pan-European political party established under the auspices of the European Parliament? As we both know, such pan-European political parties are funded from the European Parliament’s budget, and its officials check and decide the compatibility of such expenditure with the EU’s wider aims. Those aims are totally at variance with UKIP’s.

If you give a clear, definite commitment that you will stop an association between UKIP and a PEPP, I will myself vote ‘Yes’ to the Constitution and I will recommend to others that they do the same; if you cannot give such a commitment, I will vote ‘No’ and recommend to others that they also vote ‘No’. Time is pressing, and I would appreciate your early reply. If I have not heard from you by Friday, 17^th February, I will be voting ‘No’. (Let me note that I have little doubt that the Constitution will be voted through, whatever the outcome of this exchange between us. At any rate, if UKIP does under your leadership link up with a pan-European party, party members will know where you stand.) I look forward to your reply.

You should have by now received a copy of thenew draft party constitution on pages 11-14 of the party’s magazine Independence. I hope that you willtake the opportunity to read through this proposed change and vote.

My reason for writing to you about this matteris that having discussed it with your branch secretary Bob Cane and branchtreasurer Peter Lindsay, I find that we do share some concerns. In particular,we feel it is regrettable that there has been no consultation period allowedand members are being asked to vote Yes or No to the whole document as itstands.

Our objections relate in particular to paragraph3.4 of the draft constitution which states:-

3.4 The Party mayco-operate with other like-minded democratic parties, institutions and organisationsfor any purposes which are wholly consistent with its objectives, whether suchbe in the United Kingdomor elsewhere for such time and to such extent as the Leader and the NECmay deem necessary and expedient in order to advance the Party’s objectives.

You will probably recall that the Party spentmuch time and trouble last summer because of the wish of certain MEPs to join aPan-European Party. That was firmly vetoed by the membership by a vote of 5161to 2535 on a 49·2 per cent turnout.

Bob, Peter and I are anxious to ensure that weshould do all we can to ensure that the Party is not closely associated orgrouped with other European parties which are at variance with the principlesof UKIP. That paragraph as it stands is far too widely drawn and could beinterpreted as an “enabling” clause which might allow just the sort ofentanglement which was rejected last year. We would like this aspect of thedocument to be clarified, expanded and much more closely defined.

Obviously, each member must vote as he or shesees fit – and, indeed, I hope you will participate in the vote. However, as itcurrently stands, I am personally voting against this new constitution as areBob and Peter.

I wasn’t going to use this as it seemed of little relevance and I couldn’t then be bothered third party verifying the facts in view of the mangled grammar and spelling even worse than mine 😉
but having received it and mailed it on to Junius, who have now used it – I can well see why they made a number of corrections.

There is the original text as mailed to me by someone who is very much an insider:

We note with increasing amusement attempts by party loner Peter McGuiggan to claim that Nikki Sinclaire, Mike Nattrass and Trevor Colman have betrayed UKIP by leaving the EFD are becoming more and more frequent on the internal members forum. His constant attacks of hatred are of course made safely from behind his computer screen, to much of a spineless coward to mention any of his gripes to Mike Nattrass when in the same company, not surprisingly as he seems to despise Mike the most?

Peter’s buffoonish antics first came to people’s attention, when he made a complete fool of himself at the party’s West Midlands PEP debate last year when he stood up within the audience to hurl abuse and rudely interrupt speakers making presentations. Fellow members were less than impressed and he quickly sat down when his outbursts had drew drew hisses and shouts of ‘’shut up’’ from the audience.

Others may remember him from his embarrassing outing as a UKIP candidate on the 16^th of June also last year when he scrapped a massive 180 votes. Throughout that campaign Peter refused to contribute a penny and demanded EU funding to pay for his by-election leaflets despite being told this was against electoral law. However, Peter was given personalised leaflets for his campaign. How did he thank those that went to the effort of producing and paying for these you might wonder? He hoarded them under the bed and lied about delivering them.

