ONE WONDERS WHY STUART WHEELER HAS LIED, IS HE A FOOL, DISHONEST or A DUPE?

The millionaire Mr Stuart Wheeler, founder of the financial spread betting company IG Index, and father of supermodel Jacquetta Wheeler…

One has to wonder what it is about EUkip that it attracts scrap dealers and professional gamblers as backers so readily. I can not understand why Stuart Wheeler has shown such a staggeringly foolish lack of understanding of the Electoral Commission case against EUkip – someone has even dishonestly duped the poor old chap that beyond the similarity of the names Bown and Brown there is any meaningful similarity between the EUkip case and that of The Lib.Dims.

For all Stuart Wheeler’s foolish prattle and the outright lies of Nigel Farage the Courts have the measure of the case – hence the GUILTY verdict before the Court after various rounds of cost escalating stupidity by Farage’s Fan Club of Fools, in their chase for personal agrandisement.

A major donor to the UK Independence Party has hit out at the Electoral Commission over its decision to push UKIP for the return of a £360,000 donation while allowing the Lib Dems to keep £2.4 million given to them by a criminal now on the run.
Former Tory donor and spread betting millionaire Stuart Wheeler, who donated £100,000 to UKIP before the European elections said today: “I am not a member of UKIP but I do support them and this does not seem right.

“The Electoral Commission has now said it does not intend to take proceedings against the Liberal Democrats for the recovery of gifts totalling about £2.4 million pounds given to them by a company controlled by Michael Brown, a man who was not a permissible donor and who is now on the run, having been sentenced to seven years imprisonment.

“It is clear that the donation came from abroad and was therefore entirely against the spirit of the relevant legislation.

“But the Commission has decided to pursue UKIP for recovery of a donation given by somebody who could easily have made the donation through a permissible company and who would have been a permissible donor but for a purely technical slip which is acknowledged by the court to have been entirely inadvertent.”

Perhaps the poor old chap should have read up on the FACTS rather than listen to the well crafted and misleading claims of the petty crooks and liars running EUkip.

UKIP to forfeit £350,000 in donations after Electoral Commission victory

The UK Independence Party stands to forfeit nearly £350,000 in donations after the Court of Appeal ruled in favour of watchdog body the Electoral Commission.

A long-running legal dispute between the Commission and the party centred on donations in the form of cash and services from retired bookmaker Alan Bown at a time when he was not on the electoral roll.

Three judges ordered the case back to the magistrates’ court for a new decision on forfeiture based on their findings.

Sir Paul Kennedy said: ”In the present case I can detect nothing which would entitle the magistrates’ court not to make the forfeiture order which the EC seeks.”

Mr Bown had been on the electoral register in Thanet, Kent, but was removed by mistake without his knowledge in December 2004.

He did not find out until December 2005 and he was reinstated the following February.

Ukip, which has one MP and 10 MEPs, admitted breaking the law, but said it was due to a clerical error and that to order forfeiture of the entire sum would be disproportionate.

In August 2007, City of Westminster Magistrates’ Court held that although Ukip had not taken ”all reasonable steps” to establish that Mr Bown was on the roll, the error was accidental.

It ruled that Ukip should forfeit only £18,481 of the total but the Commission brought a judicial review of the decision and the High Court ordered a fresh hearing.

That was put on hold when the watchdog referred the case to the Court of Appeal to clarify aspects of the law.

Sir Paul said the law requires a political party to take “all reasonable steps” to verify that a donation is permitted.

One of the rules is that donors must be on the electoral register if they give more than £200. This was enacted primarily to stop foreign donations.

“Parliament having decided that the test of acceptability of a donation from an individual should be whether that individual was registered in an electoral register, it seems to me to be irrelevant whether an impermissible donor is or is not making a foreign donation,” said Sir Paul.

He said magistrates’ courts should “not be seduced” into ignoring the wording of the Act governing donations.

“The fact that Ukip accepted donations from Mr Bown without realising that he was no longer in an electoral register is also, to my mind, immaterial.”

Welcoming the decision, the Electoral Commission said: “The effect of the Court of Appeal’s judgment is that, in all but exceptional circumstances, political parties should give up in full donations accepted from an individual who is not a ‘permissible donor’.”

Peter Wardle, chief executive, commented: “We brought this appeal because the magistrate’s court decision created some uncertainty for political parties about the way the law should be applied. In this case, a party had accepted money that it should not have, but was allowed to keep most of it.

“Political parties need to raise money to campaign, develop policy and communicate with voters. But all parties also need to follow the rules. And these rules need to be clear, simple and easy to follow.

“Parliament decided that political parties should only be able to accept money from individuals if they are on a UK electoral register. This provides a straightforward test of whether they should accept money or not. They simply need to check the electoral register. The United Kingdom Independence Party did not take these simple steps.

“The court agreed that we took the right approach in this case, an approach that was in line with the intentions of Parliament when passing this legislation.”

In February 2007 the commission sought forfeiture of 67 donations totalling £367,697 after a district judge ordered that Ukip should forfeit just £14,481.

Clearly Stuart Wheeler has money to burn and a fool and his money are clearly easily parted!

It seems he has not read Andrew Smith’s internal memo setting out to dupe the Electoral Commission:

Thank you Geoffrey for organising the meeting. We need to give the Electoral Commission every reason to believe we are serious about compliance, in order to provide the next Party Treasurer with a good story to tell when we next fail to meet the statutory requirements.

They should be invited to any big regional meeting and to Party Conference to speak at least to a break-out meeting to Treasurers.

