It is near impossible to find a point in either letter that one could with integrity disagree with sadly.

Let us hope that neither of them are lost to the Leave-the-EU cause as a result of EUkip’s unpleasant and untrustworthy antics, which are so self serving for the self enriching claque in the leadership!

which may provide a solution to their aspirations and principles – they would I am sure be most welcome whether as members, supporters or candidates and given free reign for their INDEPENDENCE and support by Alliance on the basic principle of Leave-the-EU within the constraints of undertaking to renounce overt racism be it based on colour, creed or ethnicity and with the undertaking to campaign lawfully.

Thank you for your email.

I agree with every word you have written.

Your questions need to be answered. That Farage will not reply to you is just another example of his dishonesty.

For years he has filled UKIP with his sycophants and assorted nodding donkeys. The NEC is full of them.

On numerous occasions I, and others, contacted the NEC and tried to raise concerns about corruption in UKIP. We got nowhere.

We provided them with clear evidence of widespread corruption in the Eastern Counties. All our evidence was ignored.

When Eric Edmond and David Abbott tried to raise similar concerns they were shouted down, threatened and smeared by Farage’s followers. They were eventually thrown off the NEC.

Piers Merchant presented a report to the NEC in which he expressed serious doubts about the way UKIP MEP candidates had been selected. The NEC ignored him. I still have a copy of the report.

If UKIP can’t even conduct a fair selection process why should they be trusted to run the country?

To get ahead in UKIP you must show undying loyalty to Farage and no-one else.

Lisa Duffy is a classic example of this. She has no talent, but she has a knack of sticking close to Farage and his clique. That got her the job as director.

Why have someone with ability when you can have a nodding donkey?

Farage will never agree to an audit because he has much to hide. Others have tried and failed. Martin Haslam was one. He got thrown off the NEC for his trouble.

It is about time the ordinary members stood up for what is right and demanded some answers from Farage and his clique.

I have no doubt that you will be attacked by Farage’s supporters. They will lie about you and try to smear you.

Others would rather ignore the corruption and stick their collective heads in the sand.

The Richard Allen’s of UKIP are just as bad as the Denny’s and Bannerman’s. They may not be as corrupt but they are still not prepared to fight corruption. They are cowards who deserve our contempt.

But if Farage does fall you can bet that the majority of them will be quick to condemn him. Like the Vicar of Bray they will quickly seek to curry favour with his successor.

I have no doubt that Lord Pearson is an honourable man, but he is surrounded by treachery. UKIP is full of Bannerman’s, Nuttall’s, Duffy’s, Denny’s, Arnott’s and Zuckerman’s. To get clean up UKIP you would have to remove them all.

I can’t see that happening. They are like rats, they are far too numerous.

TO LEAVE THE EU

What is the exit and survival plan for these United Kingdoms to maximise on the many benefits of leaving The EU. It is the DUTY of our Politicians and Snivil Cervants to ensure the continuity, liberty and right to self determination of our peoples they have a DUTY to protect against crime and secure both our food and our border.

NONE of these DUTIES has a single British politician upheld for 40 years. They have drawn their incomes fraudulently and dishonesty.

Politicians are failing to tell the truth, but so are almost all wanabe Politicians, the MSM and Snivil Cervants.

The fact is that even if EVERY British MEP wanted change in The EU it would achieve NOTHING.
Every single British Politician, of EVERY Party, elected since before we joined the EUropean Common Market, has promised to change The EU’s CAP – In 40 Years they have achieved absolutely NOTHING!

To try to put a value on OUR Freedom is as futile as floccipaucinihilipilification and as odious as the metissage of our societies, as we rummage in the ashes of our ancestors dreams, sacrifices and achievements, the flotsam of our hopes and the jetsam of our lives, consider the Country and Anglosphere which we thus leave our children and the future, with shame!

Despicable behaviour in UKIP Wales.

As Niall Warry has said:

When I was Chairman of UKIP Wales in 1999 one of our members, Hugh Jones from Swansea was a very active member.

Hugh held forthright views and was a dominant character, which is probably how he survived a bout of MRSA, which he caught in a Swansea Hospital, after he went in for a routine operation. He was in the hospital for 2 years.

As UKIP Wales grew and regional branches were developed Hugh Jones became Treasurer of UKIP Swansea and stood as a PPC on at least one occassion.

Well as with much of UKIP the Swansea branch whithered on the vine but last year in 2009 Hugh asked the Welsh RO Mahoney to organise a husting for the MEP Candidate John Bufton in Swansea. Hugh said he would arrange the venue, at his expense etc.

Mahoney (I believe stathan on Butcher’s forum) replied that he was too busy and couldn’t be bothered!!

Next after Bufton’s win Mahoney was tasked to resurrect the Swansea branch and the first meeting was called for September. Hugh was unable to attend but did make the second meeting before Christmas.

This meeting according to Hugh, who I have recently spoken to, was a complete shambles with no agenda and little order. I’m sure Hugh made his views known and he also asked that there should be a proper procedure for the appointment of PPCs in the forthcoming election.

Mahoney’s main comments to Hugh was that he was not a suitable person to be the Treasurer of the branch.

Hugh was NOT invited to the next meeting and when he spoke to the person who had sent out the e-mail calling the meeting, which had been supplied to Hugh by a friend, the person said no such meeting had been called!

Hugh knew this was a lie as he was staring at the e-mail when he spoke to the person who sent them out!

Anyway Hugh attended the meeting and this is his report on what happened:-

Let me introduce myself:

I am an 86 year old – rather large 6ft3” severely crippled man who walks with difficulty using two sticks.

Maybe, I am considered fairly bright; being during my career a Lt. Cdr. (E) in the Naval Reserves with 5 years of war service, I hold a doctorate from London University and senior membership of major scientific organisations in the UK, Canada and the USA. I was for a period the President of one such national organisation. I was head of applied physics departments in universities in both the UK and Canada. . I am the author of over 100 scientific papers and two books. I am still known in my field across the world.

Swansea Branch of UKIP members were called to a meeting by email recently. . The meeting was held last night at Langland Golf Club Swansea. The emails announcing this meeting were not sent to me directly , however the omission of my name was noticed by some and the information was sent to me anyway. I wrote to the Acting Chairman of the Welsh Branch of UKIP after being told that I was banned from attending local UKIP meeting – see the copy of this letter attached.

When I arrived at the Club in time for the meeting I was met by the Welsh organiser (described in the attached) and two of his henchmen. They said I was not allowed to go into the Golf Club implying that they were going to keep me out of it. I ignored them and proceeded to the Club . They then sent for the manager who told me I was not allowed into the Club – that it was for members and their guests only. I sat down in a chair and told the Manager that I would wait there until a member signed me in. There was discussion between the Welsh Organiser and his covey and the manager.

Eventually the three Swansea members (which included the Gower PPC Gordon Triggs) and the Welsh Organiser retired to the dining room were they had a table for the meeting . The manager , a portly man of later middle age then set himself to the task of throwing me onto the floor by trying to turn the chair over, .I sat tight holding firmly onto the arms. He eventually found the task beyond his capabilities and retired breathless. I rang the police regarding the whole affair because I was expecting a further assault.

With the usual promptitude the police did not arrive. After some twenty-five minutes or so I went into the dining room to the assembled meeting – three Swansea members and the Welsh Organiser I threw four copies of some papers and video discs on the table for their benefit and made my way out of the building. A taxi I had called arrived. I left and went home.

