Over the last few years I’ve done whatever I could to help UKIP.

I haven’t always agreed with all their policies, of course.

For example, I think that the Union is pretty well stuffed (Scottish nationalists aren’t going to shut up) and we should now be battening down the hatches and preparing for a last ditch effort to protect England. And I don’t think that UKIP agrees with my view that we need to dump the laughably one-sided `special relationship’ with the USA.

But UKIP has for some time been the only mainstream political party which has steadfastly opposed the European Union. Last autumn I spoke at their annual conference in Telford and although I’m not a member of UKIP I thought we had a good enough understanding. I thought we shared a loathing of the European Union and that’s a pretty good basis for a political relationship.

However, my faith in UKIP has now been shattered. And I’ve found myself questioning its very purpose.I write books. It’s what I do for a living. And over the years I’ve written half a dozen volumes on politics. Naturally, since I don’t toe the Government line on the European Union (or, indeed, anything else) my books are pretty widely (and efficiently) banned. For example, most national newspapers refuse to take advertisements for them, and the BBC would shut and bolt their doors if they saw me heading towards one of their studios.

Promotional material for my books has, however, appeared several times in UKIP’s magazine Independence.

I’ve paid UKIP thousands of pounds for the privilege of offering my books to their members. And, I’m pleased to say, many UKIP members have bought my books. It has been mutually beneficial. I have received scores of requests to speak at UKIP meetings. (Indeed, ironically, I received an invitation to be the keynote speaker at a UKIP conference just days after I had been told that my books attacking the EU weren’t suitable for advertising to UKIP members.)

And then, suddenly, they refused to accept any more inserts advertising my books.At first they refused to accept inserts for a book of mine called Living In A Fascist Country. I could understand that.

Living In A Fascist Country doesn’t pull any punches. And I’m pretty rude about several Governments (including Britain’s and America’s.) I was told that one or two UKIP members had complained.

So I suggested that they rerun inserts promoting my books England Our England and The Truth They Won’t Tell You (And Don’t Want You To Know) About The EU. As far as I know no UKIP members had complained about these books.But, to my astonishment, they refused to accept inserts advertising those books too.

On 13th July, my office received an e-mail from Adrian Lithgow of UKIP saying: `I regret that I have instructions for the Party chairman (Dr John Whittaker) not to carry Vernon Coleman’s inserts.’

This seemed very odd.

I tried to find out why. I faxed Nigel Farage, the UKIP leader.

But no one would tell me why my books had suddenly become unsuitable for UKIP members. And so I sent a letter to the several thousand UKIP members who had already bought my books. I pointed out that the UKIP magazine Independence had refused to accept advertisements for my books attacking the European Union and I explained that I had no idea why my books attacking the EU and the British Government were no longer considered `acceptable’.

I added that books really do change the world, reminded readers that a few years ago even the CIA admitted that books are the most powerful of all propaganda tools, and ended by hoping that readers would continue to work with me in the battle against the EU and the bureaucrats of Brussels.

When the letters started dropping on doormats, and angry readers and UKIP members started to contact UKIP to complain – and to ask what was going on – the organisation suddenly woke up. Faced with many members threatening to rip up their membership cards, UKIP worked overtime finding explanations for what had happened.

And over the next few days I heard a variety of different reasons for the ban. It was, for example, claimed that UKIP had decided not to take outside inserts at all. It was alleged that I hadn’t paid for the inserts (not true). It was claimed that they had refused inserts for my anti-EU books because I’m not a UKIP member. And it was argued that promotional material for my books had been banned because my attacks on Tony Blair were considered too `vitriolic’.

One reader had apparently pulled the race card and suggested that daring to criticise Israel’s military policies meant that I was anti-Semitic. (I do get fed up of this absurd and illogically abusive argument.)

The most popular excuse seemed to be that my book Rogue Nation contains an attack on America and the war against Iraq. It was claimed that UKIP had rejected inserts because this book did not fit comfortably with UKIP’s policy towards America. This excuse confused me because I have never asked UKIP to accept inserts for Rogue Nation! I had asked them to accept inserts for my books attacking the EU. And those were the books which they no longer considered acceptable.

The most recent excuse from UKIP has come from the party chairman John Whittaker. (The man who had, allegedly, decided that inserts for my books should be banned in the first place.)

On the 3rd August, Whittaker wrote to a UKIP member stating that the inserts for my book were considered `too prominent’ and alleging that `they dominate our own magazine’.

Huh?

Is Whittaker seriously now suggesting that my inserts (the same ones that have been run before) have suddenly become so prominent (they’re the same size that they’ve always been – and, indeed, they haven’t altered at all) that they `dominate’ UKIP’s magazine?

(My first thought was that if a single sheet of paper, printed black on white, and promoting a book dominates their magazine, UKIP might want to look at the magazine they’re producing.)

Whittaker claims that it is not true that UKIP has banned my books attacking the EU. He now says that although UKIP will not accept the inserts promoting my books they will allow me to take out an advertisement within the body of the magazine.

I can’t keep up. I am very confused, quite disappointed and extremely worried by UKIP’s attitude. I can’t help feeling that this latest excuse is merely an attempt to escape from an increasingly embarrassing decision. The bottom line is that I no longer trust UKIP.

I will certainly not work with them again. And I won’t be accepting their generous offer to allow me to advertise my books in their magazine.

The fact is that this isn’t about books or advertisements any more. It is about something far more fundamental. It’s about the integrity and purpose of a political party which claims to be offering British voters a solid, rational, patriotic alternative to the self-serving nonsense being offered by the three main parties.

When I first heard that adverts for my books had been `banned’ I couldn’t help wondering if UKIP was changing its policy on the EU.