Perhaps had Peter spent as much time campaigning for UKIP as he spent as an Arm Chair warrior he might have achieved more of a result. Like most Farage sycophants, Peter supported UKIP signing up to a PEP – thankfully most members aren’t so easily led.

NEC member Douglas Denny is also becoming increasingly annoyed at Peters immature posts online recently lashing out after another unwarranted attack on Mike Nattrass, correctly stating

‘’Mikes worth to the party and to the cause has been infinitely greater than yourself – of that I have no doubt whatever. Your leaving the party will have no effect and might even be to the good, whereas his leaving the party will be definitely to the detriment of the cause and party’’

We happen to agree.

Despite being put in his place, Peter continues to attack Mr Nattrass proclaiming that he has just four diary engagements for February 2012 and that he pockets £300k pa amongst other rubbish, hoping something will stick. Well Peter, if you are not happy within UKIP why don’t you go back to the party that you came from the BNP!

I can confirm that in substance the material is correct.

Other than for self enrichment why would ANYONE want to be a UKIP MEP?

The jealousies, racism, anti homosexuality and the vile cowards squabbling and back stabbing, frequently too ashamed of their activities to even put their name to their delusional lies shows the Party as comnpletely unfiot for purpose as they aid The EU on a daily basis by presenting a vile and self serving image of EUroScepticism that has proved immensly harmful – little wonder their defenders hide behind false identities and dishonest and iresponsible low lifes like John Ison, Mark croucher, Douglas Denny, Peter Reeve, Derek Clark, Gerard Batten, Mick McGough, Annabelle Fuller, Stuart Gulleford, Malcolm Wood, Michael Greaves, Paul Nuttall and their ilk!

It is little wonder that they are associated with the scum of the gutters of EUropean politics in such extremist groups as The EFD & EAF.

It is such a shame when the Leave-The-EU cause is so strong in these United Kingdoms that it is sabotaged and befouled by the leadership clique of UKIP and their claque in betrayal of the many very genuine and decent members whose gullibility they exploit!

‘Apology over homophobia is not enough’

A DISTRICT councillor at the centre of a homophobia row has received an apology letter from the leader at Aylesbury Vale District Council – but says heads should roll.

Councillor Steven Lambert, who leads the opposition Liberal Democrat group, has called for the leader and the chief executive to be removed over an alleged nickname used by four Conservative councillors.

He contacted police after a Tory insider passed on a document alleging Mr Lambert, who is gay, had been referred to as ‘Lily’ on four separate occasions since last year’s May elections.

Last week all Liberal Democrat members at Aylesbury Vale District Council, as well as their Labour and UKIP counterparts, sported pink anti-homophobia badges at a crunch budget meeting.

The badges, declaring Homophobia Is Gay, were worn to a full council meeting on Wednesday.

Since the Bucks Herald broke news of the allegations last month, Mr Lambert has received a letter from Councillor John Cartwright, leader of AVDC, stating: “May I apologise for any such remarks which may have been made by any member of the Conservative group.

“Should you wish to let me have details of those occasions, I will of course investigate matters further.”

And the letter asked Mr Lambert to accept ‘my sincere and genuine apologies for the issues which you have found so upsetting’.

But the Liberal Democrat leader said he was far from impressed.

He said: “What I’ve got isn’t an apology, it’s insulting.

“I’m so angry, and my group is livid.”

He said he had contacted the Local Government Association, calling for Mr Cartwright and AVDC chief executive Andrew Grant to be removed.

Mr Lambert met senior AVDC officers, alongside Superintendant George Wrigley, to discuss the allegations.

He praised police, but said he felt ‘let down’ by AVDC.

A statement from AVDC after the meeting said: “It was a private meeting and we have no further comment to make on the matter.”

The alleged remarks were made during Conservative group meetings, and at last year’s election count at the Waterside Theatre.

All four councillors reported to the police deny the allegation.

