I am afraid that there may also be another reason why some MEPs are more comfortable not engaging: they simply do not understand what is going on in Brussels and Strasbourg.
It is far easier to sit on the sidelines cat-calling than to enter the debate at a meaningful level. This is a great shame. I remember the debate on whether or not UKIP should take up seats won in euro-elections. That was a divisive time in our party’s history.

What is the point of taking up a seat and then doing nothing with it? Ours is an important and noble cause, surely it deserves more exertion and effort than simply sitting on the sidelines and drawing a salary?

Hi,
is the tax payers money that Nigel Farage is using, seemingly for bribes, fraudulently obtained or fraudulently used?
Is this the money from the 400 or 4000 budget that is seemingly unaccounted funding that Farage SEEMS to use for his own gain or is this some other budget that is equally open to corruption?
Since the UKIP MEPs are supposedly competent individuals are they dishonestly turning a blind eye to this apparent corruption – just as Nattrass & Colman may not themselves be EFD members on principle but their failure to speak out makes them complicit in the vile behaviour of The EFD and supports the lies, dishonesty, racism and anti homosexuality of Farage, Clark, Batten and the like in office!
Surely Colman being an ex cop realises he is colluding in the corruption by condoning it even if Nattrass is too thick to understand!

I wonder if a member of Ms. Sinclaire’s staff will prove to be equally corrupt and try to collude in suppressing the truth, by removing these questions – as they have in the past!
OR can we expect them to live up to the standards and example of Ms. Sinclaire, who HAS spoken out and frequently uses her own money for campaigning rather than deliberate frauds and then telling lies to cover-up like Clark, Farage and others!