It would have been a suitable event for prospective Party Treasurers to learn a lot about what the job entailed. Were any of them there?

I thought the practical points which emerged, in the absence of the Electoral Commission, were a lesson for the NEC on what their priorities should be. The branches are crying out for better admin and they are full of good ideas.

I hope the NEC takes good notice of your report of the meeting.

Surely Farage has a duty not to mislead people when he seeks to ‘aquire’ their money as to fail to do so must be a criminal action in line with obtaining money by false pretences!

Has Stuart Wheeler not realised the very many deliberate decisions made by EUkip which moved their position inexorably from a clerical error that was easily rectified through 67 offences all brought to EUkip’s attention yet they arrogantly ignored the law and in total hubris managed to convert those minor correctable errors into a well earned GUILTY verdict and a debt of £3/4 Million!

SIR – It is not correct for Christopher Booker (October 25) to suggest that Ukip was guilty of only a “trivial breach of electoral law” due to an “oversight” by not checking whether their donor, Alan Bown, was on the electoral register.

The law is clear: political parties must check that a donor is on the electoral register each time they accept a donation over £200. Ukip chose not to do so on 67 separate occasions, over a period of more than a year, and despite repeated warnings from the Electoral Commission.

Ukip took donations it was not entitled to receive, which gave it financial resources it was not entitled to have under the law. Ukip accepted that these donations – which totalled more than £365,000 – were all impermissible. But the magistrates’ court ordered them to forfeit just £18,481.

The Electoral Commission’s view was that this treatment of one party which had not followed the rules was unfair to the majority that do follow the rules and which have previously forfeited impermissible donations. The Court of Appeal shared that view.

Christopher Booker also claimed that the Commission “seems unwilling to take further action” in relation to donations from 5th Avenue Partners to the Liberal Democrats. In fact, we are conducting an ongoing investigation into that issue.

EUkip is unarguably Guilty as charged, there is absolutely no doubt and now they are Guilty of duping a generous old man!

I tend to wonder which is the greater crime in moral terms!

TO LEAVE THE EU

What is the exit and survival plan for these United Kingdoms to maximise on the many benefits of leaving The EU. It is the DUTY of our Politicians and Snivil Cervants to ensure the continuity, liberty and right to self determination of our peoples they have a DUTY to protect against crime and secure both our food and our border.

NONE of these DUTIES has a single British politician upheld for 40 years. They have drawn their incomes fraudulently and dishonesty.

Politicians are failing to tell the truth, but so are almost all wanabe Politicians, the MSM and Snivil Cervants.

The fact is that even if EVERY British MEP wanted change in The EU it would achieve NOTHING.
Every single British Politician, of EVERY Party, elected since before we joined the EUropean Common Market, has promised to change The EU’s CAP – In 40 Years they have achieved absolutely NOTHING!

To try to put a value on OUR Freedom is as futile as floccipaucinihilipilification and as odious as the metissage of our societies, as we rummage in the ashes of our ancestors dreams, sacrifices and achievements, the flotsam of our hopes and the jetsam of our lives, consider the Country and Anglosphere which we thus leave our children and the future, with shame!

A LOOK AT THE ART OF LEADERSHIP IN THE EU – WHERE CLEARLY THE WEAKEST LINK WINS!

It has been clear that a power struggle to near destruction has taken place in The EU as The Commission fought to reinstate its role which had to a great extent been usurped by The Council of Ministers in recent years.

Those understanding the Machiavellian nature of the crooks building this vile undemocratic dictatorship have watched with rapt concern as to the outcome – a process not dissimilar to the ‘Fix’ orchestrated to create a new Pope – for a week one wondered whether to look out for perhaps different colours of smoke, blood trickling under the door from the secret meetings to FIX the new structure – How VERY Democratic!

This week has been the most fragile for several decades and few realised that this was their weakest hour – yet there were no Political forces in a position to seize the moment and one would be foolish not to wonder if the Faragista Fan Club acting as useful idiots to help The EU deliberately called a dishonest and corrupted leadership election as a deliberate move to distract from The EU’s weakness at this point.

Well the wheels did not fly off in the battle and we now find that The Commission won the battle and further emasculated the input of the vestigial nation states now even more the vassals of the malign, centralised and corrupt EU.

Having placed two nebishes in office the new President being not so much a failure in democratic terms but in fact anti democratic and The EU’s Foreign Minister, whatever the title, is all but unknown in her own Country save for being the wife of a Labour polster.

When they fail to convince the peoples of EUrope how well off they are with no say, no meaningful democracy and no freedom will they be removed and put to tender for replacement – perhaps John Major’s family could provide two garden gnomes, with the personality of John himself they too would suit!

Do consider Richard North’s comments on the matter:

“The choice of two low-profile leaders means that there are two immediate political winners from the process. The first is the European commission, under its renominated president José Manuel Barroso, who has emerged as at least the first among equals in the new Brussels lineup … “.

You have to read quite far down the piece, but at least its there, in The Guardian – the first (and only) newspaper to realise that the EU commission is one of the winners from the selection of Van Rompuy and Baroness Ashton.

They still have not fully put the story together though – but it will eventually emerge. This was a successful coup by the commission, downgrading the position of the European Council president and the high representative. They were helped by France and Germany, neither leader wanting to be outshone by a high-profile figure.

There remains, of course, the mystery of why the Commission let the two positions find their way into the new treaty, and it looks possible that they took their eye off the ball. But once the threat was recognised, they acted swiftly and decisively, and have got their people in place.