Maybe, I thought, they were worried that I was too rude about EU bureaucrats. Maybe they regard my books as being too sternly critical of the EU and the British Government.

And deep down that fear remains.

Try as I might I simply cannot understand John Whittaker’s claim that my inserts were banned because someone at UKIP has realised that the adverts `dominate’ UKIP’s own magazine. It’s a flattering thought that our bits of paper overpower UKIP’s own policy statements. (The writer of the inserts, Donna Davidson, is so delighted by this uninvited tribute that I think I’m going to have to give her a pay rise.)

But I still have that niggling thought that if scores of UKIP members hadn’t complained about the ban, I might never have received any sort of explanation. I’m left with an annoying little feeling that simply won’t go away: isn’t it just possible that my first fear was correct, and that UKIP tried to ban adverts for my anti-EU books because it finds my uncompromising anti-EU message a little strong for its tastes these days?

Is it just possible that UKIP’s leaders, the MEPs sitting in Brussels, have gone native?

And that’s where everything gets really, really worrying. Deep down I have always thought there is something distinctly strange and unhealthy about UKIP having MEPs who are getting big salaries and big chunks of expenses from the EU (which UKIP wants to see disbanded). I know this is something UKIP members have discussed. But it is curious. Is it conceivably possible that any of these MEPs might now have a more satisfactory lifestyle than they did before they became MEPs? Do these UKIP MEPs get EU pensions?

Will they live out their retirement years on money from an organisation they wanted to destroy? Just asking the questions. I have no knowledge of the answers. For all I know UKIP’s MEPs might have all given up much better jobs and much more exciting lifestyles. But are there no others who might just harbour a guilty, secret thought: `Is it possible that any of the UKIP MEPs might have gone `native’? Is it possible that they might, consciously or unconsciously, have an interest in the EU surviving?

‘I’m sure these nagging worries are entirely unfounded.But now that I’ve got them in my head they won’t go away.

Why did UKIP refuse to accept promotional inserts for my anti-EU books? The organisation would have been well paid.

Was it really because Donna Davidson’s thin, black and white inserts are so powerful that they overpower the UKIP magazine? (And remember it took them some time to come up with this explanation.)

Or could there possibly be a more sinister explanation?I honestly don’t know.But I’ve lost faith in UKIP. I won’t be speaking at any more UKIP conferences and I won’t be recommending UKIP to my readers in future.

I believe that the battle for England and against the EU has to be fought without compromise. It has to be fought with unbridled passion. And if that means upsetting the Government and the bureaucrats then that’s a price I’m quite prepared to pay.

From what I understand EUkip doesn’t seem to have done a very good job of not annoying this chap too!

Professor Tim Congdon, who as an economist who was formerly a consulting adviser to The Government, has finaly left EUkip, together with his family and it seems from The Electoral Commission declarations £1,000 donation to the party per month.

We understand that Lord Bradford is no longer an active Patron and Sir Patrick Moore and Sterling Moss seem to have vanished as Patrons also.

How long before Lord Malcolm Pearson wakes up to the damage he is doing his reputation by association with The Faragista Fan Club which has damaged his status and credibility in The House of Lords.

EUkip under Farage’s control, for it would be foolish to use the term Leadership as he is no leader and wasn’t even credibly elected as leader, have not merely had a few members ‘drift’ off but has lost over 50% of its members leaving the lees in the bucket as in the main it has been the serious the competent and the activists that have left.

A VERY high percentage of those who have left have not ‘drifted’ off but have left angry with a justified feeling of being betrayed.

Incompetent leadership is one thing but in reallity such crass stupidity from EUkip beggars belief and may well beggar EUkip also – both in terms of missing donors and absent voters, many of whom are being wooed by angry, betrayed and dishonestly smeared ex EUkip members, activists and supporters – already there are plans well under way to put up candidates specifically in the South East, London & The Eastern Region also maybe The East Midlands, more in disgust at the manner in which the candidates selected cheated and lied in the selection process.

EUkip has beyond any dispute cheated and betrayed its members.

TO LEAVE THE EU

What is the exit and survival plan for these United Kingdoms to maximise on the many benefits of leaving The EU. It is the DUTY of our Politicians and Snivil Cervants to ensure the continuity, liberty and right to self determination of our peoples they have a DUTY to protect against crime and secure both our food and our border.
NONE of these DUTIES has a single British politician upheld for 40 years. They have drawn their incomes fraudulently and dishonesty.

Politicians are failing to tell the truth, but so are almost all wanabe Politicians, the MSM and Snivil Cervants.

To try to put a value on OUR Freedom is as futile as floccipaucinihilipilification and as odious as the metissage of our societies, as we rummage in the ashes of our ancestors dreams, sacrifices and achievements, the flotsam of our hopes and the jetsam of our lives, consider the Country and Anglosphere which we leave our children and the future, with shame!

Marta Andreasen (MA):

The discreditted Marta Andreasen – discreditted on numerous counts, not least of which was that it seems she didn’t even tell EUkip the problems that had her suspended from her job with The OECD without pay for 15 or 18 months.

Nor the allegations of racism.

It is clear from her interview on BBC – Hard Talk – by Tim Sebastian that she also failed to mention this small detail! It was not in her CV nor it seems were the EU aware of this at the time they employed her for a brief period.

Since joining EUkip she has lied and cheated to get herself onto the MEP list for details CLICK HERE. She would also seem to have colluded in dishonesty on the NEC and has signed accounts having failed to answer valid questions at the business Meeting on matters that showed she had little or no understanding or knowledge of EUkip or its accounts.

