DID THIS LETTER HELP CONVINCE EUkip NEC? WHEN THEY STOOD UP TO FARAGE & SET ASIDE HIS IRRESPONSIBLE and DAMAGING ANTICS!

Is this the letter that convinced the NEC to have the courage to set aside Nigel Farage’s stupidity and self serving bad judgement that attacked the decision of Lord Pearson as leader of EUkip?
That grovellingly his puppets Paul Nuttall and the egregious Christopher Gill followed suit doing as they were ordered by Farage and digging the hole ever deeper.
Jill Seymour having just returned to the NEC reinstated after her resignation in what was perceived as disgust at the behaviour of the NEC by many who were quite impressed by such a principled stance at the time, prorogued herself from the discussion as having been on Nikki Sinclaire’s staff until their ways parted in September (quite an unusual display of decency for an NEC member! You will note Denny votes on matters that concern him and happily rewrites the history to delude the ill informed! Also Up the Duff votes on matters pertaining to her and Peter Reeve, but then she has no principles [or abilities, well, commercial or political])
Interestingly the reason Jill Seymour gives for having stood down is that she was an employee at the time and thus debarred until she left Sinclaire’s employ in September – one has to wonder why Duffy is still tollerated on those grounds, and also why Seymour did not return in September.
One is forced to the realisation that EUkip is completely without principles on its NEC and amongst its leadership.
However the following letter and the fact that Edward McMillan-Scott has made it VERY public that he WILL take the Tories to the High Court and has Learned Advice that he will win must have shaken the NEC as even his many addicted boot lickers and place men turned against Farage and set aside his stupidity re-instating Sinclaire, but we await a copy of the letter from Zucherman to see if they include the terms, she has made clear must be included, before they are off the hook!

LEADING MEP TO CHALLENGE TORIES OVER EUROPE
A leading MEP who defied the Conservative leadership over its European links is preparing a legal challenge after the party rejected his appeal against expulsion.
Mr Edward McMillan-Scott (Yorkshire & The Humber), re-elected a Vice-President of the European Parliament on July 14, for which the Conservative whip was removed, was expelled on September 15 without notice or reason. His appeal was heard on December 11, but was rejected by a panel of three Conservative Party office-holders, a Brussels press conference was told today (Thurs – 14 Jan).
McMillan-Scott, who stood against Polish MEP Michal Kaminski because of the latter’s “anti-Semitic, homophobic and racist links”, revealed that his stand was partly motivated by the ‘family shame’ – his maternal grandparents were imprisoned by Winston Churchill as senior members of the British Union of Fascists. The first ever Vice-President responsible for Democracy and Human Rights, McMillan-Scott has opposed totalitarianism throughout his political life and now focuses on reform in regimes such as China.
A former leader of the Conservative MEPs, McMillan-Scott was the architect of their 1999 link with the EPP Group which was replaced in July by David Cameron’s ECR Group. He will in future sit as an Independent Conservative, while seeking to rebuild the relationship with the EPP. McMillan-Scott explained that he had written to David Cameron last week and had made numerous private contacts with senior figures since the Conservative Party Conference to arrive at a positive conclusion. All had failed. He said:
“I stood and won re-election as European Parliament Vice-President with cross-party support against the controversial Polish MEP Michal Kaminski, breaking the Brussels consensus. The Conservative whip was withdrawn from me. Kaminski’s anti-Semitic words and deeds have been widely reported, most recently by BBC’s Newsnightspecial report.
“I stood against Kaminski because he represented the rise of disguised extremism at a key moment in European politics – the start of a new European Parliament which saw gains by the far right in 13 out of 27 EU countries, including the BNP in Britain. Last week, by chance on the day the Party delivered its dubious verdict, my aunt Diana Bailey revealed part of my personal motivation on the BBC Radio 4 programme Mother was a Blackshirt: the family secret since 1940 that my maternal grandparents were interned by Winston Churchill as senior members of the British Union of Fascists
“I was expelled from the Party without notice or reason in September. There is no shame in losing the whip on a point of principle: to be expelled for the same thing was disproportionate and plainly against natural justice.
“My appeal was heard by a panel of Party office-holders and in-house lawyers last month. The arguments raised on my side were compelling. But the panel dutifully upheld my expulsion – until after the next European Election in 2014. I wrote to David Cameron again last week and have made numerous private contacts with senior figures to arrive at a positive and discreet conclusion. All have failed.
“My lawyers – the best in their field – say the expulsion was unconstitutional, against natural justice and grossly disproportionate. Paul Daniels, a partner in the leading firm of solicitors Russell Jones and Walker, has advised that I have a clear action for breach of contract in the High Court. I am taking further advice, including from Counsel. This is not about me: it is about the values of the next British government.
“To put things in context, the only Conservative parliamentarians to have been expelled recently were Jeffrey Archer in 2001 for five years, following imprisonment for perjury; and Den Dover last year, ex-MP and ex-MEP, who allegedly misused £600,000 of his expenses. His expulsion was for only two years. In the context of the Westminster expenses scandal, for which no Conservative was expelled, or the serial disloyalty of Europhobes like Daniel Hannan, this will be seen by many as a serious case of double standards.
“In my case (I am now 60) the Party seeks to prevent my candidacy in the next European Election, merely for making a stand on matters of personal conscience. This raises very serious ethical, legal and political issues.
“As a Conservative Party member for 42 years, an MEP for 25, leader of the MEPs for four and a Conservative Board member for three years, this is no longer the Party I knew.
“I will now sit as an Independent Conservative, continuing generally to follow the Conservative whip in voting and serving my constituents as always without regard to party. I told BBC radio’s Today programme the day after my expulsion, “They can take me out of the Conservative party but they cannot take the Conservative out of me” , but even my loyalty is now stretched.
“The reputational damage of the new group is now being directed at David Cameron himself. The contemporary West End version of Misanthrope starring Kiera Knightly refers to Cameron’s links with ‘the European ultra-right’ and ‘his grubby fascist friend’. The play goes on to attack the bullying tactics of Conservative press officers, of whom I have been a target since June: ‘Withdraw your comment or we’ll have your balls’.”

TO LEAVE THE EU
What is the exit and survival plan for these United Kingdoms to maximise on the many benefits of leaving The EU. It is the DUTY of our Politicians and Snivil Cervants to ensure the continuity, liberty and right to self determination of our peoples they have a DUTY to protect against crime and secure both our food and our border.
NONE of these DUTIES has a single British politician upheld for 40 years. They have drawn their incomes fraudulently and dishonesty.
Politicians are failing to tell the truth, but so are almost all wanabe Politicians, the MSM and Snivil Cervants.
The fact is that even if EVERY British MEP wanted change in The EU it would achieve NOTHING.
Every single British Politician, of EVERY Party, elected since before we joined the EUropean Common Market, has promised to change The EU’s CAP – In 40 Years they have achieved absolutely NOTHING!
To try to put a value on OUR Freedom is as futile as floccipaucinihilipilification and as odious as the metissage of our societies, as we rummage in the ashes of our ancestors dreams, sacrifices and achievements, the flotsam of our hopes and the jetsam of our lives, consider the Country and Anglosphere which we thus leave our children and the future, with shame!

Deny the self seeking & meaningless wanabe MEPs the Mythical Mandate for which they clamour. Diktat is imposed from The EU but Law should be made at Westminster, for our Country & our Peoples.