It seems that Chris Adams:

& Andy Huxley:

who between them ousted their LibDim rivals in the ward of Quarrenden with a combined vote of 761 votes out of the roughly 105,000 cast in the Aylesbury Council Election where UKIP & Labour both hold 3.4% of the seats and UKIP gained 14.7% of the overall vote.

Chris Adams & Andy Huxley must find their position particularly interesting as they try to explain to fellow Councillors and the electorate how UKIP and its leader and others were found guilty of anti homosexual behaviour in Court and Godfrey Bloom was officially censured by the then president of The EU’s so called parliament.

Let us not forget that Nigel Farage, who is effectively UKIP as the BBC & Independent have made very clear, is a leader of an anti homosexual Pan EU Political Group the EFD and Nikki Sinclaire was forced out as a UKIP MEP largely due to her openly stated homosexuality.

One wonders if the actions of Councillors Adams & Huxley on this issue are no more than dishonest face saving hypocricy or are they prepared to unequivocally renounce the clearly anti homosexual stance of UKIP as a party as judged by the actions of its corrupt leadership?

Let us not forget UKIP leadership took absolutely ZERO action when a member of their group openly supported Anders Brevick, nor when UKIP MEP Tom Wise was found to be stealing public funds, nor with regard to the openly exposed and vile Zionist bigotry of its then puppet leader Lord Pearson or even the incitement to racial hatred of UKIP MEP Gerard Batten with his openly anti Islamic writings and speeches – many will remember Tony Bennett and his vile anti Islamic stance and publications which UKIP tolerated for so long.

The Cyber Bullying attempts of its sock puppets with their lies and distortions are legion and there has been absolutely no effort made to control such behaviour with it actively encouraged in its Press Office and even the outright lies of Paul Nuttall its sometime Deputy Leader!

We note the fre3quency of the unjustifiable lies and dishonesty of Nigel Farage on the public media which so undermines the Party credibility.

Just how does UKIP claim to be working towards the goal of Leave-The-EU when it behaves thus and aligns itself with the gutter sweepings of politics and voices opinions and dedicates almost all its time to the enrichment of a small clique and the encouragement of a corrupt claque?

Perhaps someone can identify in what way UKIP is enhanced by membership and association indeed leadership of The Pan EU Groups The EFD & EAF other of course than the enrichment via such as the unaccounted 4000 group allowance and the use of the international travel budget to bribe and buy members to increase the 4000 budget!

Just how do the antics of UKIP leadership and its odious parasites make any discernible contribution to Leave-The-EU. We note the showboating and entertainment by its party bufoons on childish stunts and costly showing off and idiotic and demeaning speeches that sabotage the gravitas of UKIP, such that it might have been.

Just how does pointing out the fact that the EU’s stance over Greece is almost identical to that of Nazi Germany with the imposition of an unelected Gaulleiter acting as an authoritarian administrator – who will note this beyond the tiny group of informed UKIP watchers in Britain?

It is time UKIP was cleaned-up, root and branches and started acting in some responsible professional manner – one need only briefly read their latest attempt at a constitution to appreciate in all those needless words and posturing they have completely lost the plkot and the brevity of the cause ‘Leave-The-EU‘.

UKIP has clearly lost its way in a plethora of self serving, self enriching dishonesty and self congratulatory pomposity.

It must indeed be difficult for Cllrs. Adams and Huxley to square the circle but it is to be fair a difficulty suffered by a tiny number – those elected as UKIP Councillors who amount to somewhere between 10 & 15 in these United Kingdoms – unless you count the supposedly non political ranks of pointless busy bodies on Parish Councils!

my thanks to Barbara Booker for her, as ever, faultless research – It would seem that Marine LePen is now something of a mover and shaker in Godfrey Bloom’s extremist EU Political Party grouping!

Strange when one considers the irrefutable FACT that UKIP members unequivocally voted against UKIP being a part of such EU Groupings but I guess it is fair to say ‘since when did UKIP leadership give a damn about democracy integrity or the members’!

talk about unfit for purpose – can you imagine a party that is so unprofessional that it supplies lists of its distribution membership freely, as shown by their crassly amateur, so called, party secretary!