MA said she got a call from a billionaire and potential donor, saying this had been brought to his attention, asking her to explain this email to him.

(We note this clearly discreditted and self seeking woman makes no statement of who said individual might be – we are all perfectly entitled to discount any evidence this woman gives as she is proven both dishonest AND dishonourable. G.L-W.)

I wish to make a correction to my earlier coment immediately above in italic –

It has been confirmed to me that Marta Andreasen named the individual during the meeting.

Since that meeting the individual concened has clearly and unequivocally stated that not only did this conversation not take place in the manner portrayed he has gone so far as to provide a written statement that Marta Andreasen’s claim is UNTRUE.

In view of her corrupt and dishonest track record ON MANY COUNTS, I do not believe it is unreasonable to state that yet again Marta Andreasen has not just lied but has done so to bear false witness seeking to dishonestly defame and damage, slander and corruptly seek to damage a man of honour, experience, qualification and clearly an asset to EUkip.

Any honourable organisation would request the resignation of Mrs. Andreasen, not just on the strength of this single lie, not on the strength of her willingness to dishonestly and corruptly bear false witness against her fellow NEC members but as a serial liar with a questionable track record in her own self interest over many years.

May I suggest that if Marta Andreasen lacks the integrity to resign she should be summarily dismissed before she does EUkip more harm than she has already done – clearly being a major contributor to the fact that EUkip has lost over 50% of its members, has lost based on her lies several notable members, has brought the entire selection process for MEP candidates into disrepute CLICK HERE

A woman of shame acting like a Mill Stone in the minds of the informed, the media and the party!

You may well recall the excellent letter published by David Abbott seeking standards of EUkip and its NEC, based on the simple concept of if you have rules the NEC & Leadership should set an example by following them. The concept that leadership calls for the lonely position of setting an example to follow and acting with responsibly – so frequently ignored by the despot, the fascist and the dictator!

David’s letter is an example the Party should follow:

Dear NEC members and other friends,

Several times my website has pointed out that most of the world’s popular games and sports began in Britain because we Brits understood the importance of rules. You can’t have a game without them.

Rules have to be fair, agreed and understood ahead of time, and obeyed. If the rules are broken, there are penalties. The rules are not to be ignored or changed in the middle of the game. The umpire or referee has to be unbiased.

This is the British way, and it has worked for centuries. Without rules that are understood and willingly obeyed, nobody wins and nobody has a good time.

Lack of success and a distinct lack of a good time now distinguish UKIP.

Where UKIP has rules, they are ignored if it suits the leadership. Often there are no rules and no rule book. Minutes are not always kept. Rules are selectively applied to favour the few and to afflict others. Lack of fair play is sapping the life of our party.

A recent manifestation was the selection process for the MEP lists. A man who had once been my hero was going to be the trusted umpire who would ensure that the rules for the selection process were fairly applied. Instead there were significant breaches of those rules. Lynnda Robson described breaches that affected her in some detail, and we have all had communications about rule-breaking from many other complainants.

This uneven application of the rules is a disgrace. It seems to have been directed by the leadership.

Until our party leadership adopts again the ethics of its members, which is to say British habits of keeping to the rules, fair play and honesty, it is hard to envision any future success for the party.

This situation is tragic because we were looking to the party to lead us out of the morass of the EU. Instead the leadership seems to have adopted the EU’s reckless attitude toward rules and indifference to ethics, particularly Judaeo-Christian ethics.

I am sending this to several interested party members. If you are an NEC member, please vote with your conscience at NEC meetings, and do not succumb to the continuing pressure that legitimises rule-bending. If you are not a member of the NEC, but have friends who are, please encourage them to do the right thing.

It seems to me that David has realised the simple fact, and had the courage to state it, that if EUkip, its leadership and NEC are not prepared to abide by rules then they really have no moral right to impose rules on others or pretend to recommend them.

Surely that is a given!

Now perhaps you might wish to consider the right of EUkip to pretend to the right to represenmt anyone minded of the staggering dishonesty, bullying, lies and McCarthy style witch hunts that are the style of its MEPs, Leadership, NEC and senior staff.

EUkip MEMBER Sir George EARLE POINTS AT ITS FLAWS!

Hi,

How in ANY rational world can it make any sense for The Faragista Fan Club, Nigel Farage and others to pick a fight and lie about Robin Page and seek to smear and besmirch his reputation it merely makes an ever more entrenched opponent!

Will these barrow boys never learn that their greed is damage daily more by their lies, posturing and attacks on those who know them best. The harm done to EUkip by the lies and distortions of Farage, Bob Feel Martinis, Malcolm Wood, Mark Croucher, Peter Reeve, Douglas Denny, Stuart Agnew, Mick McGough, Brendan Padmore and now it seems Sir George Earle has proved catastrophic for EUkip.

Issues that would have gone away if handled with intelligence by a competent leader with a mature staff have, due to a total lack of competent leadership and a leadership team, NEC and staff that have proved in the main to be low lifes acting out of self importance and for self enrichment.

One angry hornet may prove a nuisance but endlessly poking a hornets nest is both childish and damned foolish!

Ukip’s flaws and its point:

SIR – As an active member of the UK Independence Party these past 10 years, I am saddened by Robin Page’s outburst against the party and its leader (Comment March 2) but find little with which to disagree. I expect this sort of internal wrangling in any political party.

Just now, we are concentrating all our efforts on June’s European Parliament elections. There will be a choice between the main parties, which all want to stay in the EU, and Ukip, the only moderate nationwide party committed to leaving.

This election is the one and only chance our population will have of voting in any sort of referendum on the EU.

