Harold James has clearly finally become aware of the facts regarding Nigel Farage and in the best interests of The Party has written this well meaning, if rather naive, letter to Farage – sadly I very much doubt that Farage will have the integrity to act on the advice and it is unlikely that Harlod James could muster the support willing to risk speaking out.

Clearly few will speak out or the party would never have been so dishonestly led into such a catastrophic mess. The well funded Faragista Fan Club are after all merely Farage’s fully funded praise singers and few would have the ethics to risk their leftovers from the gravy train – They will lie to protect thei income stream as with the likes of Malcolm Wood and sadly it seems Trevor Colman – who is seemingly to concerned for his income stream to have the integrity to tell the truth.

Dear Nigel

As already advised, I went along to the UK Renewal Association Limited meeting in Swindon on the 7th February.

I attach a copy of the programme to which there were very minor – but not significant – amendments.

I told Bruce Lawson that I would like to have an opportunity to speak. That I would be pressing for any action to be delayed until after the 4th June because, otherwise, there would be very severe damage to the UKIP image before the electorate and therefore the end result. That so far as the public are concerned, we have already have a leader who is recognised.

Including the panel there were about 50 people present and I found myself a lone voice.

I did not pull my punches or mince my words.

It was very evident that there was a great deal of animosity towards you personally. This ran from absolute hatred down to total mistrust. From the programme and the speakers, you can no doubt readily identify the worst offenders.

I said that at the Exeter Hustings I had assured you of my total support, that I would go through hell and high water for you but always retain the right to take issue with you on any matter. That this had happened. That I had always received the utmost courtesy from you and that I had no problem with you. Perhaps the difference between me and the antagonists on the panel (and within the hall generally) is that there was no need for you to look over your shoulder at what I may be up to.

I am very pleased to say that at the end of the meeting I seemed to have won over all the dissenters and there was a commitment from everybody to use their best endeavours to further the cause of UKIP in the European Parliamentary Elections and with a view to securing the best possible result.

On the issue of yourself as leader I did state that a leader needed to be a good orator, charismatic and inspirational and from what I heard from the panel to the point of time when I spoke, I had seen none of these qualities displayed.

My endorsement and support for you was held up to ridicule. Why. My answer very simple. You had been democratically elected as Leader of the Party. I believe strongly in democracy and until such time as you were replaced democratically, that would continue. That I could not see anyone else on the horizon who could remotely take your place within the Party and become, to the people at large, Mr UKIP. Reference was made to the fact you seemed to be very reluctant for any of our other members to have a public image.

Much comment was made, which I heartily endorsed – the Country comes before Party. I would add that the Party becomes before the leader and by the same token the Party also comes before any other individual or groups of individuals.

There was strong reference to the need to have the Party fully represented in this Country. Heavy questions as to whether we needed MEPs. I put a strong case for needing the MEPs and drew attention to what they had achieved and particular as regards the Irish Referendum. However, I found myself in sympathy with – and can certainly endorse – the idea of the strong representation in Brussels and also this Country.

For some time I have been advocating that MEPs should not have any voting rights on the NEC but would be entitled to attend and be present as individuals but with no voting rights. I stand by this and would like to see the two tier structure of the Party – in Europe and in this Country.

It is obvious that you do not command the support of a lot of the senior people in the Party. After the meeting I did speak to some of the leading antagonists and I said that I would write to you in the following terms:-

That I thought the time had come for you to make preparation to retire as leader of UKIP.

That this was KEPT UNDER WRAPS until after 4th June.

That the announcement was made in advance of the 2009 Annual Conference or perhaps even at the Conference but that you may find this very difficult.

That there would be a strong case for having a new leader elected, recognised – in both the Party and the Country – in advance of the next Annual Conference.

There had been a lot of criticism of you personally, linked to certain happenings and events. Also against other MEPs, with John Whittaker and Godfrey Bloom particularly mentioned.

I personally will always value the opportunity to have supported you.

Thanking you for the tremendous amount of work you have done both for the Party and the country and I would hope that the passage of time will enable even your strongest antagonists to reflect and appreciate this point.

I am sure that you will take this letter in the spirit in which it is written and that we will retain our very good relationship.
I am sending a copy of this letter to Bruce Lawson.

I believe in total openness. I have always considered that what people see of me is what I am and I dare to believe that the decision by everyone present to fully support the 4th June Campaign resulted from my total openness and frankness.

Perhaps I can consider that I have saved the party’s European campaign. Who knows, I may be able to claim – if you accept my recommendations regarding your retirement as leader – to have also saved the Party.

Harold James did not win over his whole audience to his point of view, as has been confirmed by several members who were present at the meeting.

We are reliably informed thast Farage was so impressed by Harold James’ letter when he received it that his comments were such that it would be unseemly to publish them here and nor can the volume be adequately simulated!!!

I trust that Harold James was aware of the attention such a style of praise would bring! It would be sad to think that Harold James had acted in the belief that Farage would have the maturity to take the advice given and the education and good breeding to thanj

I have agreed with Junius to post this on his blog at about the same time as I and that he would put it onto what was EUkip Forum during the afternoon as the traffic there would indicate that the majority of participants were reading and posting from their place of work.

Although Harold James has clearly got the message I do question whether EUkip has or should have a future that can lead them as far as the elections on 4th. June, as none but the most befouled could possibly think that a vote for EUkip was other than contrary to the best interests of these United Kingdoms. To permit EUkip to go forward soliciting votes is to risk having two or three EUkip MEPs elected and the informed are all too well aware there is no one of callibre sufficient to represent Britain amongst ALL those fronting lists at this time and Farage has shown himself to be unfit and unsound as leader during the course of his past self enriching drunken reveries in that office!