Let us not forget UKIP has a track record of complete irresponsibility in data protection even being censured by The Data protection Commission through the courts!

It was after all UKIP that indulged in Cyber Bullying by posting a candidates confidential video on YouTube.

You will remember the lies and dishonesty and attempted cyber bullying to suppress the truth and intimidate by its press office, NEC members and even the lies of MEPs desperate to suppress the truth! NEC members such as Douglas Denny, Mick McGough or MEPs like Stuart Agnew, Graham Booth, Derek Clark, David Bannerman, Marta Andreasen etc.

Now we see once more the efforts of its leadership to once again force through changes to its constitution, crassly ill presented amateurishly ill written and once more trying desperately to eradicate democracy and concentrate POWER in the hands of one man.

Let us not forget that these efforts have already been voted down previously but be minded UKIP is very much an integral part of The EU scam and like The EU makes its subjects vote and vote and vote again to get the result they ‘demand’!

You will also note for just how long some of its more senior members like Michael Harvey, David Nixon and the like have been trying to persuade the party to act ethically but with little result – you will remember David Nixon resigned almost a year ago but did not carry it through until now – so out of their tiny group of elected Councillors yet another has quit UKIP in disgust at their dishonesty and lack of democracy.

We all KNOW Steven Woolfe was parachuted in as lead candidate as a drinking buddy of Farage’s – The number one list candidate in London was elected by the members yet he has been bumped down to suit Farage!

The elected list, I am reliably informed by several individuals, was:

1st David Coburn
2nd Lawrence Webb
3rd Paul Oakley
4th Steven Woolfe
5th Helen Dixon
6th Elizabeth Jones

Is this what UKIP wishes for our country, rigged elections and selection processes overriding the democratic rights of the voters?

I have been promised a number of letters including resignation letters which I will publish if they take the factual position forward constructively towards a Clean-Up of UKIP to TRY to make it fit for purpose rather than an aid to The EU!

Just consider where the corruption of elections has led UKIP – it was Farage’s CHOICES like David Bannerman, Stuart Agnew (Thick as pig sh*t but loaded – to quote Farage), Ashley Moat parachuted in to raise Farage’s credibility, the liar and fraud Marta Andreasen, Paul Nuttall forcing out Gregg Beaman etc. etc. The list is as long as UKIP’s history and just as corrupt!

You will also remember the esteem in which UKIP leadership hold their councillors from the belated and most perfunctory note of the untimely death of one of their few decent achievers Steve Povey and do note the fact that apart from a rather limp electoral circular they put no effort into retaining any of his seats despite having a willing candidate with public sympathy on his side as his son – UKIP lost EACH seat!

Labour ex-minister and former Staffordshire Moorlands MP Charlotte Atkins won a district council seat from Ukip at Leek North on aswitch of more than 19% since last May.

Tory Neal Podmore gained Staffordshire’s Leek South division.

These two seats became vacant after the death of a Ukip councillor who represented both of them.

Analysis of six comparable results suggest a projected 2% nationwide Labour lead over Conservative, the same margin calculated in aBBC survey of last May’s council polls.

This week’s line-up based on five wards fought both times by all three major parties is: C 36.1%, Lab 34.5%, Lib Dem 19.3%.

C 725, Ukip 556, Lab 432, Lib Dem 419, Moorlands Democratic Alliance 336, Ind 192. (June 2009 – Ukip 1766, C 1355, Lib Dem 905, Lab 470, Green 323). C gain FROM Ukip. Swing 7.4% Ukip to C.

Staffordshire Moorlands District – Leek North:
Lab 514, Ukip 188,C 178, Moorlands Democratic Alliance 33, Lib Dem 24 . (May 2011 – Threeseats Ukip 694, Lab 657, 527, C 423, Ukip 336, Ind 277, C 275, 170). Lab gain from Ukip. Swing 19.1% Ukip to Lab.