Not only are the leaders of the member states constrained by the absorption of the European Council into the maw of the institutional structure, but the commission have got their man in as president. And, as any good chairman will tell you, the power lies in being able to set the agenda. The commission now has that power, on top of which their high representative – who is also a commission vice president – will be singing to the same hymn-sheet.

Thus, while we get The Independent reporting “limp waves of polite puzzlement” circling the globe at the appointments, the commission is well-satisfied with its gains.

To understand that, it just has to be appreciated that the purpose of the Lisbon treaty was not “as advertised”, extending the external reach of the EU, but one continuing the internal process of consolidating the structures of the EU government and increasing its powers. The rest can come later.

Once that is understood, the events of the last few days are completely coherent, and entirely in character. The name of the game is European political integration, and that process has just taken a lurch forward.

PETERBOROUGH HUSTINGS TO FIX THE LEADERSHIP WAS QUITE WELL ATTENDED WITH AN AUDIENCE OF 60-70 !

The Peterborough hustings were better attended than expected to judge by the crowding in the room , which on a head count was somewhere around 60 or 70 based on a head count + the platform which was Chaired by Chris Moines.

Andrew Smith was conspicuous by his absence, no doubt not wishing to quizzed on his dishonesty and arrogant hubris in collusion with Nigel Farage that has garnered EUkip a guilty verdict in the Courts and a debt of £3/3 Million! Reeve was naturally there no doubt seeking compliments for his dishonest misrepresentation in the local media where he fabricated claims of being the whistleblower who was personally responsible for the arrest of Tom Wise – risible really when Daniel Foggo published the facts in the national press in October 2005 and the liar and all round bad egg Peter Reeve did not join EUkip Eastern Region working for Tom Wise until March 2007!

The dishonest cheat David Bannerman was there protecting his personal interests and Gollom slid in noticed by few – a long way to go hunting cats for his dinner some might say! He is I gather back trying to ride two horses once again in search of his ring – the one being as Press Secretary for the unfortunate Lord Stoddart.

Stuart Agnew was present looking as if all these late nights and keeping up with the social life of EUkip in Brussels is proving more wearing than he had expected as it takes more effort to keep one’s snout in the trough than filling in subsidy forms as a farmer working for The NFU towards enrichment by the introduction of ever greater subsidies with GM foods.

An interesting question from the odious McTrough to all of the candidates was rather damaging to them all, without exception, but I thought Batten faired worst even if his wooden presentation was a little better than usual. The question that had them all floundering was ‘who would each of you choose as your deputy and your chairman’ – I appreciate 4 of the candidates may not have given much thought to this as the election is so clearly rigged for Lord Pearson to be the winner – it was surprising he could not name his choices but perhaps Farage hasn’t told him yet.

One wag wondered if Pearson had not named anyone because he doesn’t know two people in the party as he has only gained his information from Farage.

Another wondered if the Zionist foundation would be letting him know later, since it was after all Friday evening! Shabbat takes precedence for Judaism but one wonders relative to Zionist secularism! It will be an early indication of Pearson’s real agenda! I believe Margaret Thatcher was wise not to permit him a political role or a seat as an MP as clearly this Islamaphobic extremist is something of a political liability – though there are those who seem not to care whence EUkip’s funding is sourced and I note there is a friends of Israel Group chaired by the party secretary and I understand deputied by Mike Nattrass and this can hardly have been seen as a disadvantage when attracting the likes of Stanley Kalms etc.

Nattrass, Batten & Wood seem uninvolved in the election in terms of their Web presence – a medium they seem fairly out of touch with.

Malcolm Lord Pearson on the other hand has a costly site set up but seems not to participate – having delegated the job to the utterly untrustworthy Malcolm Wood who has been one of Farage’s fixers and liars for several years – a damaging presence for Pearson as it shows more clearly just who is leader of EUkip whatever the party members may wish!

Malcolm Wood wrote Pearson’s election address and gathered all his signatures of support rather undermining his integrity as a leader of the grass roots party, but clearly he is in fact in pursuit of another agenda.

It is a chilly winter’s evening and the UKIP faithful are crammed into a conference room in a Peterborough station hotel, improved by a recent lick of paint.

Most are in their late middle age, but there is a smattering of younger types, dressed twenty years too old for their age; there’s even a child hanging around in the corridor outside – surely not there through choice.

The rest are hard core political activists whose every moment seems dominated by the threat of a European super state.

Protest, as they do, that UKIP has policies in all sorts of areas – and that is indeed true – but every conversation, seems eventually to land up in Brussels and its evils.

Tonight they are here to choose a new leader after their hero, Nigel Farage, announced he was standing down in order to take on Commons speaker John Bercow in his Buckingham constituency at the next general election.

Frankly none of the candidates are household names – three MEPs, one councillor and a member of the House of Lords.

And with a maximum of six months to go before an election, getting the winner acquainted with the voting public will be no easy task.

But despite their difficulties, the UKIP faithful are on a high.

Greater spoils

Thirteen MEPs elected at the European elections in June and a share of the popular vote that pushed Labour into third place.

Combine with that, their best ever by-election result in July’s Norwich North contest – more than twelve percent of the vote – and they feel they have started to make some kind of breakthrough.

On tonight’s evidence, whoever wins this contest will have a highly committed bunch of believers to capitalise on their current advantages

UKIP leadership: Runners and riders

The evidence is indeed encouraging.

At the 2005 General election the three main parties shared 92% of votes, leaving just 8% among the rest. But in recent months, particularly since the expenses scandal broke, the smaller parties have consistently attracted a larger slice of opinion.

So it is not unreasonable for UKIP, the Scottish and Welsh Nationalists, the Greens and the BNP to think that there are greater spoils to play for this time around.