TO LEAVE THE EU

NONE of these DUTIES has a single British politician upheld for 40 years. They have drawn their incomes fraudulently and dishonesty.

Politicians are failing to tell the truth, but so are almost all wanabe Politicians, the MSM and Snivil Cervants.

The fact is that even if EVERY British MEP wanted change in The EU it would achieve NOTHING.
Every single British Politician, of EVERY Party, elected since before we joined the EUropean Common Market, has promised to change The EU’s CAP – In 40 Years they have achieved absolutely NOTHING!

To try to put a value on OUR Freedom is as futile as floccipaucinihilipilification and as odious as the metissage of our societies, as we rummage in the ashes of our ancestors dreams, sacrifices and achievements, the flotsam of our hopes and the jetsam of our lives, consider the Country and Anglosphere which we leave our children and the future, with shame!

EUkip’s MEP CLARK IS REAL TRASH WHO HAS TREASONOUSLY BETRAYED BRITAIN & OUR PEOPLES – SCUM!!

You will recall that in a previous post ( LINK ) I confirmed that Tony Ellwood – Derek Clark’s political researcher – was sacked by Clark following disagreements between the two.

These disagreements started after Clark went to Bucharest and signed a declaration Treasonously Betraying Britain and our peoples by promoting greater “subsidiarity” of our Country to control of The EU.

Prior to this EUkip has always been in favour of total withdrawal from the EU. By accepting the principle of subsidiarity EUkip was now accepting the authority of the union to take decisions which are not devolved to national or regional government. A total betrayal of every principle UKIP Members believed in – Betrayed by this sordid little failed school teacher.

At the same time Clark signed up to the principle of “working to strengthen controls of the EU in committee” including the Common Agricultural Policy, something which UKIP had previously refused to recognise at all.

Tony Ellwood naturally felt that this was a betrayal of everything the party had ever stood for.

As this topic is once again news it is appropriate to reproduce Roger Knapman’s letter which condemns Derek Clark’s betrayal of the British people.

It was sent to NEC members in 2007. Copies were also sent to his fellow UKIP MEPs:

CONFIDENTIAL

Dear (NAME REDACTED),

Nigel will no doubt be reporting to the NEC meeting that we have a serious disagreement among UKIP MEPs on an issue of principle and policy. I feel the NEC has a right to know the issue that is at stake, to discuss the matter and indeed to express an opinion and this letter is designed to assist that.

A few weeks ago my colleague Derek Clark went to Bucharest where he signed up to a statement of policy which, among other things, accepted the principle of subsidiarity and the Common Agricultural Policy. I do not know whether this was a personal decision or at the suggestion of others.

The full document was then published on the official IndDem Group website, where it remains as the policy of the Group. By bearing Derek’s name there is a clear implication that UKIP supports this position. Yet UKIP MEP’s did not meet to give sanction to this and there was no consultation whatsoever over the matter.

I, and a number of my colleagues, cannot in all conscience accept something which represents a major departure from what we believed to be UKIP’s policy – withdrawal from the EU, a complete rejection of its authority (and subsidiarity) and of the Common Agricultural Policy. To be clear, subsidiarity is an EU doctrine which first assumes EU sovereignty and then allows certain matters to be devolved to member state level. Accepting subsidiarity accepts ultimate EU sovereignty.

We should not temporise on these issues. This is precisely what the Conservative Party does and it is why I left it.

In 2004 I stood on a clear platform of withdrawal, with no equivocation. I believe that is what I was elected to do. I am NOT prepared now to compromise on this principle. This is a conscience matter for me and I believe others.

The UKIP constitution is also very clear on our party’s basic position of principle. As guardians of the constitution, I believe the NEC has a responsibility to uphold this and prevent any fudge. I hope the NEC will insist that this document be removed now from the IndDem website, distant UKIP from it and ensure that no future agreements of this sort are made behind the party’s back.

Shortly after the 2004 elections, UKIP MEP’s met and agreed a statement of practice – first that we would not go on “junkets” to other countries and secondly that we would not employ our wives. This was to prevent us getting dragged into the comfortable EU world that leads down the path to “going native.”

I am now very worried that this agreement is being ignored and that the attractions of the European Parliament as a career may beckon to some; where the delights of plush new office suites, Brussels titles and internal parliament or IndDem Group politics are more attractive than our original purpose.

We are not going to get our country back by wasting our effort in Brussels or Bucharest or by sucking up to political parties in foreign countries when the battle is here at home.

I joined UKIP, not the IndDem Group. I was elected as a UKIP MEP to fight for withdrawal from Europe, not as an IndDem MEP trying to reform the EU from within.

I hope this matter can be fully resolved from within and, despite my strong feelings, I have carefully refrained from public comment. However I cannot stand quietly and idly by forever if our basic principles are sold down the river.

I look to the NEC to assert its authority and use its best offices to overcome this unfortunate problem which I wish had never arisen.

The letter was ignored and as Nigel Farage had drawn up the agreement and had used Clark as the most stupid MEP who would do as he was told – Clark felt safe, despite having openly boasted of his fiddles and fraud in the EU at a public meeting – the man is an unpleasant bitter fool!. After 5 years as an MEP he has only failure and people’s contempt to show for it.

What is the exit and survival plan for these United Kingdoms to maximise on the many benefits of leaving The EU. After a period of utterly incompetent farce on the part of EUkip’s corrupt leadeership and NEC it has now been confirmed ‘John West was dishonestly driven out of EUkip on Monday’.

Astonishingly the liar and cheat Derek Clark, who is under investigation by OLAF and has sordidly betrayed his electorate and our Country, a contermptible and unpleasant little man who after a career of failure in teaching has betrayed his friends and associates, not to mention these United Kingdoms. He has outright lied and persecuted those who had supported him – this man is not just unpleasant, dishonest and corrupt – he is clearly filth, who has repeatedly brought EUkip into disrepute for his personal gain.

