Tom Wise EUkip MEP until June 2009 – full member of EUkip until March 2009 today changed his pleas to GUILTY in Southwark Crown Court at 10:30hrs today.
This has, after a whole day of nervously pacing up and down and seeking advice on how to handle questions spared Nigel Farage cross examination.

I am very pleased to report that Lindsey Jenkins has had her part in this case, which was clearly stupidity and despite signs to the contrary NOT criminality. Lindsey did not receive any monies to which she was not entitled all be it money stolen by Tom Wise was used by Nigel Farage to pay his debt to Lindsey Jenkins.

Tom Wise, a former British MEP who masterminded a £36,000 expenses fiddle, faces jail after he confessed during his trial.

Wise, 61, who first represented Ukip before turning independent, spent a year channelling taxpayers’ cash into a bank account he secretly controlled.
He pretended the £3,000 ”secretarial assistance allowance” he received every month was for his 62-year-old researcher Lindsay Jenkins.
After paying her just £500, he spent the rest ”in support of his own interests”, London’s Southwark Crown Court was told.
Mark Fenhalls, prosecuting, said: ”He used the funds, for example, to buy a car, to purchase fine wines and pay off some of his credit card debts.”
The barrister said that when the fraud was eventually exposed by a national newspaper four years ago, the MEP promptly ”took steps to cancel the claim and repay the money”.
”He did so because he had been caught and was trying to minimise the trouble he was in,” said counsel. ”Perhaps he hoped by swift repayment he could somehow head off further inquiry.”
Had it not been discovered, the scam could have lasted five years and netted £180,000.
Wise, of Ship Road, Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, who was kicked out of Ukip over the scandal, denied false accounting between October 14 and November 16 2004.
But on the third day of his three-week trial and just before Ukip leader Nigel Farrage was to give evidence against him, Wise began a protracted round of discussions with his legal team.
After several hours and an overnight adjournment to finalise details, the jury trying the case was discharged and the disgraced politician then admitted he was guilty after all.
Jenkins, of Queens Club Gardens, Barons Court, west London, had also been on trial but was then cleared.
She had denied both the false accounting charge and an allegation of using criminal property between November 14 2004 and November 1 the following year.
The court heard she allegedly used “just shy” of £5,000 of the stolen money to publish a political work she had written.
Mr Fenhalls explained that in pleading guilty, Mr Wise “fully accepted responsibility for his actions and, by virtue of his plea and what he says, he has effectively exonerated Mrs Jenkins.”
The barrister said the former MEP also accepted documents he got Mrs Jenkins to sign to pull off the fraud were “misleading and were in all probability blank when he asked her to sign them”.
“His acceptance of responsibility is fully consistent with the prosecution’s opening and makes his basis of plea acceptable.”
He told the court Jenkins’s case had always been that the documents were blank, that she had “trusted him”, and that the £500 Wise paid her each month was for work actually done.
“We are able to say … there is no realistic prospect of conviction, nor, in fact, were it necessary, a public interest in continuing. In those circumstances we do not invite a trial against Mrs Jenkins and invite verdicts of not guilty against her.”
Judge Geoffrey Rivlin QC agreed, and formally ordered her acquittal on both counts, adding that her defence costs should be paid out of public funds.
After quashing an outstanding money-laundering allegation against Wise, he told the former MEP he would be sentenced next Wednesday.
He said he could remain on bail in the meantime, but warned: “It must, however, be fully understood that in terms of the ultimate sentence, nothing must be read into that.”
The judge then added: “I see Mr Wise nodding because he knows too well what the situation is.”

I have not included all the full texts as they are in the main little more than re-writes or direct copies one from another!!
I also hear that there is a possibility that the journalist who broke this story, and first exposed the fraud in the national press some 4 years ago, may well be doing a full round up of the numerous cover-ups that EUkip MEPs, leadership and NEC became embroiled in, in their collusion in this crime.
I would expect him to outline the lies about himself and smears made by EUkip members, staff and supporters.
Whether he shows that Trevor Colman MEP prostituted his Queen’s Commission as a retired senior Police Officer by orchestrating an inquiry for Roger Knapman, which despite having proved Fraud and embezzlement of stolen money was ‘parked’, after a vote led by Roger Knapman MEP, Nigel Farage MEP, John WhittackerMEP, Gerard Batten MEP, Douglas Denny, Michael Zucherman. I recall Richard Suchorzewski spoke out very strongly against the corruption and the cover-up followed as I recall by Linda Guest, Anthony Butcher, David Abbott, Gill Chant.
Clearly having had knowledge that a crime had been committed one can understand Piers Merchant, as an employee of Knapman’s, was obliged to carry out his instructions (though it was a bit pucillanimous of him to do so!) Trevor Colman can make no such claim as he was commissioned to carry out the enquiry BECAUSE of his senior rank retired – it was he who put his name and reputation to the enquiry! It was Trevor Colman’s undeniable duty to bring to the attention of the Police and other authorities that not only had Tom Wise committed a crime but he and others were being asked to collude in the crime.
It does look very much as if Trevor Colman’s silence was bought in return for his MEPship as replacement for Graham Booth.