It must surely have occurred to Sir George that as a senior member of EUkip during the 10 years he claims activity it would seem he has been most genteely invisible in seeking integrity, morality and probity such that he is now – due to his own inactivity and apathy – only too aware that Robin Page’s comments are right.

We note on his doorstep he has done absolutely nothing to expose the dishonesty and corruption of his fellow old Etonian Hugh Williams nor to seek to rectify the dishonesty and failure to act honestly by either Graham Booth or Malcolm Wood.

We also note Sir George has been conspicuous by his invisibility – where was his honourable behaviour and ‘active membership’ when it came to the dishonesty and abuse of Dr. Eric Edmond or Dr. David Abbott – what effort has he made to convince Prof. Tim Condon and his family to remain and continue supporting the corruption that is EUkip seemingly he was also not visible when it SEEMS Lord Bradford, Sterling Moss and Sir Patrick Moore withdrew their patronage and when over 50% of the members quit?

In facts as an ‘active member’ just what has Sir George done to ensure EUkip did something worthwhile in the last 5 years to get Britain out of the EU.

I do concede I am relieved that we have not seen him belittling the Party or its aims by dressing up as a chicken, inflating costly toys or wizzing around like a small child in a WWII Ferret Scout Car – not even drunk and consorting with prostitutes – does he pay family members from the public purse? Or perhaps take advantage of a family people traffiking business.

I doubt he was to be found in a luxury brothel on the outskirts of town whilst allegedly serving in the EU – building a profitable wine cellar perchance!

Perhaps Sir George could identify the internal wrangling on the same proportion and consequential damage we see in EUkip, for each group of 17 elected members of the 19,500 elective offices in these United Kingdoms.

Does Sir George claim that the deputy leader of some other party is also a liar, a fraud and a cheat?
Or perhaps he is claiming that the treasurer of some other Party has only just joined the Party, has a track record of support for The EU, was suspended for 15/18 months by a major international organisation without pay and lost their case which included allegations of racism and then lost their case against their next employer having been suspended withing months.

Perhaps Sir George could identify the senior member of another British party carrying a foreign passport with an alien family domicile outside Britain.

Sir George are we still talking about EUkip?

I suggest you look about you Sir and you will see EUkip is doing little to get elected having done nothing of value since the last time 12 MEPs were elected – They are however fire fighting their own serial stupidity.

They are also orchestrating witch hunts and attacks on individuals – such that they are building a strong body not only of ex members but also implacable enemies of a degree no other party would seem to have achieved. Members leave other parties but few with the anger and sense of betrayal that EUkip has done so much to earn.

We all did that for years and we got 12 UKIP MEPs elected, since then some 12 individuals seemingly have concentrated on self indulgence and done incredibly little to move Britain closer to the exit – especially when we are reliably informed they may well have each become Millionaires on the Gravy on that train for details CLICK HERE

When elected as Caesar’s wife to expose and clean up The Senate it ill becomes one to be serially caught turnning tricks behind the marble pillars AS HAVE EUkip.

Perhaps Sir George has accidentally struck upon the truth – he has shown that there is no responsible, honest party of probity, integrity and morality willing to campaign to leave the eU – other than for their own personal gain.

Sir George suggests elections should be treated as REFERENDUMS – I agree and as with ALL Referendums they are not there to elect politicians but to display preference of one idea over another.

Sir George has helped to prove that Politicians are untrustworthy, duplicitous, profligate, self interested and a venal group of little merit not to be trusted.

Thereforre Sir George will surely agree the only sensible idea is to cut these grubby self seekers out and just write, as in a Referendum, on YOUR Ballot:

I do not claim to have the answers when it comes to getting out of The EU but I do have serious suggestions you may wish to debate, refine and use:

Consider:

Politicians are failing to tell the truth, but so are almost all wanabe Politicians and Snivil Cervants.

The fact is that even if EVERY British MEP wanted change in The EU it would achieve NOTHING.

Every single British Politician, of EVERY Party, elected since before we joined the EUropean Common Market, has promised to change The EU’s CAP – In 40 Years they have achieved absolutely NOTHING!

My suggestion was challenge and I have responded to the challenge interleaved in the hope that it helps clarify our hopes for the future and the utter futility of Politicians as a prospective route to liberation.

I do hope you do not mind if I use the reasoned letter to make some reasoned replies:

It is astonishing not only just how ill informed are so called professional journalists but I also get the impression it is not only ill informed but fundamentally dishonest.

This artucle by Ian Dale from his web site is quite staggering in its inaccuracy or is it DISHONESTY?

The Independent has a lengthy analysis by Ben Russell of the situation UKIP finds itself in, ahead of the Euro elections.

I don’t want to comment too much on this as I have an article in next month’s GQ profiling Nigel Farage (From what we hear of this it sounds as if it is in American parlance no more than ‘blowing smoke up his ass’, almost ‘advertorial’ – G.L-W.) and looking at UKIP’s prospects, but I do think Ben Russell is broadly right in his analysis, which suggests that the party is going to find it very difficult indeed to retain all their seats. (No doubt a EUphamism for well nigh totally impossible and may I remind you Farage himself has stated that 10 or less seats will be a failure of his leadership and he has promised to resign if he fails – resign as leader of the Party he built ASND ruined and IF elected resign as an MEP. – GL-W)

One thing I hadn’t realised, though. Apparently Professor Tim Congdon has defected back to the Conservatives. He is a formidable economic brain. I wonder how long it will be before Malcolm Pearson travels the same path?

UPDATE: A reader points out that Richard North wrote yesterday on EU Referendum that most of UKIP’s woes are all down to one man – Nigel Farage. Wrong. Farage is the only recognisable UKIP figure and he has given it a profile in the media few others could have achieved. The problem for UKIP is that is has too many people pulling in different directions. Farage has tried to modernise it, but has been fought every step of the way.