Astonishingly this ghastly worm of a man – was shamefully allowed to chair the hearing!

Clearly in its death throws EUkip has permitted the lunatics to seize conytrol of their assylum.

We have published the correspondence where Mr West has pointed out in an email to Ma Zuckerman:

‘As a member of the NEC Derek Clark is the subject of complaints to the ICO and the Police. I am also taking legal action against UKIP over the MEP selection process and the YouTube leak.

Mr Clark could very well be called as a defendant in this case.

Derek Clark has an interest to declare and cannot be considered impartial’.

Clearly Derek Clark is so dishonest that he has no grasp of Justice or morality – no wonder these crooked grubby little people are rallying around to suppress the truth and in a desparate last attempt they are prepared to bear false witness and lie to try to keep their personal route to the trough unchallenged.

In 5 years as MEP Derek Clark has achieved absolutely nothing for our Country, for our liberty or for progress – this sordid little man is personally responsible for the near total destruction of EUkip’s reputation and the collapse of membership in his East Midlands Region where almost the only people who ever turn out to support him are those he pays.

This is the revolting little chappie who lied about Peter Baker and when shown to be a liar when witnesses turned up to bring the truth backed with facts and provenance to his obscene Kangaroo Court he lacked even the integrity to apologise and merely used that piece of dirt Douglas Denny to lie on his behalf as he scuttled off!

Do not forget this revolting individual so betrayed our Country that with Nigel Farage he signed a pro EU agreement that Britain and the British peoples should be subject to GREATER subsidiarity to the EU. It was this revolting traitor who agreed that Britain should WORK WITH the EU in committee to strengthen laws whereby The EU rules more effectively over vassal states like Britain.

EUkip is so corrupt it permits this man to preside over internal dishonest Kangaroo Courts despite the Party rules that preclude him doing so if for no other reason than NEC members may NOT discuss such matters AND chair them. Let alone his basic dishonesty.

The complainant Jeffrey Titford, who the documentation provided and the testament supplied is a liar who has demeaned his party and abandoned his electorate – Titford is also under investigation by OLAF on various counts.

Unbelievably Titfortd has been allowed to lie to EUkip despite provenance that he has colluded with others in a tissue of lies and has been allowed to use EUkip’s disciplinary panel to try intimidate Mr West – despite being made aware that West has been advised by OLAF that he could be called to give evidence against him in a court of law!

I suggest John West contact the Law Society and his solicitor about Ma Zuckerman’s disgraceful involvement in this matter. Do not forget Ma Zucherman claims to be a solicitor yet it would seem he is all too willing to act in a manner which seems on all counts not only to be morally contemptible but most probably criminal. Witness intimidation is a very serious matter as I am sure these irresponsible low lifes and self seekers of EUkip will shortly discover.

It can be proven that John West has been the victim of a concerted, dishonest and corrupt smear campaign that dates back to 2007:

John West’s MEP video interview was deliberately placed on the internet, in breech of not only trust but in criminal breech of The Data Protection Act. It was given the mocking title ‘How not to do politics’. To this day EUkip has disgracefully refused even to apologise to him for this.

Jeffrey Titford used EUkip’s database to attack John West for organising and holding a conference on Law and Order, for EUkip and fully approved by The Party. This was done as there was no justification to give Stuart Gulleford – Titford’s favoured successor – a slot on the panel.

John West having been elected by the membership, in accord with the rules, was denied the right to take his elected place on the NEC.

For the subsequent NEC elections David Challice dishonestly and corruptly put John West’s NEC nomination papers, which were received within due date, in an envelope bearing postal markings identified by The Postal Services to have been mailed in Liverpool! By this deceit Challice then claimed that West had missed the deadline for nomination papers, clearly David Challice lied.

John West was suspended from the Party for reporting allegations of criminality plausibly presented by a senior member of EUkip to the police. He was forced to do this after UKIP’s leadership refused to investigate the matter.

John West was physically assaulted by Peter Reeve – a EUkip Regional Organiser, proven to be a liar colluding with others and bringing EUkip into disrepute – at a UKIP meeting in Cambridge. The matter has been reported to the police and various statements in support of these facts have been supplied.

Michael Zuckerman and Douglas Denny accused John West of suffering from mental illness, as a term of abuse unrelated to fact or medical accuracy. Both have lacked the basic decency or fundamental ethics to retract their statements and apologise.

Predictably Farage’s sycophants such as Bob Feal-Martinez have applauded Clark’s decision to remove John West. Apparently he ‘got what he deserved’, such is the callibre of the outspoken supporters of this corruption that they join in the dishonesty and corruption with clearly no knowledge or understanding of the facts or morality.

I note Geoffrey Collier summed up the feelings of many when he wrote on what was EUkip Forum:

Bob FM: With your usual generosity of spirit; without knowing the facts, presented by a MEP being investigated himself, you have no doubt as to the justice that John West deserves. You are an unpleasant, crude, semi-literate individual, who has greatly harmed this Party.

You may recall, that that John West has other matters outstanding, which he has been advised by a judge to transfer to a Judicial Review. Let us see what now evolves.

I would suggest that the likes of Jeffrey Titford, David Bannerman, Stuart Gulleford, Derek Clark, Michael Zuckerman, Nigel Farage and Paul Nuttall make the most of their pyricc victory.

In less than three months UKIP will be a spent force in British politics. All their efforts to prevent Mr West being selected as an MEP candidate will have been for nothing.’

May I add to Geoffrey Collier’s comment that it can be noted on the Forum in question that NEC members such as Douglas Denny and the fools in The Faragista Fan Club claque were only too happy to pronounce the verdict BEFORE even the invalid Kangaroo Court took place – a measure of the morality of EUkip.