About an hour and a half later a policeman came and told me that they had been to the Club and interviewed all concerned. Among the other things he said the was that they had been told that the Welsh Organiser would arrange to have me thrown out of UKIP!
Any UKIP member receiving this note can perhaps tell me why I was treated in this way?

They can also tell me why my protest to the Party Chairman, Lord Pearson, the Welsh Chairman and the Welsh Acting Chairman have gone unanswered. I am reluctant to put this affair in the hands of the press but I give notice that unless this matter and its related circumstances is cleared up once and for all then I must let the public know what today’s Swansea UKIP stands for –it appears to be, on the evidence, more of a conspiracy than a political party.

I am happy to confirm that I have known Hugh Jones for some 10 years or so.

I am sure that no one would disagree with me, including his family and friends, if I described him as ‘driven’ and resolute. Hugh is well informed and hugely experienced and I am not surprised that this johnny come lately Mahoney chap found him intimidating and it is clear he lacked any of the management skills required to harness such a strong personality – but why would one expect a plumber from Barry with a palpable insecurity and chip on his shoulder, who is so angry with life that it would seem his only contributions to EUkip are offensive, ill mannered, abusive and divisive.

As his remarkably restrained (for him) but none the less offensive comment attacking Hugh and anyone else he can shift his inadequacies to:

Well I will make a very brief response and leave it there.

1) Niall in line with his usual MO gives his own uninformed dishonest version of events that he knows nothing of.

2) I understand from Mumbles police that a police sergeant and a representative of a mental health assessment agency are to interview Mr Jones within the next few days following a complaint about his behaviour from an independent Swansea councillor.

One wonders if perhaps Niall might benefit from a similar assessment.

An offensive little man, full of his own self importance from whom I have NEVER noted a constructive comment but have over a prolongued period since he joined EUkip after what seems to have been abject failure with the Tories, endless abuse and unpleasantness but very little intelligent comment or ability to put forward praise or constructive support for EUkip – he has clearly done UKIP more harm than he is ever likely to rectify.

Yes Hugh does not suffer fools and thus I am not surprised that Mahoney finds himself inadequate to constrain him. Hugh has been and still could be a tremendous asset to UKIP Wales and his tenacity for the cause is unarguable going back to the foundations of UKIP Wales before it slid into disrepute.

That Bufton is happy to sit with the racist, anti Jewish, sexually intolerant and violent pro EU membership of the EFD speaks volumes of the ethics and morality of EUkip Wales, it would seem, particularly from the ill informed and abusive Mahoney that principles, ethics and morality are no longer valued the persuit of self and self gratification is everything.

Yes Hugh can be a real pain at times with his determination and his causal determination but if EUkip Wales has lost sight of how to work with or control such people then it is worthless and unfit for purpose.

Let us not forget Hugh Jones spent 5 years in Naval war service, was driving force of UKIP, is listed as a primary Assentor of Lord Pearson for election as is his long term friend Idris Francis, many will recall Hugh Jones’ efforts to launch a Nationwide referendum as ‘The Few’ with such patrons as Sir Patrick Moore, Nigel Farage.

May I hazard a guess that any year that Hugh Jones has endeavoured to promote UKIP rather outshines the total input both in honesty and integrity and asking absolutely nothing in return High Jones has lent his not inconsequential intellect and energy – I for one would rate one year of that rather in advance of a lifetime of damage from a self seeking little man with a poisonous attitude and a Corgi boiler certificate!

There is absolutely no excuse for the behaviour of Mahoney or Farage & Bufton’s EUkip in these United Kingdoms – they represent the very values we wish to be free of when we leave the EU.

The bullying and abuse EUkip has come to represent with Farage at its helm, the abject failure of consensus, participation, reconcilliation and compasion – without these and ethical standards towards a vision EUkip is clearly unfit for purpose. We now watch the unseemly spectacle of the insecure and inadequate Farage weenie waggling and in persuit of his own selfish interests in open conflict with the Party’s pretend leader Lord Pearson.

May I suggest that Hugh Jones consider his position.

I am sure that Niall Warry as the lead candidate and The Moderator of The INDEPENDENT Leave-the-EU Alliance would welcome any words of wisdom and support, promotion and assistance Hugh and others like him, disgusted by the gutter behaviour of the increasingly vile EUkip might care to give.

I am absolutely certain Hugh and I have many a heated discussion left between us but he can be certain I will not stoop to the gutter behaviour of EUkip, nor arrange for the physical abuse of an 86 year old Patriot, further I would not dream of accusing such a contributor to our Country is the cowardly manner of Mr. Fix it The Barry Plumber.

Mahoney really does typify EUkip doesn’t he and all the reasons some 20,000 have left the membership in the last 4 years since his ilk have been raised in the party.

You only have to consider the resignation letter of Richard Suchorzewski Chairman of Wales and leadership contender who was unwilling to befoul his reputation by serving in EUkip when Farage had gained the leadership through the lies and corruption of Denny, Croucher, Fuller and the other filth Farage had gathered arounfd him in support of his corruption and dishonesty – Suchorzewski had sufficient belief in the cause that he offered support and said that with an apology he would serve UKIP – Farage lacked the integrity, leadership skills or fundamental decency to make that apology and UKIP lost a competent man.

Similarly another UKIP Wales Committee Member, Marcus Stead who is proving to be an accomplished author with his fourth published book well under way, his resignation letter is worthy of note, a politically astute and energetic young man of substance and morality who made it clear he felt his future would be blighted if he was associated with the direction in which EUkip was going. Probably the most intelligent action he could have made in political terms.

You will also be aware that John Pratt with his wealth of experience and absolutely impeccable personal connections and friends resigned as Chairman of Wales in protection of his reputation and so as not to embarrass any of his friends in Britain or around the world where he is well known as an agricultural authority – his resignation letter was as forthright and unequivocal as Richard and Marcus’ I am sure you will remember.

Hi,

here is an interesting commentary from an ex UKIPer who was, until he quit in disgust, an NEC member having been one of the earliest members.

Tony owns a think tank (political) and a publishing house with many well thought out political pamphlets to his credit but is now I understand largely retired but still with a sound political brain.

Tony did much to ensure that UKIP survived at the time I was mailing all members to ensure that its past leader Michael Holmes did not renege on his undertaking and that Jeffrey Titford became leader together with Christopher Booker and Bill Jamieson I mailed a letter of theirs to every single member.

I also wrote a longish (why are you not surprised) ‘e’Mail which was picked up by parties interested in the survival of the party who funded me to mail to every member as they believed my analysis to be correct.

Jeffrey was far from a competent leader but he was a safe pair of hands – dull as ditchwater, uncourageous, a little underhand and subsequently corrupted by the job but an infinite improvement on ANY of the other contenders – perhaps I was wrong in ensuring the survival and with hind sight EUkip would not have survived and a new vibrant energetic and honest party or alliance might have already emerged to replace them in working for these United Kingdoms.

UKIP ELECTION STRATEGY

‘Hurt’ not ‘Nudge’

The Tories say they need to win 117 seats to gain an overall majority (after boundary changes).

With perhaps 20 possible gains in all of Wales and Scotland and English LibDem seats, the Tories need to gain 100 English Labour seats.

The political effect of the Cameron speech, dropping his guarantee of a referendum on Lisbon and refusing any referendum on ‘a negotiating mandate’ ,as advocated by David Davis, means there is no meaningful chance of ‘nudging’ the Conservatives into a more eurosceptic direction in the next Parliament. This fact needs to be properly absorbed.