What an astonishing misunderstanding of how politics works from Ian Dale – I am astonished at the stupidity of his comments – I appreciate he has many an axe to grind an wears many a hat in his shaving mirror but his understanding of EUkip and also he seems to have swallowed almost every piece of propaganda The Faragista Fan Club has ‘snowed’ him with!

Let’s consider Ben Russell’s fantasies in The Independent and take just a few and look at them!

When Ukip won 2.7 million votes it vowed to become the third force in British politics.

Ben Russell on a party in meltdown……..

What a difference five years make.

The morning after the previous European elections, the UK Independence Party (Ukip) was emerging as a significant force, the third-biggest British political troop in Europe.

The television chatshow host Robert Kilroy-Silk had helped propel the party to 2.7 million votes – 16 per cent of the poll. (He had done very little in Political terma but as a ‘celeb’ he had raised the profile. – GL-W)

Twelve European Parliament seats (and the very mention of the party’s name) provoked real fear as well as loathing among senior figures in the then-embattled Conservative Party, gripped by the prospect that Ukip could threaten their core vote. (This is a myth relative to Westminster and all but a fool knows it. GL-W.)

Senior Tories shudder no longer. As Ukip prepares last-ditch defences ahead of this June’s Euro elections, the party has been dogged by scandal and infighting. (Virtually all of which has been centred on and caused by Nigel Farage. GL-W.)

Mr Kilroy-Silk has long departed in acrimony (Due to the lies of Farage who promised him the leadership if he was elected. GL-W.) and the current leader, Nigel Farage, has faced bitter recriminations over the party’s direction as it enters polls that will determine whether it continues to exist as a serious political unit. (Farage has failed as a leader to show or provide leadership – the direction is muddled and amateur. GL-W.)

The party has garnered only between 1 and 2 per cent of voters’ support in recent polling, although the only poll of Euro election voting intentions did put its support at 7 per cent. Its party conference in September was overshadowed by reports of plotting, intrigue and extraordinary internal feuds. (It was a shambols but do not forget Farage was leader! GL-W.)

In September, The Independent revealed that the party’s press officer, Annabelle Fuller, had resigned after receiving phone threats. (This was a pack of manufactured lies and that Farage colluded in the lies should be a matter of shame to him. That this was the ONLY publicity he managed to get for the annual party conference speaks volumes! GL-W.)

Senior Tories breathed sighs of relief as they watched the events in Bournemouth unfold. (It was an unmittigated disaster for EUkip. An utter embarrassment. GL-W.)

The Ukip website boasts of the party’s antics in the European Parliament last month, where MEPs sang the national anthem out of tune to disrupt their colleagues’ rendition of the EU “anthem”, Beethoven’s “Ode to Joy”. (Well that really was an achievement – the very pinacle of 5 years!!!! GL-W.)

They have blamed the part-privatisation of the Royal Mail on EU directives and linked increases in the rat population to European recycling targets. (However they have failed abysmally to get the message out and it was they who signed Britain up for GREATER subsidiarity and an undertaking to work WITH the EU in committee to strengthen the EU’s control over its vassal states! GL-W.)

Yesterday, the former One Man and His Dog presenter Robin Page announced his resignation from the party, claiming his former colleagues were “in the process of imploding”.

He accused Mr Farage of despotic tendencies and obtaining “almost complete centralised power of Ukip”. (Mr Farage says constitutional changes passed earlier this year were a “tidying-up operation” and accuses Mr Page of sour grapes.) (Well what else COULD Farage say! No one has ever known him admit he has ever made a mistake! He just isn’t mature enough! GL-W.)

Earlier this month, the economist Professor Tim Congdon quit to rejoin the Conservatives.

Mr Farage has also faced attacks from two senior figures expelled from the party’s national executive amid a row over reforms to its constitution, with his critics taking to the blogosphere to vent their spleens. (Is that MSM speak for try to prevent a fascist centralisation and force democracy on the party? GL-W.)

Meanwhile, Ukip’s membership has fallen from a peak of 26,000 (29,000+ GL-W.) to about 15,000 (Claimed but not reflected in activity – many moribund members and duplicates in that figure. GL-W.). Donations last year reached £200,000, sharply down on the £377,000 raised in 2007, although the party says it has raised hundreds of thousands of pounds this year in preparation for the June ballots. (There is absolutely no evidence of this and every effort has fallen very far short. GL-W.)

Ukip is defending nine of the 12 seats it won in 2004. Mr Kilroy-Silk quit to form his own Veritas party, Ashley Mote was expelled after being arrested for benefit fraud, while Tom Wise was suspended (This is untrue – he is still a EUkip member and EUkip MEP. The claims of withdrawing the whip are dishonest as EUkip has no whip and Wise has been working WITH EUkip throughout. GL-W.) after being investigated by EU anti-fraud watchdogs.

Mr Farage admitted that the June elections represent a crucial test for his party. But he insisted that Ukip could maintain or even exceed its 2004 high water mark.

He said his opponents were “middle-aged, elderly men diametrically opposed to many of the things I stand for”. (Drunken loutish behaviour, childish stunts, prostitutes, whoring, infidelity, lack of leadership, dishonesty etc. Yeah for once he is telling the truth! GL-W.)

He added: “I think the party has changed. It is much more diverse in terms of its ethnic mix. It has been seen as a bank of angry old men from the rugby club. That situation is very different now.”

The Ukip peer Lord Pearson of Rannoch, who caused a storm by inviting the right-wing Dutch MP Geert Wilders to the House of Lords to screen a controversial anti-Islam film, insisted that he supported Mr Farage but admitted the party faced internal challenges to his leadership.