It would seem to come as a surprise to the liars and cheats that are almost to a man those who are EUkip’s leadership, NEC, MEPs and seniour supporters all seeking personal gain and willing to lie to achieve it.

Clearly they have absolutely no understanding of morality or ethics – nor that basic tennets of law MUST be followed even in a scam like EUkip – failure to act within the laws of the land render any decision of a club or organisation null and void.

The removal of John West as an act clearly to intimidate a witness renders the verdict as invalid legally as was the abuse of the Constitution when Ma Zucherman and others colluded in the corrupt attempt to withdraw Niall Warry’s membership – a legal offence that EUkip were forced, under threat of law, to withdraw and reinstate his membership.

The outcome of the John West case could in fact shut EUkip down – no bad thing in view of the pond life that are EUkip and their betrayal of the decent folk of what was UKIP.

EUkip are obliged under law to fulfil certain conditions by 17:30hrs. today.

I understand it is likely that a QC of Matrix Chambers is instructed and in due course a writ of Mandamus is likely to be served placing a freeze on EUkip’s bid for enrichment of their selected chums on June 4th. – The writ will demand a complete re-run of the selection and election process for MEP candidates, conducted by by an external agency at EUkip’s leadership’s expense – Pending the possibility of a Judicial Review.

This is separate from such claims of Damages as John West may make against EUkip relative to The YouTube criminality under The DPA, and the claim against Titford for his lies and diashonesty. Also there are other cases outstanding – not to mention the Electoral Commission’s original case and others to follow we understand.

Well, lets be generous and forget the alleged scandal accusations levied against Nigel Farage MEP.

Let’s be generous and forget about the accusations levied by Party members and ex-members of dictatorial/psychopathic rule by Mr Farage and his Cabal.

Let’s be generous and forget about the Funders, Peers, MP’s, MEP’s and Economists who once supported UKIP and now want nothing to do with the Party since Nigel Farage took over.

Let’s be generous and forget about the abysmal local election results UKIP has had in the past 3 years.

Let’s be generous and forget about UKIP’s Leader being the only one interviewed on National Television, sounding more and more like the charicature ‘Tory Boy image’ portrayed towards the end of the late 1980’s.

Let’s be generous and forget about the alleged financial corruption of UKIP’s Call Centre’s, Lottery syndicates and EU Funding for UK political activities – as reported in much of the media.

Let us forget all of the above and pretend none of it is true.

Instead of cosying up to the Tories in posh restaurants and their offices in Strasbourg/Brussels, he should have been speaking to the left and centre left in British Politics, members of which have been equally damaged by the imposition of legislation from the EU.

We have seen today the launch of NO2EU.com run by one of the most well known and significant Trades Union Leaders in Britain today. UKIP SHOULD HAVE HAD HIS MEMBERS SUPPORT – and under different leadership – probably would have got it.

So now, we have, the BNP, Jury, UKF, and NO2EU.com all taking up the ground upon which UKIP stood and dominated.

So MR Farage, while you were trying to move onto the ‘Tories Lawn’, others have moved onto yours, and even more may yet try before June.

having had quite a long conversation this morning with Prof. Anthony Coughlan, who I have known over many years, I am interupting the EUkip aspect of this particular Blog to give you some information on Ireland’s politics – there is a follow up article in today’s Irish Times if you CLICK HERE which does seem very optimistic for a NO vote in the next Referendum in October.

I am consideroing, after conversation with Anthony, setting up a separate Blog on Ireland’s Politics to keep people informed on the Lisbon Treaty progress or more optimisticly FAILURE.

This may prove more important than one might think with the possibility that despite the developing anger and contempt with the Irish Government the politicisation of the Referendum by the fact that Declan Ganley’s ill considered party will have linked the referendum with the fortunes of Libertas somewhat too closely – this could lead to failure of the NO campaign.

EUkip’s probable and to be welcomed collapse in the EU elections would however guarantee the collapse of the pro EU Group EUkip is a member of The Ind.Dem.Group and it was this group which through Jens Petre Bonde produced the documentation used in Ireland by Anthony Coughlan’s National Platform and later on Declan Ganley’s group for NO.

Also there was the advantage of Kathy Sinnott having a position of some influence on The Ind.Dem.Group that made letters to every Irish citizen possible.

According to the Irish Times news report below, a meeting is taking place in Brussels today between the entire EU Commission and Mr Martin Territt, Head of the EU Commission Representation in Ireland, to discuss how the Commission can influence Irish opinion in the lead-in to Ireland’s re-run of the Lisbon referendum next October. It is seemingly planned to spend some ¤2 million on advertisements for this purpose

The article is by Jamie Smyth, who is Irish Times’s EU correspondent.

A few weeks ago the Irish Times carried an advertisement from the EU Commission Representation in Ireland seeking tenders for an advertising campaign in this country to “inform” people better about the EU. Accompanying press reports stated that this advertising campaign is to be specially targeted at women and young people over the next few months, as these are groups which predominantly voted No to Lisbon in Ireland’s referendum last June, according to opinion polls.

It is well-known that the EU Commission is itself a highly self-interested party as regards the Lisbon Treaty, for the Treaty, which is a revamped version of the 2004 EU Constitution that was rejected by the French and Dutch peoples in referendums, would greatly increase the Commission’s powers and functions and would provide it with many new areas of policy for which it would have the exclusive right of initiative as regards proposing European laws – something that must surely outrage any geuine democrat.

In late 2007 ago, in the lead-in to last year’s Lisbon referendum, former Irish Green Party MEP Patricia McKenna and the undersigned complained to Ireland’s statutory Broadcasting Complaints Commission about the EU Commission Office in Dublin spending ¤360,000 on a series of political advertisements on Irish community and local radio stations even though such broadcast advertiments are unlawful in this country, as they are in the UK and various other EU countries.