UKIP have had their own share of difficulties over expenses, having to expel two MEPs when it emerged they were being investigated for false accounting in one case, and benefit fraud in another. Both men ended up in jail.

But the party believes it dealt swiftly with these errant types, in contrast they say to the main parties.

Their biggest boost though has been delivered to them on a plate by David Cameron.

Donation trouble

The Tory leader’s decision not to offer a referendum on the Lisbon treaty has put a definite spring in the step of UKIP members.

They scent Tory grassroots disillusionment over the change in policy and UKIP sees itself as a natural home for Tories who feel they have nowhere else to go.

But it will not just be Europe on which they will attempt to sweep up the protest vote.

Immigration will be central to their campaigning strategy, a tactic they feel will capture unhappy Labour supporters as well.

“We are fishing in the same pond as the BNP,” said one senior party member, “albeit with a slightly different worm”.

Once the new leader is in place on 27 November, the fishing can begin; though one big headache remains.

The party is currently battling in the courts over a £350,000 donation from a former bookmaker, Alan Bown, who was not on the electoral register at the time he gave the money.

Unstage-managed

The party argues that Mr Bown had been on the register, and that it was a simple administrative error which meant his name had been removed.

But the Electoral Commission is pressing its case and, if legal costs are lumped on top, it could scupper the party’s chances of fighting any kind of election.

UKIP sources believe it is unlikely to be decided in the courts that soon however, though there is definite nervousness over the situation.

Back in Peterborough there’s a refreshingly unstage-managed feel to the hustings.

Argy bargy is allowed, even with our television cameras present, and the candidates are practically sitting in the laps of the faithful, the room is so small.

On tonight’s evidence, whoever wins this contest will have a highly committed bunch of believers to capitalise on their current advantages.

An arch Eurosceptic peer who believes that European Union subsidies are a “vast swindle” is financing replanting on his huge Scottish estate with grants from Brussels.

Lord Pearson of Rannoch, the independent Conservative peer who was expelled from the Tories by Michael Howard for backing the rival United Kingdom Independence Party, has tabled bills in the House of Lords demanding Britain’s immediate withdrawal from the European Union.

He is also co-founder of the Global Britain thinktank which agitates against an “increasingly anachronistic” EU.

Last weekend he wrote in a pamphlet published by the independent thinktank Civitas that the EU was a “corrupt octopus” and was a success “only for those who make money out of it”.

The 63-year-old peer called the EU system of grants and subsidies to farmers a “whole vast swindle” and said Britons were forced to pay “higher taxes” … “to keep EU farmers in the style to which they have become accustomed”.

He added that the United Kingdom gives the EU some £11bn a year: “Of this, they have been good enough to send back to us an average of some £7bn, always for projects which are designed to enhance their wretched image (including the Common Agricultural Policy)”.

One of the projects now being funded with EU money is Sword Loch 3, a 300-acre forest on Lord Pearson’s estate in Perthshire. According to the Forestry Commission, the official body responsible for protecting Britain’s trees, this is one of a number of grants that it has given to Lord Pearson.

The latest £95,000 grant will be used to replant an old Caledonian pine forest, an ancient Scottish species which has been threatened with extinction.

“Half the money will come from the European Union,” said a Forestry Commission spokesman.

Asked if Lord Pearson would know if it came from the EU, the spokesman said: “He would have applied to the Forestry Commission and might not be aware of it. However our literature does make it clear that part of the money for grants does come from the European Union”.

Lord Pearson did not comment when contacted by the Guardian. Details of the grant were released under the Freedom of Information Act.

For some years, Lord Pearson has claimed that the BBC is institutionally biased in favour of the European Union, a point he sought to prove by publishing a report analysing the amount of time given to pro- and anti-EU speakers.

Lord Pearson loyally stood by his old Eton schoolfriend, Jonathan Aitken, after the former Tory minister perjured himself in his libel action over his links with the Saudis.

The peer is chairman of an insurance company and a supporter of the pro-hunting Countryside Alliance, serving as chairman of its deerstalking committee.

My row with the next leader of the UK Independence Party

This morning I engaged in a so-called “red-line” debate on Sky News about whether or not the right-wing Dutch Islamophobe and professional controversialist Geert Wilders is “welcome” in the UK. He is not. How can a man who views the faith of nearly two million British citizens and residents as a “totalitarian ideology” and a “retarded, dangerous one”, and claims that “there is no such thing as ‘moderate Islam'”, be welcome in our multicultural, multiracial, multi-faith nation?

But what surrpised me was that the man I was debating — who also happens to be the British parliamentarian who extended the original invitation to Wilders — turned out to be Lord Pearson of Rannoch, the Ukip peer, and front-runner to succeed Nigel Farage as leader of the party. Pearson is an odious and reactionary Little Englander with Islamophobic leanings. He described, on air, “the problem with Islam”, proclaimed his “fear” of Islam and claimed Islam was responsible for all the terrorism in the world.

And yet, regardless of that, I can’t help but wonder what Pearson gets out of all this. Has Ukip gone from being a party of “fruitcakes, loonies and closet racists, mostly” (to quote David Cameron), obsessed only with the European Union and issues of sovereignty and parliamentary democracy, to suddenly leading the neoconservative (and BNP-backed) campaign against the alleged “Islamisation” of Europe? Its endorsement of Wilders by extending an official invitation to him through its next leader is both strange and unpleasant.