There were actually a couple of votes on this. The first was at a meeting when Piers Merchant and Trevor Coleman presented the findings of their initial investigation into Tom Wise (but they had only limited access to bank statements).
In what is surprisingly normal behaviour for the UKIP NEC, the NEC weren’t allowed a copy of the written report. Instead, Piers Merchant read it out aloud (we assumed all of it but had no idea). Several of us requested copies so that we could make an informed decision but were refused. Our questions at the end were fobbed off, and Trevor was largely prevented from speaking.
It became very clear that Trevor Coleman, the former Police Inspector, was advocating that we should begin a second stage of investigation into the finances of Wise after they discovered a couple of potentially dodgy looking payments. Piers Merchant advised against further investigation on the grounds that they hadn’t uncovered any fraud.
The NEC was split on this and a compromise was reached, proposed by Douglas Denny that the internal investigation would resume after the OLAF investigation had completed and we could retrieve the documentation needed from them.
A couple of months later the OLAF investigation had finished and Roger Knapman informed us (wrongly) that Tom Wise had been found completely innocent. We then had a vote on continuing our own internal investigation, and the majority voted against it (Douglas Denny included).
It should also be noted that Tom Wise had the whip withdrawn only from the UKIP group within the Ind Dem group after his boasts were exposed in the NotW and NOT in relation to this fraud as UKIP is trying to make out. He didn’t have his UKIP membership revoked, still sat with the UKIP MEPs, was still and Ind/Dem MEP and still worked with them in Brussels, including co-signing documents. In reality UKIP took no action against him in relation to this fraud.
It is interesting to note that Mark Croucher, in his capacity as dissembler and fixer for EUkip and particularly Nigel Farage his effective paymaster, published utterly dishonest extracts from an EU letter seemingly exhonorating Tom Wise some time later. The extracts from the letter were published on the party web site as if he had been entirely cleared by The EU, WHICH HE HAD NOT!
This was occurring around the time of The last leadership elections in which Farage’s cronies cheated and lied to get him the leadership by din’t of corruption of the process and outright lies, bribery and collusion in dishonesty, including The Press Office staff broadcasting lies, particularly against Richard Suchorzewski who was standing very much on a ticket of clean up EUkip and introduce some structure, systems, training, accountability and responsible admin – in fear of this Fuller acting as a Press Officer was openly travelling around the country to hustings with Nigel Farage and telling people that Suchorzewski was a supporter of TheBNP and a homosexual – both of which were outright lies, which Farage endorsed.
To prevent the clean up of EUkip Douglas Denny set out to rig the election corrupting the process as the Returning Officer to such an extent he was fired by the NEC for his dishonesty.
Mark Croucher as the Editor of The Independent published against the express instruction of the new Returning Officer Geoffrey Kingscott who although an improvement on Denny was almost as corrupt taking absolutely no action to censure the lies and dishonesty of Mark Croucher who published regardless making dishonest claims of BNP association and ensuring the entire scroffulous publication was ant Suchorzewski as a Farage Feste.
Kingscott failed to censure liars and cheats like Jim Carver, Mark Croucher, Douglas Denny, Tom Wise, John Moran, David Lott, Annabelle Fuller, Toby Mickelthwaite and their chums, there has always been the suspicion that he refused to act in return for the promise of General Secretary if Farage was elected. Farage acquiesced to the corruption and went so far as to endorse it when he stole the leadership by a refusal to publish any kind of apology to those who had been malligned nor censure of the filthy behaviour of the liars and cheats who became his ruling claque!
Look at the list of The honest NEC members seeking transparency and disassociation of the party from corruption and thus in favour of continuing the investigation:

You will note – every single one of those seeking to continue the enquiry to expose the corruption have subsequently been removed from the NEC – several as a result of lies and dishonesty orchestrated by Mark Croucher and others – yet those who colluded in the cover up of Tom Wise’s criminality have remained as the leadership of EUkip save Elizabeth Burton who probably even then was far too gaga to understand on what she was voting much of the time and John Whittacker who resigned over a subsequent corrupt action of Nigel Farage in collusion with others.
You will note that currently the Party is facing a £3/4Million debt as a result of another Guilty verdict that also involves a number of those who voted to collude in the cover-up!
TO LEAVE THE EU
What is the exit and survival plan for these United Kingdoms to maximise on the many benefits of leaving The EU. It is the DUTY of our Politicians and Snivil Cervants to ensure the continuity, liberty and right to self determination of our peoples they have a DUTY to protect against crime and secure both our food and our border.
NONE of these DUTIES has a single British politician upheld for 40 years. They have drawn their incomes fraudulently and dishonesty.
Politicians are failing to tell the truth, but so are almost all wanabe Politicians, the MSM and Snivil Cervants.
The fact is that even if EVERY British MEP wanted change in The EU it would achieve NOTHING.
Every single British Politician, of EVERY Party, elected since before we joined the EUropean Common Market, has promised to change The EU’s CAP – In 40 Years they have achieved absolutely NOTHING!
To try to put a value on OUR Freedom is as futile as floccipaucinihilipilification and as odious as the metissage of our societies, as we rummage in the ashes of our ancestors dreams, sacrifices and achievements, the flotsam of our hopes and the jetsam of our lives, consider the Country and Anglosphere which we thus leave our children and the future, with shame!