The political conclusion is that there is no advantage for eurosceptics to support the Conservatives in the 2010 election.

It is necessary for UKIP to show muscle and win big votes which will deny the Tories seats. In effect, UKIP needs to make eurosceptic voters the swing votes of elections rather than the million targeted voters in England who are hovering between Labour, LibDem and Conservatives. This is interestingly the strategy being advocated by conservatives in the US vis-à-vis the Republicans.

Generally the three major parties target the million swing voters and this produces a clustering of the parties in the middle ground. They neglect their core vote. They got away with that when there were no realistic alternatives. The rise of realistic minor parties has changed all that. (The Greens play a similar role to UKIP, BNP, etc. on the Left). Once they start losing their core voters as easily as the middle million, they will pay attention.

UKIP, therefore, needs to ‘hurt’ the Tories and while putting up a national spread of candidates, the strategy should be focused on the Tory target seats between, say, seat 60 and seat 140 (of the most winnable seats) in England plus perhaps ten LibDem-Tory marginals.

If the Tories gain less than 60 seats they will have lost the election anyway. If they gain more than 140 they will win whatever UKIP does (this allows for a little leeway on either side).

Therefore, all UKIP’s efforts should be concentrated on 80 Tory/Labour marginals and 10 LibDem-Tory marginals. Moreover, this should be announced as a strategy, communicated to members with a clear understanding that all resources should go to these seats.

Quixotic action such as standing against the Speaker should be downgraded and no party resources deployed there (it is, of course, useful colourful publicity but has no political meaning as it is a Parliamentary expenses story)

I believe Tony was right on almost every comment. Though I do believe he is not as in touch with how befouled UKIP has become in its new EUkip guise.

In passing the fantasy that the Tories lost 27 or 28 seats due to UKIP at the last general election is nothing more than a political fantasy constructed by Dr. Richard North and I in the late early hours of election morning to provide two things:

a.) A reason for an utterly crushed UKIP to continue

b.) A lever to try to bring pressure on the Tories to try to move them to a more EUroSceptic position.

I explained to Nigel Farage what we were doing and he whole heartedly agreed as he had just been trashed in his constituency.

The whole hypothesis was later written up as a pamphlet by Richard and published by The Bruges Group.

It was a limited success but it is amusing even now to see our Machievellian scam reitterated as gospel!

In the light of Tony Schofield’s piece posted above it is fortuitous that this light weight froth was published in The Meeeja on Sunday!

UKIP DONOR’S CASH HELP TO AXE COMMONS SPEAKER JOHN BERCOW

Millionaire donor Stuart Wheeler

BRITAIN’S biggest political donor Stuart Wheeler announced last night he is ready to bankroll a campaign to unseat the Commons Speaker John Bercow from his safe seat in the Home Counties.

The 71-year-old millionaire said Nigel Farage, the former Ukip leader who is standing against Mr Bercow in Buckingham, only had to call if he needed cash to help overturn a 13,000-vote majority.

Mr Wheeler, who switched his support from the Conservatives to Ukip over European policies, said Mr Bercow was “unsuitable” for the position of Speaker and hoped he would lose his seat.

Mr Bercow, a left-leaning Tory MP before taking up his new role, will not, as convention dictates, be opposed at the election by any of the main parties.

However, Mr Wheeler said voters would take a dim view of his record on expenses.

The spread betting tycoon is due next week to launch his new book, A Crisis of Trust, which vents his anger at how MPs “milked the system” with their expenses.

Commons Speaker John Bercow

He said Mr Bercow, who voluntarily repaid £6,500 to the taxman after it emerged he had “flipped” is second home from his constituency address to his London flat, was “personally mired in the crisis”.

Mr Wheeler said last night: “The Speaker is an absolutely influential position and he should be a person who is absolutely above reproach and he isn’t.

“It’s entirely unsuitable that he should be Speaker. I do hope he is defeated in the election.

“I think Nigel Farage is a very good campaigner and he is incredibly energetic and to the point and spending a lot of time in the constituency.

“He hasn’t actually asked me to help him with money, but I will if he does ask me. I see a lot of him and I am entirely on his side.

“If he rang and said he was desperately short of money, I wouldn’t say no.”

Mr Wheeler’s intervention comes just days after a local council by-election result in Buckingham showed Ukip making inroads in the constituency pushing the Lib Dems into third place.

Mr Bercow also faces opposition from his own former Tory grassroots campaigners.

John Stevens, a highly-respected former Tory MEP for the Thames Valley, is leading the Buckinghamshire Campaign for Democracy which wants an independent alternative to Ukip and the Speaker.

Were this not so clearly fulfilling a number of my predictions it could be a matter of concern – it is not just a matter of a fool and his money are easily parted nor as simplistic as an old man in a hurry.

You will recall Stuart Wheeler is a professional gambler who accrued his wealth spread betting. He is also an Old Etonian and long term major donor to The Tories now isn’t it kind of him to have used ‘chump change’ to buy EUkip which you will note is now titularly led by an Old Etonian Tory Grandee Peer sitting as an INDEPENDENT thus with the freedom of movement to take EUkip on board and we note EUkip’s General Election manager is a failed Tory from the Major Government who went to South Africa where over several elections he managed to reduce Inkatha Freedom Party to an irrelevance!

Currently EUkip has been stitched up by Farage’s dishonesty and incompetence to the tune of £3/4Million of debt via the Courts no wonder he has agreed to jump through the relevant hoops to appease Stuart Wheeler and Tory interests – you may remember in the summer EUkip offered, via Lord Pearson, to fold their tent if David Cameron would promise a referendum on the Constitutional Lisbon Treaty – already aware the deal was sealed and Cameron nor any other politician could deliver on such a promise.

All knew that on 01-December- 2009 Britain as a sovereign Nation would cease to exist.

At the present time unemployment is the important issue. It is important for many reasons, not least that for the first time since the 1930s’, it is as much a middle class problem as one for the working-class.

Having sacrficed our fishing industry, farming industry, and now the prospect of North Sea oil becoming a ‘An EU common resource’, this must be firmly placed in the public consciousness as a consequence of EU membership.

British imports from the EU mean that we are receiving nothing from this EU project.

The euro project, and interference by the EU into London’s financial trading must cease. The case against our EU membership has never been clearer.

UKIP is failing because we have abandoned reasoned discussion in favour of ‘gesture politics’: you are unemployed, with a mortgage, and a standard of living which is declining, because of the EU. In times of crisis we need the right to make our own decisions; for the first time in our history that is what we are being denied.

If we are to lose; let us lose on our own terms and not through those imposed upon us by foreign politicians.

Nonsense about a UKIP candidate in Buckingham is a mere distraction: choose any UKIP candidate that you like, but saving the deposit will be a mammoth task.

The art of political speech-making is identifying the origin of problems. And then articulate the concerns of the electorate as though they themselves were elucidating their own difficulties in their own minds.

‘Men are taught as though you taught them not, and things unknown proposed as things forgot’.

That is the way to capture the support of the multitude.

Sadly, UKIP has thrown away what could have been an historic opportunity to change the political direction of this nation.

If the British Tommies in World War1 were, ‘lions lions led by donkeys’, the UKIP membership are patriots led by dunces’.

Corruption has virtually incapacitated the party for over a decade.

Those who did those things to us, or those who knew of those things, but out of cowardice did nothing, must take equal blame.

Those who are being investigated must be TOLD by Pearson to, ‘stand aside’ until the matters affecting them are resolved. Those same people must also withdraw from the NEC; they cannot continue to be involved in decision-making.