On a side note, may I point out the most ridiculous part of the whole Wilders debate? It’s the idea that this man is a champion of free speech and that allowing him entry into the UK exemplifies our commitment to free speech. Sorry. No. That’s nonsense. This is a man who not only abuses free speech but also makes a mockery of it in his home country of Holland, where he has advocated the banning and outlawing of the Quran, which he ludicrously considers to be a “fascist” book. This is the man who hides his anti-Islamic bigotry behind the notion of free speech — and campaigns against Muslims’ own right to free speech by advocating the outlawing of the Muslim holy book. How ironic. And disgusting.

There is a remarkably unsound article about EUkip on page 7.

Clearly the journalist could not be bothered checking the facts and just swallowed the opportunist, misleading and thus thoroughly dishonest misrepresentation of the truth.

Clearly the journalist has been ‘sloppy’ in not checking but has swallowed the opportunist and dishonest misrepresentation put forward on an opportunist bully, liar and cheat Peter Reeve an all round self seeking low life.

Peter Reeve lays claim to have been some sort of whistleblower!!!

May I draw it to the ghastly little oiks attention that at the time this matter was brought to the attention of the Police in 2005 I understand he lived in Ballantine St, Newton Heath, Manchester and remained in Manchester until taking up employ as Regional Organiser for Tom Wise EUkip MEP taking over from Charley Cole who was retiring.

I understand that falling out with Tom Wise fairly rapidly (he probably read back issues of The Sunday Telegraph by Daniel Foggo of 2 years earlier) One assumes that before taking up the job he had not had the wit or perspicacity to Google his new employer!

Had this duplicitous little man actually done the intelligent thing he would have been able to read the many column inches written by Daniel and supplied to the Bedfordshire Constabulary in October 2005, it may not have reached them till early November, I am a little hazey as it is some time since my first contacts with The Bedfordshire Police! Daniel may have a better record as he tends to keep remarkably detailed notebooks and tapes.

Peter Reeve comes across as an opportunist spiv but minded that that is the image he presents to most people of experience and any judgement why am I surprised. He and his ghastly mistress make a perfect pair symbolising the slide into the gutter of EUkip under the crass and incompetent leadership of Nigel Farage – as I predicted some dozen years ago.

Let us take the ridiculous leap of faith that Peter Reeve did 2 years after it was common knowledge that Tom Wise was involved in criminal behaviour stealing public money and EUkip was actively colluding in the criminality by orchestrating corrupt inquiries in an attempt to cover-up. Let us assume that Peter Reeve was so stupid as to think the police new nothing after 2 years!

OK Peter Reeve – did you report this to EUkip or did you only use your belatedly received information, having read the newspapers, to enhance your personal circumstances at someone else’s expense, as on so many occasions since.

As a point of interest I wonder if Peter Reeve sees himself as a fool or as a liar.

Interestingly he was soon replaced by Tom Wise who found another, a fool and a liar, Peter Cole.

It is clear that for the sake of self aggrandisement Peter Reeve has either lied to The Huntingdon & St. Ives News & Crier or has deliberately misled them.

It is interesting that Peter Reeve, as a party official, seeks to make himself seem honest in the media by at best misleading them yet he is a part of that same management team that actively bullied and attacked John West for doing exactly what Peter Reeve dishonestly claims to have done. It is interesting that he stood bye a coward and a criminal to his core when the likes of McGough, Bob Feel Martinis, Mark Croucher and others were openly attacking me on a party read Forum yet this cowardly criminal was too dishonest and too gutless to step forward and tell people he KNEW that I was right and Tom Wise was, as I claimed guilty.

You will note that Jeffrey Titford colluded in the criminality because what Peter Reeve may not have realised I knew, he had gone to Titford and demanded that Titford employ him shortly after taking up employ with Tom Wise – a job he quit after his first pay cheque. I have no witness to my belief that he obtained his job by blackmail but he effected that transfer on the grounds that Tom Wise had been acting criminally and laid it on fairly thick that he had, HE CLAIMED, moved in good faith with someones family from Manchester.

Clearly Jeffrey Titford believed him and effected the transfer. I therefore ask why now we know Peter Reeve did not whistle blow but enhanced his career on exploitation of the matter – let us now consider why Jeffrey Titford opted to collude in Tom Wise’s criminality by failing to denounce the crime and the criminal?

In the light of these facts and the absolute certainty Peter Reeve’s press claims show us that EUkip leadership knew for certain that Tom Wise had been stealing tax payer’s money – they even accepted the movement of a senior employee BECAUSE of it.

This leads me to deduce that EUkip leadership is endemically corrupt and dishonest. One is forced to consider whether this is because as Mike Nattrass stated at an NEC meeting when it was proposed in 2005 that the party hand Tom Wise over to the authorities Nattrass, who as an MEP then and as deputy leader stated “You can’t do that how the f**k do you think we all get our money”! An astonishing confession of criminality by a man who is currently under investigation for fraudulent abuse of tax payer’s money.

Michael Nattrass is currently standing for leadership of EUkip – it does rather look as if the corruption is endemic as we know Gerard Batten is beyond all doubt dishonest and corrupt – not just as Farage calls him ‘that f****** telephone salesman’ when he tells all who will listen that he employs his brother in law and has his printing done by another family member, neither of which details can I vouch for, however I am happy to confirm he is a dishonourable and dishonest individual and clearly a racist at the core of the fact that there is a very large section of EUkip that is in any terms nothing more than TheBNP in blazers.