“I think most of the real people in the party have not got time for all this internal sniping and plotting,” he said. (He is right most do not care enough. GL-W.)

“They spent quite a lot of time lining me up as the next leader. I think they are bonkers.” Ukip will launch its Euro election campaign next month under the slogan “Lend us your Vote”, an attempt to persuade voters to abandon their traditional loyalties for the day and make the poll a referendum on the EU.

(The way to make the election a ballot on the EU is to encourage ALL Parties to write on their ballot paper LEAVE THE EU – that way every party can contribute and have their vote count in the referendum and the fall of Party votes will show the politicians they MUST consider their EU masters and LEAVE THE EU. GL-W.)

Mr Farage takes comfort from a YouGov poll on European Parliament voting intentions for the Taxpayers’ Alliance earlier this year, which put Ukip on 7 per cent, still far below the 16 per cent high of 2004. But a string of national polls put Ukip support at between 1 and 2 per cent – which would be enough to make it electorally significant in a handful of areas.

Today Ukip must fight a revitalised Tory party challenging Labour over the economy, not the demoralised opposition of five years ago.

Labour MEPs believe Ukip will retain three of their nine seats, while senior Tories have not yet written the party off, believing that concerns over immigration and arguments about British jobs could drive some voters into their arms.

Last year’s local elections showed Ukip considerably weaker than four years previously, when the poll coincided with the Euro elections: the party managed just 1.9 per cent of the poll in the London Assembly list election, compared with 8.4 per cent.

But Professor John Curtice, of Strathclyde University, believes it is too soon to write off Ukip entirely, pointing out that the jobs dispute speaks to the party’s anti-EU agenda.

“I am surprised that we are all assuming they will not do terribly well,” he said. “The small parties are still registering in the polls. European elections are Ukip’s forte.”

IF EUkip gets any seats will be as a result of the ignorance of the electorate as it is a provable fact that they have been an utter irrelevance in terms of ac hievement in the last 5 years – hence membership has collapsed, they are directionless, under funded and fractured – losing key members not bulk sleepers.

Hi,

I understand that EUkip have found a failed old Tory to act as their campaign manager and he has hired a 12 desk office at an accomodation address opposite St. James’ Park – to house the ego and self importance of EUkip’s performing monkey and a few puppets and an endless supply of shovels.

We understand the shovels are to be used on alternate days and it seem from the idiocy of the letter written in The Telegraph for Farage that today is a day for digging themselves into deeper holes! Yesterday was the day for digging graves for all the new dead branches and newly moribund memberships.

Perhaps the present Treasurer before going the way of previous treasurers and assistant treasurers ‘in a cloud of acrimony’ – to whit Martin Hasslam, Bruce Lawson, Andrew Smith and John de Roeke SO FAR and woe betides anyone who asks a financial question or seeks transparency or honesty!

NOW I understand why they needed an Argentinian!!!

Was it in the hope that she could bring with her not just the ability to deal with inflation (be it inflatable dolls, egos or toy tanks – even perhaps chickens) but perhaps also the art of ‘The Disapeared Ones’.

Knowing just how little Farage’s friends can trust him – wives included – perhaps Ms. Andreasen should be trimming her escape hatch before she is dumped as a hinderance to his ambitions.

Consider per exempio the comments on Farage and his effect on EUkip by Robin Page today in The Mail, who resigned in disgust last week:

Will the last person to leave UKIP please put what’s left of the gravy into the dustbin – and people are leaving in droves.

UKIP’s brightest light, Prof Tim Congdon has recently gone; John Petley, an articulate lay preacher and former “Senior Researcher” tore up his membership card last Saturday, three branch Chairmen have left in the last few days, Petrina Holdsworth, former Chairman and barrister has gone, and Drs David Abbott and Eric Edmund were recently sacked from the National Executive Council. In addition Bob Spink MP has confirmed that he is no longer a “UKIP MP, he is now an “Independent MP”.

So Dave – get your act together and tell us where the Tories stand on the European Superstate – there are quite a few memberships and votes up for grabs here. The alternative of course is the BNP – oh dear.

Oh, and I forgot to say, I have just resigned from UKIP too. I have had enough. I expect political parties to be transparent, democratic and accountable. Sorry, it seems to me that UKIP fails on all three counts. It is a tragedy, and remember that after the 2004 European Elections UKIP thought it had achieved a great breakthrough. Now because of its own behaviour it is facing the great “break-up” amid accusations of rigged internal elections, tales of extravagance and high living in Brussels and an embarrassing stampede to join the European Gravy Train this summer And over all this rules UKIP’s Blair-like leader Nigel Farage, yet another ex-public school boy who appears to have turned UKIP into his personal fiefdom. It would appear that he has the power to appoint and to sack as the mood takes him. It is quite extraordinary and extremely sad.

After the 2004 European Elections UKIP rode on the crest of a wave with 12 Members of the European Parliament, 2.7 million votes, 16.8% of the vote and membership of 26,000.
UKIP’s MEP’s have dropped to nine through defection and expulsion. One, former leader Jeffrey Titford has left his East Anglian constituency to live in Sussex, without informing his constituents, and membership is down to 14,000 – sorry, 13,999.

At the Henley by-election last year UKIP came sixth, behind the Greens and the BNP, polling just 2.4%.

Already some UKIP diehards are claiming that I have “stormed off in a rage”. Nothing could be further from the truth. It has taken me eight months to decide to resign – it must be one of the slowest and most laid-back resignations ever. In addition I liked Nigel Farage, indeed he was a guest at my wedding four years ago.