The PEPP ballot was conducted after proper debate and the real UKIP Party voted against it quite rightly. I did say before the PEPP debate that we should see the new Constitution before we voted on the PEPP Issue.

We are now in a situation where 90% of our members will not understand what it is all about when they vote. This is not good enough,

Dear Fellow UKIP members

Thank you so much for writing in with your observations on the constitution.

I respectfully disagree with your proposition and urge you to vote “YES” to this new document which is so important for the future of the Party.

The proposition made is inaccurate as the new Constitution will NOT change candidate selection procedures. The candidate selection procedures will be the same whether or not the Constitution is passed.

The relevant Rules permitting a Constituency Association to select from the Approved List are now within the Party’s Rules of Procedure, which states:

B.5.1 It is the responsibility of branches to seek to nominate candidates for parliamentary and local elections within the branch area, acting in accordance with the rules laid down in Sections R,S,T,U and V of the Rules of Procedure.

S.15 Only applicants on the national approved list may apply to a branch or Constituency Association for an adoption/hustings meeting.

S.16 Adoption/hustings meetings shall be advertised so that all candidates on the Approved List have the right to apply for selection in any constituency.

S.17 Constituency Associations or branches which fail to select candidates within the timescale in the PPC Selection Procedure may forfeit the right to select their candidates, with the responsibility being undertaken by the region.

S.18 Where there is more than one applicant in a given constituency, an open hustings meeting must be held in accordance with the PPC Selection Procedure.

S.19 In this event, the choice of candidate shall be made through a ballot in accordance with the PPC Selection Procedure.

I suggest that these provisions make clear that the effect suggested is not in fact the reality.

We even had the spectacle of Nigel Farage telling outright lies on National TV as he claimed to have fired Tom Wise and more recently his lies that UKIP had 2 female MEPs when it was he who was found guilty of abuse by the Courts in firing Nikki Sinclaire who to save face and curry favour for Stuart Wheeler’s money he has had to make overtures to try to get to rejoin the UKIP MEPs – This he has singularly FAILED to achieve in over a year of clearly implausible negotiations.

Imagine what UKIP would be like if they had ANY authority in Governance!

The newly proposed constitution takes power away from Branches and the Conference. it also moves back in favour of Pan European Parties.

There is one voice for and yet no counter proposal at all ……. and we are again being railroaded and given no time to talk about the issues.

Please consider it seriously before voting.

I shall vote NO.

Herewith some of the paragraphs worth looking at:-

3.3 and 3.4 open the door for pan european parties.

4.2.1 gives NEC carte blanche to introduce whatever they like.

4.3.d does this apply to Lord Pearson?

4.4.1 this allows the Party to keep Lord Pearson in the party ranks.

4.9 Yet another paragraph giving undefined power to the NEC.

6.3 deals with elections to the NEC but no mention of regional representation on the NEC.

7.1 gives the Leader the power to ‘give political direction….and the development of policies. It should be ‘assists in giving political direction’.

12.1.1 gives the NEC unlimited and undefined power concerning selection.

12.1.2 a clumsy way of preventing another Ashley Mote incident.

12.6.7.8 gives power to the NEC and away from the local constituency in
the selection of candidates.

12.11 this strengthens up any undertaking by prospective MEPs to belong to a ‘grouping’ But the make up of such a group is not defined (3.3. and 3.4. would allow for any group ‘subject to the right of the Leaderand the NEC jointly to decide…).

In other words UKIP MEPs can be forced to belong to another EFD or ID group along with those who are federalists and extremists.

Under the new Constitution the selection of candidates for Euro elections and General elections remains with the NEC. Branch or ConstituencynAssociations may only select candidates for Local elections in their area.

I believe that UKIP will not flourish unless Regional and Branch committees have the right to select UKIP candidates for Euro and General elections. Therefore I am voting ‘No’ to the new Constitution.