There was no shortyage of people Roger Knapman could call on to collude in the criminality of Tom Wise and his efforts to cover-up the crime including Jeffrey Titford who took the role of Chairman to aid the cover-up, then later Trevor Colman orchestrated a cover-up for Knapman seemingly in return for his position as an MEP etc. etc.

astonishingly Vote Gerald Batten blog carries the story below and despite saying:

It does look a bit as if Vote Batten Blog had not actually realised the full enormity of what has happened!
First, as with any EUkip election there was an attempt to fudge the issue based on an attempt to spin the issue which as ever was, just as with Farage, Fuller, Croucher and the other pond life was a pack of nonsense (note benefit of the doubt, most people call this sort of behaviour dishonest!).

For heaven’s sake the Returning Officer, a solicitor with his own waste paper basket and a cosy little room at Mssrs. Bent & Manure (well think about it so Benson denotes the street and MAZure is clearly MA Zucherman’s initials – this is no way for a Party Secretary to behave – it is on a par with the dishonesty and corruption of Douglas Denny at the last leadership election!

You will remember that Douglas Denny was de-selected (CHUCKED OUT) as Returning Officer for his dishonesty, on the majority vote of The NEC – and rightly so.

Michael Zuckerman should be ashamed of himself

01. Mr Zuckerman banned all campaigning on the UKIP internal Forum to no particular purpose other than to shelter them from the real world and explaining and justifying the indefensible.

02. Mr Zuckerman banned all forms of Poll on the forum.

03. Mr Zuckerman in answer to complaints from candidates and members regarding Nigel Farage’s gross intervention on National tv in the leadership election said he had no undue interest in any particular candidate and was at liberty to exercise his right to state his opinion!

04. Mr Zuckerman was more than stumped when it was pointed out that Mr. Farage did in fact have an interest and a large interest as he had acted as the best known proposer to feature on the lengthy list of supporters Malcolm Wood had put together for Lord Pearson!

Mr Zuckerman had to concede he clearly didn’t know what he was taking about.

05. Mr Zuckerman assured the candidates that he would convey their annoyance and ensure that it did not happen again, and that Nigel Farage would be left in no doubt he had transgressed the rules.

And how has Greg Lance-Watkins got hold of articles from our UKIP members only forum? I thought that site was secure. I won’t be posting that however as Gerard would not want me to.

I do think Vote Gerard Batten blog site have rather under estimated the gravity of the situation in view of the facts!

Minded that Malcolm Pearson made a side swipe at an apology at The Birmingham Hustings that did little to pour oil on very troubled waters – Pearson did promise he had had stiff words with Farage and it wouldn’t happen again – so much for Pearson’s control over the party as a potential leader!

Then MA Zuckerman also promises harsh words and in delicto flagrante we see Farage totally out of control, no doubt at the risk to his access to the feeding troughs of Brussels and Strasburgh being threatened!

one has to wonder whether Michael Natrrass will have the integrity to keep to the rules HE PERSONALLY mad in EUkip?

It was agreed at a meeting in Brussels of the MEPs when they were considering what to do about Tom Wise who had remained a EUkip member and as a result of having colluded in so many cover-ups of Tom Wise’s criminality there was a danger that he might well be sufficiently ‘covered-up’ to demand he be allowed to stand again, and as the MEPs had rigged the selection process so that sitting MEPs remained top in their Region as with deadweight Derek and liability Bloomers, Clever Trevor the bent Copper and what a surprise Farage – Problem!

Because it was a problem, as is so normal in EUkip Farage legged it finding a half way plausible excuse to make sure that there were none of his fingerprints and he left his muppets and puppets with instructions. It was decided that no member of EUkip could stand for office if they were under investigation by OLAF!

These were the grounds to ensure Tom Wise was prevented from standing!

OK Nattrass just how do YOU figure making the decision that no member of EUkip could stand for office if under investigation by OLAF or the Police and we all remember how righteous you all were when having rigged the selection process to put Ashley Mote in at number 2 in the South East EU Region he was unceremoniously chucked out of the party because he was under investigation by the police and then a pending Court case for an offence many years earlier!

One must assume that Mike Nattrass will prorogue himself from the present leadership contest now that he and the world know he is under investigation by OLAF – The decision made and voted on in Brussels was unequivocal – it didn’t say only if your name begins with W or only when the month has an R in it:

UKIP MEP Michael Nattrass in expenses fraud inquiry

An MEP for the United Kingdom Independence party is being investigated by the European Union’s anti-fraud watchdog over his use of expenses.

Michael Nattrass, who has represented the West Midlands in the European parliament since 2004, is the subject of an inquiry into whether Denis Brookes, one of his former aides, was paid through public funds while he was working as a regional organiser for UKIP. The EU does not allow taxpayers’ money to be used to pay party officials.

The inquiry into Nattrass, which is part of a wider investigation into UKIP’s finances, comes as one of its former MEPs, Tom Wise, was jailed last week for two years for embezzling funds out of his assistant’s allowance.

It has also emerged that Nattrass was using a company of which he was a shareholding partner as the “paying agent” for all his assistants’ salaries provided by the EU.

Between 2004 and summer this year, all of his assistants’ allowances were channelled through the company account of Nattrass Giles, a chartered surveyors in Birmingham which he founded nearly 30 years ago.

Nattrass was a signatory to the bank account, although he insisted last night that the administration was handled by another partner in the firm who has since died.

MEPs must not act as their own paying agents. The role can only be performed by “third parties”.

New rules brought in since July this year have further tightened the controls and MEPs can now only use accredited people or companies as paying agents.

Nattrass said he had been told by EU officials that he could use his Birmingham company.

He also insisted that Brookes had worked for him in his capacity as an MEP until his employment as an aide came to an end three years ago.