These EU Commission-sponsored advertisements ostensibly aimed to tell people about the existence of various sources of information on the EU, something that one could not reasonably object to – but they also contained highly loaded and tendentious statements about how much money Ireland had received from the EU over the years, how EU laws had made phone calls and airplane flights cheaper, how the EU had conferred various other benefits on Ireland etc.

These adverts could certainly influence people’s attitutes when it came to voting – that being the criterion Ireland’s Broadcasting Complaints Commission’s uses in deciding whether a broadcast advertisement is “political” or not.

The Broadcasting Complaints Commission upheld our complaint and ruled that the EU Commission’s advertisements were indeed political and as such were effectively encouraging Irish broadcasters to breach the statutory ban on political advertising in this country.

If this complaint had not been made and upheld, one can be confident that the EU Commission Office in Ireland would have gone on to repeat these politically potent advertisements on national radio and TV here

It is quite outrageous from a democratic point of view that the EU Commission and its representative in Dublin, Mr Mertin Territt, should be planning to spend large sums of EU taxpayers’ money on seeking to influence Irish voters to reverse their vote of last June on the Lisbon Treaty in order, inter alia, to increase significantly the power of the EU Commission itself.

We appeal to you to draw this outrageously undemocratic behaviour of the Brussels Commission to the attention of people in your country and in as many other EU countries as possible, so to that they can raise their voices in protest.

Commission to seek ways to help State on Lisbon campaign

The European Commission will hold a special meeting next week to determine how it can help the Government campaign to secure a Yes vote in the second Lisbon referendum.

All 27 EU commissioners will meet the head of the commission’s Irish representation office, Martin Territt, in Brussels on Wednesday to consider a range of initiatives that will better inform the Irish about Europe and the treaty.

They will discuss the launch of a new publicity campaign designed to inform the Irish public about the merits of EU membership. They are also expected to agree on a high-profile series of visits to the Republic by EU commissioners and commission president Jose Manuel Barroso.

‘One of the lessons the commission and the European Parliament learnt from the first referendum on the Lisbon Treaty was that the pro-Lisbon voices were too often absent from the public debate,’ said a senior commission source, who added that the EU’s most visible institution – the EU’s executive – could not be absent from the debate this time.

The three main EU institutions – the commission, parliamentand council – all took a back seat during the first referendum campaign on the Lisbon Treaty on the advice of the Government, which was concerned their input could hurt the Yes campaign. But there is a growing appreciation in Brussels that a deeply unpopular Govenmrnt will need all the help it can get to persuade the public to change their vote.

The commission is unlikely to propose getting directly involved in the referedum campaign itself, which will remain the primary responsibility of the Government. But it will propose providing information to the public to ensure they understand how Europe plays a role in their everyday life and to clarify points of the treaty that are disputed. A new EU-funded ¤l.8 million publicity campaign in Ireland is due to begin shortly.

Mr Territt is expected to update commissioners on the potential strengh of the No campaign, and particularly the rise of Libertas. He is likely to discuss the changed economic context and how that could affect a second referendum.

EU competition commisisoner Neelie Kroes is likely to be the first member of the EU executive to travel the Republic. EU foreign affairs chief Javier Solana is also considering travelling to Ireland next month to talk about European security policy.

Of serious significance – the attached proved difficult to include in a readable style in the blog but I felt you should see it to understand the gravity and complexity of the dishonesty and corruption in EUkip under the leadership of Nigel Farage and his placemen and cronies.

Do distribute widely, as John West deserves Justice, not bullying and a pack of lies from the corrupt in the leadership of EUkip. It seems all too clear that the lies levied against him are merely to suppress an honest man of no mean courage who is speaking out and exposing the corruption, dishonesty and self enrichment of some very dubious characters who have dishonestly seized control of EUkip.

These sordid people have trumped up false scenarios and happily bear false witness – is it any wonder so many good men and women have left EUkip, either forced out on lies and invented stories of BNP or the like or merely in disgust at the profligacy and financial plundering that seems endemic amongst the leadership.

Interestingly many who have questioned the accounts in any way have been lied about and forced out – John de Roeke, Petrina Holdsworth (who assisted in exposing apparent theft running to 10s of £1,000s), Richard Suchorzewski (who challenged 28 points in Andrew Smith’s shoddy and dishonest accounts), Dr. Eric Edmond ex-Barnk of England economist (who dared to ask the extent of his liability as an NEC member).

There were others!

Consider the long long list of decent people who have been forced out or who like John Pratt the chairman of Wales have resigned for the sake of their reputation as with Prof. Tim Condon, Dr. Vernon Coleman, Sterling Moss (patron), Drew Belobaba (solicitor), Dr. David Abbott, Sir Patrick Moore (patron).

In fact since Nigel Farage seized control over 50% of the membership has departed and a huge tranche of 5 year memberships are about to run out that were ‘created’ through the Ashford scam.

I would like to thank the very very many people who wrote thanking me for continuing to fight for Britain and to expose the EUkip which many many of them felt had so betrayed them. Elderly people who had donated from their pensions only to find out those they were funding were spending more per bottle of wine than they earned per week.

It has been a sad duty responding to as many as I could and I am genuinely sorry that they were so basely duped.

I have also removed the 32 ‘e’Mail addresses that are no more. The 6 people who asked for me to remove their address from those mailing lists that will be done and the corrected addresses will be in use for next time.

I do apologise to the not inconsiderable number of people who contacted me (about 15 on these lists as I update them quite often) who contacted me to say their husband was no longer a member due to ‘circumstances beyond their control’!