Warning signals about the state of UKIP first came to me some time ago with the dismissal of Richard North – the brains behind many of UKIP’s better policies and exposures. Together with Christopher Booker he has been responsible for some important EU exposures in the Daily Mail too. Even discussing his sacking with Nigel I could never get a sensible explanation of Richard’s sin. I can now only conclude that his light shone too brightly.

Then came my exclusion from the UKIP European Election List last year. The suggestion to put my election papers in late, and with permission, came from UKIP’s own officials – the Regional Organiser for the East and the HQ Office Manager. They required only a cheque for £250 and my CRB (police check) forms early – which they received. My other papers they suggested could be completed after I returned from a writing trip to the Scillies – or in UKIP’s case, very silly. On my return (the first Friday in June), there was a letter from the Office Manager who had arranged everything, telling me that I had been excluded from the elections – for doing exactly what he had told me to do. Robert Mugabe eat your heart out!

I immediately contacted Nigel – who assured me that he would put it to “the Political
Committee”. He later phoned to say; “The Political Committee” had confirmed my exclusion.

At a meeting in Ugley on Feb 7th UKIP’s Chairman, Paul Nuttall (appointed by Pol Pot Farage), stated to an amazed audience of disillusioned UKIPPERS, that Nigel was the “political committee”, and there were no minutes or agendas of the meetings, when, presumably, Nigel met himself – it was then that I finally felt the dagger slowly passing between my shoulder-blades. At the meeting the Chairman told me that he would arrange a meeting between Nigel and me – no meeting was arranged. Resignation was my only honourable option.

I am sad about it, as I have met many good people at grass roots level within UKIP, but it seems to me that the Party has been stolen from the grass roots by its executive. Now all that executive seems to want is to board the European Gravy Train at all costs. Just under 2000 years ago Tacitus wrote words to the effect: “Britons are very good at being Roman. They like the baths, the forum and they think they are becoming Roman whereas in fact these devices enslave them to Rome.” Replace “Britons” with “UKIP MEPs” and “Roman” with “European” and the disintegration of UKIP is explained.

I have a feeling that Robin has had something of an oversight – he lists members who have left but I note EUkip’s patrons are no longer on its web site could this be because such worthies as Lord Neidpath, Sir patrick Moore, Sterling Moss who had not only lent EUkip their vote but now in hindsight foolishly lent EUkip their names!

Could it be that like those who ‘Lent EUkip Their Vote’ at the last election they feel betrayed?

I am particularly cross that with two friends I dreamed up the slogan LEND US YOUR VOTE – for EUkip and then all those decent people from other parties LENT their votes and found they had been totally betrayed – First because in the General Election EUkip failed to honour their part of the agreement and stood in every seat as spoilers in the most dishonourable way.

Secondly and far more consequentially EUkip utterly betrayed every vote lent to them – they went Native not only rolling like pigs in the muck surrounding the troughs on the gravy train but going so far as to betray Britain and enter into an agreement that Britain should be subject to GREATER subsidiarity to the EU and that EUkip would work WITH the EU to increase the control over Britain through the committee stages of the EU.

LEND THEM YOUR VOTE – YOU MUST BE JOKING, what and find yourself amongst The Disapeared Ones!! Betrayed, lied to and cheated!

TO LEAVE THE EU

What is the exit and survival plan for these United Kingdoms to maximise on the many benefits of leaving The EU. It is the DUTY of our Politicians and Snivil Cervants to ensure the continuity, liberty and right to self determination of our peoples they have a DUTY to protect against crime and secure both our food and our border.

NONE of these DUTIES has a single British politician upheld for 40 years. They have drawn their incomes fraudulently and dishonesty.

Politicians are failing to tell the truth, but so are almost all wanabe Politicians, the MSM and Snivil Cervants.

The fact is that even if EVERY British MEP wanted change in The EU it would achieve NOTHING.

Hi,

a contact in the heirarchy of EUkip has just phoned me as they have received a copy of the resignation letter – brief as it is – from yet another EUkip PPC.

Astonishingly this was a young and energetic and eminently qualified PPC who only last week was approached by EUkip Head Office and/or regional office who were begging him to become a candidate on the MEP list because so many have quit or been disgusted and left or have been the victim of the lies and dishonesty of The Faragista Fan Club.

Clearly they would have loved to dupe him into standing and con him out of his money just as they have with so many others.

Perhaps for that which he has already been duped out of under false pretences of a fair selection and election process for MEP candidates as we now now KNOW that EUkip can be made subject to a Judicial Review, perhaps he would like to lend his support!

I will leave it till later in the day to identify the Branch and its EX PPC to aid in ensuring the anonimity of my sources.

We have every reason to believe this is just yet another and I am aware that this PPC is NOT joining UKFirstParty, though I’m sure others will.

I understand the claims of racism on the part of Marta Andreasen, which has confirmed a suspicion brought about at last years Business Meeting, together with the fact that Farage and Andreasen miked off to a pub last week leaving their guests at a EUkip fund raiser, may have done little for his enthusiasm to aid Farage to getting his snout back into the trough after he has been such a catastrophy for the EUroSceptic cause.

Hi,

I do feel reading this letter that as I always expected Bruce Lawson whilst he was treasurer was as embroilled in the financial chicannery of EUkip just as were the rest of his cronies in the leadership, NEC and staff – or so it seems. Did ambition and greed overcome common sense or is he fundamentally corrupt?

Can I remind you that Niall Warry was openly attacked because WE KNEW that a large amount of money which seemed to have come from The Ind.Dem.Group in breech of EU law/Diktat for POLITICAL use in a domestic election.

