Hi,
I shall deal with these items as I have listed them – they are somewhat random but then again one could hardly accuse the two miscreants – Titford & Ma Zucherman of being organised in their ‘fabrication’ of this utterly dishonest bullying of a member to intimidate them as a witness.
Ma Zucherman & Jeffrey Titford should be brought before a EUkip Disciplinary Hearing for having brought the party into disrepute.
The Party having dishonourably discharged them should pass the details to The police, OLAF & their respective alleged professional bodies which they have clearly brought into disrepute.
I have left the key item until last where it shows that they are colluding with the media – whether through their duplicity in their own right or possibly through some scum organisation such as The Masons or Common Purpose, set up to manipulate Justice and act against non members for the personal gain of members.
You can render the letters of provenance of the duplicity of EUkip’s corrupt executive by double clicking – you can also print it off if you wish to take it to the Police or to Standards in Public Life or The relevant Ombudsman or The Electoral Commission.
I submit that it is fast becoming the duty of The Police or ElCom. to put a Writ of Mandamus on EUkip to prevent these corrupt people standing for election in the EU elections in June.
They have instigated a dishonest selection/election process to list the MEP candidates THEY WANTED – yet they have taken £250 > £1,000 off of candidates under false pretences.
This is SUPPOSED to be a Political Party NOT a membership PONZI SCHEME!
Clearly many of the documents are dishonest, invalid and trumped up. In fact one wonders what they claim is ‘evidence’!
There is no shortage of evidence that members of EUkip’s leaqdership have lied, distorted & invented evidence and colluded in bearing false witness against john West who has had, I would submit, rather more courage than they had hoped.
In having watched this criminal behaviour by EUkip on numerous counts I am truely impressed by the courage of John west and those who have supported him in this period when he has been disgracefully lied about, the senior members of the party who I have named and shown with evidence time and again have acted disgracefully in a manner that has brought EUkip into disrepute.
What exactly is this so called ‘Complaint Panel’? Is it like the ‘Political Committee’ which we have been assured is merely Nigel Farage acting on his own without any minutes as a ‘Solo Dictatorship’? As was made VERY clear by his puppet Paul Nuttall the unelected Chairman Farage put in place – who clearly made the details known at The Ugley meeting where he was sent to try to address the anger of members at the dishonesty of the leadership.

Clearly this is untrue and a lie – the complaints made by West were founded on fact and merely a matter of his carrying out his duty to report what was a crime brought to his attention – that the Party Officers failed to deal with the matter internally resulted in West involving the Police.
Is it the suggestion of Titford & The Party that West should collude in an alleged crime – just as EUkip’s MEPs and NEC when they colluded in the matters that have resulted in Tom Wise currently being under arrest and on Bail?
It is good to know there is someone left in EUkip who has the integrity to speak out against the dishonesty and criminality of the leadership.
Many will have read EUkip’s own Official Report by their own appointed Returning Officer which can be read in full at posting #170* on this blog.
Mr. West should be held up as a beacon of good behaviour by EUkip and it is to EUkip’s eternal shame that they see fit to persecute, defame and bully an honest man to protect the clearly and irrefutably corrupt Titford and his cronies the oleagenous Gulleford and other liars and low lifes that form EUkip’s leadership team.
I take it now that Titford’s dishonesty has been exposed and proven he will resign from the party issuing an unequivocal apology for having clearly deliberately lied about John West for his own personal gain.
We note that the oleagenous Gulleford has not only drawn up all the paperwork for Titfor, lies and all, but is granted dispensation to sit in on the Kangaroo Court – to present the case for Titford.
Be minded that Gulleford has a personal vested interest in this case as West has been informed by the Officers of OLAF that should OLAF procede with their case West will be called as a witness.
This is a staggering fabrication of lies and contains not a single solitary fact damaging to John West.
This is the most damning letter I have seen against Titford in this matter – Jeffrey Titford is a liar, and has put his signature to a tissue of lies compiled for his personal gain and designed to damage if not destroy an innocent and honourable man.
1. Item one is a statement of fact in that the media published the facts they had obtained – in the main from myself, since I have friends on The News of The World and have been involved in various stories on various topics over a number of years with The News of The World and other National Media.
I also spoke to Graham Dines of The East Anglian Press as with other papers, regarding this matter.
I presumed to advise John West to decline to comment to the media but if contacted by them to answer truthfully but to volunteer no information on the graounds that the matter was under investigation by OLAF & The Police.
I also advised him NOT to clarify the details as that was upto the Police or OLAF. I reminded West that he had taken every opportunity to deal with the matter internally and the matter had commenced LONG befor the selection/election process for MEP candidates.
Clearly there was absolutely no element of using the facts reported as brought to West’s attention, also the written threats delivered by hand by Gulleford to try to silence the witnesses, were not made clear at that stage and it was much later I published these facts – which were reported to the Police on my advice.
As for the disengenuous claim that the details were unknown to Titford and his co conspiritors it shown to be untrue by the fact that Titford lied and lied deliberately when he stated there ‘allegationS‘ were unfounded and there was no enquiry – further a letter from the Police was misrepresented as pertaining to all the various allegations.
That Titford does not know which offences he is being investigated for must be interesting – howmany offences is he aware of? Perhaps he should resign EUkip and as an MEP and make a clean breast of it explaining all his offences!