This is NOT because I have been denied membership of the approved Party list – I have never applied, and have no plans to do so. It is because UKIP is in danger of becoming a fiefdom. We demand that the EU has democratic legitimacy, but deny local activists the most important task of all – the selection of a local candidate to represent their area. Regional committees should have the final decision on Euro candidates – Branch committees on General election candidates. This is not to deny the NEC the right to create an approved list of candidates, but the list must be advisory only.

You have probably received the latest “Independence” magazine with the new Constitution inside with your ballot papers to vote “yes” or “no”. I have had a long chat to some people within UKIP and I have been persuaded to vote NO and I am urging you to do the same.

I have been alerted that there are clauses in the new constitution which make it easier for UKIP to join a Pan-European party and therefore be given a great deal of “our” money to help the EU cause.

Also the membership vote for the Assembly List was re-jigged so the first 2 voted to the top of the list were put further down. I am not happy about this because this is not acceptable in a party purporting to be democratic.

I do hope you will agree with this and vote NO to the new constitution.

Thank you for your response. It would have been nice if the ‘Rules’ to which you refer had also been circulated to members.

However, as you know perfectly well mere ‘Rules of Procedure’ will always be inferior to the principal Constitutional document. If there is any conflict between the two, the Constitution will always prevail, as it so often does in the USA – where the Constitutional issue is always fought out in the final Court of Appeal.

Para B.5.1. of your Rules of Procedure allows branches to ‘nominate‘ candidates but not to decide. I believe that Regional Committees and Branches should have the ‘right to decide‘. Mere nomination to the NEC is a worthless prerogative for Regional and Branch committees because this Constitution transfers real powers of selection to the NEC.

I do not argue with your Paras S.15 to S.19 – but they make no difference to the central objection that the new Constitution cements the right of the NEC to determine who will be selected to represent UKIP in every region for Euro elections, and every constituency for Parliamentary and Local elections.

I regret to say that your response emphatically underlines my fears that UKIP Regional committees and Branch committees are no longer to be trusted to undertake the important role of selecting suitable candidates to represent the local community. Without trust you cannot expect the wholehearted support of grass root members to get behind their candidate. Without strong commited support at local level a candidate’s chance of election is dramatically impaired.

Hi,

I am sure those who support the Leave-The-EU cause will be pleased to note the progress of Chris Hudson who was elected by a resounding majority to Suffolk County Council last night.

The runners up were the Labour candidate Kevin Archer with 800 votes and the Lib Dim Derrick Fairbrother with 400 whilst Chris Hudson obtained 1,300 votes.

Although all three candidates were equally disadvantaged by the freezing weather that caused a very low turnout the result was excellent for Chris Hudson.

Many in UKIP will remember Chris Hudson who walked away from UKIP in disgust at its corruption, bullying, dishonesty and crass ineptitude – clearly aware that UKIP in its present form was obviously unfit for purpose.

At least EUroRealism now has a strong voice in SuffolkCouncil – Well done Christopher and clearly disassociating from UKIP has given rise to your electyoral success and it does not go un-noticed that UKIP couldn’t even muster a candidate when formerly this was such a strong area for UKIP – Now virtually trashed by the dishonesty of its corrupt unelected regional committee with low lifes, cheats, thieves, bullies and unprincipled liars like Mick McGough, Andrew Smith, Stuart Agnew. Peter Reeve, David Bannerman, Tom Wise, Peter Cole and the like featuring strongly in UKIP.

It is also interesting to note that in UKIP it seems that the leadership are pre-empting the vote on changing the constitution to ensure Farage has dictatorial powers through his muppets and puppets on the NEC who seem to have ‘ajusted’ the figures for the London EU Assembly elections – Frankly I do NOT believe the listing for candidates in any way reflects the votes of the members as I was reliably informed that Steven Wolfe DID NOT come first nor Lawrence Webb third and I can not believe that even UKIP membership would be foolish enough to vote a dishonest, corrupt, criminal like Mick McGough into any position whatsoever!

These ‘ajustments’ no doubt underpin the correspondence from Lawrence Webb!!!