You may recall that in the belief the sum of money was over £150,000 being laundered through the system and knowing that Lawson had had an argument with Farage wanting £20,000 for himself – we decided to ask about how much was spent on the election was it as had been rumoured £25,000!!

There was uproar from the liars, cheats and low lifes of EUkip and when Niall Warry asked further details and for facts he was dishonestly removed from what was UKIPForum and banned by the utterly untrustworthy and corrupt Anthony Butcher and his cronies.

Anthony Butcher’s behaviour was unprincipled, dishonest, corrupt and self serving – he based it on lies.

This has been done since on several occasions by Anthony Butcher and Brendan Padmore – neither of them have shown one iota of ethics, integrity or morality and have serially acted dishonestly.

Subsequent to the enquiries we have managed to prove that £170,000 would seem to have been laundered through the election in Wales and this letter shows that Bruce Lawson was up to his grubby little neck in the ‘scam’ as it seems to have been.

We also note that his letter shows that he was willing to ‘portray’ situations for EUkip in a manner that was dubious, maybe even unlawfull.

From the way these letters look it would seem that the £170,000 declared to The Electoral Commission had in large part come from unlawfull funds.

That EUkip is prepared to lie to El.Com. is a proven FACT as many will remember Andrew Smith advocated EUkip misled/lied to El.Com. when he was treasurer and it was the unprofessional, dishonest and corrupt behaviour of Andrew Smith, aided deliberately by Farage and Whittacker and others (possibly Lawson) that has given rise to the Guilty Verdict against EUkip in Court and the witherring comments of the Judge in The Judicial Review which looks much as if it will lead to forfeiture and costs exceeding £1/2 Million in the next review of the case.

WTF did EUkip manage to spend £170,000 on a near invisible campaign in Wales with one drunken bufoon and little else.

Who trousered the money Bruce Lawson? It sure looks awfully like so many other areas of EUkip accounts.

Bruce Lawson was the Treasurer who when asked about what was apparently fraud made the memorable and responsible comment at his first business meeting that ‘it wasn’t on my watch so I’m not interested’

Can someone explain the integrity of such a comment when you are taking over a set of books for a public body?

Bruce Lawson has often made self important comments about ‘cleaning up EUkip’ yet like Geoffrey Kingscott during the leadership scam when duty called they were out!

Is it any wonder entire branches are leaving EUkip but it is also clear that although Bruce Lawson owns the web site of UKFirstParty

Also I have, without certainty I do admit, ascertained that the UKFirstParty has been registered with El.Com. by two ladies in Swindon related to Bruce (I will permit them to extricate themselves without detail, as I believe their action was unwitting and merely a technical role).

I am NOT absolutely certain of these details but I let them be known some 36 hours ago in UKFirstParty and answer came there none so I believe that it is my duty to warn people who MAY be suckered into a danger zone.

I have also stated that with the organisation UKFirstParty seemingly having launched whilst its apparent owner is allegedly in Australia until the 17th. (Surprising what you can do with an unaccounted cut of £170,000 😉 JOKE not any sort of claim!!).

We also note that the web site is being set up in the most amateur way and after a little trolling around I find that it has been commissioned from a commercial organisation, seemingly on a very amateur brief by:

I presume this is the same Del Young who totally detroyed both his chances and those of the only possible challenger of Nigel Farage when Farage colluded in corruption and dishonesty to seize the leadership unchallenged in his unsavoury, costly, corrupt and dishonest campaign.

You will recall that Del Young acted down to his name and although there are many reasons to support him political intelligence is not one of them, if mere ambition was adequate there might be a future for him. Delboy has absolutely no future in British politics his position is no better now than it was previously in any Political Party or serious role in British Politics as he refuses to provide either a CV or any serious details to those he seeks to lead and hopes will support him.

Delboy is sadly a slow learner and waiting in the wings does NOT convince.

Del many of us would love to see you do well but WAKE UP – you blew it last time and have learned NOTHING, it seems.

I regret I can not assist by being more specific but I do believe I am right to risk slight details being wrong in order to ensure that a minimum number of people are damaged by association which may not be as wise as they thought.

Please accept that as always I believe the information I am supplying is accurate and I am publishing it in what I believe to be the best interests of my Country and the persuit of liberty but NOT at any costs! If we lose our principles and found our aims on greed or dishonesty, bullying or lies then we have a Country that our actions have betrayed.

Never sell out on your principles, never surrender your values and know that it is better to die with dignity on your feet rather than live on your knees in shame.

FENLAND: UKIP is no more in the Fens but new UKF Party rises from the ashes

Leaflet advertising new Fenland UKF branch FENLAND branch of UKIP has been dissolved but its chairman Len Baynes is hopeful to win support for a breakaway UKF branch.The newly formed United Kingdom First Party says it has been set up to “fight for a better Britain” and Mr Baynes says it’s a home for those disillusioned with UKIP.

He says from a membership of over 100, the Fenland UKIP branch had lost two thirds of its membership because of growing unrest with the party leadership.He claimed UKIP MEPs had failed to live up to their expectations and a great deal of disillusionment had set in.

“Many UKIP MEPs saw it as a chance to get on the gravy boat- it would have been a train but that wasn’t big enough” said Mr Baynes.He blamed UKIP Leader Nigel Farrage for dominating the headlines and not opening up the party to wider debate and more involvement from members.

Mr Baynes said that after eight years with UKIP, during which time he ran Cambridge and Fenland branches and also fought two General Election campaigns, he had decided it was time to quit.

“The new UKF Party has the same ideals as UKIP except we do not believe in the necessity of European elections,” he said.

“If we get MEPs elected they will attend only the minimum number of times at Brussels for legal reasons and the rest of time they will work in this country.