We must extricate the Party from association with Continental political extremists in the EU Parliament.

We must resolve to become a decent party again, and that will be manifest in our dealings and the company we keep.

We must again become the custodians of our own consciences; and not reluctant apologists for company that we should not keep.

These things are not optional extras; but central imperatives if we are to survive.

Two centuries ago, William Wilberforce told William Pitt, the prime minister, that it is not possible to reform a corrupt society.

I doubt if we will be any more successful unless we markedly improve.

May I congratulate Geoffrey Collier at one time founder of and chairman of UKIP’s largest and most successful branch – until idiots like Douglas Denny, John Moran, David Lott, Mark Croucher liars cheats and self interested low lifes hijacked the NEC and control of the unutterably corrupt selection processes that put liars and cheats like Marta Andreasen, Tom Wise, David Bannerman, Paul Nuttall, Derek Clark, Gerard Batten in place as MEPs and ethics, morality, integrity and probity shot out of the window in abject betrayal of these United Kingdoms.

I have every reason to believe that William Wilberforce’s comment to William Pitt was 100% right and I do not believe EUkip can be cleaned up, even by OLAF and the British Police to cause a rebirth of UKIP as a viable choice of vote for honourable men and women I say this, as does Geoffrey and so many others, in sorrow and wish we could be proved wrong.

What I can see so far is a new model of grass roots politics with hope and vision in the long term.

Not content with having this article written for nim which makes him look a complete pratt Nattrass takes his foolish bluster a legal step too far by telling lies about The Sunday Times – Not just his personal fantasies but he goes so far as to lay himself open to legal action.

However minded that The Sunday Times paid Farage probably insufficient to pay his lawyers rather than waste time on winning a reasonable case. I doubt on that basis that they are likely to take the idiotic ramblings of Nattrass seriously in view of just how fundamentally stupid he is.

Nattrass is so stunningly stupid he is still trying to tell people that the lies and dishonesty of Farage and EUkip were not the cause of the guilty verdict in the Courts and a £3/4 Million debt earned. He merely shows himself as too stupid to be able to differentiate between the legitimate guilt of EUkip as proven and the utter disimilarity of the donation of Mr. Brown to the Lib.Dims. making the donation through a perfectly legitimate British Company approved by the authorities PRIOR to banking the cheque.

When EUkip was asked by the Electoral Commission to regularise the donation, a simple action, Andrew Smith, Nigel Farage, David Lott, John Wittacker and others made fools of themselves and refused to co-operate despite letters, phone calls, ‘e’Mails, face to face meetings EUkip tried to get publicity at the expense of the Electoral Commission.

The Lib.Dims. took the entirely different action when although the monies they had received was completely legitimate still bent over backwards to assist the authorities and it could be argued that it was with their meticulous documentation made available to the authorities that the Police were able to prosecute Mr. Brown.

Ukip’s rulebreaking

SIR – It is not correct for Christopher Booker (October 25) to suggest that Ukip was guilty of only a “trivial breach of electoral law” due to an “oversight” by not checking whether their donor, Alan Bown, was on the electoral register.

The law is clear: political parties must check that a donor is on the electoral register each time they accept a donation over £200. Ukip chose not to do so on 67 separate occasions, over a period of more than a year, and despite repeated warnings from the Electoral Commission.

Ukip took donations it was not entitled to receive, which gave it financial resources it was not entitled to have under the law. Ukip accepted that these donations – which totalled more than £365,000 – were all impermissible. But the magistrates’ court ordered them to forfeit just £18,481.

The Electoral Commission’s view was that this treatment of one party which had not followed the rules was unfair to the majority that do follow the rules and which have previously forfeited impermissible donations. The Court of Appeal shared that view.

Christopher Booker also claimed that the Commission “seems unwilling to take further action” in relation to donations from 5th Avenue Partners to the Liberal Democrats. In fact, we are conducting an ongoing investigation into that issue.

Perhaps to help Nattrass and others who are too stupid to understand what happened they may find my article on the matter of help where the treasurer of The Lib.Dims. was interviewed and conversations were held with the Electoral Commission – I tried to make it simple to understand so even Nattrass can probably manage to get his head around the concept!

As for Nattrass blustering about taking legal action for defamation and what might that be Mike old chap, legally shouting BOO at the moon? Get real just HOW could Mike Nattrass be defamed? Was he or was he not under investigation by OLAF? Did the Sunday Times state that he WAS being investigated? So to a so called legislator telling the truth is defamatory!! Scarey when someone quite so stupid has bought his way into a position like this but in fairness not as bad as people like Andreasen, Bannerman, Agnew, Nuttall & Batten colluding in lies and dishonesty whilst supporting corruption to get their positions!

Over the years I’ve read some unmittigated drivel and outright lies in the EUkip magazine some will remember the pack of lies published by Mark Croucher that were so damaging to EUkip as a party, then there was the issue Croucher produced that was a mass of spelling errors and garbled electoral statements from non favoured candidates and so on and so fourth.

Mike Nattrass even admits he resorts to childish language to try to make his point – he fails and all he has managed to do is use the in house comic to write an attempt at self serving excuses and it must be considered on a par with other such damaging articles. Nattrass has sadly made a fool of himself and that he was permitted to make such damaging maunderings indicates either he is being set up by EUkip to be more easily controlled or is suspected of planning to leave the vile EFD after the election along with other MEPs who are only staying to stop further splits before the election. This article has damaged Nattrass, no doubt with the aim of discreditting him to weaken his position.

The corruption and bullying in EUkip is endemic and systemic, brought about by years of incompetent and venal leadership and now the weak and vascilating lack of visible leadership of Lord Pearson who has clearly failed to confront and control the self interest of Farage and his corrupt claque.

Whilst no one enjoys receiving bad news, sometimes it is necessary to look at things we do not like so that we can move forward.

This is such a message, below, and I sincerely trust that you will read what is written and then objectively consider what, if anything, must be done to enable Ukip to move forward, presenting an untarnished image of a Party incorruptible, and dedicated to exposing corruption where ever it hides.

I’ve entitled this post, “Yet Another Financial Scandal – Did Farage Help Himself?” because when all is said and done, it is only Mr Farage who can answer so many of the outstanding questions pertaining to party finances.

So to begin: In a recent round-robin email, sent earlier this month, a Richard English (presumably a member of Ukip)asked what had become of the missing funds in Nigel Farage’s SE Region. He also asked whether Farage had stolen the monies but, presumably, neither Farage nor any of his close advisors have answered this question – which does nothing to dampen pervasive rumours.

In this email, I must draw your attention to further irregularities. Irregularities that have the beginnings of a major scandal, and I regret, a scandal in which Mr Farage appears to be heavily involved.

Indeed, such is my concern over these latest financial irregularities, indicative of some very shady goings on behind the scenes, that I have temporarily suspended my support for Ukip. I shall not donate funds to the party for reasons that will become obvious. Nor will I campaign in the forthcoming elections until these serious matters have been resolved in a transparent and proper manner.

I am sending this email to you, the Ukip MEPs, in the hopes that you can shed further light on some or all of these issues. Equally, I am sending it to my own list of Ukip Members, any one of whom may perhaps be able to shed further and better particulars on the matter of the disappearing funds.

To set the background to the latest revelations, and to remind readers who may have ignored the long standing allegations of impropriety:

1. over £1m of supporters’ funds disappeared in the Ashford Call Centre from 2005 until its closure. 90% of monies disappeared into a black hole, encompassing ‘expenses’. Repeated attempts by members of Ukip’s NEC, including the much respected Dr David Abbott (who is also an eminent Christian), to have the Centre audited to discover what happened to the donations were blocked by Farage and his allies.