I am sorry for your loss and that, as several of you said, that their partner died betrayed by EUkip for whom they had had such hopes.

I did however receive ONE letter in opposition to exposing the corruption and dishonesty of EUkip’s leadership – which I have posted in full below, in blue (small) I have then dealt with it item by item thereafter. I presume since there is fact after fact, detail after detail and example after example exposing dishonesty, corruption, self enrichment, bullying, lies etc. about EUkip leadership, NEC, MEPs and staff plus some supporters – one is forced to wonder why this ONE individual is prepared to stick his neck out in support of such dishonesty.

I do find you very sad and would recommend you attend an anger management course, I must be honest I do not know how you find the time to continually moan and complain about UKIP, the only non racist party trying to protect this country and its inhabitants from a fascist EU Parliament.

Peter Reeve has even demeaned himself and brought EUkip’s reputation into his gutter of dishonesty and assault, in his official capacity.

Well I wonder if Stephen Scott-Fawcett remains on the list, whether he relented and although he knew the selection was a total scam and the list in the Eastern Region was headed by a liar, a fraud and a cheat David Bannerman, in assosciation with Andrew Smith whose duplicity, incompetence and underhand unprofessionalism as Party Treasurer has proved such a catastrophy for EUkip and has gained a guilty verdict in the courts for fiddling electoral law.

Then note that Mick McGough is standing on the list having cheated his coleagues and lied to members and others to get on the list.

Just why would a decent individual wish to be associated with such dishonesty?

In passing since Stephen is FRGS and has participated in Funded expeditions, what is his position of the new religion of Global Change & Climate Warming or whatever – does the view he promotes for access to funding match his personal views and do both or either match the views and policies of EUkip?

Just think – EUkip has 5 elected members of British politics plus 10 MEPs (Mote & RKS are no longer members!) – so that is 15 elected members out of the 19,500 elected political offices in Britain!

1. EVERY single MEP candidate of EVERY single part since 1970 has stated they intend to change the CAP & The CFP. To date in 40 years they have failed to alter one comma, a single full stop or one phrase.

MEPs have absolutely no say they are merely hugely bribed salesmen for the EU, it matters not what party these Massively Expensive Parasites serve their bank accounts and NOT the electorate because no one knows in more detail the irrelevance of MEPs – their position is morally reprehensible.

2. EUkip has so far had 75 man years as MEPs and to date they have achieved the sum total of nothing of consequence.

They are best known for the bulk of their publicity – drunken, womanising, irresponsible, gravy trainers dressed as chickens and presiding over gross duplicity, obscene bullying and an undeniable failure of leadership due to absolutely no competence in leadership terms anywhere visible amongst the MEPs, leadership, NEC or staff.

The tragedy has been just howmuch we depended on the UKIP but how staggeringly we have been betrayed by EUkip – just what have they achieved of value to EUroScepticism especially when you consider the huge amount of money they have cost and just howmuch they have trousered.

EUkip are not, nor will they be under their present corrupt leadership swanning around in EU chauffeur driven limos and pocketing huge incomes relative to doing virtually no meaningful work, as shown by their achievements, they are no part of the solution they have sold us out on a promise of their own gain with people like Farage paying their wives more than their supporters earn.

Just what does Kirsten Farage do for EUkip that justifies £25,000 of public money – particularly in the light of the fact that Farage’s Office DID NOT know of her employment and knew of no work she did – it is strange that a man might consider using public funds to pay his wife for her services.

It is this sort of idiocy that has been so destructive of any future EUkip has or should have.

rumours firts started surfacing on Monday evening and then on Tuesday they were very firmed up from a couple of independent sources.

I understand that at least one of the panelists had more sense, more morality and more understanding of Justice and the law that Ma Zucherman and bent as a butcher’s ‘ook deadweight Derek.

I guess once the panelists started to realise that EUkip had leaked their names so that they were published all over the place via this blog and increasingly they will have become aware that they were being duped by EUkip into what seems a prima facie case of witness intimidation/tampering they decided Ma Zucherman, Jeffrey Titford, Derek Clark, Stuart Gulleyslime and David the desk Bannerman could stand in the dock but they were damned if they were prepared to join them by breaking the law.

We understand that the panelist who did drop out had had a chat with someone who reads this blog and had also received a warning ‘e’Mail on Sunday last.

That put the kybosch (how do you spell that?) on any chance of them colluding in breaking the law.

Clearly, having failed to get any single step of this crass attempt at bullying John West, based on a pack of lies from Titford & his cronies. In fact one has to wonder if Graham Dines is having an affair with one of EUkip’s executive he is so enamoured and unprofessional about them! his recent blog is EUlogising about Farage and he MUST know that Titford has abandonned the region yet he writes nothing of this – nor has he done much beyond inaccurate lip service on the Tom Wise arrest and bail events.

One wonders how he holds down a job his standards of journalism seem so skewed – even in the flat lanc fish and chip paper!

Well I wonder when John West can expect the apposite apology and firm offer of compensation from Titford for having lied and invented false accusations to try to intimidate him into not testifying against EUkip, Titford, Reeve, Fuller, Gill etc. as their respective Court cases eventually reach the courts!

Clearly since at least one of the pannellists failed to turn up there was no way that the dishonest show trial persecuting John West could go ahead. In fact who cares if it did as the outcome would have been legally invalid and potentially criminal. We can deal with that later, leaving it to the Lawyers to rescind, after The Judicial Review if the Party survives as The Writ of Mandamus would almost deffinitely preclude them from standing on June 4th.

Let us see as I have stated this is based only on various cross confirming comments, but they do confirm the FACTS of which we are aware.

the resignation letter below was written on 05-Oct-2006, it may not have been how you or I would have written our resignation at the time but one must recognise the entitlement to anger of Richard Suchorzewski at the time.