There is rather more behind this story than may be noted on first sight – although Denis Brookes unsurprisingly lost his employment tribunal that sets no precedent in this case I understand.

It is also clear, I understand, that Nattrass was in breech of the rules both in the letter thereof and the spirt – it is reasonable to assume that when Nattrass claims he was authorised to use Nattrass Giles; frequently listed, as is customary in EU filing systems, as Giles, Nattrass, presumably in the belief that the surname was Giles whilst the prename was Nattrass – hence it seems a clearance and no earlier realisation!

It is also entirely reasonable to believe that alternatively Mike Nattrass failed to inform the EU payments office that he owned the firm having founded it some 30 years earlier, nor that it was NOT a Limited Company nor that he was the signator on the account and majority share holder!

The case may well be based upon Denis Brookes’ employ, which is a muddled affair as he switched his own contract to being a service provider I understand and also expected to receive the full sum of his income without taxation at a very generous £30K when one considers his CV!

I understand that OLAF interviewed Denis Brookes on their recent visit to Britain and also whilst here they interviewed Derek Bennett who works in what was his family business the Fireplace business now run by Mike Nattrass’ son – I understand Derek is salaried and paid as a Regional Organiser having largely taken over Denis Brookes’ job.

Derek is best known for his publication ‘Eurorealist’ which he was running long before his brief period on EUkip NEC some years ago. I was fortunate enough to have been a recipient of the magazine for several years and even had the privilege of having numerous articles published in opposition to the EU until sadly it became a EUkip praise sheet and was thus party orientated.

I am unsure as to whether OLAF are taking an interest in Derek’s position yet nor whether Lynn Ashraff is yet a subject of investigation though it does seem likely as it would apear her employ has oscillated between Nattrass EUkip MEP and Nattrass Giles paying agent and Nattrass Giles estate agents etc. – Most confusing! I presume Nattrass would claim that he was unaware that there might be confusion and that was EXACTLY why The EU requires a distance between the MEP and the handling of the money by a properly independent recognised paying agent!

Please understand that I do not believe Nattrass was industrially defrauding the tax payers, as was Tom Wise, for his own direct gain but the fraudulent use of tax payers money does seem to have occurred in the case of the salary of his RO Denis Brookes albeit weasel words may well have been used as a fig leaf to hide the fact he was RO. I do not believe Nattrass has been trousering the money directly but it can hardly be seen as wise to employ an RO and for him to be an enthusiastic fireplace salesman nor the oscillating employ of Lynn Ashraff!

I believe it will be found that Derek Clark’s employment of staff is much more clearly shown to be ultra virese with effectively ghost employee it would seem and or staff not even working for him and of course he was shuffling directly employed staff between Ashford under its various guises and his own offices whilst still leaving them in other tax zones. Do be minded that this is the odious man who colluded with Gerard Batten to orchestrate a Soviet style Kangaroo Court to persecute Peter Baker corruptly aided by Douglas Denny.

Roger Knapman is under the rules likely to find he has a problem as he was quite clearly employing a Regional Organiser in Wales when John Bufton took over from the previous RO Jim Carver, the umbrella salesman, who Farage had been funding in full or in part.

Malcolm Wood as Regional Organiser in The South West Region was I understand funded by Graham Booth and it was a condition of handing the MEPship to Trevor Colman, seemingly having been rewarded thus for giving his title as a retired senior police officer to one of the many corrupt cover-ups of Tom Wise’s criminality by EUkip, I understand however he was obliged to employ Malcolm Wood despite the fact he knew he was untrustworthy and he did not like him (They seem to deserve eachother!!)

Expenses fraud MEP Tom Wise was given ‘all clear’ by European Parliament

Tom Wise, the former MEP sent to prison for stealing expenses, was given the ‘all clear’ in a cover up by the European Parliament’s authorities before other fraud investigators called in the British police.

Parliament officials have been accused of “passivity” and inaction over Wise’s fraudulent claiming of staff allowances as part of an attempt to bury allegations of widespread wrongdoing and expenses abuse among MEPs.

Wise, 61, a former UK Independence Party MEP, was jailed for two years on Wednesday for stealing expenses worth £39,000, following allegations that first appeared in The Sunday Telegraph in 2005.

Nigel Farage, Ukip’s leader, who had been about to give evidence against Wise before he changed his plea to guilty, told The Daily Telegraph that officials had initially exonerated the disgraced, former MEP.

“The parliament looked into it and he was cleared. Obviously, the parliament suppressed it because of the fear that it was happening in hundreds of cases,” he said.

“There have been changes to the expenses system since then but they are cosmetic and I suspect there are still many cases of fraud.”

Chris Davies, a Liberal Democrat MEP for the North West of England, has accused the parliament’s authorities of not doing enough to pursue fraud cases.

“The parliament didn’t do anything itself in the Wise case. It was entirely passive. And, it continues to be passive about the dozens of MEPs who have probably done the same and will get away with it,” he said.

Olaf, the European Anti-Fraud Office, a separate Brussels institution, has confirmed that investigators were not called in by the parliament, which has legal responsibility to stop financial abuses.

“It was an article in The Sunday Telegraph that began our investigation. We were there at the beginning before we passed files to the Bedfordshire Police. Without the UK authorities this positive result would not have been reached,” said Jorg Wojahn, an Olaf spokesman. “We have 13 ongoing investigations involving MEPs.”

Last year, Robert Galvin, an internal parliament auditor, highlighted widespread abuse by MEPs of staff allowances. The report, revealed by The Daily Telegraph, remains under wraps.