2. similarly, over £212k disappeared in Farage’s SE Region between 2004-5 and these were described as ‘other costs’ (see Electoral Commission website). What were these ‘other costs’? Why the failure to detail the expenditure and to disguise it instead? There were no staff employed by the Region, according to the Electoral Commission website. Again, attempts by Dr Abbott and others to carry out an audit were impeded and vetoed by Mr Farage and his nodding donkeys. I’ve belatedly come to see that this descriptor is all too apt for what now constitutes the NEC.

Why? Why are members who donated funds not to learn where and how their monies were spent? Why were demands for audits vetoed? Why were the books not presented in a transparent and correct manner, which would have obviated the need for any audit? What is being hidden and why? Why have these questions never been answered despite numerous demands?

How can it be right to censure the EU for its financial irregularities when the same exists in our own party? This is hypocrisy and it will not do.

Once again, following the lead of Richard English, I must ask this question in an open letter: Did you, Nigel Farage, remove any funds for your own private purposes? Did you help yourself to funds? If not, why did you turn down Dr Abbott’s demands for an audit?

In the light of the persistent rumours and allegations, it is now vital to carry out audits or make available all the books, receipts, invoices, bank statements and details relevant to the expenditure of a vast amount of members’ funds both at Ashford and for the SE Region.

If the above were not serious enough, I am now informed that there are grave questions over the EU monies provided to the Ind-Dem Group, of which Farage was the joint leader.

To explain: MEP’s may form an of an EU recognised political group, one that comes into existence if enough MEPs from sufficient countries can form such a group. This group then receives receive vast taxpayer funded allowances from the EU Parliament. The amount was approximately, €60,000 per MEP per year. Excluding Messrs Mote and Silk, this suggests some €600,000/year for the Ind Dem group, of which Mr Farage was leader from 2004-9

One Ukip MEP who served in the last term states in writing that these funds were paid into a collective pot and Mr Farage withdrew funds as he saw fit. Is this true? If so, what we must know is:

1 What annual checks and balances were there to ensure the funds were spent correctly?

2 Were annual accounts prepared for the Ind-Dem Group? If not, why not?

3 Were records kept of the expenditure? If not, why not?

4 Did Mr Farage help himself, benefit in any way, or assist his personal interests from these funds?

5 Did Mr Farage draw cheques or otherwise, without proper oversight as to how the funds were being spent?

These are all matters of the utmost importance from a viewpoint of propriety of conduct. Let us be clear: we are discussing taxpayers’ funds, ie money supplied by us.

These matters are of added importance when, as is widely commented upon elsewhere, there is an Olaf (EU anti-fraud organisation) investigation into Mr Farage and the IndDem group.

Finally, on the matter of funds, Mr Farage refused to publish his expenses as an MEP although MEPs from other parties have done so. He also failed to make available the total surplus of his genuine travel expenses to the party, which he promised to do in an interview in 1999. Clearly, he lied at the time and I can now only surmise that he did so in order to hoodwink his members.

We are discussing a substantial amount of travel expenses over 10 years. This procedure has now been banned by the EU because of the scandal that surrounded it and the blatant profiteering that occurred. Readers may recall that MEPs were provided with vast travel allowances which far exceeded the costs of their fares to Brussels. MEPs were therefore incentivised to travel via the cheapest means and pocket the difference. Did not Mr Farage promise to pay the difference to the party? Unlike Derek Clark, he has failed to maintain that promise but, instead, continues to look to us to fund the party – the Party from which he is the chief beneficiary in terms of his career, media prominence and salary. Where is his financial support for the Party to which he owes his career?

There are doubtless a few on this list who will not welcome this email. But you cannot have a prominent leader of a serious political party who is under suspicion and suspected to be fundamentally corrupt, a slave to his own personal ego and failings. Doubt this? Merely familiarise yourselves with the scandal of the selection process for the MEPs in last June’s elections.

The leader of a political party, and Mr Farage is its leader in the EU, should be like Caesar’s wife (as opposed to Annabelle Fuller) and above board. That is more so with Ukip because we are against corruption and set ourselves apart from the other parties by refusing to indulge in their shameful ways.

It is becoming ever more evident that Mr Farage – supported by his nodding donkeys on the NEC – cares more about ‘Farage’ and his poor judgement than about the membership. Witness the deal to stand the party down during the General Election if an agreement could be reached with the Conservative Party (which gives credence to claims that the party is merely an establishment steam vent). When were the members consulted? Were you?

Witness the £100k spent by Mr Farage, in his vain attempt to be elected to Bromley in 2006, where incidentally he polled merely 8%. How much of this money did he donate to the campaign?! And yet, three years later, he boasted in a conversation with Denis McShane that he had removed over £2m in expenses from the EU in his 10 years as an MEP – a conversation later leaked out in the Daily Politics Show. I expect you’ve heard the story.

So I must ask, why should ordinary members and pensioners continue to stump up for funds and wear their shoe leather campaigning for a party that is seemingly made in the image of one man?

Of course, some members will wish to pretend that these issues will go away and will prefer to ignore them because they are uncomfortable. To these people I say, the ostrich syndrome is neither practical nor helpful to this or any other party.

We have to face facts. We have lost more than half our membership since 2004. We have lost our best members. We have lost our most skilled, decent and presentable candidates. Why? The common denominator in most cases is undoubtedly, Mr Farage. A man who has turned out to be a dreadful leader of men.

So long as Mr Farage remains an official of the party or an MEP, the party will never progress to its rightful place. It will remain pockmarked with clones, yes men, little people of limited intellectual stature and capability. I have heard them collectively referred to as ‘Faragistas’

If, on the other hand, Mr Farage is to prove so many members and ex members wrong, will he will agree, finally, to an audit of each of the three areas above, or make available the books, invoices and application of expenses to an independent body.

Finally, I cannot help observing with sadness that we have a new Chief Executive Officer of the party who is, I understand, the ‘partner’ of the Eastern Region’s Regional Organiser, Peter Reeve. Exactly what are her qualifications, given – as I understand it – that her experience amounts to working in a pub and supermarket? Nothing wrong with that of course, but it hardly equips someone to be the CEO of a national political party! Is this yet another job for the ‘in people’? And after all is said, putting such an unqualified light weight into such an important position would enable Mr Farage to run things behind the scenes? Would it not?

Again this is an issue that Mr Farage must explain to all of us. Yet by his constant obscuration on all such questions, especially those pertaining to financial impropriety he allows the issues at hand to fester. A position that has pushed too many people out of the Party already.

No doubt I will now be accused of being disloyal, of rocking the boat in the lead up to a major election and making wild allegations. To anybody tempted to respond in this way let me say that I would dearly love to have my deep concerns over Mr Farage’s financial affairs laid to rest, but the only way that this can be done is for Mr Farage to answer, at long last,all the questions I have referred to above. Well either that, or his removal from any ‘office pertaining to Ukip. Only then will many ex members at last feel able to return to the fold.

I shall doubtless receive a large response rate to this email. And I will welcome it and forward to this list any emails of interest, while strictly retaining the identities of the senders, unless they specifically request otherwise.

having received the quite logical listing of some of the problems with £arage and £Ukip in the early hours of Thursday I let it pass, as I had, as you know, been away for a few days with friends and having steered our way through the planning stage for the srrest of Robert Green to ensure that the Lord Advocate of Scotland and others involved in the corrupt law eploitation process in Scotland walked into our trap.