Nigel Farage, together with a collection of liars, cheats, low lifes and filth like Annabelle Fuller, Mark Croucher, Douglas Denny, John Moran, David Lott, Toby Mickelthwaite, Geoffrey Kingscott, Dennis Brooks, Andrew Smith, Delboy Young, Mick McGough and their odious chums had lied, cheated and swindled the decent voters and supporters of EUkip and dishonestly seized control of EUkip.

There is no way on this planet that anyone of any integrity could pretend that Nigel Farage was elected leader of EUkip honestly.

The election was a disgrace.

May I ask all those who had a vote in that election if they can identify one single solitary promise made from the hustings which Nigel Farage has honoured – Just ONE.

Can ANYONE identify ONE single improvement made since Farage has had CONTROL.

An Interesting and most prescient quote from the time of the leadership election:

Ex UKIP election candidate Rob McWhirter said: “If we don’t serve our existing membership adequately, and reduce the churn of new members, no amount of swanning around TV studios or call centre recruitment will save us.

“Richard, in my opinion, is the only candidate realistically proposing to address this.”

Read Richard’s letter below slowly, make notes if you like, but please identify one fact where he was wrong – identify one single situation he identified that has not got worse.

PLEASE tell me how you can justify a single solitary vote for EUkip on June 4th. – is it that you are willing to vote for EUkip because it is the lesser of two evils?

Why vote for evil? You do not have to vote for The BNP or for EUkip!

Why not make your vote count and show you have seen through the Political scam?

It matters not a jot who is elected as an MEP to the EUropean so called Parliament as they have absolutely no say, no input and no relevance. If EVERY one of the 70 or so British MEPs voted to leave the EU it would make as little difference as the FACT that without exception EVERY single MEP EVER elected from Britain has stated for almost 40 years that The CAP & The CFP should be changed – Yes ABSOLUTE UNANIMITY and not one comma, one full stop or one phrase of substance has been altered.

The EU is not a democracy and British MEPs have absolutely no influence whatsoever.

The sole gain of electing 70 MEPs is that it will create 70 £Millionaires with YOUR money!

How can you alter this?

Withdraw your mandate from these scum who have so clearly betrayed YOU and your family.

The way to do this is to treat EVERY election until we are once more free as a Sovereign Country, at Liberty to reinstate Westminster, Democracy & Justice as a Referendum.

It is with great sadness and after much consideration that I have today sent by eMail and Royal Mail to The Chairman of UKIP the following letter:

5th October 2006

Dear Chairman,

Please be so good as to accept, and post on UKIP.org, this my letter of resignation from The UK Independence Party.

It was a privilege to be elected Chairman of UKIP Wales and work to represent the members in restructuring and introducing an organisational structure for growth. I would like to thank, for their invaluable assistance, John Bufton as Regional Organiser and my hard working and supportive committee and members in Wales. I am pleased to have been able to help turn UKIP Wales around and put in place foundations for growth and success in the National Assembly Elections next May.

I was honoured to be elected by the membership to represent them on the NEC, where they believed I had specialist skills and experience to best represent their interests, to the benefit of UKIP and its primary cause.

When I stood for the leadership election I did so, on a ticket of Transparency, Integrity and Equality. These standards reflect my inner beliefs, as well as the moral, ethical and Christian principles upon which I have based my whole life. I knew there were significant problems with the Party, and also believed that the moral integrity of a number of people at the top left much to be desired.

It was my belief that should I be elected leader these problems could be resolved and the Party then could move forward together, on a firmer footing in probity and strength.

Nothing however prepared me for the scurrilous behaviour, defamatory comments and downright dishonesty of some of Nigel Farage’s & David Bannerman’s staff, supporters and members of the Press Office staff, in which they clearly colluded.

I was accused of having associations with the BNP – even when these scoundrels knew that my grandfather was murdered by the Nazis in a concentration camp and my Great Grandfather was discovered hanged by them from a lamp post near his home by my 14 year old Father. Further I am angry that UKIP’s leadership were happy to collude in this base and obscene slur, particularly in the light of the fact that I have been ‘courting’ a young woman from St Lucia for the last 2 years, she herself has been victimised by racial abuse.

I was accused of being a homosexual, despite no evidence of this, and my having been happily married for 14 years, a marriage which sadly ended in an amicable divorce and now subsequently I am courting the above mentioned lady.

I was accused of having ‘run up’ a company debt of £4millions in one of my businesses when these accusers knew that I had purchased the company with secured debts, that it had already accrued, amounting to £4millions of losses. My business is in the field of mergers and acquisitions, specialising in the purchase, development and sale of problematic companies. My critics in this area are either commercial illiterates or unarguably dishonest either of which reflects ill on the competence of the new leadership.

My local newspaper was contacted by an UKIP official and advised to look into some of these accusations – in order to attempt to taint my unblemished reputation.

Even friends within my own local Conservative Party have informed me that they were asked for ‘any dirt’ they had on me including my political, personal and business affairs.

This list shamefully goes on.

Despite all of this I was willing to forgive and forget.
I called for Party unity behind the new leader Nigel Farage, regardless of how he had gained his new position. I hoped this would in some way result in a change of attitude.

Clearly it did NOT. Farage colluded with, and thus endorsed the scurrilous behaviour. He was not prepared for his staff to apologise for the BNP allegations as he felt that the issue ‘would go away’ – and he tried to justify the concern on the basis that a fellow NEC member David Abbott volunteered his support of my leadership candidacy. (David Abbott is the very man whom Farage and his secretary Douglas Denny introduced and actively supported to the NEC and only turned against when he supported my candidacy.)