Mr Davies has written to the parliament’s president asking when action will be taken to investigate the “gross malpractices involving public money likely to amount to many millions of euros”.

“If Tom Wise can be successfully prosecuted then how many other members and former members deserve to be treated similarly?” he wrote.

Marjory Van Den Broeke, spokesman for the European Parliament, said: “When the financial services believe that there is wrong-doing, they are obliged to notify Olaf. The case of Mr Wise is proof that this system works.”

Interestingly, at least this is more accurate than the self serving opportunist twaddle published elsewhere by the untrustworth, duplicitous and unpleasant Peter Reeve claiming the glory for having broken the story and informed the Police – Yeah!!!

Clearly the file The Sunday Telegraph supplied to the police must have been very slim as the reporter who broke the story had left the paper and gone to The Sunday Times during the catastrophic period of editorship by La Sands and lets face it The Atkins diet didn’t do much for the vocabulary of Dominic Lawson either!

As for the claims that he was cleared by The EU Parliament – I don’t think so!

The inquiry was in fact made by The Payments Office and they issued a letter, THEY were not taking any further action – I understand that at no time did they exhonourate Tom Wise or his practices. You will find in short order the selective publication from the letter was ordered OFF of EUkip’s web site by the payments office as it did not reflect the content of the letter or facts – much like the pack of lies Mark Croucher told about Roger Knapman, but I guess he was right when he said Farage was ‘a f***ing idiot’ to a journalist and lied to another!

The facts are that THEY did not take further action and as a result of an urelenting campaign to bring this crime to The Courts I obtained the documents which you can see if you CLICK HERE

I also published a number of articles identifying irregularities regarding police handling and inactivity in the matter and made official complaints in the matter. Meanwhile The Sunday Times maintained a noticeable interest. A former EUkip staff member and former EUkip NEC members also supplied myself and Daniel Foggo with additional information. I am most grateful to Daniel Foggo for his constant support when, for instance, Tom Wise was spending £8,000 of tax payer’s money he had stolen to some seriously iffy solicitors in an attempt to force me to suppress the truth.

Meanwhile the only real cover-ups were not The EU in this instance but Roger Knapman EUkip MEP rtd., Trevor Colman EUkip MEP, Gerard Batten EUkip MEP, Douglas Denny NEC, Mark Croucher, Nigel Farage EUkip MEP (leader), The Swinton Circle, Mike Nattrass EUkip MEP, and others – even including a personal and very public attack on me to try to silence me and suppress the truth by Roger Helmer MEP Tory. Similarly it will be noted that the liar and all round low life Peter Cole went out of his way to lie about me behind my back as did Lindsey Jenkins to try to cover up for their own involvement and their sponsor!

Thank you Daniel for your unwavering support – without your help we may well not have got justice. The story as far as the media was concerned was 100% Daniel Foggo’s and it is amusing to see others trying to claim the achievement by use of cleverly crafted weasel words!

My thanks to those who helped amongst whom Peter Reeve was invisible and as I recall not even working for EUkip at the time.

As for Tom Wise’s belated plea of guilty and willingness to accept responsibility for Lindsey Jenkins’ participation – you will note this came about after additional paperwork was entered to the Court and much time had been spent by Wise’s brief seeking to try to claim it was inadmissible – once shown the Judge was minded to admit this evidence Wise took Counsel and the following morning a plea of Guilty was accepted by The Court.

I must say that I am surprised that Tom Wise did not take the opportunity to ‘clear the slate’ by asking for any other matters to be taken into consideration – this would indicate to me that Tom Wise may find himself back before the courts on other issues in the future. Had Wise taken this route it would have been unlikely to have increased his sentence appreciably however that is unlikely to be the case if other aspects of criminality are pursued and prosecuted.

I am aware that a dossier of information was handed over by Tom Wise with details of other frauds on the public purse by other MEPs as he perceived it. There is little honour amongst thieves!

I have spoken to Nigel today with regards to his remarks made on the Politics Show, I am posting this thread today with his authorisation –

Nigel made the remarks on the show as he had become increasingly concerned after speaking to UKIPs 3 major donors.

All three donors voiced there opinions VERY strongly to Nigel with regards to the Leadership Race and all three advised him that the only credible candidate in THEIR opinion was Lord Pearson.

Without their financial support Nigel feels there would be very serious implications for UKIP. Please take a moment to think seriously, that if we are to continue fighting we need our financial donors to stay with us, if Lord Pearson does not win this Leadership Race our backers feel we may lose our credability as Political Party.

An interesting quote isn’t it – especially in the light of Malcolm Lord Pearson of Zion & Jerusalem’s apology at the hustings on Friday in Birmingham – probably in the hope that with an audience of less than 50 there, it would never surface –

Those who were there will remember how he assured everyone he was ‘very embarrassed by the inappropriate behavior and had severely reprimanded Farage over the matter’ – well fancy that Lord Puppet of Zion – EUkip is finished if this obsessed clown becomes leader – just a puppet of Farage’s every whim running to a completely different extremist agenda – he may well Peer but is that not because he is a swivel eyed loon.

What the party needs is a period of firm calm LEADERSHIP assisting OLAF & the other authorities to clean up the image.

You will note as a result of Mark Croucher’s idiotic comments and the crass statements of Douglas Denny, Michael McGough and others EUkip has accrued another damaging article in The Sunday Times – only an idiot would believe the dishonesty and abuse meted out by EUkip’s spokesmen is unconnected.

Let us see if they keep digging, or if they believe that they have dug Farage’s grave deep enough to ensure they have destroyed UKIP as a threat to The EU?