We even had Robert Green stay in a Police safe house in Aberdeen ‘The Jays’ is run by an ex cop who it seems we were right in believing was now a ‘nark’, sussing visitors to Aberdeen and shopping them to the law, knowing Scotland no doubt on a back hander system via The Masons, most likely controlled by The Spec. The Scottish legal structure from plod to Parliament at Westminster is unarguably and unutterably corrupt, including their wee pretendy parliament set up to increase the back hander and bribe culture of Scotland – is it any wonder with the scum that has risen to the top in Scotland that a high percentage of their so called leadership welcome the corruption and troughs on the gravy train.

There are parasites in most communities as we all know whether it is the Welsh with their farce of an EU Regional Assembly, just like the South West, The East Midlands, London or any other EU Region that has been forced on the peoples of Britain.

This time we are playing hard ball with big stakes and it is becoming all too clear to the Scottish scum that we are winning and so they have now over played their hand and as you will see from a quick search of the name Hollie Greig on Google that we have managed to get the Google hits up to over 1,730,000 in a matter of a few days with the story on:

spreading around the world and details of her sexual abuse by members of the Police, a serving Sheriff and some 16 named individuals and 6 other children raped and sodomised from an early age by just this one Scottish paedophile gang.

Some who have known me rather better than the desparate attempts of the corrupt to conceal their names in £Ukip by spreading lies and false stories about me will know that my campaigning days go back to my childhood – I have NEVER beern prepared to turn a blind eye to corruption, whether abuse of homosexuals in the 1960s campaigning for decriminalisation of acceptable levels of perversion between consenting adults, through anti-racism, to a belief that Britain should have either opposed Viet-Nam or participated but that sending British troops in in Australian uniforms was reprehensible.

I took active part in other issues, opposed the concept of a Union in Europe, etc. Put myself under fire in SOWETO in 1976 in support of the overthrow of apartheid and much best unlisted 😉

There is NEVER a wrong time to do the right thing – and it is for that reason that I have been involved in all these issues and have NEVER walked away from what I honestly believe to be the honourable cause.

The situation of Dunblane was high on my profile as was Lokerbie and the persecution of Abdelbaset Ali al-Megrahi, where Lord Cullen who had dishonestly and corruptly orchestrated a cover-up at Dunblane now orchestrated a fix in Holland.

Now we have the situation of systemic, endemic abuse of the legal structure in Scotland and the latest sickenning abuse of children which like Dunblane, Kincorra, Magic Circle, North Wales, Tony Blair’s political agent, and Government ministers I have named in the past seems time and time again to tie into the Judiciary and Governance even to the ALLEGEDLY RITUAL rape and killing of babies at Bohemian Grove for the malign dalliance of the great and the good of The New World Order.

Be minded of my track record £Ukip – your sordid level of fix and corruption, hypocracy and self enrichment whilst achieving absolutely nothing of merit in terms of moving Britain one inch closer to leaving the EU – not one inch.

Look at the many who have left £Ukip from Craig McKinley, Hockney, Lott, Booth, Wittacker, Knapman, Titford and many more they just drop out of site once their days of deceit to gain enrichment from the troughs of the EU are over – for some it is age and senility but that seems not to stop them if they still stand a chance of keeping their snouts in as with Deadwood Derek who has done nothing but harm to the cause for years (look at the membership in his region!). Their silence on departure speaks volumes of their commitment to the cause beyond enrichment – they were pretty damned useless in office now they make no visible effort because there is no more money to make just a pension to enjoy for many!

Consider the fact that ONLY ONE of £arage‘s £Ukip on the gravy train has had the ethics and morality to speak out and refuse to assist the xenophobic, violent, bullying, pro EU membership, anti Jewish, racist EFD surely you must ask yourself how such people get to represent the Party let alone these United Kingdoms! Can you name a member of the staff who has said I will not work with £Ukip to strengthen the position of the EFD?

The tragedy is the UKIP brand that held such value is now so befouled and besmirched having been dragged into the gutter for personal gain by a venal few that even its residual value is more to do with notoriety than achievement.

Ask yourself — Do YOU know Richard Lloyd who wrote the letter this blog started out on? Have YOU even heard of him?

I doubt many have but read his letter again – this is a largely unknown betrayed supporter, how many 1,000 are there out there who could have written just such a list of betrayals by £arage and his claque of £Ukip cronies

A parliamentary answer to Question E‑4975/09 given by Mr Kallas on behalf on the Commission on 19 November 2009 stated that: ‘On 1 October 2009, there were 1 136 British citizens receiving a pension from the Community institutions’ pension scheme’ (http://www.europarl.europa.eu/sides/getAllAnswers.do?reference=E‑2009-4975&language=EN).
In light of this will the Commission provide the names, and if not the names then the numbers, of current UK Members of Parliament and the House of Lords that are, or will be, in receipt of a EU pension?

So what have EUkip MEPs achieved in the last 7 months besides ask 6 questions, associate themselves without responsible democratic consultation with the scum of EU politics as The EFD, create massive splits in the party, lie through their teeth about Tom Wise, orchestrate a major internal bust up to try to protect Farage‘s income, have Farage ordered out of office by the fact that he had EARNED a £3/4Million liability through lies and dishonesty, Have Lord Pearson imposed as a leader by the Tory supporter Stuart Wheeler, seemingly backed by the denounciation by Marta Andreasen the liar and serial cheat.

Now we understand that not content with stuffing their pockets in COMPLETE disregard for the hypocracy of the question asked at the start of this blog where whilst ‘stuffing’ his own pension in what would seem to be so fraudulent a manner as to lead to articles in the media and repayment of funds perloined to the tax payer Farage had the temerity to be asking questions to expose the dishonest machinations of others over their pensions.

Clearly Farage has no shame, in substantiation that I believed him to be without morality over a dozen years ago announcing that I would back him all the way as UKIP’s performing monkey but that once he lost sight of the fact that a monkey in silk is a monkey no less should he EVER stand for leadership I believed he would be catastrophic and so he has proved forming EUkip as a corrupt parody of the UKIP principles and values surrounding himself with some of the most revolting scum in British or with the EFD EU politics.

No one has made it more clear than this moral dyslexic Nigel Farage that ‘The higher up the tree the monkey climbs the more you see its Rs’. How very true.

Now I understand that Farage was amongst those called into see OLAF who realising the gravity of the situation appointed their own solicitors to accompany them (You will remember some time ago that I advised Farage had appointed a lawyer to his staff in the EU – it seems he was appointed in the realistic expectation of exposure!).

It seems that the OLAF experience was not a happy one as having been to Britain and interviewed a number of people as witnesses it seems OLAF have advised an initial 5 EUkip MEPs that they have passed, or are passing on the findings to the British Police as they believe they have sufficient material/evidence to proceed towards prosecution.

I am given to understand that so far Nigel Farage, Mike Nattrass, Derek Clark, Geoffrey Titford, Graham Booth are in the first tranche.

Let us not forget that I was mocked, lied about by the usual proven liars like Douglas Denny, Mark Croucher, Bob Feel Martinis and many others when I laid out the facts about Tom Wise – You will remember the length of time from when I first provided the facts to The Sunday Telegraph, because EUkip were not prepared to act honourably and you will remember even then Mark Croucher with others were conspiring to cover-up the matter by telling lies and claiming Petrina Holdsworth had tried to force the party to give her Tom Wise’s money as a salary – lies but half way convincing in the hope they could force Holdsworth to compliance a plot in which Roger Knapman was deeply embroilled as the then leader.