Farage also claimed concern in that a Mr Andrew Edwards supported my leadership bid on an internet blog that he runs. I am to be tainted by this, even though I have never posted on his site, spoken to, nor communicated with the said person, who I am advised is NOT a member of UKIP.

Farage has also claimed that a long term associate of his, Greg Lance-Watkins is a supporter and associate of the BNP, of which I have seen no evidence – yet this seems to besmirch my reputation, as G.L-W. openly supported my candidacy, having stated, based on extensive personal dealings with Nigel Farage that “he was a good performer for UKIP but lacked either the probity or competence to lead UKIP.”

This logic that UKIP’s new leader has adopted if seriously applied, must call into question his own credentials, bearing in mind both his long term association with G.L-W. and that the BNP actually refused to stand against Farage, and supported, his candidacy at the Bromley by-election. Does this make Nigel a BNP supporter?

Rather than be magnanimous in victory and help the Party unite, Nigel and his clique overturned a perfectly legitimate democratic vote at the NEC which had elected Geoffrey Kingscott (a most honourable man) as Party Secretary, denying the Party of another person with integrity at the top, and placing his supporter the discredited Douglas Denny in the post.

A witch hunt has now commenced, seemingly with the aim to disingenuously massage MEP lists, with the disciplinary hearing of Peter Baker for daring to make public his committee’s majority voted opposition to Roger Knapman’s morally questionable exploitation and involvement in a Polish Workers import business run by his son.

Similarly Dennis Brookes a loyal and devoted supporter and Regional Organiser of UKIP would seem to have been victimised, for having the temerity not to object to his committee’s support of my candidacy, and this apparently has contributed to losing him his job. I have no doubt from Nigel’s discussion with me, subsequent to the election, that others too will suffer similar fates.

On policy issues, Nigel has made statements already, that make it clear to me, we are to become a shadow alternative Tory Party. A pressure group created to persuade the Tories to dump Cameron and change its policy on the EU. I am sorry; I did not leave the real Tory party to join a poor imitation.

I believed UKIP was sincere in its endeavour to extricate Britain from the European Union, returning sovereignty to a British Parliament and playing a full independent part in that new Parliament.

On financial and transparency issues, I believe a cloud still overhangs the Ashford call centre and various aspects of UKIP accounts. Also the financial dealings and involvement in fraud, (as exposed by the media), of Tom Wise, one of UKIP’s MEP’s, have not adequately been resolved.

Likewise there has been a lack of transparency of others. I have contended that funding mechanisms are too heavily reliant on the EU, as this makes us subservient to the very body from which we wish to disassociate and which we openly accuse of corruption particularly in the area of accounting!.

I stood for leader knowing full well that it was a challenge I was unlikely to win. Farage had control of a number of advantages that if abused would guarantee him success. Knowing this, I was more than surprised that he allowed his cronies, supporters and certain staff to openly and reprehensibly lie and rubbish a loyal UKIP member, with elected duties, who devoted the last 2 years of his life, full time, unpaid, to help UKIP progress.

Even now in ‘victory’, Farage appears determined not to change his ways, and because of this I cannot support this Party under his leadership any longer.

Reluctantly I am left with no honourable action open to me other than leave, as I am not prepared to give my good name, reputation and integrity in support of Farage and many in his clique. I therefore stand alongside other Party devotees and former NEC members, Anthony Butcher, Gill Chant and others (not to mention the many activists who have already resigned).

My heart and my grateful thanks go out to all of those who supported me and the values in which we believed, and those who have committed so much of their lives in their patriotic pursuit of regaining democracy, British Independence and Sovereignty.

It does not give me any satisfaction to realise that the old saying “Fish Rots from the Head Down” may have more than a cursory resemblance to UKIP.

Please be so good as to convey to the membership my very best wishes and thanks for allowing me to serve them! At the moment I feel honour bound to continue the struggle for liberation from the EU and better Governance outside of UKIP, but would be happy to reconsider my position should there be notable changes within UKIP in the future under very different leadership.

Do you remember Farage promising that he had a number of MPs lined up who would only be prepared to join IF he was elected.

Can YOU name ONE promise Farage has EVER kept, whether marriage vows or not to pay his wife with YOUR money.

Farage was quite a good performing monkey, he can come out with the sound bites but absolutely no one trusts him – he has zero O.Q., lacks any concept of leadership skills, is too insecure to ever say thank you.

Performing monkey dancing up and down energetically but this little man is no Organ Grinder – he may well claim to be the life force that grew the party but the certainty is he failed to grow with it – he has all but destroyed the party as leader, as I predicted he would 12 years ago when I openly stated that I would aid and support him in any way I could but NEVER to try to become leader as he had not one single ability required and that if he did try to steal the leadership he could count on my implaccable opposition.

Farage – GO NOW you are a dishonest, grubby little liar and you have virtually destroyed EUkip single handedly.

Since Nigel Farage dishonestly stole the leadership the membership has more than halved! Over 50% of the members have QUIT and a huge percentage of 5 year memberships signed up by the scoundrels at Ashford are due to end in the next few months, with virtually no hope of renewal.

Farage took over 12 MEPs, one quit because of Farage’s outright lies, Farage dumped David Lott as #2 because he believed that Ashley Mote was more likely to ensure HE FARAGE would be elected in the South East (Just as he has dishonestly done with the utterly discreditted Marta Andreasen this time) Anything, yes ANYTHING to ensure his place on the Gravy Train for his own self enrichment.

In 10 years as an MEP what is Farage best known for besides drunken whoring, irresponsibility, childish stunts (dressed up as a chicken, playing with toy tanks etc.) and clever dick speeches of no gravitas and less follow through.

Name just ONE achievement of note. Just look at the scum he has permitted to become his spokesmen!

Just think how long Richard Suchorzewski’s letter would have been if he had written it now!