The dishonesty of Titford and his co-conspiritors is perpetuated with his lie ‘where west is undeniably culpable….’ and then goes on to lie in outline and in detail.
West DID NOT approach the media – I did. As West has repeatedly stated the media approached him – this is a fact, as I provided his contact data to the media. West’s name was also on what was UKIP Forum, which the media read.
That Clive Page is called as some sort of witness is no more than an embarrassment for EUkip as he is obviously not a valid witness on at least 2 counts – he is in the employ of EUkip and thus would do what he is told to keep his job – this is not an individual of integrity as you well know – he is a convicted liar and cheat with convictions for Benefit Fraud. Hardly credible!
The trumped up paxck of lies continues on page TWO:
Titford continues with lies and rather embarrassingly for him I have published the copy of the letter below from the very Journalist he misquotes – clearly to misrepresent the facts to suit Titford’s own dishonesty.
You will note Graham Dines confirms that John West declined to give any details merely confirming the details that I had already provided. I well recall John West phoning me and telling me both before and after his meeting with the Journolist in question.
It is most fortunate that John West did not make any other comment in the light of his inexperience with the media – particularly since it would seem that Graham Dines is in fact colluding dishonestly with both David Bannerman the liar, EU employee and fraud who has been corruptly and dishonestly PLACED as lead candidate for MEP in the region and Jeffrey Titford who has so betrayed EUkip and the electorate and the untrustworthy and dishonest Gulleford.
At least Titford praiseas John West – stating that he does not regret ‘trying to clean up the corruption in EUkip’ – WELL DONE John West, if there were more honest decent members of EUkip like John West who had the courage to act honourably EUkip might be building on the achievements of 2004 rather than facing probable wipeout on June 4th. if they are not brought to a halt by a fully funded Writ of Mandamus.
Perhaps the larger story here is just what is the ‘DEAL’ struck with the regional paper and via what routing?
Perhaps we can let the various media and journalists who are regular readers of this blog ferret that scam out!
For the record this message to Stuart Gulleford and David Bannerman is clearly a matter not of dealing with news management but dishonestly corrupting the news in collusion with the reporter.
Dine is correct in that Neil Thomson is lead officer for OLAF on this particular investigation details of which, with OLAF’s heading are posted a couple of blogs ago!
You will note that Dine volunteers confirmation of the facts I have given above – West went into his office at his request and Dine makes a point of showing West volunteered no information, merely confirming that which Dine had already been told.
How very true Dine’s warning is and due to EUkip’s dishonesty, corruption and incompetence the situation is clearly becoming, to use Dine’s comment, ‘messier by the minute’!
It is interesting to speculate on just what is the nature of the relationship of Dine and the corrupt EUkip members is!
That Messrs. Gepp & Sons have issued this unprofessional drivel without checking a word of it speaks volumes of their calibre.
I believe that Gepp & Sons having not provided themselves with a caveat, way out, they must accept responsibility for their outrageous Defamation of Johnm West and the clear attempt to Harass John West for their client to suppress the truth – an unequivocal apology is clearly due to John West and if they have the integrity to publish same they may be assured that I will publish it on this blog.
This matter has continued for almost 18 months, during which time John West has consistently acted honourably and honestly in the face of constant and deliberate attacks form EUkip’s leadership.
May I point out that during that time Jeffrey Titford has been paid somewhere in the region of £400,000 and has done virtually nothing of value for these United Kingdoms nor for his Constituents in the Eastern Region – he has in fact all but abandonded them, now living several hours away on the South Coast. Further Titford has colluded in dishonesty with others bringing EUkip into disrepute.
In the light of these facts it will be interesting to note how realistic is his offer of damages to John West, I do not believe that a sum of 25% of the money he, Titford, has received would not be unreasonable by way of compensation and I believe that if such a settlement is offered John West will be willing to donate 50% of the compensation due from Titford to causes which are dedicated to extracting these United Kingdoms from the EU.
Let us see if EUkip has any honour or integrity or if they would rather loose through the Courts and be wound up. Do remember that money is not the option as the NEC are jointly and severally liable for any and all damages, fines, forfeiture and costs and clearly there is no limit in terms of punative damages, in view of the fact that EUkip has 12 elected MEPs with an income in excess of £300,000 a year each and a pension for life!
Quite a perspective when it comes to undeniable collusion in corruption and dishonesty!
TO LEAVE THE EU
What is the exit and survival plan for these United Kingdoms to maximise on the many benefits of leaving The EU. It is the DUTY of our Politicians and Snivil Cervants to ensure the continuity, liberty and right to self determination of our peoples they have a DUTY to protect against crime and secure both our food and our border.
Politicians are failing to tell the truth, but so are almost all wanabe Politicians, the MSM and Snivil Cervants.
The fact is that even if EVERY British MEP wanted change in The EU it would achieve NOTHING.
Every single British Politician, of EVERY Party, elected since before we joined the EUropean Common Market, has promised to change The EU’s CAP – In 40 Years they have achieved absolutely NOTHING!
To try to put a value on OUR Freedom is as futile as floccipaucinihilipilification and as odious as the metissage of our societies, as we rummage in the ashes of our ancestors dreams, sacrifices and achievements, the flotsam of our hopes and the jetsam of our lives, consider the Country and Anglosphere which we leave our children and the future, with shame!