The fact that Farage, Nattrass, Clark, Titford, Booth etc. were under investigation were made known on this blog a considerable time ago and I was pilloried as anti UKIP, working for the EU, MI5, CIA, Mossad or whatever as an agent provocateur (something Denny read about in a Biggles book I expect) – I offered to attend a disciplinary hearing with the hard evidence of Tom Wise’s fraud etc. yet EUkip’s corrupt leader Roger Knapman, Douglas Denny, Trevor Colman, Farage colluded in the crime after the event in efforts to cover it up.

It took a long time for the wheels to grind but grind they did and Tom Wise is now in prison with a 2 year sentence and financial penalties – his efforts to silence me by spending £8,000 on lawyers were of no avail. It took time and relentless pursuit, endless reports to the Police, shaming of Bedfordshire Constabulary and again and again exposing the crime to reanalysis and debate but in the end I managed to force the issue to a form of Justice with great help from The Sunday Telegraph and then The Sunday Times and with some serious help from The News of The World.

Many complain at the repetitive nature of my header on these blogs but we have proved that the headers may be relentless but so are we – Just ask Wise!

Can YOU fault that statement minded of the realistic expectation in the upcoming General Election and the fact that Farage has HALVED (at least) the membership since he hijacked the leadership? Can you fault it on the realisation that you now have an ex Tory Grandee as leader and are dependent on the largess of a Tory backer and in the hands of a Tory election Manager – it will be interesting to see, not who stands but who the Tories instruct you should not stand against – now that Farage has seemingly sold out!

It is hard to refute the need for clean up but can anyone disprove either that statement or the statement below – would YOU wish to admit to harbouring any single member of the NEC or leadership in YOUR family, would YOU trust them with care of your home, family and money?

Is there ONE you would trust and welcome as a friend – can you make any kind of a viable case for any ONE of these pond life?

That Tom Wise was sentenced to 2 years in prison for his relatively small foray into fraud must give pause for thought to those other MEPs under investigation for all Nattrass’ self damning bluster and imminent bankruptcies amongst the staff! Their situation is made steadily worse by their accrual of enemies and particularly by trying to exploit the courts for personal gain – just look how that ended up for Tom Wise!

The fact that there is much sympathy for Tom Wise amongst MEPs and EUrocrats speaks volumes of the endemic corruption – we even had the farcical display of stupidity from Roger Helmer blustering and bullying in support of Tom Wise on the grounds he had done nothing more than other MEPs (he himself was seeking to redesignate the location of his home to dishonestly get yet more tax payers money!) To have a crook from another Party and another reason berating me for telling the truth about Wise and his fraud relentlessly speaks volumes of the Tories and their ethics!

I wonder if all 5 will be seen as having committed offenses adequate that they too are incarcerated. That we gather is a matter for the British police.

Perhaps there will be an official statement that although they have been stuffing their pockets this is the establishment picking on them because they are so successful – Yeeeeah, just what was this so called success? It couldn’t be, like the breech of law leading to the Guilty verdict and the £3/4Million debt, merely a matter of endemic, systemic corruption, arrogance, dishonesty and greed in EUkip could it!

You will all remember Farage on TV repeatedly claiming that he and EUkip had acted promptly and firmly suspending Tom Wise (OK so we know he lied) will he therefore be acting firmly and swiftly to suspend the MEPs that are this time subjects of serious Police investigation on the advised legal grounds that OLAF believe there is sufficient evidence to move towards charge and prosecution.

When they are suspended will that mean that the EFD has to close down because there are no longer sufficient members – that would at least be a step in the right direction but I guess that is up to the leader!

Sadly EUkip has no leader – Pearson is as weak as ditch water and has let Farage make a complete fool of him – it is now almost 3 months of incompetence from Pearson and he has let Farage walk all over him ignoring every Pearson instruction – you note Pearson PROMISED Sinclaire she would not be disadvantaged for her principled resignation from Farage‘s little money spinner the EFD.

To date Pearson has acted just like so many Old Etonians I have dealt with over many years, dishonourably!

OK so Pearson threatened to resign unless Sinclaire was fully reinstated by the NEC – without Farage there to tell them what to do and with NuttAll having hidden as Chairman they agreed to reinstate her and a letter accepting her terms was to be drafted and sent to her – seems the NEC are now in abrogation of their undertaking (who is surprised that a group of dishonourable people act dishonourably!).

Lord Pearson as leader of EUkip place man for yet another Tory Old Etonian Stuart Wheeler who as a professional gambler would seem to have lost on this bet!

Read Independence and you will see just how Independent of the leader Malcolm Pearson are the decisions of the defacto leader Nigel Farage – not one word of Sinclaire, no job allocation and a complete disenfranchisement of UKIP voters in The West Midlands in a completely dishonest and undemocratic weenie waggling competition between Farage & Pearson – which has turned out that the corrupt real leader Farage has urinated all over Lord Pearson & Stuart Wheeler!

I note Farage has made himself a ‘policy specialist’ in FOREIGN AFFAIRS – is that because he screws more of the staff than the others during the flighty and irresponsible progress of his Foreign Affairs?

John Hemming MP has been a tremendous help with legal aspects and helping us take the matter to the shambolic EUropean Courts and Charles Hendry MP even managed to get the case addressed by Gordon Brown at PMQs, but despite promises at the dispatch box why am I not surprised Gordon Brown did absolutely nothing!

but the names are being kept secret

but he can’t hide the names of those on a secret pension fund

that is costing the taxpayers big bucks. He’s one of them

Concerns are mounting that the EU could soon face an expenses scandal that could dwarf the ongoing saga of British MPs, that caused widespread public outrage, leading some British lawmakers to go into hiding.

It was recently discovered that undisclosed MEPs had repaid more than €3.4 million in “wrongly claimed” expenses.

European Parliament President Jerzy Buzek is refusing to disclose the identities of the errant members, according to the Daily Telegraph, who have seen a letter where he says that: “Such delicate and sensitive matters must be treated with the utmost caution – avoiding undue haste that can unnecessarily and unjustly cause irreparable harm to members’ reputations.”

It is being asked why the European Parliament, with its commitment to transparency, seeks to shield these members.

Mats Persson, the director of the Open Europe think tank, said: “If the European Parliament was serious about cleaning up its act it would name and shame the MEPs who have misused their allowances and conned the taxpayer, just as the UK Parliament is currently doing.” In addition, a significant number of MEPs employ family members, some of whom have never been seen in Brussels or Strasbourg.

Another recent revelation was the discovery of €234,000 in a budget line for “Social Services — Social Interventions.”

This innocuous phrase turned out to be a fund for staff perks and jollies, including ski holidays and holiday camps for eurocrat kids. MEPs are also asking for an extra €1,500 euros a month increase in their €17,540 allowance to pay staff. The lawmakers say that this is necessary because of the increased workload brought on by the Lisbon Treaty.

MEP Chris Davies of the United Kingdom and the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats gave a scathing indictment, saying in Strasbourg that: “The Bureau wants us to employ 150 people to cope with the demands of the Lisbon Treaty, a massive increase in expenditure when so many of our constituents are experiencing public service cuts and tax rises. I don’t believe we need that extra staff. Sometimes we have to live withing our means”.

Secret pension fund

A report by Belgian MEP Bart Staes also draws attention to the black hole at the heart of the EP pension fund, and lawmakers are looking for a way to bail out the fund, which has a deficit of €1.25 million. Efforts to cut costs, including raising the retirement age to 63 are being introduced so taxpayers won’t have to foot the bill.

However, a group of four British Conservative MEPs have resorted to the courts to try to block reforms and save the full value of their pensions. They are: Robert Atkins, Roger Helmer, Robert Sturdy, and Giles Chichester, a former European Conservative leader. In 2008, Chichester was forced to stand down as leader after being discovered breaking parliamentary rules by paying more than €500,000 in allowances through a family company.

There are 59 other serving or retired MEPs also involved in the court case.

The pension fund is highly volatile as the European taxpayer contributes €2 for each €1 paid by the recipient, with the MEP’s own personal contributions coming not from their salary but taken automatically from their generous office expenses.

MEPs are supposed to reimburse this account but there are no checks and balances. According to reports, up to £105 million (119.4 million euros) is alleged to have been lost from the fund, which was invested in schemes linked to disgraced American financier Bernie Madoff. If the funds are not balanced, the European Parliament has indicated that the losses may now be recouped from the EU budget, which means the taxpayers.

A confidential note seen by the German press from the former president of the European Parliament, Hans-Gert Pottering, stated that “Financial implications for the European taxpayer should be avoided as far as possible,” but goes on to say “The European Parliament recognizes its legal responsibility to guarantee the right of subscribers to the fund to be paid their additional pension, even when the fund is empty.”

In 1997, the Dutch Parliament said the fund was “morally objectionable” and said it allowed MEPs to “get rich by milking the taxpayer.” The European Ombudsman has repeatedly ruled that the names of the MEPs who benefit from the scheme should be published. In April 2007, MEPs voted to keep secret the list of names of those MEPs who are benefit from the fund.

The list of MEP’s who are in the scheme is now in the public domain. The list, dating from December 2007, provided by German investigative journalist Hans-Martin Tillack, names 394 MEPs who had signed up to the scheme.

It includes Buzek as well as:
European Commissioner Antonio Tajani of Italy;
French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner;
former Belgian PM Wilfried Martens, who heads the European People’s Party, which rules the Parliament;
another former Parliament president, Pat Cox;
Umberto Bossi, Italian Minister of Federal Reforms,
and former French PM Michel Rocard.

Politically, all groups are represented in the list,
including jailed EUkip MEP Tom Wise,
Glenys Kinnock (S&D,)
Timothy Kirkhope (ECR,)
Andrew Duff (ALDE),
Nigel Farage (EFD),
Rumiana Jeleva (EPP),
Daniel Cohn-Bendit (Green,)
Joseph Dual (EPP,)
and Daniel Hannan (ECR).

The corruption of some of EUkip’s leadership, their anti UKIP claque & the NEC is what gives the remaining 10% a bad name!

A SWIFT LOOK AT BACKING BRITAIN EUkip CLEARLY DIDN’T! WAS THIS REPRESENTING THE RACIST anti JEWISH pro EU MEMBERSHIP EFD?

Hi,

those who keep a close eye on the facts I put on this blog bringing you FACTS about EUkip will have noticed I made mention of SWIFT I said:

‘Why did EUkip vote in favour of postponing rejection of SWIFT and thus in favour of supplying personal financial data to America.’ HERE

It was not the first comment on the fact that UKIP had voted in support of the EU to move the process forward to have an ‘Interim’ agreement with America to supply personal financial details! This is all being done in the spurious claim of control of terrorism – you could barely make it up could you. Just think what they are implying here – if you surrender your privacy, jack in your freedoms we will know howmuch money the chap who may or may not have flown a plane into the Twin Towers had in his bank account.

Is the implication that if you have a lot of money you are a terrorist or is it that if you once had a lot and transfered it to your wife you must be a terrorist.

OK lets get real – it doesn’t mean a bloody thing but EUkip voted for the loss of privacy when they had an opportunity to vote against the EU and in favour of the privacy of the British peoples! OK so we KNOW that what or how EUkip votes is an utter irrelevance and again and again we watch politicians making solid plausible speeches of gravitas that SEEM to indicate the rubbish they spout is actually true, whether it is the lies of politicians desperately trying to support the Warmist Religion and their fantasy bible the IPCC report or burbleing implausible mantras about terrorism when clearly they haven’t a clue what they are talking about.

You only have to look at the total failure of Iraq after the lies and duplicity of Tony Blair and his claque of criminals. All that cost, all those lives lost and ruined and an ignominious defeat and retreat.

Now we have buffoons playing boys toys in Afghanistan with the most tenuous of grips on factual reality as to what they think they are doing and making 10 enemies for every friend they buy!

Meanwhile we are betrayed by EUkip but I guess we are expected to turn a blind eye to their antics in their irrelevant self serving efforts to represent the EFD – What happened to representing their electorate?

Just how many people voted for UKIP for them to morph into the Racist, Xenophobic, anti Jewish and violent pro EU membership EFD Party grouping – I rekon not one!

Wandering around the internet I was however pleased to see, liberated from the corruption of Farage, her fellow MEPs elected by UKIP voters who have sold out to the EFD at least Nikki Sinclaire voted in support of the British peoples, against the EU and in favour of privacy. I guess this is an advantage of resigning from the EFD regardless of the vile abuse that has led to from those who feel their personal income MIGHT be challenged if this sort of ethical behaviour caught on.

I was not surprised Nattrass didn’t join Nikki in her display of ethics now that his mentor and other brain cell has left for retirement to count his money having been the nominal leader and an MEP, Knapman just might have provided the much needed backbone as he did in the last parliament when he renounced Nigel Farage’s contemptible behaviour, as did Wittacker on his resignation over Farage’s dishonesty and obduracy over his ‘friend’ Annabelle Fuller.

I hoped at one stage that John Bufton might have the integrity to distance himself from the corruption but it seems not and beyond that there really isn’t anyone in EUkip you could reasonably expect to act ethically – NOT ONE.

However congratulations to Nikki Sinclaire who has not only had the ethics and determination not to be involved with the sordid EFD but also to have taken every step on the way in accord with the rules and the law – not for one moment sinking into the gutter with Farage to damage UKIP for her personal gain – despite the many opportunities she hasn’t spoken out once to tell the truth to the detriment of UKIP even with the chance on TV on several occasions UNLIKE Farage who hasn’t missed a chance to dishonestly aggrandise himself at the expense of the Party and its nominal leader.

Now we see from the following blog on Sinclaire’s blog that liberated from the EFD and able to represent her electorate she has been able to vote ethically free of any whip or any group – WELL DONE Sinclaire:

Nikki Sinclaire stands up for UK citizens privacy

West Midlands MEP Nikki Sinclaire voted this week against the EU Commission, the European Peoples Party and the Conservative European Parliamentary Group, the ECR in their attempt to postpone the vote on the interim SWIFT agreement with the United States.

Nikki said “The EU’s poor agreement with the US gives a lack of data protection and legal redress in the provisional agreement on bank data transfers to the United-States via the SWIFT network. This has far reaching implications for UK citizens including their privacy. This information should be gathered only for the purposes of fighting terrorism and the right balance must be struck between security measures and the protection of civil liberties.”

Nikki reiterated that this should be a matter for the UK government to negotiate and not the EU. The vote to postpone was narrowly defeated and the subsequent vote threw out the agreement. Nikki said “This was a real slap in the face for the EU establishment and I am delighted to put my bit of force behind it!”
